This dealership is one of a kind. No pressure salesman! Their facility is amazing. Edgar, our salesman was very friendly and made us feel right at home. We bought a used Cadillac SRX and it was fully inspected and detailed. They even sent us off with a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas. They also give you free car washes for as long as you own the car. Cant say enough good things about their dealership!!! Bring the kids with you, they have a game room and a movie theater. For adults, a large putting green, golf driving simulator, exercise room and massage chairs.

Update: I recently went back for service and Esteban Torres went above and beyond in making my experience pleasant, he listened patiently to all the problems, arranged for a loaner and even called to update me and provide timely updates, I am already a satisfied customer and during this visit Esteban won me as a customer for life. This facility is awesome, play area and theater for the kids, recreation area for everyone makes waiting for service a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would give this place 10 stars if that was an option. Thank you Lexus of Arlington!

Warning to the public: This dealership does not take the COVID epidemic seriously in all departments. The people in the service bay were careful about masks and social distancing! Thank you to Jose and his coworkers! However, while one cashier was wearing a mask, the other was waving it around in her hand. Only when a man who appeared to be a manager approached did she put it on. He did not seem to say anything to her about it. While waiting for the cashier, a family walked by without wearing masks. How can that happen if the staff is watching? After my visit, I received an automated email, suggesting I call the General Manager if I had any comments. I called the number listed, and the receptionist forwarded to his voicemail. However, his mailbox was full. I guess that I'm not the only one who was disappointed in the dealership's management. That said, our salesperson, Nus Khan, and the service group are excellent. Too bad when negligent disease management hurts a dealership.

There are three reasons we return to Arlington Lexus to buy new vehicles. #1: The dealership sells a lot of vehicles so they have much more inventory on hand to chose from. #2: Their pricing is more competitive than other dealerships in the area. #3: Their Service Department is outstanding.
