Called on a vehicle and was told call would be returned and it never was. I had to call 3 times before told car was already sold. Then called next day saying was available and was sent email with pictures of vehicle because we live in Kansas. We were told we had until morning to let them know because it was 6:30 in evening when they called to say was available. We called back next morning several times and left messages because we wanted the vehicle. I had already checked flights to fly out to get vehicle and no one returned our call. Once Stan did call back later that afternoon we were told he saw we had called several times but he was just so busy he couldn't call us back and that someone was in finance office at that time buying vehicle. Very bad customer service and pretty shady.

Very good buying experience. Sales Associate very friendly and accommodating. Price was very competitive relative to other dealers I talked to. Good buying experience. The service department failed to properly repair a pinion seal leak on my first visit (was under warranty) and I had to schedule a return visit to have the seal replaced.

I began taking my Tahoe (which I did not purchase from Mildenberger) for service a few years ago. They always treated me like their number one concern and customer even though I had purchased this Chevy elsewhere. After a few years we were thinking of trading in for a suburban and when I went for an oil change they had the perfect vehicle for us. They are not pushy salespeople and really do their best to match your needs with the best vehicle they have. Ray Neisinger was AWESOME! He was thorough and thoughtful and we really feel that we got a "steal". We will continue to always use Mildenberger for service and purchases in the future. The whole gang down there deserves a high five and a huge Thank YOU!

As a young couple getting your first car is nerve racking. My wife and I found a car that was perfect for us so we decided to go and look at it. With in five minutes we were helped and told all about the car. Customer service was really well done. I didn't feel like I was being tricked and they worked with us about the things we cared about! I was super impressed with how much everyone worked there to try and get us a car, with not a lot of credit history it was a little harder for us to get a loan but they got us a car that day and I'm extremely thankful! I would definitely recommend Mildenburger motors.

I come in to do my oil changes. The service is top notch! I am always greeted with a smile and an offer of a loaner car. The coffee is hot and always on. If you live in the neighborhood. You owe it to yourself to go check Mildenberger Motors out.

Special thanks to the folks at Mildenberger motors. I had a great experience when I needed to refinance my vehicle. Their Finance Dept was able to knock my payment down a solid $200/mo from what other Dealerships and banks were offering at the time. I am from out of town, and they had everything ready to go for me when I arrived. Making my trip not only worth it, but painless. I didnt have to wait around for hours, and everything was in line and what I was expecting. I was able to work with them remotely, schedule an appointment, and get my deal done and out the door with no time wasted. Much appreciated. While there, I was able to speak to a couple of the sales team members. They were simply appreciative of my time, and willing to help in any way they could. I will be buying my next vehicle from them.

Recently purchased my second car in 4 years from Mildenberger. Both occasions were concluded with, hopefully, both parties being satisfied. Both the sales associate and management listened, reacted promptly and put no undo stress on the buyer. The cars were prepped and delivered quickly and in excellent condition (one was a used car). The dealership followed up with me on several occasions to gauge my satisfaction. I accordingly have been loyal in using their service department. Routine service has been excellent. They researched a performance enhancement option and came up with a creative solution (thinking outside the box!). Great people to deal with from from the owner, to the service manager, to the technicians.

Ray and all the staff were very helpful in explaining the lease process and the advantages and disadvantages. The staff at Mildenberger Motors is very accommodating and patient and knowledgeable. We had not considered a lease when we went in to shop for a car and after discussing the option we decided it was a good option for us. A few months prior to this lease, I purchased a used pickup from Mildenberger and was, again, very impressed by the entire purchasing process and the entire staff. The entire experience has been favorable and I would recommend Mildenberger Motors to anyone.

Purchased a car in early 2012 which I loved. This car had all the features I wanted with the best mileage I could afford and everything. Unfortunately this car was involved in an accident and was totaled so, thinking that I had a good relationship with the dealer, I went back to them several months later. They qualified me for a Chevy Impala that looked good from what I could tell. They say you should always take a car to a mechanic to be looked at, but I wanted to trust this dealership and my mechanic was 30+ miles away. So I noted a weird noise from the struts but got the car anyway. Later down the road, I found that the struts were bad and need to be replaced, the tires were cheap and needed to be replaced, the radio only works 90 percent of the time, the transmission needed to be flushed (took them 3 times to clean it out), the speedometer sounds like its breaking down and the power locks sound worn out. This car is very poor in quality compared to the first car they set me up with and I am very disappointed. None the less I will never go there again.

I purchased a used car from them in 2012 that I loved! The price was right, the mileage and features were right, it was just perfect for me. The car was totaled a few months later and because of my great experience I went back. I only qualified for one car which was a Chevy Impala with 90k miles on it. I asked around and was told Impalas are good, and the car looked good from the pictures, so I made the trip down to get it. I should have taken it to a mechanic first and then said no way (my fault). After having it for a few months, the transmission needed to be flushed 3 times to clean it up, the struts need replacing, the tires are going bad, the stereo works about 90 percent of the time, the speedometer sounds like its going to break down, and the auto locks just sound in poor condition. I did contact them regarding the struts and they refused to do anything about it. I will never deal with this company ever again in the future.

Mildenberger Motors in Hamilton Montana is a great place to have a vehicle serviced. We have purchased 3 new vehicles from this dealership; each one has been warrantee serviced in a prompt and efficient manner. As a woman, I can say, this is a great place to deal with service employees; appointments can be made by phone or online; questions are answered and they listen to what I have to say. Phone calls are answered and messages left regarding whatever service is necessary; we live 60 miles from the dealership in rough terrain and winter conditions and accurate estimates of time and service needed are important to us. And, the waiting room and restrooms are immaculate. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car or truck.

Great customer service. Had a wonderful experience buying this truck. Thanks and i will come back in the future! Truck was immaculate when I picked it up. Financing was quick and done in a professional manner. I rally like the fact all accessories can be purchased on site. The owner of Mildenberger Motors actually came out and congratulated me on me new rig, that does not happen these days.
