We had a deal for a RX350(F) at another dealer which we did not take since the Lexus of North Miami Sales Manager called me himself and told me that he would beat that deal on the interest % that we did not agreed at the other dealer, my credit score is +820.Upon showing up Juan Mallea our original sales rep excused himself due to he was with another client and leave with a junior sales rep which went through the whole pitch that we were trying to avoid.We raised up our offer to take not TWO but THREE Lexus(es) and all we wanted to see was the bottom line for the other 2 cars. This is when they took us to the office to try to close us on a deal that they never disclosed. Upon our reluctance to stay they brought the original Sales Manager (GUS) who told me to come in and then they also brought in their GM (at least he identified himself as such)who is a total disrespectful person. In a nutshell if you can't beat someone else don't lie to your potential customers.As a Family we are on our fifth Lexus and after this experience we might be switching.Terrible experience. Beware of the false commitment.

Great experience! i had 2 gentlemen take care of me in my vehicle purchase Alex Suarez and Nikita Komarov. both of them where excellent in my purchase of my RC 200T. We met Wayne 11 years ago when we purchased our first Lexus. It was time to replace our 2006 so we called Wayne and can you believe he recornized us right away, to the point that he remembered the model and color of the vehicle he had sold us, and no, he wasn't infront of his computer, he was in the garage picking up a car for delivery. Our second time around expirience was beyong our expectations. Wayne made us feel like family, gave us a fair price for our trade in and the best deal on the new Lexus. We are extremely happy and can't thank him enough. We will 100% recommend Wayne Sommer, he ROCKS!!!

This dealership provides its customers with the worst in class service. I may as well have purchased a used lexus from a hialeah mom and pop dealership and probably received better, personalized service. Aside from our sales guy, Wayne, everything else was bottom of the barrel service. From the receptionist, to the service desk, no one felt like doing their job to the minimum expectations. The lease returns / used car department is probably the worst excuse for a "luxury" car company to be in association with. The lease return manager Johanna which is not listed as an employee does not return calls, sounds constantly annoyed, disgruntled with life, and simply miserable. Her manager, Alfred was not easy to deal with either as any piece of information is like a dentist prying a perfectly good tooth, PAINFUL! Every step of the way is a hassle and will never visit this dealer again, and maybe even the brand.

What a good experience I had yesterday in leasing a 2017ES 350 at Lexus of North Miami! I spoke by phone with the salesman Nick Komarov,and told him exactly what I was looking for. I had a morning appointment the next day,and I drove home in the new car that afternoon. Nick knew the car's details and was not too aggressive in his demeanor. Everyone was courteous and professional,including Mauricio in the finance department. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Lexus.

Three weeks after agreeing and signing a lease contract, I got a called from the dealership saying that they needed to change the lease terms. The new terms they wanted to force me to accept were extremely unfair. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. Constantly engaging in a unethical behavior. Only one person form the entire dealership treated me well.

I went in to get my battery checked. It had a bad cell so it was replaced. As i waited, it was appraised and i saw a few new models. By the time the car was ready, i was working in a deal to trade in my older vehicle for a new one. My interest rate was better and i would have the same payments so i left with a new GS. Its my fourth lexus in 10 years and still have the other 2 because they rarely have any problems. The salesman was extremely patient, as was the guy in finance.

It happened again, I went to service my IS 350 for the 30,000 miles check and left the dealer with still another brand new Lexus throughout my history with them.. After being greeted and helped by Mr. Julio my service rep, I asked him I wanted to discuss with someone my car lease options. I had 14 months left on my lease, and was interested in getting an SUV so I can take care of my bikes rack situation. He kindly referred me to Nabila I think her name is in finance department who carefully listened to my needs and offered to try her best to get me out of the IS lease and try to lower my payments as well. I expressed my interest in the NX 200t.. She then connected me with Mr. Alex Suarez who took the time to take over my application and was very professional during this whole transition. Long story short, they managed to play with the numbers and with the help of the manager on duty, Mayer they were able to put me on the new loaded NX 200T. Alex was very thorough explaining me every single feature in the new NX and I could not be more appreciative of his kindness and attention. If there was one thing I would have changed about this deal was not asking them at the time about the possibility of getting into the new RX350 lease program. I get to see a couple of those parked in my building garage everyday and man I wish could be driving one of those instead. I hate that feeling, but overall I'm happy with my NX200T and hope it will be good to me for the next years ahead.

Juan Mallea and Daniel Suarez are wonderful. They made buying a new car and learning how to use it a pleasure. They are patient, calm, well informed and easy to work with. They are an asset to your company. We world be comfortable contacting them again if we needed help. If it were up to me, they would each get a raise. The preparation for delivery was somewhat lacking. There was plastic covering left on the roof, also along the metal inside the car, bar code stickers were left in the car. I know it was later in the evening and the car was brought down from another dealership, but that should not have happened. After 12 years of dealing with a nearby Miami BMW dealership, Id come to expect underhanded, high-pressure tactics when it comes time to transition from an old lease into a new one. Leasing my last two Beemers, in fact, left me feeling battered, bruised, and desperately in need of a disinfecting shower. Promises were broken. Commitments werent honored. Attempts were made to suck extra money out of my wallet. I was made to feel stupid.When I went to Erik Mansen at Lexus of North Miami, I did so with the lowest expectations imaginable. When he said he'd get me into a lease, no problem, I didnt believe him. When he quoted a monthly lease rate, I expected to be told at signing that it would be higher because of my good-but-not-perfect credit score. When he told me that the air conditioning and vented seats would cool a Lexus with black seats far faster than the air conditioning in a Beemer with beige seats, I thought, "Geez, hell do anything to get me in a car today." Truth be told, my experiences with BMW made me doubt everything he said.I was wrong. So very wrong.With Erik, there was a complete lack of BS. He got me into my new Lexus without a single misrepresentation, untruth, or an ounce of pressure. He gave me more than I asked for, treating me with respect, and making the experience a fun one. Im no longer a Beemer xxxxx, because Erik turned me into a Lexus Lady. And he earned my loyalty, in the process.

I purchased an RX 350 and a week and half after I got it I got a leak through the Bluetooth speaker in the roof. Took the car in on a Friday one week later and countless calls to speak to the service rep. left numerous messages all week long and no one has had the courtesy to call me back or give me status on my car. I spent half an hour on the phone waiting for the Service Manager and then got disconnected. Very disappointed at this point, regretting my purchase. I owned a Kia prior and must say their customer service was excellent and by far surpassed LEXUS. The dealer has great amenities such as a gym, spa, game room, cafeteria very impressive but more important is to focus on their customers satisfaction I would expect way more from LEXUS.

I have tried to buy a car from them and ended up in $3000 debd !!!Please check Yelp review as this site does not allow me to post links.This is just xxxxxxx insane and outrageous. I don't know how to proceed.This morning I got a call from them they are asking me to pay for things I did not do.During the process at every step I did tell them what are my feature steps and that I will be traveling with the car from FL to CA and if I can't do this then to tell me ASAP. They told me I'm ok. I went to CA, meanwhile they say the loan did not get approved by the bank. Now they want to me pay for the car shipment back + shipment for my old car here which is roughly $2000 to $3000. Now they make me pay bills because I tried to buy a car from them. This is robbery in plain sight $3000 for their own mistakes and mismanagement.Meanwhile I have tried to contact them million times and they put in front of me people that have no decision power !What can be done in such cases ? Seems people from this dealership have xxxxxxx clue about what they are doing, how to handle things when they go wrong or any clue about user experience.Can I go to the police ? Can I go to court ? I'm really not used to this and never expected this form Lexus related parties. That is why I went to Lexus in the first place.

Honestly this place today made me return my car lease and shop for a different brand I will summarize what happened. First I want to say that sales man David was a gentleman but he doesn't make the calls.Sunday my price for for a 27 month lease Lexus ( I don't write model for a reason) was $450 ,I went than to change tires to my old car and made sure it's ready for return, today 3 days after my price went up by $75 a month to $525 and when I ask the manager why ? she told me , "I gave you losers deal you needed to close than". For me it's more than the $75 it's the way price is manipulate base on customer face.

Was looking for a car for my son's 18th birthday, and Pedro helped us to seal the deal. We knew exactly the kind of car that we were looking for and our budget. I was very impressed with "desk contract board" that was used to walk us through the buying process. It was pretty cool, and I had never seen anything like this at any other dealership. It definitely helped to simplify the process and to easily explain each area of the contract. Overall, compared to Pembroke Pines Lexus and Land Rover South Dade, the buying experience was sooo much better. In the end, Pedro took the time to show my son where everything was located in the car and even set up his bluetooth phone service for him. Never once did we feel rushed in the buying process. I have done business with both JM Lexus and Lexus of North Miami for years. I must say that JM Lexus has now been surpassed by Lexus of North Miami. Better inventory, huge parking garage vs running around in the rain. JM may have invented the Lexus experience but other have now improved upon it. I live 10 minutes from JM but drove 45 minutes to get the better deal. I used to work with Scott Argow but he retired and I must say that Alex Suarez did not disappoint. Great job Alex and thank you!!!

This is my third year with a lease at this dealership. I came in to trade in my car three months ago and they let me drive off with a new car that wasn't even approved by lexus financial!!! Just to find out two months later that I had to bring the new car back and lose my $500 downpayment on a deal that didn't go through! They ripped me off $500 just to get a commission and then gave me my old vehicle back. After several emails and complaints I received a call from the sales person who sold me the vehicle just to tell me that I lost my downpayment because "i put miles on the new vehicle I thought would be mine, hence they let me drive it off in the first place! How am I supposed to know they would be taking the vehicle back! These people don't care about their customers and are the biggest conartists I have come across. I'm putting my old vehicle on lease trader and I'm done with this dealership! Be very careful specially if this isn't your first vehicle there. They will screw you up!! Disgusting and worst experience ever! I will make sure they are reported to the BBB and lexus financial for their wrong doings.

The one person I would recommend getting a car from would have to be Justin Adderly. He is a great friend and will be truthfully honest with you! I originally wanted a white with red interior IS. I came out with an Ultrasonic blue with red interior IS yup that's my "Superman Edition". I thought I wouldn't like it but I was wrong I have fallen in love. I was comparing 2 SUVs: a Nissan Murano and a Lexus 200t. The Nissan dealer immediately responded to an online "request for quote" with a great discount. Lexus of North Miami "wanted to talk", gave no clear response and seems too bureaucratic. When I visited in person, I couldn't even get a brochure without giving personal information, resulting in a bunch of unwanted follow up calls. Eventually I got to someone more senior who gave me a straightforward offer (Gene), but my 1-hour pickup stretched into 3, including another "dealer fee" surprise which I had to fight to get reduced by the "manager of the manager". It's the whole rigamore you associate with buying a car, which is hoped disappeared in a more modern, Internet-facilitated marketplace. I'm happy with the deal I ultimately got, but I'm glad buying a car is not an every year activity, as I don't look forward to going through this again soon.

The service dept. experience is horrid since they mainly work off of commission and, thus, relentlessly try to sell unnecessary services. For example, without actually inspecting each item, they tell you to replace your windshield wipers, a/c air filter, & engine air filter even when they have all been replaced only a few months ago. The technical/mechanical knowledge of all the service advisors is just about zero since they are essentially salespeople. In the unfortunate event you must utilize the service dept, stay away from Harvey Gonzalez and Bobby Rahmani in particular. And if you think the service manager, Ed Rubenfeld, will help you with any disputes with your service advisor, think again, as all he thinks about is getting higher commissions as well. Any shady behavior is encouraged by upper management since the dealership is expensive to operate (those "free" amenities need to be paid for somehow) and relies on profits from Toyota of Hollywood to stay afloat. Lexus corporate (Lexus Customer Assistance Center 1-800-255-3987) is inundated with customer complaints from this dealership, so make sure to open a case when you are mistreated. Hopefully, Lexus corporate will someday get the picture concerning the irreparable damage this dealership is inflicting on the Lexus brand. Back when this business was known as Countyline Lexus at its old location (Hollywood, FL), it was an amazing dealership with a service dept. that treated its customers with respect. Now, do yourself a huge favor and drive up to JM Lexus. I drive about 30 miles each way to JM Lexus to get my vehicle serviced, even though I live about 3 mins away from Lexus of North Miami. A few of the honest service advisors at JM I recommend are Bob Boumel and Chris Margolis. This review is based on a decades' worth of owning/servicing several Lexus models at several Florida dealerships.

This is my 3 Lexus RX350 lease. I have lease from two different Lexus dealerships, Lexus of Kendall in Miami and Lexus of West Kendall MIami. When I couldn't find the car I wanted in these two previous leaderships , which are minutes from my house, I reached out to Lexus of North Miami. I called the front desk and was assigned Fabian Urbia. Never in all my car buying experiences have I met a more competent, attentive and pleasing sales person. He was prompt in returning texts, calls and emails. He delivered on his word and negotiations. I drove over 1 hour to buy this car from him. His manager , Barbara Angelopulos, was also above and beyond. Finally the finance person, Jonathan Wirshing, was so pleasant and thorough that he finished our transaction in record time and efficiency. I will be doing business with them for years to come. What an amazing experience. Like no other dealership, truly a classy LEXUS EXPERIENCE.

Pedro Oslan and William Fernandez did a great job helping us with the two deals. They were patient, knowledgable and professional. I have never been to a worse dealership. I have had 3 Lexus cars and been to several dealers for service and this one is by far the worst. They could care less about you once they get your money. They are an embarrassment to the Lexus brand. If you go to the service department and see a guy named Chris Martino, I would leave immediately. He is the worst. He took pleasure in telling me they had no loaner cars on a Sunday when my a/c went out, I would bet money he was lying because I drove an hour north to a smaller dealership in Palm Beach and guess what, they took complete care of me even though it was Sunday and they are much smaller... He just didn't want to get out of his chair in his air conditioned office. He was sarcastic and rude. Other employees there told me he is always like this and they are surprised he still has a job.

Used Car Sales Manager Alfred Utset told me when I asked why is their the sound of wind constantly constantly in my driver & passenger window his answer was "that model does that, turn your radio up". When asked if their are headphones for the DVD players in my headrests and do they move up and down his answer was "no they are aftermarket" when in fact they do move up and down and the dealership installed them, just didn't provide the headphones with car. When asked why I only am receiving one beat up key with the car and that I need two, one of which must be a wallet key his response was "that model only came with one and they do not make a wallet key for that car" even after I showed him on the Lexus website my model car and year not only came with the wallet key and regular key he refused to even look at the facts, he even signed his name on his business card to provide a new set of keys but outright refuses to do so. Not Good!!!

First of all I want to say I hate to go car shopping, it is always very stressful for me and my wife. That was until I met Juan Mallae on the Lexus of North Miami. Picture this. 7:45PM on 12/31/2015. He was already done for the day and the year, but when he saw me wondering around the lobby he approach to me and asked me if I need any help; at that moment I didn't realized how easy will be the process. He only asked 3 questions and that was all that he need to know to help me to get the car that I wanted. He look to a few keys to show me a few cars and then I drove one, I choose the color and interior and 2 hours later I was driving out with my new Lexus. No need of negotiations, he asked how much I want to pay and he work with the financial people to give me the Payments that I could afford. The facility is high quality and the service is second to none. I went into to purchase a new GS 350 and I was placed with Justin Adderly. He did not sell me and I told him exactly what I wanted and the wiggle room I had to work with, the negotiation immediately started with attractive offers. My partner and I have been dealing with this dealership for quite sometime. Most of the sales men there are just that, a sales man, we've had one after making us feel like "just a sale" .Then we met Justin, yes, he is a sales man... But, he cares about you as a person. Okay many people should know me by now since i think i have written like 10 reviews but i must be honest this has to be one of the most personal ones since 8 months ago i got a toyota and justin of lexus of north miami promised me that by christmas of this year i would be driving the lexus i wanted.. i didnt believe him but sure enough i went to get an oil change and drove away with a brand new 2016 lexus is 200t f sport. Yesterday I went to Lexus of North Miami with the "Intentions" of trading one of my cars that I got with them a year ago. My car is a lease for 3 years, however I was interested in trading it after one year for the new NX model. I said i couldnt pay a penny more than what I was paying for my IS250 which is $550.00 monthly. Once i said that, the salesman (Fabian) heard it and simply said "THIS IS NOT THE CAR FOR YOU" he apologized and simply stood by his word saying he couldt help me at all and that it was not his fault the price of the car was that high, that it was the bank and to look at other cars. But that's not what I wanted, i wanted to leave Lexus of North Miami with a new NX model. I believe I am a great customer having two cars from there as well as referring customers or potential customers and it bothered me that I couldnt get the car that i wanted and the salesman couldnt even make an effort to help me. Not even by sitting in the computer and giving me numbers or a suggestion. I dont believe I will be going back, since I got a WAY better attention and a great deal at Vera Cadillac! Everyone at Lexus seems to be too busy and doesnt have the time to even help a good paying customer and never will i make one referral and embarrass myself in that way!

When my son crashed my car, I was desperate. I had no credit and very little to put down. I went to Lexis of North Miami after finding a car online that was at their dealership. By the time I got there, that car was sold. So my salesman Tino took me up to the pre owned area of the facility so I could check out the selection and chose another vehicle. I found one that I liked and gave it a test drive. Tino was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When I decided, he took me to the finance department and they gave me a great deal. Overall my experience was the best car buying experience I ever had. I will be recommending Lexis of North Miami to all of my friends and family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay FAR away from this dealership. Especially from the sales manager Mayer Damouny. I am absolutely appalled by the treatment received here. I went in for a 2016 IS200t F Sport. They insisted in running my credit before crunching numbers, which I agreed to. Of course I was tier 1 credit. My salesman David Elberg, sat me down with his sales manager MAYER and the best he could do to get me to my number was leaving him with 9 "MSD" (aka 9 months of security deposit). I politely declined and walked out. Went to 2 other Lexus dealerships in south florida, ran numbers and immediately made it to "my number" with no mention of MSD or anything shady. My surprise comes when I finally strike a deal with one of these dealerships and their financial department notifies me that Lexus of North Miami had already submitted a deal for approval. This is the lowest of the lowest, to submit a deal for financing that a customer clearly denied and walked out on. This was done with nothing but ill will and with the only intention of locking me in to Lexus of North Miami. Save yourself time and effort and immediately eliminate Lexus of North Miami from your car shopping agenda. You will encounter nothing but shady sharks with deceptive sales tactics.

Recently bought a '16 ES, and worked with Colin Walters and Erik Manson. I understand with a dealer this huge, who you get as your representative matters as much as anything. Not everyone is willing to try hard and make things happen. I have not purchased a car directly from a dealer in a very long time (had purchased previously from a service you tell them what car you want they deliver the new car and take the old). I have never leased a car either. I was not looking forward to the experience. Scott Argow was very professional and showed me all my options. He took the time to explain how the lease worked and why it was to my advantage in the long run. He also spent quite a bit of time explaining all the features of the car and how they worked. (I am not very tech savvy but it helped alot having him program some items for me). I have always brought my previous Lexus there for service and was always please with service personnel, the sales personnel were great and Scott made it easier than I would have thought and not too painful. After your deal is done and you go to finance there is a clause in the buyers order that requires you to pay an additional $799.00 that the dealer incurs to clean and process the vehicle and PROFIT.Mine was a lease purchase so they never touched my car. In a meeting with Raul he said it covers the cost of things like the "free coffee, the receptionist and the sales mans time to fill out my paperwork. Every thing has price and someone has to pay for it.

I cannot believe i have 4 cars with matt and with justin.! I cannot begin to explain how inportant it is to go and get your car with these two! They are very intelligent and they are very up front with you when it comes to buget and what you can and cant afford according to credt and income.! They make the process so easy for you! This is has been the best car-buying experience I've ever encountered by far. From the moment I walked in, my nerves began to calm. It was a Saturday and they were having a barbeque for the customers and employees. I was a bit apprehensive at first being that I was a woman, afraid of being taken advantage of, but I was immediately put at ease. Everyone was helpful, from the young lady at the front desk to the woman who saw me wondering around and set me up with a sales rep, who by my luck ended up being Roman Santana. He was nice and easy going, never pushy. He let me explain my situation and listened to what I wanted. We searched the L-certified pre-owned selection and made sure I got the car I've been fantasizing about. Also, he set me up with an outstanding finance manager who was able to work out a great deal for me as I was upside down on my previous car payment. I was even more reassured when I found out he won the quarterly award, which actually was his second time winning such honors. Even after the purchase of the car, Roman noticed a small flaw in which he made sure that I wouldn't have to pay extra to get it fixed. I can not be more pleased. This has turned me into a Lexus of North Miami customer for life!

So I walked in on a Saturday morning to see what I could do about my lease. Scott greeted me at the door and later walked my mother and I over to gis desk where he asked us what we were looking for. After we described the car we would love to have at the perfect price, Scott began to work his magic. We waited for no longer than 15 minutes and he was back with an offer. Since the numbers were not what we were looking for, Scott went back and kept negotiating, he really put his best effort and got us the price we needed. I was impressed because never before had I been taken care of by a sales consultant that had done such a magnificent, accurate job and with such great pleasure. Scott definitely is one to enjoy being serviced by. He portrays impeccable customer service and really makes it enjoyable to lease a new car. A process that is usually extenuating became quite a joy! When I first came to Lexus North Miami, the building was a bit intimidating from the sheer amount of cars but for a car guy like me I was right at home! I knew if Lexus was my choice I would be getting one hands down with no one else 100% Reinaldo would be my guy. He is truly the nicest most honest person, not even comparing in just dealerships, just out of everyday people in general he is an all around outstanding dude. He made the car buying process what it should be. He has your back, he fights for for your price and he goes and fights the finance manager to make it happen! I have been a lexus customer for the past 2 years, my lease is almost up and i wanted to either get a new deal or return my lease and pay the fees owed. after spending the entire day at the dealership and paying the amount owed for my lease, the deal they worked out for me did not work out; this is when i decided to return the lease. I was told they could not receive my Lexus and that i had to figure out what to do with it. they said they would refund me the money they had already charged me and told me i had to call Lexus financial and figure out what i needed to do. everything was good until i said no to a poor deal and refused to sign. After calling Lexus financial i was told by the operator that they were not allowed to turn me away, and asked me to come back the next day to return the car. I come in Saturday morning to preowned and was rudely greeted by Albert. He yet again turned us away without even listening to what had happened. He was rude and very disrespectful to me and my husband he even called us irresponsible for coming in on a Saturday to return a car. I will never again do business with this poorly managed dealer.

From the start Justin was very interested in helping us get into the cars we wanted with the payments we wanted. After running my credit he told me that I couldn't get into a lease due to my credit. My mom went ahead and got her credit checked and was approved. While this process was underway he asked me happened with my bankruptcy, I explained and he did not like how the lawyers took advantage of me and got me to file for bankruptcy at such an early age. He then went back to the finance person that was helping us and explained what had happened and got me on the deal with my mom! This way I can build my credit! Definitely went out of his way to assist me which I appreciate greatly. After this the rest of the process was smooth but long as we were leading two vehicles. Overall I had an outstanding experience and can't wait to return to lease my next Lexus in a couple of years!!

Wayne had the car ready for my wife for the test drive we did not even need to walk into the showroom it was all handled. The paperwork was done and all signed in less then 20 mins. I was met by Pedro Oslo, he was polite but very short on words. He introduced himself and inmidiately answered a phone call on his cell and left, he came back 20 minutes later without excusing himself for the delay.He sound like he was in a hurry to sell voicing his monologue like he was reading it. After some small talk he invited me to take a test drive and he left for the vehicle. He came back approximately 20 min later. I voiced my complaint to him, I find this vehavior is tolerated by the dealer and those in charge. I went to Lexus of Nort Miami to lease a vehicle and I received no help from them instead I left very disappointed.

I visited Lexus of North Miami because I was drawn there by a tv commercial, and wow I was impressed with the professionalism and attitude given to me by Roman Santana. I went there with baggage and didn't expect me to walk out there with a brand new IS250, I literally owed 6 months of payments on my previous lease and I had at lease 800 dollars worth of damage and still ended up leaving with a new Lexus for almost the same payment as a VW Passat!! I've ever been a huge fan of shopping for cars but I do have to say that buying my Lexus yesterday was one of the least frustrating and smoothest experiences I've had in a very long time. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was extremely friendly and far from pushy! Initially, I worked with Matt King who was very pleasant and negotiated casually and kept our best interests in mind. Our second trip in we worked with Justin Adderly who was very attentive and even set up my entire Bluetooth / calibrated my speakers and went over the entire car. Our finance advisor was Neville Lopez who was also friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job expediting the paperwork. Not only that but the dealership actually has a built in free spa where they do manicures, etc. and they have a relaxation room plus more. I highly recommend all of the above people, Lexus as a brand and this particular dealership location for amazing customer service! Most notably was my Sales Specialist Justin Adderly. I met him one week ago, through word of mouth, by a Service Agent. She said he was the absolute best to work with. I was in no mind set to lease a new car, but I figured what do I have to lose. I must say that Justin took the time to gain my trust, being honest and straightforward. I'll try and make a long story short. I ercently made the mistake of not listening to my gut and leasing a Mercedes GLK. The minute I drove off the lot I knew I made a mistake. Fortunately the dealer had a 3-day return policy. I immediately called Lexus North Miami, which I had already visited, told them of the situation and asked if they could help me out. The next day I returned the Mercedes and ended my day driving off in my new Lexus NX. My Sales Associate, Jose Salas went above and beyond to help me going so far as to pick me up at the Mercedes dealer when I returned the car. Jose steered the entire process and he and the entire team were excellent. Their insurance specialist researched better deals for me while simultaneously transferring my insurance to my current carrier. Matt, the Finance Manager made the finance paperwork process simple and fast. When all the t's were crossed and i's dotted, Jose took me through all of the car's bells and whistles (and there are a lot of them!) until I was 100% comfortable. Best part was driving off in my new Lexus NX with the exhilaration I didn't feel the day before. Since then Jose has made sure to follow-up with any questions or concerns I might have. Even though it all worked out in the end wish I has listened to my gut and fine with Lexus in the first place.

From the first time I spoke with my Salesman Justin Adderly he has always spoken the truth to any quote he provides and is able to break down what is being purchased. I would highly recommend him as your salesperson anytime. Lexus of North Miami also provides so many great services, such as spa services, a full gym, teeth whitening, and so much more. It's hard to lose any of these amenities to another dealership. Justin was able to get me in and out with my purchase and not spend an entire day on one deal. He was truthful and to the point about what is the best options and what would be best for my situation. I really appreciate his honestly and loyalty to the company. If you're anything like me it's normally an uneasy/nerve-wrecking experience when purchasing a new vehicle. But those car buying blues are now a thing of the past for me, because today I had the most comfortable car buying experience ever. Justin Adderly was my leasing consultant and he did a wonderful job at explaining each and every detail of my new lease, as well as answering any questions that my wife and I had (oh we had a lot of questions, her more than I but thats besides the point). After my wife and I came to an agreement as to which vehicle we were most interested in, Mr. Adderly took us for a test drive in the 2015 GS 350 model and explained every detail of the interior and exterior of the car. Matthew Parke was my finance manager and it was a pleasure dealing with him as well. Mr. Parke was professional yet down to earth and at no point in time during my purchase did I feel any pressure from either Mr. Adderly or Mr. Parke. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit with these two gentlemen for any future vehicle purchases or leases. I buy a lot of cars, usually 1-2 per year. Lori Murray of North Miami Lexus was the best sales person I have ever encountered in this industry. She listened to all our wants and needs. I'm very particular and most dealers like to sell what's on the lot and usually don't have what I want. She was ok with finding what we wanted. She listened, she smiled, she was friendly and clearly had been in the customer service industry before, but I don't know if that's a fact... I recommend seeing her and having the experience we did. My wife and I took a gamble and drove over 3 hours south from our house in Central Florida to Lexus of North Miami, without an appointment, to view cars we thought we might be interested in. The salesperson we had contacted by phone days earlier greeted us as though we were expected and took care of us all day, showing us a number of options but helping us to settle in on the one that was right for us, which we drove home! Justin and Paul are the best. My past experiences with sales were kinda sketchy and always had some hidden agenda. But with Justin and Paul, No BS, they just give it to you straight what exactly the customer needs based on what the customer is looking for. The real eye grabber at Lexus of North Miami is the dealership itself. It was very impressive. My boyfriend and I went into the dealership looking to trade my corolla in for a new GS350. While looking through the showroom we were greeted by the staff; everyone was very courteous. We immediately saw the car in the show room we wanted. A Atomic Silver Gs. We started speaking to a sales representative, Joshua Rosa. Mr. Rosa was very open to help us with our trade and seemed genuinely interested in making our a experience, a pleasant one. He explained to us the numbers and even took it a step further to speak with the managers a couple of times to see if we could break even with our trade. I would recommend Joshua Rosa to anyone seeking to buy a vehicle, as he did go above and beyond to meet out expectations. Mr. Rosa then introduced us to Mathew Silva, a Business Manager that would help us with the financing. The thing I most enjoyed about Mathew Silva was that he was very easy to speak to. I usually dread speaking to anyone in finance because of their, lack of a better word, "stubbornness" and "pushiness". He explained everything in a way that we could understand and actually learn with. We left that night extremely impressed and over joyed with our brand new 2015 Lexus GS350. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! And to conclude, I am happy to suggest that if you visit this dealership, ask for Joshua Rosa and Mathew Silva. You wont regret it!

I give John Wirshing a poor review in the handling of this detail in that like others contacted he did not call back. I bought my vehicle, GX450, in on two separate Saturdays for service. During the first service, the oil and mechanics were checked but a detail job which was supposed to be done was not. The explanation was that it was a different area and would have to be brought back. I had a loaner for the day but was called back late in the afternoon after taking it in early in the morning for both services. On the second Saturday, I bought it in early on to find that no loaner was arranged and not available. I told Tino that I would need a loaner and told me that one would be available. When I get there, no vehicle is available and an expectation for me to stay at the facility until the work is done. I told him earlier that I had a funeral to attend and needed transportation. A meeting was to be set up the following Saturday. I got a call on Wednesday, May 6 to setup a Saturday May 9 date. I asked if a loaner would be available and was told that no loaner is given for this purpose as word from his supervisors. I told him that was not previously relayed to me and during the purchase of the vehicle it was was important and implied that a loaner would be available for this purpose. He asked me if I could drop it off and have someone pick me up. I could not do it. I told him to consider me dropping off the car late in the afternoon and getting a loaner for overnight and pick up the next day. He told me that he would talk to his supervisor. I never got a call back from him. I wrote and explained this message to John Wirshing and never got back a response. I'm truly disappointed in the service and wish this purchase had not happened. I will inform my friends and not consider buying another vehicle from Lexus especially a used vehicle. Thank you for previous service on my RX300.

This Lexus dealer kicks butt. To be completely honest, I didn't go to the dealer to get a new vehicle (I was accompanying friends). My friends were buying a new car and throughout the process, which felt more like a visit to a friends home, I became interested in getting in a new car. Our salesman, Justin Adderly, was extremely patient with us (he even took a really late lunch for us). He gave us a complete tour of their amazing facility, waited for us to have lunch (please try the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich), and worked on our deal diligently. Justin guided me in the right direction and helped me take home the car I truly needed.Matthew Silva in finance also had so much patience with us. Usually people in finance are grouchy but with Matthew, it felt like we were longtime friends - great attitude and personality. Last but not least: Yoni, thank you for treating us like royalty. When I went in, immediately there was someone there to greet me, that person was George Pakradoonian, and the rest is brand new LEXUS history for me. George was very pleasant, knowledgable, and very helpful, showed me the entire complex, explained all the services (and there are many) and when I found the one, he made sure everything went smothly during the aquasition, they even had an awesome insurance dept. with a great guy, Yuri Reboredo, that went above and beyond to help me get the best coverage, for the best price. I have many experiences buying cars... from Nissan to Mercedes and some other brands. When we arrived our idea was just to walk around meet the staff and see what the dealer will offer us. Personally I wasn't thinking in buying two cars yesterday. I had two bad experiences with the a Lexus dealer in West Miami-Dade, and I promised to myself NO MORE LEXUS.Well this team blow my mind, made forget my past bad experience and suddenly I fall in love with the Lexus brand all over again. I am recommending you this place, even if you are not planning to buy a car, just pass by talk to Justin Adderly in the sales team, manager Yoni Edery and financial Matthew Silva just to mention and few and you will feel like home. This is what I call high end costumer service and they even sell Tom Ford sunglasses. What else would you ask? I drove from Melbourne, Fl to look at the vehicles available at this dealership. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle to replace the one I had but was not in a rush to purchase. I actually had no intentions to purchase a vehicle the day that I went to the dealership. I just wanted to look at my options. However, I was place at ease with George and felt that he was the best person to purchase a vehicle from. I visited 6-7 dealerships prior to visiting Lexus of North Miami and the approach of their employees never placed me at ease. So much pressure was placed on me to purchase a vehicle from these other dealership by their employees that it made me want to reconsider purchasing a vehicle all together. Then I met George who just appeared to be happy that I came in to see their dealership. At no point during my visit did I feel as if I had to purchase a vehicle before I left. Even when we were discussing pricing, I never felt pressure to purchase a vehicle. The entire experience was great and other dealerships should follow George Pakradoonian's approach to customer service. I will definitely tell my friends, family and co-workers about Lexus of North Miami and encourage them to purchase their vehicle from George. I also had a great experience with Ron and he did a phenomenal job at breaking down the numbers but to be honest, George was the one that convinced me to purchase the vehicle.

I've always had the worst experiences with car sales people. Erik has restored my faith in car specialists. He not only understood what i was looking for and what i needed, he was the most patient person ever! He made my car shopping experience so much fun!!! He even let my boyfriend test drive both cars. Thanks to him i got the most money for my trade in, and also got a great deal on my new Lexus CT200h, i love my new car. Erik was very knowledgeable on all models and explained everything to us. Mostly important, he dedicated his time to us and did not rush us to make a decision, he even helped me make the best decision for me. Erik is the car specialist that doesn't push you to get the car just to get a sale, he is the type of person who asks the correct questions to get you in the car that you need and that meets your budget, and also create an all around amazing customer service. He even took the time to set up my car after the deal was done. My mother is very happy with my purchase and we will be coming to Erik to get all of our future cars, i haven't stopped gushing about him to every one that i know and that they need to go to him!! Sales rep Justin Adderley was very easy to work with and was very professional. Very knowledgable. Would not hesitate to work with Justjn again. Only complaint was the car was advertised on line that previous owner was a non smoker - in big block letters. During the 5-10 minute test drive we didn't notice the cigarette odor. However after purchase and driving off the lot to a 2 hr plus drive home we found the car reeked of smoke. A real turn off and will have to have the car cleaned and de-odorized professionally to get rid of the smell. Very disappointed- advertising was misleading.

As exciting as getting a new car is , we ve all experienced the not so fun part so I was a it apprehensive. I went to the Lexus dealer in North Miami looking for a specific car I had spotted online . To my surprise when I arrived I spotted a co worker who was also on the same mission I was and he immediately recommended me to Justin . He went on about how great he was and that he d be able to find me exactly what I wanted and of course work with my budget. I waited for them to finish up while I drank my complementary iced caffe mocha. ( had to mention that since my wife was thrilled) Anyways my experience with Justin was great although I had to wait for my car to arrive which was beyond his control (since I wanted was not in stock) he followed up with me on a daily basis truly showing me that he cared and was interested in making me feel at ease . I didn't go with the car I originally had in mind because Justin made me realize it wasn't the best choice . As a sales person myself I was going in there with my guard up but when I realized he really had my best interest in mind I knew I had came to the right person . I am currently driving an IS250 sports package White with red interior and the best part is he was able to work on the monthly payment and accommodate according to my needs . My wife is going back next week for her new car, Justin has definitely become our guy!

Alberto is an excellent salesman who took care of us after we were passed on to him by another salesman. Alberto was genuine and sincere in his desire to help us buy a car with as little hassle as possible. We ran into a few bumps in the road when we initially bought a CPO car one night and had to return the next morning because it was not up to par, we went on to purchase a new car instead. He handled the problem perfectly and got us into a new car without a hitch. Alberto is truly a pleasure to deal with and most importantly he remained that way after the deal when we had another small issue with window tinting come up. The fist salesman told us we where out of luck and there was he nothing to be done, Within an hour Alfredo called us and had resolved the problem. He is not a short sighted salesman who is just looking for the quick sale he has foresight to establish relationships that can go to produce future sales. My wfe and I HIGHLY recommend Alberto Mesa to anyone who is need of a Lexus. He should be the salesman that the rest of the staff aspire to be.

Scott argow is very professional I told him my situation and he opened up his arms and said come on in were the best dealership in the nation and he was not lying when I walked in there his knowledge and understandings were great I was in for some prices and next thing u know I'm driving the new rc he cares about his customers and his referrals I will come back and bring back more customers , and he does not make u feel like u can't drive a Lexus like other dealerships do he told me come in and I'll make it happen to whatever ur looking for !

Came in to test drive a car with a plan to return later in the week to move forward if decided to go w Lexus! I arrived with my friend expecting to be there for 30 min tops four hours later I leff w the hottest car I ever owned ! They made it happen even though I was not prepared with documents or funding that day the amazing staff bent over backwards to get the deal through after business hours on a Friday ! Amazing faciltiy and staff not to mention superior fleet of vehicles !

If I had to write a short story about my experience purchasing my car it would go like this: I woke up with the determination of purchasing a car, I called Wayne S but he was out of the office for the day. I called his personal cellular & told him I needed him, he was a little under the weather and per his doctor he should be resting. I told him I was en route to his office and without hesitation he met me at his office, I told him what I wanted, he listened and he guided me every step of the way and in purchasing my vehicle. I love this dealership. Miguel Thodde is a great, no-pressure salesman. I came in to test drive the ct200h and Miguel knew I wasn't ready for another month, so no pressure, didn't check my credit or talk too much pricing. He just said see you in about a month. After that I went to get my car washed (free at the dealer) and that was going to take about an hour. So I went back to Miguel and said while we're waiting can we just look at what you have used? Again no pressure at all, but I did leave there a few hours later with a fantastic deal on a 2013 CT200h with very low mileage. Everyone here is very nice and professional. I'm a full-time yoga teacher. So I was sweaty and I wasn't ever dressed nice or anything. They are all just super nice, regardless of appearance. They have a gym here to use, a spa, free massage chairs and free coffee while you wait. Love this place!

My experience working with Richard Todorow was exceptional. He was so kind and respectful and gave me the time I needed to make my decision. There was no price haggling and back and forth on pricing. The first offer I got, was the best offer even after going to several other dealers and trying to get a price match on other comparable cars. I went there for another new car . Tried to negotiate and answer was as it is It is the deal if you want , go get from somewhere else !! Go get from Lexus Kendall . So I am on my way . Will never recommend this dealer or will do business again .They can not even find the keys . Gave them 2 keys when I trade in my old car and ended up with only one!
