Blake was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about all things Porsche. He helped me determine generally what I was looking for, and then was able to help me find the specific car I would buy. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and helpful, and they seemed to truly enjoy what they do. I have been looking for an Audi R8 for quite some time and I finally found one with the right mileage and warranty that I was looking for. Since I've never purchased a car from out of state I was naturally hesitant to go forward with it considering I was trading in my 2015 Corvette Z06. The first person I came into contact with was Jessica and she was very helpful and patient throughout the process considering I changed my mind about three different times ! She really put my mind at ease when we finally went through with the transaction. My girlfriend and I drove down from Minneapolis to trade in the Corvette for that r8. It was difficult trading in the Corvette at the r8 was presented to me in Beautiful condition and I was given a great driving tutorial by Paul through some fun Windy roads in suburban Chicago. Jessica and Paul both gave me and my girlfriend great tips on where to go for the evening since we were planning on staying overnight . We Found a nice bar restaurant nearby from the hotel near the Oak Brook Mall which was suggested by Paul for us to check out . We watched The cubs get to their long awaited World Series in a great fun atmosphere and even though we are Minnesota sports fans we were delighted and happy to see The joy and happiness of all the cubs fans ! The r8 on the drive home was Smooth as silk and drove like a dream ! I want to Jessica in the entire Napleton Porsche team for the great service! This is a dream car I wanted for a long time and they really went out of their way to help me realize that dream !

She made my happiness and overall satisfaction her most important concern. This deal would not have happened without her assistance. She satisfied every one of my concerns (and there were many that I expressed) allowing me to feel secure and content with my ultimate decision. This Porsche was purchased long distance which would normally cause significant anxiety (I am in Houston and the dealership is in Chicago). However, she did a great job of defusing this anxiety. Upon delivery in Houston, the vehicle was everything that I was told it would be without any surprises. The overall process made me want to purchase another Porsche from her in the future. I just wish that we were in the same city. Regarding the vehicle, it is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. It is my first Porsche. There will definitely be more to come.

Such was the case with my search, for a particular set of options on a 981 Boxster S and at a particular (aggressive) price point. When I reached out to Napleton from southern California, Eric Kozuh handled my inquiries quickly and professionally. After deciding that the car was worth the risk of buying sight unseen, Eric helped shepherd the transaction - including all the paperwork, shipping and addressing bank/tax/licensing issues. This was my second Porsche from Napleton Westmont Porsche in 3 years. Eric Kozuh has always been my sales person. I have talked with Eric numerous times over the years and he has always been a professional and genuine guy. My latest purchase last week was an upgrade. Eric has taken the time to get to know me and what my needs are and when I called him last week and told him I was thinking of buying another he said he had the perfect car he wanted to show me. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and explained why this particular vehicle was perfect for me. I trust Eric, I never felt like a sales person was trying to sell me a car. I have bought many cars in my life, the experience with Eric and at Napleton is different. A real class act. The dealership is nice looking and comfortable. I guess they just bought the building next door and will be expanding. The staff is great. Dora Recendiz in financing is wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgable and was able to navigate through my unique financing situation with ease. I have dealt with service and parts over the years and every experience has been a positive one.

Bought my 2016 CPO Cayenne Base from Napleton a month ago. Paul Ksiezyc was our salesperson. I started looking for an SUV in January 2016 with this dealership being our first stop. We actually no intention of buying a Porsche but we finally ended up purchasing one in the beginning of March. We have often been ignored at other dealerships and was pleasantly surprised when Eric came out after only a few minutes of being on the lot. Eric was very nice & great to work with! He was very patient & informative throughout the whole process even though I was very picky & indecisive. I was looking for the "perfect used SUV" & over those few months we called his phone & stopped by multiple times to get info & look at various SUVs. When we finally purchased our SUV (& also traded in my car) he did everything in his power to make us happy & make the deal happen. I felt bad that it was late on a Saturday (after hours) but he made sure everything was done right. Despite it being already late he did not rush us & even had them double check & re-clean under the hood to his liking before we left for the night. Buying cars & going to car dealerships is one of my least favorite things but Eric made it nice, very professional, & seemed like it was a fair deal for both parties.

I've bought my last 3 Porsche's from Kerry and Napleton. My first 13 Porsches I bought from another dealership. Kerry won my loyalty and friendship from the years of service work. So I started working with Kerry when he went to sales. I have no regrets. It was the right time and the right decision. Marc has been fantastic in Service, Eric and Maen have been fun to work with and Jeff ties it all together as being the most customer focused GM and a real asset to Kerry as he acts as an extension and a resource to make sure things work and the customer is satisfied.With all the internet crap out there it is refreshing to work with such a talented group. Just when you think you have all you need, I'm a happy customer and Kerry has done all he possibly could, he wheels you into Dora's office. She is bright, young, talented and aggressive, When I thought is was the smartest kid on the block and did all my work with Chase, there Dora goes to work to match or exceed whatever I had. I just should have let her do it from the beginning and saved all the work I did. A lesson for next time. I can't think of another premium dealership that couldn't take some lessons from Kerry and the Napleton Team, but it all starts with Kerry.

Just wanted to commend Napleton Porsche service. I took my vehicle in and I was treated as if I was the only customer there. The gentleman I set up the service with, Russ, was attentive and helpful. He explained what they would be doing as well as the estimate on the length of the service appointment. He kept me informed throughout the process and the car was finished as promised. I highly recommend Napleton Porsche's service, as I was treated as family. I also want to mention Danielle, who also works in the service area. I have been looking around to get my first Porsche and was hesitant because of the level of the car and the name, PORSCHE. Everyone wants a Porsche. And I did too. So, I went into the dealership to see a Cayenne that I saw online. I had talked with the salesperson, Eric, before making my trip to see the car. On the phone, I could tell that I was dealing with a very professional and knowledgable sales guy. I also did not feel pressured at all. When I got to the dealership, I met with Eric, we took a test drive, and ended up purchasing my first Porsche. I have to say that Eric was a great guy, and I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He explained everything about the car, answered all of my questions and was just extremely nice. I had the best experience and I love my car!

Napleton Porsche in Westmont tarnished my 38-year dream. I finally purchased the car that Id been dreaming of since I was 13, a 2008 Porsche 911 4S. The dealer I bought the car from, Ultimo Motors in Warrenville, was outstanding every step of the way. They had just gotten the car into their inventory and knew the clutch was bad and took it to Napleton Porsche to have the car checked thoroughly. They had Napleton replace the clutch and the fly wheel without deviating from the agreed upon price. When I took delivery of the car from Ultimo, they were concerned a tire sensor was showing a warning light and insisted on having me return the car so they could have all four sensors replaced at another garage (they were concerned with being overcharged at Napleton). The car was everything Id hoped for and more, and the entire car buying experience was exceptional. Until I went to have the oil changed at Napleton Porsche, my local Porsche dealer.Since I didnt have any record of an oil change, I decided to be proactive and start fresh. I had already stopped by and introduced myself to the Napleton Porsche service crew and had the car details input into their system. I told them they had checked the car within the last two weeks and then called to schedule a routine oil change. The trouble started when I pulled up. Four guys just stood their staring at me. I announced I had an appointment. No reaction. I announced I was there for a scheduled oil change. No reaction. I gave my name and the reason for the visit. No reaction. One last attempt and they finally moved. Since Im no supermodel I can only assume that no one got the memo that, yes, 51 year old women do buy powerful sports cars, with a manual transmission, and do drive them. Well. I should have walked out then, but Id had an incredibly busy week in an incredibly busy month. I did not want to risk running the car for any length of time without a routine oil change, they were the closest Porsche dealer, and I had a packed schedule that I was trying to fit the service into. An hour later the service guy tells me there is an oil leak, the rotors are grooved, the brakes are on their last legs, and the tires are at the replacement point of the tread. The brakes and the tires I could understand, the car had 35,000 miles, Id consider that wear and tear. Not at the dangerous level, but justifying replacements. But the rotors? An oil leak? Seems that should have been found during their check two weeks earlier. My big mistake, and I take full responsibility for not listening to my instincts, I gave the approval to move forward on all the repairs. Then comes the phone call, the sensors on the tire are near their replacement date and should be replaced. I told them the sensors had just been replaced (which Ultimo did confirm), but they insisted they were old and it would cost me significantly more to have it done later, it was cheaper to have it done now when the tires were being done. By this time I was really frustrated, but gave the OK. My mistake on that one, should have said no, should have picked the car up. When I picked up the car the service guy made a point of telling me that the four tires theyd originally put on the car wouldnt balance correctly, so theyd had to get different tires. To which I was thinking, why would you even tell me that? Shouldnt I expect four high quality tires perfectly balanced? I had purchased an extended warranty and first asked Napleton if they could help me. No, because it was after the car was repaired. I checked with the car-afficionados about what I was charged by Napleton and the agreement was, absolutely ripped off. Tires at three times the price. Sensors simply should not have been installed. Napleton must have just sensed the this woman drives her kids in this car and will do anything and everything to make sure the car is as safe and road ready as it can be and started laughing all the way to the bank. My car aficionado guy friends have found me two independent mechanics that specialize in Porsche. (thanks guys, nice to know chivalry is alive and well, as is ethics, fairness, and decency). Bottom line. I screwed up by not asking around for the best place to take my Porsche. I also screwed up by not listening to my instincts and driven out the door three minutes after I drove in, or at least after they suggested such a huge range of work. Ive owned 8 different brands of cars (all manual transmission, several in the luxury class ) over the last 30 years and have always gone to a dealer and been treated respectfully and fairly. It simply didnt occur to me that a prestigious brand like Porsche would tolerate such behavior. Consider this buyer bewared. Never again Napleton Porsche.

We were able to talk over the phone and negotiate a great deal for both the Porsche and my trade in. Thirty years is a long time to want a dream car so, when the moon and stars align to finally make it real; it sure is a special one. I wanted a Porsche 911 - always! Never anything else no matter how glamorous, colorful, powerful or, exotic. I was sold on German design, engineering and build quality. Napleton came through as the perfect dealer to match this mindset and while perfection is always something to strive for, the people in and behind the scenes delivered 100%!I found the car I wanted on the Dupont Registry and even though Napleton missed upping their price on that site, they honored it at their expense. I received a courtesy call during my 280 mile drive to see the car informing me the car was prepped and ready - it was and exactly as pictured and described. The test drive went perfectly, I bought it and, Dora Recendiz made sure the financial transaction went smoothly. My wife and I were picked up at the airport later that week by my salesman Larry Gjojdeshi for the victorious drive home though due to a delay in an option installation, was graciously given a loaner 911 and accommodated for lunch. I'm not so sure how finicky other buyers can be but, having had a business for over 20 years myself; I couldn't have asked to be treated any more graciously. Top dealer for a top car in my book!

Paul and the dealership was very professional and they take their job seriously. I called Paul several time on his cell phone which is on his card and he either answered or responded back very quickly. The only issue I had was that the Napleton family is displaying the Illinois no guns allowed sign on the front door of the business. I chose to do business with them out of convenience.

I recently purchased a new Porsche's 2015 Macan-S from Napleton Porsche. I was very impressed by this dealership the minute I walked through the door even though the place was cluttered with luxury cars. The staff was helpful and the front desk manager, Dora was very cordial and my experience just got better and better. What impressed me most was the low key, no pressure approach from my salesman, Ron Channel. I had his undivided attention from the first to last visit and all subsequent inquiries were answered in person or on the phones with no pressure. This was the case with previous dealerships I visited that week. I mentioned to Ron of my uncertainty of the Porsches new SUVs quality since I never owned an SUV/sport car. I was a bit "technically challenged" on Porsche vehicles specifically on the newest SUV Macan, and my biggest concern was learning the handling about all the whistles and bells that came with it. Ron took me for a number of test drives and spend a great deal of time pointing out the many features the different type of Macans. He was most helpful in putting the right SUV since there were many options that could be had with the Macan-S. He was able to place me into the Macan types and options that I felt the most comfortable with. After the sale, Ron spent lots of his time for the better part of late afternoon even after the dealership closed. He went over every feature in my new new Macan-S, from the Navigation system to the audio controls. Ron also let me test drove a new Cayman-S with time to spare in the late afternoon on a weekend. All my questions in layman's terms about this new Porsche were answered, even he assisted me programming key features from my previous Lexus trade into my new Macan-S. The seats were adjusted with Rons help, the radio pre-sets were also adjusted. All in all, I have been very happy with the whole buying experience and, the follow up by Ron, especially he was adamant not to drill the front license plate because it marred the look of the vehicle. Ron Channel has been wonderful Sale Professional, thank you Ron and the staff at Napleton Porsche at Westmont.

I worked with David Perkins. He did an excellent job of listening to my needs and showing me the appropriate options. He then demonstrated extreme patience as we navigated the negotiation process and went through all the logistical complexities of closing the deal (he even drove with me to get my M3 trade out of storage, which turned into a 2-hour nightmare as we waited for BMW Roadside Assistance to fix a flat). A very pleasurable experience that I am sure to repeat.

Amongst the excellent staff I'd like to give special thanks to Kerry Terlep. I purchased my first Boxster in 2001 when Kerry was Service Manager. Kerry's honesty and warm personality were immediately obvious, and over the years I always preferred dealing with him when seeking service.Since Kerry moved to sales, he's sold me a 2013 Boxster and a 2014 Cayenne. If I shopped around hard enough I might be able to find a Porsche for a little less than Napleton's price, but I'd be hard pressed to find a dealership and staff as solid as Napleton's. Kerry is the kind of guy who treats you like family, who'll come to your house to help you program a garage door opener. To me, that's worth a few bucks.

Kerry was very professional throughout the sales process. He gave us a fair trade-in value for our two used cars against the purchase price of our new 2014 Carrera 911. He helped us build the original car as well as helping us make the changes we desired prior to the cut-off date. He kept in constant contact with us until it was delivered. He sent Napletons courtesy van to pick us up for the final sale and spent as much time as we needed explaining the cars features and how to use them.Over all, it was a very pleasant experience.

I had been in the market for a while for a QUALITY used Porsche. I had made contact with the General Manager, Mr Jeff Witham and before i knew it I drove over 11 hours to buy a car from him. From the second I opened my door I was greated by Mr Witham himself. I have bought a lot of cars and trucks and never had been handled personally by the General Manager. Mr Witham introduced me to Chris Barnaba and he explained every button and option with me. Chris knows all there is to know about a Porsche. When we passed our FX35 down to our daughter we decided to look for an EX35 for me. Couldn't believe the great deal we found on our new car at Napleton Porsche.....ridiculously low miles and pristine condition! When we phoned we were immediately connected with Barry Bowman. He was very professional as well as courteous and funny - so much so that we decided it was worth the airfare to fly into Chicago from Minneapolis and take a chance. He is extremely knowledgable of the Porsche line and spent a great deal of time with us providing us with the opportunity to test drive multiple cars, to ensure that we were able to determine the exact features and functions that we would want on the car. I went in to trade in a 2012 Top of line Infiniti M series with 3500 miles and they told me that not only would they not offer a fair trade due to auction prices, they would not negotiate off full list price for their car. So, no they don't negotiate and as they told me, you better go sell your car to Car Max if you want to buy from them. My recommendation is to go to any of the other dealers in the area and get treated with respect. If this was just a bad day for the manager, no one else apologized so his word is all that matters. Happy buying somewhere else.

Paul was great to my wife when she was looking at a used car they had on the lot. He treated both of us with respect, professionalism and courtesy. We'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. The dealership was very clean, everyone was very polite and always looked out for us to have a good experience. They worked with us on the financing and hitting our numbers that we had targeted. We also were not there forever like some dealerships. They made every interaction as quick as possible. Kerry is an outstanding salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about every detail, and since he worked in service there is nothing he cannot help you with. No pushing you off to someone else. My wife and I worked with Paul and Maen in acquiring a 1995 Porsche 911 (type 993) Carrera 2-door coupe. They responded to all my requests and questions, and assured me of the excellent condition of the vehicle. Paul and I went for a thorough test drive, and I had their service technicians put my prospective car on a lift for a thorough inspection. The sales staff is courteous and attentive. As with any store, there are some excellent people and some not-so. They have more realistic pricing and the negotiation process is not as drawn-out as some others (this will depend on the salesperson and manager I'm sure). I would buy from them again.

They were great to me. Rodger was very good Manger he knows how to treat people. He gives you respext and does not play around with making great deals. Enlighten person he is. Rocco was amazing, I had bank loan already but my bank didnt want to cover everything since they followed the nada 110 percent to value. Rocco found a bank to cover everything including the warranties,taxes, and,fee. I walked out with the SUV and never had to put anything down. I also had challenge credit and Rocco got me a low Apr on my payments. Thanks for reading.

I'm from overseas and finance could have been tricky, but it went seamlessly. I bought the car and was driving it home on the same day.Went back to buy another car, a Rover, and they were as helpful with that as with the Porsche. Sold them my 911 as I didn't want to own it over the winter. I'll be back next summer for a new car confident in the superior quality of the franchise. Paul Ksiezyc was extremely knowledgeable regarding the various models and their respective features. My initial decision was to order a new Boxster. Paul took the time to review everything in detail and followed up to make certain that my new car would have everything that I wanted. My car was ordered and I awaited the arrival of my custom designed drop top. Paul kept me advised of the production process with both telephone calls and email confirmation. Afterwards, my vehicle needs changed. Paul was extremely understanding and was able to provide the car that met my revised needs. His exceptional service and detail to attention, including personally programming my garage door opener at my house, made the entire buying process effortless and truly enjoyable. Paul is a very professional salesman who does whatever is necessary in order to take the hassle out of the usual arduous car buying experience. i had the pleasure of dealing with Napleton Porsche in April 2012 on a new purchase. There were some factory issues with the vehicle that were out of Napletons control but Geno, Rocco and Ron stayed with the issue until I was completely satisfied. Unfortunately the vehicle was not a good fit for what I needed at the time and Geno,Ron and Rocco stuck it out even AFTER I switched vehicles. I went to buy a 12 year old boxster. Everyone treated me as if i was buying a brand new 911. Every other dealership should visit this place to see how to treat their customers. There was ZERO pressure to buy. They want to make sure you leave with the car you want at a fair price. They called me twice after the purchase to make sure I was still satisfied. Then they throw in a day at the track to boot. In a few years when it comes time to get the replacement for the boxster, this is the only place I will call.

I had been looking at a 911 from another Chicago area dealer and happened to drive past Napleton. I stopped in and inquired if they had the model and year I was looking for and the salesman, Geno, indicated that they did not have that used model available. However, I asked him questions about purchasing a used 911 and he not only took the time, but answered those questions in an absolute unbiased manner. He also provided a list of questions that should be asked about the vehicle no matter where it is being purchased from. These questions were specific to the idiosyncrasies of the 911 and were not typical car buying questions. All of this information without the chance of selling me a vehicle, since they had nothing in stock that fit the model/year etc I was looking for.With that said, if I do not purchase a vehicle elsewhere and a vehicle becomes available at this dealership, I wouldn't think twice about making the purchase from them. Class act. Clean dealership. Friendly. Nice job, Geno and Napleton. I hope to do business with you in the future.

The service team, as well as the sales manager, always make me feel welcome and comfortable, whether I have the time to wait or not. It's an experience commensurate with a high-end car dealership, of course- But I have purchased new Porshces in Pa. and Az., and Lamborghini's at dealerships in Ga. and Il., and my expectations have not always been met. The crew at Napleton could teach a clinic, but it's more than just knowing what to do, it is also the little things as well. They deliver as expected, and even go the extra mile to remember details and dare I say, treat you as a friend as wel as a valued customer. If I lived a little closer, I might stop by just for fun! I reccomend Napleton highly.

My dad and I have been coming to Napleton Westmont for years, both for sales and service. They have always taken care of us, going way above and beyond the standard for excellent customer service.I live in St. Louis, but I always wait until I'm visiting my family in Chicago to do major services so that I can bring it to Napleton. My experience with Napleton Porsche has been totally satisfying. As a specific example, today Mark Greco, service manager, devoted two hours to educating us on the Porsche recommendations for our new Cayman. His presentation enables us to make much better use of the owner's manual and provides us with insights he has garnered from his years in Porsche maintenance. His presentation included a variety of useful topics: fuel choice, maintenance schedules, winter tires, battery charging, winter storage etc. Also he included commonly encountered situations and how best to deal with them. He was warm, friendly, and open to all questions.Even more than this he expressed a genuine interest in assuring us that Napleton Porsche stands ready to assist us with any issue large or small. Having purchased several new cars in the past from other dealers (Lexus excepted), I know that Napleton Porsche is a welcome change from the business as usual attitude exhibited by most dealers I frequently have encountered in the past.

We purchased our first Porsche- a Cayenne S from Napleton Porsche this past summer. After test-driving the Range Rover Sport, Audi Q7, and BMW X5M, we knew without question that we would purchase a Cayenne. Given that we live in Chicago, we made the mistake of first visiting a Porsche dealership that was closer to our home. Our experience at this other dealership felt far short of our expectations for what a luxury car buying experience should be. After this experience, we called Napleton Porsche, spoke with Eric H. over the phone and set up an appointment to meet with him to talk about the Cayenne. When we arrived at Napleton, Eric H. greeted us at the door. Eric H. is very knowledgeable about the Porsche brand and took time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. Eric H. was extremely helpful as we chose options for our Cayenne and alerted us to certain options that were not necessary for our specific driving habits. During our visit to Napleton Porsche, we also met with Napletons sales manager Bob D. who worked with us on our trade and introduced us to many of the employees of Napleton Porsche. When it came time to buy, we secured a car loan from our bank since we maintain our finances under one roof. The finance manager at Napleton Porsche, Rocco P., communicated directly with our bank and provided our bank with all the information that they needed to close our loan. Our auto loan closing went smoothly thanks to Roccos help in streamlining communication with our bank. Although we have yet to service our Cayenne S, Jenni T. invited us to a recently held new owners clinic at Napleton Porsche. The new owners clinic was of tremendous value as there is so much to know about these cars. At the new owners clinic we were introduced to the service manager Mark G. It is clear that Mark G. has a passion for Porsche that is equally matched by his knowledge of the mechanical ins and outs of these cars. This clinic was a great learning experience in how to best maintain these vehicles throughout the changing seasons. Last, since we have had our car, we have stopped by Napleton Porsche on numerous occasions to take advantage of the courtesy car-wash service. Their lot manager is extremely cordial and has always tended to our car in very short time. Our car comes back as clean as it was the day that we brought it home. Bottom line --- Napleton Porsche is the finest dealership that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. If you live anywhere in the Chicagoland area and are considering buying a Porsche, you would be a fool not to make Napleton Porsche your first and last stop.

Every single employee has an outstanding attitude and a "customer first" mindset. The sales process is very easy and not your typical high pressure atmosphere. Geno, Bob and Roco are great to work with and they get to know your needs and wants first before putting you in car. The service department always gives me VIP treatment and Russ, Mark, Joe and Kerry do a great job explaining the service and always have my car(s) done ahead of what was promised.Napleton introduced me to the thrill of tracking my Porsches on a race track. They offer a phenomenal driving experience at the Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, IL. for both beginners ("newbies") and the experienced ("masters"). They invite champion, professional race drivers (Jack Baldwin and Steve Jenkins) as lead instructors for the classes. Race support is provided by Joey B and his team. The race support goes above and beyond the call of duty. Come rain, shine or cold, Joey and his team are there for you. Its like having your own crew chief and support, just for you!Their GM, Ron, is one of the best professionals in the business and its been a pleasure knowing and working with him. The service department is fabulous. Mark, the Service Manager, is incredably knowledgeable and his honesty and reliability are beyond question. Mark treats each repair as if he is spending his own money. He tells me when something needs to be done and when it does not need to be done. My last visit was to have some preventative work done that I had asked whether I should have done. Mark carefully explained to me the repair, the costs and we weighed together the pros and cons of having the work done. He never pushed me to have it done. Rather I had asked about having it done for my own piece of mind. I have found that Mark has never steered me wrong on anything to do with any of my cars. The work is always done professionally and right. I have never been to any other dealership where I have had so much confidence in how I and my car will be treated. Even the porters who wash the cars take extra care to make sure the car is returned in fantastic condition.I have purchased five Porsches from Napleton over the years. From the very first one I was treated like family on both the sales side and the service side of the business. The experiences they provide really show why it is so special to drive a Porsche.I have never had a better buying experience than at Napleton Porsche. Honesty and fairness are the dealership hallmarks. The fact that they also sponsor fabulous events makes the relationship even more fantastic.

I have had two Porsches serviced at Westmont. My first Porsche required not only oil changes but engine service and other maintenance. The dealer has always been outstanding with their work, explaining everything to me and even showing me what needed to be done. I now have an '08 that is still under warranty, and have had to do nothing more than oil services, but enjoy the process. The dealership is always welcoming, and the extra activities, track days, and special events are a great perk of owning a Porsche and working with Westmont.

After taking delivery of my Cayenne I was invited to attend a Track Day at the Joliet Autobahn. It was one of the most incredible days I've had. There were professional drivers on hand to give instruction and there was an autocross course as well as the North track open to us. It was a first class day from begining to end. The professionals spent time before we got on the track discussing the theories of breaking, acceleration and turning. We spent some time doing lead and follow around the track to get the line and also had some one on one to fine tune our own concerns. Jenni had many many pictures taken that day and in each and every one I have a huge smile on my face. This has been a life changing experience for me. I can hardly wait to buy a CaymanS to continue my driving education and of course it will be from Napleton.

Everyone at Napelton Porsche are great. They go out of their way to please you. It takes me 45 minutes to get to this dealership but it's well worth it. My salesman Paul Ksiezyc was very patient with me and did not pressure me at all. Mark Greco,service consultant, was also very helpful as I had a few questions about my new car. I had brought it in for a oil change and it was going to take awhile, a porter offered to go out and get me lunch! Jenni Tuton,business development manager,organizes track day at the Auto Bahn, she does a wonderful job and is so friendly and caring to everyone. Also there car pricing is great.

I found Napleton Porsche via the Internet from more than 700 miles away. They had the car I was looking for. I called out of the blue and spoke with salesman Eric Hargrove, who was friendly and businesslike and confirmed, by checking, that the car I wanted was available. We negotiated over the phone, then and there, and in less than two minutes had a deal that I considered favorable for the car that just fit my wants. To seal the deal, I gave a deposit by credit card. Rocco Pelletiere, from the finance department, picked me up at O'Hare and drove me to the dealership on his way to work a few days later. The car was cleaned and ready, and within an hour, I drove out of the dealership lot and on my way home, with all the paperwork accomplished. The two representatives I dealt with were helpful, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole experience was a pleasure.

I have had all the maintenance on my 120,000 mile Cayenne done at Napleton except for a coil failure in Colorado Springs, and a heater blower in Naples, Florida. Napleton added those two repairs to my record, so they have a complete history of my car. Their service is superb. The car has always been ready when promised, it is washed and vacuumed if I brought it in dirty, and maintenance and repairs are done right. They tell me when my tires are going to need replacing, and point out any potential trouble spots that may be observed. When it is time to replace the Cayenne (with another Porsche, of course - There is no substitute!)I won't even think of going to another dealer.

I had been on the search for the "right" Cayman S for many months and the search finally ended at Napleton Porsche. I found the car online and contacted the dealer immediately (at630 AM). I received a response very promptly and scheduled an inspection and test drive for later that morning. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Geno Dobelman who began the typical car salesman process. After speaking to him for a couple of minutes, it became apparent that Geno was passionate about the cars he sells, his employer, and customer satisfaction. He went out of his way to ensure I knew every detail about the auto I planned to purchase including a full discloser of it's history. At the time the sale was closed, it was agreed that some minor body work would be completed and I drove off. The next day I came to notice a couple of minor issues including the overall cleanliness of the car. I called Geno and let him know about the problems I found (did not mention the cleanliness) and he made arrangements to correct the newly noted problem when the original body work would be completed. Most sales people probably would not have been willing to address new problems after the close of a sale; Geno was on top of it. Meanwhile, I received a survey regarding the transaction and I rated the cleanliness of the car as a "3" (not good, not bad). Almost immediately after submission, I received a call from Jenni Tuton enquiring as to why only a three. She was willing to listen to my feedback, both bad and good and ultimately both she and Geno ensured me that the concerns were addressed. I brought the car in for service, a loaner was provided, and the car came back from service when promised with all of the problems addressed.I have purchased many cars over the years and typically the experience leaves one somewhat uneasy with a sense of violation. I must say this was a fully positive experience from sales, follow-up, and service. The entire team was a pleasure to work with; it is nice to see that customer service is part of the Napleton culture and not simply advertising tease.

My 2012 Cayman R is the second car purchased at Napleton. Being a Porsche enthusiast I expect the samne quality in dealing with the service I request as the engineering that goes into Porsche cars. Napleton Porsche has met my expectations. Joe provides expert service and upgrade recommendations in assisting me in getting the best performance from my car. He knows how to improve Porsche factory performance.I had an unfortunate incident in which my windshield was damaged on my new 2012 Cayman R. I called the Napleton service department and spoke with Mark, described my problem wanting to get the windshield replaced ASAP. Within the hour he returned a call with all of the details and assured me that the qulaity of the replacement would be like new. The work was done quickly without being able to perceive the glass has been replaced.Kerry has arranged to service my car numerous times. He is one of the most profecient, competent, courteous service professionals I have worked with in 30 years of servicing my cars at the dealership where I made the purchase. I purchased my Boxster from Napleton Porsche of Westmont. One of my rear brake lights was out, so I just dropped by the dealership with no appointment. I only had 30 minutes to spend based on another appointment. When they put me in the system, they discovered my warranty ended the day before. The "system" cost for replacing the bulb was going to be about $80.00. They had me buy the bulb from parts and put it in for free. I was in and out within the 30 minutes I had. Great experience!!!

I was hesitant coming to this dealership at first for several reasons. My first experience with this dealership was when I was looking to buy a certified preowned Caymen or Caymen S. The sales people were not very attentive and when I expressed I wanted to purchase that type of car because it would fit two sets of golf clubs (I had been told this by another sales rep at another dealership), they told me it was impossible. I left feeling very disappointed BUT went to my next appt in Orland Park, the sales person, Tony, showed me how the golf clubs could fit in a Cayman and I bought my beautiful car on the spot. Needless to say Napleton is much closer than ORland Park to me so I was weary about going to a dealership that didn't know much about the cars they were selling due to the experience I just outlined above. The second reason I was weary is I couldn't get a call back from the service dept to make an appt. I didn't know the protocol or even if I needed an appt and the service item I was requiring was very small, a burned out tall light, and under warranty. Finally I got a call back from the service mgr who was VERY appologetic and explained the other manager was on vacation.I was amazed and so pleased at the way everything was handled at this dealership from the moment I stepped out of my car til when they helped me load my groceries into the back. Wow!! I was able to shop at a nearby Jewel while the car was being serviced. I was taken there and picked up with hardly a wait. The service mgr, Russ I think was his name, was VERY knowledgable and had come from a Audi dealership previosuly. I had traded in my Audi TT to purchase the Cayman S and he knew about all the problems I had experienced with the Audi when the mileage had gotten to a certain point. My conversation with him immediately reassured me that he knew what he was doing and i was treated like royalty. It was a fun experience and productive cause like I said I was able to get my shopping done for a party I was hosting that night. The tail light was replaced and I was on my way in less than an hour. IT took longer to do the work because I had attempted to replace the burned out bulb myself, ooops, not a good idea. I kept my beer in their frig (no one drank it :)) and was able to keep all the food cold while I waited. I feel so good that I can take my car to this dealership whenever the need arises and I feel confident that every care will be taken to meet the needs of me and my Cayman S. I leased a Panamera last year - they worked with me in a professional manner and made adjustments that made the lease work - I feel like I got a great price. Visits to the service department have been a pleasure. The staff not only fully-explained what and why they were doing it, but also took the time to educate me on some of the other features of the vehicle. The only problem, and it is minor, is that their service cycle times seem a bit on the slow side.

The service department at Napleton Porsche of Westmont has performed two annual maintenance services to my 2006 Cayman S. The work done during both was performed in a professional, friendly and timely manner. The staff is very open to discussing technical and maintenance issues. For example, they explained a number of things to consider when storing my car for the winter. Each service visit has been completed on the promised schedule. When the weather is cooperative the car is delivered freshly washed.

Rick was able to find an available new Cayman with the options we wanted. After visiting several other dealers in the area, it was clear during our visit to Napelton that we would be very comfortable working with this dealer.The service department has performed two annual maintenance services as well as seasonal tire changes. On every visit, the work was done in a professional, friendly and timely manner. The staff is very open to discussing any technical and maintenance issues. For example, they provided a very complete discussion of available options for seasonal tire changes. Their off-season tire storage is a very convenient service! During the latest service they located and corrected an annoying rattle at no charge. Every service visit has been completed on the promised schedule and the car has been delivered freshly washed. I feel the cost of doing business with Napelton Porsche of Westmontis commensurate with the quality of service provided.The dealership provides both a professional and friendly environment while delivering the quality of service one would expect of a Porsche dealer.

I've bought two cars there and will continue to do so. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about these fine cars. The service process is absolutely painless. I usually wind up chatting with their employees for a long time when I take my cars in. They even give you a Panamera as a loaner! They treat you like family, have excellent loaners whenever needed. Another perk of buying a car from Napleton is a whole day on the track at the Autobahn in Joliet. I've worked with these guys for almost 20 years and have bought 4 cars there. Kerry, Geno and Mark are great,actually listen to you and explain what they are doing before anything is done. Over the last 6 years, I've had two different pre-owned Porsches serviced at the dealership, neither of which I purchased from Napleton. This is a very busy service center, with plenty of clients and lots of activity. Nevertheless, they've always been fair in their dealings with me, prompt and attentive, and they're always careful with my car. In addition, their workmanship is first-rate, and their prices are competitive (these are Porsches, after all). I've owned a number of different kinds of cars since back in the day, so I've had plenty of opportunities to deal with service and sales folks. Some of those interactions have been excellent; others have not. It's been my own experience, however, that it works best when everyone---dealer and client---views the interactions as part of a long-term working relationship. When I've done that, things have worked out very well. Conversely, if or when I've been combative, rude, or (in retrospect) unreasonable, the interactions were not so good. In my experience over the last 6 years, the Napleton folks have never been unreasonable, and on balance, they've provided me with exceptional service and support. Consequently, they've earned my confidence, my loyalty, and my support. Give them a try; I think you'll agree.

The Porsches are very complex automobiles and I realize require good and regular service. The frustration for a customer is going into a service department and not either undertanding or realizing the work that needs to be done. Kerry and Marc make it a point to clearly describe the work and answer any questions. If anything changes they alwasy call first.

This dealership goes out of its way for it's customers. I live less than a mile away from another Porsche dealership and travel the 25 miles to go to this one because it is so much better. Friendly atmosphere, service goes out of its way to explain in detail issues about my car. It's actually fun to go buy a car there. Buying a vehicle at Napleton Porsche was by far the best dealership experience thus far. Working with Geno was easy. He is courteous, kind, and helpful. Geno and the finance department stayed late in order to allow for sufficient time for me to make up my mind and look through all the aspects of the vehicle. I bought a used Land Rover, and he was 100% knowledgeable about the entire vehicle. I would highly recommend Napelton Porsche.

I recently took my 07 Boxster to Napleton for service. My new car warranty was about to expire and it was time for a thorough inspection and scheduled maintenance. Since 2001 I have had all maintenance on my last 3 Porsches done at Napleton. Why? I could not ask for better service. Kerry Terlep, Mark Greco and the entire staff at Napleton make you feel like Family. They take all the time you want to discuss any issues, concerns, questions you may have and keep you informed on the status of your service. When service is complete they revue all the work they have done and the health of your car. They have never tried to sell me any unnecessary service. The entire staff, sales, service, parts,etc., under Ron Barnaba's leadership, has been outstanding.I have owned over 50 vehicles in my 70 years and have never found better service than I receive at Napleton.

Outstanding friendly service department. Although the 30K service on my Porsche was expensive the service department informed me of the cost before hand. My vehicle was returned in top condition and had a mini detail at no charge. I have had several other Porsches serviced at Napleton and have always been pleased with the superior attention to detail and personal service.

I own 3 each. 2006 Cayenne, 2 Turbo S and 1 S. I did not buy them at Napleton, but got all of them slightly used and still under warranty (low mileage)from "distressed" sellers after the gas hit almost $ 4.00 in 2007/2008 time frame. The service support I am getting from Napleton Porsche is excellent. They are really good to work with in the Service Department. I bought 3 ea. service contracts on these cars from Napleton, as I intend to keep the cars past the original warranty time.

I purchased a certified pre-owned Cayenne from Napleton Porsche a month ago and was very pleased with the quality of the product and the great customer service. I flew up from North Carolina to purchase the car. A very friendly man picked me up at the airport and brought me straight to the dealership. The car was just as described as on auto trader. Geno accurately described the condition of the car to me over the phone before I flew to pick it up. I appreciate their integrity and willingness to stand behind their work. I would highly recommend working with Geno...he went above and beyond his duty...and is willing to answer stupid answers like "how do you get to the gas tank?".

Everyone at the dealership has been extremely helpful and friendly. There is never any pressure. They're happy to take the time to go through the details of the cars, ordering options, and financing options. Of course, purchasing a Porsche ought to be, in of itself, a happy experience. However, a poor dealership experience can absolutely ruin the pleasure of purchasing a new car regardless of marque. I can honestly say that my new car purchase experiences with Napleton have been fair, friendly, and fast. Above all, the staff at Napleton proved over and over to be trustworthy and customer service oriented. Of course, there were small issues that popped up here and there, but Maciej, Bob, and Ron quickly resolved any problems always in favor of the customer (me). The price negotiations were quick, transparent, and eminently fair especially with high demand Porsche models. The finance process was efficient, quick, and fair. The delivery process was comprehensive and allowed me to focus on the incredible feeling of firing up my new flat 6. I've had all my Porsches serviced at Napleton and the service staff at Napleton has always been very responsive, complete, and honest. The quality of work on my cars has been outstanding.Bottom line, I can without equivocation say that purchasing and servicing a car at Napleton Porsche of Westmont has been the best auto purchase/service experience I have had at ANY dealership.

You are treated very well, the sales staff is knowledgable about the product and responsive to special requests. I brought my 1995 Cabriolet 993 in for adjustment of my convertable top. The top was only 5 years old and in very good condition. The service shop somehow ripped a hole in the top. My guess from over adjustment of the frame itself. The hole was a 2" wide plus hole. When I confronted the service shop they did not deny that the hole was not there when I brought the car in yet they refused to fix it. I went up the ladder to the service manager, general manager and finally to the dealer Ed Napleton.At each step of this awful journey I was met with discontent and disrepect for myself and my vehicle. They ran through every excuse in the book. My convertable top was 15 years old and was bound to rip anyway.(not realizing the top was only 5 years old), I hadn't cared for the top properly, then reverting to a total denial of we just don't think we did it. They continued to refuse and when under threat of lawsuit actually laughed at me. Then came the ultimate in disrespect. The owner, Ed Napleton, when I began to lecture him on what I expected as a customer actually cut me off and said, and I am not kidding "Customer---your not my customer. Did you buy your car from me?"Of course I hadn't, I had only just spent $2,000 in his service department but, obviously that didn't count as being a customer to Ed Napleton. I knew the second he said it what kind of person and dealership I was dealing with. Never again.

This Dealership sells fine cars but don't be fooled, they'll do anything to make a quick sale even it means going back on their word. In July of 2009, after finding a pre-owned 2004 BMW Z4 on the internet, I drove over 2 1/2 hours to the dealership to negotiate the buy. We could not come to terms initially but I followed up with phone calls to the manager and saleperson Rick Schneider. Two days later, I finally brokered an agreed upon price on the vehicle with the salesperson and offered to make a deposit via my Visa, he explained that this was not necessary. He congratulated me on the purchase and said just drive down to complete the paperwork and final payment. When I arrived, Rick informed me that they sold the car to someone else. Words could not describe my shock, anger and disgust. We had a good faith verbal agreement on the sale only hours prior and he assured me the car would be waiting for me. Apparently, another buyer came in after I had called and it appears that they wanted to make a quick sale without any thought of even contacting me.Over the course of 3 days I worked with this dealership to try and broker a deal. I made 3 offers over 3 days and the final offer was accepted. Initially, negotiations were fine, but in the end when they gave me their word - trust me, it meant absolutely nothing. You think may be negotiating with reputable people but beware, in my opinion you're not. After complaining to the sales manager, he just backed up his sales person, offered to find me another car and in the end just sent me on my way. I would NEVER recommend doing business with this dealership. Look elsewhere, better to deal with a salesperson you can trust. I did not find that Napleton Porsche.
