Outstanding service! Ask for ROMAIN CLUE when you arrive, I promise you will not be disappointed. Romain embodies customer service in every aspect. He makes sure customer service is always at the forefront. He goes above and beyond for his customers and does all he can to help. Romain took the time to listen to our needs and budget and worked hard to make it possible to walk out with a vehicle. Even with having several bumps in the road that were beyond the control of the dealership, Romaine and the team were accommodating throughout the entire process. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. He was very straight forward and didn’t try to hide anything about the vehicles. He’s very genuine and made the car leasing experience so enjoyable. We had a great experience with the entire Lexus team. Everyone was genuine and friendly and there to provide the best service they can. Brian in finance had the best energy! In all our conversations you could tell how much they value and care for their customers.

I could not have been happier! I was there with a family member helping her with the purchase of a new vehicle. I am from out of town and was not familiar with the dealership. From the moment we walked up and met Romaine, the experience was first class. There was a few bumps in the process that was beyond the control of the dealership as it relates for the trade, but Romaine and the managers were beyond accommodating. The pricing was straight up and there wasn’t a lot of haggling. I am from South Florida and would fly here just for the buying experience they afforded my family member. Romaine is the best and should be the salesman of choice for anyone who goes there. The management and Brad in finance were also great. They are truly a five star dealership.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on November 5, 2016 with the purchase of our 2016 IS200t. Our salesman, Emilio Valdivia, was awesome. He met us when we arrived and when we told him what we were looking for, he said I have it, and sure enough, in about 3 minutes he drove up with our car! It was everything we wanted, and the trade process was very fast and easy. This is our 3rd Lexus in 15 years, traded in 2007 IS250, can't imagine ever having anything other than a Lexus! Initially I almost walked off the lot because no one greeted me but the salesman helping another customer. Not sure why when I saw two potential salesman standing on the floor talking. However, the salesman who was helping another customer that I mentioned previously, saw my family and I looking around the lot for 20 minutes. He engaged us to let me know someone would be with us shortly. After this salesman completed his orientation with the new Lexus owner/customer he came over to us and introduced himself as Lewis Becoats III. After that the Lexus experience that I always heard of, but hadn't seen for those 30+ minutes on the lot waiting..., began and what an experience. I had been to 9 dealerships including another Lexus dealership, Mercedes, Cadillac & Ford/Lincoln. Nothing compared to the straightforward & fair dealing we received from Lewis and Lexus of Nashville (Sona). Lewis and Sona, both took care in answering questions and processing my purchase in an efficient manner. So much so, I was able to review a contract, manage aspect my business remotely and have lunch without the need to focus on the buying process. The dealership is remarkable setting, with a dining area and lounge area that helps facilitate the needs of a busy individual. Moreover, I can't say more about my salesperson... Lewis is the best salesperson in Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky from my experience and visits to dealerships. Thank you Lewis and Sona for a great buying experience.

We went to Lexus of Nashville expecting to just take a quick look at a couple of certified pre-owned vehicles just to rule out Lexus's from our car search. We met salesman Paul Hale and did a test drive. We really enjoyed his low pressure approach and his extensive knowledge of the vehicle we were test driving, and also his knowledge of the competitor vehicles we were looking at as well! We ended up buying, and the experience even after the purchase has been top notch. Paul and the rest of the team at Lexus of Nashville make you feel like a valued client, not just a customer. I recently purchased a Lexus GX after researching several brands over a period of several weeks. I decided on the Lexus after driving a Mercedes, Cadillac, Audi, Chevrolet and GMC. Once I narrowed my choice to Lexus- I then did research on dealerships. I went to several Lexus dealerships and by far NASHVILLE Downtown Lexus exceeded them all. Joseph was my Lexus sales professional and he definitely is a professional. He is well informed with his product and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Joseph was very patient and allowed me to drive several different styles of Lexus. At no time did I feel pressure to "hurry up" and make a decision. The price negotiation process was simple and transparent. I received a very fair price for my trade. Then Sona in the finance office was a delight to work with. She clearly informed us of all extended warranty options, maintenance offers and others- but never pressured us to move beyond our budget.I am a Lexus Downtown fan! While traveling back to Memphis through Nashviile on a Friday night just before 5:00 I broke down. The service people stayed after work until I could get to the dealership and get sorted. They allowed me a loaner because I then had to spend the night. They had me back on the road by noon on Saturday. I was very happy with the service and the people!

Lexus of Nashville off Rosa Parks Blvd is the worst dealership by far we have encountered!!! Don't be fooled!!! We went there thinking since it was a "Lexus" dealership it would be a reputable dealership . Definitely not the case. My husband traded his prestige like new and very well kept 2012 Lexus IS250 for a 2011 Ford F-150 King ranch truck with eco boost only 2 months ago. He asked for a warranty. They told him it didn't have one. The check engine light just came on. I contacted the dealership. They said there was nothing they could do. They could not even diagnose the truck, and that they know no more about a Ford F-150 than a Ford dealership knows about a Lexus. He also said that we bought it 2 months ago so anything could happen. Well a couple that gets married 2 months is still fairly new right?! Moving in a home 2 months ago is fairly new right?! So we feel the same way about the truck. Only owning it for 2 months it's still new to us and the check engine light should not come on. It makes you question how do they do "point inspection" if they don't know anything about Fords. So we took the Ford to a Ford dealership. They said the truck needed a complete tune up it had never been "tuned up". So much for the inspection right Lexus? Also, the Eco boost needed a part and a new coil. After trading in a perfect car in excellent condition 2 months ago we have to sink $1,000.00 dollars into the truck we bought from this dealership. Be very aware that codes that cause the check engine light can be cleared long enough to sell a vehicle. Not only that, but no apology or offer to rectify the piece of junk they sold us not even half. Just because the sign says "Lexus" dealership doesn't mean they are reputable. They do not stand behind their vehicles they sale. New update after taking the truck to a Ford dealership on Saturday we picked it up Monday June 20th, 2016 today June 23rd 2016 the check engine light is on again with another code!!!! Beware of this dealership.

Our salesman was Blake P and he was a very good salesman. He was not pushy at all and was very helpful and knowledgeable and when he didn't know an answer to any of our questions he quickly got back with us with a proper response. We connected with him and he did us a good job.The used car manager was very professional and gave us a very fair price for our trade in. We were very pleased with that gentleman as well.The finance manager is a different story. He seemed put off by us right off the start. We brought in a very clean trade in and $10K on top of that. The finance guy told us what Lexus finance interest rate would be. I though their rate was a little high and called my banker to see what he could do. The manager then asked us to step out of his office because he had another client to help. I guess he read my body language because we were going to leave the dealership with no intention to come back. He then asked us to please sit back down and finish the sale. We did but he seemed more interested talking about his fishing boat and his younger wife than finishing the sale and making this an enjoyable experience. Then to top things off we receive notice five days later that they needed us to jump through more hoops "to complete the sale". Again this was five days later and they had deposited our check for $10K. When I spoke to him on the phone I was very clear that I was not going to jump through any hoops and that we will be bringing their car back and that we would pick up our car and a check for $10K. His response was rude and unprofessional as he stated "I don't want to hear that". I told him that we like the car but that we certainly don't have to have it and that we could pay cash for the car, so I'm not jumping through the hoops that you're requesting. Bottom line, we were able to fix situation (which was a silly issue on their end) without jumping us having to go to any extra trouble.

Traveling through Nashville when my LS began to misfire and then quit. I had it taken to Lexus of Nashville. Lexus charged $900 to replace 3 coil packs. They replaced the 8 month old, non Lexus branded coil packs and completely missed the Lexus branded but defective coil pack. They also discovered a very small leak in my radiator and quoted $1050 to replace the radiator. I declined the radiator fix and paid the $900 for the coils. I drove it 80 mi. home with no significant fluid loss. The car misfired and died again so clearly the coil packs that weren't the problem. I had the radiator replaced. The car wouldn't start at all. My mechanic discovered a broken wire and fixed it.I asked Lexus of Nashville to at least refund the labor (and they really should refund the parts to because mine weren't defective).Lexus of Nashville refused to Give any refund and their excuse was that since I didn't let them replace the radiator they couldn't thoroughly test their work. They said the best they could do was to offer me a $250 discount toward future service.My response was that even though I've had 6 LS sedans that I won't buy Lexus again.I don't care how reliable and nice Lexus vehicles are, THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN THE DEALER THAT SERVICES THEM.I've loved my Lexus over the years but am switching to Equus. The Equus dealers seem to be more motivated and actually care about their long time loyal customers.

I initially wanted something different as my hubby is so much into Lexus, so, I shopped other luxury SUVs, but was not impressed by the five different sales persons and three dealerships of other brands I tried. My husband who had met Lewis before told me to give him and Lexus of Nashville a try. I was blown away! It was like night and day. Lewis is very professional, courteous and friendly, extremely knowledgeable with great attention to details. He knows the RX 350 so thoroughly that all my very detailed research and seemingly tough questions were answered and explained in depth. And, he addressed all my concerns! I had a second visit as I was not quite decided on the color, and had two choices. I didnt want anything gray as that is my hubbys signature color. Upon that visit, Lewis had other customers and we had to wait some. All during that time, several other members of the Team made us feel very welcome, asking if there was anything they could do, in addition to offering us the usual refreshments. We can say very authoritatively that the Lexus of Nashville is a beautiful facility with a first class Team to boot. By the time we finally met with Lewis, he was ready with all paper work. The Sales Manager and the Business manager were equally phenomenal. We closed the deal. As he delivered the vehicle to us that evening, he went over a few other stuff about the car. Had an accident that probably totaled my car. Fortunately, no one was injured, including myself, but there was property damage as well. I was pretty discouraged and I needed help getting my emotions back on a positive note. Later that evening, I went to the Lexus website looking over pre-owned cars and my interests. I started to feel better and contacted Lexus on certain vehicles that had caught my interest. I even received an email right away but did not discover it until the next morning. The next day I was contacted from the Nashville and Cool Springs dealerships by a salesman/(saleswoman) and I set up times to visit both. By the time I arrived at the Nashville location, I met the salesman, Brandon Barnes, and he was all ready to meet with me and had a vehicle all ready for me to see and drive. Now, I had selected about 6 different vehicles to look over, but this first vehicle was just the right car for me. After driving the car I was convinced that that was the right car for me and there was no need to look any further. I am well pleased with the car, and the service at Lexus of Nashville has been consistently 5-star rated and I have been using Lexus since 2004, except this was my first purchase from them. Excellent service and quality everywhere!

I contacted several dealerships in the area looking for a VERY LOW milage certified pre owned SE350 and as soon as the internet manager, Mike Hankins contacted me to find out exactly what I was looking for he began diligently looking for the exact vehicle that met my needs. After just a few days he called and told me he had found it. It apparently was one of their service vehicles with only 9K miles on it. I drove up from Brentwood and it was exactly as he promised, even the color scheme that I preferred. They were more than fair on my trade-in and a pleasure to work with. They went over the car a fine tooth comb and I could not be happier. Before I left the dealership he even sat in the car with me and went over every single thing, answered any questions I had and even set up my phone/itunes on the bluetooth. Brought our 2005 RX330 to the deanship for a recall. Dealer provided a 2012 RX350 loaner vehicle to use while they were preforming the recall. Dealer prompt called when the repair were completed to let me know our vehicle was ready. Upon arrival back at the dealership, we were greeted by the receptionist, offered fresh baked cookies and a beverage. When presented with keys to our vehicle the receptionist was very kind and thanked us for allowing them to service our vehicle. Much to my surprise, our vehicle had been washed, windows cleaned and the fuel tank was full. Plus, there was a bottled water and mints in the cup holders. Lexus of Nashville North not only knows the meaning of customer service they know how to delight their customers. Job well done!

2 days before Xmas, on our way from Charlotte NC to St Louis MO our RX350 began shaking and the engine check light came on. With Xmas money is always tight and we were far from home. we arrived at Lexus Nashville North and were told they would get us in ASAP. Jimmy said they were very busy and it could take a hour or so before they would be able to diagnose our SUV. 30 minutes later the he or the car back. 30 minutes after that he had a solution that included a simple oil change and cleaning the oil control valves. We were back on the road within 2 hours and paid a reasonable repair bill. Thanks to Jimmy and Lexus or getting us home safely for Christmas.

Lexus of Nashville North is a tornado. After your experience here, you will feel like you were destroyed. The right arm (service) is absolutely not connected to the left arm (sales). Do not, under any circumstances, buy or have your car serviced at this dealership.The Hubs and I took in our 10 year old car for service because it was making a funny noise. Jimmy in service recommended this, that and the other. We said sure, if that is what you recommend, BUT CALL US FIRST. Now, Jimmy is a very nice gentleman and he did call us before doing about $xxxx worth of repairs, but did not call us prior to doing $xxx worth of repairs. Apparently, there was some misunderstanding. (Clearly.) We asked to speak with his manager, Stacy, about this, as we did not want any repairs done without our approval.We called Stacy for two days and she did not return our calls. Meanwhile, we asked to have our car appraised to see if it was worth paying for the repairs or just trade it in for a new car. Pam, in the Sales Department, told us that Stacy and the Sales Manager got together and decided it was best to "put it out to pasture." (aka retire it or part it out). Alright, good information to know, but is a complete mismatch to what the Lexus dealership I was loyal to before I moved to Nashville said. Questions began to form.After not receiving any calls back from Stacy, we decided to head to the dealership to get our car. When we are asking Jimmy about this in person... Stacy appears and before even greeting us, she immediately gets on the defensive, telling us she's heard all about us and proceeds to berate and belittle us. While yelling at us, she yells at two other staff members. We were absolutely gobsmacked with the lack of professionalism shown to us (and her staff members) from a luxury car dealership. Not only that, but then Stacy proceeds to tell us our car just needs a little work and should continue to run.... which again contradicts what she told the Sales Manager!? End of Story- DO NOT under any circumstances trust this Lexus Dealership... unless you want unreliable information and the potential to be berated or belittled when you have a question.

While visiting Nashville on personal business, my vehicle began to give me problems and I didn't think it could make the trip back to Columbia, SC. I immediately went to the nearest Buick dealership because I was fixiated on purchasing another Buick. I test drove the Buick Lacrosse - but the price was not right. I then went to the BMW and test drove a BMW 5-Series. It was nice but I was not in the mood for 93 Octane gas. I then did a web search to locate nearest Lexus dealership and found Lexus of Nashville. Even while I was test driving the Lacrosse and BMW, really didn't think I could afford a luxury cars like these but Lexus of Nashville made me a believer. Steve Wentz threw me the keys and I test drove a new 2011 ES350. When we returned Steve worked the numbers and applied the big 2011 discount - I still could'nt make up my mind so I left the lot. Steve Wentz sent out an email the following day that stated Lexus is giving an additional discount to Buick owners. I returned to the lot and purchased a brand new 2011, ES350 with a Starfire Pearl finish. I came prepared with my own financing but Lexus gave me a better finance rate than my credit union. Julia Robertson and her boss Mike were very accomodating in working out the terms of the deal. Steve Wentz knew everything about the car and set up a special appointment to take me through the entire car and answered all my questions. This dealership is very friendly, professional and has the best coffee in town - they made me feel like family. Thanks Steve, Julia and Mike!!!

I bought a used car sometimes in summer of 2005. The car looked great and after the sales person told me that they were going to be behind it 100 percent, I left happy with my new car. Well 6 months after the transmission went out. It had a lick I did not know (they told me they had it inspected and was nothing wrong with the car). New transmission costed a little over 5000 dollars. I went back to the dealer and explained what just happened to me and told them if they could help me in any way.I knew that was my problem now but did not have all 5000. Anyways they did not offer to help me in any way! So my advise to you is check the car at your own mechanic, before you take it home! Good luck.

Our Sales Representative, Bert Henderson, was helpful, knowledgable and deferential to our timetable on buying a car. He was as helpful in answering questions about their used Lexus models as he was about the 2011 models. He never tried to steer us toward any particular type or model year of car. All the staff at this dealership treated us as customers rather than a bother. We closed our deal on a new Lexus over the telephone on a Monday evening and they had the car ready for us to pick up the next morning.
