Amazing! Quick story. I bought a brand new car from a dealership. My first instinct was to trade in my current car. Site unseen, the dealership gave me a “best case scenario” value for my trade… Immediately I knew my car was worth a lot more and quickly told the dealership heck no! I posted the car for sale and was contacted by these guys. They showed up at my house same day and gave me exactly what I wanted for my car and took it away that day with out any hassle! The only thing I wish I did differently is contacted them first and saved the time of posting an ad. This is maybe my second or third review in my life. Think I’m satisfied?

Highly recommend contacting MassAutoworld if you are looking to sell your car. I received the offer for the full amount I had posted the car for. They made on the spot payment and pick up the car next day . Great experience with them 👍

We had to buy a car from California for our daughter on the east coast. We were incredibly lucky to find Scott and Paul at Mass Auto World. They couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful or professional. They went over the car with a fine-toothed comb (twice) and made sure it was ship-shape for a cross country journey and they went out of their way to accommodate us wherever we needed a little extra help. We were extremely lucky to find Mass Auto World. They've got more integrity than just about everyone else we talked to combined! When we eventually picked up the car, it was like grabbing the keys from friends!

We recently purchased a car for my daughter, I went to about 20 different dealerships and must have test driven at least 15 different cars, we kept going back to the Subaru Crosstrek that Mass Auto World had. It was the one car that her face just lit up over & our whole family was in agreement that it was “the one”. Nick & Paul exercised great patience with us and made the whole process pleasant. I was in the market for a used Prius and found it challenging to find a model with low mileage at a price I could afford during the pandemic. As I began my research in May 2021, I discovered that used car prices were up 32 percent over the same time the previous year. This was a bit disheartening. Things changed in July when I was directed to Mass Auto World in Whitman, Ma. The Sales Manager, Paul Riley, was knowledgable about the hybrid vehicles he had in stock and was able to work with my budget and needs. I want to thank the staff at Mass Auto for their professionalism, flexibility, and for making my recent purchase so incredibly seamless. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car.
