FINALLY I received a call back. As I suspected, I was LIED to about the extended warranty coverage. I received 40,000 additional miles in coverage instead of the 60,000 additional miles that I was told that I was receiving for the $2550 that I paid. Please READ ALL documents before you sign once and they tap that Tablet duplicating your signature on all of the pages. Just be careful. I will moving forward. Update I called the phone number listed as the number to contact last week Monday. I was transferred to the finance manager where I left a message and still have not received a call back. Still NO resolution. I purchased my Lexus on May. Be sure to Read Carefully. I purchased an Extended Warranty. I was informed that it would be 60,000 miles from my current 29,037 miles, that would be until 89,037 But when I received the paperwork in the mail; the Warranty ends when my car reaches 70,000. I spent $2500 for a Warranty that doesn't cover what I was told that it would.

Beautiful place to buy a car and wonderful personnel to talk to...and that's where the buying experience ends or should. The product is not the key to a dealers success but service and a great deal and that's why I give this place only 3 stars. Who would buy a new car nowadays anyway, and who would pay upwards of 3k extra for that car? I certainly won't. What's the point in giving me a good price when it's charged back in fees when the financing is drafted. Not a deal, and no deal no business.

The services to my vehicle was definitely a lot quicker then the other Lexus dealerships I have visited previously, but they do lack hospitality skills... The other dealerships offer the waiting customers at least bottled water and snacks and this one points you to their in house snack shack for purchases if you are thirsty... I gave them a 4-Star for at least the faster services!

This is my fourth Lexus. I do not think that I have to speak to the reliability and luxury of the brand. But, I have to commend this delearship for its large inventory. Over all good experience. We spent the majority of our afternoon at the dealer but our sales person was very well informative, helpful and patient.

I just purchased a used car (2012 Toytoa Rav4) from Lexus of West Kendall and I couldn't be happier! Isaac and Trini were awesome. My husband and I arrived there with specific cars to look at. When we first got there Isaac (the Internet Sales Consultant) greeted us and got us together with Trini, one of their salespeople. My husband spoke with Isaac about what we were looking for and what we'd narrowed our decision down to. My husband was impressed with the honest conversation he had with Isaac about the different vehicles we were looking at. When Trini greeted us she took us right to the car on their lot and worked with their neighboring/sister dealership West Kendall Toyota to show us the vehicle that was on their lot we wanted to look at and test drive. We ended up deciding on the Rav4 from the Toyota lot. Trini went out of her way to have the car transferred over to their dealership so that we wouldn't have to go next door (I understand that it was lucrative to her as well, but the ease at which it was for us to stay at the one dealership was nice). By the time we had decided and started on paperwork it was past 5 so our bank was closed already and we couldn't get in touch with the load dept (which I'd already been pre-approved for a car loan). They went out of their way to make it possible for us to drive home with the vehicle. They beat the percentage rate of our pre-approved loan and even offered to fullfil a temporary contract if they couldn't beat it. The only reason I didn't give this review 4 stars was because of our experience with the financial agent, Mark. My husband and I were not impressed with the fact that the entire time we were in his office he had music playing - not like background instrumental stuff, it was whatever hip-hop-ey station or style that he obviously preferred listening to. I love music, but having it playing while conducting business (and singing along to it) in our eyes is unprofessional. He also said some remarks that I felt were inappropriate - for example when we refused the offer for an additional warranty on the vehicle, he asked us why. When we said that it would put us over our budget and that we didn't feel it was necessary because the vehicle wouldn't be driven around a lot as we live in a small town he commented "Then walk, why even buy a car?". Now, for as much as we didn't like his personality or his professionalism he did get the job done and got us a lower apr so overall the experience was very good.

We recently leased our second Lexus from West Kendall. We returned because our sales associate, Delvis Orihuela, is the best. He finds what we want, offers reasonable pricing options and, most importantly, is not overly aggressive (we've walked out of other dealerships that are). The manager was very cordial in providing answers to detailed questions. And from past experience, we know the service department is great at scheduling convenient times and quick service. I highly recommend these guys.

I would like to say that I hadn't bought a new car in quite a few years. I know this can be an stressful experience, but the decision to go to Lexus of Kendall was a smart one. I was referred to Leo Sorzano by a co-worker who went to school with him, and unfortunately when I first visited the dealer, he was not in, so they got someone else to help me that day. I wasn't very happy with the whole deal, and left empty handed. I came back the following day and requested to talk with Leo again, and this time he was there to help me, and to make a long story short, I left the place driving my new Lexus. Leo was very enthusiast from the beginning. A really nice and professional sales person, who knows exactly what to do to make a deal go through. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Lexus to go and visit Leo Sorzano, he will make everything he can to help you, and most likely you will leave Lexus of Kendall driving your new car.

I went in to look at the new 2016 RX last week. The man that showed us the cars was very nice at first. I really liked a Black Lexus RX with a Beige Interior which he was able to find. We asked him to run the numbers for a lease for the RX and we waited while he went to go "see what he could do". After waiting for an entire hour, he did not return with any numbers. I finally tried to see where he went and he said that "these things take a while". After waiting for another hour, he finally came back with a piece of paper in his hand. I let him know that we had another appointment we were already late for since this had taken so long and to please just show me the numbers we asked for. He then said "If you're leaving why should I show you any numbers?" I was so upset at this point by the audacity that this person had. If you work for a luxury brand, you need to treat your clients better than this. We had a second appointment we were late for and told him about at the very beginning. Not only did we never receive a prize for a Lexus RX lease, but he told us to just leave because he was not going to give us any numbers if we were leaving. Finally, we went to BMW and I purchased a 2016 X5. To be fully honest, I was already sold on the Lexus RX before I got the dealership and was ready to lease the SUV and only interested in the Lexus RX. This was the perfect example of a really great product completely destroyed by horrible customer service.

The car I wanted was gone in a matter of days and he had the same car for me delivered one day prior to my arrival so it was ready to go. He was honest and personable I felt like he was looking out for my well being during the process. The only improvement I can ask for is the time it took to handle all of the paperwork and financing as I was there from 10:30am to 2pm but understand the demand is high for Leo and it was the holidays.Overall I am happy customer and look forward to bringing you all some business!

I got a call from Carlos Brazil Friday at 6pm 9/18/15. He told me there was someone looking to buy my 2015 Mazda 6 and that they didn't have any to sell to his customer and that if I was interested selling it to them and get a Lexus. I got an appraisal from Lexus of Kendall and then went to this dealership thinking that they were going to give a a better appraisal because someone wanted the car and that is what that guy Carlos had told me over the phone. I drove over 10 miles to meet this liar at 8:30pm and was told that the car was worth the same Lexus of Kendall had told me 2 hours before. When I told them that they lied about having a buyer for my car they said that the person who handles that had left for the day. Ridiculous! They came back with a 48 month lease and a crazyy $639 a month with 10,000 miles for a Leased $40,000 car. It took Lexus of kendall 20 minutes to tell me that it was not a good idea to trade it in but these liars told me over the phone that they had a buyer when it was all a lie. I still love the brand and their cars but I will never buy a car from this dealership or recommend anyone to go there. They want to make you waste time, gas and lie to you just to have you pass by and give you a crazy amount on a lease. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

I've been to many car dealerships in the past but never have I worked with an associate as helpful as Ernie. He was the 1st associate to introduce himself while I was walking the sales floor and took me right away to see models of the car I was looking for. I have never leased before but Ernie took the time to explain the benefits of leasing over financing and did not hesitate to run the numbers for both, so I can see the options in front of me. He was extremely informative and not pushy at all and allowed me to to make my own decisions based off what he provided. He really gave the feeling that he was working with my best interests in mind as opposed to other dealerships that just want to get the sale. The entire process from walking in to leaving with my new car was extremely quick thanks to Ernie and lasted no more than 3 hours, again comparing to other dealerships that can take up to 8 hours. Everything was explained to me in detail and Ernie personally took the time to get into my new car and explain all the features to me. The overall experience was the best I've had and I look forward to doing additional business in the future.

I called and was hung up on by this sales man. I had to go back in person after only 1/2 dents on the used car were fixed. Sales person denied saying the dealership would fix it and wanted to leave me with a damaged vehicle. I would not have agreed to buy a car with dents in it and after we spoke I thought it was clear both would be fixed. luckily the general manager had it taken care of at no cost. Larry was great!

You have to be careful with this dealer, and if you want to save yourself aggravation go elsewhere. The first time I went there for some warranty work on my car I got the car back with the antenna missing. Why would the antenna have been taken off? The work was in the engine compartment. After nearly an hour of looking for it they couldn't find it, but offered me an old beat up one instead. Naturally I declined. They refused to give me one off of a new car, and it took weeks before they finally sent me a new one in the mail. They also couldn't resolve an issue with the hill assist feature and, incredibly, the service advisor claimed the car didn't have it when it clearly does. Then, like a fool, I went back for another issue. My car wouldn't start in the morning so I jump started it, called and was told to bring it in for a new battery, and brought it in since it was only 2 years into the 84 month battery warranty. The service advisor refused to honor the battery warranty and showed me a dealer manual that he claimed supported his position but, in reality, it said precisely the opposite. The service manager seemed just as clueless, told me he would immediately find a resolution and call me back, and never did. So, after a few tries I got the car started and drove to BJs where I bought a battery and put it in myself. When I contacted Lexus corporate they profusely apologized, told me of course the dealer should have honored the 84 month battery warranty, and sent me a check for the full amount I paid at BJs. I have since e-mailed the dealer's general manager, received an apology and promise that he would look into what happened and get back to me the next day, but it's been several weeks and he hasn't responded to repeated inquiries. The bottom line is that this dealer has some serious issues and I wouldn't trust them with my bicycle, let alone my Lexus.

This is the second time I lease a car from Lexus of west Kendall! I have to say that my experience every time I deal with them is excellent! This time I did things different and I start the purchase process through the Internet. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gil the Internet manager, great person, very friendly and patience. He assisted me and provided me all the information I was needing at that time. My sales person (Alexander Hernandez) is extremely good! He is also the salesman of my brother and father! We love him and appreciate his patience because WE ARE NOT AN EASY CUSTOMERS. I also have to say that the general manager (Larry Leon) offered me a great service the type of experience I was expecting form a luxury dealership. It's always a pleasure to deal with them!

I went in to this dealership with a specific certified pre-owned car in mind and a maximum price I would pay - the salesman (Delvis Orihuela) was very friendly and listened to my needs. I felt no pressure about buying at all. He took my offer to his manager and came back with a very acceptable offer in return. It was such an easy, hassle-free process and he made it a very pleasant experience. Although the financing took a little time (as it always does at every dealership), Tony Martinez made it easy and straight-forward. The entire sale went smoothly. My experience at Lexus of West Kendall was phenomenal! The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I must although bring forward the exceptional service I received from the Vehicle Technology Specialist Harold De La Cruz. I leased my vehicle on a Friday evening and had received a call from Harold Saturday morning asking me to come in with my vehicle so he can show me all the crooks and cannies the car has to offer. Harold was very professional and took his time showing me how to connect the Bluetooth with the vehicle, helping me program my favorite radio stations as well as showing me how to access XM Radio. Harold was extremely friendly and I felt very comfortable with him and the way he showed how to use my vehicle. He took his time and not only did he explain the inside of my IS 250, he also took the time to show me the outside of my vehicle and the certain features it has such ways to lock the trunk and glove compartment as well as showing me how to turn the car on with the remote. I highly recommend all my friends and family who are interested in purchasing a Lexus to come by this dealership and immediately ask for Harold who takes pride in his work and is very easy to contact and very flexible with scheduling an appointment. I am beyond fulfilled with my experience here at Lexus of West Kendall.

He really understands the concept in customer service and is a very smart and kind individual. I would definitely recommend friends & family to experience the purchase of a lexus because they have great people like Harold and I would love for them to see the kind of assistance that he provides. He goes out of his way to inform me and help me with all my questions and needs regarding the many features I would've never known of. His pleasant attitude is amazing. Other than that I wouldn't. I went over there for service or questions a few times and was treated like I was given a free car! Not happy with "SOME" of the service gentleman back there.

Since I was in the market for a certified used RX350, I was very impressed with the (facade) number of RX's on their website, and their prices (facade) seemed attractive compared to others I had seen throughout Florida.So, after a couple days of giving information to one person, then another, folks out of the office for the day, not calling back, etc. I discovered a couple things: 1. Most of the vehicles on their website, Autotrader.com, and Cars.com are NOT "available". 2. Once you find one that is actually still available, while the list price is attractive, you have to ADD $1,297.00 ($799 Dealer Fee + $498 Filing Fee) in Dealer JUNK Fees! 3. They gave me the lowest value on my trade...lower than anyone else in the State of Florida by a lot. First, Edwin said that was the book value for my trade only to contradict himself later.Edwin liked to say they have the lowest prices around which may be true of their list price, but I have not seen anyone in the State of Florida who charges even close to the $1,297 in junk fees charged by Lexus of West Kendall. Don't fall for their shenanigans. What looks like an attractive price (if it is "available") will not be attractive when they add in their junk fees and old-school dealership methods.Fortunately there are many other options around, and I am happy to say I just purchased my RX yesterday from a different dealer, and it was an extremely positive experience! You do not need to settle for less than you deserve! Steer Clear of Edwin and Lexus of West Kendall.

Went to this dealership with a pre-approved draft in hand, was told I needed to fill out their credit check paperwork. After wasting over an hour of time, the negotiations were the old "hard sell" tactics on their part. I only asked for an additional key to be provided, they would not consider that in the deal............very displeased with the good faith I may have had with them. Once you sign the dotted line, no more help is provided. This dealership is all about sales, not customer relations. Good luck if you so choose to got there. You have been warned.

Nightmare. Worst customer service ever. I really wanted to buy an IS car (even had financing ready) but it was impossible. I called on different days and spoke w different supervisors. They never called back, I had to call 4 times. Never returned calls...Absolutely crazy... U really hope whoever owns this places takes action... I dont see any business that can be successful when their customer service is this bad...

I never thought I would lease a car but a lexus car has always been a dream of mine. My sales person was Alexander Hernandez and he was great at explaining the pricing & was detailed in what my options were. He was very patient with me since I had gone to the dealership just to look a few months earlier and had not made a decision. I ended up getting a 2014 lexus es350. Black on black!! The car is so me & the es looks beautiful unlike their previous 2012 model. I am so happy that I got the 2014 version. I ended up leasing my car because it was less expensive than buying it. I don't get the review where Alexander would tell people profanity after buying a car. He is very professional & it's just a normal Cuban person with a "Cuban" personality. If you speak Spanish he will like speaking Spanish to you because it is cultural to speak your native language to another person who is also a native speaker.

Very unorganized and when I found out they had 2 fees one of 499.00 and other was 795.00. This is on top of the tax tag and title. So instead of making a legit profit on the vehicle they decide to make more money on these bogus fees. I understand up to a couple hundred for paperwork, it is a lot but almost 1300.00 is just crazy. These numbers are hard printed on price quote sheet and are not negotiable. Also check your used car after delivery. My vehicle was over serviced about 2 inches on the dipstick, and license plate about fell off on the way home because they only put one screw in it.

I responded online, from LA to Fla. because the price for the Lexus RX350 was best I had seen. Although it wound up that it didn't make sense to ship the car cross-country, the manager was very responsive, informative and attentive to my questions and concerns. He gave the sale his best shot! :-)

Everything was fine until you sign the contract. After that it was a downward hill. It was a nightmare to get the tag related paper work processed. No one answers emails or phone messages and it was hard to get a hold of the accounting dept. Finally after month and half after buying the car and umpteenth phone calls I got my tag/title paper work to my local dmv. Here is the story about the purchase: When we made an offer for a cpo vehicle, the sales person's comes back and says they agree to the deal if we sign immediately. If we take a step away, the deal is gone ! High pressure sales tactic. Anyway since we liked the car and the deal we signed up. The dealer (the sales person) agreed to take care of few scratches and some stains in the interior before delivery. Nothing in writing though. Since we live out of state we believed the dealer would really take care of it.. When they shipped the car they said everything was taken care off... But really nothing was taken care of. Then tried to send emails to several people including the GM and not response (this was after trying in vain to reach the accounting dept for the tag). When the lexus survey came thru email later I indicated all these issues and next day the GM called me apologize. I was hoping that after the call the tag process will go faster. But not really, had to call the accounting dept several more times. The sales person never takes our calls or responds to our messages. The GM says that he never received my email. If you buy a car there get everything in writing and don't take delivery unless everything they promised is taken care off ! Oh one more thing... The sales man (Rolondo) had absolutely no knowledge of the options installed on the car. When I repeatedly asked for details and suggested to get the details from the original sale of the car (he sarcastically asked me why I really want all the details about the installed options), he went away for about an hour or so and finally got a manager to take a printout of installed options during the first sale of vehicle.
