We live in Dallas Tx located the car we purchased online yesterday afternoon at 6:30 CST. The folks at Mercedes -Benz of Atlantic City tinted the windows, detailed the car had ready for or son to drive off the lot 3pm today!!! We had financing in place with Chase. Mercedes-Benz took over the financing so we could close the loan online and offered rate 2% lower. Totally seamless, better deal than advertised, honest and saved money! I’m 64 purchased many autos never had money spent given back by auto dealer. May purchase my next Mercedes from them drive back to Texas so impressed. I had the unfortunate experience of ending up with a flat tire after driving from the Philadelphia area to my house in Margate NJ. Fortunately I was able to reach my salesperson, Mike Ferleger who immediately went into action. He contacted Chris McGarity the GM of Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City and I was told to come in at 8:00 the next morning. My car has run flat tires so that was not a problem. I arrived the next morning and was greeted by Chris and Kevin Rossi the service advisor. 45 minutes later I was out the door with a new tire and a clean car.I could not be more satisfied.

I bought a used car from Atlantic City Mercedes Benz, the entire staff was very pleasant and courteous not to mention professional! I drove over an hour each direction to get the car and deal I wanted, they gave me want I wanted for my trade and even discounted the car I was buying! Rich and Todd were great guys to do business with, also Mike in finance was excellent . I highly recommend this dealership. Third car I bought through Cars.com and this was the best experience by far.

I am so thrilled with my new purchase of my GLE. My salesman JB made my experience smooth with his educating me on the new features that my new GLE came with, explaining each feature from the top of the car to the bottom of the dashboard. I was sad to leave my ML there but getting into my new GLE and getting acquainted with the new gadgets helped to take my mind off of my ML . Called at noon because I needed to replace a tire. They checked if it was in stock and told me to come over right away. Everyone was extremely helpful answerig all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Took my car right back and made the change quickly and all this happened during a hailstorm and just hours before a blizzard that would have put me out of service for days. Couldn't ask for more. Let me start by saying that Oleg is the best sales person Ive ever dealt with. First, on my first visit I hit some traffic on the way to the dealer, called him up and he waited for me beyond their working hours, that was the first sign of a real caring professional sales person. This was my fourth MB and I had many experiences with other MB dealers, BMW dealers and even Bentley dealers. By far he was the friendliest, most honest and made me feel like family not some fish to catch. I made the deal in less than 20 minutes and felt like I was treated royaly. So don't let my ratings be misleading. When I showed up I was not greeted by a salesman or anyone for that matter. After walking in I asked the nice lady at the front desk a question which I got the answer that I needed. She called a salesman and we started talking about the car that I was interested in. He goes and finds the car and pulls it around. I take a look at the car and it hadn't been through all their services or anything since they just got the car. I had my car which I planned on trading in. Kurt said he would start the process of it being appraised. Upon completion he came back in and sat down to talk to me about it. The number he gave me was shocking and not in the good way. The number was the lowest number out of about 4+ other dealers I have been too. Now I'm not talking about a couple hundred, I'm talking thousands less. We talked and he had the nerve to tell me that my car had been in a collision even though I bought the car CPO from BMW. BMW will not CPO a car with an accident on the record. I sure as hell wasn't in any accidents! The car that they had wasn't in any better or more outstanding shape then the car I was trading in. It was a good car with the price I was looking for. I was willing to talk money but the salesman would be consider changing anything. Even BMW gave me a way better offer then Mercedes did. If you don't mind getting low balled then by all means trade your car in and get a Benz, but as far as I'm concerned they lost my business and will never have it or my recommendation.

I am retired military and used the USAA site to locate an 911. I live in WV and Atlantic City is a long drive however, Oleg was as nice and pro military as anyone I spoke with. My car is as clean as can be. And he has called several times to make sure everything is working and I understand the controls. They are even transfering my WV tag for me which was very important to me. Yes I could do it back home but it is such a hassle and I am a 100% TBI and gunshot wounded vet. That is the kind of guy Oleg is, he will go the extra mile.

We took our older model E320 to Precision for service. We didn't want to play around, so took it to the 'experts'. We had decided to keep the car and wanted the work done correctly. Took it in on a Monday morning, early. Was told after signing the service agreement that we would be called with a report and reccommendation. That never happened. I had to track down the 'assistant service manager' to find out how much and how long. The work was extensive and costly. Several thousand. We said yes to the repairs. An entire week has gone by. It's now Friday. No word. I had to call the dealership. Of course the 'assistant service manager' was with another customer and wopuld call me back. This is 11:00a.m. It's now 3:00p.m. I had to call again. Now I am told that there is an ADDITIONAL $1000.00 worth of work that needs to be done. Why did I take the car to the 'experts' if they're not at all.I am NOT impressed with the customer service, the service department or the facility. I could have had THIS experience anywhere. I would never reccommend this dealship to anyone I know. I feel like this is a bait and switch, with us caight in the middle. I also feel that this dealership does not care about the owner of an older model car. This was a large service bill to start with, to not extend the same curtesies to us as they would to owners of new or cars bought from them is a shame. Shame on them.Update; July 2, 2012We received an unsolicited call from Kevin.To our surprise, not only was the car done, Precision had gone the extra yard. They did not charge the full additional amount. We have to say WTG Precision (Kevin)! Not only did you not let the storm deter you, you turned a ugly situation into something positive.We went from being resigned , and feeling held hostage, to smiling customers who say it doesn't always have to be a no win situation.I am with holding an update on work until the car is driven. Thank youUpdate; July 9, 2012At this time Precision has the car back. After picking it up it ha sat umdisturbed for a week. Driving it for 1st time today. On GSP discovered a pipe dragging the ground under the car. Called Precision 1st thing in a.m. The car was picked up at approximately noon. Will see what they say. Again, will reserve rating on mechanical outcome.

I purchased my S550 from Mercedes Benz of Atlantic City as a gamble. My gamble was not having seen the car in person but only through the internet. I live over 600 miles away but there was the constant communication from Denise that gave me comfort in knowing I was making the right choice. After flying in and be picked up from the airport things went just as promised. I was actually in and out (secured financing completed) within no time. The car was just as described....perfect!!I was more than elated with the entire process. It went very smooth (as you would expect from Mercedes professionals). I am happy I decided to try the dealership for myself. I would definitely purchase my next car from Mercedes Benz of Atlantic City.

We have been loyal customers to Mercedes Benz Atlantic City for 10 years. Our loyalty was misplaced. Just in the last year we leased a CLS 550 and bought a Porsche Cayenne 2011 and my father in law bought a used car from them. I guess they don't need our kind of business!!! We needed to have repairs done on the CLS 550 rims. I hit a curb (which my husband wanted to kill me !! ) I damaged the rims pretty bad and took two chunks of tire out of each wheel on the left side of my car. The car needed to have it's first service done, so my husband asked if they could repair rims. Yes they could ,great ! As soon as I received my car back I told my husband the car was not driving right. It felt like the back end was slipping out, especially when it rained. On further inspection we noticed the back left tire did not have the chunk of tire out of it. We called and made an appointment to bring the car down for them to look at. We drove the 45 minute ride from our home. We explained that these are not our tires unless you turned the tire to the inside of the car, they explained that they can't do that with these tires. So we told them that both tires had chunks taken out of them. Now the one back doesn't. The service manager said there is no way that they changed tires !! Ok but someone did !!! When they checked the tire wear in Sept. they told us the front were an 8 and the back was a 6. Now 2 1/2 mths later the fronts are still 8 and the back they said was reading a 4. They said sorry we can't do anything for you .My husband and I were livid someone swapped our tires out. We told them to give us our car back and we will take our business elsewhere. Called Mercedes Benz USA talked to a case manager and he told us to go to another dealership to have the car looked at. We did and they rated the front tires an 8 and the back tires a 2 on one side and 1 on the other . Just shows you Mercedes of Atlantic City lied to us again . Who do they think they are??? My family and I could have been seriously injured with the tires they swapped out. They kept blaming the tire wear on the way the car is driven. How could a tire go from a 6 to a 2 in two months ??? Where did the tire with chunk out of it go ??? I hope this will deter someone from going there because your life could be in danger if this is the way they run there service department.I know mine and my family's was.If anyone has any issues that you want resolved call MB USA they were very helpful and quick to resolve this matter. Unlike the dealership. Hope Dr. Berger has deep pockets because he won't be in business long if this continues.

went in to buy a mercedes e class, was told the car was executive demo driven by davids wifecar was filthy and had the dash taken apart while i was trying to see it that daywas told the car had 5000 miles on itcame back after 3 days and car had only 3514 milesi think they rolled it back, why the dash was aparti went to another car, worked a deal and bought itmy trade took 3 months to get paid off, got letters from my bank, my credit scored dippedcar is 2010 e350 , decent but had paint work , after i found out from other dealer in penna.dont do business with themsteele is egotistical and stuck up only for himself ,blaming the delership he did, but did nothing to help the situationcall the owner.. so called dr berger3 times finally got a call, he said to deal with steeleendless routineberger wanted to tell me what he owns and how much his net worth istypical jerk retired dr, etc etc

i brought my car in for service, they had it for 2 weeks. my car is garage kept,and very clean. when they were done they drove the car up to me with water spots and bird droppings. one of the service guys had it washed, but he did a poor job, as a result he put scratches all over my hood and roof. the general manager said he would bring it to a body shop and we would split the cost,but i didnt think that was right since i didnt put the scratches ther in the first place!! but it was my word against his. i cant affor a new car every 2 years so i take care of my vehicles very well. beware going to this dealership !! also, the original problem i brought it there for was not fixed after 2 weeks so i had to bring the car right back to get it fixed.

The precision cars sales staff is great. If you need a deal, they will work with it, but as soon as you walk into service, get ready for a miserable experience. I've had wrong parts ordered, wasted hours waiting, been lied to, actually even been told I am threatening when I reminded the service manager "director" (LOL!!) that I would go elsewhere. He goes, I don't respond to threats? Where the F was this guy's service pledge and did he not ever learn that the customer is ALWAYS right motto? Give me a break. I had a car damaged there, these guys need to simply close the service department down. Its amazing how different sales is from service. Sad experiece, I'm going to Freehold or Princeton from now on.
