Easiest car purchase ever. Robert was so nice, helpful, and accommodating. I am a busy mom of 3 and my time is precious to me. He was quick with everything while still making sure every detail was taken care of. Even entertained my kids while I finished up paperwork. My kids loved him and said he was funny and cool, big compliment from teenagers. Trade in was easy and I LOVE my new car! I will definitely be headed back to see Robert when it is time to purchase cars for my teens.

Update: Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Long Hyundai. Once again I had a great experience. Ardis is a great guy and did a great job. I highly recommend that you ask for him. This is my 2nd time buying a new car from Long Hyundai, and both experiences were excellent. Our salesman, Zak, did a great job and was extremely helpful while not being pushy. I will buy from him again and recommend him highly. And a big shout out to the manager, Randy, for finding us the exact Tucson that we wanted from another dealership and getting it in quickly, and for making us a great deal on it! The whole experience could not have gone better.

Couldn't have been any better than what I expected. He even let me test drive 6 speed Hyundai elantra 2017, but I chose the automatic 7 speed instead. I love my Hyundai!

I bought my wife's 2011 Sonata from Long as a program car in 2012 with about 25k miles. From the start, there was a slight notchiness to the steering, but the salespeople stated that they were all that way and it was related to the EPS. Drove another one, and sure enough, the notchiness was subtle but present. The Long service department was very good for several years performing the basic oil changes and warranty work. However, recently I attempted to get the pervasive Steering Coupler replaced either under warranty or as a goodwill measure with no success. This is the cause of the notchy steering as they made this little gear out of a material which is almost as strong as recycled gummy bears, apparently. So, the rubber degrades and the gear breaks apart and your steering goes to xxxx. Hyundai has extended the warranty on this part for KIA cars (to 100k miles), but not for Hyundai-branded cars. Any lawyers listening? So, anyway, there is an official Hyundai TSB which states that it will take 2 hours to replace this $2 part. Most people get it replaced for $180-$200 depending on their dealer's hourly charge. Long Hyundai, however, requested $435 for this work. When I pointed out that the TSB even stated it was a 2.0 hour job, they laughed and said that wasn't how they figured things. Maybe it was because my car had to get towed in due to another cheap plastic part breaking. In this case, it was the $14 starter lever. I looked this job up as well- another 2.0 hours, plus parts. But, Long Hyundai stated that it would require a full rebuild to the tune of $575! Now, I was upfront with them the whole time about having looked all this up, and they still quoted me $1000 for $450 worth of work. So, I called the dealer up the road 20 miles and got a quote - $400 plus parts, fees, etc over the phone with no hassle. The Long service manager agreed to match this price rather than see my car towed elsewhere. So, after $460 I had a car that drove well enough to get to the Honda dealer next door where it got traded in on an Acura. I took a chance on Hyundai and got burned, both by the manufacturer refusing to stand behind their product, then a dealer who wanted to make a few quick extra bucks. So, while these guys were all friendly over the years, I can't say that there was much integrity shown in this situation.

I had a terrific experience at Long. I have been searching for cars for weeks all throughout Middle TN. I called Long on a whim, and was so glad I did. They did not try to play any "games" with pricing with me. They were very straight forward and gave me a great price up front. I have been dealing with the hassle of the back and forth with other dealers closer to me, but I was extremely satisfied with my business at Long.

Overall, this was an ok experience but things could have been better with just a bit more attention to deals like making sure they driver topped off the car before delivery and ran it through the car wash. Having all the equipment installed before you deliver it and then making sure the title information is correct before you send it off..

I was discouraged from buying a car at the dodge dealership. I went to long Hyundai and a gentleman named john came out. I explained my situation. He let me test drive the car and worked the papers. I didn't have the money to put down on it yet. I called back after I left the dealership wanted to get the car ASAP. Randy, John, and the finance manager did everything they could and I walked off the lot with my 2015 Veloster turbo! Derrick was quick to respond to my original inquiry! He negotiotated the price of the vehicle for us to be financially secure in our decision. His personality made our in person look at the car go well- I didn't feel like he was hovering or trying too hard to sell. Long Hyundai of Chattanooga listens to the individual and gets them what they are looking for. I was just a little surprised that long Hyundai didn't offer at least 1 or 2 free oil changes even the first six months .Several dealerships do . When you drive a hour for a oil change and have to pay for it after pay 24,000 for a car . oh well. That's okay. this is no reflection on Jason . I would say the is Long Hyandai's rules .

My first impression of Robert was very laid back and somehow, still possessing an air of professionalism. Normal car salesmen are so cold and calculating and only care about making a deal even if you don't like the car. Robert was really concerned about me finding the right car for me and went out his way to make it happen! I took my Hyundai Elantra in for a transmission flush and oil change. I also wanted to have my tires checked and my air conditioning as well. Brent made sure everything was completed and that the concerns I had were taken care of. I will always bring my car to Long Hyundai because of the outstanding customer service I receive. I only deal with Brent because he takes such good care of my vehicle and ensures everything checks out before I leave. Brent also makes sure to answer any questions I have and that I have no other concerns with my vehicle.

The service at Long Hyundai was exceptional. I went in with an open mind and new I loved the Tucson, but wasn't sure if I would be able to actually purchase one for my first car! But with the nice people of Long Hyundai (Ardis, and Leann) I was able to purchase my Tucson! They accommodated with me on price and the exact car I wanted! I loved my experience and would definitely recommend other people to go see them!

Boy oh boy..what can I say? I was super pleased with the way Ardis handled our relationship! I came in and immediately was treated with great customer service. It seemed to me that he was dealing with other customers as well but he made me feel like I was a priority and I really appreciated that. I've been hesitant about purchasing a used car because I've read horrible reviews online but I was definitely put at ease. This guy knows his stuff! I had no interest in Hyundai when I was car shopping but my dad convinced my to stop by. I was immediately taken back by Long Hyundai's friendship and knowledge of what was in stock. I left Hyundai to visit Honda but I came back because long hyundai's customer service skills were well above average. I love my new car, but in the end I came back, not because the Veloster was my favorite car, but because they do everything they can to help.Please reward Ardis and his coworkers with some type of incentive for their hard work and dedication to their job. The very first time I arrived at Long of Chatt, I met Ardis Toney. Each time that I have been there I have met with Mr. Toney and have really enjoyed working with him. He is up front and honest about my questions and concerns and I have always left there knowing that he wasn't just trying to make a buck, he is true to his word. You have a good person working for you and I sincerely hope that you value him as an employee. Had it not been for this young man, I would have gone to a competitor.

Do not deal with Kurt or Brent in ServiceThe service center at this dealership is the worst. I took my 2015 Hyundai Sonata in for oil change and tire rotation. They completed oil change but could not rotate the tires. My tires have wheel locks and they damaged the nut trying to remove it. Was told to come back two days later and they would cut it off, install new bolt and rotate tires. Came back 2 days later and they did not have a bolt in stock. Came back 3 days later after they said they do have bolt now and they do not have tool to remove bad nut. I told them a week ago I was moving and had to be fixed. I now have a nut that is stuck and a wheel lock key that is totally stripped. None of my tires can be taken off right now due to they damage key and nut. They threw key in garbage without telling me and was just going to put non locking wheel nuts back on. The service person excuse was we do not have a big problem with people stealing rims around here. It does not matter, I paid for the wheel locks when we bought the car. They said they will look tomorrow to see if they can find a tool to remove before I leave town.

Ever heard any garbage like that from a car salesman? You won't hear that from Zak, nor feel pressure to purchase immediately. I wanted to look at several other manufacturers, but didn't find anything I liked as much as the Elantra Limited. Fully loaded and rated ULEV Ultra low emission vehicle. I approached this experience with some apprehension and as excited as I was was also dreading some parts of it. You always hear about the pushy salesman they tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale. I was pleasantly surprised. My salesman was, I felt, very honest with me and was not to "pushy". Was knowledgable of all the vehicles I had questions about and helped me find one that. Eat suites my needs. And even the F$I end of the process was smooth and completely stress free for me. He helped stay within my budget which was extremely important for me, as it could have been a deal breaker. But no worries, Tim handled everything very professionally and when the time comes I will return for the purchase of my next vehicle

Just very poor knowledge from financial people,no offers for maintenance package or anything else didn't even know where we lived or worked.it was terrible.We had a nice salesman Jerry ,but the, other people i spoke and dealt with, Keith and Mike where very impersonal ,unacknowledged of information and all around not helpful.I am not an extremely unhappy with what we went through.we made another purchase on march 28 2016,at N GA Toyota 2 hours and we had car with test drive full maintenance package finished and out.

Took my car in because the check engine light came on. Ended up being an air emissions something or another. But the service department is always very thorough and checks my car out for any other possible problems. Ended up making three repairs that day and what could of cost me tons of money had these issues not been found early ended up only costing me a minimum dedectible since my warranty was barely still in effect.

This is a terrible service department. Had appointment for saturday at 9am to get oil change in both cars and get road force balance on my car. After waiting hour 45 minutes one car oil change was done, but my car that needed oil change and balance was still waiting out front to be pulled in. What is the point of a appointment if you have to wait all day. Wait for almost 2 hours and car have not even been started on or oil changed.

I came to their store with a car in mind and a price that I knew I would be comfortable with paying each month. My salesman, Paul Adkins, got me just that plus some! I got the car I wanted, with more features than I had expected, at a better rate than I had anticipated. He worked very hard for me, so that I didn't have too. He was very thorough with explaining all details of the car with me and how everything worked. He literally walked me through all of the features of the car, which I really appreciated. The dealership as a whole was very timely. I got my brand new car in no time! I will definitely being going back for my next vehicle and asking for the same salesman! It was not all as bad as 1 star, but unfortunately I believe the salesman Paul Adkins lied to me. We were looking at a used 2014 Accent and really the only demand I had was that we did not want a former rental car. Paul assured me numerous times that it was not. He printed the Carfax report and pointed at parts of it while indicating it was a single owner vehicle. Then when we were filling out the paperwork he came back and showed me a line on the report that said it was a "fleet/lease" vehicle, but he said that did not mean it was a rental. He said it would say rental if it was. We liked the car and the price wasn't too bad, so we proceeded. I realized afterward that he held on to the Carfax report for some reason. Then when we get home I look in the glove box and find the previous registration. The car is registered to EAN Holdings LLC, which it turns out stands for Enterprise, Alamo, National car rental. I call Paul and he said that doesn't mean anything. I think he's just either not sure what he's talking about or he's saying whatever he needs to say to make a sale.

Long Chattanooga Staff are always professional and ready to help. My oil change took 15 minutes and was a breeze. They also offer free wifi so that you can always use it while waiting for your service to be finalized. Great people and wonderful service.

This dealership is terrible. We went in to trade our 2015 Hyundai genesis coupe for a 2016 elantra GT. The dealership salesman Paul Adkins was very rude and did not understand how pricing worked. We are part of a Hyundai Circle Program with set pricing. The dealership tried to hide rebates in the trade to make trade look like was worth what wanted. We asked about rebates and they said we do not get them with this program. We advised yes we do this is 3rd time we have used the program. The sales manager then knocked down trade amount. Sales person came back and said could do deal at this price and this includes doc fee while writing on page at same time price plus tax, tag and doc fee. We asked which is it, included or not. He then went back and asked sales manager and advised not including. We had enough and advised we were leaving.Sales person got mad and said I have a family and kids too and you just wasted 3 hours of my time (we were there only 1 1/2 hours) while walking across showroom. We asked who his manager was and he said sales manager. We advised him and he just said I will take care of it. We advised sales person and manager we would be contacting corporate and he said fine he doesn't care.

I had a great experience at Long Hyundai and got a great car. I had a bad experience at a different dealership in Rome GA (Heritage Nissan) and was looking to trade that car in not even a year later. I went to Long Hyundai when a friend mentioned it. SO glad I did. Chad was my salesman and was very honest, didn't pressure me, and made sure I got the right financing. They gave me a great deal and all pricing details upfront. I have been very pleased and have since sent two of my close friends there to buy cars. Negotiating price was a stringent process. It was at closing time and staff more interested in going home than making a sale. We had to ask two times about the financing offer only to find out later they listed the wrong lender. Had to resign paperwork and the Boostup program is not customer friendly. Salesman was nice, but management never thanked us during actual buying process. Love the Santa Fe but will never purchase from this dealer again!

We had the same sales person in 2011 and again 2014. We like his focus on what we are seeking. The service department is another really good reason we are returning to Long Hyundai. Lastly, the Hyundai Sonata Limited is a good fit for wants.

My husband is totally diisabled, he is having an easy time adjusting to the new Santa Fe and it accomadates all of our equipment needed for him, including a wheel chair lift on the back of the vehicle.

I took my Elantra in for a couple of minor warranty repairs and within 30 minutes they were back to tell me what they had done and to let me know they had to order a part and when I could expect a call to bring my car in to complete the repair. Salesperson was not well informed on vehicle features. Delivered car not well washed and when returned from body shop having spoiler put on, the car was filthy. Also the spoiler light was not plugged up and was actually wrapped around the deck lid hinge and stuffed behind trunk trim. Not sure how staff is going to handle this....situation remains unresolved.asked for sales mgr. he did not take my call and transferred me back to salesperson.

I want to commend the Service Techs, Bret and Chris. They have always treated me like I was special and made every accommodation to keep my 2010 Hyundai Sante Fe in great shape. We've used my extended warranty, they've provided a full service and recently replaced my oil/filter and put new brake pads all the way around. They've left my car freshly washed and detailed and it was like a brand new car. Chris has extensive knowledge and seems to genuinely like his job. Bret is less spoken but strives to be as efficient, organized and steps up to the plate with a great swing. I just love my Hyundai family and wouldn't let anyone else service my car. They are the best! Thank you so much for all you've helped me with this past three years. You've helped a single, senior citizen feel very safe and cared for my vehicle.

As far as negative feedback, you shouldn't require a 25 word minimum for a written review. Each person has a different perspective on service and can articulate that perspective in very different ways. Our service experience was great...however, as I don't mind giving positive reviews for the excellent service that was performed, I do however, resent the fact that I am REQUIRED to supply at least 25 words for my review. I can give a wonderful and accurate review in less than 25 words but I am REQUIRED by this web site to supply a minimum of 25 words for my review...in my opinion, that is unacceptable. If you are turning in a lease vehicle from another manufacture and are told they will take care of everything DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. This happened to my wife and I and they let her car sit on there lot for over a month and turned it in with a broken windshield and would take no responsibility for it. Hyundai Corporate Headquarters is no better. After owning 9 Hyundai's Long has made sure it was my last.

Went with my daughter to trade in her car. Did the haggling thing for 2 afternoons. Advised the salesman what she afford ($420.00) a month, no more. If they could make the deal fine, if not, that was fine too. Only asked for honestly and no BS. The salesman calls her back the 2nd day after we left and tells her they can do the deal at the amount she needs. When she goes back to the dealer, The payment had jumped to $778.00 a month. Then comes down to $549.00, then down to $462.00. (Every amount they told us was, they said, the lowest they could do, and they denied telling her on the phone the deal was ok at the price she needed). We finally get fed up with the crap and left. I'm glad I went with her, since shes young, and they tried every way in the world to take advantage of her. My wife and I went through a similar situation with this same dealer about 6 months ago. Please, go ANYWHERE but this dealer to buy a vehicle. These people are the poster children for exactly what gives car dealerships a bad name. They will lie about any and everything and lie again to try and cover it up. I only wish I could score them lower than 1 star on this review.

Thankfully no one was hurt in the collision ordeal; however, it caused me to make an unplanned car purchase in a week's time. Parker made that purchase seamless. Went here to trade for a new Sonata for my wife. Had a good trade in (2012 Accord). we have decent credit, and the only stipulation we had was my wife wanted leather seats in whatever we ended up buying. (They had 3 Sonata's, all different prices, with leather seats on the lot) For some reason, the only communication I received from finance and the salesman for over two hours was "We're looking for a vehicle that we can put leather seats in for you" OK, but why, when you have 3 on the lot I asked??? "It's only a $1,200.00 option" I was told. Anyway, after 2 1/2 hours total, I was told "We haven't heard anything from finance yet, we'll have to call you tomorrow". Well guess what, they didn't call the next day. So my wife and i promptly went and bought a car from the competition. The really bad thing is that we are 2 time repeat customers at this dealership, but we will never set foot here again. Run, run fast, from this ripoff dealer.

I tried to buy a 2015 Sonata from Long Hyundai. The salesman took down my contact info and details of what I wanted, but he failed to follow up. The cars I wanted apparently arrived and were sold without a call to me. When I returned to the dealer, I dealt, this time, with a responsive salesman and manger. They took a $1000 deposited and promised to get me the car I wanted by the weekend. The weekend came and went ... but no car. Admittedly, I was particular about what I wanted. But Long was unable to deliver. They were nice enough ... but I did not get a car. Bottom line: I drove 65 miles south to the dealership in Cartersville GA and had a car in 90 minutes.

I went in to Long Hyundai to have service work done to my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe on Friday April 4th. During the wait for the service to be done, I decided to walk around the lot and just take a look at the inventory. I was not really looking to buy a new vehicle. The salesman Robert Green came out to see if he could be of any assistance. I told him that I was just waiting on my vehicle to be serviced and was just looking around. I also told him that I had looked at a 2011 Santa Fe that was posted on the website. He took me to this particular vehicle and pointed out the various features and we took it for a test drive. I really did not think that the financing on the vehicle would work out and that I would be able to get the vehicle. They got approval for me to buy the vehicle but I could not really decide if I wanted to finalize the transaction. I returned on Saturday April 5th and even though there were some financing glitches, Kevin Dowdy worked me out a great deal. I now am the proud owner of a 2011 Santa Fe that I Love! Robert and Kevin made the car buying experience great and I would recommend them to family and friends that I know may be looking for a good deal on a new or used car. My only complaint would be the amount of time that I was at the dealership on both days because I believe I was there about 3 hours each day but considering how they worked to get me a great deal it was worth it. Again I would highly recommend Long Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a vehicle and will send them to see Robert Green who did a wonderful job. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He assisted me in moving my belongings from the 2004 Santa Fe to the new one and explained everything that was going on and why it was taking so long to get the deal finalized. He also told me that I could call at any time if I had any questions. Overall a Great experience and GOOD JOB Robert!

Good experience and service. My only recommendation is for dealer to wash car upon visit for service and that a service center be located on the North river area. A good location would be at the base of Signal Mtn. in the old K-Mart building. There was an Automotive center in the building. The rest of the building now has a miscellaneous sales business in it. It would be great for light service like oil change and detail work and save a lot of travel for customers. Just a thought ,but it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Robert was greatly helpful in providing us with quick service and a test drive as soon as we walked onto the lot. He and a few others even kept the dealership open a little later in order to get as much paperwork done as possible with our late arrival. We ended up in a new 2013 Veloster the very next morning. The only lapse in information was that I was not informed of Hyundai's "Blue Link" or how to set it up. Had I known about it while I was still at the lot, I would've activated it immediately. Now, I have to wait for the dealership to send authorization sometime in the (hopefully near) future. This is only a small lapse in information I think because I had no previous knowledge of the feature and it did not at all influence my choice in the Hyundai. After completing our purchase, Robert went out of his way to introduce us to the maintenance techs and others in the service department to ensure top quality service in the future. We are incredibly pleased with our purchase and the customer service we received at Long Hyundai and would absolutely recommend a friend to the dealership or, more specifically, to Robert.

when I pulled onto the car lot there were friendly faces everywhere, Ardis Toney allowed me to look around with out any hassleand when I was ready to purchase the vehicle of my choice he was there to assist me with all the answers. I did the paper workand was driving away in my new vehicle 10-15 minutes later, I went to the car lot on my lunch break, they didn't know I was on break and he took great care of me and allowing me to choose the car of my choice. I went their to buy a used car, due to money issues, but Allie was so very polite and helpful. She explained to me how I could get a new car I wanted and still be able to afford my payments. This was not the first time I have bought with Long of Chattanooga. My Hyundai Elantra was totaled when a guy came around a corner out of control and slammed me into the ditch. I returned to Long and Zak was my salesman. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient answering all of my many questions and making us comfortable. I had my 2 middle-school aged kids with me and he provided us all with popcorn and drinks and the kids thought that was amazing. We really like the Hyundai brand and I bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent 5-door because it's cute, comfortable and affordable with lots of safety features and great gas mileage. Zak was very thorough in showing us all the bells and whistles on the car. Hyundai also rewarded us as return customers which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Long and Zak to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank-you!!

My husband and I had car trouble for the 3rd time on Thursday, January 2nd. We went to Long Hyundai just to look at the cars, but were not really looking to purchase a new car. We needed something reliable, however, we did were not able to pay a huge payment. We met with Shawn, and he was super nice and spent a lot of time with us! He let us test drive an Elantra and talked to us about all the features it had. We talked about other cars as well with Shawn. After spending several hours with Shawn, we finally came to a decision to lease the Elantra. We left in the new car and have very much enjoyed it so far. Shawn did not try to talk us in to anything, and was very respectful of what we wanted and helped us in every way that he could! He was great to work with! I would recommend him to other folks looking for help when looking for a new car!

On the 3rd day of a 3 week, long anticipated, road trip, we experienced loss of power and starting problems with our 2005 Hyundai Tucson. Even though we arrived at Long's Hyundai in Chattanooga just before closing, Brent and Lonnie stayed over, long enough to diagnose our problem and present us with a solution. A part was ordered and received the next morning, installed, and finished by 9:30 am, which got us back on the road in record time. The courtesy and attention we received was far and above what one would have expected, and such a special blessing to us. Brent even offered to call us in a couple of hours to make sure that everything was still working properly. We were totally impressed with every aspect of our service experience.

It was so refreshing to have a smart and honest young salesman to deal with. He gave no "BS", if he did not know the answer, he said he did not but would find out, and he did! His knowledge about the automobile was very good, he was well mannered, clean cut and very polite as well as professional. He did not give the usual "high pressure" that most sales people are taught to give. He asked what our interests were, then lead us in the right direction, giving us our best options for our purpose and price. I look forward to working with him again on my next automobile purchase.

I hadn't ever looked at Hyundai before because I loved my 2006 330i BMW. Mr. Craig Sias introduced me to the 2013 Hyundai Sonata and I don't think I've ever loved a car as much as I love this one! He helped me decide that a lease was the best way to go so I can get a new car every couple of years. He made sure I got all of the options on the car that I wanted and even found the perfect color. The salesman, Mr Beard was very professional. Showed me several cars, explained the various features and demonstrated how they worked. I was able to test drive as many cars as I wanted before I decided on the one I purchased. Mr. Beard also, made a followup call to me to see if I was pleased with the car and if I had any questions that he could answer.

Left my 2011 Hyundai sonata se for a few days bc it had several small problems that were covered under warranty. My car had 47,000 miles. Greg had told me that for the 45k service, I would need a transmission fluid change and a fuel induction service kit along with an oil change. I did not need an oil change so I didn't get that. Turns out the owners manual has my car getting a transmission fluid change at 60k miles and not at 45k miles. I was lied to and spent money that didn't need to be spent. I will NEVER take them my business again. When I confronted them they said that bc of Chattanooga's "extreme driving conditions" they suggest getting the service done sooner.

Salesman knew little about cars, constantly asked his dad for answers, was told car had been serviced. Finally left late that day, car had been somewhat cleaned, but still had bad odor inside, trash under seat, dried food on back seat (told to use upholstery cleaner), front Long H plate loose and hanging. Told to come back in a few days, to sales bldg not service dept, for painting rusty window strips and replace foglight (told all lights worked). We scrubbed the car clean at home. Returned to Hyundai, and waited from 9am til 3:30pm when work was completed after much frustration and angry words between my husband and Nick. Few weeks later windshield wiper broke. Called service dept, agreed to come in, pay $70 before ordering. Once there, I asked for 9-24-12 service printout, told there was none. Last service done in 2009 (I think). Talked with Danny, very kind and helpful. Since then wipers replaced, oil changed, tires rotated, fluids checked. Service dept staff kind friendly and professional. I will return to service dept. I bought a 2011 Sonata and treated very professionally. I traded it for a used car and treated like a second class citizen. I will not buy another car from Long Hyundai. My mother's neighbor bought a 2012 Sonata from you all, because she liked mine so much. And by the way, I reallly do like and enjoy my 2005 Santa Fe. Oh, I had my temp plate almost 4 wks and had to have my new used car inspected (reimbursed $10). The girl said she was so busy forgot to mail it. Merry Christmas

Long Volvo--- I bought a part on the 3rd of May. I returned it on the 4th of May. VOLVO had no money to pay me even though I had paid with $100. cash. ($29.30) After another visit and talking to Steve, I still do not have a check. Today is May 29th, 2012.The ineptness, stupidity and lack of concern on Steves part have resulted in me NEVER buying another Volvo. I have owned three but no more. And no more good words for Volvos or Long Volvo. It's not the money, it is the lying and deceit that have rung my bell. I would fire this incompetent employee, unless, of course this direction came down from the top.....................

I have been contacting Long Hyundai in Chattanooga, TN since 3/20/12. The sales rep Jeremy Davis informed me that he would locate a Marathon Blue, Manual, Tech & Style package, and gray interior for me. I called 3/21/12, Jeremy informed me that the Regional Manager Alan Grogan was there and would get involved and have the car shipped and he would call me back. No return call. I called 3/22/12, left 3 messages and no return call. Called 3/23/12 and spoke to the Sales Manager of New Sales Jessie Cannon, who was very rude to me, explaining that Jeremy was new and didnt know that this couldn't be done. I asked again about preferreincing one to me and he hung up on me. Called Jeremy again 3/24/12, 3/26/12, 3/27/12, 3/28/12, and left 3-5 messages for him to return a call to me still no reply. I called today and asked for Jessie Cannon and asked why his sales rep couldnt contact me. Jessie stated I told you already that this cant be done but he would have Jeremy contact me. I waited 6 hours and called back & spoke again to Jessie. He was very unprofessional with me on the phone and he stated I've already told you this cant be done. You have already paid a deposit to another dealership (no deposit has been placed anywhere on this car. If he would have listened to the first conversation on 3/23/12, he would have heard that I've been working with other dealerships to locate one)...No I have not, Yes you have, No I have not, Yes you have....(making me out to be a liar) he put the phone down and hollarded for Jeremy to come in and get on the phone. I asked Jeremy how come he couldn't pick up a phone and call me. I've been busy and we can't ge tthe car. Well, can't you call me to let me know this? Is this standard practice at Hyundai dealerships? This is the 2nd dealership now that has been rude, not willing to help in any way, and lying.....What does it take to get a new Veloster? Thats all I want! Can't someone please answer this for me after waiting 5 months now?

The car I purchased from Long Hyundai was my first "big girl" investment and I was very nervous about having a car payment and having to pick out a car.
