Walked into Melloy Nissan on Lomas on a Friday afternoon and a couple hours later left in a used vehicle for a great deal. Mel Bray was our salesman. Best we’ve dealt with for any of our vehicles we’ve purchased from any dealership. Very attentive and caring. Actually worked FOR us to get us the best deal and experience. Brian was very helpful through the process. Was driving from Tennessee to California in relocating and the transmission went out. The work that was done it seems to be great. I was very pleased with my oil change and tire rotation service this time round. Izzy of the service department was very kind, acknowledged me as soon as I pulled up into the drive, and welcomed me with awesome customer service. He went out of his way to support my long distance travel in accomplishing my vehicle's services. I was very grateful as I had not a great experience in mid January and ended up leaving disappointed and had no services conducted. Thank you Izzy!!

All in all, AVOID MELLOY NISSAN SERVICE CENTER. I brought in my undamaged NVP for an oil change and weather stripping issues. Short version - 2 accidents in one week caused by 2 certified NVP technician who are suppose to be subject matter experts. Once you buy your vehicle, don't take it here unless you want unprofessional and negligent care of your vehicle. I was told they have an honesty policy so they told me that my vehicle was in an accident otherwise I would not have been the wiser! Wow, the honesty policy should have been to ensure that if the employee is not capable to drive my NVP, don't let them drive... we could have avoided this headache. Now in 5 years time, I have to worry about rust issues depending on the skills of the Melloy Nissan Body Shop. I had to deal with Mike Anderson, Service Manager (the fall guy) but he wasn't helpful, his words were more of a coup-out. Then I had to deal with Dan Melloy, Service Manager, he wasn't helpful either. Finally, I had to initiate the conversation with Roy Benson, General Manager, he isn't professional or sympathetic to the fact that his employees caused my NVP to be in 2 accidents in 1 week.

I took my friend to look at cars after viewing a sales ad on their website for something she could afford, which turned out to be false advertisement. The sales people were nice at the beginning, by opening doors and talking nice, but they kept trying to sell my friend a car which was 3x the mount she wanted to pay. She told them no several times due to their monthly payments being ways to high. One of the sales guys became irritated at me for asking questions to help her out and started talking snotty to me with a condescending tone. The other sales guys was okay until the end when we said no for the last time and he gave me a dirty look and walked away. No more opening the doors for us and walking us to the car. It wasn't our fault that you wasted our time with your false advertising to get us in their. I was a customer of theirs and that is why I took my friend there, but I will definitely not be doing business with them again. At the beginning I even told the sales guys that I would be back to see about getting my husband a small car for his business, well that's not going to happen anymore. What a dummy, acting rude because you didn't get your way. That's the way to show maturity and to keep customers.

My daughter is in the market to buy a new car. We went and test drove a car from Toyota and Mazda. When we got to Melloy Nissan and told the sales person we just wanted to test drive a maxima. He found out we are not buying till September or November he could not give us the time of day. BAD EXPERIENCE.... I should have learned my lesson. Back in 2013 I wanted an Altima but ended with a fusion from Rich Ford because the salesperson with Melloy was rude. My wife drives a nissan Roque, nice car - we bought it from reliable nissan because again the sales person who waited on us from Melloy was very pushy. I recommend Nissan cars but beware of business practices from Melloy Nissan .

I will never go back to Melloy Nissan, this is the second time that I was disrespected by a Sales Manager. When a customer can't afford a high payment don't start attacking them and making very rude comments about the money!! Cannon Bravo, was a very good Sales Rep, but I will not by a car from Melloy Nissan.

Actually had a scheduled appointment for an Oil change on myNissan versa 2012 and was to early( I have to mention I always receive excellen service all around)So while waiting was taking time to checkout the cars on the lot...and was approached by Mike Perez Sales Consultant .. He let me test drive one of the Nissan Note... And it was nice to handle etc ... He offered to check if I qualified for financing.... So needles to say the transactions/ paperwork/financing everything went smooth and highly professional. Exceptional Customer Service rendered by Ken Engle Financial and Mike Perez Sales Consultant , only recommendable to others!

We recently purchased a used Chrysler Minivan from Melloy Nissan. Their customer service was amazing, and they really tried to give us the best deal possible. We wanted the van because we wanted a vehicle that had the space without paying a lot. Included with the purchase, they promised to fix a latch that would stay down on the third row and a full detail. The Van was Dirty! It was a vehicle that they had recently got in and just didn't have the time to get detailed before hand. I was very appreciative that they were willing to do a full detail since i am expecting my second child within the next month and i just don't have the energy to do it myself. After we purchased the van, i made the appointment to get the things done for the next week, i brought it in and they mentioned it was going to take a bit longer than expected because they had to get the part for the third row seat. I said that was fine, and they then offered to give me a rental car until the van was done, which i thought was very nice of them! So far my experience with them has been amazing!..... up to this point. When they called for me to pick up the van, no one came out to inspect it with me, almost as if they new i wasn't going to be happy with the quality of work done. I checked the third row and saw the latch was fixed which made me happy but then i started to look around the van and notice the dirt that was still present inside. It wasn't dirt that was just too hard to get off, it was dirt that could have been wiped off with a cloth. They did a nice job at shampooing the carpets, but the easy stuff looked like it got put on hold and either forgot about or they just didn't care. There was an open compartment in the van that still had crumbs and money in the bottom of it. Anyways, like my title, i just wish their quality of work, matched their customer service. Looks like me and my husband will be cleaning this weekend. But again, very helpful staff and very nice! Oh and on the day we bought the van, they brought my son a sandwich from Dions since they had extra food while we waited to do the paperwork for the van. Very nice staff! I will still recommend to others but let them know to be hesitant.

His post service follow up was beyond expected as he helped me with some complications cancelling my service contract with my trade in. He also assisted me in scheduling other service visits. He is your go to person above none. Id buy my next car from him tomorrow if I was ready. I appreciate his amazing customer service and his professionalism he goes well above the call of duty to help you as a customer. Im thankful they have him on staff. I bought a used Nissan in 2014 and later found the problem I was having with the vehicle related to a part not suited for the car I bought. The part was good, just did not work in this car. I provided all documentation to the Melloy supervisors Al and Matt, and asked only for the cost of the part. Wrong item, they should know what parts work in which Nissans, right....No. I followed through with them several time, and their promised phone call never came. You should be aware of this poor quality of service if you are thinking of buying a vehicle here. I was ignored repeatedly. never got a response. I wont buy another car here because the follow up service is below par.

Don't trust them. The car is great, the dealer is a crook. Any other dealer is better and more honest. Any. I have purchased 5 new Nissans in 10 years, love the car (s) Nissan builds but, this is my first purchase from Melloy Nissan. And , my last!!!! They lie and rob from the buyer at every opportunity and, at every turn. Even stooping so low as to replace the new tires on my new Nissan with used tires on my new Nissan Pathfinder. I did not ever expect that. Who would? As a car dealer, their goal is not only to sale you a car but, to steal and rob from you adding any hidden cost and making extra money by unscrupulous overcharges and pricing "mistakes"! They can and they will do whatever is necessary to rip off the buyer. Simply selling the car is not enough for them. I waited over a year for my refund for their a $ 1,000.00 "mistake"! They sold me a part which never existed and so much more. STAY AWAY from MELLOW NISSAN!Stay away from MELLOY Nissan! But the car from someone else, anyone else.

I met Ronnie Lucero in a group on Facebook, he told me to come in and he'd do his best to get me exactly what I wanted. I happened to go into Melloy on his day off but he went in to help me anyway and was the friendliest and most decent of any car sales person I've dealt with. He got me approved for the car I wanted and then figured he could get me into a newer model for the same price with half the miles. I left the dealership a proud owner of the nicest car I've ever owned. He was very respectful of my credit and situation and gave me the best service ever. I will return and send everyone I know to him.

We purchased our used Murano at the big Tent sale in Albuquerque, a couple of weeks ago. The vehicle was pretty dirty due to rain, when we got home and washed the vehicle, we found a couple of dings on passenger side door and drivers door. Then the front bumper had a ding, I truly thought nothing would get fixed, but I was wrong. Our sale representative, Lahny Porter and his Manager, took care of those dings for us. I want to thank them for their customer service. Their "paint touch-up guy" does excellent work!!!

I bought a new Xterra in January 2014 I had bought one in 2008 & had a great experience. This time was different. Started out great and ended in disaster. Please be aware that the survey you fill out is not anonymous. The sales person knows who you are and will call you on it if you give him a bad review. He/she will call you at work and badger and embarrass you in front of your coworkers. DO NOT leave anything in your old car because you will NOT GET IT BACK! It is stolen, lost or in a bin that no one can get to because there aren't any employees there at that time. Interesting...I was told that I would get a check for the approximately $300 (my bad) worth of stuff left behind. it's been about 8 weeks and now I can't even get a phone call back. when I called to file a complaint with Nissan I ended up talking to some people in the Philippines. I couldn't understand a word they were saying. I had to keep calling until I finally could somewhat understand the person on the phone. the customer service SUCKS! I was very surprised. I thought they were better than this. I was wrong!

In a situation such as this, does one call the authorities, hire an attorney or call channel 4 news team? I was forced to call the local Nissan Factory Representative to find resolution. Based on a year of history with Melloy, I assume the handicapped must be seen as their easy target and, I cant believe that such an established Albuquerque Business could pull off this exploit and get away with it. After the purchase of my 2013 Pathfinder, Ive been forced to pay $ 1000.00 (+ interest) for an error in accounting/communications creating a short sale (I had to pay off), Melloy will not address. And worse, at time of purchase the sales staff actually found a picture of a part, showed it to me as Authentic Nissan Pathfinder equipment appropriate for the handicapped and then, assigned a value to that part and, added it to my bill. They charged me $ 899.00 for a part which never existed. The fib continued throughout the year, Melloy staff regularly telling me the part was on backorder but, when I made my 8th phone call in twelve (12) months, I was told my parts arrived. But, at time of install, they all seemed as devious as they in reality readied to install a cheap imitation. Attempts to Sooth me and the situation with offers of discounted Nissan parts and select loaners yet, I could buy the parts pennies cheaper, elsewhere. There is only constant and continual deceit. Patrons watch your monies closely with these guys.Presently, I have no step rails; Melloy holds the interest (one years worth) and does not offer to refund the proper amount due me and, will not even acknowledge their deceit and, all the GM could say was, do I have proof? Seeking resolution, I was not allowed a dialogue with Melloys actual ownership, whoever that is. The Nissan Factory Representative stepped up and helped get my refund. Melloy only knew how to lie to me. But then handicapped, I am an easy target for them. Im more embarrassed than damaged that I trusted this dealer but, who would suspect this deceitful behavior from a high profile and visible Albuquerque business? My last 4 Nissans were purchased elsewhere where there have never been any problems. Trading at Melloy is akin to doing business with a company where anything is fair, ethics are not part of their business dynamic and ultimately, when doing business with them, anything goes! Buyer, Beware! Beware! Beware!

I was greeted promptly upon entering the showroom, a sales associate was promptly summoned. Miguel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He followed the sales process attentively. He went out of the way to obtain a missing key for me. The orientation tour by David (I think) was also very thorough. He explained all the features to my wife before we drove off. The car had a full tank of gas when we drove it off. The service department was friendly. They knew what they were to do (program the new keys) thanks to Miguel. The service waiting area was small, but comfortable. MOST importantly, it was dog friendly, so I could wait with my retriever. They finished the job in under 30 minutes.

Every time, and I mean every time, I have gone in for service, there is a friendly greeting and I am called by my name. Every question I ask is answered and minor things such as my trunk closing automatically, are done right then by Mike. Things like that could very easily be referred to repair , charged and I wouldn't know the difference. I feel they are trustworthy, take good care of my car, and don't try to take advantage of me. They are the reason I have bought two Nissans from Melloy.

This is one of the busiest car dealerships in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Reason being: They offer outstanding sales and service. The fact that Nissans are one of the top selling vehicles in our town, does credit to Mr. Roy Benson of Melloy Nissan. Mr. Benson has more interest in his clients than in making a buck for himself or Nissan. He did everything possible to make our purchase at Melloy Nissan a happy one. We were met in the parking lot by our Salesman, Miguel Diaz, and his supervisor, Paul Chandhok, because we had called prior to coming down. We have bought two previous vehicles at Melloy Nissan and were very pleased with their courtesy and professionalism. However, our previous salesman had died and so we were delivered into the hands of Miguel Diaz. Miguel did above and beyond what was expected of him and has the patience of a Saint! Mr. Paul Chandhok was constantly checking in on us to see if we were being taken care of and if we needed anything while we waited. This is my husband and my second Nissan purchase each. We couldn't be happier with our 'team' at Melloy Nissan. We will continue to purchase our cars from them! You won't be diappointed!

Abdul was very patient and eager to get us what we wanted. We changed our mind a few times and drove a few cars and thru it all Abdul had a smile on his face and a positive attitue. He never made us feel rushed to make our decision and reassured us that he was there for as long as we needed to decide. This is the first time we can say that we enjoyed finding a vehicle. PreSale: My car was old. I decided to buy a new car. My mechanic told me that Nissan and Hyundai were the brands that required the least maintenance. I wanted a "bottom-line" vehicle. Accent was too small. Versa was just right and had great gas MPG. Melloy Nissan at Albuquerque: I checked every Nissan dealer in New Mexico. Melloy Nisson had the most inventory and had outside and interior colors that I liked. I chose a 2012 Nissan Versa SV. Titanium outside with sandstone interior. I went from a 2002 vehicle with 140,000 miles to a brand new Versa and USAA dropped my six month insurance premium because the Versa has loads of safety features. My Salesman: Zeke De La Rosa chose me to be his customer. Zeke was great! Zeke is the kind of buddy you want to go out and have a beer with after church! He explained everything and guided the process. I was never left out to dry. He was there from the start to the finish. The Versa I bought was spotless and ready to go. It even had a full tank of gas. Melloy Nissan is to be commended for their service! Customer Service: I had a few questions after the purchase. Paula Ramos and Jenette Padilla called me numerous times and explained the complex mathematical algorisms used to determine the price of a Versa SV. This was post-graduate. Way above my doctorate, but I sincerely appreciate their efforts and commend Melloy Nissan for having such good employees. Recommendation: 1.If you have a very used car, sell it yourself or give it to a charity. Used car trade-ins complicate the purchase process. 2. Use the web site only as a guide. Once the war (purchase) starts all plans go out the window. 3. Use Zeke.4. Remember, no matter what happens, you are getting a very good vehicle!

Became apparent Susan was committed to find the vehicle I was interested in from the back lot, and once located she knew all relevant information regarding the model. Prior to this trip I have visited a few other dealers and brands and did not get the service I received from Susan (did I mention they were closed for the majority of time I was there). Offer was more than fair, and paperwork was efficient with Ken. I live 60 miles away and we arranged for delivery the next day and Susan drove it up herself at the time that worked for me... We received excellent customer service from Rick Harrelson. He was not your typical "car salesman." He was more then helpful, respectful and friendly for the four hours my husband, my 3 year old son and myself where with him. We have dealt with other sales people before and have left with a bitter taste in our mouth. Rick was amazing. I hope you Melloy realizes what a valuable employee you have. We received the best service from Melloy Nissan. After visiting every type of car's dealership, we visited Melloy last. We have not been welcomed, or treated as nicely at ANY dealership like we were Melloy. Vince went above and beyond in helping explain safety features of the Altima, how they were better, why they were there, etc. Because we were Costco members, we received special pricing, which Vince also went above and beyond with. He also showed us newer cars, compared and contrasted why each were different. Alex kept us posted of the progress while purchasing the car, such as it was being washed and detailed, how long it would be, would we like something to drink, when we were going to be signing papers. David went over the cars features internally, how to use them, set up my Bluetooth, and inspected the inside/outside of the car with me. He was thorough in explaining and showing it all to us. Brandon quickly got us in, and out of the financial part of signing and giving a down payment. He was thorough in explaining and showing it all to us. I have never felt less pressure, and more customer service from any dealership. This was quick, easy, and painless, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or return for another vehicle.

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!On Monday, July 9, 2012 I went to a new car dealership in New Mexico (MELLOY NISSAN) where I found a 2009 370Z, sport package, platinum graphite metallic for $32,995.00. I was told the vehicle had been sold but I could buy a brand new 2012 370Z. I later found this was a LIE and the vehicle is STILL for sale.I agreed to purchase the new one and was offered $22,000 for my vehicle and was never allowed to negotiate a price on the 370Z. I spent 3 hours in the showroom with no one explaining anything to me. I was then given the key to my car and left. I was told by the sales manager he would have an answer for me by 9:30am on Tuesday, July 10, 2012. At 5:00pm I finally called and was treated like a piece of garbage by the sales manager (Vicente). I later learned Vicente was off that day and refused to help me purchase a car by telling me the deal was done and I wasn't able to get financed. I called the customer service manager (Paula) who gave me every answer I wanted to hear....unfortunately the actions of her dealership did not match what she said. I told another sales manager (Mark) that I was going to another dealership and he said "ok...that's fine." Could not believe a manager would be so willing to lose customers. As of Wednesday, July 11, 2012, I still had no idea what "deal" was sent to the banks for approval.After being feed up with the way I was being treated I began looking for another 370Z. I found Certified Benz and Beemer on the evening of Wednesday, July 11, 2012. At approximately 10:00pm I sent an inquiry for a 2009 370Z, sport package, platinum graphite metallic for $25,988 ($7007.00 cheaper than the first one). I also completed a trade in form explaining my vehicle and completed a finance application. I wasn't expecting much :)On Thursday, July 12, 2012, at approximately 8:00 am I received a call from Barry Bridges. I was expecting to have to completely repeat everything I had entered on the forms the night previous......I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. Barry explained a little bit about his dealership (not overwhelming) and explained how the process worked.At approximately 10:27 hours I was sent an "online negotiation" invitation. I clicked on this form and found several options available to me regarding interest rates (which were almost half what I was offered at the other dealership) and different options for terms and down payment (even zero down). I was also offered $250.00 more for my trade in than I was offered at the other dealership.The total cost of my deal, out the door, was $31,818.39 (less than the price of the other car). I saved $7257.00 by purchasing my car at Certified Benz and Beemer. The total money I saved on the life of my loan was $18,820.93. If you want to save money, time, aggravation and alot of mind games buy your car from this place. I will never buy another car from another dealer. Clearly, Certified Benz and Beemer is in the business of helping customers buy cars and Melloy Nissan is in the business of helping customers fatten the companies pockets.

Eric is the best "sales person" that I have worked with in the past 50 years of my new car buying. It is primarily because of his ability to understand customer needs and provide clear, direct answers to customer questions. His people-skills far exceed even the usual high-ranked PR types in many companies, let alone in car sales. Normally skeptical of any "sales" types, for the first time I felt very comfortable and welcome to work with him. In that sense, he truly "sold" the car to me before the usually obscure and un-understandable paper work that followed.

This dealer tries to sell their cars for prices higher than sticker price. They tack another sticker on the car window next to the Nissan sticker. They add things like a thousand or two $$ market adjustment, a $400 paint sealant ( scam ! ) and some kind of plastic R.E.D. Alert Stoplight for $300 ! Absolutely ridiculous ! When you try to negotiate these off they resist and fight and go back and forth. You will be there for hours and they don't listen to you not agreeing on the price and they just try to stick pieces of paper in your face and try to get you to sign even when you don't agree on the price. You can buys cars from other dealers at sticker or often below. Don't waste your time with these guys. Go elsewhere. I was also provided misinformation by the sales staff and caught them in several lies. You also get no apologies and they really don't seem to care if you are at all satisfied or happy. Bottom line - avoid this dealer like the plague.

Eric was a very good salesman. He was knowledgeable, helpful, persistent, and professional. Some of the other salesmen I talked to at the dealership were largely unhelpful, but Eric did a good job of finding a car that fit what I was looking for. David and Brandon were also helpful with their individual parts in the sale.

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I am going to be honest and say that the vehicle that was sold to us was not looked over properly before they sold it to us. The vehicle did break down within five days of us having the vehicle and we were not happy at all. The good thing is that they did work with us to get the vehicle fixed properly and they did rectify the situation. So, overall we are pleased with how everything turned out.

On May 10 2012 I took my 2004 Nissan Titan in for repair of a manufacturer recall item (ECM relay).Later that day I received a call from a service advisor letting me know that on inspection, your team had found that both exhaust manifolds were found to be cracked and leaking. Within a day, not only had my original problem been fixed (the ECM relay) but the exhaust manifolds had also been replaced. Your advisor informed me that all of the work was covered under the manufacturers warranty.These days, it is not often that I am delighted with the customer service I receive, but I wanted to let you know that your team has indeed delighted me as a customer. Since buying my first car in 1971 (Dodge Dart Swinger)this is absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Chris Brooks was attentive, friendly, patient and able and willing to answer all of my questions. He took me on a few test drives and was polite and courteous. There was nothing underhanded in his manner, he was honest and forthright and couldn't have done a better job. He is to be commended not only for his attentiveness on the two days I visited prior to making my purchase of a 2011 Murano SL but also for his service when I arrived a few days later with a few questions about how to do certain things with the car's GPS, etc.I am also grateful for his assistance with a minor issue about tire pressure and a cargo shade for the back of the Murano. Toby, from financing and billing, was also very professional and friendly. Finally, I sincerely appreciate the great value I received on the purchase price of the vehicle, discounted because it was used as a dealer demo vehicle. Melloy Nissan has it all, and then some. If I had a car dealership I'd be sure to model that business on what I saw and experienced at Melloy Nissan.

Fred took the information I had and he and his manager (Name I don't remember)got us a better price,answered our questions and took care of the initial work up. After several exhausting months of searching for a vehicle I was referred to see Lisa. After dealing with several car salesman at several different lots I was completely exhausted from all the time we spent and was told the same answer over and over again. "We need x amount of dollars down, you can't get in something new" (As we recently had our bankruptcy discharged). I didn't like the "pushy" salesmen that we dealt with. They wanted us to get in something THEY wanted us to drive. We would walk up and was immedatiately told "how much money do you have down?" We would walk towards the new cars and was told "you won't be able to get in something new" (It's amazing how they knew our credit score before running our credit or asking our last names) By the time we contacted Lisa I was completely annoyed by dealing with car salesmen. I told Lisa our situation, told her what we wanted, and from the get go she was very friendly, wasn't pushy, told me she will stop at nothing to help us, and that's exactly what she did. She didn't "push" me to buy anything, she asked me what type of car I was looking for, asked what color I wanted, (interior & exterior) I told her exactly what I wanted and told her I know we won't be able to get into something new but if she can find something that would fit my needs that would be great. Lisa called me shortly after I spoke to her, she told me she found the car I wanted. (She got EXACTLY what I wanted AND MORE!!) She worked after hours, she spoke to me whenever I needed her to (even when she wasn't at work), answered all my questions, always remained professional, has EXCELLENT customer service skills, went above and beyond for everything we needed and wanted. My husband and I were very pleased with the car buying experience. It was great to have someone on our side that cared and didn't give up, pushed for what we wanted and got us what we wanted and more. We walked away with a brand new 2012 vehicle with 7 miles on it!!!!! (After being told countless times that it is nearly impossible to get us into something new without giving our right arm and a leg)Lisa is not only a great car saleswoman, she is a great person! She never made us feel pressured, never made us feel uncomfortable, didn't push us into something we didn't want to get. She listened, she cared and did a great job! We are extremely pleased with her! If you are in the market for a vehicle and are tired of all those "pushy" salesman, being told "no" countless times and feeling pressured then GO SEE LISA!!!! You will NOT regret it! She was great from the minute we met her until the minute we walked away! I would highly recommend her to ANYBODY (even someone picky like me) to do business with her. Where do I start? I came in looking for a used Titan. I love mine, but wanted to trade. up. I'd had a horrible experience across town the day before at another dealership. Chris found me walking among the used Titans. I gave him the short run down of what I needed and why. He took me straight to manager who assured me they could help me with my needs. At this point I think everyone there was working with me. Bruce from finance came out and worked on a few things with my paperwork, Chris Brooks found the EXACT truck I've been looking for. I came in looking for a used vehicle, but after conversations with Chris, Bruce and Just about all of the financing department at this dealership-I was convinced I wanted to purchase a new vehicle from these guys.I run my own business, and I know they way your SUPPOSED to treat a customer, but it rarely happens anymore. These guys make sure you get the royal treatment. When I left the dealership I actually felt great about the deal I'd just made. If youve ever bought a car-you know this is a rare thing. I got the truck I've always wanted, for the price I wanted, at an interest rate I was hoping for. Susan is very personable and took all the time I needed to find just the right vehicle for myself. In addition, when I returned the following day with my husband, she even took more time to help me find another vehicle because it turned out the one I was looking at got sold before we returned. In the long run, I was glad that happened because I am very happy with the graphite blue color that I did end up purchasing much better than just the white. I get so many compliments on the vehicle and especially the color. She made sure to show me all the little devices that my vehicle is loaded with. Of course, I cannot remember how to use all of them; however, she did assure me that if I have any questions at all, she will be glad to either show me or explain to me if I didn't have time to make it back to the dealer. The experience was excellent. Fred was amazing.. super friendly and respectful. He was not pushy, nor did he try to get me into a vehicle i did not want. He understood my credit issues and was sensitive to them. He DID do all he could to get me into the car I wanted. I told him what I wanted, the amount I wanted to put down, and the monthly payments that were good for me, he did his best to get those needs met. I did not one time feel uncomfortable dealing with Fred... as sometimes it gets intimidating, not in this case.. the best part is that Fred is sincere and kind. My wife and I met Susan Miller in August of 2011 on a trip through Albuquerque. Stopped in to take a quick look at the 370Z's. Susan went out of her way to try and locate the car my wife wanted. Melloy did not have the EXACT car my wife wanted on the lot and since we were on our way to another city we had to leave. Susan continued her search and found the car we were looking for. I told Susan that day that we had just received news of our son's wedding and that it wasnt the right time. I thanked her for her efforts and promised I would contact her when we were ready. I contacted Susan in March 2012 and told her we were ready! She got back to me immediately with a promise of our new 370z showing up at the end of the month EXACTLY the way we wanted it and at great price! We just got back from Albuquerque with my wife's new 2012 370z and couldnt be happier with how everything went. The whole experience was fantastic! I would drive the 300+ miles(one way) again in order to purchase our next new car from Susan. Her customer service is far and away the best. Our dealership in Las Cruces and the sales people associated with it do not even come close to Susan and Melloy! Fred & Robert were the best of help. I had just gone in to get my car seviced and I Came out with a brand new altima. I love my Car, I just love how everybody made me feel so welcome. Fred took the time to show me each car i wanted to see. I told him I didnt want a car with a navigation system and thats what he made happen. They saved me money on my monthly payments. I just love the melloys. and the receptionist lupe was such an amazing help as well got me water when i needed water kept me company while fred was getting the paper work ready. I had a wonderful experience buying a 2012 Versa SV here. Susan Miller was my salesperson and I was very impressed with her professionalism, friendliness, and level of knowledge about the product. You can tell she really loves what she does, loves the product, and cares about her customers. She patiently walked me through all my options, both new and used, and helped me to decide on the best choice for me. There was no "get em in, get em out" attitude that you see so often in dealerships. Initially I came in to buy a used vehicle and walked out with a brand new Versa with an amazing warranty for just a little more than I would have paid for a used car! Susan's follow-through has been exceptional. David assisted with the inspection and was a delight. The finance department was straightforward and friendly, and worked hard to get me a payment I could afford. I definitely did not have the feeling that I was being scammed or pressured at any time. Part of what should influence your decision in buying a car is how your relationship with the dealership is going to be, and I am 100% happy with my choice. Highly recommended.

I recently went to the dealership to purchase a used armada. I was excited to get a new car but right away noticed that there were several things wrong with the car. There was no nav disk, the back locks don't work, the engine knocks, the tires were bald in front and the speakers were blown among other things. When I mentioned my concerns to the sales girl I was told they would take care of it. They didn't. They kept it for a week and when I got it back they had only fixed the back vents. After weeks of bugging them and being told they would call me and not call me they have my car again and now they are saying they will do what they can but they can't do anything about the bald tires. It has been a nightmare and they make me feel like these issues are my fault! I wish I could return the car and go somewhere else.I will never buy there again or recommend it to anyone!

I have since talked to a co-worker that bought a vehicle from melloy Nissan in ABq and she expressed that she had the same experience. She has paid off her vehicle and the dealership continues to call her to see how her car is doing. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?????? Her comments confirmed my opinion of Melloy Nissan. I was given a rental for the days my car needed service and I am extremely happy with the overall experience. Sunshine, Jairo, Ross, and Chris have been wonderful to work with. I am definitley sticking with Nissan and sending anyone I know to Melloy Nissan. I am very confident about recommending this dealership to my friends and family. Or anyone else for that matter. This dealer didnt want to listen to what I wanted in a car. They stated that they would get me the exact car I wanted but needed to hold a credit card payment for when they actually found that car. When I checked my bank account it showed that they charged the payment right then and there. The sales associate assured me that they werent going to do that. After two weeks it had taken me five phone calls and me asking for the general manager before they reversed the payment. All they talked about was getting me to come into the store, once I was there their sales manager put pressure on me to buy and showed me a credit report far lower then any of the three agencies were currently reporting. I had just left the other Nissan dealer in town and they had shown me the right score and therefore offered me a lower quote.

I purchased a vehicle form my daughter in March of 2010. The sales experience with the used car team was horrible. I don't remember my salesperson, but I guess they were having a big blowout in the office. The salespeople were all in a see through office right next to us using foul language and cussing at each other. I heard later that someone had been fired that night. I vowed to never go back, but a few months later in July of 2010 I decided I needed to downsize my vehicle to a car with a smaller payment and cheaper gas. As I looked on the internet, I was contacted by a very good salesperson from Melloy Nissan named Toby. He was in internet sales. I hesitated and told him about my previous experience and he assured me those people were no longer there. Toby really worked with me and helped me purchased a used 2007 Sentra with 61,000 miles on it. We were in a very tight financial spot which is why i was downsizing and Toby helped until we were able to get approved. I purchased the car for $12,995. On May 31, 2011 I was on my way out of town. I had never taken the car on a long distance trip. I got about 130 miles out of town and the engine blew out. It threw a rod and destroyed the engine. There was no warning, no check engine light.....nothing. I have had the vehicle for 10 months and now Danny Melloy is telling me that they will do repairs for $5100. I could understand if it was a small repair, but the whole engine? Really? In a car I've had for 10 months? I will never buy anything from Melloy again.....no more chances. And I will be sure to tell anyone who asks not to either. I don't know how I am going to afford this repair.

Everything was great when I purchased my car from Susan. She had the car I wanted and gave me a great deal on it too! She introduced me to Michael in the service dept. and he is very nice also. I will recommend my friends to Melloy Nissan. Best auto dealership experience I ever had.

In eleven years i'm now on my secound Nissan Frontier, and the reason for the chose of a secound Nissan is due to the service that I've received over the years. These guys are great, hands down they are the best, and for this reason I will be staying with Nissan for my nest purchase.

No one wants to meet a new dealer because his car broke down away from home. Neverthless, that's how my wife and I met Melloy and Chris. While visiting Alb, NM, our 2002 Pathfinder overheated. We were towed in about 1 p.m. on Monday and picked up our car the next day about 4. They had to replace our thermostat and radiator. Chris was very helpful and friendly. When it became clear that they would not be able to compete the work on Monday and would keep our vehicle overnight, Chris arranged to get us a loaner, vs a rental which is what we first expected.Thanks, Chris. You made a not-so-much-fun experience a little more tolerable. Lending us the car made our last day in Alb much more fun than it would have been.

I recently purchased a used 2009 Nissan 370z from Melloy Nissan dealership thinking I was getting the best deal on the planet when in reality it wasn't so. My problems all started a month age when one of my friends notice that one of my tires on my 370z were oxidized in the treads which I also took pictures of. I checked all four tires and they where all doing the same thing I also check the date of the OEM Yokohama ADVAN Sport, which is April 3, 2008 for the fronts, and April 4, 2008 for the rears. I later took my car over to Melloy Nissan where they referred me to Discount Tires to get them replaced. The Discount Tire sales man quoted me a price of $1300.00 to have my tires replaced. The sales man also referred to my factory OEM tires as hazardous and I should be careful driving. Recently tonight I attempted to have the tires replaced as I was instructed to by Assistant Sales Manager Brandon Pierce over the past weekend. Service Advisor Brian Dau stated that there is nothing that he would do about the tires. I then proceed to try and speak with the General Manager Guy Melloy, who was not available, I asked for the General Mangers card so that I may speak with him about the hazardous tires and I was given Roy Benson who is not the General Manager. I am completely fed up with Melloy Nissan and if I can I will not be returning to them for any kind or service to my Z. Tonight I have contacted my insurance company Progressive about the hazardous tires, I will also be contacting The Better Business Bureau of New Mexico and Southwestern Colorado, and New Mexico Attorney General Gary King.

These guys are the best! Don't bother shopping anywhere else. Save time,money and heartache. Just go see Mellow Nissan and they will take care of you. They will contact you when your service schedule is near, they will recomomend only what you need and not try to sell you stuff you don't. They get it done on time and they call and give you an update. They review the work to be sure they did everything you asked. You just can't go wrong with this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My experience at Melloy Nissan was very positive. The salesman Phillip Carey was very courteous and professional. Phil was really responsive to find me the vehicle that met my needs with the best possible pricing; unlike badly managed dealerships who are high pressure and will try to sell you anything. I've dealt with many dealerships from many different manufactures and this purchase was probably the smoothest and least regretful. Remember to always do your research online ahead of time no matter where you go. If you do go to Melloy Nissan ask for Phil and you shouldn't be disappointed.

this was the worst experiences shopping that i ever had little did the sales person know but i had a $40,000 blank check and i wanted to buy a nissan 350z but the sales experience was horrible so i went ahead and bought at horrace nissan in farmington new mexico who i would recommend there sales and service to anyone who wants to be treated right.
