Ok I don't have an appointment it's gonna be an hour, cool I can wait. Cars ready, longer than an hour. Walk over to car, front plate is bent and hanging off! What happened, nobody knows. Maybe car wash did it? What? Not trying to hear that accept responsibility and fix it, how hard should it be to put a plate back on. Going on 3 hours service manager is called, and he fixes it. Really? Too much to write, when I go to a service department I do expect service!

WE SAT THERE FOR OVER HALF AN HOUR AND THEN WE WALKED TOWARDS THE EXIT, ON THE WAY OUT, I ASKED FOR A CARD SO THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THE ADDRESS OF THE WEBSITE AND THE GENTLEMEN ASKED ME IN AN IRRITATED TONE, "WHATS WRONG MAM?" I THEN TOLD HIM THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG, THAT I HAD MONEY TO SPEND AND THEY DID NOT APPEAR TO WANT IT AND I WAS NOT GOING TO BEG NAPLETON TO TAKE MY MONEY. They answered several questions about the car, the paperwork, price options etc.. Mo made sure we undertood the transaction and was very patient and thorough from the very beginning to the handing off of the car. My wife and I came into look at a used durango. When we met Mike Winslow and greeted us right away. He was very friendly right away and knew his inventory. He had told us the vehicle was sold though we did call before we came and said it was there. But once he assured us we will find a Durango we would love I knew he was a genuine person. We had not planned to purchase but this gentleman was very respectful and gave us a ton of info. He showed us a new 2015 Durango and he knew his products and competitors products but never once bashed other companies just simply shared with us what dodge has done over the years and why we should get one. After that on to the numbers at first we were over budget but he shared if we went into used and showed us what the numbers would have been on the used one and it was not far off. He promised also because I work over nights and live a few miles down the road that anything I needed he would personally pick up the vehicle for anything. He lived up to his word and picked it up to get the Xzilion package put on and it looked great. I recommend this Professional to anyone and have already. Which my wife and I never considered new. After I explained to what I was looking for and the budget I was on he came back with a new 2015 Durango. He presentation was phenomenal, he made us fall in love with the truck. Now it came down to the numbers and wow did he deliver everything he promised from the start. Felt like I knew him. I work over nights and live 10 min away. He has ensured me he will pick up my vehicle when ever it needs service. He picked it up for xzilon protection package and will be delivering it back to me. Let's start from the beginning, my 2015 Dodge Dart was damaged at work, and I have taken my car here once previously to have a small scratch buffed out and the door panel repainted. That visit took 2 1/2 weeks, which is a more time than what is needed. The paint job looked nice though despite me having to wait as long as I did. I figured I would give them another shot to redeem themselves from this long turnaround event. Now I have had my car there for 3 MONTHS. All that was done or is being done to it is : front windshield replaced, back windshield replaced, sunroof replaced, front headlights replaced, back passenger door handle put back on, full car buff and paint job (body shop states it takes 3 1/2 weeks to complete this job but they are going to get it done in 2 1/2 weeks). Now, here's the kicker of the story. I have been told 5 different times that I will be able to pick up my car on a specific date and that I would be notified that it's ready to pick up, along with being told that I would get updates regularly about the status of my car. I have to constantly call almost daily to get updates on my car because apparently people there don't know how to communicate, manage employees nor shops that they utilize. I was also never notified that my front headlights were on back order and that they were waiting for them to arrive. Nor did anyone look into other dealerships to see if they had my headlights until I called and bugged them about my car. I personally know what it is like to manage people, and work with other shops and manage them as well because I am a front line supervisor for a large steel corporation. To have to wait this long for the jobs that are being done is completely rediculous! You should know in advance how long a job will take and you should follow through with that plan. Not change your mind everytime the deadline is up and say it is going to take longer. Because of all this frustration and hassle I have had to go through, I PROMISE YOU that I will NEVER go back to Napelton River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I will never promote this dealership. Nor will I ever say anything good about the Service Department's work ethic. Once Howard came into the Service department, things started getting communicated to me better, but then I haven't been able to get ahold of him ever since. I may have bought my car from this dealership, but that is where the line is drawn. For anyone who is looking to get service at this place, DO NOT GO! Trust me! It's not worth the hassle.
