My Sales Jimi Parker made the sales experience very easy and professional. He was very caring and knowledgeable. You can tell that he genuinely wants to work with the customer and satisfy my needs. True customer service is something that is really lacking in this day and age, but with Mr. Parker, he is old school and goes the extra yard to help the customer. He makes buying a new car very comforting.

My sales person was both personal and professional. With car storage being what it is I was able to walk in with my converse on and drive out sitting in my brand new 2021 Sentra. All in a few hours. The atmosphere is like being around family and friends. Just think 3.4%. with no down payment. I know this should be my little secret so like keep this between you and me.

Very courteous staff and comfortable waiting room. Services were completed while I waited. Arrived on time and car was taken back immediately. Oil change & tire rotation took longer than expected, but considering the impact of Covid, very pleased with service. Recommend making an appointment well in advance (regular maintenance) and plan to leave car for few hours instead of waiting. Very grateful to be serviced at all right now! Thank you, Nationwide!
