I purchase a used cls500 that had over 80,000 miles towards the end of April. This past weekend i drove from Memphis to Alabama than from Alabama to atlanta than atlanta back to Memphis. The vehicle handled very well. I have confidence that the vehicle I purchase will provide me with many many miles without and service issues. In my opinion the dealership sells quality well maintained used vehicles

great dealership. I submitted an online request on a vehicle. i got a great response, good help and great insight and help with the MB line and features. I would highly recommend contacting the deanship for a car.

I couldn't get the answers I was looking for, or the email responses. I was very interested, but the salesman was obviously not too interested in helping someone who was willing to drive almost 200 miles to see his vehicle. So, due to his lack of interest, I will look elsewhere.

emailed about a specific vehicle listed on cars, as well as the MB website. Got an auto-response back, so I drove over there anyway. the vehicle listed had been sold at auction, 3 days prior. Also found out I wouldn't be hearing back from the guy I was supposed to... because he was out sick. 1st time dealing with them.... and my last.

Our daughter is a college student at the Universtiy, and we live in another state. Her tires were slashed on her vehicle. I called the dealership and Kyle was absolutely wonderful to work with! He took control of the situation, assisted me with getting her car towed to the dealership, and arranged transportation for our daughter.

I leased GL450 from them. Beware of these guys. They charged me rate of interest of 8 percents making my payment above 1100 despite putting 10000 down when the MB was having special offer of 729/month. Big deceiving business. I called them again but no changes.

I have a reocurring problem that is a common item on many websites, but the dealership cannot fix the problem. Other than that the dealer is good, Sales department was top notch. I must also add that the service manager is very helpful, but is at a loss as to what the problem could be. I've contacted MBUSA directly to solve the problem. I should never have had to call that number.
