When I arrived for my recall appointment at Matthews of Clay I was greeted with a smile and an explanation of what they were going to do. I wasn't aware of the second recall that was listed so I was glad they were aware of it. I was told it would be about an hr and if I wanted they had a shuttle that would take me home and pick me up when my car was ready, I elected to just wait and he took me to the waiting room. It was about 1 hr when he returned to let me know my car was ready, he showed me my paperwork and showed where my car "passed" the recall test. He escorted me out to my newly washed car and thanked me. I would recommend Matthews of Clay , great sales and service department staff.

I was looking for a Kia Carnival or a dealership that had some coming in soon. Mathews Kia of Clay knew what was coming in in when and the options and colors. I live 2 hours away but was able to put money down to reserve one that was swing delivered. I was also able to go through a credit application through their website so save time when I got there. Jess Hacker was my salesperson. She was knowledgeable and quick to get all the paperwork done so we could be on our way.

We had a great experience at Matthews Kia of Clay. Mo was so easy to work with! He was very patient and helpful. Great personality. Matthews had a great selection of new and used cars! I bought a used 2018 Nissan Rogue for my daughter and a new Kia Telluride for myself. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

First off the sales department is great. Helped me trade in a car i owed almost 9k on still and drove away that day with a different vehicle. The issue I've had is the problems I've had with the car and how none of it has been resolved. The 2nd day i had it i noticed a screeching from the left wheel and called after a week thinking it might have just been brake dust. They replaced some springs after around 2 weeks when i was told the parts would be in within 2 days and was told they drove it and it sounds great. 10 minutes after i got it i still heard the noise. Second time i dropped it off at 8am and didn't get it back until the next day just for the rotors to be cleaned off and told it wasn't making the sound. Unfortunately it still was and after once again holding it for two more days they said the brakes were going bad when i was told after the first time i brought it in that everything in regards to the tires and brakes look great. Now i have an issue where my car was violently shaking once every 7 or 8 times i turned it on and now my check engine light is on. Was told my warranty is up so I'd have to pay $120 to diagnose something I already have the code for and i still have a bummed squeaky tire. Was really hoping I could've gotten some help because I enjoy this car a lot. But the problems piling up make me not want to deal with it anymore.
