Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They treated us more like family than customers. I cannot think of even a small incident that was negative. I also enjoyed the way they worked together to make sure your experience was pleasant and seamless. They took time to explain not only the process but about points I needed to know about the car. I have been at other dealerships that I enjoyed but none came up to what we experienced at Lighthouse. Thanks.

We bought my husbands truck here two years ago and were impressed by the service, particularly that of Trevor Vaughan. When we decided it was time to trade our Jeep there was no question where we wanted to go. We were not disappointed. Trevor took care of us as if we were family. Everyone in the place made sure they said hello and congratulated us on our purchase. We feel we got a really good deal, as Trevor made sure we received all the "perks" available. We will return when it's time for a replacement to our beautiful 2019 Denali Arcadia. We love our car!

This was perhaps one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. I was an out of state buyer and the folks there could not have been more helpful. I was assigned Dan Vollmer as the sales person. He went above and above beyond in terms of service and assistance. He put the vehicle on hold until I could make my way up to the dealership to see it. At my request he took the vehicle to an independent auto shop so I could get a third party inspection of the vehicle. He arranged for the vehicle to be placed on a lift in the garage for further inspection, got the diagnostics people to hook up a computer to verify the odometer against the car's master computer. After the deal was complete he made arrangements to store the car in-doors until an auto transporter could pick it up. He took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me so that I had proof of the condition of the vehicle before it got on the transporter. Jim in finance did the financial side of the deal in a very pleasant and straight forward manner. He did a very thorough job of explaining each document and explaining what I would need to do to register and title the car in my home state. Even though I am an out-of-state buyer I would DEFINITELY consider Lighthouse Buick GMC for my next vehicle purchase. They have my highest recommendation and complete confidence in their service.

Great experience here at Lighthouse! I had the opportunity to work with Keith Edelman. I explained to Keith I was on a time crunch due to working third shift. He worked diligently to locate the vehicle I was looking to purchase, get it cleaned and prepped for a test drive. He had me in and out quickly. Best car buying experience ever! We saw a used vehicle they had and made our deal online and over the phone. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jon. He was so nice and just seemed like such genuine person. He went over so many things with us about the car. He was so knowledgeable and even knew tow ratings for our used vehicle and was able to tell us what year they changed on our particular model. I have bought brand new cars before and asked about features just to have the salesperson tell me that I could find it in the manual.Jon went through programming OnStar and linked our phones for us as well as putting on our new plates in the windy cold weather. He stressed how important it is to them at Lighthouse Buick GMC to make us feel great about our choice in choosing them. They are proud to have repeat customers and generations of families who purchase their vehicles from them. At no time did we ever feel pressured, even when we dealt with Matt to go over warranty options. He also was so easy to be around. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. He even recommended a great place to eat since we were starving by the time we were heading out.We have told so many people about what a nice experience we had there.Having that no pressure sales approach and genuinely friendly people is what will bring us back here again.
