Joe, my man! If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would. Gave him a call, he was able to set an appointment with no issues. Gave him the model, year, specs, mileage range that I was interested in and he was able to help narrow down the search easy. Found 2 great candidates and after some thorough test driving, I knew which car was the best one. This man deserves a raise or a promotion. NO! I demand that he gets something for being so nice, patient, and stay a step ahead whenever I asked questions. I went in yesterday for my first service appointment and Bruce was wonderful! He directed me from start to finish and made the process so easy. He guided me to the waiting area and even suggested which coffee to try. He explained how my car checked out and helped explain my alignment issue. Third time that I've taken my Honda element in to Lindsay for a basic oil change. It's also the third time they returned the car and it poured oil on my garage floor. Just careless attention to detail and it is the last time I will use Lindsey for any service on any Honda that I own. Even requested that the service advisor please have them wipe the undercarriage down never done just careless workmanship. As I said, this customer will never be back.

This week my car died unexpectedly and I decided I wanted another Honda. My fiance and I walked into Lindsay on a whim to get a little more information about our options. Jason Youngblood was waiting to greet us at the front door. He took the time to listen to our concerns and understand out budget. He was able to suggest some different options that would work for us. We came back the next day after some research and took a test drive with Jason. He was quick to answer our questions and after sitting down to negotiate we were able to come to an agreement on price. Before going to financing, it was discovered that the owner's manual and deal packet for the 2016 model we picked out was missing. As a comparable 2016 was not available, they offered us the exact same model and trim in a 2017 at our original agreed price. I was not expecting such an honest, genuine effort to make it right . I would easily recommend Jason and the Lindsay family for their efforts to make sure we got to leave with the car we wanted at a price we were comfortable with.

I have never been to a dealership as nice as this one! After walking into the dealership, Mike Houston had the exact car was looking for within minutes! He knew every answer to all my questions! It was so nice to sit in the waiting room while watching tv and eating popcorn! Great service! I'll never purchase another car anywhere else!! ????

I am the owner of a 2016 Honda CRV. I called the dealership to report a blinking light on the dash when the vehicle was in drive. The vehicle has 10,000 miles on it. Instead of honoring the warranty they told me the repair (wiring harness) would be at my expense. Honda would not cover it because the service department stated an animal had chewed through the wiring. This would be impossible as this vehicle is started every day and most days several times a day. I was charged 159.10 to solder the wire. The service person stated he would make a repair for 150.00 however if he fixed it properly by replacing the entire wiring harness it would cost 650.00. They were doing me a huge favor! Evidently the service personnel at this dealership are animal experts and I should appreciate the fact they saved me so much money. There is no way this wiring issue was due to an animal as it never sits long enough for this to occur.

Was told on the phone that they dont have time to answer questions on the phone. I was in dealership to Buy Honda CRV fully loaded car and finally I made the deals about to sign the papers but I have taken back due to dealer manager. I don't feel respected by their managers and they are very very rude. So finally, I have called off my deal on Saturday.Even though, they really don't no how to talk with customer and convince customer with real situation. Why they show my car and I was very dirty and has 88 Miles. When I asked explanation , The Management told me that we are tired if you want take this car otherwise cancelled the Deal. The responded like as if I am taking the car free. Please think twice before doing any deals with these Guys. Hope my feedback helps you all.

Arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment. I asked a service person if this where I come for an appointment. He stated yes and had me pull my car up to the exit only door. Upon arriving back he handed me a service paper as he walked by and states there was no airbag recall on my car. I went outside and verified my vin and went back in to have my car fixed. Rude. I won't be back and will all employees in my school district know about my experience.

I brought my Honda CRV in for multiple service visits in the past year to repair an oil pressure problem and after spending multiple hours + over $1000, the problem still isn't fixed!!! I'll give them an "A" for effort but a "F" for the final grade. Thanks for nothing!!!

After almost a year of looking and reading upon new cars for 2016 and deciding to let my 10 year old "excellent" car that never let me down be traded and not receive the $$ amount vs my sentimental value of my 10 year old car....We saw an add on TV for Lindsay Honda and thought we should try them. I went to the website and thought wow, they should have plenty of Honda Civic Sedans to choose from.I got there and felt like a kid in a candy store, several under the roof on their showroom floor and several outside. I knew what I was basically looking for and a price range.Ben C., the salesman approached us and it went great overall and especially when we drove off the salesroom floor. We had noticed a pleasant overall atmosphere and the type of music being played during our transaction.During the finance process, it was shared with us that Lindsay Honda shares a Christian atmosphere and then we knew exactly what we felt. Absolutely the place to purchase our new Honda Civic Sedan. The new body style, the excellent package for a mid-size care, the staff, the music and the atmosphere overall!!! When we got in our car to leave, the salesman said just three questions. He covered the first two questions and linked the cell to the car and few other tech options. His third question was a great one!! He said do you mind if I say a prayer before you drive away? We were blessed to be asked and received a prayer with honor. God Bless the Lindsay Honda Staff!!

I went in with my daughter looking for a new vehicle. I left my son and husband at home. They must have thought they could walk all over me and I would jump at their first/second offer like a moron. They tried to screw me over so I left. Horrible experience. Went to Roush and got the best deal in town. We will never go back to Lindsay. It's sad because they could have gained a couple more loyal customers.

This was the first time I had purchased a car and went into the process expecting poor customer service and high pressure sales tactics at each dealership I went into. When I came into Lindsay Honda Kyle approached me and introduced himself. He was extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process. He helped me find a car that fit my need within my budget. After leaving Lindsay Honda to look at some other dealerships I came back later that afternoon and Kyle was there to pick up right were we left off. He was professional and polite throughout the entire process and made the first time purchase a good memory. I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic EX and have been enjoying the ride for about a month. I would happily refer friends and family looking for cars to Kyle at Lindsay Honda.

Usually, I get those sales people that just wants to place me with something they want and feel is more suitable than what I have said I only want to look at. Where there is a way, there is a will. Brittany understood that listening and understanding can go along way to helping a person find a car treated me like an human instead of the usual robotic approach. 1) test drove and decided to buy a 2010 pontiac G6. Car was making a noise in tire area which they agreed to fix and have it ready by the next day. Place opens at 9 am and closes at 7pm. Did not hear from them allday. No uodates on the car...nothing!. Called mid day to see whats going on only to get transfered three times to a dead end. They finally call me to get my car aat 6:30 pm. When I get there the dealer didnt volunteer info on what the heck was wrong with it. I had to ask. And then i had to wait an additional hour for them to wash the car and put gas in it! Which they only gave me barely a half of a tank of gas! 2. They lied about the car still having a manufacturers warranty. 3. Nobody likes to return calls. Not the dealers or the financial manager. I left numerous voicemails and everything.4. Car has had numerous recalls on it that can jepordize my safety if not fixed. They referred me to go to another dealer to see if it was done instead of them investigating. 5. The car sputtered and died after 3 weeks of having it. The dealer said it may have somethi g to do with my keys and programming. Bulls/%!!!! A car should never do that!6. The service airbag livht came on after a week of having the car. 7. I can smell gas everytime i pump gas and drive off.Overall i would NEVER come backbto this place again. They do whatever they can tp not help you with the piece of crap car they sold you and they know they sold a piece of crap car too. Better off going to Buyers Auto

I had never stepped foot in a dealership before, and I did feel a little overwhelmed at first because he kind of got right down to business without explaining the process, but I was able to express my concerns & he openly addressed them, making me feel very comfortable. He was able to get me in a car the next day. I ended up purchasing a 2008 Honda Accord, and so far, I am very happy w/ it! Would recommend Lindsay Honda & Matt Staten.

Hoping to have a much better experience, we were seeking the "difference" in this Lindsay Honda used car dealership especially since it is supposedly a christian & family owned place. We have never been treated so rudely at a dealership before, and clearly the golden rule does not exist here. The salespeople and management staff we dealt with lack people & communication skills, professionalism, and overall the experience has forever left a bad taste in our mouths with their poor customer service and poor attitudes. They don't follow through so do not take their word on anything (watch how they turn their words on you and make you feel like a liar), do not expect a phone call back especially in a timely fashion, expect to be pressured into something you may not want and not to get answers (or clear responses back on anything) on basic questions you may have, and make sure to double check all your paperwork before you sign anything. Also, it is never okay to tell customers that you (the dealership) are losing money on the sale (especially when you should honor the internet sale price) and that your commission is coming out of it (especially to say it repeatedly and rudely and to make any of your potential customers feel horrible about it). And it's also never okay to feel like an inconvenience and to be told we're interfering with your day off especially when we made plans in advance with your dealership, AND we missed work as well to come in to buy a vehicle, AND we have a family of our own too which we made prior plans to cover so we could come in, AND we have our own important personal things going on in life with family illnesses, priorities and such (which we didn't find necessary to share or use against you as you did with us). Also, if anyone plans on trading in a vehicle, make sure to know the value of it beforehand and do not feel pressured to sell it for any less than what you feel it is really worth. And make sure to know the internet sales the dealership is offering and make sure they honor the sale price as they claim that they will do for you. We're so disappointed in this experience even though we still really like the vehicle we purchased right before the holidays. We hope that things change in this dealership (especially for a place who claims to be the best ranking one around) and hope to prevent others from being taken advantage of because everyone deserves to enjoy their experience when buying a vehicle no matter the situation! Since posting this review, we've been contacted by Mr. Lindsay's office and appreciate their sincere apologies for our bad experience. It doesn't change what happened, but it shows that they care about how their customers are treated. Thank you!

I purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Accord and within 90 days, all engine lights are on and Lindsay Honda Service "Doesn't know what is wrong with it". Tell me how a brand new vehicle is having so many issues and Lindsay Honda is not backing up their product? No one is able to help us and it is a little frustrating because now we are stuck trying to figure out how we are going to function without a vehicle while some one figures out what is wrong. Why does it become our problem after we purchase this brand new vehicle from your Dealership?

After trying a few dealerships with 0 luck on financing, (even with a cosigner having a 770 FICO) my father told my to try Lindsay. Got pre-approved for a car loan, and went down to the lot to work with Justin and Justin. Justin Luckett made sure all my paperwork was in order, then showed me to a nice, 06 Honda Accord. She was a little rough around the edges, but the engine was good and the price was within my budget. He even threw in a touch up paint job to fix a few scratches later, before the salt hits the roads. I've even had some follow-up calls and e-mails, to ensure I was satisfied.Thanks Justin and Justin!

I have recently purchased a vehicle at Lindsay(MY colleague suggested me to purchase at Roush), but I went to Lindsay and asked them to beat the price which i got from Roush. They promised me to do it, but at the end they gave the same price. The person who came from back office to negotiate the price never had a smiling face and lot at our family very seriously.I tried to contact the sales man through email, didnot responded to my email but sent an email to refer any friends.I am not going Lindsay and don't recommend

Im so unhappy with the car ive only had for 7 days. I completely regret the purchase and ever going these. Worse, they sold me a tire warranty that doesnt cover my two flat tires! Two tires were busted yesterday. Today they want to charge me $125 each!At least they offered me a discount on a subwoofer. I still had to pay +$400 for it.Please stay away from here, and the car.Civic LX 2015

We were looking for a new car, and our sales person, Jeff Goff, found it for us. Even with many changes such as financing and trade in decisions, he never made us feel we were asking too much. The used car lot sales associates were horrible. I had an appointment at 11:30AM on a Saturday, i went there on time but i was attended 20-25 mins later and that wasn't even with the person i spoke with (Thierno). So this guy( i forgot his name, an old man in his 50-60s i guess) in his track suit came in and took me to his desk and asked me to explain why am i here even though i was given an appointment for a particular car. When i let him know that, he told me they don't have that car anymore but i doesnt know when was it sold. So, i gave him my budget to find out some other options for me since I'm already here. So i decided on a CRV even which he wasn't sure about. So he checked back and finally i got to see a car. So we walked up there and at my first attempt the car didn't start, so i asked him and he told me that its the battery which can be taken care of but NOT TODAY since he doesnt have any service guy available today. Then i was going through the car and it didn't look well detailed and i asked him if they usually detail the car after its sold or how does that work, because the car doesnt seem to ready to go out. With a frowning look he asked me " what exactly do you think is wrong with the car" :O i mean seriously!!! I told him the car doesnt even start and you want me to tell you what exactly is wrong with the car!!!! He replied me, i can take you to the new car lot if you want something better!!!! Seemed like he doesnt like his job of selling used car moreover he didn't like working on Saturday as well. C'mon guys, its not the way you should talk to your customer. If i was about to buy the new one, i would have gone to the new lot straight. Im not as dumb as you people...Management of Lindsay, You should be paying more attention on the type of associates you're putting in to run your business, Perhaps you have a lot of satisfied customers but if you guys a any sense of business, you must realize that, dissatisfaction of a customer has more power than of satisfaction of a customer ( if you know what i mean). You guys have wasted my time for no xxxx!!! I would never go to this dealership again and wouldn't even recommend to anymore.

Just had an issue with the AC compressor on a 2007 CR-V and took it to Lindsey for diagnosis. Working with Honda of America and Lindsey, we worked out a solution and Scott Rieser, the service manager was instrumental in making sure it happened. Very happy with that! We did notice that the courtesy car wash folks did not dry the car and the windows and finish were all water spotted so we will have to redo that again....just a note to the dealership so they can do better in that department.Thanks again........

I went to Lyndsey Honda looking for a Honda Civic...the salesperson at the used car area was very arrogant and unfriendly. I then went across the street to the newer vehicles and met with Michael. He was friendly and helpful, but he immediately turned me off and I wanted to leave after he told me "You have to make a decision"(after about an hour of talking)....I had just started looking for cars and no salesperson should ever tell a potential buyer that. It's an investment and we should be able to take our time making the right choice. When it came to financing, the dealership would not give me any options. They were trying to force me to lease only. It was a 2012 and I had a sizable downpayment, good credit, and ability to pay cash and they wanted me to put 5000 down for a payment over $300....Mike seemed scripted and phony and the manager was just trying to rip me off...I do not recommend this dealership....Definitely go to Ricart in Groveport, Ohio. They have a better selection of cars, options, and the salespeople are not taught to read from a script.

He was asking what I was looking for and was very helpful right away, he was not pushy or aggressive in any way. We were the ultimate customers. We knew what Vehicle we wanted and what price we were willing to pay. After we said we wanted to purchase the vehicle, but not that night (it was very late, we were tired and hadn't eaten, and the dealership had officially closed), the once nice salesman became rude, ignored our requests to leave and return in the morning, and even took our trade in car keys; not returning them after asked, several times. They basically pressured us until my husband caved and signed the papers. They didn't give us an inspection report until we demanded it, the next day. Apologies were late and reluctant. The car wasn't detailed, as promised ( we had to take it back for noisy, rusted rotors, which shook the car). The service department didn't fix the problem of wobbling tires, which I also complained about (but they were, at least nicer). Rousch Honda determined the problem was simply due to overinflated tired, and fixed the issue for free. Rousch also took care of the paint chips we complained about, but Lindsay didn't care about.Our experience was awful and we will never return there.

First off , I search online all the states around Ohio and Ohio to try and find the COLOR my wife wanted for a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L , just wasn't happening, Lindsay had far more then all the sites put together ( 53 different -2016 Honda Pilots ) . I first chatted online with Aziza Jenkins , very helpful , very nice , followed through what ever she told me and called me back up the next day to set things up to get us in there to be taking care of at Lindsay's , And as we pulled up and getting out of our car ( 75 min drive ) a salesman ( Ben Canini ) was just walking by , He greeted us graciously and ask if there was anything he do for us .. I told him Aziza set us up to talk with a Ernie ( a manager ) but was he was in an interview ... Ben sat us down , offered us a drink or anything he could get us while we waited .. Offered to show us the pilot or answer any questions while we sat here .... Just a super nice Guy ,, then after a little bit Ben went back in and talk to Ernie and was told to go ahead and take care of us ,, Great ! Things went smooth . Brought around the pilot we want to look at , showed us the touring one also ( just didn't have the touring in the color my wife wanted ) It was just a Great experience ... Then the finance consultant ( Katherine Bandman ) was also very nice and professional and great lady to work with .. Just over all very happy with not one negative thing to say about any of our purchase and experience .....it was after closing hours 9:45 pm by the time everything was said and done , , Ben stayed and showed us the Features of the car and made sure we got on are way ( after 10 pm ) ... MY experience was absolutely terrible. This would have been the second car that I would have bought from them. I went in looking for the HOnda Pilot Touring edition. I had to wait about 20 min before being helped. After being helped I was met by a salesman that told me everything that I wanted to hear in the most stereotypical fashion. I was willing to overlook that and decided to sleep on it and return the next day to purchase. I called the salesman at twice at 11:00 and 11:23AM and did not recieve a call back until 9:01PM, only to find out that may car had sold. I went back a week later, and was told to come in because another of the exact model had arrived. I came in an hour later only to find out that the car had sold before the time when I was told it was available. The least that could have been done would have been to call me so I don't waste my time. THE WORST PART is, after respectfully showing my fustration, but asking if my wife can see the vehicle, I was LITERALLY waved off by the salesman who said: "DON'T WORRY ABOUT HIM, HE'S NOT GOING TO BUY, HE'S GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE". DIsrepectful and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN will I go to lyndsay or recommend anyone else to go.

Lindsay Honda is the place to go if you are shopping for a Honda. They have more Honda's in stock than any other dealership in the Columbus area. They are very knowledgeable about their vehicles and incredibly helpful when it comes to finding and purchasing a vehicle within your price range. My salesman, Tyler Woodall, was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we test drove. He was always very attentive to my needs and wants and never made me feel uncomfortable during the test drives or stupid when asking questions. The shopping and purchase of my Odyssey at Lindsay Honda was an excellent experience and I recommend everyone to go there to check out their vehicles and hopefully purchase one.

Talked to internet rep for two days via phone and email explaining negative trade situation. Even sent over vin number and payoff info. She talked me in to coming in 45 min away after I explained I didn't want to waste time or gas and bring my kids in and verified she let her manager know my entire situation which she assured me of. First experience when we walked in was a rude receptionist answering call after call before even asking us what we wanted. Told her who I was supposed to see and she rounded up another woman salesperson who obviously didn't want to help. Then after letting them look at my trade was told by a manager he had absolutely no clue that I even had a trade! (After all that I went thru with the internet rep about my trade) and he told me a honda won't work because there's no rebates to help with all the negative equity. My husband looked at Germains website and saw rebates said to me get the kids we got twenty minutes before closing we went right next door and got friendly people from the start AND AN APPROVAL on a new car with my negative trade AT GERMAIN. Just go straight to Germain don't even waste time here at lindsay we won't make that mistake again!!!

I had my car totalled, in considering a new car a friend guided me to Lindsy. We looked at the fit, but decided on the civic. The car is great. But the service, time energy integrity and professionalism that Brad Hansel showed me was amazing. I had an appointment but they were so busy, that he had to guide me to another associate. Instead of trying to waste my time and divide his attention. I think that is a sign of a true professional . He respected my time and the time of others. I would truly recommend asking for Tom or Dennis, they both give you nothing but respect.

Our family has purchased numerous vehicles from Lindsay as myself cashing out a brand new Pilot after returning home from deployment. Went to school with Steven and was really good guy. Jim Ellis sales xxxxxxx there treated me and a friend like lower class people and gave us the run around. It's all about fake smiles, false deals and if you aren't rich they throw you to the wolves. Will never buy a car from them, I have told friends and family as well to avoid them. Also they don't have buyers guides in some vehicles so NADA will be getting a call. Even with a co signer who makes way more money then most of the cars cost they still crap you out. Honda makes the cars Lindsay DOESNT make the difference!

What an experience I do not want to relive!My husband and I heard great things about the Honda Pilot. So we started searching for one. We found what we considered perfect for our family and needs. So my husband went to Lindsay Honda to check it out. A test drive, HOURS of haggling, and paperwork signed, we were told that they only had one of the two sets of keys for the vehicle on hand. Matt Daniels said it would be no problem to get the second set from the previous owner. TRUSTING his word, my husband completes the transaction and was told we could pick up the second set when we dropped off our title from our trade In. Well, we heard nothing. 3 weeks later, my husband called to inquire about the second set of keys.MATT DANIELS now said he wasn't sure about the second set and we should have put in the contract that a second set was needed. Seriously!?!?! We were told it was no problem. NOW, MATT DANIELS said he would have to see if there was any room to have a second set cut for us. WOW! Do not trust Lindsay Honda! Not worth the hassle and deceit! Is it really worth losing a customer over a set of keys to a $30,000 vehicle? Apparently, it doesn't matter to Lindsay Honda or Matt Daniels!So...the headache continues to get worse with our experience at Lindsay Honda! My husband received a call a day after my review was posted. He was told that getting us a second key would not be a problem. We just had to visit the service center to pick up the key. I would be in the area on Friday, June 26th. They asked what time I would be stopping by. My husband told them between 12-4pm. I arrived at 12:25pm to the service center. NO ONE had ANY IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT??? The service person asked me if I had an appointment! I said no because we were not informed one was necessary. He told me I would have to make an appointment and come back!NOT CONVENIENT! I do not drive to Columbus on a daily basis. SO I made an appointment for Thursday, July 2nd. NOT CONVENIENT with my schedule to get a KEY!!!! My husband said he could go get the key on Friday, July 3rd so I would no longer be inconvenienced. NOW WE ARE GETTING TOLD THEY ARE BOOKED AND CANNOT GET US IN TO HAVE A KEY MADE! Lindsay Honda is NOT ABOUT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED HANDS DOWN - ESPECIALLY FOR LARGE PURCHASES! Buyers beware! Plenty of other Honda dealerships in area who would be happy to help! This whole ordeal is appalling!!!!Update: July 3rd Husband was able to get an appointment to have the additional key cut for our Honda Pilot. Service Department did a great job making sure the key worked properly. The key to our whole ordeal was lack of communication between sales and service at Lindsay Honda. Communication is key to providing outstanding customer service. We do really like our Honda Pilot and would recommend the vehicle to anyone. Lindsay Honda will need to regain my satisfaction over time. But I do want to thank the service department for their handling of a bad situation!

She took time to help me find the right car for the right price and made my dream come true...yes, I could afford a Honda! I use to hate just stepping on a car dealership lot. Because I knew within seconds I would be hounded by car salesmen looking to make a sale. That was until I met Jheni Felix at Lindsay Honda. She was more like hanging out with a friend. She was able to answer all my questions, I never once felt pressured in any way, and she even guided me through all the steps of the car buying process. I have never experienced such amazing customer service as I did while working with Jheni Felix and Lindsay Honda. The entire staff at Lindsay are so welcoming and make you feel right at home...Jhenis bright smile , enthusiasm and knowledge of the products totally had me in awe during the entire process...Although She was being juggled to do different things as her manager delegated her to do this and that during our visit while we waited for the finance dept and for our new cars to be detailed, she never once made us feel second to any of the other tasks she had at hand. My wife and I both ended up getting vehicles while we were there and this was when we had NO intention on getting ANY new vehicles...Jheni stayed late past her scheduled time and got us into our new vehicles went over each one of them with us and even went as far as programming our speed dials and helping my wife set up her navigation. I cant say enough good things about this car buying experience. Lindsay definitely has the cars and makes great deals but its employess like Jheni who truly make the difference!! We bought a used Honda Odyssey with Jeremy Kesters. He was fantastic and patient with us. We had tons of questions and were comparing options with private party sales. We took a really long time to make our decision. He talked us through the options and was great helping us consider the things that made the most sense for us. He was very objective and not pushy. I felt like he worked for our interest and not Lindsay Honda. Later that day we realized that one of the sliding doors was not working properly. We brought it back and they had it fixed quickly with no charge to us. That's why I love buying from a dealer who will back up what they sell.

I would like to start by explaining how anxious I was when I began looking for a new vehicle. I hadn't had a car payment in years and was on a very tight budget. I was also very skepitcal going in due to past experience with pushy sales people. I started by searching online and met the most wonderful person, Miriam Younan. I don't think I have ever dealt with a more genuinely caring, considerate, patient and professional individual., who stayed with me throughout the entire process. Miriam put me in touch with Clairon Hall who was also outstanding, Clairon listening to my needs and took the time to explain the process and my options, his friendly non-pressuring nature cured my skepticism and allowed me to relax and actually enjoy my car buying experience. As it turned out however, I took my time in making any decision and decided to look into a leasing option as well. I made a call to the new car lot and spoke with Murphy Williams who I ended up actually leasing a 2015 Civic from. Murphy also carried himself the way Miriam and Clairon had. In fact, once I explained to Murphy that I had been working with Clairon in used cars, he immediately called Clairon and got him in on the deal. Now that was classy! The actual buying process once I decided I wanted the civic was short and painless. Everyone involved was exceptionaly friendly, helpful and sincere. I am also going to give a shout out to Dan Fenton, because I had spoke with him briefly in the beginning of my search one day when I was just walking around the lot and decided I didnt think I would be able to go with a new car. Unfortunately I didn't keep the business card he gave me then ran into him after I had leased the civic from Murphy (awkward!) But, Dan, just like everyone else I had the pleasure of working with was understanding and helpful, he even took my car and had it washed for me. Again another class act!!So a HUGE thank you to all of the fantastic sales people that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I will be back and so will anyone I know searching for a new vehicle!!

Ben Canini helped my son and I decide between the various cars and options and we drove away with two new cars, a Honda Civic for my son and a Honda Accord Hybrid for me. He took his time to explain everything to us and we ended up staying late after closing to get it all done. The entire process was very easy with the help of the business office in getting all the paperwork done. I have purchased two Acura TLs from their sister Acura dealership down the road, so I have had a long experience with the Lindsey family! You can expect great service even afterwards for service in their service department. They are moving into a new locations which should make the experience even better.

My family and I went to Lindsay Honda to buy a new CRV. We had researched the model and had picked out the color. We knew which accessories we wanted to add. After test driving the car, we began negotiating for the price of the new car with our trade-in and accessories. We left with an acceptable deal for the exact car we wanted. The color we wanted was not on the lot, so it was found elsewhere and brought to Lindsay Honda for us to pick up. Prior to leaving the lot, the car's features were thoroughly explained and our salesperson, Otis, made sure we were very satisfied with our purchase.

My wife and I went to look into our options of purchasing a vehicle and drove away with an amazing car. We were greeted by Clairon Hall a sales associate as we pulled in. We had a few things in mind we wanted from a vehicle so Clairon showed us the general area to look in the lot and gave us a pen and pad to write down our favorites just to get an idea. After finding a few cars, Clairon came back out to check on us and then went into the showroom to check out our prospects. We then sat down to see what our financial options were. Clairon was very upbeat and considerate. At no time were we pressured into anything. If you are looking for a great salesman please go to Clairon. We test drove a few cars and fell in love with an Accord. And even though we were the last buyers to walk through the door, everyone stayed late and made us feel at home. I will definitely go back when buying another Honda. Thank you Clairon.

We are extremely pleased with our new Honda Pilot and our car buying experience.The staff went to great lengths to accommodate our needs for a new vehicle and trying to do so when it was pouring down rain AND we had our 3 yr old twins in tow. This is a family car and we needed to be sure it met the needs and the wants. Brad was so patient and attentive; the kids were talking about him all the way home. He literally made himself part of our "situation" and helped entertain the kids while we sat at his desk discussing the pros, cons and payment options. He took the time we needed to make sure this was the vehicle for us - no pressure, just info.I am thankful for the patience of all of the staff, the popcorn and Juice Boxes! Dealing with Lindsay Honda and most importantly, Clairon Hall, was probably the single best car buying experience I have ever had. Clairon listens, he informs, he helps. I can't remember another time at a car dealer that went smoother. I had straight forward requests generated by straight forward issues that were dealt with in a direct manner. Clairon listened to what I needed and reacted to these requests without the usual dealership "2 step". I frankly did not have time for it and to be honest can not stand it. Thank you Clairon. You epitomize what a salesman can be and define what a gentleman should be. If Clairon isn't reason enough to shop at Lindsay, the rest of the team especially the finance department equals his abilities and added the proverbial "cherry on top". Great job Lindsay.

I am the owner of an insurance agency and most of my clients come in and tell me about their great experience they had with the sales rep Troy at Lindsay. When my daughter decided to purchase her new car, I advised her to go there to work with him as well. She purchased her vehicle the same day and she too came to me and actually thanked me for the referral. She stated that the customer service was exceptional and everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to make that purchase a smooth process. I was so impressed (not even 2 months had passed) and I decided to purchase my 20 year old son a new car as well from him. Troy was all about his BUSINESS!!!! As I pulled up to Lindsay Honda Ben Canini saw me and greated me and my 2 year old son immediately. He was very polite and assisted me by answering all of my questions and had alot of patience with my son who wanted to write all over everything lol. I really appreciate his customer service. He was courteous and did not try to force me into making a purchase. We went for a test drive, completed paperwork and I was out the door driving my new 2015 Honda Civic. I have been driving since 16 years old but this is my 1st time driving a brand new car. I will recommend this sales center and Ben to my family and friends.

What a disappointment, my wife and I went to Lindsay Honda to find a CR-V. We were first greeted by Otis; Otis seemed friendly and nice asking about our professions. Otis asked us to fill out a credit application which I was happy to do to show that my wife and I were very interested in purchasing a car that day. Otis stated that Lindsay offers a "Best Price Guarantee" this is one of the reason my wife and I wanted to check out Lindsay Honda. After the credit app was filled out Otis left to deal with another customer he left us sitting waiting for 20 mins. He then came back and ran our credit. Otis then asked us about money down and if we were trading in a car. I asked Otis to please talk to the manager about an out the door price for the CR-V. Otis then came back with several times and "tried" to do math regarding the interest of the car loan. Otis wrote 3 numbers down and added them together that had nothing to do with the car loan. I then asked Otis to talk to his manager regarding the best deal possible for the car. Otis went for 5 mins and came back and said we cannot help you and you should find another deal somewhere else. The customer service at this location was some of worst I d ever experiences. A few hours later Otis called my cell phone to apologize for his actions. I will never buy a car from Lindsay and will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased my 2014 Honda Civic from Justin and he was the definition of a class act. Extremely polite, relaxed attitude, relatable, and always helpful. Justin had great attention to detail and found the best car for me. He went above and beyond your typical customer service. He knew I wanted to watch the NCAA Tournament and had the games turned on before I even got to the dealership. When the tv's changed, he even offered his personal iPad to help me watch the games. This was just one of many examples that made being at the dealership a positive experience.Everyone I came into contact at Lindsay Honda had a great attitude and were very friendly. I'd highly recommend this dealership.

Ben Canini first helped my sister get a 2015 Honda Pilot, then a few weeks later, he helped me get a 2015 Civic! Ben is super friendly, and extremely genuine. Nowadays, that is really hard to find, especially at a car dealership. From working with Ben, I know that he's looking out for his customers, and really wants to help. I'm so thankful that my sister and I got Ben at Lindsay Honda. I wouldn't want anyone else to help us with looking for a new car. I will definitely continue to go to Lindsay Honda! I've already to all of my friends. I am still in shock at how well I was treated there. Thank you Ben!!!!

We went to Lindsay because we had bought a new Honda from them in 2003. We were led to believe that the 2014 CRV EXL that we were buying had All Wheel Drive. It does not. We then contacted the Sales Person, Justin Luckett, via e-mail they stated that they thought that it has All Wheel Drive also. I have the e-mails. We need another car and we want a Honda Pilot. We will not be going back to Lindsay to purchase this vehicle. The buying experience took five hours. Only one finance person for many sales people was on duty. Our sales person was working with too many customers at the same time. I know that Lindsay is a high volume dealer and one unhappy customer will not hurt them. However one unhappy customer can influence others not to shop there. Other dealers in the area have just as good of pricing and are willing to deal. Lindsay is not.

My husband and I were checking different dealerships' inventories and Lindsay Honda was supposed to be our third stop for the day. However, it ended being our last. We were greeted by Tameika Cobb. She had a huge smile on her face and was super friendly. I felt comfortable with her because I am a good judge of character and could tell that she was genuine. I came in with a couple of "must" requests and Tameka really listened. She answered every questions about the cars and she had no problem going in and out of the frigid weather to pull cars to the front lot for us to test drive. After a while, I felt like everyone was looking at me probably wondering why I could not pick a car. However, Tameika assured me that it was okay and to take as long as I needed to find the car that fits my need. I left that night with a Honda CR-V and I love it :). Thank you Tameika!!! Maggie

From the moment we pulled into the lot, Otis Tate greeted us with a warm welcome, and ready to answer any questions we had. We knew we had two cars in mind, Otis welcomed us inside offering hot beverages to warm up. He was patient in answering all of our questions,and explaining the difference between our two choices. My fiance and I both agree our experience was at best with Lindsay Honda. By the time we test drove the first vehicle we felt like we had known Otis for years. We can't say enough great things about the polite staff,and great customer service from Otis. Lindsay Honda is the only dealership we will continue to work with, and recommend to our friends and family. I drove off the lot with a brand new 2015 Honda Fit and I couldn't have found a better deal or customer service elsewhere!!

I was in Lindsay Honda Used Cars last week to attempt to purchase a used vehicle. First of all, they had me waiting nearly two hours one evening to test drive a particular vehicle as well as to discuss price. Secondly, the price they wanted me to pay for this NON-HONDA CERTIFIED VEHICLE was thousands over what it was really worth (i.e. dealer retail price). Thank goodness Lindsay Honda Used Cars dropped the ball, as I found a better vehicle (i.e. same model and year with significantly less miles) AND HONDA CERTIFIED!P.S. And don't believe the "story" they tell you about why Lindsay Honda Used Cars does not offer Honda Certified used vehicles. Their "story" is that it cost a lot of money for them to Honda Certify a used vehicle and they instead want to pass the savings on to you. The truth is that it while it does costs a dealer to Honda Certify a vehicle, THEY DO NOT PASS ANY OF THE SAVINGS ON TO YOU. Honda Certified comes with a 12 month / 12,000 full Honda warranty and a 7 year / 100,000 Honda powertrain warranty (from the original new car in-service date)!!!

I had a 2012 Acura MDX about two weeks before from Lindsay Honda, and my sales person, Clairon Hall, who was a friendly, smiling, and an easy to talk with. I'm satisfied way beyond 100% with his customer handling. Great job, Clairon, keep it up. you were so wonderful. And I cheerfully recommended him to any customer. From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was greeted by smiles. I immediately met Troy Alexander. He was patient with me and answered all the questions I had. To my surprise he continues to call to ask about me and the car. Other dealerships don't treat you the way Lindsay Honda does. I am glad I went and will continue to go for my cars. I just purchased my second vehicle from Phil Theophilus last night. 2015 Honda Civic Si. I have leased/purchased several vehicles in my life and what makes or breaks the experience in my opinion has always been the sales person. I went to lease a van about 5-6 months ago I visited several dealerships in the Columbus area after dealing with high pressure sales folks I made my last stop at Lindsay Honda thats where I met Phil he was easy to deal with and was very professional. I made a comment about the Honda Civic Si and told him in a half joking way maybe in 6 months I would be interested. Well Phil called me and said I have that exact Civic you mentioned. I made an appointment took my keys to my car and headed off to see Phil. Keep in mind I didn't wake up thinking I'm going to make a deal, I wasn't really in the market for a new car but I told Phil if you can make me a good deal I will take it today. Thats exactly what he did. I will also add the sales manager and finance (Roy) also did an outstanding job.

My experience with Michael was so smooth and unhurried a process that I felt most at ease at the Lindsay Honda, Columbus location. He was very helpful and informative that I didn't feel pressured. This dealer is on top of my list for outstanding customer service because of my experience with Michael.

I visited Lindsay Honda last week to buy a 2015 SUV. No Words to describe the overall experience. Right from we walked in to finance and walking out with the new vehicle. At every point people out there made sure, we are comfortable.The sales person gave every detail about the vehicle with a comparison of other models.The way he was getting involved, showed that he is really there to sell that vehicle to us, which is a sign of a good sales person. Manager there also came in person to make sure we are comfortable.Finance person was so nice, she walked us thru the financing options in detail and it was a such nice experience. Within couple of hrs we were out of the door with our vehicle. Kudos to the whole team at lindsay. No wonder every sales person was busy with one or other customer and almost every 30 minutes you hear the claps and bell, the moment anyone made a deal. At Lindsay Honda, the phrase "Honda makes the cars, but Lindsay makes the difference" is more than just a mission statement. My wife and I went to the Lindsay Honda dealership to return our 2012 Honda Accord, because we were at the end of the lease. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Dan Fenton who offered to assist us. I'm in my early 60's and I've purchased or leased many vehicles since I began driving at age 16, and never have I been so impressed with a car salesperson. Dan was very helpful and concerned about us being comfortable and completely satisfied with our final choice. We chose a 2014 Honda Accord. WOW!! What a fantastic car Honda has made. After our test drive Dan meticulously went over every aspect of the operation of this high tech automobile. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new car to check out Lindsay Honda. I just hope you're fortunate enough to get Dan Fenton as your salesperson. Dan was very polite, courteous and a joy to work with. He is a true asset to the company. Thank you, Dan. The professionalism of the sales staff at Lindsay Honda is greatly lacking. Pamela's extremely rude demeanor cemented our decision to never purchase another car from Lindsay Honda again. **Backstory**Our car was coming in for maintenance and Pamela offered to update our lease if we turned it in early. When we sat down she literally threw us a number with a "take it or leave it" attitude. She didn't even provide a breakdown for the lease trade-in. Since our lease was over mileage we heard the "penalty fee threat" if we didn't take this deal. We have been over the mileage in the past and have yet to pay a penalty. When I mentioned this to Pamela she replied with hostility and said "good luck". Stunned by her blatant disregard towards us and unwarranted attitude simply soured the remainder of our evening after ending a long work day. With only 9 days to the Christmas holiday it was truly a waste of our time and energy. Fortunately, Lindsay Honda's service department is not under the same management as per usual the service dept. provided us with a much better experience.

Larry Epperly was my salesman and I would highly recommend him. This was my first real experience shopping for a car. Before this car I just had my college car so this was very important to me. I think calling ahead really helps. I got there and it seemed pretty busy, but since I called ahead they already had my car ready and my wonderful sales and leasing specialist Jeff McDonley waiting for me. Jeff took my parents and I out for a test drive. He was great and a lot of fun. He let me know everything I needed to know about my beautiful car and explained me all the steps I would need to do to purchase it. Like I said before, this was my first time buying a car so I had a lot of questions. Jeff was great with answering all my questions. The purchase did take some time, but I think it is something that should take time. I did not come in thinking I would buy a car that day, but the experience I had with the staff at Lindsay Honda (and the perfect car) sold me. I also want to say Jim the manager came out when I had some minor minor concerns and did an amazing job addressing and fixing the concerns I had. Then, I got to meet Sam. He was so informative and had great examples for me to understand all the warranties, my loan, and my monthly payment. In the end, I was very happy with my experience at Lindsay Honda and VERY happy with my new car. I did not come in that day thinking I would buy a car, but the experience I had with the staff at Lindsay Honda (and the perfect car) sold me. I highly recommend calling ahead and asking for Jeff McDonley!

Never purchase or lease a car from Lindsay Honda or Acura. They mislead and with hold important information from you and then stick you with a bill at the end. The worst service I have ever had! If I could return the car I would. You would think they would treat people better. Especially veterans but they only care about making money. Then they try to stick the blame on someone else, who doesn't have the authority to offer you what you were offered. It is horrible customer service.

I had the best experience with Jeff and Justin. I had went to Ricart earlier in the day and had a bad experience. Jeff got me the car that I wanted and Justin got me an awesome loan rate. He also went a step further to get my payment delayed for 90 days. They went up and beyond the norm to help me and my family have a great holiday. I am a customer for life!

We stopped into Lindsay Honda last Saturday....We had to bring our 1 year old and it was freezing out! Jeff McDonley helped us shop online so we didn't have to shop outside. Then he brought each vehicle to the front so we didn't have to take our baby outside! He was so helpful and not pushy at all. We ended up buying TWO cars from him. Jeff was very knowledgable about each vehicle and helped us make the right decision on our new cars. We will definitely work with Jeff again.

I bought a new Civic last month. I chose Lindsay Honda for two reasons. First, it is a Jesus Christ centered business. Second, Ben Canini had recently started selling new cars at Lindsay. I have known Ben for over ten years. He is a man of integrity. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car. He was also able to give several options about financing. I ended up leasing with a buyout after the lease ends. I know that he will be a valuable asset to Lindsay Honda for years to come.

From the time I phoned Lindsay Honda and asked to speak to a New Car Sales Person, until the time I drove off the lot with my brand new 2014 Kona Coffee CRV, my experience was exceptional. I had concerns as I was recovering from a huge credit issue. I had experienced high interest rates, which made my investment in previous auto purchases a negative, but necessary experience. Lindsay Honda did not disappoint!! Not only was I given the chance to be financed through Honda Financial, but I was also given a significantly lower interest rate. I am very grateful for my Sales Consultant, Mondale Bradley. He made a normally stressful event, a very pleasant one. He kept me engaged during the entire process, so I had only great expectations. Went Lindsay to look for specific Accord, worked with Mondale Bradley. This guy knew detail of this car, however had interest in New TLX as well! Since Acura was opposite side of road stopped and ended up buying through him. Easy to work, and price of Lindsay was great!

My wife and i brought home newborn triplets and were in desparate need of a van. Since my wife had to stay home with the babies our salesman Shannon spent the whole day driving 4 different odysseys to our home from the dealership so that my wife could be involved in the final decision. Once the decision was made the process was streamlined in order to get me home in time to help with the babies feedings. The managers followed up with me that weekend and answered all of my questions. I had an overall great experience and the Raabe triplets thank you for their new transportation.

Leased my last CRV from Lindsay I will go to another dealer, ( this is my third lease) they tell you one thing then do another, when I have to wait 2 months for a service I payed up front for is poor communication in this dealership, called today to get a problem that has been going on since I drove off lot, guess what, no return call. Wish Chuck was still there, kinda makes me wonder why he isn't!

I went to Lindsay Honda expecting it to be a usual dealership.. they were quite different. Luis helped me pick a SI which I ended up purchasing. The best part is that they wont just talk up their inventory, Luis and I had a discussion talking about several different types of vehicles, not all being Hondas. At Lindsay Honda you can get a good point of view on different choices without pressure and Luis made the purchase quick and easy. Thank you guys for the experience.

I leased a vehicle from Lindsay Honda and when I returned it they never closed the account. This negligence resulted in me getting charged for 2 months along with late fees because no one told me they never closed the account even though they had the car. When I tried to get the situation taken care of I was met with attitude and hostility from a woman in the used car department and no matter how many messages I left I could not get the manager on the phone. Customer service is horrible and when a mistake was made on their end, there was no sympathy or eagerness to correct the problem. I quote from a message I received from Kelly Davis at Lindsay Honda Used Car Department "There are over 300 leases returned every month, sometimes things just slip through the cracks." Is this a valid excuse for my account to say I have multiple missed payments and my credit score be negatively impacted over the last 2 months. I don't think so.

We found our "dream car" online via AutoTrader, and it happened to be at Lindsay Honda ... which happens to be two states away from where we live ... plus, my husband happens to be working in the Middle East right now. And yet, Clairon was able to make our vehicle purchase not only possible, but quite smooth and simple. After initial contact from Amelia at Lindsay Honda (since she does internet sales) in response to our online inquiry, Clairon followed up with us and maintained regular communication throughout the purchase process -- from phone calls, to emails, to texts, and even FaceTime, he made sure we were informed and that he was doing everything he could to make this a good experience for us.We bought our "new" used Toyota Sequoia will full confidence that we were getting a fair deal on price, and an above average bargain on service. I attempted to obtain a quote on a vehicle I saw online and asked about the cash for clunker "special" that they were having. After many attempts to get an answer I was told you just have to come in . I was then asked specific info about my clunker that I was told did not matter > The bottom line this Gimic to get you in the door did not work ! I will take my approval letter from my bank and my business to Dayton or Cincinnati .

I just bought a Honda Civic, and I love it! My sales person was a young man by the name of David (Chaum)? I am uncertain how to spell his last name, but he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. David was patient while I tried to decide which color Civic to choose from; their selection was great. I also want to compliment Roy, who did my sales paperwork and went over everything, making sure I understood and if I needed anything else. Lindsay Honda is a wonderful place where all the staff treats their customers wonderful. Thank you again David and Roy, I will be telling everyone I know to come here!

Stopped here with my daughter who was in the market for a car. We were looking at cars and a salesman came outside to ask if he could help us. Told him we were looking for a used vehicle somewhere under the $12.000 range. He told us they didn't have any cars in that price range. Huh? Some brush off! As two women we must not have looked like we were serious about buying a car, had a preapproved loan and had already looked online to see they did indeed have many cars in that price range. Maybe she looked too young to be buying a car? Who knows? Maybe it is some sort of museum because they were not interested in actually selling any of the cars.Drove across town to another dealer and daughter purchased a very nice Honda Civic within two hours. It was also newer, nicer and a little more expensive than she originally thought she would buy.The worst thing is that I own a Honda too. I will certainly not feel comfortable using Lindsay for service where I was treated so shabbily and neither will she.

I just brought my first Honda Accord from Troy. One of my main reasons for coming back to Lindsay was Troy, because I trusted his honesty, his knowledge of the products and he was very attentive to all my needs and concerns as I was deciding to purchase my first Honda. He did a great job of allowing me to test drive one car and did not pressure me when I choose to leave without purchasing the car. After returning again on a busy Saturday he again allowed me to test drive several cars, drive the inventory lots for the color I was interested in before I made a decision. I had a very positive experience purchasing my car from Lindsay Honda. I visited many dealerships and was extremely satisfied with the attention given to me at Lindsay. I went back three times before purchasing a car. My father, who is in a wheelchair, accompanied me on two of my trips, and I was extremely impressed with the way he was treated by Lindsay. It was important to me to find a car comfortable for him and that fit his wheelchair, and the people at Lindsay understood that and worked with us very well. Lindsay came highly recommended by a few friends, and I understand why. We worked with Luis, who was very nice and attentive and patient and understanding. Let me share my experience. I am VJ and I was looking for a new car which I found in Lindsay HONDA talked via phone and me and my wife went in person the next morning. Greeted & Welcomed us with great care...went for a test drive and I loved it! Dan in sales department is a great professional and he was very easy to work with. He was very patient with us since we had lot of questions. Just look for him in sales and you will be amazed ! Next big thing is document signing and title. OMG! Roy Sensabaugh was another amazing person who explained all options loud and clear and a very friendly person. Finally we got the car we loved :-) Best place to buy a car in Columbus because of great professional staffs.

Very disappointing. Amelia Cumberland called me back and informed me that I can test drive the vehicle I looked at and when I called to Thursday she informed me that that car was sold. Didn't bother to contact me to let me know not to come, I had already taken time off to test drive the vehicle.

The staff exceeded my expectations and my dealer was knowledgeable and friendly. I decided to go with the Honda Accord EXL Edition 2013. Me and my family are very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

Although every Honda dealer in Columbus sucks, this dealer is particularly bad. They are very rude. They may not return a call or email. They show least interest in doing business. When I call them, it is even worse than calling IRS. The thing they do send me is automatic junk email (s) with big pictures of a car on it. Why do I need that?Most good reviews about this dealer is left by their own agents.Lastly, their prices are very high.

I had a 2009 Toyota Corolla that was having all kinds of problems and I looked at dealers near me for a Civic with a sunroof. I inquired about a used one but I ended up talking to Tony Williams who did everything over the phone and had everything ready for when I came down. I was hesitant because it was a 3 hour drive and djdnt want to go down for nothing. He had a brand new 2013 for me to look at. It was exactly what I wanted and he was able to get me in the payment that I needed even having over 6000 negative equity. It's such a relief knowing I will have a great car for a long tjme. I would definitely recommend them. Even coming from Cleveland I would make the trip. I have already told a few people if they are looking they really should call down. Tony was great and wasn't pushy and neither was the guy who did the financjng. Ghey were so great in wotking with the problem I had and were kind about it. They definitely went out of their way to help. I even ended up with leather in my car!

I had a great experience with this dealership- it was my first time buying a car, so I went in expecting the worst. What I got was great service. I wanted a new CR-V, but I wasn't really sure how much all the extra features mattered to me considering the price differentials. Shannon was great- we test drove an LX and EX-L to get a comparison, and afterwards he spent a lot of time looking up different ones in their inventory to see if another car would have what I wanted for a lesser price. I ultimately decided upon the EX-L, but in no way felt pressured or steered towards the more expensive car. I love my new car and am really pleased with the whole experience. Shannon was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and I really enjoyed working with him.

I caught a great commercial about Lindsey Honda Monday. I ended up stopping by there Tuesday on my way home. I was just going to browse and see what was being offered. Well while walking towards the door Val Parnell welcomed me in the building. Not pushy but insightful. Told her what I was looking for to see and price and she started showing me just what I was looking for. Tested two cars deciding on the one that was older and cost less. We had started the paperwork for the 1st one and I changed my mind to the other one. It ran better and fit my personality. I was there for almost 5 hours but it was okay. I was checked on and updated constantly about how long I had to wait. I was offered something to drink and when I finished was offered another cold drink. Did get a little hungry so I ate popcorn. (Did not have cash on me for the machine). Now the finance officer was ok. I guess he figures he already has the sale. I don't know I was still so happy about my purchase. So was I a satisfied customer with my salesperson? Will I recommend? Yes Indeed! Thank you for a lovely experience. I do want to say that all the salespeople had a friendly smile the whole time I was there.

Victor Phillips surpass his role of a sales associate, The man found the perfect vehicle for me, I went in looking for one car and he bought out a better, truly my dream car. Couldn't believe I was there literally five minutes, told him one car, he stated I got one better for you. Left for two minutes pulled up with it and said the greatest thing ever!!!! Price was lower then the one I requested. I did not purchase the car the first day due to other options, but Lindsay Honda check in with me for the whole process of me deciding purchase a vehicle which lasted a week and a half. Great experience buying my car. I'm supporting my wife while finishing up college and I need a reliable car so I decided to go to a place that claims that they follow biblical principles of business practice. Three days after I bought the car as-is the exhaust starts having severe problems. I was told that the exhaust was only inefficient and not to worry about it. No big deal, I spent $200 to fix the exhaust. Seven days later the timing belt goes out. Yes, I shouldn't have bought an as-is car, I already learned my lesson. I try to see if they will fix it after 4 different auto shops say that even as-is cars are covered for 30 days under lemon laws. No one would listen to my case (good luck if you have to talk to Wes) until I emailed Dusty Lindsay. He seems to be the only one that understands the core philosophy of his company. They replaced the engine and a few other parts at no cost to me. I'm stoked that it has turned out this way and continue to rep how good LH is. Within 500 miles of replacing the engine the following has happened: The shifter linkage fell off the day I got my car back....no big deal, I fixed that: $10. When the engine was replaced they put the wrong dipstick in and filled the oil based on the dipstick so now I have valve tick going on. I complained about this but Bruce Shaaf said that it was a goodwill agreement to fix the engine the first time and that sometimes engines just consume a lot of oil and I should have been checking it every time I gassed up...aka I should have been putting 1/4 cup of oil in my engine every day based on the level that the oil was. They were 2.5 qts of oil low. What mechanic fills the engine based on the dipstick!?!?!?! There are factory standards that say how much oil is needed and at what point did he not scratch his head and say "hmmm I've only put 1 qt of oil in here and it's full?" My last straw was when they forgot to put the engine mount nut on the engine mount bolt so now I'm on the side of the highway desperate for ideas as the engine has tilted to one side and is leaning on the side of my engine bay. HUGE PROBLEM...AGAIN, I fix that one too. I no longer listen to 104.9 the River because I hate their commercials so much. If you're going to buy a car that is within 3 years old then by all means go ahead. A lot of my friends have and when a car is that new there isn't much you can do to screw it up. Besides that stay far away from them. I am proud to say that I have turned two people away that were actively planning on purchasing from them and thanks to all the roadside experiences in the back of my mind will continue to do so until all is made right.

First of all I would like to state that it was the commercials that Lindsay Honda makes on the radio that drew me to them. This advertisement sent the message that God family and country were extremely important. When I called I was put in touch with Murphy Williams which explain to me the process of how they finance cars.When my wife and I finally decided on a vehicle we came down to meet Mr Williams. We soon realized that this company and its employees really are family focused. Mr Murphy determined that it would be more advantageous for us to lease a vehicle rather than purchase the used one. To our surprise he was able to get us into a brand new 2014 pilot. After enduring the lies, deceit and trickery the other dealerships were giving us for the last several months, this option seemed impossible. All in all this venture has saved us over $200 a month and we have something that we never would have believed we could have ever had, a BRAND NEW CAR! Thank you Jesus. Thank you Lindsay Honda. We have bought two cars from Lindsay Honda in the past. We have a growing family and decided to go look at a Honda Odyssey and Pilot this evening after looking at other options. When we got there we had two eager sales people rush onto the lot, and when we told one of them that we wanted to test drive the two vehicles they went inside got the keys, and came back out. I then stated I wanted to drive the car and then we had to go inside to sign the typical release. I'm not sure why the salesman was surprised I wanted to drive the car, and it took forever to get the paperwork done. While my husband was waiting outside he stated to the MGR that we had bought two previous cars from them and once I made a decision we intended to buy a car. He did note that the vehicle we were about to take for a test drive was all scuffed up, needed vacuuming and had an odor to it. Really, this is your test drive car? Well, they wouldn't let us drive the car off the lot by ourselves, sighting they just changed the policy today. Neither of us likes to have the salesman in the car when we test drive because we like to be able to talk about pros, cons, what we like about the car without someone interjecting. They were firm we could not take the car off the lot. Needless to say, we're going to find out tomorrow if Marysville is closer than we think.

On the advice of my attorney I ended up at Lindsay. All I had to say was "I'm in Chapter 13 bankruptcy." Vic Phillips did the rest. The process was smooth, and I was made to feel like a customer again - not a criminal, as was the result with some other dealers. The car-buying process while in bankruptcy is never a joyous one, but Lindsay does everything possible to make the best of a bad situation. I'm very pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend Lindsay Honda to anyone in a similar financial position, OR to anyone simply looking for a reliable used vehicle.

She went to Lindsay on her own to find a good used Honda CRV and came away with a new lease and a bag of false promises. Promises of value and sufficient miles per year in the lease. She has a master's degree and is no one's fool, but trusted the words of "best deal" and "residual value" that day but soon realized she got a lousy deal and should have insisted on buying a car given her goals. Despite trying the very next day to get them to see how they mislead her, they said they "could do nothing" about the numbers for her.Could do nothing? You might say, WOULD NOT DO something for her. I wish she had taken me or some other male friend or at least used her phone to record the whole deal. And she is too kind to write down all the facts and what was said to go back to them to try again to work something out or to go to one of the TV stations to do an expose' on their tactics. She's sick about the whole thing and it's sad to see. What's worse is that she is friends with one of their sales managers' sister but won't see if she could appeal to her brother. She shows way more integrity than Lindsay. You can bet I will never do business with them plus I will share this story to anyone I hear is looking for a Honda....to stear clear of Lindsay, which is why I'm wasting 10 minutes to write this story. -Scott C.

Made an appointment to see a specific car. Sales associate did not even know the car had sold. Drove 100miles to find out car was gone and then she called me and said the car was still there. 10min later called back to say car sold night before. WEBSITE is out of date!!!! Car is still listed for sale. Do not deal with this dealership!! No manager would give me the time to talk to me. INCOMPETENT!!!

I've been on the car hunt for awhile now with many disappointments- cars being advertised as certified not meeting the tags expectation, aggressive sales pitches, and also service that was lacking due to bad time management. It wasn't until we stopped in at Lindsay Honda did things start turning around. As soon as we entered Lindsay Honda and parked our car, I was greeted by your Sales Associate Jeff McDonley. He gave a warm introduction and asked me what I was interested in. I was particular in what I was looking for and I wanted to test drive a certain CRV I had found online. He was very prompt in getting the car ready and soon we were on our way. I enjoyed the car I test-drove but it wasn't exactly in the price range I was looking for and the dealership was about to close. But Jeff said that if I were to come back the next morning, that he could really help me out and find something that fit what I was needing. He scheduled me for the next morning at 9. I was late and when I got there, he was helping another family find a car so I waited patiently knowing that it was my fault but he sped their process along pretty fast so I didn't wait too long. He set me up in a car in my price range and the mileage I was looking for and I took it on a test drive. It was perfect. It was smooth process and even got a lower interest rate then through the financial institution I was going to go through. There was a small hiccup- I thought they would be able to process the amount of money I was going to put down with my credit card only to find out that there was a limit so Jeff raced me to the bank as it was closing in the nick of time. Jeff and his qualities were the reason I came back. He was attentive to my needs without being overbearing, very great guy to talk to, worked with what I needed and is just a really great asset to the Lindsay team. I hope the next time I need a car that I will be able to come see him at Lindsay Honda!

Leased a Civic Sedan for my daughter and could not be happier! The process was fast and the entire staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.We now have 3 Hondas in our household and all have been purchased from Lindsay Honda. Highly recommended.

Our 23 year old daughter went there and got the royal brow beating, and they tried to take advantage of her and her husband. Shame on you Lindsey Honda. Did you not think her parents would check to see what kind of a deal you were giving her? Well you were very wrong!! In 10 minutes at Parkway Honda we knew what the price should be. Not only did you try to make them pay 40 more for the same lease, but you lost the sale. We had her come home to Parkway where they treat you right. I would not recommend Lindsey to any one especially if you are young they will try totake advantage of you!!

Lindsay Honda really cares about their customers. I leased my first Honda CRV in 2011 and in May of 2013 they called me and said they could put me in a 2013 new CRV with little or no change in my lease payment. I took them up on their offer and again in May of 2014 they asked me if I was interested in moving to a new 2014 CRV. The process was painless and they really took care of me. Their service department is the best, from the moment I pull my car into the bay they're asking what I need, how can they make me comfortable, offering coffee or soda or water. When the service is finished they go over every detail, explaining exactly what was done. I will always be a Lindsay Honda customer!

We had the ULTIMATE experience working with Lindsay Honda and their superior staff -Adam Long and Jay the "Wizard" (finance). We have nothing but good things to say about our experience! Our car buying experience was the best ever and we will NEVER look or take our business anywhere else! Thank you thank you thank you for our Beautiful, new Lexus!! We have dealt with two other Honda dealers in Central Ohio and we were giving up hope about getting the car we wanted. However, Adam Long and Jay the "Wizard" would not let up and did everything in their power to get us the deal! We didn't have to spend all day there, we did everything by phone. Lindsay Honda has become our new car "home" and they definitely represent Honda the best way they know how, better than any other Honda dealership...HANDS DOWN!!

I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot in for service. Best vehicle I have ever owned!...I ended up buying a new 2014 Pilot because it made sense to trade it in to make a long story short. My husband also traded his Jeep Wrangler in for a gently used Honda Ridgeline. The staff could not have been more patient in assisting with not one, but two vehicles. We are more than pleased with the customer service at Lindsay Honda. The staff were also friendly (not pushy) and curteous. These are the 2nd and 3rd purchases we have made from them since moving to Columbus in 2007. Side note: this is the ONLY car dealer I have ever returned to and I would go back to them anytime for service or purchase. We are both pleased with our purchases and trust that Honda will continue to make quality vehicles. By the way, our son is STILL driving the 2001 Honda Accord we gave him in 2010 when we bought our 2011 Pilot....it has 270,000 miles, is working great - even the air conditioner and power locks still work!

I made a special trip out to Lindsey Honda to see about a new car. I had a horrible experience there. They tried to come off friendly, but it was only to pressure me into a purchase. I had let them know up front that I was browsing and still gathering information. I gave them all the information on what I was looking for and what was my budget. They show me a car out of my budget. The car also had a cracked windshield. They assured me it would be "repaired" if I bought the vehicle. I work in the windshield field. There was no repairing that glass. It needed to be replaced. The only positive thing he had to say for the car was how "clean" it was. He kept going on about how it was a "clean car". Yeah it was clean, because they power washed it! It was a joke.I test drove the car and I did enjoy the feel of it. We began to the process for the car. I was still a bit hesitant, but I didn't see the harm in seeing what would come back on financing. Before this I had run a credit check, so I knew what I was getting into. Tom (honestly I'm not even sure if that was his name, I didn't bother to remember) came back to me and said I had extremely low credit. I knew something was wrong with this. I told him I wanted to go home and look into this, because that wasn't right and I needed to see if something had happened. I even told him that I had just checked it. When I said that, he told me to hold on and that he would see what was happening. That there were different kinds of credit. He even got his boss to explain this to me. I was ready to walk out anyways, but then they came back and said "Oh, no your credit is fine".But they still didn't offer me a car within the payments I wanted. So I declined. They told me they would get back to me on Monday with a new selection of cars. I waited for Monday to roll around to see if they could provide anything (though I wasn't going to buy anything from them) and guess what? They never called or e-mailed, like they said they would. I haven't heard anything from them on whether or not they had a car for me.Needless to say I went somewhere else, where I got GREAT customer service and everything I wanted. I would never recommend Lindsey Honda. I say, if you want your car, save yourself a trip and don't go there. Check out another dealership, cause these people will jerk your chain around and try to sell you a worthless car for double the price it's worth. Worst experience!

This dealer sold me polyshield insurance policy with my new vehicle. During the sales, specifically good if you have kids and it covers all the damages to leather seats etc.. have been specified. As expected my kid used a pen and leather seat got damaged. I have approached the dealer and they told me to contact polyshield directly. I have contacted them and provided all the necessary paper work. Insurance company asked me to get the quote, I went to dealer they said it cannot be repaired and provided the estimate for replacement. Insurance company was not accepted the quote instead they asked me to get it repaired. I got frustrated and gave up on this matter. I have been thinking about it for a while to write this review so other customers may get benefitted. Please think twice before taking this insurance!

Brand new Civic 2013 300 miles on it has a severe vibration at65 to 70 miles an hour. This was my 5th Honda, so I know what it should run like. Took it in multiple times over the next 2700 miles, it was never fix. I finally got an email from the service manager stating that the vibration was just the way the car was designed. I took the tire and rims off my 2010 Civic and the problem was cured. Oh and yes the issue moved to the 2010..... Crappy service......... I had a similar issue with my 2014 Silverado Truck and GM fixed the issue by the third trip - by swapping the tires and rims and then gave me 250 dollars accessory money for my trouble. Sadly my 3500 Silverado rides better than my Civic...... I am GM person from now on.....

I bought a car and ten days later the timing belt broke and ruined the engine. They are not willing to take any responsibility for what happened and blame the previous owner for letting the car go 20,000 miles past the due date to change the timing belt. I will never ever buy from them again as they verbally profess to be a company of character but cannot back that up with their actions. You only have to change about 10 things periodically in a vehicle. This includes oil, tires, plugs, struts, sensors, exhaust parts, and the timing belt to name a few. For as critical as the timing belt is to the whole operation and the cost of repercussion should it break, I would personally have that checked or replaced before I put my name on it. What is the difference between me buying the vehicle from the previous owner and me buying it from Lindsay? Nothing. I thought "Honda makes the cars, but Lindsay makes the difference." I understand it is an 'As Is' vehicle. That still doesn't mean you can sell a lemon! That is why they gave me an As Is disclosure document stating the current condition of the as is vehicle. It is deceitful and ignorant. Do not be fooled by their claimed character. I came to this dealership based entirely on their reputation that they cannot back up.

I walked inside the dealership for my 11am appt & immediately walked over to this salesman that looked friendly to ask him if i had an appt with him. He verified that i didn't and i found out that my salesman wouldn't be in for the day. So after clearing it with his manager he then helped me out. Jeff McDonley, was his name, and right off the back he listened & we built rapport. I told him I didn't have a lot of time, because I had to go to work, and i was there a total of 2.5 hours. #FastestTimeToDateI ended up getting a 1-owner '04 Oldsmobile Alero GLS (loaded). The carFax was clean and the car rides beautiful.

First: My apologies for the seemingly bad format of the review, but this is the result of the submission process..... Shortly after my Cobalt was rear-ended and totaled I was referred to Lindsay Honda by a close friend. When I arrived I already knew what I was looking for in a car as well as the approximate price range. I was looking for a daily driver, preferably a hybrid and a manual if possible. To be quite honest, I knew there was only 1 car to fit the last 2 requirements, the Honda CR-Z. So I worked with Pam and Brandon who were extremely polite, and worked very hard to find the CR-Z in the color I desired. They even went as far as checking other locations, and prepping the demo model. I decided to go with the last one they had on the lot, aside from the demo. I'll be the first to admit that my credit isn't the best, which I told them when I arrived and the staff of Lindsay Honda did everything possible to help me get a new car. Yes, that meant I was there for a few hours, but it was time well spent for the quality of customer service everyone provided. I have had my CR-Z for about a year now, and it has of course been taken back to the dealership for the standard maintenance. When the dash light came on I called the service department and scheduled an appointment, which happened to be right before the service department closed for the day. I figured that with the appointment being so close to closing time there wouldn't be many Service Technician's on hand and I would end up having to wait or deal with grouchy technicians. At least that is what I had experienced from other places, but I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived for my appointment, 30 minutes before closing, it looked like the service area was running at full capacity. I literally pulled up to the service area, and was directed to pull into the initial service bay before I had come to a complete stop. After pulling into the bay the gentleman I spoke to (sorry, I don't remember your name!) pulled up my appointment, and was asking me if I would like a beverage before I was completely out of my car. I have received the same service every time I have brought my car in for any reason. To summarize: From the sales staff to their financing staff to their service technicians, Lindsay Honda is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. I have literally referred well over half of my friends & family to them and will continue to do so. I look forward to my next car purchase from Lindsay Honda.

Wow, let me find words to give my experience with Lindsay Honda and the Sales the complete attention it deserves. Firstly, I live in Cincinnati, had my heart set on a specific make and model within a reasonable price range. I have not so great credit and was becoming very discouraged as I had a decent amount of money to put down, but I was seen as someone who would not hold their end of their deal mainly because of my credit- a risk. Lindsay Honda not only dug deep into my financials and credit information to get me approved, but they were able to get me what I want instead of settling for something else. And it is a beautiful car, well maintained. I am very pleased so far.I want to elaborate a little further on my shopping experience. Not only was I being denied on loans, but I had to chase down the salesman just to find out what the decisions were. One dealership in particular where I live, Beechmont Toyota, Salesman, Ethan- dont recall his last name, not once called me back, wrote me back. I made the trip there after I had called him all day providing information and he had already gone home. I guess he figured if my credit was bad, he couldnt show enough decency to tell me I was not approved.In a COMPLETE contrast, Vic Phillips with Lindsay Honda was available and if he wasnt, he was quick to call me back, write me back. Showed the attention I needed. He worked with me diligently to put me in my car. I know he gets his commission but it was in this case, very well deserved. I felt like leaving a tip! ;) He even stayed late beyond closing hours on Valentines Day because we were caught in snow and traffic. And not to mention, his professionalism, but he was laid back, easy to talk to, felt like an old friend because his personality is so likeable and he seems like an honest man. I think there are 2 types of salespeople: the ones who will do anything to make a sale, and the ones who have a passion for making a sale (whether its the product they are selling or whether it is helping people). He was just that, a passionate man trying to earn a living. And not to mention, he was devilishly handsome! ;) Thats for you Vic!!

We came in to see what our options were as we were in the 3rd year of leasing a Honda Civic. We were over on our miles and wanted to see what our options were with either purchasing the Civic or buying a new car. The Civic is a great mileage vehicle. I drive 60 miles a day in my commute to work. We wanted a larger vehicle however. We like the Honda Accord Sport. We drove one and we loved it. We turned in the Civic and purchased the Accord Sport. We love the ride, configuration and room it has. This car is exactly what we were looking for. Kelly Davis and Kevin Shannon were awesome. They looked after us throughout the whole purchasing process. With the purchasing experience and your impeccable service department Lindsay is the only dealership that we consider and the only dealership we recommend. Lindsay Honda recently provided my family with the best car buying/leasing experience we have ever had! Kevin Shannon was our salesman and he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He listened to exactly what we were saying and helped explain all of our options in a clear and concise way. Honestly, words cannot express how impressed we were as we drove away on our new Pilot. At no point in time did we feel pushed or as though we were trying to be manipulated...not your typical dealership experience. We have bought/leased Hondas from two other Central Ohio dealership and they do not even compare to how we were treated by the team at Lindsay (Kevin, Ernie, Eric, and Katherine). Lindsay will always be the first place we go, and refer our friends to, in the future!

I found the exact vehicle that we wanted online. I called in and asked for used cars. Kelly Davis answered. Seemed like she would be a great sales person. Said she would sent me a report on the vehicle and have the car pulled up and ready for a test drive later that day. When we got there she was not even in the building. No one offered to help just told us to wait for her. .After 30 minutes of waiting we asked if there is any way someone can get the keys for us. We looked at the vehicle and decided to take it for a test drive. The sales manager decided to help us, he was extremly friendly. By that time Kelly came back and she didnt even know where the car was parked. We had to show her. There was a mechanical issue with the vehicle and the passenger side door handle would not work from the inside. Kelly assured us it had been through a full inspection and there should not be anything wrong with the vehicle. We told her we are very interested in the vehicle. They were going to check the vechile out the next day and then we can come buy the car. She called me once to tell me it might be done after 5. I said perfect let us know and we will be in. I never heard back from her. I tried calling multiple times, no call back. I left a message for her manager, no call back. It has been 8 days and no response. I guess we will not be buying a car from Lindsay.

I still can't believe I am giving a dealership 5 stars!! I needed to trade in my Ford Fiesta (great car) for something a bit roomier. I had the most HORRIBLE experience purchasing a car at Ricart (NEVER shop there unless you like being treated poorly) and I was definitely not looking forward to going through the whole car buying process again. John Przybyl came up to me when I entered the dealership and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in looking at two CRVs, but sadly, both had been sold and there were no more available in the trim and color I wanted. John worked tirelessly with me to get me the trim I wanted, the color I wanted and at the price I wanted. And - no joke - I actually had FUN working with John. Best part of the story - it was his day off and he had just stopped in! After my experience at Ricart, I was nervous to ask for anything or negotiate and John told me "tell me what you want and I will do my best to get it for you. All they can do is say "no." I am so glad I listened to John! On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all the technology that went with it. He was able to answer every question I had and even took time to walk me thru the process of programming a few things so I was comfortable doing it on my own. At Ricart three different people were unable to show me how to use the stuff on my Fiesta. And Russ Stillwagon, the finance guy, had me laughing the entire time we did paperwork for my car (which did not take long at all!). Altho I plan to have my CRV a very long time, I am definitely going to buy all my future cars from Lindsay Honda (and hopefully John!) no matter where I am living!

I've been to two dealerships in chillicothe, and none of them has given me a service like lindsay honda has. I only have a couple of small issues, like the financing took almost 3 hours to get completed, and they never told us the prices on the trade in, and the price of the car that we bought until we went into financing. I believe if my husband and I would have known the prices of our trade in values and the price of the car ahead of time, we wouldn't feel bombarded when we went into the financing department. Other than that, i feel that we have made a right choice in the car that we bought, and will hopefully feel the same within 5 years of owning a honda civic. If I had the choice to pick a dealership, I would still pick lindsay honda for the service, and to ensure that I am getting the best deal on my new honda civic.

I purchased a 2006 Buick Rendevous. When I drove it home the entire under carriage rattled. I took it back and another salesman drove it and thought it was the CV joint. I talked with the sales manager and he said all they could do is have their service look at it at their cost. I took it to their service department and they found the entire exhaust system was loose and they tightened it.Then, a few weeks after that the gas cap light came on and the check engine light. I purchased a new gas cap but the lights still came on.I was told that the fuel light has a vacume leak. That will coat quite a bit if money I don't have. Also the battery/alternator light comes on.Also, when I opened the glove box it the door fell off. The door is being help on with duct tape.The drivers door had an air leak and Vic told me they could fix that. He never said another word about it. The door is not on correctly, ( must have been hit but the car fax said it had not been wrecked). Now it is leaking when it rains.I was also told I would get a full tank of gas when I left and I didn't get that either.This weekend we purchased a car, (NOT FROM LINDSEY) from Dennis Hyundai. They were great. They even worked it into our payment to have an extended warranty on the car and also we DID get a full tank of gas.I will never purchase from Lindsey again and will let everyone I know how bad my vehicle is and the bad service I received. They could have made this right for me and didn't.

My brand new Honda Accord has now experienced two major mechanical failures. The last of which was caused due to human error. My vehicle broke down over 200 miles from home on the highway. I contacted this dealer, the one that last worked on the car, and the very same one that sold me the car, to help me and my family. They completely blew us off and would never return any phone calls. When we visited salespeople always intercepted us, to keep us from speaking to management. We were promised to be contacted and never were. We called on several occasions to speak to someone about our issue and we were repeatedly sent to a voice mail box. This voice mail box has a message asking to leave a message but never indicates who the voice mail box is for. Never once did we go in to the dealership angry or distraught. After repeated attempts to even just get a simple answer to some questions they have left my family and me feeling abandoned. I will never return to this dealership for any reason, and they will never get my or my families business again.

We have been looking for a 2013 Honda Accord since last October. Could not decide on a color. Stopped in Columbus, OH while on business and met Tony Conti. He was really nice and did not push us (except to change our mind to black)....haha. But here is the kicker.....we came back in late June, 2014 and Tony walked out of the dealership showroom and remembered our last names and where we were from. We have not seen him since last October!!! He showed us what we wanted.....we drove it.....and bought it. All within 3 hours and actually had fun spending lots of money. The car is fantastic! The dealership is busy, and the customer service is first rate. We were offered drinks many times and everyone seemed genuinely interested in helping us. I would not hesitate to drive 2 1/2 hours to buy another Honda from Lindsay Honda. Tony was great!

I have purchased many automobiles in my life, and never had close to the positive experience that I had with Lindsay Honda. The sales representative, John Przybyl was great. He sat down and listened to what I was looking for and took about 30 minutes to make sure that we debated the pros and cons of different scenarios. He was upfront and honest with me about the different choices that I had. When Steve Lindsay stopped by, he was engaging and really personable to talk to about my options as well. It meant something to me that the business owner was onsite and working closely with his people to take care of their clients personally. It is the sign of a good business when the owners take such steps to see the business succeed. John showed me to a new CRV and we took a test drive. If you have not checked this SUV out, you are really missing the boat. The base model has so many options built in it, and the ride was the best of all of the SUVs I tested. We settled on a couple of options and I began to settle in for the part of the game I hate ... The negotiation phase. However, when John sat down with me he had drawn up price variations that all made great sense and fit within my budget. No negotiation necessary! I was astounded, and completely shocked at how much he had listened and in how easy they made the whole process. Everyone from the reception personnel through the financing personnel were so friendly and exceptional to deal with - I will not buy another car from anyone else. You should not either. Don't buy a car until you give these folks a chance!

My wife and I had been looking for a new/newer Honda Odyssey for a few months and we just couldn't find anything we liked in our own area of Scott Depot, WV. I searched the internet and came across Lindsay Honda where I found that they had a great selection of used Honda Odyssey's. We made the call (and I'm glad we did) to see one of their vans and was met by Victor Phillips. He never applied any pressure, was very cordial, and was extremely helpful in our experience there. He is the nicest salesman we have ever run across and I wish him only the best. We are very pleased with our new Odyssey and the service we received. I would recommend to anyone that wants to buy a new or used Honda to visit Lindsay Honda in Columbus, Ohio as their staff, selection and treatment of their customers is 2nd to none. First, I sent an email request about an used car. Gabriel called me right away to let me know the car I was interested in had be sold. He took the time to ask what kind of car I was interested. He told me about the specials Linsday Honda was offering. He sent me links. He followed up the next week to give me more information without any pressure. When I was ready to come in, I sent set up a time with Gabriel. I was greeted in the parking lot by Dontay. Dontay was very helpful. There was no pressure to buy. I quote him with the monthly payments I wanted. In the end, I purchased a great car and now have car payments lower than I expected!

My father is a salesman and has been for over 40 years. When I purchase a car, it's always been from him. He retired this year and although he could still get me a great deal at his dealership, they just didn't have the inventory. I went to 3 other major dealerships in Columbus before I decided on a Honda and before I decided to check out Lindsay. As soon as we pulled up we were met by a really friendly guy, no awkward conversation or hammering me right away for what we were there to buy. It was refreshing! I am so pleased with our salesman, Alex Goode. He understood exactly what we needed and worked with us for hours until we found a car that matched and then worked to get us the price that worked with our budget (which was tight!). I couldn't be happier and I usually don't take time for reviews but this was by far, and next to dealing with my own father, the best sales experience we've had. We will be back and so will anyone who listens to my recommendations!

I went to Lindsay Honda because the reviews were awesome. I wanted to be able to purchase a new car that day and I knew that they had it in stock. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted. I just needed the perfect sales person to make this happen. I was greeted by Lisa Dobberstein with a smile and what could she assist me with. I explained what I wanted and she went to work right away making everything happen quickly and smoothly. She was the perfect sales person! I recently purchased a third vehicle from Lindsay Honda. One of the things that really sold me on Lindsay was how they treated my daughter when she wanted to buy her first car. Other dealerships did everything they could to convince her to buy an expensive car she really couldnt afford. The sales rep at Lindsay was not like that he steered her away from too much car and gave her a really good deal on the car she selected.

Manager pulled a bait and switch on me. Offered me a price on a car and an offer on my trade in. After I agreed to the terms they hid the total price from me and tried to bury the extra $500 in the financing. I walked out and received excellent service and the true price from Germain. Will never buy from these crooks. Had price in writing.

My car was worked on by Lindsay Honda in early February this year but had not had any work done on the car since that time. Recently I had my oil changed at a local Valvoline and after opening the hood the technician immediately noticed something wrong with the cover for the air filter: the hexagonal screws were missing and had been replaced with two common wood screws! He asked me who had recently worked on the car and I said " the dealer" (Lindsay Honda) and he recommended I take it back there. The first time I went to Lindsay Honda to ask them to look at it, I dealt with a "customer service rep" who immediately became defensive, tried to blame the problem on the Valvoline place and said he couldn't help me. I left, called the next day to talk to the service manager and made another appointment. When I went in the second time to speak to the service manager, he was very polite but completely refused to take any responsibility. When I asked why the problem hadn't been brought to my attention when I was there in February (since they would have seen it too, had it been done before that time), he said, " I wish I knew" and refused to even take responsibility for the oversight. He could have easily taken responsibility or at least offered a discounted service to keep me as a customer but did nothing. We have bought two cars from them and I have had all my major service done there. They have definitely lost a customer.

I had been looking for a Ridgeline for about 1month prior to going to Lindsay Honda. After finding my ridgeline on their web page a decided to take a drive and check it out. My wife and I were greeted by Gene Hall as we made our way around the lot. Gene was noted to be very knowledgeable and eager to help us. After a short test drive we made our way inside to try and come to an egreement to the purchase of the truck. I will say that in the end I was not unhappy with the price. I did attempt to go a little lower than the final price but I was comfortable where we ended at. I believe I received a fair deal on my truck! Sence the sale I can say Gene has been remarkable. I have spoke to Gene several times on the phone sence the purchase with questions and always am happy with the outcome. Gene has made it a priority to obtain items that were missing in my truck like floor mates and an owners manual. This was my first time dealing with Lindsay Honda and after this deal I will most certainly be back in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

We just purchased a 2009 certified Odyssey and are very happy. Best price around for that vehicle. They were nice, had an area for our kids to play in, fairly quick with the whole process, and willing to negotiate. This was NOT the same experience at all Honda dealers in Columbus.

My experience with this dealer is extremely bad. The sales person is a real unprofessional guy. Instead of showing his inventory he was interested to get some information like my immigration status (as he assumed me as international guy). Due to this bad experience I did not go back to them while buying our next car. I'll never recommend Lindsay Honda to any one in my connection.

I had a really good experience purchasing my new Honda but an even better experience at the service department getting my key fixed and having a spare made. Chris Feeny is probably the most friendly and good natured service person I've dealt with in the car industry. He makes you feel like you've known him for years and goes out of his way to make himself available or easy to contact if needed. The whole service dept. was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. They even washed my car without me asking.I love my Honda Accord and wouldn't trust it to any other service dept. Once I did, though I found that they were not pushy at all, answered all of my questions and went out of there way to make me feel like they were just there to help and not try and sell me something. We went to Lindsay Honda to purchase a used vehicle. It was freezing outside (literally) and our salesman, Dan Fenton, didn't complain once. We ended up purchasing a used Acura and the transition from Lindsay Honda's inventory to Lindsay Acura's was seamless. Dan was able to show us vehicles from both Lindsay dealerships. We highly recommend Dan to everyone. He was kind and had an "anything I can do for you, I will" attitude. He was not your stereotypical pushy salesman and we appreciated it very much. The finance guy was great as well and did a super job getting us a good rate on a used vehicle. We also loved the Christian atmosphere with Christian music being played throughout our time there. We will certainly purchase a car from them again in the future and plan on contacting Dan for the transaction.

I was apprehensive about leasing because I've been burned in the past on leasing by Ford. But Dontay & his manager Wendie Martin took the time to explain & show me in writing all the details to alleviate my fears. They both worked w/me to get me in the car I wanted w/the features I wanted & at a monthly payment I was happy with. Very pleasant experience with Lindsay Honda. Michael was very polite, patient and helpful, and not too pushy. Also everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and constantly offering me something to drink/eat.I had originally come to look at a new car, but instead decided on a Certified Pre-owned Honda and Michael took care of everything. The price was excellent when compared the CPO value on KBB and they even knocked it out of the park in terms of finding me the best lender. This is a dealer that seems to go above and beyond most based upon past experiences. Making me the proud owner of a 2011 Honda CR-Z from Lindsay.

My buying experience was satisfactory, but once I walked out the door and drove away with my pre-owned certified car, the customer service ended. I will probably not return to Lindsay to buy an auto in the future, nor will I recommend this dealership to friends or acquaitances. I was strongly encouraged to buy GAP protection by Pete Herron, the financial employee. A few days after I had bought the car, I called my insurance company to change my coverage and learned that I could purchase GAP protection for less than half the price that LIndsay offered me. I read the GAP policy that I signed at Lindsay Honda and learned that this policy could be canceled and I would receive a complete refund if I did so within 30 days. I left at least four voicemail messages for Pete within the next several days; he never returned my calls. I did write and mail a letter to cancel this GAP policy. I do not know if this letter was received and if the policy has been canceled. I left a voicemail for Cliff Curtis and sent an email yesterday, but have not heard from him either. I hope that someone at this dealership is responsible and conscientious enough to take a few minutes to see that my GAP policy cancellation letter was received and processed then to call me or email me to let me know.

Mr. John Przybyl was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating through my entire car-buying journey. He did not seem "salesmen-like" in the slightest as his style is laid back and honest. I was in a car accident about 2 weeks ago and in need of a vehicle quickly but I wanted to make sure I felt comfortable not only with a new car but with the experience as a whole. My previous vehicle was a 2000 Civic EX which was given to me at age 16 (I am now 28) and with about 8K miles on it. I took my driver's test in that car and it's been the only car I had until now. My personality is not one that deals well with change...especially abrupt, unexpected change so I'm sure you can imagine how intimidated I felt as I began my journey to car ownership. John made me feel comfortable. When I did not feel knowledgeable enough to make certain decisions, he worked with my partner Katie who has experience purchasing vehicles. His willingness to work with someone I trust, even though she was not the person he'd be selling the car to, displayed his integrity and desire to foster a solid business relationship. Overall, I have very little to complain about when I think of my experience with John Przybyl and with Lindsay Honda. Thank you, John!

I had always said that when I was ready to replace my 2005 Odyssey, I would buy exactly the same model. When that day came, I went online and requested internet quotes from three Honda dealers. Lindsey responded quickly by e-mail and with a very fair price. When I spoke to Andy on the phone, he was helpful, pleasant and professional. Agreeing on a price for my trade-in was equally easy and the 0.9% interest was an unexpected bonus. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted at a price and trade-in allowance I considered fair. He went above and beyond to introduce me to some of the department heads and was able to get me a very competitive trade-in deal for my pilot. He also went out of his way to call and check on my satisfaction level a couple days later. I will definitely refer him to friends, co-workers and clients! Tim in the service department also did an amazing job resolving an issue I had with the CRV. Both Tim and Paul made it possible for me to have a complimentary rental car on the day the repair was made so I could still go in to work and not be inconvenienced. I orginally went on line to complete an application for a auto loan, I immediately received a call back within 24 hrs from Chanda and Kristen. They were both very polite and informative, I then scheduled an appointment and Kristen sent me all of the necessary information for me to bring upon my arrival. I will say "although I was there over 4hrs, the experience was no where close to the experience I had with another dealership a few weeks prior"! They fed me, kept me hydrated (it was really hot the day I was there :). Mark, the salesman that helped me out was very patient with me when it came to me changing my mind at the last minute! But at the end of the day, I went home with the a car that I was most definitely satisfied with. Lindsay Honda has a permanent customer!

Salesman was very courteous. We were choosing between three cars with different options. Chuck never seemed hurried. Always very helpful. This is the second car we have purchased from the Lindsay Group. We are very happy with the experience.

I was wanting a new crv and i met mr.hagan. he is manager of used cars. When i went there he has mark take care of me. Mark was the nicest person. He spent alot of time with Me explaning everything so I could understand it. They had alot of colors to choose from.then after the paper work was done he should Me all the things I could do inside the car. It was a pleasure dealing with mark &syvester hagan!

Their service department is horrible. On my way from VA to IN with my family I had a flat tire on Columbus on my brand new Odyssey (3500 Miles) -- my first Honda. After changing to the spare I drove to Lindsay Honda to ask them to repair the tire -- a 10 minute job -- and explained I was in the midst of travel. The service guy's answer? "We are closing in 20 minutes. But you can come back tomorrow." I contacted Honda corporate to voice my displeasure and they asked what I wanted for a resolution. I simply wanted a letter from Lindsay Honda apologizing and acknowledging that what they did was no way to treat a customer. I wanted them to spend the 10 minutes they didn't extend to me in my time of need to draft and mail a simple letter. Did I hear anything from Lindsay Honda? Not a peep. Stay away from this dealer!

I bought a car off of Alex Wednesday night, the next day I realized it was leaking transmission fluid. I left a message for Alex who never got back to me. Friday at 9am I took it into the dealership, where another salesman said they'd take care of it and it'd be fixed by the time I got off work. I never got a call about the status of my car, so I called them and transferred to service, who told me they had no record of my car being there. After arguing with the the manager, John at 3:30pm, he called me back at 4:45 telling me they can't have it fixed until Monday. Alex called me to apologize about the car and I specifically asked him if I can get a loaner until Monday and he said yes. My dad who builds Hondas for a living said they were screwing with me because the problem is the seals were busted on the transmission and when they go you always have problems with the transmission. When I got to the dealership: 1st off John Told me I could not have a loaner even though Alex said I could. 2nd off I explained to him what my dad had told me and asked to cancel the deal, which he would not. 3rd I asked for a switch on the car so I could have one that did not have transmission issues and he said yes, which was around 6pm, but he had to get a hold of my lender to cancel the loan. As I waited patiently looking at cars, at 7pm Alex and John told me I could not switch cars because my lender was closed. I felt very unhappy with them and called the lender myself and got a hold of them in the parking lot at 7:30pm. They couldn't even find a loan linked to my name or social sec. number and I need my loan account number. I went to John and asked for it and he denied giving me the information. My lender will be canceling the deal thankfully so Lindsay Honda can have their car back!

This is the second car I have bought at Lindsay since last November, both times, Lisa Dobberstein has been my salesperson. I called her about my needs and she was very helpful. Lisa is an excellent sales person. The selection at Lindsay is great.

Our salesperson and the entire staff were very pleasant, polite and efficient. We were not pressured during the negotiations and were presented with many options and were given adequate time to consider the offers. This is our fifth purchase with this dealer and it was as satisfactory as our first. We always mention our positive experiences and recommend this dealer to our friends and family.

I had purchased a new Honda Element from Lindsay Honda in 2009 and had a good experience. Good enough that when I sold my Element I went back to Lindsay to look for a used Honda Pilot. I was greeted by Dan Fenton when I walked through the door and from the beginning it was a pleasure working with Dan. Dan was very professional and low pressure. He listened to my criteria and showed me vehicles that fit that criteria without trying to up sell me or "fit" me into something rather than showing me what I told him I was interested in. We went for a test drive and I had a previous commitment so I scheduled a time to come back with my wife the next day to check out the Honda Pilot we test drove. That evening I checked out Lindsay Honda's website and saw a Pilot that looked like it hit better into our budget. I called Dan and told him that I would like to test drive that car when we came back. When we arrived Dan had both Pilots ready to test drive. We ended up going with the cheaper priced Pilot and Dan never once even mentioned the more expensive one. Again, Dan really listened to what we wanted rather than trying to "sell" us something. Dan even hung out with out 11 month old while we signed papers!!! The finance manager was great too and beat the rate I had from our bank! I couldn't be happier with our experience and our new Pilot. Our experiences with Lindsay Honda have been excellent! From the time that you enter the showroom until the vehicle is delivered and even followup contact is exceptional. Our salesman gave us plenty of information so that we could make an informed decision about our purchases and gave us plenty of time to process and decide what we wanted to do. There wasn't any pressure to make immediate decisions and questions along the way were welcomed and answered in a friendly manner. The entire sales presentation was very professional, informative--Dwight was able to answer all the questions about the vehicles and took extra time several days later to go over all the technology. We so appreciated that!We drove a few extra miles to THIS Honda dealership because of their customer service and got our Accord...went back several weeks later and got a Civic!! We will recommend LIndsay HOnda and Dwight Allred!

I have never bought a new car before, and when I left my house the farthest thought on my mind was that I would come home with a new car. I had only bought 1 car before but it's older and has very high miles on it. I have been toying with the idea of getting a "new" Civic for a while now but while me and my dad were out we heard on the radio that Lindsay Honda had a special with 0% interest going on. I knew I wanted a blue 2 door Civic but the only one on the lot had leather seats which I did not want, and was more expensive than I wanted. (I'm VERY picky when it comes to what I want in a car) Dwight said "well I know something you don't know, we have another lot and I might have one" So he checked and sure enough 8 days ago they had gotten one in. I was the 1st to test drive it, and went home with it (2012 Dyno Blue Civic EX Coupe) that night. I had originally planned on taking my Cougar in for a trade in the next day, but after cleaning it out and heading over to the dealer with my title had second thoughts about getting rid of it. So we asked Dwight if instead I could put cash down and he arranged for me to pay cash for what they offered for the car. I am VERY happy with my Civic, and VERY happy I bought it from Lindsay Honda, and have already recommended them to others. I plan on not needing a new car for a VERY long time, but when the time comes, I already know where to go.

I was nervous about visiting a dealership and considering buying a car. I hadn't done it in over a decade. However, after sitting with Mr. Shedlock for a few minutes, I felt much more at ease. He went to work having my car appraised and had the car I wanted to test cooled off and ready to go!(hot day) I wasn't sure I'd get much for my trade, probably because I thought car salespeople/dealerships were only seeing how much they'd have to give me for it. I was very happy with the offer they gave-it was very fair! Mr. Shedlock explained my financing options to me and I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. Again, preconceived ideas had me fearing the worst. Buying my Honda (which I adore!!) from Lindsay Honda was not a hard decision at all! And what a relief to meet so many nice, helpful people in one place. I'm so sorry but I can't remember the name of the finance guy I worked with but he also was great! On top of all of that, the entire process took much less time than I expected. It was easy and fast but not rushed. A++Thank you all so much!!!

My name is John New, I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from Lindsey Honda and declined the Extended Warranty when the salesman asked me if I wanted it. However, it was put into the loan and I didn't realize it, that was my fault, shame on them though for doing so when I declined it to the salesman. They then told me I could cancel the extended warranty since I didn't want it, I did, they had me sign a paper cancelling it, however the price of the extended warranty was $2300, and it was rolled into my loan. Since I cancelled the extended warranty within three weeks of purchasing the vehicle, and since the amount of the extended warranty was financed into my loan and they refused to rework the financing, I would expect to be reimbursed (less the three weeks) the $2300. Otherwise, I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE I DO NOT HAVE AND DID NOT WANT, ONCE I DISCOVERED THIS AND CANCELLED IT, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED THE MONEY SINCE IT'S INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL LOAN AND I'M PAYING FOR IT.. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED THE MONEY. To add insult to injury, the price on the winshield of the truck said $18,899, the price on the windshield is what drew me to that truck, it's why we pulled into the lot, it was parked out front in a row of other vehicles marked down as well, the sign on each end of that row said "Discount Row"....in fact, they charged me the original sticker price. Close to $20,000. Yes, I should have caught this too, but I thought my interest rate put the total loan to where it was, it was only a few weeks later when my friend started questioning these things and looked at the loan papers and saw what happened that I realized this. I admit I was not too bright, I'd only ever purchased one car off of a lot before, but shame on them for pulling a couple of fast ones. Honda East was an excellent dealership, Lindsey Honda (who purchased them) are as crooked as the day is long in summer. I would never purchase another vehicle from them. For the record, another dealership told me about this web site. My next step is to file a complaint with the attorney general.

One of the things that impressed us about Dwight, and even the sales manager, was their attitude toward our reason for being there. After a test drive and vehicle overview, we mentioned that we needed to go over to Toyota next door to do a test of a comparable vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not try to keep us there, and they just said, "I hope you come back." We actually did come back, and that level of service and attitude continued. Even though it was late at night, the crew was still in a good mood, even thought our mood was getting worse. The follow through was good, as was their willingness to negotiate with us to get the numbers where we needed them. I was surprised there was no fuel in the vehicle when we left, but an immediate u-turn and asking they drive the vehicle down to the BP to fill it up was met with only a little frustration on the service people's end. Dwight offered his assistance, and we feel like he went the extra mile for us and will continue to do so over the next week, as we learn about our new vehicle.

I don't shop cars often, ha! so my experience was excellent! They provided me great service and made me feel comfortable during the whole process without any pressure (ask for Jim Willis, he's the best!). A great place of work for them, as they seem to enjoy what they do. I highly recomend to at least stop and check them out.

Our experience with Lindsay Honda was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. We had been to a lot of dealerships and were fortunate enough to walk in and meet Dwight Allred. Dwight was in no hurry to rush us out to get to a more serious customer. There were no high pressure sales. He took the time to guide us through the process and answer all of our questions. When the sale was final Dwight didn't run to make another sale, instead he came and sat in our new car with us to explain all the features and help us set up and personalize all the settings (for at least an hour). I cannot recommend Dwight highly enough.

We started our search on Autotrader.com Once we'd narrowed our choices down, we took off to see cars in person. Our first stop was Lindsay Honda. Henry Gober came out to greet us. He was wonderful. Answered questions and encouraged us to look around. No pressure whatsoever. We didn't test drive that day. We went on to look at the other cars on our list.While there was another that may have worked equally as well, it was Henry's laid-back approach that made us decided to return to Lindsay Honda to discuss what we could do. The process was smooth, the entire staff accommodating. We cannot express fully enough how much we appreciated the efforts of all we came into contact with. Dontay has always went beyond just being a sales person, I consider him a good friend. The dealership always make youfeel welcome and always try to assist in any way possible. I gave the rating I did beacause it was a GREAT experience! EVERYONE, especially Mark and Shanda made my wife and I feel very welcome AND comfortable. We had filed chapter 13 and were told to go to Lindsay. GOOOOOOD advice! Got a very good vehicle for the RIGHT price! We were not looked "down upon" because of our situation. I think they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure we were treated like we had LOTS of money, like regular customers. No pressure, VERY friendly atmosphere, they even had food! They are SO good, our price actually was REDUCED while clearing up all the little details that go with buying a vehicle! This relates to the service I had getting the window visors on my new Civic. They were actually quicker than I was told. However, I saw my car being pulled out of the garage and ready about 10 AM. I even told them that I saw it. I waited another 30 minutes before I was told it was ready. I am not sure why, but I do not see any reason, there were no charges, and if it takes that long to do the paper work, then your process needs to be reviewed. I do want to say that Sam, my sales rep was great. I will definately recommend him.

Very helpfully staff there. Not afraid to steer you to a new vehicle and still keep it in your price range. Even their management and loan supervisors were extremely nice and helpful. I walked out of there with a smile rather than feeling exhausted over the car buying process. Obviously they want you to leave with a car but they are willing to help make it easy for you. They let you know that the customer really IS right. Great guys and I would buy from them again in the future

We really enjoyed working with Donna. She was patient with us as we asked about the different models LX, EX, EX-L. While we had a trade-in, we were still hoping that the price and our cost per month would have dropped a little more. Everything was very good, but it did take almost 4 hours for the whole process. I went in Saturday the 21 of January to look at a used truck I saw online. It started by emailing a man named Derrick (very nice person)he told me Michael would email me, he never did. When I came out there and found Michael he had me and my daughter sit in the waiting area...I really think he was working with several people at on time. I had no personal service no contact with him except to sell me the truck. After buying the truck I really wished I would not have because this man got paid and really did not do anything, there was how ever a man and I think his name was Paul Campbell and he talked to us and made us fell welcome and comfortable. Then to top it all off I left some personal stuff in the vehicle and emailed Micheal Saturday night and asked him to get it out for me and I will picked it up when I dropped the title off Tuesday and when I got there no stuff and no Michael. The sales manager told me my old van was at Toyota being serviced to go there and get my stuff when I got there they knew nothing about it. Now a little upset I go back to your sales staff and who steps up and ask if something was wrong this gentleman named Paul, he made a couple of calls and my van was at another lot of you guys and I had to go there....I like my truck but really wish this other gentleman would have been my sales person, he might not have sold me the truck but he sure was the one who took care of us while we were there...

The Lindsay Honda experience was good. Russ was very helpful in tracking down info on the car/cars I was considering. I appreciated that they didn't push too hard on the day that I came in to 'browse'. There was a little 'nudge', but I can't think of any dealership that wouldn't. What I hate is when dealerships almost trap you in their showroom or office and won't let you leave when you really have NO intent on buying that day, so I appreciated Lindsay's ability to give me the info and pricing and let me go home to evaluate. I only had two issues. The first was the length of time it took to get the paperwork drawn up. I know the end of the year is busy, but I waited almost 3 hours before my paperwork was done and I sat with a couple who had been waiting for 5+ hours. Even on the busiest days of the year I find that pretty tough to swallow. Secondly, the agreed on price was not what the final paperwork showed. It was something of $70 higher than what I said I was willing to pay. It was 'chalked up' to a miscalculation in tax, but that seems a bit underhanded to me.Overall my experience was decent and would probably recommend Lindsay to others.

I would recommend this dealership but not the salesman I dealt with. he seemed uninterested in me as a customer. I realize that you are there to sell but purchasing a car is the second largest purchase people make in life. I don't think a little cusomter service is too much to ask for. In fact, he also lied to me on a few occasions which is very disappointing. He also did not communicate with his own staff very well. The finance person I dealt with was also surprised by a few things I was told by my sales rep. I originally dealt with Derek over the phone and he was great. Paul, however was a typical car salesman. In taking the time to write this review, I hope Paul learns that he should not judge his customers in any way. I am thoroughly disappointed by his customer service skills. Being a sales representative myself, I have a higher standard for customer service. Sales reps like Paul are the reason we get a bad name. Hopefully Paul will learn from this review and work on his skills as a sales rep. If he worked in my industry and maintained the attitude he had, he wouldnt have a job for very long.

I bought a brand new Honda Fit back in 2008. Since then I have had nothing but problems with my car and this dealership. Since purchasing my car I've had to take it back to get repairs on the wiper blades, a leak in the roof, the inside of my car freezing over one winter, and my carpets peeling up. Every time I've had to deal with their service department the experience has been less than pleasant. My current problem with this dealership is that the passenger side carpet in my car is peeling up for the second time! I was told they will not help me with this issue because the reason my carpet is peeling up is due to the passengers riding in my car. I can say that in the 27 yrs I've been alive I have never seen a carpet peel up in a car that was not in a flood.In addition to those problems they screwed up the financing on my car and have lied to me about routine services such as replacing a cabin air filter. The service rep at Lindsay Honda told me it would be over $100 to replace my cabin filter because they had to remove my engine to get to it.Mr. Tire replaced it for $40 and told me the correct procedure of removing the glovebox to get to it without me even asking.

Got my oil changed in their service department this morning, when I asked the service rep how the air filter looked, he informed me that it wasn't part of the service. (LOL) I went and talked to the service manager, he said that it was part of the service and that from looking at my paper work the air filter was fine. My paper work also says that my fluid levels were topped off. This is what I found when I got home. Had to put a 1/4 jug of window washer fluid in it to top it off.The air filter was so black that I couldn't touch it with out getting my hands dirty. Went back to show it to their service manager, he said it was fine, no reason to change it. Profile pic shows the old and new filter. This is the third time we have had trouble with their service department under this manager. Good thing he doesn't work for me, because I would fire his sorry butt. I almost feel like I need to crawl under my car just too see if their really is a new oil filter on it, and that my oil really was changed. Sure do hope that I'm not being lied to again. I got this car new from the Lindsay dealership in 2007, going to get a new one in 2012, but it won't be from Lindsey Honda, they really do have bad customer service.

Mark Sutherland was a great sales person - I phoned initially to get some quote information - he responded very timely with figures, facts and asked to schedule an appointment with me. He was very knowledgeable about vehicle options that would fit within my price guidance. In person, he was very professional and personable - and NOT pushy or pressuring at all. Mark's professsionalism and knwledge was extremely helpful.....he responded promptly to my phone calls and emails throughout the vehicle-shopping experience. Mark ROCKS! You have a great sales person!!!

Overall, I give Russ Stillwagon along with the entire team at Lindsay Honda a 10/10. I purchased a Honda Civic for an exceptional price in a non-pressured environment which made me feel comfortable in the purchase. The team was friendly, quick and extremely easy to work with. I would recommend Lindsay Honda to anyone.

Jim was very helpful to me when I was doing a trade in on my vehicle. I just wish that I wasn't felt so rushed into purchasing the vehicle. I also wish that Honda would have had a bigger selection of used vehicles that may have been a little less expensive.

I arrived to Lindsay Honda in order to purchase new vehicle for my expanding family. The reason I choose Lindsay was the reviews I read and because they're family owned business. Paul greeted us when we arrived and was very, very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. After test driving 2012 civic and 2011 CR-V I decided that the CR-V would be the best solution for my family. Once the decision was made Paul was amazing in getting us the best possible price and best financing available. I arrived to the dealership after 4pm on Saturday and was out at 7pm before closing with my new car. All the stuff was really friendly and made me feel at home. Dontay provided the ultimate in customer service. I visited this dealeship 1 time prior to the date of purchase of my new Honda Accord. It is because of the relationship built with Dontay during the first visit that I was willing to do this on my next trip to Columbus from Twinsburg. He is extremely knowledgable, a great listener and customer focused. I highly recommend him, this dealership and Honda.

Price was fair. Trade-in was fairly priced. 0% financing was a nice offer. Service offer good too. Nice and knowledgeable people. Everything was handled nicely. John made sure we were happy with everything. Well run dealership overall. Financing person was good too. Nothing wrong with the car a week later. Everybody did their job and more.

I've purchased three new and one used vehicles from Lindsay Honda. I generally shop all dealers in the city, and know what the going rate for a vehicle is. Lindsay gives me great deals on the vehicles. You can't go wrong with a Honda. The staff is generally nice to work with.However, I've had some issues with their service department. The last two times I've been there, I've had to go back immediately because things were not right. In once instance, my tire was completely flat. While they did fix it upon my return, they didn't initially take responsibility until they checked it out. The other time, they hadn't balanced my tires and my van was shaking all over the place. Generally when things have gone wrong in the past, they'll give me a free oil change the next time I'm in, but the last two times when things were very wrong, they didn't.Nevertheless, I still consider them a good dealer in the city and appreciate all that they do for the community. I also respect them for allowing their business to close on Sundays.

WE CONTACTED BRAD HANSEL VIA PHONE FOR A "BALL-PARK" FIGURE ON A 2011 HONDA ODYSSEY TOURING ELITE TO INCLUDE A TRADE IN OF A 2010 HONDA ODYSSEY TOURING. WE NEDED TO SEE IF THE PRICE WOULD EVEN BE IN OUR "BALL-PARK" WITHOUT WASTING A LOT OF OUR TIME OR THAT OF BRAD'S. WE CONTACTED A FEW DIFFERENT DEALERS BUT BRAD WAS THE ONLY ONE TO AT LEAST GIVE US A FIGURE THAT WE COULD WORK WITH. OTHER DEALERS INDICATED IT WAS NECESSARY FOR US TO COME TO THEM, BRING OUR VEHICLE,ETC. ETC. ETC. WE THEN MET WITH BRAD AND MADE A DEAL WITHIN AN HOUR. NO PRESSURE, NO GAMES. Loved the "no pressure" salesman. Paul Campbell was very helpful and friendly. He met us in the parking lot, introduced himself and let us look on our own. Didn't feel stalked like at John Hinder Honda in Newark. ( terrible pressure). Love the Accord. We Would defiantly go back to Lindsay Honda.

Well, I was there for 4 hours, a little much. Reggie was busy but did his best to juggle everything. Hind sight is 20/20, I wish I had asked more detailed questions. When I realized that I didn't fully understand the finance document and the numbers(after the fact), Matt took the time to make sure I understood the pricing breakdown thoroughly and I appreciate that. Once he faxed me a copy of the buyers order it all made sense. Overall this was a good experience, the guys were personable and attentive. I do love the car and am happy with the purchase.

The team at Lindsay Honda was great! While it was a little bit of a wait (it was a Saturday afternoon after all), Jack and the rest of the service staff were awesome. While I was waiting, Jack gave me the opportunity to play with some of the features in my new car. All in all, it was a great experience and the price of my car was incredible. No other dealer within a reasonable difference could touch the price.

My contact with Lindsay Honda began over the internet, entering my email address for a trade-in credit voucher. By the next morning, I had received an email from Mr. Chuck Hawley. I responded to his email, sharing my story and my desire to trade-in my Civic Coupe for an Accord Sedan. From there, we continued to communicate through email and I spoke with him a few time overs the phone. He was very responsive to my wishes. By the next morning, he called to tell me that the loan was approved with Honda Financial Services (who, by the way, really do take care of their loyal customers - very highly recommended) before I had taken my first step at the dealership. I scheduled an appointment with Chuck to pick out the color, take a test-drive and sign on the dotted line. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Chuck and the team at Lindsay Honda.

This is my third car purchased from the dealer. They helped me out back when i was coming off a bankruptcy and treated me like a real person. the dealer did every thing in there power to meet our needs, and went above and beyond to do so. we returned to the dealership do to the exceptional costomer service that they showed when other dealers wouldn't. I will return to the dealer when im in need of our next purchase.

I had a very good experience buying my new Honda CRV. I live far from the dealership and was able to get all the information that I needed to make my descision over the phone with John. Wow.Where do I begin? For starters, I absolutely despise buying a car. This is mainly due to my past experience. It makes my skin crawl just thinking about entering the buying process, dealing with all the back and forth hassle with the sales/sales manager and then getting in front of the finance departmentI cant believe Im saying this but Lindsay Honda was the BEST buying experience Ive ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, no pushy tactics, easy trade-in process, open to listening to our needs/wants. Unreal actually. Reggie was hands down, the BEST car buying consultant Ive ever dealt with. I first heard of Lindsay Honda on a Christian radio station - one reason I chose to come to this dealer, and I couldn't have been more impressed. We are expecting our first child in several months and wanted a car that was safe and reliable. As soon as Ed heard what we were looking for and why, he was on a mission to find us the best car availabile, and within the price range we needed to stay within. Ed was honest, caring and most importantly, made me feel like the safety of our family was just important to him as it was to us. I felt very blessed to have met Ed, and would recommend Lindsay Honda and Ed Kane to anyone who might be looking for a great car. Every aspect of the process exceeded my expectations, including Pete, the Business Manager, who walked through all the paperwork with me. I think we've found a dealer and salesman we'll stick with forever. Great team. Great place.

They pretty much beat the lowest price I could find. Not a lot of haggling over price once I brought in written offers from other dealers (from internet sites). Everyone was very friendly. Only one thing bothered me: the inside of the car I bought was not very clean. It was obvious that they had not wiped off any of the interior. The outside was immaculate however. A very small point but when you drive off the lot in a brand new car it should be spotless inside and out. I would most certainly buy from this dealership again. Overall a very good experience.

Overall I had a good experience at Lindsay Honda while buying the car. After I bought the car however it became a bit of a headache. I had to take an hour and half to come and get a new key for the car which was a hassle. But I guess they were nice enough to give me a key which I'm sure was valued at several hundred dollars. And the car I bought, 2008 Honda Civic, had several cigarette burns on the seats. they promised to fix them but it took three weeks and many phone calls to finally repair the seats. Which looked brand new after "We can fix that" upholstery care came out to my house.

John Przybyl and Lindsay Honda definitely understand Customer Service. I called Lindsay Honda last week about a new model of cars being released looking for information and was transfered to John. He didn't have the answer right away (not surprising since they weren't released until this week), but he called me back with an hour with what information he could get. I really expected to never hear from him again since that's been my experience in the past when searching for a car. Not only did he call me back as soon as the cars were in, he made sure to give me his cell # and that I was given as much information on the voicemail he left as possible. It wasn't just "Hi this is John, I have info on the new Civic, call me back". He let me know which models were in and available for test drive in addition to how many he had and what times to call him. When I arrived at the dealership and met John, I felt very comfortable with him. There was no pressure to buy, just someone who was honestly enthusiastic about the cars he sells and the new line coming out. He made sure to point out features that are important when buying a car, not just the latest and greatest technology ones or the flashy things. Lindsay Honda and John gave me a great deal on my trade in and the financing couldn't have been easier. The finance guy (I can't remember his name) was also very friendly and personable. To be truthful everyone I dealt with was nice and put me at ease. I've been to some dealers where it seems like a shark tank and if you're dealing with someone else, they don't even look at you. Lindsay's salespeople were nice, asked me if I needed anything to drink while waiting on John while he was getting the trade information and everything. I was very impressed.Another thing I was impressed with was how little time it took. I arrived at 4:00pm and was done by 6:30pm and this included test drive, trade evaluation and everything. I was honestly expecting to be there much longer. To sum it all up, my experience was wonderful as John seemed to be honestly friendly, enthusiastic and was very helpful throughout the entire process.

When my husband and I walked into the dealership Reginald greeted us and wanted to know exactly what we wanted. My husband explained we really weren't in a hurry to buy a vehicle and he still took the time with us even though there were many customers waiting. We went on a test drive and it was closing time and Reginald was very patient and was only concerned that he answered all our questions.We never felt hurried. Before we left we met the manager and wanted to be sure our needs were attended to. We left knowing we would buy from Reginald. He emailed us that night and called us the next day to make sure we didn't have any questions. After we did our homework we contacted Reginald and within a couple days of our original contact we bought a vehicle from him.

Reggie got me in and out in a couple of hours. He got me into the car I wanted with a payment that I could afford. The customer service was excellent!!! I will go back to this dealership in the future because they listened to what I needed and delivered much more than that.

Pam was great. She was very informative and very helpful.The only issue I had was that I was there for a while before I got someone to help me. I stood inside for a while and no one asked if I needed help. I went outside and looked at cars for a while thinking a sales person would come out and ask if I needed help but no one did. There isn't a place (reception/counter) area to go to ask for help and everyone was busy with either a customer or doing something on their computer. Finally Pam asked if she could help me and she was very efficient and helped me with exactly what I wanted. But just so you know I was giving it one more minute and then I was going to leave.

This was my best car buying experience in my 47 ears of driving. Dontay was very helpful and patient as we took our time deciding if the 2011 Odyssey. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and was always very straight with us. Their pricing was straightforward without any gimmicks. They honored their promise to match their competitor's price without hesitation.Tim Smith in service took care of adding some accessories and correcting a minor assembly flaw. The service process was prompt and efficient and they sent a shuttle to pick me up at home when the car was ready.

Our salesman at Lindsay Honda went out of the way to find the car I wanted before the 0% financing ended. He actually drove to PA himself to pick up my car! He ended up driving back and hit lake effect snow, therefore slowing down his trip. All along the process he kept us updated with phone calls as to the status of our car. So far we've been very pleased with the experience.

Can't believe how easy the whole process was. Got exactly what I wanted - price, car, no hassle, trade in value. I couldn't believe that the very first offer was the offer that I walked away with - that's how great it was! Worked with Dave first - he was very helpful, not pushy, informative and very easy to work with. He told us about the car, and didn't make us feel bad for leaving to go test drive another (Ford Fiesta) We came back at 6pm, and even though he was working with another buyer, he made us feel like we were important to him and wanted to make sure that someone helped us with everything we needed. That's when we met Lisa, who finished out the sale. She was just as wonderful - and made the rest of the process effortless. I felt very comfortable with her and we even spoke on Monday after the sale, just to make sure everything was going ok. Thank you so much Honda! My overall experience with Lindsay Honda was wonderful. From the moment we walked into the dealership, everyone was friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Honestly walking in on Thursday I wasn't quite expecting to walk out with a new vehicle, but with barriers being removed left and right by the staff, this soon went from a pipe dream to a reality. I've enjoyed driving my new Civic, and would recommend using Lindsay Honda and Nathan to those searching for a vehicle. Entire sales staff was very attentive to my questions, needs, and expectations. When the initial deal did not work within my expectations and price point, both Dontay and Ernie worked together to deliver options and worked within my budget and needs. When we finally agreed on a payment plan, they did not have the vehicle in any of the colors my wife liked. Ernie was able to bring the price down on the next model up with a minimal increase in monthly payment. Entire staff was friendly and inviting, continually offering refreshments. Would have been a perfect experience if they would have mentioned the stadium seating they had in the other room. Would have made my pregnant wife more comfortable, as we were there four hours.

I had a great experience buying a new Odyssey from Lindsay Honda. Dwight (sales) was very thorough in answering questions and showing us the car features. I never felt any pressure. I don't think I could have gotten a better deal anywhere; and I know I couldn't find a better group of folks to work with!

The process from start to finish was very well handled by all Lindsay employees. Dontay was very professional. I had my daughter looking at a Civic and she decided somewhat unexpectedly that she'd rather have an SUV so would just keep her existing car till that was a possibility. I called Dontay to say "thanks but no thatnks" and he asked me to stop by. A long visit later and my wife had a new car (2011 Civic), and my daughter was in the SUV she wanted (CRV). Thanks for a nice transaction start to finish.

On February 27th, I looked up and printed off the value of my 2008 Honda Accord from Kelly Blue Book. I also printed off the information of the fair purchase price for a new Accord. Then I noticed the financing offer from Honda. I ran the numbers and thought it was a no brainer. I called Joe on Monday the 28th in the afternoon and set up an appointment that night. I got there by 7:30p.m. and drove away in my new car by 10:00. They honored the prices I proposed and may have been even better. Joe was very informative about the car and answered any questions I had. I drove away feeling that I had received a fair deal and a quality car. This is the 2nd car I bought in a row from this dealership and will return again when needed. I will recommend this dealership to others.

I chose Lindsay Honda because of their reputation. I was greeted by Dontay as soon as I entered the dealership. He was friendly, helpful, honest and upfront with me. I was very comfortable asking questions, and being upfront and honest with him. Dontay was knowledgable about the vehicle (I have had sales people at other dealerships who were not, and had to go ask someone else). Everyone else in the dealership were friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I feel I received a fair price for my trade in and I received a good deal on my purchase.

Paul was a delight to work with. He provided me with good options to look at even though it was difficult with such specific criteria. He found a car I love to drive... can't beat that! This was the sixth and seventh purchase we have made at Lindsey over the years, and it was by far the least time consuming and stress-free vehichle purchase we have ever made, anywhere! Lisa did a great job of determining our needs and narrowing our choices down before we even arrives. All we did was take the CR-V's for a test drive to make sure we liked them, did the paperwork, and picked the cars up when they were ready! My husband and I have bought 8 cars between the two of us and have never met a more honest, un-pressured, informed and fair salesman in all of previous experiences with other dealerships. Even though the purpose of my visit was to service my 2007 Odyssey, I ended up buying a new 2011 Odyssey. Lisa was very professional and was not pushy in any way. It was just a casual conversation and within couple of hours she came back with an offer i could not refuse. Having dealt with another honda deal for the purchase of my 2007 Odyssey, the service and support from Lindsay is much better, I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle or service center.

I initially started my relations with Lindsay Honda via an email search. Within an hour, Dave contacted me by phone and left a message. I called him back and explained what I was interested in. We had about a 45 minute conversation about the current Honda offers, and the different models I was interested in. I was extremely impressed with Dave's knowledge AND the fact that he was not pushy in any way. I had been looking at other cars (specifically Hyundai - because it was currently what I was driving, and also Nissan). Dave did not undermine these manufacturers in any way. We made an appt. to meet on 12/27 so I could look at CRV's. In doing my on line search, I was initially interested in the 2010 models left, and told him which ones to have ready for me. A friend had recently purchased a vehicle from Lindsay, and called John Ross for me. He was waiting at the door to introduce me to Dave, and said he would work with me on the "family & friends" pricing. A friend was there to offer "moral support" thru this process for me. Dave showed us the 2010 models I was interested in, explained features in more detail than I've ever experienced when buying a car, and allowed us to drive the vehicle for a while on our own to experience it without any pressure from him. My friend and I both decided to purchase 2011 CRV SE models. Both Dave and John were accomodating thru the process to get us exactly what we wanted at great prices. I've been extremely impressed so far with Lindsay Honda and have recommended Dave and John to friend already.

My experience at Lindsay was exceptional. Chuck Hawley could not have been more helpful. This is the first time purchasing a new vehicle where the salesperson explained each and every feature of the auto. Very thorough. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

My experience at Lindsay Honda exceeded my expectations and past experiences when purchasing a vehicle. I didn't expect to be treated so well. Dwight was very nice and honost with me. He explained everything to my understanding and answered all my questions. He treated me with respect and like he really wanted to help me. He took the time to sit with me in my new car and explained how everything worked so that I felt confident driving off the lot. He even gave me a follow up call the next morning to make sure that I didn't have any more questions. I tell everyone about the wonderful experience I had at Lindsay Honda and what a great guy that Dwight was.

Obviously with a Honda, there isn't much to worry about with product, so for me it's all about the service and the price. Our salesman Dwight Allred was everything that you could hope for in a consultant. I had to bring my 3 small children to the dealership, and select the vehicle that I thought my wife would enjoy while she was stuck at work. Dwight was very patient with me, and with my kids, who tend to be restless after a little bit of time.We worked up a deal on the vehicle that I thought was perfect, only to have my wife show up and say she wanted the next level up. This was extra work and extra time for Dwight, and I did not feel that he minded at all to get us into the vehicle that was best for us. He was extremely courteous, knowledgable, and easy to work with. I felt that he was a great advocate for both the dealership and the consumer and got us a great product for a great price.I would definitely recommend Dwight to anyone who is looking for a new Honda.Brian, Lewis Center, OH

I went to three Honda Dealerships.Now I know I can skip the other two, and head straight over to Lindsay Honda.This is a honest company, that gives a great price for new purchases, and fair market value for trade-ins. Unlike two of their competitors.I can honestly say that I saved between $2800.00 and $3000.00 by going to Lindsay Honda.I didn't have to play the "sales game" or deal with the "sales tactics." It was easy for me to see what the other two dealerships were attempting to do. I feel sorry for people that were not as well prepared as I was.Word of mouth is pretty powerful, and I have been sharing my story about all three dealerships with friends and co-workers. I will definitely recommend Lindsay Honda to anyone. And especially Chuck Hawley. He's the perfect no-pressure, honest salesman.
