Bennie was amazing. Prompt in email communication and responding to phone calls. Mercedes '06 E500 was cleaner than described - immaculate. He was honest and no pressure. Negotiation was pleasant and stress free! Very enjoyable purchase experience and delighted with my new MB. Would strongly recommend!

These guys quite simply put their industry colleagues to shame! The other three dealers we shopped with were pushy, rude, and unwilling to negotiate on obviously overpriced vehicles. We gave up on doing better than Magothy. Their inventory is in good condition and fairly priced, so they feel no need to pressure buyers. They could run a seminar on how to sell used cars.

Bennie and Josh are honest, trustworthy and stand behind their cars and service. My daughter's Mini was totaled by a hit and run driver so I began a search for a reasonably priced replacement. Magothy had several Minis all priced well. The 08 Mini I was interested in was one owner and had all maintenance performed at the dealer which I liked. After a brief negotiation, I was on a plane to BWI where Josh picked me up. After a 15 minute drive to the showroom, Josh gave me the keys and I went on an unaccompanied 15 min test drive. No issues what so ever with the car. After 30 min of paperwork, I had a new car at a fair price and headed south to Richmond to give my daughter her new car. Found out later that there weren't any car manuals and a small part for the windshield wipers was missing. Josh promptly ordered these items and mailed them to me. Awesome. A week later the battery died and Josh had no problem replacing at his cost. I will come back to Magothy for my car needs in the future.

Just purchased an 07 GMC Yukon XL Denali. These guys were wonderful. I have never had such a great and hassle free experience when purchasing a vehicle. These guys were upfront, kind and great to deal with. the whole transaction took less than 30 minutes.

I have worked in the car sales biz on mega car lots in various states, and by far i have yet to run into any one like Josh and Bennie. I don't even classify these two gentlemen as car salesmen (read on to find out :p). The minute you arrive they are very polite and will make you feel at home. They direct you to which ever car / cars you are interested in and will answer any questions you have in addition to offering carfax reports. Unlike 99.9% of car salesmen and women out there who look at you like a gourmet steak the minute you walk in the door, these guys let you do your own shopping they don't try to sell you or throw you pitches, matter of fact when i bought my car, i was led to the car, and Josh let me go over it until i was satisfied, he then came back to see if things where okay, I took it for a test drive and later that afternoon i bought my dream car. I will be back for more Vehicles. Truly the best place, stress free atmosphere etc. and i cant say enough about these guys!!!

let me tell you about this place! not only they worked with our circumstances, but the way they treated me and my dad was amazing! they even stayed an extra hour with us to make sure everything was taken care of. prices are great, people are amazing and an overall experience is very pleasant! if i could give them 10 stars i would! i will never buy a car anywhere else!!!

I've bought a lot of cars in my life, and this was the easiest process I've ever experienced! :) Our dealer was friendly, and he worked with our schedule to set up test drives and our final sales meeting. He took the time to respond to inquiries soon after we sent them, and provided excellent customer service. The car we bought was just what we were looking for. We were extremely happy with the service we received and the product we purchased!
