I would highly recommend Lewis Automotive. They gave us top dollar for our trade in. Eric, Anthony, and Matt bent over backwards to help us get our truck. Three weeks after the purchase we had an issue with the truck. Called them up and they took care of it immediately and resolved the problem.. They truly take care of their customers and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

While driving our 2020 Ford Explorer with 12K miles on I 70 outside of Hays multiple warning messages started popping up. The owner manual didn't explain any of them really but suggested getting the car to a dealer as soon as possible. Fortunately Hays was a just a few miles away. We pulled into Lewis Ford and the tech and service manager identified the issue using the diagnostic tool. Unfortunately they didn't have the part but found a dealer about 45 minutes away in Great Bend that did and got a us a 2pm appointment that day. Lewis Ford was great. The rest of the story is that we got the car to Great Bend a half hour early and we were back on the road at 5:30 after the speed sensor was replaced. Is 3 and a half hours to replace the speed sensor reasonable? IDK We felt lucky to get an appointment and not have to stay overnight. We drove more than 2000 miles on our trip with no further problems.
