I purchased a 2013 Escape from a dealer in Missouri. On the test drive there were no issues. However, when I got it up to highway speeds, I noticed a vibration in the brakes. After a couple of weeks I called Lewis Ford and they told me that it sounded like warped rotors. Warped rotors at 49,000 miles? I took it to Lewis and that is what it was. To add insult to injury, these are not covered under my basic or extended warranty. My husband sent an email to the original dealer and Ford Motor Company explaining the situation and to see if there was any recourse we could take since this was gong to cost a lot of money. Lewis Ford called me the NEXT DAY! The original dealer has yet to call or email us back. Lewis made us an offer to fix the rotors at a discount. I took my car in on a Wednesday morning. That afternoon, Lewis called me back and said it wasn't going to be ready so they were going to give me a car to drive until Thursday. Thursday morning, they called and told me all 4 rotors were going to have to be replaced at no additional cost to me. Doug Smith and the entire Service team were so nice and accommodating. They did not have to do what they did for me. I highly recommend taking all of your Ford service needs to Lewis. I know I will. Thank you Lewis Ford!

The staff was straight forward and professional; however they seemed understaffed and hurried due to so much business. They were unable to answer and/or return calls promptly due to dealing with so many other customers. I had to call back twice to get the status of a diagnosis when they were supposed to call and notify me and both times no one was available due to always dealing with others. I had to leave voice mails instead.

I found a vehicle they were selling through the internet and sent them a message asking about it and now find myself getting emails from them that I am not interested in. I have tried to unsubscribe but it does not work.

I thought the salesman was friendly and helpful. Also, the service department has been helpful to this point. Lewis Ford is in Fayetteville which is handy for me to shop and bring my vehicles back for maintenance.

this is the 5th vehicle i have purchansed from Lewis Ford. I have always been treated fairly and courteously by all employees at Lewis. I wouldn't even consider changing dealerships.

I live in Clinton,Ok and have been looking for a pickup for about the past 6 months. We have looked at just about every lot within 2 hours of our home. That includes the Oklahoma city area. My mother reminded me of the good buying experience she had when she bought a car from Rick several years ago. I friended him on facebook and after he directed me to the Lewis Ford website I was able to find just what I was looking for. My husband and I had the best buying experience either of us have ever had thanks to all of Rick's hard work. We bought our pickup without ever stepping foot on the lot. Everything on the pickup is just as he said. We love the pickup and will recommend Lewis Ford and definitely Rick Carr to all our family and friends.

Lewis Ford is just a fun place to go. They dont insult your intelligence. They listen. They aim to please. And they are all nice people that treat you like a friend. I think it is unusual to be able to say this about a car dealership. I am 54 years old and have personally owned more than 300 vehicles. I have purchased at least 100-150 new vehicles over the years and have a lot of experience with many different dealerships. I recommend Lewis to all of my family and friends and have complete confidence that they won't be mistreated in any way!

I have known the Lewis family for a long time so when I decided to look for a new car, I knew the first place I would look. I facebooked Joey Book and told him what I was interested in, and when I showed up he had 4 or 5 cars started for me to test drive. I ended up purchasing my Ford Edge right there and absolutely love it! The service after I drove away has been great also. I just drop my car off to have it serviced and they take care of everything I need. If there are any problems they tell you how urgent they are and the price it will take to fix it. I appreciate that a lot. Overall,I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to buy a new or used car!

Rick Carr was by far the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He wasn't pushy or needy, he was honest and kind and wanted to get us the best deal on a Ford Flex. We've been driving the Honda Odyssey for years and wanted something that wasn't a mini-van. We are LOVING our Ford Flex. It fits 7 comfortably and thanks to Rick we got a great low monthly payment that we can afford! It was by far the BEST car buying experience ever! Jeri was amazing! my girlfriend and I went to buy her first financed car, a 2005 ford focus and she treated us like family! we got a great deal on the car and I didn't even have to haggle with her since they were having a huge sale. got 1700 off sticker price! she (Jeri) made sure all our needs were satisfied and was very patient with us. I could not ask for a better experience thank you Jeri so much! my girlfriend loves the car. I highly recommend going to this dealer.

Very friendly and helpful. We called ahead after finding the car on the internet and he had it clean and parked where we could look at it. The car also had gas in it so we could test drive it. Very helpful while the loan was being approved, he waited and visited with us. Overall great service.

I came in to buy a new GT500 from Stan McGinnis because he was recommended by a friend. At the time he was busy with another customer, but was so professional that he took time to introduce me to Bruce. I found Bruce to be very professional and had good knowledgeable in the product. I would recommend both Stan and Bruce to my friends and anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Lewis Ford is great!!
