I was passed to 3 different salesmen, none of them had my information. Had to repeat each time. I said no to deal, they called to get be back there by saying they got payment down. Went back, total lie payment was more. Then tried to sell me a stripped down model for same price. They got nasty when I said no. VERY unprofessional!!

Leased a Rogue in 2013 for 3 years. When I brought it back in mint condition and looking to make a deal similar to what I just had, no one was even interested in making any kind of deal.They still charged me $400 for returning a vehicle, under mileage and in mint condition.I since lease a beautiful Hyundai Sante Fe for about the same money,Now I'm getting unsolicited automated voice mails, several times a week that purport to have such 'great deals'.Will never go back.

I would not waste a minute of your time going to Naples Nissan. I leased a vehicle from them and after 1 year I had 3 transmissions installed, and 6 recalls. The car itself wasn't even the worst part. The salesperson/s are absolutely horrible. They are sleazy and could care less after you've leased or purchased. All they want to do is screw you over and take your money. There cars are cheap and will break down on you. The absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. Don't bother going in on a Saturday because nobody will help you. I've never been treated like that in my life!! Extremely rude and arrogant salesman with 0 knowledge of anything. Do yourself a favor and pass this dealership up. Unless you want 3 years of headaches and stress. I can't even rate the dealership because it would be negative.

I recently took our 2013 Nissan Altima in for a problem with our air conditioning. The car only had 46,000+ miles and was out of warranty. Oscar the Service Manager was very helpful in getting the repairs done, he worked with us since the car had low miles further backing the faith I had in the Nissan product. Our experience from the initial purpose 3 years ago to our most recent service has been fantastic.

I would not recommend Naples Nissan. My wife and I visited there yesterday to look at a rogue. When we were greeted by the salesman I told him my full intentions and what we were looking for and that we were also going to go to Sutherlin Nissan in ft Myers and whoever had the better deal would win our business.We went through the typical car sales routine. The salesman did an appraisal of our current trade ins value at 13k which I was happy with so I told him to put the numbers together and see what they had to offer. He went to the sales manager with our trade in information and the car that we had chosen and came back a few minutes later with a rediculous proposal and tried to sell is on payments. I asked him what the price of the vehicle was and he kept referring back to the payments. I told him that I wanted to see what we were actually going to pay for the car so I could compare it to the other dealership. He went back to the office and brought back his manager who showed us the numbers and tried to explain them to me but now our trade was only worth 10k and there were no incentives. I told him that was not going to work so he asked what can I do to earn your business and I gave him an offer that I knew there was no way they would go for but I wanted to see their counter offer. He went to the office to talk to his manager and came back saying they were very close but wanted us to sign something to go any further. A fourth grader could have done the math and told you this deal wouldn't work but he said they were very close. I again said I want to see your best offer so I can compare it to the other dealership. He proceeded to tell me that the other dealership couldn't do any better than them and the the other dealership was a bunch of snakes. We got up and left went to Sutherlin Nissan, talked to the salesman told him what we were looking to accomplish he made us an offer, we counter offered they gave us 12k for our trade but what really floored me is when we went to the finance managers office with a deal we were happy with at 2.9% financing, the finance gave us more rebates and said even though it's late and I can't get ahold of the bank right now, I can get you a better interest rate and put us at 0.9% . Have you ever heard of anything like that? Cudos to Sutherlin

After shopping around all day in Fort Myers and Naples, I walked into Naples Nissan and was immediately welcomed with warm smiles. My sales girl, Victoria, was so great. Victoria showed my entire family so much respect and hospitality. she offered us refreshments right away. I am a type one diabetic and she made sure that, I stayed hydrated. she took her time with me to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I was going to choose. One week later I drove my brand new Nissan off the lot and I could not be any happier. Thanks to Victoria, Max (who is one of the sweetest and most patient people I have ever met) and Manish ( such a compassionate person ), I am now a Nissan Girl. Went in to buy a the used 2014 Camaro that they have for sale. The purchasing process was fine everyone was friendly and the manager made it seem that he was customer driven. However within hours of driving off the lot the radio will turn off and in order to make it work again I would have to turn off the car and turn it back again. When I called less then 24 hours of the purchase to let them know they seem like they were going to work something out. When they finally asked me to come in, the manager did not displayed and care about the issue. He pretty much said we won't fix it for you and there is nothing we can or will do for you. I was able to return the car but only because I was not done singing documents. If I would've been done signing I am sure I would be stuck with a car that doesn't work. Plus they wanted to charge me an additional $50 just to diagnose it.

Originally leased a car in Missouri almost 3 years ago but moved down to Naples, FL around 10 months ago. Their service department is exactly what I expected from a Nissan dealer. My original dealer was very, very good but changed ownership after my initial lease and things changed, and not for the better. However, the guys at Naples Nissan always provided us with great care and excellent professionalism. On April 11th, we decided to trade in our lease and see what they had to offer. It started out with a 2015 Sentra with a great rebate and lease payment (2) forgiveness. Sounds great right? But the car did not "Wow!" me. So Daryl and Casey rolled up their sleeves and went to work. They found on their lot, the EXACT car we were looking for including options and color. It may have been chance but it felt like they did everything to insure we left there with the car we wanted, nothing less. Thanks!

Naples Nissan I have had horrible experiences with 3 separate times. First time they showed me no respect and thought I couldn't afford my armada. I went to Jenkins Nissan and paid cash for. The second the lost my keys for 3 days when I was getting it serviced for a recall. The 3rd. Today, the commercial on the radio said altimas for 15k. I called 10min before I got there and they said they had a ton. When I got there they said sorry we just sold them all. They tried to sell me a 2015 with 40k miles for 15 k. This place is a joke they have discriminated against me and lied to me. I have NEVER written review before. But then again I have never been treated like this.

I will not recommend anyone to ever even step 10 feet away from these vulchers that do not want to let you walk out their door before you buy a car from them and so quick to take advantage - then slam the door shut on your face after you have those keys in your hand. Yes, I do regret the vehicle purchase that I made, I am out the money (for now) since they are not willing to honor their false advertising and more then likely sold me a car that has way more mileage then the "disclosure they gave me". It's okay, my satisfaction will be in knowing that I do my best possible to make sure everyone is aware of this. I will dedicate any time I have to, and make sure to let everyone know what risk they take when they walk through their door IN DETAIL! So.. Dear Nissan, I hope you not working with me, not caring at all about your LOYAL customer, after I have owned 9 of your vehicles was all worth it. I bet all those customers were not as important to you, you could afford to lose a future paying customers for all the ones you have already robbed, right?. AND.. I will will continue to take legal action against you, I am 100% confident that when all is said and done YOU will regret not hearing me out! I did my part and went into you to see if you can rectify the problem at hand and was told by your sales manager (I hope you give him a big pat on the back for this one), to "have my attorney contact you". Great! Time to play hardball and I am ALL game! I have already submitted fully detailed complaints with the BBB, FTC, Ripoff Report, Consumer Affairs, Channel 2 News in Naples, FL, The Naples Daily News. BUYER BEWARE. This dealership treated me HORRIBLY. I made a deal to purchase a new car from them. They appraised my trade and made me an offer. After a deal by them to get the car from another dealership in trade, fell through, they kept my $1250 deposit and placed an order for a new car. Eight weeks later, when the new car came in, they refused to honor the agreement. They treated me rudely, did not return numerous phone calls, and wanted to renegotiate the deal. They told us the original contract we had signed, was toilet paper. I have never, ever, been subjected to such unprofessional, and rude treatment. On top of that, they lost the title, to my trade. I had to jump through hoops to replace the title that they lost. At least they agreed to reimburse me for the title replacement, and finally returned my deposit after holding it for 2 months. Calling Nissan Customer service did not help. I purchased a new car from another dealership one who honors their promises and commitments. The other dealer treated me with respect and dignity, and gave me a far better deal than Naples Nissan offered. I would never go near this dealership again.

Take advantage of you. Can't return your phone calls. Sold me a car literally two days later two tires blew out. Then in the same month it had problems starting 3 different times and when i took it back to their dealership they said it wasn't their problem.They tried to tell me I needed new brakes at 25k miles and when I told them last time they said my were in the green they said they would replace them for free.....come to find out going to sell my car they never did. They included a lot of other fees and warranties in the price that I didnt expected. K C and James were like a tag team. They ran my credit when I specifically told them I had bank financing. They told me they'd fix it but when I asked if they had written the letter and taken care of it, communication has stopped. They included a warranty in the price and wen I questioned them about the payment, they had to tell me and then proceeded to tell me I was SMART.... 3 hours of excruciating pain and as a salesperson myself and a problem solver I stayed until the very end... They offer you the best car buying experience , it was 3.5 hours of unnecessary torture. Sounds extreme but I assure it the BS was over the top. My advice would be to do your homework, that dealership is hungry and if you're Not Smart, and don't do your homework, I can't imagine the deal you'll end up with, very sad...I love driving a Nissan, have drove them forever but this dealership, buyer beware if you're dealing with any of the people I encountered....

I usually take my car in every 3 months for oil changes and tune-ups. Last month, they told me that I need all new rotors, brakes, and tires... An expensive job. I found it strange because Nissan just replaced all 3 of those just about a year ago so I decided to deny the service and get a second opinion. At the second opinion appointment, the mechanic showed me exactly how "worn" my tires and brakes were. The wear bar is still very visible! And, he said that I have about 40-50k left on my brakes. WOW! A real eye opener... Even if I needed brakes, I wouldn't have let Nissan touch my brakes since the last time they checked them, the mechanic forgot to tighten my lug nuts. SCARY!!!

Treated poorly when arrived at the dealership... was acknowledged at the door then left to sit for over 45 mins.. several employees walked by and wouldnt even make eye contact or ask if I had been helped. Waited for salesman then left wondering to find out info, and i had to call several times to find out where we stood. Promised multiple call backs never ever was contacted. We realized we have tough credit, but that is never a reason to treat someone so poorly, and at the time, they did not even know where we stood.. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership OR the sales man RICK PISCOPO.. his followup and contact is nonextistent, promised mutiple times to call me back and never once did. If they couldnt help us, is understandable... but never excusable to NOT let us know that they couldnt, we knew we would be tough to get into a vehicle, and even tried to not waste their time, but apparently we did... I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!

Walked in with the only goal of seeing if they would finance me as my personal bank would not. I ruined my credit a few years back and have been working to improve it ever since. They where all incredibly curtious when speaking to me about my options. At the end of the day I was approved for a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra for no money down and an affordable monthly payment. After not having a car for the last couple years it was getting tough, but they helped get me into a set of wheels that will last for years to come. Plus the payments will help with my credit. He ran back and forth getting vehicles to see if it was to my liking. After all of that hard work we couldn't find anything to fit my budget. So the Executive Manager James Pool got involved in a matter of 15-20 minutes they came back with a beautiful gray Rogue. James Pool worked the deal out so GREAT that it didn't hurt my financial budget at all. I have wanted to purchase a black 2015 Nissan Altima for months but had to wait until the right time. I finally made the decision and called for an appointment. I already purchased a car from there in 2012. It was a 2011 Nissan Versa. I loved the car, but at the time, I had to get what was available and in my price range as far as a car payment. Even though it was "bare bones" it was a great car. I had a great experience then and knew it would be again. I called and got Rashan, who set me up with Armand. He greeted me when I walked in and was so amazing. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming and really was a great team. You could tell they all liked each other. Ha! I was trading the Versa in and they gave me a great price on trade and did whatever they could to get the price down for my needs.I took a test drive and driving with Armand was like driving with a friend. He was so personable yet so professional. You could really tell he enjoyed what he did. I got back to dealership and dealt with Scotty, the sales manager and Abe in finance. They were also outstanding! Armand help me clean out my old car and load the new. He even took off all my stickers that I needed to access my gate at my job along with the beach sticker. To me, this is above an beyond. He stayed after they closed to show me all the bells and whistles on my new car. I would recommend Naples Nissan to anybody that asked and even the people that don't....as they gave me business cards to pass out to my friends and family. Thank you Nissan...you rock! be careful. They stick a line item on the bill called "shop supplies" that I hadn't noticed before on my many visits here. It is 10% of your labor costs. I was told it was for the paper mats they use to cover your regular mats and things like that. Very sneaky. You can buy a lot of paper mats for $20-$30 per visit.

we had a 2014 nissan pathfinder in my name and my best friend name he is buying a house so we change the car for a 2014 vw toureg executive , next day whent to naples nissan and had all the paper work fill up to recived the extra warranty , road hazard ,etc thats over 2 months ago talk to general manager james pool and now he dont even answerer my call ,so beware they will try everything to keep your money and in my case is over 2000,00 dollars , when u buy they say lots of bs because u need the car and on the and they ask u to lie and put all positive in the rater and for wat im seeing im not the only one bad people fill sorry for the name of the group because the other dealers u dont have problem like audi vw our acura you r well treat and if u have warrantys to get back is in the flash so dont buy in naples nissan choose audi , vw our acura and they r better cars to tks

I was debating whether to get into another lease or make a purchase. Made an appointment for 9 a.m. and my salesperson was unable to be located. As I walked around the parking lot to browse, another salesperson, Hector, arrived and assisted with my needs. Excellent employee to work with. Very friendly, polite and gave me my options based on my budgetary constraints. I ended up with a new Rogue for a little extra than a lease. They've got great products and are willing to work with their customers. My only disappointment was the salesperson I dealt with for a couple of weeks via telephone ended up not showing up on the morning of our appointment.

I have had my 2011 Pathfinder to the dealership on a number of occasions and each time the service was excellent even though my vehicle from TN. On my last visitor, the Parts & Service Director actually wrote up and handled my work which showed me that everyone works as one team to ensured customers are serviced promptly. Facilities were bright and clean with a window into the shop so I could check on my SUV. Car even washed afterwards. If I were a full-time FL resident, I would absolutely buy a vehicle from Naples Nissan as I recommend this dealership highly.

About 6 months ago, I purchased a Nissan 370z from Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland, Florida. Since I live in Naples, after 3000 miles I decided to take my car to Naples Nissan for a Full Synthetic oil change. I was in and out with what I THOUGHT to be no problems. I left for college at UCF. After 2000 more miles, my car began to smoke at a stop light. I took it in right away to Sutherlin Nissan Orlando to get checked out. I was taken in right away and car was raised on lift. The whole undercarriage of my car was full of oil. After further investigation, we found the problem. What I originally thought to be a flawless oil change at Naples Nissan turned out to be the most idiotic work I have ever seen. First problem was that Naples Nissan used Part Number 15208-9E01A which is the wrong oil filter for 370Z and was commonly used for Nissan Trucks! Correct part number installed correctly was 15208-65F0E. The difference in size of these two filters is huge. It gets WORSE. Remember that smoking, that was caused by an oil leak from the oil filter that the technicians at Naples Nissan obviously tightened with pliers. There was physical abuse and a pin size hole in the filter. About a quart of oil leaked out of the engine before I caught this problem. I have pictures and the abused oil filter that I will be taking to Naples Nissan when I return home from college. I do not recommend taking your car to this dealership if you actually love your car and want quality work done to it.

I was in an accident and needed a small part to make my car legal to drive. I called service and Paul Batson was very helpful. He looked up the part & ordered it. I came in to be sure that I didn't need anything else. The part would arrive the next day. He also gave me paperwork to show to law enforcement that I had addressed the issue. We have had Toyota's for 30 years and have not been happy with the service that the dealership provided. We decided to look at Naples Nissan because we were both interested in getting Altimas. Hector was our salesman and was wonderful in helping us find the right car for each of us. We ended up getting an Altima and a Versa. I contacted the dealer online about a specific car, and received an immediate email back with a firm sales offer that was well below the sticker price. I then called to set up an appointment, and when I arrived for the "sales pitch" I was met by Rick and Bill who sat with me and my wife to go over what we wanted to do regarding a trade in and financing. The car we were interested in was waiting to be shown, clean, washed, gassed up, with a tag on the back. We took our test drive and then again met with the sales team to get down to numbers. No "sales pitch", just the business at hand. We negotiated a price for the car, agreed on a fair trade in price, and then went to the business office to close and be given some service and maintenance options. No high pressure, just the options available and the negotiable costs for them. We bought some options, signed the paperwork, and came back to pick up our shiny, clean new car. It was all a very pleasant, businesslike experience. Even my wife enjoyed the visit!

They gave me top dollar for my 2007 Pacifica, a lot more than expected. I had tried to make my beautiful 2003 Buick Le Sabre last one more year. However on June 24th , I was looking at a 3rd transmission/radiator job for around $4,000. Enough ! Husband said , "No more Buicks". They used to last 20 years, but no longer. We went into town to feed a friend's animals and I suggested looking at Nissan's after hours. My husband had just cut the grass and I had been cooking. Neither of us were clean or dressed to go into public and me with no make up on. YAK ! We thought we would only be gone a few minutes. We were alone on the lot and knocked on the door to tell someone inside we were there as the business had been closed for 30 minutes and it was dark .There had been a storm and the service advisor, Angel Pagen had stayed late. He invited us in for a few minutes and we declined. I then realized that my husband and I don't have much business hour time together , so we chose to speak to Angel at that time . Angel told us to just come in for a few minutes and he would take a little info and try to pre-qualify us for whatever we decided to look at.. 25 minutes later we were pre-qualified and talking about a 2014 Red Rogue. We had purchased two Nissan trucks before and were very happy with the major issues, engine etc. This car would be my vehicle and I have major spinal problems , so the seats were a big deal to me. The seats are not as comfy as the Buicks leather seats , but then nothing is and other than that , I absolutely LOVE it. I have enough room to haul around all my critters at the same time if need be and I know that I can count on the engine to last 10-15 years. Angel made the process so easy and then handed us off to David L. David, in sales to finish up with us when we picked up the car the next day. They picked me up from my house , out in the boonies and gave me the car to take the paperwork to my husband to sign as he could not leave his office . I brought the paperwork back and 2 hours later the car was mine. The only part of this experience for my husband was the few minutes the night before and to ask me , "what color do you want ,honey" ) ? That is his kind of shopping ! It was a wonderful experience all around. Several years ago this dealership was owned by another person whose name was in the title. I had so many bad experiences that I vowed to never deal with them again. Several times , I left the dealership in tears and once I was scared and physically ill because of being hassled by overly aggressive male salesmen. I told everyone I knew about those experiences and found out from other women that they were treated the same way. I am so glad that I took a chance when Angel invited us in. When it is time to trade in our Frontier , we will be back.

My wife had a 2007 Nissan Quest with 98,000 miles and decided to downsize. We have been a Nissan family for many years and decided to shop around for something smaller. The Quest spoiled my wife with it's cavernous storage, comfort, all options, etc. Downsizing was going to be a bit of a challenge after having the Quest and having (zero issues in 7 years). She drove the RA-V4. CR-V. CX-5 and the 2013 Rogue. After researching the 2014 Rogue she decided to wait until the new release. I signed up for the pre-release incentive with Sutherlin Nissan but discovered that the car I specified was sold without contacting me. I went on an on-line search and found that Naples Nissan had then very car coming that my wife wanted. I called the dealership and told them I would like to see the car when it came in. I received a call informing me that the car was received the night before and I could see it in the morning. I really felt it was a waste of my time to even drive 25 miles to see the car since I had nothing but bad experiences trying to buy in Naples. I was greeted by Rick Essig who asked about my needs and took me to see the vehicle (just as unloaded from the carrier). This was the first 2014 that I saw and the interior was far better than the other competitors. I told Rick I liked the SUV but I would not play the Naples premium game. Rick assured me they could deal with me and introduced me to James Pool (Executive Manager) to discuss the Rogue. James did not play games or try to bull s____ me and got right to the OTD price which is what I was looking for. I ended up buying my 19th Nissan from Naples Nissan and we could not be happier. I bought the Rogue 5 months ago and it is an amazing vehicle, great MPG and comfort but not the size of the Quest. All I can is Great!!

Actually I wanted a Minivan but I had some reservations about Minivans from other companies I drove before. In one hour I left Naples Nissan in new Quest SV with my old car traded in for very reasonable price, with all paper work done by sales person and financial manager. And the price completely satisfied me too. The service was great so the car itself. In my opinion both exterior and especially interior are superior to other vehicles of this type. There is a very friendly, no stress, no high pressure atmosphere through out the show room area. My experience was excellent. The salesman was very low key and inform able but financial end was Confusing and too much focus on a insurance option. The car is covered for 3 yrs and everybody knows If cars are breaking down the insurance companies don't make any money. So extra insurance is not a Good deal. Every time you buy an appliance they want to sell you insurance and you cannot insure Everything you own you would go broke.

Bad Experience.Was looking for a Brand New 2014 Sentra with Bluetooth installed.Mike (salesman) said he had the Brand New 2014 Nissan Sentra with Bluetooth( that means factory installed) in stock and he texted me the price.I go to the dealership and of course: he fooled me. The car he selected for me had no Bluetooth and that was the only car available at that price . Tells me to bring it in to have BT installed. I needed the car immediately, so I bought the car anyway. After a few days I took it to have BT. installed.To my great surprise they installed an "aftermarket" BT, nothing compared to the factory installed BT.. Spoke to the GM. today ,3/5/2014, who defended Mike and told me that I initially accepted the car without BT and that there's nothing he could do.

I have lived in Florida for 6 years . I have bought 3 different Nissansales from Naples. I have owned Nissan cars since I started driving 19 years ago. In the last year and a half I have been getting calls from a customer service lady asking if we were interested in the current deals / incentives at the time of the call. I have inquired each time and was told I'd have to check credit and give info on trade in which I've done 3 different times. I'm assuming my credit is not good enough for this dealership or they don't like us cause they never bother to call me back . Why keep calling me and trying to bait me and when I bite never bother to care enough to call me. Mike , joe and mike are the people I've had conversations with but I'm guessing as soon as they figure out who it is they don't want to deal with me or my credit is not good enough for them and I get thrown off into a pile of not worthy customers. Well I won't bite again and if you see this review take my name off your list cause you just lost a customer that will not buy from your dealership again . I'd rather go to sutherlin at least they call back and are willing to sell me a car. Word of mouth travels far and I will due my due diligence spreading the word on my experience

I bought a new Nissan Rogue which handled beautifully until driving to dinner after leaving the dealership when a noise, a scraping sound from the area of the front left wheel began. Two of my daughters were with me through the process and both are knowledgeable about cars (and math). One of them got under the car with a flashlight after it was in the garage but nothing dragging or stuck in the wheel was visible. We also noticed a paint chip on the hood of the car. We had neglected to walk all around the car and specifically look for any paint chips because at the time we were looking at the car, we fully intended to wait a couple of days before buying - then when the price and the trade-in was extremely good (we had done our homework beforehand), I made the decision without thinking to check out the car again.The next morning the noise was so loud that people walking in my community turned their heads to look at the car as it passed. We called Mike Amabile, our sales person, who told us to bring it back and they would take care of it. However the day was Sunday and the service dept. was not working, so we waited until the following day, Monday. On Monday morning we started the car and drove to the dealership - no noise at all. Absolutely nothing. Naples Nissan kept the car the whole day and gave me a loaner. They called to tell me they were unable to hear anything unusual at all but they wanted to keep the car overnight so that one of the technicians could take it home and drive it (and he did - I checked the mileage and he put more than 40 miles on it). It was driving perfectly. I asked if they had removed the wheels when they checked it and they said they had.I took the car home and it has been driving perfectly ever since - my only explanation is that something must have been picked up on the road and jammed in somewhere - and subsequently fell out. They are getting an estimate for the paint chip for the dealership and have told me they will call me to bring in the car and repair the chip as soon as they get the estimate.So far, I am extremely impressed by the courteous service and am happy with the outcome.

My wife and I went to Naples Nissan this past Saturday to look for a new vehicle as our 2011 Nissan Maxima had recently been totaled in a flash flood. As we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Sales Manager, John Heisler. After we explained our situation and needs to John, he assured us that he would be able to help us. John then introduced us to Salesman Donald Perez. Donald took our information and escorted us out to the lot to assist in looking for a new vehicle. After about 10 minutes, we decided on a 2013 Nissan Rogue SL. Donald prepared the vehicle for a test ride and my wife and I drove the vehicle for about 15 minutes. We immediately fell in love with the Rogue! John and Donald were extremely fast in securing our financing and quickly introduced us to Finance Director Abe Rodriguez, who was very professional and friendly, explaining every form in great detail. I purchased a 2013 Maxima lease from Nissan of Naples a few days ago. I have rarely had as enjoyable and positive an experience making any purchase, let alone the purchase of an automobile As a threshold matter, my salesman, Joe Rossi, could not have been more helpful and informative, and, indeed, everyone I dealt with there was personable and seemingly frank and honest. In fact, I went there looking for a more expensive model than I ultimately chose and only changed my mind after Mr. Rossi and the manager both shared their opinions of that model relative to my needs and likely use. They also indicated that if my heart was set on that body type I might be happier with another brand that could be a better fit. What car dealers do that?! In addition, I have since confirmed that the price I obtained was great, and, more important, I have learned that the dealership gave up significant incentives from Nissan in dissuading me from that other model. As a result, Mr. Rossi and Nissan of Naples put my best interests ahead of their own. They have certainly earned my loyalty. Both my kids will be needing new cars within the next three years, and I will not go anywhere else to make those purchases.

The worst new car buying experience I have ever had! Employee we worked with is not listed above. We have bought Honda's since 2004. We were in the market for a new reasonable & reliable car for my kids to drive. A friend of mine said she thought the local Nissan dealer had some new cars from 13,000. We found a lease special online for 12,898 so we brought in the ad. However, we found out the ad was for a manual transmission only (which it does not clearly state in the ad). We ended up getting suckered into a deal for a Nissan Versa Automatic limited edition 2012 for around $16,000.00. I was wondering why they did not have any 2013 on the lot. The sales guy said they have not received any yet. Little did we realize after we got home and did our research that the Nissan Versa 2013 will never come in because the company has renamed and redesigned the car for 2014 now calling it the Nissan Note. We really should have looked at the Sentra (as online people reviews gave it a better rating). Literally, after the purchase we had to take the car across the street to put air in the tires (something the dealer should have done). Then when we get home, we discovered the users manual was missing from the glove box. We also found out on the lease contract that at lease end Nissan charges a fee of $395.00 to just give the car back to them (something you do not have to pay when leasing from Honda). Maybe we would have been satisfied with a higher end model like a Sentra or Altima? I don't know because they were not shown to us (apparently out of our price range??) We put down 4,000.00 towards the Versa and then a few months later I saw a Sentra advertised with $4000.00 down and remaining payments of $89.00 which was a way better deal than what we got. Cons: we found with the Versa 1.8 engine automatic (has no power to get up and accelerate on I 75). Plus on the interstate it catches wind and it takes effort to hold it steady. We have a charcoal interior and it literally picks up every piece of lint it is like a Velcro vacuum (I'm assuming cheap material because I've never owned a car that has done this before). I will never visit the Naples Nissan Dealer again! I think they were trying to get rid of the 2012 Versa's left on the lot and therefore we were steered toward that model.

I bought my Versa in Norfolk, VA and since moving to FL this is the second dealership in FL I've had my oil changed at (the other was Napleton in West Palm Beach). No one greeted me at the service dock or offered to take my keyes like at Norfolk and Napleton. The guy at the desk wasn't super friendly, just average. What was more confusing was the board with the prices above. He told me it was $29.99 but the board said $34.95. He asked me to sign the dotted line I inquired about the price and he said he'd adjust it. I told him to fix his board. When he explained the tire alignment prices ($39.99) I asked why the board said $49.99 and he mumbled something. I think he said it was a special. At that point I'm frustrated. Theres two boards with two different prices hanging on the wall plus what he's telling me. And don't get me started on the refreshments- an empty cookie tray (at least throw it away), no free soda like the previous dealerships just bottled water. I've been to better dealerships where they treat you so nice you'd be embarrased to show up in jeans. This is average nothing more jithing less. By the way, how long does it take to change the oil, I'm the only one here?

As a female shopping alone I knew sales men were going to be extremely pushy. I made it clear when I stepped on to the lot that I was only looking and wanted to get some pricing on their lease offers. I was not going to drive anything off the lot that day. I also stated my budget. $0 down $200 a month. And only automatic. I walked around with the FIRST guy and looked at a few cars. He then handed me off to the "desk guy". We sat down and he started taking my information. He then ran off to get the numbers I was looking for. He came back with the offer of $1300 down and $450+ a month. Apparently they had not listened to a word I had said because they were trying to sell me a car that I couldn't afford. I was then asked if I was willing to go with a used car. Sure I wouldn't mind knowing what's on their lot. They pulled the car around and offered me a test drive. I get to the car and its a manual. I have never driven stick in my life. But the pushy salesman said "it's easy. I'll teach you". After the test drive I wanted some numbers on that too. Just so I would know what I could play with on their lot. I was never given an exact number but that it was in the $200s and I could do it. Not only did they try to sell me a car that was way out of my price range. They tried to sell me a car that I couldn't even drive. They waste 3 hours of their own time and wasted my time I could have been on a lot were the salesmen actually listened to my requests.

I've been in and out dealing with multiple dilemmas from Naples Nissan from the time I bought my Maxima just 8 months ago, but this mistake really hit the spot. I take my car in for a regular service maintenance and this is very unusual since I take it to my well-trusted family mechanic, but I thought I'd give Nissan a try this one time. During the maintenance tests, I had them replace my brake pads as well since they were running low, which they promised me they'd do before they gave me my car, but failed at that. As soon as I pick up my car and start heading out on the slick, rainy road...I noticed my two front tires are feeling like my car is in need of a serious tire balance, but it all felt way too unusual so I got out of my car and called my mechanic. He asked me if Nissan had played with the tires at all and obviously they did to replace my brakes. He came out and unscrewed all 5 or 6 lug nuts from my two front tires with his bare hands. How scary. Not only did Naples Nissan forget to Torque my tires, they forgot to even screw the bolts back in. I am so disappointed and will never trust their service shop ever again. Wouldn't even allow them to call a tow truck for me...who knows..my car would've probably fell off the side of the tow truck with how they went about standard procedures on my car.

Mike Amible worked hard over a period of three weeks to find us the car we wanted, including the color too. He did not just try to complete a sale with a car on the lot. By his own admission, he worked with my wife courteously, over several phone calls, and admitted to me, that she was a tough negotiator. When we got to the dealership, with the deal all but completed, he continued to treat us with a professional manner, and not just the "sigh here" and it's over attitude that I have seen before. I bought a used vehicle from this dealer the buying experience was good, but when having service done or canceling a Extended Warranty Policy get the run around 7 weeks and no response or refund, I have gone in multiple times and never get an answer or response to where my refund is. The Customer Relations quits after you sign for your vehicle and leave. I even sent a email to the Executive Manager and no response to anything make sure you don't get fooled into purchasing when they don't stand by their commitment to Service.

I went into Naples Nissan this past weekend to look at the Nissan Juke. I met with Rick Essig the sales consultant who was friendly, easy to work with and agreeable. I test drove the Juke with my husband and we liked it a lot and ended up buying it! I was not looking to buy anything this weekend, just started shopping around. Rick's approach to sales was laid back and made it very comfortable to buy the car. He transfered title and insurance in a couple of calls, things I had to do in the past which were a pain. Thanks Rick!Next, I worked with Jimmy Goodwin who took great care in giving us the deal we wanted on the Juke and included a great deal on roadside assistance, repairs and dent repair for 5 years. He was easy to work with, funny and likeable. Rick and Jimmy made our experience at Nissan better than most of our other anxiety ridden car buying experiences. The overall feeling in the dealership seemed relaxed and friendly which made it a relief to purchase from Naples Nissan. Dealing with Austin Kellam and Angel Pagan was the best! I felt very comfortable and not pressured, As I did at other dealers around town. They answered all my questions. I told Austin exactly what I wanted and around the budget i needed to stay in, and he produced it!!! They both took their time and explained all facets with me. even staying late. (sorry guys!) This buying experience was as "high pressure" as I've experienced. The bottom line was that we ended up with a deal that was satisfactory to both the dealer and me. I stopped by to learn about the new Nissan Altima and get the $25 gas card that was advertised for taking a test drive. There was also an offer to provide a gift card of up to $500 if you bought a car. These promotions were advertised in the Naples Daily News, but neither the salesman knew of the promotions nor management. Once I bought the car they tried to convince me that the up to $500 gift card was really the $25 gas card. I had to insist that that was not the case. A free tank of gas was then offered. Now that I bought the car I'm expecting the gift card. None was offered other than management instructing the salesman to remind him to process the gift card at another time. I'm waiting for the gift card.Despite the high pressure and the lack of knowledge by both sales and management of the promotions, the overall experience was courteous and pleasant.

My wife and I was approached by a sales person who listen to what models, age, wear and price we had of interest. After test driving, reviewing, and within 15 minutes, he helped narrowed the choices to three and shortly thereafter zeroed in on one to negotiate. Then after swapping two proposed bids, we reached an agreed purchase price that was close to my target. No hassling with 3-4 role playing actors, no wasting time on dickering/bantering on deceiving deals, and no surprises of adding hidden/undisclosed costs. After horrible experiences with other dealers, Naples Nissan was refreshing. Afterwards, staff remained patient and supportive when I was gathering the necessary information for them to process the paperwork. This was not an easy task because I had just moved to Florida. I look forward to using their service facilities as everyone at Naples Nissan appeared professional, polite, and committed to customer service. Genuine people who believe in win/win transactions. We had little problem working with Robert when purchasing the Z 370 Convertible last week. However, Paul(Sales Manager) was very difficult and did not know the price of the navigation system or even know what the IKP and Splash etc. options were on the Z 370. We discussed color preference and indicated that we wanted the navigation system. Paul stated, "You don't need the navigation system since you have an iPhone." Why would this sales manager tell us we don't need an option that we had indicated was important to us? Paul was quite arrogant!It was not a very happy experience purchasing our first sports car.Naples Nissan did not have the 370Z Roadster we wanted. We wanted all the bells and whistles on this car. We preffered white with black interior or black with black interior, 2012 or 2013. Paul indicated that there were none of these cars in the state of Florida. He also told us that black on black was better! We mentioned that we could wait for the car to come off of the assembly line. Paul indicated that the price would be much higher. Paul left for a long time then returned. Paul located 2 cars- 1 in Texas and 1 in VA. We picked the white 2012 located in VA. We agreed on the price in writing. Robert called to have the car shipped to Naples. The car was gone. Robert then said we could get a black on black 2012 from Texas. We agreed on the price in writing once again. Robert called to get it shipped. It was stick shift and we wanted automatic!My wife and I said we would take a new car with all of the bell and whistles and would be willing to wait for delivery. Paul said he would try some other dealers. We sat there waiting and waiting and almost walked out. Low and behold Paul returned and said "You needed to thank me because I got you a 2003 black on black at the same price located close to Tampa!" Paul said we could have it delivered the next day. We agreed again on the price in writing. All was set after a very long attempt to purcase the car. We were left waiting for way too long again. Finally, Robert indicated we would be meeting with Roman in the finace office. We were walking over to Roman's office when Paul approached us with another quotation sheet. Paul said he had made a mistake stating we would have to pay $1,000 more due to the car being a 2013. We had already made the deal on the 2013 and we were aghast at such a move. Paul backed off immediately. We purchased the car from Roman but were fuming. We still have a bad taste in our mouth.When we picked up the car, we spent way too long trying to figure out the navigation system. Robert had not had effecient training on the system. He did not even know that the voice activation did not work with the top down. Robert had to bring another person from the sales force to help him answer our questions. Your sales personel need to be trained so that they can answer questions in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort. They need to have the knowlege and capability to sell your products.

I have given this dealership a high rating because I was very happy with everything from the time that I called to inquire on a vehicle to the time I purchased it and drove off the lot. It took me one day to decide to purchase a car from Naples Nissan. I was hit by a driver and he totaled my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder several days prior.Unfortunately the accident put a wrench in the gears. I loved my car and had intentions on keeping it as I know they have great reputation and run for ever. I ended up finding a 2002 used Nissan Pathfinder on Naples Nissans' lot that was in mint shape with low miles. Finding that car, and working with Angel and James totally made my week after the accident I was in. I couldn't be happier! Recommendations will be coming their way if I know of anyone looking for a vehicle in the future.

My experience with Naples Nissan was more than I expected. I haven't purchased a car from a dealer in 15 years, but I was glad I did this time. I wasn't even planning on buying a car labor Day weekend. I stopped by to show my fiancee the Nissan Altima so she could campare it to the Honda Accord. Austin greeted us in the parking lot and I explained we were just stopping in to let her drive the Altima and were heading to the beach for a boat ride. He said, that was fine and proceeded to arranged a demo drive for her. She loved the car, but we were on our way out. He said let me at leat give you the best price before we leave. We agreed. Austin promptly arranged for the GM/James to engaged and make us an offer we couldn't refuse. He did just that. James and Austin were excellent to work with. I'm a GM and have been in sales all my life and I can sincerely said, this was an experience I'll remember for a long time. I thought Dealers these days are not really interested in the buyer only the sale. This isn't the case at Naples Nissan. The customer is the most importatnt part of the transaction. Even down to Abraham in finance, the experience was GREAT and better than expected. I would RECOMMEND and encourge anyone in te state looking for a Nissan to make the drive to Naples Nissan and experience what a lot of dealer have lost; Customer Serice, Integrity, Salemanship, Respect and appreciation that you took the time to walk in their door whether your buying or just looking, Take the chance, drive to Nissan Naples and experience the best.

The only hangup was the length of time we were there. It took 4 hours to get the paperwork put together, which seems a little excessive. Mr. Pool (who is the manager) added $2,800 to the back end of my lease in order to make the deal "look good" and didn't care to tell me upfront. Because of this, now I'm upside down with my current lease contract. Thank you Naples Nissan. Next time I will be visiting the Fort Myers dealership, at least they are honest and upfront. Both of these guys went out of their way to help us.My wife and I had been looking for a car for our teenage daughter for some weeks and we happen to pass the dealer right at/just after closing. We just wanted to take a look at the cars they had available and as we wandering around, Erik was pulling a car back into the used area. He was more than happy to show us the car he was pulling in as well as a couple of others. The price he gave me right off the bat was the advertised Internet price so he I felt they were pretty honest. I had been to one dealer who quoted me 5K above the Internet price! I've also had other dealers playing around with price a lot. Later that night, I checked all the major car sites, ebay and other out of state dealers to see how competitive the price was and it was at least $500 below price of most comparable offerings.Erik took the extra time after the dealership was closing to get the keys, open up the car we were looking at and then let us test it out. We were very impressed with his knowledge and the ease of which he was able to answer our questions regarding warranty and other things.One of the things that I think we liked the best was that we weren't too keen on the cloth interior and he suggested that if we wanted to, we could change it out for an additional cost. Again, he was very accommodating and not rushing us off the lot.We told him we would be in the next day and that we would bring our daughter. We came in the next day and we were met by Tray as we parked and got out of our car. We explained we were looking for Erik and Tray went to find him. As luck would have it, Tray told us that Erik was with another customer. We had NOT made an appointment as I didn't know my schedule.Tray then showed the car to my daughter and took us on another ride in which he let her drive the car and answered any questions for us. He was even more knowledgeable than Erik and that paid off when we were looking into changing the interior. Tray went as far to show us his own interior for color choice.We decided to buy the car and the rest of the process was pretty smooth with no surprises along the way. We'll be taking the car back in a couple of days to get reupholstered when the material arrives so we'll see how service works.

He followed up with me and I spoke with him about my horrific experience with Sutherlin Nissan, and he was very courteous and polite. I went in to look for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and found a Nissan Versa. He worked out the BEST price I could ever imagine, and got me into my now beautiful 2011 Nissan Versa! My wife and I got to know George Carter since 2000 when we got a car from Mitsubishi. When I was ready for another car, I found out that George had moved to Nissan Fort Myers. I contacted him and since then I had two leases from them. When I was ready for this lease, I again found out that George moved but to Nissan Naples. My car buying experience started with phone calls to about five different car dealerships...asking questions about mid size sedans and pricing. I wanted to get the best car at the best price! I spoke to Jaime Rodriguez on the phone... met with him at Naples Nissan that day... worked out a great deal with him and Frankie Gee... bought and paid for in full my new 2012 Nissan Altima... when the car came in for me to pick up, I finished up my buying experience with the manager James Pool after he made a few changes with financing and adding the three year free maintenance agreement to the deal at a great price. I also came back for the splash guards to be installed and everyone in the service department were helpful and I had a wonderful buying experience. Thank you to all !!!

My fiance and I came to Naples Nissan looking for a new Altima. Our salesperson was Sal, who quickly directed us to a great car and offered us a great deal. We had just walked into the dealership, were visiting from Georgia and needed to speak with our bank before signing on the dotted line. Sal urged us to leave a credit card and license in good faith and we agreed to speak with him the next morning. In no way did we authorize him to swipe our card. It was meant to hold the vehicle. On the way out, he asked us to speak with his manager James Pool and explain why we were not buying the car on the spot. Sal stated that his manager needed to know that it wasn't anything that he was doing wrong. (Why does it matter? Why should we have to buy at that second anyway?) We told James that we wanted to discuss the financing with our bank and insurance and that we would call back the following day. Early the next day John's mother went into the hospital, needless to say we were not thinking about calling back Naples Nissan. John received a text from Sal at 3:17pm stating, "thanks for the business if you don't mind i already swiped a thousand on the credit card to secure the vehicle and put the radio in...please lmk what time you want to pick up"When my fiance showed me this message I was in disbelief. Where in the world of business and customer service is this acceptable? I called Sal to let him know that he had absolutely no authorization to do that, which he claimed at that moment that he didn't actually swipe the card. I let him know that he lost the sale. He acted like he didn't understand why someone would be upset about someone swiping their credit card with authorization. I tried calling the dealership to speak with management or James Pool but there was no one available to speak with me.I am already a happy owner of Nissan Murano. I however will NEVER step a foot into this dealership ever again. Naples Nissan offers a "lifetime warranty" that may seem appealing however their business tactics are extremely poor. I would rather take my chances anywhere else.

Everyone we worked with at the dealership was very friendly. However I brought my car in to get the windows tinted and the job was not completed. I was told I would get a strip of tint at the top of the windshield and that was never done. Once I got the car home I also found a bubble in the tinting on the passenger side window. Hopefully the next time I bring my car in, it will be fixed.

I had a great experience with all of the staff at John Marazzi Nissan. James and Angel were very willing to negotiate the price of my new Nissan Quest. I ended up with a payment I can afford and a generous price for my trade-in. Everyone was very accomodating and made sure we were well taken care of during our wait to speak with Dina in finance. This afternoon we picked up our new Altima. Not only is it a beautiful car, it is easy to drive for us, seniors. The staff, espceially, Sal Scarcella made the experience of purchasing the car a very good one. We have bought many cars in the past but this was the best information we got. Before we purchased the Altima we went to at least 6 other dealers to see their cars. The Altima best suited our needs and Sal Scarcella was the best, by far, of all the other salesmen we met. Worst Experience Ever!! Would not do business again!! Stay as Far away from this Dealership as possible!! Insulted my intelligence and my budget. Tried to put me in a lease that I was not interested in and specifically told them what my budget was. Finally they tried to sell me 2 other vehicles I wasn't interested in. Then another customer walked in and the completely blew me off for them. I will make sure to let everyone in the Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers area to never visit John Marazzi Nissan!!!

I make a concerted effort to have ALL my service work done at this dealership - not only my Pathfinder, but also my Chevy van and my Saturn Sky. I find them to be honest, reasonably priced, - particularly like Robert Sneed working on my vehicles (in fact usually try to request him). Am told exactly what needs to be done, and the price - not inflated unnecessary repair work. Had an emergency requirement while over in Miami, had to go to Maroni for water pump - parts and labor was higher than expected, and recommendations for additional service work (once checked by Marazzi) were deemed to be unnecessary. Think next time will have vehicle towed back to Marazzi instead of fixing in Miami.

Great to deal with. They want your business and show it and do what they can. Car was used and had some flaws and they fixed it for free. Center console had huge scratch marks on it and had some of the material paint corroded. I mentioned it during the deal and they said right away no problems and they'll fix it for free. Brought it back for my scheduled appointment a week later and got a brand new console! Definitely recommend!

I went into Nissan looking to trade in my 2008 Ford Explorer. I was looking at getting a 2011 Nissan Altima. I was apointed Hector Alicea as my salesman and he did an excellent job! He brought the new vehicle up to the front for me to check out, he went over all the features and we went inside where he had all the paperwork drawn up ready to be signed within an hour. Not to mention he stayed after hours to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and to make sure the new Altima was clean and has gas in it for us. He was very easy to work with, very friendly towards my 2 children and he was there to make sure we were happy every step of the way! I would definitely recommend him to anyone out there that is looking at trading in their current car or purchasing a brand new Nissan! I am a regular customer of John Marazzi Nissan Naples FL, so I know what to expect before bringing my car in for any service. There is always a wait time but my time went over 30 minutes as I was told approx. 1 hr 30 min. and actually it was 2 hrs. A oil change and an alignment is what I was having done this time. This could be due to the fact it was around 1:00 PM and Service Men having a lunch break? Nadine is always courteous and told me if I needed to go anywhere she could have it arranged with someone to take me. When I leave the Service Dept. I am always happy with the performance of my Pathfinder. Thank-you ALL.

I purchased this car about 2 years ago. I had previously purchased cars from Rob Fontano when he was at Marazzi Totota, and because of the experience with him I decided to try a Nissan. Will Barrios was the salesman that I dealt with and found to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my selection, and Brian Del Negro in the business office explained everything in detail about the financing of an automobile and the different ways to protect my investment. I have always had my vehicles serviced at the dealer where I made the purchase, and still continue that practice at Marazzi Nissan. My latest experience at this dealership (an oil change and tire rotation) was just as good as all the others. Juan Lopez, one of the service advisors, let me know about a nail in one of my tires and advised me of the cost of repair instead of completing the repair and then presenting me with the bill as some other dealers may have done. I would recommend this dealer to anyone purchasing or servicing a vehicle because of the people that work here - this is my fifth vehicle purchased from them.

Threw in a free car wash, in and out in a half hour....maybe a little less. On top of the great price for the oil change, juan threw in a $20 dollar certicate for future work. Definitly will be back.

Alot of adjusting on price, rebates and added on costs. The Finanace person (Dina) was very helpful as was Tina who in the end made everything right and assisted me in finding a thousand dollar error.The reason I rated this good instead of great as I had to dig and ask for details and answers in order to catch errors. The staff was receptive helpful and corrected the problems on the spot. They are friendly and do a good job. I realize it is my responsibility to go over and find discrepencies and have no bad feelings.

I have taken my car for service for the past year and have always had friendly, professional service representatives. I have never had to wait more than thirty minutes for my car to be returned. I really love that my car gets washed every time I take it for an oil change.

If they ask you if you want the factory part or the "nonfactory " part know that what they mean is that for alittle bit less money the non-factory part is rebuilt and not new- I tried to save some money thinking that it was just another brand... But the part broke down two minutes after pulling out of the dealership and that was scary as I was just about to get on 75. They are putting in the "factory part" for no additional charge and they did put me in a rental so I really can't complain. I just wanted other remales that perhaps didn't know exactly what the difference in parts to know- Actually, the only reason I go there is to recieve factory parts. Also, don't forget to join the 'reward' program as the savings can really add up for future service discounts!

I had a transmission slipping problem with my Infiniti and took the car in late in the day (2PM)and they were able to accommodate me. They drove me home, diagnosed the problem, had the part in stock, and repaired it - all by 5PM. That is great customer service!

I have done all required maintenance for my Nissan Versa 2008 at John Marazzi Nissan, since new. Yesterday Juan Lopez took care of the service, he advised my about what else to do and gave me options in terms of pricing and payment...even discounts!! for being a loyal customer. Since I could not pick my car yesterday, Juan suggested to take a loaner at not cost. I did it, so I could do my work with no trouble at all. The 45,000 miles maintenance is not cheap, but given all the care it includes, it pays and Marazzi Nissan have competitive pricing for services. Happy with the dealer and most importantly, happy with Juan's careful attention to my needs and circumstances. He is also bilingual, which makes him even friendlier. Recommended!!!

My husband and I were in the market for a third vehicle, so we could have bought "used" or "new and any brand. We had always been loyal Toyota customers, but we heard that Nissan had steadily been surpassing many competitors in the same market. To our surprise, we first noticed that many familiar former Toyota salespeople were now at Nissan. This was our first clue that we would be converted into Nissan fans. We then learned about Nissans amazing lifetime vehicle warranty, quality, overall value and appearance of vehicles. We realized that the Nissan standards surpassed many comparable competition brands, even that of Toyota. We purchased a new 2011 Nissan Frontier, which is a smoother ride, more eye appealing and overall better value than that of the Toyota Tacoma. Our salespeople which were Salvatore Scarcella and Luis Corrales, were outstanding and not pushy. They were both very knowledgeable about their product and seemed proud and excited of what Nissan had to offer. The dealership is lucky to have such dedicated and knowledgeable salespeople like Salvatore and Luis. Very cordial while in their building, and fine facility, along with prompt answers, after a very successful telephone negotiation for new car price with features I wanted. The new cars on the lot helped be decide on the particular car I finally chose. It was fun to spin the wheel and win 50 dollars for a dinner at a local restaurant. The restrooms were also very clean and comfortable. The various people I also observed while waiting for papers to be processed all looked like happy employees and the other customers seemed relaxed and hopeful of a good car buying experience. They were trusting in allowing me to pay for the car the next day having forgotten to bring my check book with me to the car dealership.

This may be the first time that I walked out of a dealership feeling that "I won".They matched or slightly beat the price of TMV on edmunds.com, and gave me the desired price on my trade in without having to negotiate. I went in with a fixed price in my mind what I was prepared to pay and they made an offer that was well below this figure. A small problem arose after delivery on the car, but they fairly resolved it without any difficulty.I am extremely happy with the experience, and saved a trip to Miami to shop competitive dealers.

John Mooney is the best car salesman I have ever worked with and I have worked with quite a few. The high pressure sales pitch you expect from a car sales was on vacation, because it was not there. John was very helpful, answered questions, demostrated the vehicle and made me feel very comfortable. I would rate my experience with this dealer as exceptional. The price of the car was reasonable, but not a basis for any praise. However, dealing with Mr. Scarcella and Mr. Corales was most satisfting. They were above board and very informative. Before I left I was thoroghly briefed on all the features of this complex car in detail which took considerable time. I would complement Mr. Marrazi for developing such talent in the sales room.

Patrick Castleberry was a very helpful salesman. He even asked if I wanted to try the car out before buying it, meaning I could actually take it home overnight. I didn't do this, because I knew this was exactly the car I wanted. The final negotiated price was equitable(price haggeling was minimal). I will remain a patron of Marazzi Nissan for many years to come, as it seems Nissan as a manufacturer is producing cars that us young people want to drive and can afford.

My first visit to dealership I was greeted by Joe Sierra. Told him i was looking to take advantage of a mailer stating i could get out of a current lease 3 months early and get into another vehicle. Present lease was for a 2008 350Z. I needed something a little bigger but sporty. I had gone on their website and noticed the 2011 Altima Coupe 3.5SR. He had me test drive one he had on the lot. Rode nice but had cloth seats and not a lot of options. I told him i would be back in a few days to test another car with leather seats. I brought my wife and we drove the car a bit and Joe offered that we could take it home overnite. That really helped me decide on purchasing the vehicle. My wife and I went back the next day and negotiated the deal with the help of Nick to get me at my price range. I was very impressed with everyone involved at the dealership. The financing went great with Jimmy G. Lots of paperwork but he kept it moving along as fast as possible. I was given a loaner car to get home and picked up the new car the next day. It was all detailed and looked amazing!! The only thing missing was to tint the windows and Joe brought me to Tina's office to talk about my options. Tina was very good at suggesting the right combination and gave me a great price. I had the tint done the next day and the results were incredible. Very very happy. This is the second new car we have purchased from Joe and John Marazzi Nissan. Both times they were very helpful, friendly and thorough. We have used the service department and found it to be very good also. The dealer has a lot of inventory on the lot so you can see all the different models and colors to compare. Joe is very efficient and knowledgeable with the sales process. He helped us program both cell phones into the blue tooth built into the car. He changed our plates and processed all the needed papers on the trade in. It was all done in a few hours with the tinting applied to the windows and the perma plate application so we could drive the car home the same day.

My daughter wanted a Nissan Altima, but the newer ones were all roughly $2000 higher than my budget. On 02/09/11, my wife and I thought we would check out the dealership. We met with Angel Pagan, who was very nice. We explained our budget cap and what we were looking for. Angel showed us a black 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5S, listed at $14,800. The car was nice, but it had dings, scratches and frankly just didn't "wow" us. The GM, James Pool came over and asked how everything was going. We explained everything to him and he said he would be right back. Shortly thereafter, James called us over to look at another black 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5S. This car had a little more miles, but it was in stellar condition with tinted windows, new tires and no dings or scratches. This car was exactly what we were looking for, but I was skeptical because James knew my budget limit and if the other Altima was $14,800 (way out of my budget), how was I going to get this much nicer Altima for less. Well, I did!!! Although I went over my budget by a few hundred dollars, we got the car we wanted and feel great about it. Angel and James were awesome! Since the car is a sweet sixteen birthday present, Marazzi Nissan will deliver the Altima in their showroom-on-the-go trailer right to my house. Not only were James and Angel awesome, the Finance Manager, Dina was great as well. She was very patient with us, as we took some time making sure we wanted to buy the car. In the end, my wife and I could not be more pleased with the dealership, the personnel and customer service they provide at Marazzi Nissan. My daughter will be very surprised! Also, they provide a free lifetime warranty and free car washes to their customers (big selling points). My daughter will have no excuse for having a dirty car. The reason for this review is to bring forth the sales issue that we encountered. We contacted many local dealerships with our request and found several cars at this location that we were interested in. Mike (Finance Manager) was very polite and very helpful, However Mike Amabile was not the right person to help us out. We have a bankrupcy on our credit and were looking to down size from a newer Yukon to a Altima or Sentra. We gave him several vehicles that were in the price range of what we were looking for, but he said that he could not help us on a Sunday because the banks were closed. He quickly dimissed us and excused his self. After several phone calls to his cell and office that were not returned we started our search elsewhere. I know that our situation is not unique, however he treated my wife and I as if it was. We have since purchased a 2010 Camry from Germain. It was not exactly what we were looking for but we settled because we did not want to do business with Nissan.

Just purchased a 2008 Audi from John Marazzi Nissan. It was my first time buying a car on my own, and Mike was patient, kind and informative throughout the process. Although Joe had called me, I actually ended up dealing with Mike Amabile through Joe. Although I had originally intended to just look to see what was available in my price range, Mike showed me a fantastic deal on a used toyota solara convertible which in the end I could not refuse. Every other dealership I went to was telling me I would go home with a 22 percent interest rate to a, lack of a better word, crappy automobile. I came across Mike at John Marazzi Nissan and he notified me of the college graduate loans. Within a few days they negotiated a deal with a bank for .69 percent interest on a new car. Everyone at John Marazzi Nissan treated me with respect. After dealing with other dealerships who would look at my credit and instantly treat me with negligence, I felt that Mike and everyone at John Marazzi Nissan deserves pat on the back.It is comforting knowing that businesses still have great customer service and want the best for their clients :)

I have had my 2010 Pathfinder since May and am happy. Yesterday I bought a Droid and no one could get it to sync with the blue tooth. So I just drove to the shop. My sales person was Angel, and the manager I worked with was James. I wanted a car that was not in inventory. There was a chance that we were going to have to order one from nissan, but instead they went and picked the car up I wanted and added the options that I wanted. Had my new car within a few days. It was GREAT service. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from them in 1 year, and will be buying my next car from them. Going anywhere else to buy a nissan in SWFL is just plain silly.

WE RAN HIM BACK AND FOURTH TO THE MANAGER JAMES POOLE TO FIND A VEHICLE WE COULD AFFORD AND WOULD BE HAPPY WITH. HE DIDN'T COMPLAIN AT ALL. ON ONE OF HIS TRIPS HE BROUGHT THE MANAGER JAMES POOLE BACK OUT WITH HIM. I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE WAS SO CURTIOUS AND FRIENDLY. The service staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are clean and organized, and all of the work I've had done has been expert.I would recommend Marazzi Nissan to anyone looking to buy a Nissan.Constructive criticism. The service desk area can become crowded or confused on a busy service day. While the staff does there best to help everyone in a timely manner, it can often feel like you are being ignored. I would suggest having a clear place for customers to wait. That way no one can cut in front of others and people understand when it is their turn. As much as everyone dislikes lines, I believe it will help.

Mr. Marazzi,Last Tuesday I came into work, my husband and I work at the same facility, my 2002 Mustang had seen better days in the last 8 years. I knew I would be hard to finance, and I was not sure what would happen, I was actually waiting for the reply that I was out of luck. This started with email with Connie Monroe, on 11/3/2010, by the end of the week 11/5/2010, I came in, opened up the email and had the notice from Connie that I was approved, I truly was surprised, excited, and a whole lot of other emotions at the same time. I was amazed at minimum, I am not sure how your team did this but they did, and all of them very professional, and very honest with me in this experience, I did not even want to come for a test drive until I knew we were approved. Trey was the salesman, and Sal was in there to, both of which I might add seem to be a good part of the Marazzi team, they were fantastic, honest and right on top of things. Then we get to the finance office, we had Dina, who was also very courteous, and organized and had us in and out in no time. You are fortunate to have team members at your facility there that are this good, and this aware of customers needs, no matter the economic background or other issues they may have, they were all extremely helpful, and just plain good down to earth people. I am now enjoying driving my 2011 Nissan Sentra, which by the way, I was not even sure of what I was getting, or what color!! They found the car that I could finance, and they did very well in every aspect of this deal. Please let each of them know how much my husband and I enjoyed meeting them, and having them work for us, which they did and they did an outstanding job each with their own part in getting me in a new car. I will most certainly make sure that anyone looking for a car knows to give your team an opportunity to make a dream come true for them as they did for me. Great Price, Friendly Service. Dealership requested additional $2000.00 the day after car was purchased by electronic contract or "would have car towed back to dealer". Now dealer has suspended our extended warranty and wants $1000.00 more for it too. We have contacted consumer affairs at Nissan and written letters to 6 top executives at Nissan North America, Inc. We are still attempting to resolve the extended warranty issue; we have already paid $1,584.00.
