One would think because it's Mercedes-Benz that you're going to get first class service and professional and courtesy not so much went in for a schedule be service service advisor tried to sell me things that weren't necessary on a 50,000 mi vehicle recommended replacing the air filter and they never inspected it told me $750 for a new key when the company that they use for their used car inventory sold me one for $275 with a warranty also wanted to charge me $750 for a transmission service when everywhere else in town we'll do it for 4:50 to 500 so you tell me if you got money to burn and I'm retired and I don't and we're in a recession and a pandemic and the rich keep getting richer and the greed keeps getting greedier. I feel the service advisor really didn't know much about cars at all more like he used to work at restaurant I expect my service manager to be very knowledgeable about automobiles especially their own product when really he's nothing more than a sleazy salesman at a used car lot dressed a little nicer very disappointing I've managed Mercedes dealerships in California two of them to be exact and if I had employees such as this they would be fired in a New York second very disappointed shame on you sewell.... I will definitely make my purchase and service maintenance in sugar Land

I am so extremely frustrated with this service department. It might seem petty but don't offer a service you can't provide consistently. The car wash! It's a small perk but it means a lot. That is when it is done!!!! This is the second time that my car was not washed! They are quick to take my payments but make excuses for that small perk. Oh, but they were quick to say we can upgrade the wash for $160.00! Well, maybe it is how they treat people that bought the service plan upon purchase. Note to the service person, if your customer says it is important that it is clean upon pick up, call them prior to pick up that you are not able to OR spray it down like someone offered at the last minute. Show an EFFORT! I have been a Sewell HWY 6 customer since they opened, leased 2 cars, and purchased one. Prior to that I was a Star Motor customer for many years. I guess I don't matter to Sewell!
