We love our new Bronco Sport!!!!! It is AWESOME!!! Very smooth and quiet ride. Couldn't be happier. Also everyone at Mullinax Ford Was so nice to deal with.. The General Manager assisted us and kept us updated all the time. We were shown how to operate all the gadgets by Celeste in sales. All our questions were answered. The Service Manager had all the detailing done and made it shine the minute it was delivered. Great service. Everyone there is very professional and so polite. Andrew ( 5 star) - Kept us updated on the truck readiness for pickup. Was very professional. Robert- (5 star) - was very helpful on the test drive, car show, and getting us competitive rates for financing. He did a lot by giving us many financing options. We trust him and recommend him. Lance - (5 star) - helped us with better financing and even called the next day to see how we are doing with our truck . Answered all our questions. Good people . Dennis (5 star) made us understand the documents and the loan term. Was very professional on the finance side of the truck buying process. Cathy- (5 star) was professional and excellent customer service skills. She called to follow up on our purchase/ service and we could not be happier with the truck. She helped me with a phone charger when my phone died. Overall, we were treated well, they even gave us a lower rate than our bank Loan. I recommend them and their products anytime and to anyone . Outstanding service from the Mullinax team! Was helping my son-in-law look for a second vehicle, when Mullinax Ford was recommended. Our sales person, Shena, was on point from recommendations of vehicles to suit our needs, to the final cost and monthly payments. He hasn't stopped smiling from the time we walked out of the dealership yesterday! I think it's safe to say he is very happy with his purchase. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check out Mullinax Ford! Ask for Shena, she will make you comfortable with the whole process of purchasing a vehicle. No hassling, or pushy sales pressure. She will work with you to get you in a vehicle that you are comfortable with. Excellent and professional service provided by this dealer. Shena sales person helped me with the buying process and took her time to explain step by step car functional features. It was a virtual buying process over the phone and computer very smooth, fast no delays. Car was delivered as promised to my house and met all my expectations. I will fully recommend this dealership, and sales person Shena, no fees were charge very clear and clean purchased.

The service was OK. Prompt, efficient professional. I sure hope Sherry returns to the service dept. soon. She's the absolute star of that dept. She knows how to care for old guys. The others don't smile much. Sherry smiles and makes an old guy believe she likes him and her job. There is a difference. Jim G
