Excellent customer service!! I bought an Acura RDX. My salesman was Sam. He was very accommodating and kind. Although the wait was long, it was definitely worth it! Sam made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Definitely appreciate his customer service. Greg from finance was very professional and nice as well! Truly a 10/10 experience, I was very pleased! Definitely will recommend to others.

5 starts across the board here. As an out-of-state customer, McGrath really made everything easier than I could have imagined. Josh in sales set me up with the car of dreams, and never led me astray. I can honestly say, best sales person I've ever worked with, and it made a big difference. Finance was just as easy, with Grant & Angelo working with me to get the numbers right where they needed to be. Should also mention, the gentleman (Kevin?) who explained all the features was fantastic as well. Can't wait to stop in on my next trip, thanks McGrath team!

WOW what great service. Rachael was so helpful and was able to give me all kinds of good information about my car which I did not get when I purchased my car from The Arlington Heights Acura dealer in Palatine. If you are looking for an Acura I would definitely recommend making McGrath Acura in Westmont your first stop. Their sales team was very knowledgeable and a delight to work with too!! Next time when I am going to buy a newer car I will definitely wait for the Acura I am looking for to show up at this dealership since they don’t waste people’s time by playing those stupids car dealership games.

We had a great experience working with Acura of Westmont. George was terrific in the initial interactions and getting everything set up for us. The day we picked up the vehicle Paul was fantastic and made sure we were well taken care of and that everything was simple and as fast as it could be and that we understood the entire process. We were also very impressed with Henry and his knowledge going over all of the features in the car. Paul checked in on us in the end to make sure our experience was perfect. Would definitely travel over to this dealership to do business again. I felt they were honest and attentive to our needs. Thank you Acura of Westmont.
