We arrived at the dealership very close to closing time on Wednesday night. However, salesman Wes Charles and others essential in getting our contract completed stayed well after hours to assist us in our purchase. We took possession of the Fusion bright and early the following morning after it had been detailed and filled with gas. This is my third purchase from Metter Ford; two of those purchases being with Wes Charles. I hope my Fusion lasts for many, MANY years because I LOVE the car! But should it become necessary, I will certainly go back to Metter Ford and request Wes!

When I bought my 2015 F150 I had reservations about buying a new truck. They out my mind at ease and showed me that they would get my financing right for me, and they did, thank god because I love my truck. I was so impressed with this dealership that I bought my wife a 2016 Explorer from them as well. I'd like to note that I live over an hour from this dealership. I could've went to Savannah or Hinesville Georgia but I knew that dealing with Metter Ford meant I'd get the best trade-in value and they take good care of me and my family. The sales staff were always nice, they had a great selection to choose from, their appearance was professional, and our sales associate was outstanding. He was easy to talk to and never tried to push us in a direction we didn't want to go; in fact I made sure to use him again for our second purchase This dealership and its staff were top notch! Danny Holley, our salesman, was just great and helpful in everyway. He spent the time necessary to locate an Escape that was closest to our needs and had it transported from Dublin the very first day. He explained all of the SUV's functions and has promised to help in anyway in the future. I don't see how anything could be improved during the sales transaction. The paperwork was voluminous, but I understand it's necessity.

I have never been to a dealership that has been so NOT what most people dread in dealerships. There was no pushiness to buy what they had just because it was there no push on buying right then, nothing... they were the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. My father has dealt with Metter Ford for years, and I have always wanted to own a Ford. I purchased my previous vehicle (a used Dodge) from Metter Ford, which I drove for almost 9 years. So, I deci9ded that I only wanted to look at Metter Ford. Matt McCullough was very helpful in helping me find a new car; I had my heart set on a focus but he helped me decide on a Fiesta instead based on my needs. It also took very little time to get the base model I was looking for. I went from "just looking" on a Friday to "new car owner" eight days later! I am completely satisfied with my new Fiesta. Metter Ford lives up to its slogan; its where you "want to do business" and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family members for certain.

Very pleased to see that I found finally found a dealership that does not advertise a price with all rebates and incentives included already. The price advertised was before rebates so if I didn't qualify for some that amount was not tacked back on to the advertised price of the truck. Metter dealership was a straight shooter on prices and honest with everything, very upfront. No false advertising. I was well pleased!!!

Don't waste your time at this dealership! I have never been treated as rudely or more disrespectfully at a car dealership. Arrogant and condescending remarks were made to me by the sales manager as I explained how the "deal" was no deal at all! His behavior was completely unprofessional and a disgrace to FORD Motor Company. However, my salesperson was very nice. It's unfortunate he was not allowed to make the deals. I am sure we could have worked something out! I went to a neighboring dealership on the very same day and bought a vehicle. It was a completely different experience. Most importantly, I'm sure I would have been treated with respect EVEN if a deal had not been reached.

THIS IS THE BEST FORD DEALER AROUND. I HAVE BOUGHT MULTIPLE VEHICLES FROM THEM AND THEY ARE ALWAYS SO NICE. I STILL CHECK THEIR PRICE AGAINST THE DEALERS IN SAVANNAH, STATESBORO AND AUGUSTA AND THEY WIN HANDS DOWN. I had just totaled my vehicle a few days before and was out of town with a borrowed car. I spent my nights in the hotel on the internet searching for used cars within my area. Based on my search criteria there were 279 cars within 100 mile radius. However, only two I were truly interested in - both at Metter Ford. I stopped at Metter Ford on Friday on my way back into town and looked at both vehicles. My husband and I went back that night and test drove one. We decided that was a good car for him, not me (it was a GREAT deal though - kind of hard to pass up!). So we test drove the other one on Saturday morning. This was about 11:00 am, and I had to go out of town again that afternoon. After the test drive the salesman gave me their best quote which was below what I was anticipating. That afternoon I was on my way out of town, with my new (used but new to me) car. The car did need a cleaning. Monday they came to where I worked, picked up the car, cleaned it and rotated and balanced the tires and brought it back to me! This is my family's fourth car buying experience with Metter Ford. This experience should explain why!
