My service experience exceeded my expectations. "Devon” was my service representative. He greeted me promptly and was fully aware of my vehicle's service needs and kept me informed of progress, applied a coupon to final bill, and was accommodating in every way. I received the car washed and vacuumed. Very nice. A 5 stars experience.

Actually went there after a friend purchased a Mercedes down the road. Very helpful making sure he got extra key that the Nissan dealer down the street didn't provide or refused to help with. The girls behind the help desk went above and beyond. Even though the purchase wasn't from them. There manager called and made sure he was reimbursed for the 500 dollar key. Great job going above and beyond. Peace

Always a great experience bringing my Mercedes in for a service at the Wappingers Falls Mercedes Benz Service Center! Everyone is wonderful and makes the process so pleasant. Marco Heredia is my service consultant. He is the main reason I go to the Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls. I trust him to do whatever needs to be done to make sure my car is safe and impeccably serviced. He makes me feel my car needs are his only priority. When I leave the shop I feel my car is safe because of him, which is most important to me. I will probably purchase my next car from Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls mainly because of Marco's excellent, honest service.

Excellent service ... We brought our Sprinter Mercedes van for service B and even though we were given a different price quote for the service Mr. Marco Heredia was pleasant enough to explain our choices on the service. The work was done quickly and we were explained the rest of recommendations to follow. They took pictures for us to see some of the work needed. They even payed for our Ubers from and to the dealership. Very pleased on that regard.
