I dealt with David Kaplan in purchasing my new to me 2012 Ram 1500. David worked to give me as many options to fit the purchase within my budget. I would recommend Lia Dodge to anyone looking for a dealer with a larger inventory to choose from, both new and used.

Bought a brand new Ram 1500. First oil change and they put the wrong filter on. Service Manager is nice but his staff does not call back as promised. Truck makes a very obvious knock/tick and the staff tells me that it is normal. It didn't sound like that when I bought it. I have been pretty disappointed with the truck and the lack of confidence is only compounded by what seems to be staff that just doesn't care. This is my last Dodge and my last Lia experience.

I had a relative buy his truck from Vincent Notaro and he had a great experiance so i decided to buy a new car also.I went here looking for a rare color car and even though they did not have one in stock, Vincent Notaro went out of his way to locate me one. After that dealer said no, he continued to look and i ot that call they found it. 2 days later i had my car and i could not of asked for a better experiance. From the first call to the final delivery, Vin was very pleasant and straight forward. Always a pleasure to deal with him. highly recommend him as a sales go to guy !!!!

I read through some of the reviews and people get cranky about the numbers. They get cranky, because they don't understand numbers. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted....I know we got a great deal...John was a magician with the numbers ;) and Fred was very patient with us....Thanks Lia!

Had a very bad customer service issue with this dealership, would not buy from them again. Purchased a Buick encore from them and when I picked up the car the had two different tires on it ,said it was ok ,didn't want to change it ,got it home took it to my tire shop in town they said you cant have 2 different tires and treads on a all wheel drive had it changed sent the bill to them, they argued about it but paid it a week later, two weeks after I bought the car the oil light came on and they said I would have to bring it in so they could look at it, explained I live 2 hrs away they said if i didnt want to come in they would not pay to get the oil changed by a buick dealer. so I payed for it myself. they messed up all my paper work so I couldn't even register the car for 1 week. this dealership has no customer service, all they care about is the $$$ you buy the car from them and after that your on your own, they treat their customers like dirt. that is why im giving them a bad review

Service is their business and they failed miserably !! I went on a Friday to lease a new jeep and my salesman Steve said to come back Saturday....no jeep on Saturday...no jeep on Monday...so onTuesday I made an appointment to meet with Steve at 7pm and pick up my jeep. My elderly parents joined me and we drove over an hour to sign the paperwork only to discover that Steve was in the middle of another sale ...while the rest of the salesmen were hanging out around the back desk chatting away amongst themselves. A good hour goes by and when I tell the receptionist I want to cancel my deal, the manager and Amber the if nance manager rush over to smooth things over. And when I explain to them that we have been waiting an hour, she tells us she can do the paperwork !!!! Really ?? No thank you...obviously they were thinking they had my money in their pocket and needed to make one more sale that night ......... Such a waste of my time....last thing I wanted was to give them my hard earned money.

Went in and made a deal on a used car. It needed a few items repaired before it could be picked up. 3 days later and much back and forth and they decide it needs too much work to sell to us. Tell us come on in we will find something we can make work for you. Take the time to drive there, and this is not at all close to where we live or work only to be offered $500 off anything on the lot as their concession for pulling out of the deal. I can get $500 off any car on your lot anyway. This is not a concession or a way to win our business this is an insult.

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart Saturday, 7/19/2014 and I couldn't be any more happy!! Dylan, my Salesman, Amber, the Business Manager, and Joe DiCarmine, the General Manager, were extremely nice, answered every question I could come up with and made my entire experience a delight. I was up in the air about buying vs. leasing and they laid out every option to a tee. They took care of anything and everything. I didn't have to do anything but sign my name. Today, I had to utilize the Service Center. I made an appointment for 3:30, arrived around 3:15 and was waited on as soon as I arrived. Tim Reardon, one of Service Advisors, made sure I knew exactly what was going on every second I was there! These four people, coupled with the rest of the outstanding staff and gorgeous new facility, have a customer for years to come!!

Lia Chrysler on Central Ave in Schenectady, NY was a pleasure to deal with. I was a tough customer and they went beyond the extra mile to find me the vehicle I wanted, at a price I could afford. They honestly worked very hard to make me happy! I met at least six of their associates, and everyone was very friendly. My salesperson, Dylan, treated me like I was his top priority. And the other salespeople, staff, and finance associates also helped to make this the best car buying experience I have ever had! And if anyone reading this is a little skeptical, like me, I did not purchase an expensive vehicle. It wasn't all about the sale, it was all about great customer service!

I was told the car was one color and it turned out to be a different color. was also told car was in great shape, not!!! smelled like an ashtray with burn holes in the front and back seat, the engine was covered with oil with puddles. very disappointed. wasted my time.

Ive had my jeep wrangler serviced at Lia Jeep multiple times. This past time i had a terrible experience. dropped it off to have a soft top installed. It wasn't finished on time and had to leave it overnight. The following day i called at 1:14, they said it was being worked on and should be done shortly. waited another 3 hours and still didnt hear from them. finally had to call them at 4:55, five minutes before they closed to find out what was going on. come to find out it was finished hours ago and was never contacted. when i picked up my jeep asked if anyone could show me how to work my newly installed soft top and it was like pulling teeth from the salesmen. no one wanted to help and i was aked if i recieved a cd for instructions. i was astonished, just spent $2,000 on a soft top, installation, and a 60,000 mile service and was treated very poorly. never going back.

My wife and I just leased a 2013 Jeep Patriot from Lia CJDR and we could not have been happier with our experience. The GM, Jeff, was so helpful! We told him what we were looking for (a smaller sized SUV with great gas mileage) and he made a few suggestions. Even with trading in our old car, the paperwork and the process was quick and seamless. They are NOT your average car dealership staff. Nobody was pushy, everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning and will recommend the dealership to anyone who asks. They took a typically stressful situation and made it easier than I could have imagined.

Terrible service.. Bought Jeep a month ago and has been in 4 times. Had a screaming match with the finance manager and he told us we could go somewhere else. Sold us the Jeep with out the Dvd player working, passenger side window has a mind of its own and they tell us its a sensor when I know the window switch needs replacement. Many other issues as well. From start to finish worst experience buying a car in my life. Would not recommend anyone to buy a car there..
