Marc Motors is my number one car dealership. Not only do the employees work their hardest to get you the best deal and trying to make everything work out for you to get what you want and trying to meet your needs financially, it is fun working with them. Their employees make buying a car exciting and fun. The service department employees also care about you and your vehicle and they don't try to take advantage of you. The sales, finance, and service department employees make you feel like you are their number 1 customer and part of the family. I will only go to Marc Motors when purchasing a vehicle and for service. They are the best!

I found the whole experience of choosing a new vehicle at Marc Motors in Sanford Maine to be surprisingly stress free. The entire staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my concerns about leasing versus buying a vehicle and helped me make the right decision for my needs. We went in to see Norm Dubois about a used car we saw on-line. "I" don't have the best credit but fortunately my husband does. Norm explained how he could get us into a brand new vehicle for the same cost as what our payment would have been with a used one. I am now the proud owner of a 2105 Nissan Sentra and I love it! He made the process fun and enjoyable. No high pressure sales - just straight forward info that best served our needs.. Danny and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to make sure after the week I had with other dealers that I would leave Marc Motors with a car and stress free. My situation wasn't ideal but they pulled strings to make it happen and allowed me to leave with a brand new car. Danny was genuine and caring and eager to help me find a car. Shaun the manager was absolutely incredible, he worked very hard to make three separate car deals work within my family; without the pressure to buy. While my car was being repaired, Shaun was able to put me into any vehicle of my choice until my vehicle was done. Russell sold my daughter a new Versa and set her up in Marc's shop to install a car carrier at no charge knowing she was about to drive to Colorado. Our whole family is very happy with Marc's customer services; why buy anyplace else when service is that good!

The Nissan Sales team at Marc Motors was exceptional. With a full service experience they helped me figure out which car was best for me! Also, they made sure I could buy a nice brand new car, within my budget and they were willing to work with me on what was the most feasible option for my wants and needs! With my purchase, I received two years of mechanic service at their expense and they really sent me home completely happy and satisfied with the new car I now have! Last thing to mention is, this is my second Nissan with Marc Motors and the last vehicle I owned was a well run car for me the whole time I had it. I went down to marc Motors to see what I could buy for a used vehicle. I had a Harley and a Caravan to trade in. the first vehicle was a truck but I could not afford that so they put me into a new Altima and I have to say, I am very pleased thus far. We just purchased our SIXTH Nissan from Marc Motors. Do I really need to say more?? We've had a Titan, 3 Altimas and this is our second Sentra. We've had very few problems with any of them, which is more a testament to Nissan than the dealership, but Marc Motors has been very quick to deal with any issues and has made the buying process quick, simple, seamless and pleasant. I've had three different sales representatives and they all were extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. Thanks Laurie, Dan and Aimee! The service department is quick, informative, pleasant and very easy to deal with. Phil Royer is the best and anyone working with him seem to emulate his caring attitude and energy! To sum up, this dealership has created an economical, trustworthy and pleasant experience when buying and maintaining a vehicle for a family and we truly appreciate the efforts they make to make my family comfortable.

My first vehicle that I purchased from Marc Motors the salesman brought the vehicle to me this time I went to them not knowing that I would for a second time purchase a Rogue with my favorite salesman Shane. The whole purchase experience was very comfortable never pressured. I went in to this dealership just to see what they had for pre-owned SUV's. I was referred by my brother-in-law and saw the same salesman (Russell) that he dealt with. Not only was he very friendly and understanding of my situation he was extremely helpful! Before I knew it, Russell and his Business Manager had solved every one of my problems and I was buying a 2013 Nissan Rogue! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership, hands down. I'm extremely impressed w marc motors I've been to other dealerships and nobody would touch me for a loan not even my own bank I went to marc motors and Tony was my sales person he was extremely helpful and nice nobody would give me anymore tHan $6000 for my truck as a trade I owed $7400 and that's what they gave me so I'm not upside-down in my new car within 10 min I was approved for any amount he showed me the Nissan versa note and I really liked it I saw the price tag and got scared cuz I new I couldn't afford that he said not to worry there's rebates and all sorts of discounts my payments ended up what I could afford even tho my credit wasn't that good it's a brand-new 2015 w only 6 miles on it I was so excited cuz I've never had a brand new vehicle and I was able to buy it on my own w/o a co-signer I was in and out in 4 hrs I'm very impressed w everyone there they all were so nice I stopped by the service depth to have them program my car to lock and unlock when in gear and they put a brand new sticker on it I was only there 15 min and Ken was very friendly I definitely recommend marc motors to anyone I'm so happy and very muchappreciate all they've done for me thank u so much Tony and Ken and the finance team u made me a very happy bday girl that's my present to myself.

I went in with my 6 year old to pre-shop for an upcoming car purchase. Although I showed up the day after a 2 foot snowstorm, late in the day and with a child the staff was very easy going and go with the flow. They let me sit in many different models as well as digging them out from snowbanks. They were very helpful and accommodating but I never felt pressured. Ultimately I decided to lease a 2015 Rogue and couldn't believe how quick/easy it was. Very happy w/ my purchase. Now my husband is ready to go there for his next vehicle. Thanks Marc Motors!!

After a week of test driving cars we had easily narrowed it down to the Nissan Rogue. Test driving is the easy part...yesterday was the day we had to find the right place to get the car we wanted. We started at Marc Motors and then drove around to a couple of other Nissan dealers in order to make sure we were getting the best deal. Marc Motors was the only dealership where a sales person met us outside. They were not pushy, just helpful! We then went in and the atmosphere was laid back and friendly. Everyone working there seems like a family and they clearly enjoy their job. They gave us their best offer and understood that we had to leave to see if we could do better. They wanted our business and told us what they could do if we got a lower price some where else. We did find a lower price and they were true to their word. We went back at the end of the day and everyone was just as pleasant...surprising after a very LONG day of cleaning up vehicles after a storm. So, long story short...we came home last night with a 2015 Rogue and I'm confident that the people at Marc Motors will continue to impress me.

The Marc Motors team of Shane and Aimee made our 1st EV car (Nissan Leaf) experience all we hoped it would be. After a shuddering vehicle buying experience from a NH Nissan dealer we were very hesitant to try Nissan again. However, after following the growth of the Nissan Leaf from its onset we realized how innovative and responsive Nissan is to the EV consumer and realized our previous lackluster experience was due to the NH dealer and not the manufacturer. Aimee was our first contact with Marc Motors via email and cell phone. She listened to our requests and our numbers and responded once by phone and once with an email confirmation with an almost perfect match of what we were looking for. As Aimee later shared with me when I explained my busy schedule and hoping not to be hounded for a sale, she explained, if you listen to your customer the first time, then its not necessary to call or email them a hundred times. And she didnt. So, after my business trip and other personal travel (10-days after initial contact) I telephoned Marc Motors and spoke with Shane to make arrangements for a weekend test-drive of the Nissan Leaf. Upon arrival at Marc Motors, Shane had the car all charged, ready to go, and shining like a spit-polish on a green recruits combat boots. Patiently Shane went over the safety and operating procedures for the Leaf allowing us the opportunity to ask questions and to test his knowledge. Though Shane is extremely informed about EV Technology as well as all the particulars about the Nissan Leaf he used his knowledge to empower us rather than for bloating his own image. After, the introductions came the long awaited test drive. You know, the part where the salesman sticks the plate on the car, climbs in the back seat, and develops a case of ratchet jaw. Well, this was never to be. Shane drove the car up to us, climbed out from behind the wheel, and told us to enjoy our test drive and to look for him when got back. I think this is the point at which the sale was made. We drove the car thru all of our testing parameters, which included speed, acceleration, breaking, handling, and how it looks in the driveway. Then for giggles we pulled into a service station and tried soliciting help with locating the missing gas-filler-spout. An hour later we arrived back at Marc Motors. During the tree killing process, where the paper rolls on forever, not a single surprise was encountered. Everything added up exactly to our previous conversations, except I did not have the down payment with me. No problem, said Shane as we closed the deal. Just drop it off the next time youre in the neighborhood. We delivered payment the following day. Rumor is the service department at Marc Motors is also top notch. At this point we have to believe it is more than just a rumor and will find out for sure during our first scheduled service in March.

Buying my 2014 Nissan Rogue was pretty much pain free, as, I hate car shopping. Now, not so much. Russ Nadeau and Aimee Harris were Awesome! What one didn't tell me the other one did. It was totally a painless experience. I was given a great trade for my Xterra, that wan't in great running condition and this did help seal the deal. Aimee was also able to locate my first color choice way up in Bangor. Thanks Russ & Aimee (and Marc Motors). Love my ride!

I had a really great experience at Marc Motors in Sanford Me. My sales person was Daniel Marshall. Dan asked me what I wanted in a vehicle and what my budget was. He showed me a very nice 2014 Black Nissan Rogue Select. It fit me very well. I loved how comfortable it felt. A perfect "my size" vehicle as I call it. He found me just what I wanted. He was helpful, fun and knowledgeable to work with. Everyone there was very sincere and helpful. I started online and was contacted via email by sales consultant Michael Ewerts. I was first impressed because he sent a personalized video email of the Rogue I was interested in. I said I would be in some time Saturday morning. He was available to me when I showed up even when this particular Saturday they were having a big sale. I had my Rogue that morning. Very professional staff! Even the other sales staff who had no involvement with the sale new my name and were very friendly. No doubt I would return and I highly recommend Marc Motors.

I just bought my first new car ever, a Nissan Rouge Select, and had a great expereince at Marcmotors! Aimiee and Laurie were both so helpful and imformative throughout the process. I already knew what car I wanted and was familiar with how it drove and everything. They didn't pressure me to come in to look at the car or anything which was great. We were able to work out almost everything over the phone so when I came in the car was all ready, I just had to sign some paperwork, went super fast. I had a great experience with Marc Motors. I visited them a few days after a serious accident where my car was totaled. I was still experiencing some after-effects, and my thinking was still a little confused. Laurie was very compassionate and clear in her communications with me about the car. She actually came in on her day off to sell me the car. She was very open with me in the negotiations. Speaking with the finance person was difficult, because of my cognitive confusion. He was also very clear in his communications, and I had to ask a lot of questions and sometimes the same one over again. He understood my situation and was very patient. I never felt patronized or manipulated. I was very excited to be buying such a great car, and thrilled to have a 7-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on a pre-owned car. Wow. Really good experience.

Drove down from Raymond Maine to make our purchase. Rented a Nissan Versa sedan from a rental company and decided we would like to own one. After email communications with 3 other dealers much closer we received much better offers from Marc Motors, We actually upgraded to the Sentra at prices lower than some other dealers offered us the versa. We purchased a new Frontier pick-up truck, and it was a great buying experience. Initially, I was very fussy and hoping to find a truck in a very unusual configuration (2 wheel drive, crew cab, long box, plain jane). Wanting to satisfy my unusual request, they searched Nissan dealers throughout the US and none were available. In the end they pretty much gave me the same truck in a deluxe 4x4 for the price of a stripped 4x2, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Russ and Aimee!

No money down, no trade in and we still drove home in a new car with a reasonable payment. I have had bad experiences in the past with car dealerships so went in skeptical. We were met at our car with a smile and a handshake. I told him what we were looking for in a car and the makes I wanted to test drive. He actually talked us down to a less expensive car that fit our high mileage and great MPG requirements. We drove home in a 2014 Nissan Versa and we couldn't be happier. We were getting a lease in a couple months and I wasn't even considering a Nissan, but I am pretty sure I will be going to Marc Motors for our lease depending on how their customer service continues now that the sale of the Versa is complete. So far so good.

Thank you Shane Fenderson for a great car buying experience! I bought a used car from you a year and a half ago. Shane said, why don't you see if we can get you into a new car. I had a 2008 Rogue. Within minutes he got the ok from Nissan to put me into a brand new 2013 Nissan Rogue, my dream come true for sure! A brand new car, I never thought it could be possible as our credit was a little shaky. Thank you Shane for your awesome concern for my comfort, especially where my husband is disabled and needed the Rogue as it is easier to get in and out of. This is my 3rd car purchase here at Marc Motors,and each time has been a great experience! They bend over backwards to make sure I get the best deal possible, answer all of my questions,and make it a truly fun experience. We bought a 2014 Altima. Shane was our salesman. He has a great sense of humor and made the process fun. We were happy with our deal. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant. Nice to see co-workers getting along and joking with one another. It was worth buying in ME. We bought in Somersworth, NH last time. We'll come back to Mark Motors next time.

Literally had the exact 2013 Nissan Frontier that I wanted, and they were able to get me to the exact payment I needed to be at. Michael Horn was an awesome sales consultant, listened to all of my wants and needs and was able to really go to work for me! They are typical sales people. They butter up customers and lie. I found out after I bought they car that they lied to me about the price. That made me pretty mad. I wouldn't buy there again.

i have tried to buy a car from many dealers . they certainly know how to give you fraudulent figuers.and complicate matters of doing business.so much that i could not do business with them. MARC MOTORS, has such a simply easy manner of doing business, i had trouble believing that it could be so pleasurable to do business with them. and they gave me a much better deal than i could get from the other dealers. PS LAURIE ALLAIRE was so pleasant to work with. i regret not going there first,but then i would have known how diffrent it could have been from other dealers.GERARD ROCRAY

The sales person (Lori ) was extremely helpful. We couldn't have asked for more The entire team at Marc Motors were friendly, knowledgeable. I received a very fair deal, financially. I purchased the 2013 Altima SV. White extria and black interior. Exactly what I wanted. It drives beautiful. I am so excited. I am 73 years old and have purchased many Nissans, starting with the Pulsar (bet a lot people can't remember that model.) It was many years ago. After hearing the key features I wanted in my next vehicle, Paul knew just what fit the description: Nissan cube--roomy enough & great mpg (avg 30), tinted windows & fold-down back seats. He also worked to get the payments more affordable & offered a 3yr 36mile warranty. Paul also helped with in-town driving arrangements to make it easier for me. Unrelated to the car, he offered some suggestions of venues to check out for [original] music gigs. Thanks, Paul, for your help! You went the extra mile! (I just hope I can remember to stop by to ask about a spare key!!)

Bought a 2007 subaru outback Nov.2012. Handled extremely poorly in snow, told buy marc motors I did not know how to drive all wheel drive. Couple off weeks later same concern told tires were not Inflated correctly.first time they had car for 3 days second about 4 hours. Went to local subaru dealer Found problem in 5 min. $1300 job. Luckily bought extra warranty or so I THOUGHT! First week of April 2013 brought car in for oil change and engine noise broblem to sub dealer. I had only driven car 3200 miles had 39000 when I purchased. Marc motors won't return calls and QualityGuard plus warranty is useless. It is May 9 2013 and car still not fixed. Car was not inspected within 2 months of purchase as should have been.

This my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Marc Motors and the first one I had for 10 years with less than 100,000 miles when I traded it in. The second one I had for 16 years with only 72,000 miles when I traded it in both cars I had no problems with. My third car is a Juke red in color and so far I love it. Hope my luck holds out with the quality. An I believe this will be my last car . Laura was a great salesperson.

I would like to thank Laurie and Amy for the great customer service that my husband am I recieved when we where looking for a new car. I had seen a used car on the internet and e-mailed Marc Motors with questions. I had a reply with all the details. Laurie and Amy kept in touch but did not push. Because of that we went to Marc Motors and we test drove a few cars. We did purchase one I am very pleased with the whole process and how we where handled. I had driven a Nissan pickup for 11 years and a Dodge Dakota for 12 years. It was time for a new one, so I was looking for a new or slightly used Nissan or Toyota. I shopped at two Toyota dealerships and others online finding two Toyotas that I would have been satisfied with. I finally checked the online inventory of Marc Motors, located 90 miles from home. I am very happy that I did finding a 2011 Frontier that I bought. I made numerous email inquiries and received very timely responses and a price that was between $6,000 and $7,000 less than similarly quipped Toyotas. WOW... At the dealership, all the staff and Marc were genuine and friendly. No pressure. Next time I'll shop Marc Motors first.

The staff at Marc Motors makes buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. From the test drive, to the financing of the vehicle, everything was smooth. The staff is friendly, courteous and well informed on each vehicle that they sell. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Impala, in excellent condition. Shaugn McCormack, GM, made sure it was washed and buffed, cleaned inside also. The service department has been very helpful since I bought it also.
