William was our salesman. Very nice gentleman that knew the performance of the truck as well as the newest features that ford has added to their trucks. Michael was also a gentleman that helped us with purchasing . They both have excellent customer service skills and southern hospitality in Starke, Florida. The facility is clean they provide drinks and popcorn. People were all very nice.. The atmosphere was bright and comfortable. If I like Ford's check them out ask for these two gentleman.

We were traveling with our 2 dogs, 1200 miles from home and our vehicles warning light came on. We googled the closest dealership. We called and they said they could help. We were there in 30 in minutes. They serviced us quickly, a new serpentine belt and tensioner, and pointed out it was all warranty. Polite, kind,accommodating and efficient. We were back on the road in just a couple hours! Thank you all!!

I have an old 2004 F250 6.0. Diesel's can be a little more to maintain, but I've got 270000 miles on this truck and it runs great. Mainly to the fact that I spend a little extra and let the experts repair it. Adam and Carol always treat you right

Guys in Quick Lane are Great. Although, I didn't realize I was going at lunch time they were able to get me out in an hour. I had a good sized piece of granite in between my rotors & pads of my 2020 Fusion causing a shrilling noise.
