You go into a car-buying situation prepared to deal with shady salespeople who run you around and try to sneak in extra charges right and left. It's just what you do. And I did experience that at other Toyota dealers, but ... Then you waltz into a dealership you've researched thoroughly, hesitantly hoping they live up to their reputation, and BAM! You buy a car (well ... a truck) and you're just impressed. A shout out to Jason Schiffman, Army badass, for exceeding my expectations, and even winning over my skeptical husband. Another shout out to Bob Joyce, Marine badass, for working out the terms of the loan. We left feeling like we had two new friends. I so appreciate the buying experience we had and look forward to continuing business with Mark Jacobson Toyota in Durham! A+ all the way.

Over the years I have purchased approximately 12 new vehicles and my recent experience with Mark Jacobson has been more then a blessing. I was successful in trading in two vehicles for one new vehicle. This was a saving to my retirement output. I would highly recommend a mild mannered Sales Consultant, Leo Sullivan, who was exceptional and hassle-free. The finance person M's Tay was also expedient and exceptional. Wow, I recently leased a Toyota Corolla 2015 and my experience was A+++ Mark Jacobson Toyota made the whole experience pain free and I received an extremely good deal. Leo Sullivan the car consultant was very helpful and looked out for my best interest. He found the right car for me, even down to the right color.! He didn't try to over sale a car that was more car than I needed. I felt as though I could trust a car salesman (can you believe it) to have my best interest in both driving and in my wallet (what I could afford). The facilities are welcoming, bright and festive. Everyone offered great customer service. The financial officer was amazing. I highly recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota for all your car buying needs! I would HIGHLY recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota to anyone that is looking for servicing their vehicle. I had emergency service work performed on my Tundra at a Toyota dealership while visiting VA and after returning to Chapel Hill I experienced problems. I had my vehicle towed to Mark Jacobson Toyota on a Saturday evening and on Monday met with Adam Welteroth, Assistant Service Manager and explained what work had been done. Although this was my first visit to Mark Jacobson he treated me as though I was a long term customer. I found a very personable and professional experience in talking with him. Adam told me they would conduct a diagnostic on my truck and report back to me within a few hours. It turned out that the work that had been completed in VA had major consequences and resulted in an engine replacement. Adam took charge of the situation and contacted the VA dealership and explained what the problem was and what was needed.The VA dealership authorized Mark Jacobson to perform the work rather than towing the vehicle back to VA. Because of delays caused by the VA dealership the work took weeks but Adam keep me informed daily of the progress and always answered my questions and was looking at my best interest in getting my vehicle back. Nick Long, the mechanic that performed the work did a superb job on replacing the engine. I'm more than pleased with the work performed and the engine purrs like a kitten and no oil leaks. Adam had my truck cleaned inside and out before I picked it up. I'm very pleased with not only the excellent service that was performed by Nick but in the way that Adam and the entire dealership treated me. I will return to Mark Jacobson for any future service and when ready to purchase a new vehicle it will be from Mark Jacobson Toyota. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Truly a 5 Star Rating

I will say that I had an excellent experience with the purchase of my 2015 Scion FRS. But after the sale, I have had a terrible experience with Sales in responding to my car's service needs. I purchased my Scion in late Oct 2014, to date it has approximately 950 miles. It has been to the Service Dept., 3-times with a dead battery issue. They charged the battery each time and I was told the battery was fine. To date, my Scion has been in my driveway with a dead battery for well over a month. I reported this to Doug Hanenberg, Director of Sales and Operations over a month ago. I have had no response at all. Today, I called the Service Department myself and was told what I needed to do. Just wondering, is this the way you treat customers ? I have purchased cars from MJ in the past with very few issues. Has something changed within the dealership ? #oneunhappycustomer.

I would HIGHLY recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. Bruce in the Sales Department was EXTREMELY friendly, VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Being a woman, I have gone into car dealerships before and the salespeople saw me as an 'easy sell' and would try to pawn off vehicles that they were looking to get rid of on me. Not at Mark Jacobson Toyota! I went online and browsed their inventory, found the car that I wanted, filled out the credit report online and within a couple of hours, I had a call from Bruce telling me that they could help finance me and asked when I could come in for a test drive. Needless to say, I was blown away by the efficiency and professionalism of their staff. I went and test drove the car, Bruce asked if I had any questions and explained the details of the car to me. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 HOURS which is unheard of. I felt like I was treated with fairness and respect by the entire staff. Bruce and Anthony were fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Will DEFINITELY be going back there to purchase my next vehicle and you should too!

My wife and I traded 2 vehicles for 2 new cars ( a prius and a prius v). We weren't sure what to expect but we were prepared for a complicated ordeal. We found a very personable and professional dealer in Ari Tanz and the same in the manager Kim. Ari diligently helped us select the cars we wanted and within three hours we were on the way home in new cars. Best car buying experience I've ever had hands down. The employees there are great! We tend to drive our cars for many years, practically into the ground, so we buy cars very seldom. One reason for this is that buying a car is SUCH a traumatic experience- we truly hate dealing with salespeople. But our experience with Mark Jacobson Toyota and especially our salesperson Tom Coffey was different- it was actually pleasant! They have earned our return business. Once we drive our new Prius into the ground, we'll be back. Heck, we may not even wait that long this time!

This is the 2nd vehicle I have had the absolute pleasure of purchasing from this dealership, they are friendly and extremely fun to work with and they bent over backwards to make sure this experience was the best and that I left a happy lady when I left! My vehicle was recently totaled in an accident so I had to find a replacement fast. I started my search at MJT, spent countless hours at other dealers and used car lots, and then returned to MJT. When I wasn't able to find a truck at MJT in my price range, Luis (the salesman) didn't pressure me into spending more, but committed to help me find a truck in my range. When nobody was able to find what I was looking for (cause it isn't available!), I came back to Luis and he made me an offer on a newer truck that I couldn't refuse. Thank you, Luis, for putting me in a truck that will last many, many years. Well, it will last as long as the 17yo drivers will leave me alone. I've had 3 totaled vehicles in the past 10 years, all at the expense of 17yo drivers who weren't paying attention. Thankfully I've walked away from all 3 accidents!

I purchased my 2012 Forerunner, June of 2012 every since then all my standard service items have been handled by this great service team. Always welcomed with a smile and a promise of quick service, polite clean and friendly. I have now moved to Myrtle Beach SC and I still arrange my travels to include a stop in at Mark Jacobson service department for any needs my Forerunner might have. I am very appreciative of my recent and somewhat unique car-buying experience at Mark Jacobson, one that might have been a huge frustration, and instead turned out to be very satisfying. That happened because of the integrity and customer commitment of Ian Edgington, a salesman we have returned to repeatedly for our car purchases. I return to this dealership because I trust Ian and he has been there 100% each time. Ian has learned over the years that I depend on the 4-wheel drive car because I frequently drive off-road . In August I decided it was time to replace my12-year-old, still perfectly running 4-runner with an updated version. Ian was there, showed me what was available and sold me a new car off the lot that I was told was 4 wheel drive. I happily went on my way and several months later realized (after getting stuck on a muddy hill with tires spinning) that the car I was sold was a 2-wheel, not 4-wheel drive car. This was not going to work for me. I was upset, called Ian at 5:30p on a Saturday and he went back, checked, realized he made a mistake and said he would make it right. He had to deal with it at his end, but early the next week I was driving a new 4 wheel drive 4-runner and feeling that there was an equitable exchange. Thanks Ian, I appreciate your excellent and fair customer service. I also bring my cars there for service and always feel that the work is good and honest.

Bought Corolla LE 2015. Pros: The car looked very good. Was surprised to receive good financing terms. Enjoying my driving experience. Cons: I asked for L version, and the sales rep without asking what car features I'm looking for replied that bc L doesn't have camera and cruise control, it's not good for me. Maybe it's not, but I wish she presented pros and cons of both versions than pushed towards a more expensive one.

I purchased a Toyota Prius from Mark Jacobson Toyota on November 25. We have two other Toyota's we purchased from Jacobson back in 2005. Both of those cars are still running strong with 250,000 miles each. My salesman, Paul Graham, was polite and not pushy. He was very familiar with the vehicle information and statistics. Even after the sale he spent some time helping me get familiar with some of the features and helped me pair my phone with the car. I found the finance department equally as pleasant. Very straight forward with the numbers. While he furnished me with all the various options for extended services agreements he was not pushy and was able to answer all questions concerning the various options. I was 100% satisfied with my experience and glad that I chose Mark Jacobson Toyota again. I've also had a great experience with this dealer's service department during the past 9 years of servicing my older Toyota's

On Monday November 10, 2014 I bought my first Prius at Mark Jacobson Toyota. Before beginning the car buying process, I was not sure that I could afford a Hybrid. However, at Mark Jacobson I found an amazing deal on a used Prius (2013). The car simply blows my mind! Sales rep. Alex Dias was incredibly helpful, insightful, and very generous with his time (and lots of fun to work with!). The Prius was the only car I drove... I knew I wanted that car! Not only did Mark Jacobson help me find the perfect car, their financing department found an even better loan rate for me than my bank was offering, thereby saving me even more money. We had a wonderful experience at Marc Jacobson! We worked with Marc Eskew and he was great from start to finish. He was very knowledgable and honest. We have already told a few friends about him and hopefully they will take our word that he was great to work with! A Toyota Avalon has been my dream car but we could not afford one. We went to Mark Jacobson and they made my dream come true. Edwin Caldwell, an extremely pleasant and experienced sales consultant, was determined to find me the car of my dream. He understood we could not affort a new one so he worked diligently with their used car department to find a low mileage "certified" used car. The car had all the features and colors (interior and exterior) that I was hoping for, but was slightly higher than the price limit we had set. Edwin introduced us to Ken, the general manager of the used car department, who then worked with us and made it possible to complete the sale. I came to look at two models of Toyota(4runner & Tacoma) to determine which if any I wanted to purchase. I was greeted by Salesperson Jason Schiffman in the Trucks area. I explained to Jason what I was considering and was there to look and test drive the vehicles. Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and I was able to test drive each model. At no time was I ever pressured to purchase a vehicle and Jason patiently listened to my questions/concerns as I went through the pros/cons trying to determine which vehicle would be best suited for my use. I left with the info to research and study some more. I came back several days later to look at them again and test drive both. Again Jason was very helpful and never any pressure to make a purchase. I decided the 4Runner would be best suited for my purpose and told Jason the list of features I wanted. Jason was able to locate one that matched up well to what I wanted, so I asked for a price on the vehicle noting that I did not want to haggle and expected a fair market value for the vehicle. Jason worked with the sales management to get me a great price I could agree too. I took the information and left again with no pressure to purchase a vehicle. I came back the next day and purchased the vehicle. After the vehicle arrived the rest of the process went smoothly and very professionally. This is one of the best car buying experiences I ever had and I would return to purchase future vehicles.

These are some of the nicest sales people I have met. They make sure you are taken care of from the moment you walk onto the lot until you leave & then they call & make sure all is still ok. Ramzi Alshamali is a great person to work with. I had a few problems & he made sure I had his phone number & email so I could send him a message anytime to have things taken care of. Luke Czubay is a very nice & professional person to work with. He also went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of during & after our purchase. I bought a used car & during the time of waiting in between paperwork & other things, cars were rolling out the showroom one right after the other. I was impressed with everyone. I have even recommended this dealership to a couple of people looking to buy a vehicle. The prices seem reasonable also. If you are in the market to buy, check them out. You want be disappointed & you may even walk "ride" out of there in a new ride.

I've purchased many cars throughout the years but I found Mark Jacobson Toyota two years ago and just went back to his dealership again to purchase another vehicle. My experience two years ago was top notch and I was a little bit concerned that it might now be as good this time partly due to my sales person then moving out of sales and into another dept. I really didn't need to be concerned at all. Paul Graham took wonderful care of me. Paul was right on time when I arrived for my appointment. We talked about what my needs in a vehicle were and then we headed out to look at them. He took me to the vehicle that met my requests and passed by other vehicles that had more than I wanted. In other words, he did not try to pressure me into buying a higher priced vehicle with options I didn't want or need. We took a test drive and I tested it believe me. Any and all questions that I asked about the vehicle were promptly and professionally answered by Paul. Upon returning to the parking lot we proceeded to go nside the dealership and the one question Paul asked was if I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. My response was that if it worked out on paper for the monthly payment. Not waisting any of my time, he immediately headed to the credit manager, got him working on the numbers and also brought back the necessary paperwork in a matter of minutes. The gentleman from credit brought out 3 different quotes at the same time. I told them no deal. The credit manager asked what it would take to make a deal. I told him the payment I could comfortably make a month and came back under what I quoted by making a minor change. I walked out that day with the vehicle. As long as I am in North Carolina, I will always go back to Mark Jacobson's Toyota dealership - they are top notch!!

Mark Jacobson Toyota salesman Jason Schiffman is the man to see if you are in need of a Toyota product and are in the Durham, NC area. Why would I write that? Exactly because I'm not the type to do these surveys and all that sort of stuff. I'm a get in, get out and get on with my life person. I hate shopping for anything, even a vehicle. By the time I'm ready to buy anything, I already know all about the products available. Jason Schiffman proved up to the challenge of dealing with surly, impatient me. I had my mind set on a reliable, low-mileage used car and felt no pressure to purchase new or to look at any cars that I did not feel fit my ideas. I absolutely loved the indoor used car showroom! Chris Johnson and Dennis Mahone were great to work with. We live 21/2 hours from Durham . While visiting our son in Raleigh, we decided to shop for a new car. The 1st Toyota Dealer that we visited was Mark Jacobson. Their new car price was excellent, their trade in price was very competitive .. Their Sales Consultant -Chris Johnson was excellent. He answered every question and went out of his way to help us in every way. He even showed my wife Mary how to program and use the telephone ,by doing it for her, while I did some of the paperwork Sheyi Bucknor-Smartt their Business Manager did his best to make the paperwork as easy and understandable as possible. He was very pleasant, personable and professional. Doug Hanenberg then aced the entire process, by correcting the only complaint that we had ,.thus making our buying experience 100% perfect. We will drive the 21/2 hours again, when buying our next car.

After hearing numerous testimonies and researching dealerships, I did a quick credit application online and approved immediately. I was soon contacted by Ramsey to schedule an appointment to view the inventory. I drove from Fayetteville to Durham and was greeted by the friendly sales staff. After looking over the inventory, I decided I needed to have a better down payment to get the car and payments that I wanted. Two months later I contacted Ramsey again to let him know that I was ready to purchase my new car. When I arrived he remembered exactly who I was and promptly showed me the make and model of the car we discussed. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry SE in white--exactly what I wanted. Youngsville Mario Love was wonderful. We had to buy a new car for my wife's birthday. . The price was exactly what I was quoted by AARP, plus options at dealer invoice. After the care had been washed & vacuumed, he very graciously explained the car's features and made sure she was comfortable and ready to hit the road. I got a very good deal on a Toyota Camry from Mark Jacobson and I am very satisfied with it. The car purchase was effortless. I came in with a pre-approved loan, but Mark Jacobson offered me an even better loan rate. However, I unsuccessfully tried to donate my old car, instead of trading it in, believing the ad that it would be easy ("Time to say good-by") and I could get an income tax write off. Big mistake! I left my old car in the Mark Jacobson parking lot, expecting it to be picked up. This was followed by going back and forth and around and around with those to whom I was trying to donate the car. Never once did the staff at Mark Jocobson express impatience or irritation at the constant interruptions of trying to coordinate pickup and where the car keys could be retrieved. I wound up taking my car to an auto auction center where they promptly lost track of it. No trade-in and no income tax write off. Next time I will simply trade my old car in, with my purchase.

I enjoyed the experience of purchasing my 2014 Toyota Highlander at Mark Jacobson Toyota. Claudio Acevedo, my salesman was extremely helpful in assisting me with my search for the specific SUV that I wanted. I appreciated how Claudio kept in constant communication with me on a daily basis to give updates on my vehicle. Claudio also prepared in advance answers to my questions so that we didn't waste time when I came to the showroom. He assisted me with my accessories and assured me that he is still available to assist me if and when necessary even after the purchase. Kim, the Assistant Manager was also friendly and worked with me to get what I needed. Although I was nervous since I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 14 years, I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. Before I start the bulk of this review, I'd like to say that this online survey did NOT allow me to give 5 stars to everything, as I wanted to. That said, buying this car was an overall excellent experience, in every aspect. I am a repeat MJ Toyota customer, for "all the right reasons". I was having my 2007 Highlander serviced, and decided to look at the exchange program. My salesman, Edwin Caldwell, was absolutely a model for excellence: professional but not stuffy or self-important; not pushy; very knowledgeable (and if he didn't know something that I asked, he found out); very patient (it took me 4 days to decide); and blessed with an excellent sense of humor and the ability to deal with people. He also went the extra mile for me when I had a blip in my plans and helped me work out the details. I found Edwin to be a real pleasure to work with and I regret that the online service kept switching my rating. He was excellent! Thanks, Edwin! Tay in Finance was also excellent: professional; prepared; very concise in her explanations of all the financial aspects of the transaction; and patient with my hesitation about decisions, helping me weigh both sides of my choices. I just bought a new 2014 Toyota Corolla from this dealer, and was very happy with my buying experience! I initially chose Mark Jacobson in part due to its close proximity to Duke's campus (I'm a graduate student there) and in part because it was a dealer recommended by USAA's Car Buying service, which I bought the car through. My sales representative was Tom Coffey, and he was very knowledgeable about the car when I first showed up to shop and test drive, and was able to get me a great deal on top of the good deal I was already getting from my car buying service. When I returned to the dealer a few days later, there was a new Corolla in stock in a color and with features I really liked, and Tom made the paperwork process entirely painless when I wanted to buy it. At the front office, Tay Page helped me sign my final documents and was very knowledgeable about the many possible warranty and protection plans, while never pressuring me into buying one. Overall, my experience so far with Mark Jacobson has been very positive and I would highly recommend Tom and Tay to any future customers shopping for a new car. I hope to have a good experience with the service department here when I need to start bringing in my car for maintenance and tuneups!

About 3 weeks ago I purchased a 2014 Limited Edition Rav4. My experience with Tom Coffey and everyone at Mark Jacobson was great. Tom spent time going over what the Rav4 had to offer and was able to find the model and color that I wanted. The car arrived in just over 24 hours. When I went to complete the process the car was clean and the experience with the Finance Department was seamless. Tom went over the vehicle with me and also synched my phone and showed me how the Etune system works. I have had to contact Tom once since purchasing my vehicle and he was extremely responsive. Last weekend we bought a new Toyota Corolla from Mark Jacobson in Durham. Rob Gunter helped us to quickly sell our old car in less than an hour and to find a new one that fit our needs. My husband always has done the business of buying cars for us in the past, but I felt so comfortable and protected by Rob Gunter that I completely did the whole negotiation (selling my car and buying one new) by myself, which as a woman in her thirties from a different country (Spain) felt like a big milestone. Mr Gunter is a true gentleman and I feel that he absolutely never pressured me during the whole process, and my husband also instinctively trusted this guy. What a sweet, caring and helpful sales specialist. My toddler was there with us and he made sure that he was happy also (liked the playroom). I can say that it was really a FUN and rewarding experience. Almost a week after the deal was made, I still have an overall feeling of satisfaction and I appreciate the fairness of my deal. I had also a very positive experience with the rest of the team and the whole process was very smooth. One last thing that I liked about this dealership is that they are open on Sundays; I like that they do not assume that everybody does the same thing on Sundays. It is nice that they give the customer the benefit of having a choice of when to do business.

I discussed working through the buying process with a few dealerships. I didn't get into numbers until I had already chosen to work with Mark Jacobson. John Flanagan was receptive and asked me what I was looking for. He knew they didn't have what I wanted on the lot and worked to get it in. I also told them that I was 30-45 days away from actually making a purchase. They listened and didn't pressure me through making any decisions. Other dealers continued calling and emailing and even sending threatening emails, stating I would lose the best deals and had to do business that day. John was patient and did everything he said he would and worked with the sales manager to ensure it all went smoothly. Overall, I didn't spend but a little over an hour in the dealership working with the team throughout the entire process. I appreciated the emphasis they put on valuing my time as I also didn't want to waste theirs.

My husband and I have been Mark Jacobson Toyota customers for the last 14 years. We have purchased 5 new toyotas during that time. Our salesman has always been Ramzi Alshamali. We have been very satisfied with him since we met him the first time. We always request him , because we truly feel he has our best interest at heart, regardless of what his profit might be. We have come to know him as a friend, not just a customer. He makes suggestions, and gives us plenty or room to make our own decisions. Just this past weekend, my daughter who is 32, was ready to buy her first nice car. She had worked very hard, saved money for a down payment, and really needed a nice car. She wanted a blue or black Camrey, 2010-2012. The only time she could get off from work was Sat. at 7:00 pm. I called Ramzi, and told him what she wanted. I believe he probably waited just for her. When we got there he had already pulled the car he thought she might want up. (didn't tell us yet) We discussed price options, financing etc., and with our best interest involved. He made suggestions that helped us, but left the decisions up to us completely. When we went out and saw the car, she fell in love with it. We were treated with the most kindness. Ramzi is truly not just a salesman, but a friend. He always represents MJ's company in the very best of ways. We will see him soon, as it is almost time to purchase two new Toyotas for my husband and myself. Thanks to all of you who treat us so well.

Went to look for a Camry and was guided my pleasant showroom/front desk staff to John Lau (salesman) who helped guide me through my first car buying experience here. The fan belt was squealing, and the battery dying from a system short, so I did some trouble shooting, on a relatively warm day,and isolated the intermittant short to the circuit that contains the radio, cigarette lighter, and other components. The people there (Chris and others) were nice, charged me $55 to tighten a fan belt, $108 to do a system check of the electrical,, $16,20 for "environmental supplies, topped off the power steering, told me the center brake light was bad ($600) and that the battery (purchasd 09/2013) was bad., I got a $16.20 discount , using the card they sent me, and paid about $160 to them. I drove the car to Advance Auto, where their guy checked the electrical, finding a draw of 143 milliamps (high) when everything was off. By that time the battery had recharged, and obviously did not need to be replaced. I drove home, disconnected the center tail light and applied 12 volts to it. It worked ine. I re-installed the tail light, pressed the brake, and it worked fine. Cost $160 and three hours of my time. Result: Fan belt does not squeal any more, but the electrical problem has not been addressed. Their service manager called me when I complained that this was not satisfactory service. He said I could bring it in again if the problem re-curred, but of course I would have to pay thm again, and this being an intermittant problem, I had no assurance that the result would be any different. I asked if he could recommend anyone else. He said no, he did not know anyone else. While they have been fine on mechanical stuff, I do not believe I would recommend them for electrical repairs.

Hi, I had been out look for a new car. The one I was driving was giving me problems and no one wanted to help me. First, the car I need to trade in I was still paying on it and second the interest rates was so high on it no one wanted to take it as a trade in. I had no money down. So on my way home I stop by Mark Jacobson Toyota to let them tell me no too. There I meet Mr. Frank Adams, one of the nicest car salesmen that I have ever meet. He didn't make any promise to me he just said " Let's see what we can do". That was in December 2012. We couldn't work nothing out that day but a month later (January 17,2013) I got a call it was Mr. Frank Adams. He was tell me to come and pick up my new car. I though he was kidding. I have your car park in front when you get here. When Mr. Frank show my car he came out and meet me at my car. As we walk in there was this 2012 white Camry set in front of the door just like he said. He ask do you like this car. I was to scared to say yes. We did my paper, I was worrying I would be disappointed again. He reassured me everything would be okay. He was right. The staff took care of me like I was the only customer there. It was like hanging out with family. There was other customers there but how they made should you was comfortable while you wait was the superb. I'm 45 years old and had never own a new car and Mark Jacobson Toyota help me to know how it feel. I also have my car service there and they are wonderful too. As long as there people like Mr. Frank Adams at Mark Jacobson I will always be a customer.

I cant say how much I have appreciated working with Edwin. I first met him while he was visiting people in the service department. He was extremely friendly and personable. Edwin and I talked on and off for several months. I wasn't really convinced that I could find a deal that I wanted. I was told that my trade in was worth very little so I decided to keep it. He emailed me again during the Toyotathon and said to come in for a deal. I had been pricing lots of different cars at other dealers. I was fairly clear about what I could get elsewhere but decided that Edwin was worth a second try. I knew what I wanted, the price I thought was fair for both the new car and my trade in. When he told me the deal had been accepted I was shocked. It was reasonable, but I was waiting for the haggling. It was so simple. Three days later I came back to buy back my trade in for my daughter. I didn't really expect they could do that. But again Edwin came through for me. I bought the car and am very happy about my experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I got what I wanted for the price I felt fair. Edwin was a delight. FYI..Edwin has a requirement for all his sales. You have to name your car. So for the moment I am driving the "Red Rocket" (my sons name for it). I may have to change that in the future..but I do love my new car. Thanks Edwin.

I know how important customer service is to a auto dealership such as yours. This is to commend Frank Adams. He is an example of an employee who gives exceptional customer service. About 3 weeks ago, I had the privilege of meeting Frank at the dealership with a recommendation of a co-worker. Despite no scheduled appointment, he was nice enough to listen to me, and addressed all the inquiries I had. He took the initiative to get in contact to me through email & by phone. Few days ago, my wife & I came to see him. We were extremely impressed by his professionalism and his patience in dealing with us. We were fully satisfied & end up purchasing a new Prius with an awesome deal! Again, Mark Jacobson continues to have my business. Thanks in great part to Frank, likewise to Rob, & the "TV guy" himself who was also present to cheer us up.

I got my first car EVER from Mark Jacobson Toyota and it was such a great, easy experience. I was helped by Frank Adams and am so glad to have met him. He was incredibly helpful and seemed very honest about the used cars I looked at. He was genuine and hilarious. Upon arrival Drew Fergus greeted us with a persona that immediately made the wife and I feel at ease. We had purchased MANY vehicles throughout our life and have never had a comfort level that we did while dealing with Mark Jacobson Toyota. The stereotypical "car salesman" approach is obviously not the norm at this dealership. We were "credit challenged" and the dealership gave us options that allowed us to make an educated and unpressured decision. When it comes time for our next vehicle purchase we will definitely seek Mark Jacobson Toyota as the first option. Customer service is what really sells these days and this dealership is "the needle in the haystack"...

Did not earn my business!!! Called them and the 1st Salesman (Luis) blew me off (said he would call me back with information and never did), went into the Dealership and spoke to the Sales Manager (Luke Czubay) and he referred me to a veteran salesman, Frank Adams and he game little effort with NO follow-up. I waited for a response for the second time (for two days), it never came. It just seemed, that they dont care that I wanted to try out their dealership, when purchasing a Toyota. I went to another dealership and purchased a NEW CAR, in two hours (beginning to end) They just dont care for the working man I will never go back there and I tell people about my experience, Facebook, work associates and everyone else I know.

Located car through cars.com, contacted dealership via email. We were contacted by Tay Page (highly recommended!). She was great to work with, very friendly but not pushy. She gave us a very competitive price before we even went to the dealership, so we only needed to test drive the car, complete the paperwork and write a check. Easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership.
