I can’t say enough about McGovern Subaru but mostly about my salesman Ryan Cyr. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ryan was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Ryan if you are looking to purchase a vehicle at McGovern Subaru. About my car, I love it, a 2022 Subaru Outback Touring. Beautiful car, great ride. My only issue is the memory seats. They do not retract when exiting the car. They should fix that.

My first oil change for the new car, which I bought up north in Maine last August. McGovern’s offers Saturday appointments and I was able to get one an hour before, which is a BIG convenience. Very professional service, clean and spacious waiting area, most reps wore masks (even though it’s no longer required in NH). Highly recommended!

First walking in the door you are met with a smile and happy to help with whatever you are there for! The service write I had the pleasure of dealing with on this dreary day was an absolute delight! The waiting area has comfy chairs with little swivel desks on them! Perfect for my laptop! Best part I can bring my pup instead of leaving him home alone!

I brought my Subaru into McGovern on 12/30/2020 for a routine inspection and to get some brake work done. I was told that my car needed a complete rear brake service, which I was fine paying for because I knew the brake pads were wearing thin and that my rotors most likely needed replacing. This work needed to be done in order for my car to pass inspection. However, I was informed that my car needed an additional $800 worth of work done to it. This was shocking and concerning to me because most of what was recommended had been done last year when I bought out the lease on my car. I had only put 10,000 miles on my car in the previous year and the work they said required “immediate attention” only needs to be done every 2-3 years or 30-40K miles. When I brought this up to the service advisor he said that there was “no record” of my lease buyout or the work that had been done. I don’t understand how any reputable dealership would not have this information on record. I refused the work and could not help but feel that I was being taken advantage of. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle to McGovern for service nor will I ever buy a car from them again.

The most professional experience I have ever had. We have bought over 30 cars and this is the best experience we have ever had!! They were very honest and didn’t play the bait and switch game like most dealerships have in the past. We got a great deal on our trade in and on a new cross trek! Ron Rogers was our salesman and he was not pushy and answered all of our questions. Christian in finance was very professional and the process was so smooth!! I highly recommend this dealership! When we shop again for a new car we will definitely go here and refer all our friends and family!
