I was only comparison shopping, having visited or called probably 8-10 dealers. Actually had another brand car picked out to buy that day. Had no intention of buying a Kia, but I was being thorough.After one test drive, I put down a deposit.Frankly, it was clearly the best car at that price point. Professional people at the dealership. I had a wonderful experience at Lev Kia buying my new Soul +. My salesperson Ken was informative, attentive and did not try to pressure me into buying a car I did not want. The exact car I was looking for had just arrived and off we went for a nice test drive. This is my second Kia Soul + (first was 2010) and I couldn't be happier. Ken made the finances and paperwork easy and stress free. When I picked up the car, I was so impressed with what great customer service I was given with the registration and inspection. The young man helping us went out of his way to be of assistance with any and all questions we had, including making sure we had the info and forms we needed for business we had with our other cars. Then, we had the wonderful experience with a young man who helped us understand all the technology of the car. He walked me through, with great patience, all I needed to know about the audio package and all the tech features. I drove away happy and feeling like I understood my new car. I would highly recommend Lev Kia to anyone shopping for a car.

I just purchased a new Soul+, trading in my older model Soul basic. I went to LevKia because I had purchased my original Soul with them, and was happy with the experience. I was not disappointed! They treated me well, gave me a great deal with no pressure.I gave "quality of repairs" 5 stars because I always took my original Soul there for all servicing. They are fantastic! Fast service, explaining everything. Always helpful!The new service area is great, love the separate room for those that enjoy a little peace and quiet, and don't want to listen to a t.v.I have always recommended LevKia, and will continue to do so.

I was looking for a particular model 2017 Kia Sportage with specific features and color. Lev Kia of Framingham had the car in stock. I set up an appointment to check out the car in person. The salesman Tony Doheny showed me the car and he provided me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable with the vehicle. No pressure. He explained about the pros and cons of buying vs. leasing. He explained benefits of a shorter vs. longer lease duration. When I decided to do a 2-year lease, the finance manager came by. He worked lease cost numbers with me and accepted my counter-offer. No stress. Best new car experience I ever had. Usually the salesman or finance manager pressures you. Not at Lev Kia. It was actually a pleasant experience. I never thought I would say that about buying or leasing a car :-)

I found the vehicle I wanted on the web,2013 Kia soul exclaim.I sent email and was contacted in less than two hours.Tony identified himself and asked me how he could assist me.He knew I meant business when I put a deposit on the vehicle when he realised I meant business,could not get there for three days because of work schedule.when I got there he met me and did a total review of vehicle and Really showed me all options .he made me feel comfortable and worked a deal that we both agreed on.because I filled out credit application before hand I was able to drive vehicle home that day. Credit manager David had my application a approved and did not have to sit for hours.i went back for another key fob and warren helped me figure out how to use Bluetooth. Being technically challenged he made me feel comfortable explaining how to use other features vehicle had..Burt lueth spent time telling me if I needed any help to call him and he would make sure the problem would be solved..will be a customer forever,,GREAT TEAM , Thanks guys,MICHAEL power

Being a single female I dreaded the car shopping experience. I had no time left to put it off so off to the dealership I went. I was greeted promptly by Ken Russian-I explained that I really had no clue what type of car I wanted but I was originally looking for a SUV. We went over my budget and he showed me a few Kias-one was a sedan that I really liked but I wanted to see what else was out there. I then told him I was off to look at other cars. I went to 3 other dealerships where I got the BS car salesman chat and I literally ran back to Kia. I spoke with Ken in more detail about what I was looking for and he came up with the perfect car for me. I took it for a test drive and we made a deal. This was the easiest car shopping experience I have ever had. (I also had a trade in that Kia gave a great price for)I also spent sometime talking with Burt (he worked all the numbers for me) and once again I was so impressed by the care that this team has for the people buying/leasing cars and the time they took to make sure it was the right car for me. Next step I went in to sign the papers with David-we were chatting about insurance and how expensive it was and he actually referred me to a local car insurance that saved me almost $30 a month. This dealership is top notch and they are so kind and caring and professional. No beating around the bush with them. They clearly want what is best for the customer and you normally don't find that in dealerships. I am now the proud new mother to a Kia Optima Hybrid and love it.

I had made an appointment to test drive a car and was greeted warmly and immediately by Tony. He knew what I was there for and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. They under priced the vehicle by $1000 unintentionally but they still honored the price I saw online. David in the Finance department was also great and went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my purchase. I drove all the way from Providence, RI and it was worth the drive!

Our experience at Lev Kia is by far the BEST experience we've ever had at a car dealership. Not only was the Sales Team very knowledgeable and professional, our entire experience took approx 3 hours. That includes 2 visits to the dealership (first visit for test drives etc. and second visit to sign paperwork, go over car features & drive happily home). We made them aware of exactly what we were looking for and they listened to every detail. They didn't try to sell us something more expensive or try to sway our decision in any way. That was a plus for sure! Having dealt with other dealerships in the past, we cringed at the thought of going to a new dealership not knowing what to expect. We are 100 % completely satisfied with Lev Kia and will most definitely recommend this dealership to all our family and friends! I just leased my 4th car from Lev Kia and would not go anywhere else. Everyone who works there is extremely professional, friendly, easy to deal with and above all honest. They definitely believe in a no pressure environment which is such a nice change from anywhere else I have ever been. None of "this deal ends tomorrow" kind of talk or pressuring you to take a test drive right away to perhaps fall in love with the car. My salesman, Tony is the best. He is one of the many reasons I keep returning. He has always been extremely patient with my litany of questions and will always get back to me quickly.

Ken is the man. My wife and I noticed a Nissan altima and we talked to Ken about it. I took it out for a ride and upon returning to the dealership, I made an offer. They made a counter offer and I accepted. My wife and I were interviewed briefly by Bill Kelly after we had filled out the credit application. We left the dealership at noon and came back at 5 to sign the papers. The car was freshly washed, gassed up, and we drove away by 530.All I can say is great job! Thanks for everything guys. Don't let the cover of the book fool you. The building is simple, nothing fancy and they know it, and that's alright because in this day and age of everything is better bigger and fancy furnishings and lighting it comes down to the people working inside inside the building-the heart and soul. Yes you will get a salesman to ask you if he can help,that's a standard in the industry but it's laid back,no pressure sales. they are attentive to the needs of the buyer with good team work stemming from colorful salesman Ken to Bert the manager. Ken was excellent one of the best salesman i have dealt with and his outgoing personality and passion comes from the top which is manager Bert..he allows the guys to be themselves which makes the sale seem real. i can only imagine how different lev kia would be without bert there. if there was a manager who micro managed and didn't allow or trust his guys to be themselves you might get the same robotic approach all the other car dealers have and that would not work for me.they are top notch guys with a great approach to customer service. Don't let the no pressure laid back approach fool you, this dealership will do what it takes to get the job done. TO GET WHAT YOU WANT DONE. Just after buying my car, I was told that the dealership needed an extra few minutes to get the car registered. After waiting about 1/2 hour, I was told that the MA RMV required forms that I did not have with me. I had a hard time getting the forms even back at work. It took three days! Jeff Iken was very patient and helped me to try to obtain the documents. When all was settled, Jeff delivered my car to my home at 9:30PM! Now that is service!

I have been in to Lev Kia a few times and it is Awful. The salesman Ken Russian is so rude and inappropriate screaming at customers, slamming papers along with binders, stomping his feet. I will never go back and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family how Lev Kia does business. AWFUL.... I recommend going to QUIRK Kia or Wanger Kia!!!!!!!!

I didn't buy my Kia Optima from Lev Kia but it's the closest dealership for service. I only needed an oil change.. The service was excellent. Everyone was cordial and friendly. They matched the price to a coupon i had from my dealership. They even gave me a complimentary car wash. The whole experience was awesome. ??

They sold for me a toyota venza 2012 from about one year & three months , there was around 5000 miles on the car when I bought it, & when the car did 9000 miles it appeared for me a message said "low oil empresure " I went to them & they found no engine oil in the car , they refill the car & it should be my next oil change on 14, 227 miles but on 13, 749 miles showed for me the same message & they measured the oil , found it low which is meaning" the car is burning oil " how come could they sell a car with this case & absolutely they were awaring about the history of that car . There are no truth in them & now they said they will fix it .like a brand new car & i wiill be starting to fix the car now for burning oil , How it will be the condition of the car after 5 years more ?! When I went to the guy who sold for me the car & I explain for him the situation of the car & I told him I want to sell the car because I can't have a new car with low millage on it & has an issue like that & I thought when I buy toyota that's meaning I have a car forever . Anyway he sent me to another guy to taking care of me , even he didn't appologize for thatt situation he puted me through it & he dosen't have now time to spend it with me trying to help me to fix what he did it before .Honestly I'm warning everyone to not trust them & check good the cars before buying from them because I can not trust them anymore , they are trying to sell car without any loyalty . No more toyota or kia I called toyota customer service USA to tell them about their representive dealer & i surprised when they told me this issue is between you & the dealer , do you believe that ? That was toyota customer service helping their dealers to provide bad service & encourage them to steal the customers money & no customer service after the date of purchase , really shame on toyota . I went to toyota wellesley & i was meeting the manager over there , he told me he can take my car & give me $19000 after i paid last year $26445 fir deffective car , like after one year i will lose $7000 in a car i bought it by that fault , this is their way of steallen money ,sold to you deffective car & your choice is to gix it which is not guarantie to be good after that or they will buy the car by lowest price , is that the way of respectable company ? I told him i need your manger calling me & he should call me from two days & till now i didnt hear back ftom him . We had a good experience. We contacted the dealer thru cars.com. They contacted us the next day and we scheduled time to see the vehicle. The car was exactly what we were looking for and we were happy with the price and service. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating was that the sales person had someone he was working with walk in unscheduled 15 minutes after we arrived for our scheduled appointment. He toggled the two of us back and forth. We feel he should have explained he was with an appointment and asked her to wait until we were done. But his manner was professional and he apologized for the 10 (or so) minute wait each time we sat while he helped this customer.

Danny, Will , and everyone else had my back and supported me in a warranty claim that they felt was unreasonable. They pushed forward for me and helped me out with what they felt was the right thing to do. These guys are fantastic and have always had my business and now will ALWAYS have my business. I TRUST them to act in the best interest of the customer (me) and they have exceeded all expectations in my case. Regardless of the vehicle that I own, I will always look to have these guys take care of me and my cars. I can not emphasize how much they helped me out when the manufacturer's front office even shunned me with a run-around.Thank you guys so much, you have a loyal customer for life!

I made my service appointment with Wil. He was friendly and accommodating right away. He received my vehicle when I came in and took half the time to finish the service call. He and all the guys I spoke to during my first visit were very friendly. Will even brought my car inside as it was pouring when I was getting ready to leave. Wonderful, personal service!

6 months after buying a 2012 Sorrento the car began to have paint issues. I noticed spots and slash marks all over the car like the paint or clear coat was bad. When I first brought it into to Lev Kia, Warren told me he was "working for me". While let me say I am glad that Warren doesn't work for me because I would have fired him then and there. He told me that I must of run into some acid!! Are you kidding me? Yes I always drive behind acid spilling cars on the Mass Pike! When I brought it in again to show them that it was getting worse I was told again, this time by the service manager that I must have parked in a garage and rusty water must have leaked from a pipe above. When I told him that I park in an open lot with 499 other cars and no one there ha had this issue and my garage at home does not have any pipes over it , it was as though I was speaking a foreign language!! They finally agreed to "compound and buff it out" I left my car for the day and when I picked it up I noticed NO difference. I was told by the service manager that they just did a small area to see if it would work. I swear the area they did was about 1 cm wide, I was told it worked and I should have this done. When my husband went into the sales depth to inquire about something with his Kia Forte he told Dan the sales manager what was going on and his reply was "they will never fix it".I have 6 more month of this car and I can not wait to dump it back on them and run directly back to HONDA!!! I never should of left them!!!! Kia may make a good car but they surely DO NOT stand behind them nor do they care about the customer.HONDA I'M COMING HOME!!!!

I bought a 2010 kia Koup from lev kia and it was great. Then an intermittent horn issue, then an ac clutch bearing. I found warren to be contemptible. He is all ego and does not listen to customers. He is unfamiliar with kia vehicles their issues and he really does not seem interested in listening. Yesterday June 23rd 2014, the entire Service department was out and somebody from Wellesley Toyota was taking care of service. Apparently things got so bad there they needed a group overhaul. The group that owns Wellesley Toyota owns this Kia dealership. Wellesley Toyota has a great reputation and has expanded after years of success, perhaps they had seen enough?

When I first visited Lev Kia in Framingham in 2011, I was just looking around. I recently have had a Horrible experience with another dealership in the area!! I was not really looking for another vehicle, but Ken started talking to us about purchasing a Kia. I explained everything to him about my experience before and that I did not really trust dealerships anymore. Ken worked patiently with us and was so understanding with us He really convinced us that Lev Kia was the dealership to trust. Not only did I buy my new Sportage with Ken, I let them handle everything!!! Which they did well beyond our expectations!!!! They handled the loan, got my new Sportage ready for us to drive, and took my trade in and gave us a deal that we could not walk away from. This is the first time that I have ever experienced this type of dealership. I informed them upfront that service beyond the sale is so important to me. I will also state that now 3 years later, Lev Kia has not only my trust, but by business with the service department for my Sportage. Warren, has always been outstanding in getting my vehicle serviced. I have had several issues where I needed the service department rather quickly to resolve, and I have called in to them and they have always got me in and taken care of!! For us this is the best experience possible. I depend on them to take car of our Sportage and they have NEVER LET ME DOWN. It is done correct, on time and always within my budget. I listen to the service department and especially Warren when it comes to my Sportage, I do the services when he tells me and I have NEVER within these 3 years had anything happen to my Sportage, which I find remarkable!!! I came to Lev Kia looking to lease a car after mine unexpectedly kicked the bucket. I was looking for something affordable (having just bought a house) and something I could get quickly. These are the words I would use to describe Lev Kia in Framingham: Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, accommodating and honest.I have leased a Kia for the past 3 years, and when it came time to decide whether or not I was going to continue to lease or buy a vehicle, I approached Lev Kia in Framingham. Phil, as one other reviewer said, Our good natured Sales consultant, was extremely professional, patient and helpful in not only answering all the questions I had, but helping think of options that I had not yet thought of. He was very quick to respond via email as well. It was such a welcome experience since I had just visited another dealership in the same area, and was so badly treated; I thought I was in the twilight zone! It took me a couple months to make my decision, but Phil was very understanding and did not pressure me into making one immediately, and was always available if I needed his assistance. Once I had made a decision, Phil introduced me to Gerry, Finance Manager, who helped me get finance at the best possible rate. Gerry was always available to answer questions and kept me informed along the process of purchasing my vehicle.I had always thought very highly of the Services department at Lev Kia in Framingham as I had taken my vehicle there over the past 3 years, and was always very impressed with the service I received. After doing some research online, I fell in love with the 2014 Kia Forte, and immediately contacted the closest Kia to me which was Lev Kia, Phil got back to me with a quote right away, and the next day I was purchasing the car. I don't like buying cars. I don't like negotiating, haggling, getting tough for discounts. Unfortunately, my hand was forced; I needed wheels ASAP. I searched online for an idea of how much I'd have to spend and tripped over a used car at Lev. Called the dealership, spoke with Tony. He was patient and helpful, had no trouble dealing with my odd situation (this was not a traditional car-buy) and he was very reasonable on the price. Any questions I had were answered right away - honestly - and all promises were kept. I highly recommend Lev Kia to anyone who is NOT interested in being hounded by dinosaurs. These guys are real professionals and they treat their customers with courtesy and respect.

I just leased a 2014 Kia Sorento from Lev -- my second Sorento from this excellent dealership. All of my contacts have been topnotch, but I particularly want to highlight salesperson Tony Doheny. Tony really knows the vehicle, as well as Kia and dealership policies, to answer my questions. Every dealing with him was honest, straightforward, and rapid. By contrast, some of my contacts with other dealers had some of the classic frustrations -- not getting a call back, not getting a direct answer to questions, having to go through an exercise with the sales manager, etc. Tony was able to put together an attractive deal, and also successfully secure my first choice vehicle (options and colors) from another dealership 100 miles away. I recommend both the dealership and Tony very highly.

First, let me say that I had no intentions of buying a Kia when I purchased my car in July 2013. I was in the market for a budget-friendly, late-model, low mileage crossover SUV with good handling . However, when I saw the 2011 Kia Sorento at another dealership, I was hooked. I was (and still am) very happy with my purchase until I realized that the audio port wasn't working properly. Unlike the masses, I don't have an iPod, I have a Zune. When I inserted my 3mm audio jack, the sound was distorted and tinny. The other dealership suggested that my cord was probably shorted and that I should take it to Lev Kia for a replacement. Well, I wasn't sure of the reception I would receive since I bought the car elsewhere, but one of the salesmen (Tony) came out and assisted me. He then suggested that we take it to the Service area and Warren came out. He was equally pleasant and enthusiastic. They troubleshooted and we believed that my cord may have been shorted. I purchased a new cord at Target, but it was the same deal. Then I took it to an auto audio store I'd done business with in the past to get a bonafide cord, but it was the same. When I began to extract the cord, the sound was bangin'! We then realized that it wasn't the cord, but the actual port in the car. I took it to the dealership from which I purchased my car. It is still under warranty, after all. Immediately, they launched into this obnoxious rant about the cable only being for iPods and that I was basically screwed. Slowly, I explained that I tried every option and even took it to Lev Kia. No dice. So I drove back to Lev Kia. I explained my situation and within minutes, they literally had three people looking at it. Eventually, Warren came by. He remembered me from the previous day and started trouble shooting again. He even tested my cord in another car and it worked, which meant that the port in MY car had a short, not the cord. Not only did they fix it, but they notified me of a recall and suggested that we fix everything in one go. And that was before they knew it was still under warranty. I was floored. Here I was thinking that I'd get an attitude or dismissal, but they genuinely cared. The bottom line was I just needed someone to listen and take me seriously. I'll definitely go there again. Next time I buy a car, I'm buying a Kia and I'm buying it from Lev Kia in Framingham, MA. Thank you guys!!

My wife and I had been shopping for a new car. We looked at Nissan, Hyundai and Kia. I sent an E-mail regarding Kia. Phil Ohanian E-mailed me back asking what I was looking for and made himself available both by e-mail and telephone. He was courteous, freindly and knowledgable but he was not pushy at all. We scheduled a time to meet and he was again. punctual, freindly and he made us feel like we were the only customers in the world. Again, I am don't enjoy pushy salesmen and in fact will walk away from a great deal if I feel I'm being pushed. Again I couldn't have felt more comfortable. We were then introduced to Gery Cimino who again was a perfet gentleman making himself available if needed. When we decided to make a purchase Phil was very knowledgable about the car, about Lev Kia's policies, and left us completely satisfied. When the deal was sealed we met again witrh Gerry for the paperwork. He made some offers providing us the facts and not a pushy sales pitch. We were perfectly comfortable and rather than feeling anxious, he made the experience terrific. We were introduced to Warren Rios in Customer Service who was knowledgable and freindly. After speaking to him for 5 minutes, I feel like I would walk into the Service Department and feel relaxed and not intimidated at all. Our overall satisfaction has been over and above anything we could have expected!!! Thank You and I nominate Phil Ohanian as the salesman of the Year.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2013 Kia Sportage. I went on a Saturday not even sure I was going to purchase a Kia as I hadn't shopped around too much at other dealerships. I had my mind set on a small to mid-sized SUV and my mother suggested test driving a Kia Sportage. As soon as I saw it I liked it immediately. The salesman Phil came outside and we told him we wanted to test drive the Sportage. He gave us the keys and let us take a ride while he got some paperwork/information prepared in case we had any questions. I loved the way it drove and as soon as we returned I knew it was the vehicle I wanted. Phil showed me the different colors that were available. The dealership did not have the color I wanted in their inventory, but Phil informed us another dealer in MA did and he would be able to get it if I was interested. There was no pressure at all from Phil; he was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He was very informative and answered all questions. Although I was pretty much set on the Kia, I decided I wanted to think about it a bit more and actually drove to the Shrewsbury Kia to see the color that I was interested in since it wasn't available at the Framingham Kia. It was a Twilight Blue. I saw the color in person and fell in love with it! That day we ended up calling Phil to tell him to definitely try to get the Twilight Blue Sportage that was available at the other dealer. The whole negotiation was done over the phone and took no more than 3 minutes. My vehicle was delivered the following Thursday and Phil kept in touch the days before through e-mail as well as answered all the financial questions which made me feel at ease. On Thursday we met with Gerry to complete the financials which was surprisingly painless. He did ask if we wanted the Extended Warranty but as soon as I said I wasn't interested, he moved on. You don't see too many dealers who don't push you to get the warranty so that was great. I signed some papers and then I took my vehicle off the lot. It was the easiest transaction I have ever been a part of. Two days later I did notice a very small ding on the right hand passenger door side. I had picked up the vehicle in the pouring rain so it was very easy to miss for all of us. This wasn't a huge problem. I called Phil to let him know and he apologized and told me to just bring it in anytime to the Service Dept. I ended up bringing it in that same week and they removed the ding no problem. I had a great experience with Warren at the Service Dept as. He was very polite and so helpful!I would like to thank Phil, Warren, Gerry & the rest of the Lev Kia team for a terrific experience, and will be recommending this dealership to many! I seen the car on Autotrader and contacted the dealership for more information on the car, Phil contacted me and let me know that car was in stock and that he would help me answer any questions i had. I went to see the car at the dealership and Phil was very informative about the features of the car and answered all the questions i had. there was no pressure to make a decision on the car, but i decided to pick it up. Gerry and Burt both helped to get he financing in order and the paperwork all in place. all of them were excellent to deal with and i would recommend them all. I had told Gerry the price range i wanted to pay per month and he actually was able to get me into a lower payment then i was asking to be in. A solid dealership with a great group of people.

I am not good about doing reviews but I wanted to make a point to do this one. My experience at LEV KIA.. especially with Phil, was a great one. We visited another Kia dealer and were not happy with the Sales on what we wanted and their inability to work with us. We ended up getting a better deal with a brand new Sorrento than we were going to get on a new or used older model. I always stress when having to go car shopping as I typically do not like to deal with the sales people and can't stand the numbers game but Phil made everything seamless and we actually looked forward to coming back to see him again. I have been a loyal Nissan owner for my past 3 cars and swore I would go no where else, the dealer I worked with always treated me well so this was very hard for me. I was quickly impressed and felt better about my decision after our experience with Phil. I think he won us over and now we may be Kia owners going forward. Phil is very knowledgable but more importantly .. he is genuine and not your typical sales person. We felt at ease right away! I look forward to working with Phil in the future as well as LEV KIA! Had a great car-buying experience at Lev Kia. I came armed with my Consumer Reports pricing data, but I never actually had to negotiate a lower price because the incentives Phil presented me with immediately got me to the price I was willing to pay. Phil, our good-natured sales consultant, has decades of experience and an easy-going style - it was impossible not to like him. He treated my wife and me with respect, kindness and patience at all times. No high-pressure sales tactics here, and no stress. Communication with Phil was excellent, and even when there was a minor miscommunication, Phil and Burt handled it fairly and professionally, always with the customer's satisfaction in mind.Phil mentioned his dealership's high customer service ranking, and it's not hard to see why that would be the case - the entire transaction was a pleasure. Both Phil and Burt were accommodating and went out of their way to make sure my wife was happy with her new car, while Gerry (who handled the financing and final paperwork) was efficient and did not waste our time trying to strong-arm us into extended warranty coverage when he saw we were not interested in it.I had never heard of Lev Kia before we visited their showroom - my on-line research on their inventory showed that they happened to have a less common car color my wife preferred and they weren't located too far away, so we popped in for a visit on our way to a Scion dealership in the same town. Lev Kia was the first and only Kia dealership we ended up visiting, and we never did make it to the Scion dealership because my wife fell in love the Soul she test-drove. I'm very glad we encountered the good people at Lev Kia - I cannot recommend them highly enough and would buy another car from them in a heartbeat.

Called Dealer regarding a recall notice on an Isuzu Rodeo that became an emergency whe bracket broke on vehicle. Brad was more than professional and courteous in explaining how to go about setting up service and how to contact Isuzu Motors. the work has not been done yet, it is scheduled for 2/19/2013, but if service/work is as good as Brad's than I can only hope for good things.Side note that this service had been set up with King richards in East Providence, but they informed me on 2/14 that they no longer did recall work, and left me looking for another dealer.

I was in the market for a replacement for a beloved Nissan Quest, had looked at Mazda and visited another Kia dealer to drive the Sorento and Sedona. Later I did a "request for quotes" via Kia.com online and Phil responded quickly from Lev and was interested in our questions. My wife and went to Lev the next day, drove a Sedona and decided to buy. We found that Phil answered our questions directly without pressure or fancy promises. He was genuinely interested in the cars they sold and knowledgeable. Kia corporate had some good incentives -- $3000 if you finance though them and $1500 if you own a Nissan (didn't have to trade it) -- these change monthly and seem to be the same at all their dealers; the local dealers can discount a little beyond that and Phil and his manager did so. This brought the price to about the same as a 2-year-old used Sienna or Odyssey. Our contacts wight he others at Lev (sales manger, finance guy, service manager were courteous and positive.Maybe other car dealers are equally good these days, but we were pleased with every aspect of buying a car from Lev.

The used vehicle (subaru) we purchased from this dealer was in great shape and a fair price. What set this dealership apart was the way they attempted to go above and beyond to deliver this car in a compressed period of time. They attempted to get my insurance binder, which the insurance company neglected to send, on a Friday so that they could register the vehicle for me. When the insurance company did not come through, they let me use one of their dealership vehicles for the weekend. My husband and I just purchased a new Sorento from Lev Kia, and we really could not have asked for a better experience. We went there on a weekend and told Tony up front that we were simply researching a few possibilities but didn't necessarily plan to buy a car that day. He treated us very well -- explained all the features and pricing clearly and answered all our questions. We never felt pressured to make a deal on the spot. We ended up buying our car there a few days later, and Tony helped us get exactly what we wanted, with a fair trade-in for our old car. On the day we picked up the car, we had a good experience with the paperwork, etc. -- no surprises -- and we drove away with a clear understanding of the features. We never felt rushed or pressured, and I would recommend this dealer without reservation. I'd certainly buy another car there again.

We told them the vehicle we were looking for, and they explained exactly how the pricing would work. There were no trips up to the manager while we waited in suspense. They went through their inventory, and those off all the other dealers in New England, as we were very specific in what we were looking for. We asked to sleep on the purchase and did, and there was no threat of the price being different in the morning. After the purchase, the service has been great.

I returned to Kia for the second time for multiple reasons. My wife and I had such a great experience when we leased a new Soul a few months ago. I was sure that if I was going to go with another Kia, Lev would be the place and Tony would be the salesperson. Being the good consumer that I am, I looked at other non-Kia cars and it didn't take long for me to make a decision. I happily drove away today with a Kia Forte 5-door. And I love it!They are not the pushy go-get-um dealership that pushes and shoves you into getting their car. Tony took his time and treated me like a human being, rather than a sale. I definitely recommend that if you want a great car and great customer service, go to Lev.

My experiences, over the last several years, with Sales and Service have always been very positive here. My latest transaction was that of the purchase of a new Kia Forte. Two years ago my Wife just had to have one of those Alien colored "Hampster Dancing Souls" and she still adores it today! Our last few new car purchases were with the assistance of Tony. We had no luck in the Springfield/Enfield area locating the Soul with the options we wanted. I went on line and found Lev of Framingham and drove there from Springfield. There were 4 alien Souls on the lot and we negotiated and bought one. Our salesman, Phil was terrific and hustled about to make it happen. Phil also took the time to show us some of the optionsavailable on the soul. ( Bluetooth,jukebox etc.) He was very genuine with all the help he gave us he did not just go through the motions and try to make a sale. And he gave 110 % .

Phil made this process very easy for me. I have a bankruptcy on my credit but he managed to work out a deal that fit within my budget. I had to trade in my Grandmothers car who has past which made this very difficult for me. Seeing how hard it was for me, Phil gave me the time I needed. Today I brought my Jeep in to have someone look at a rear back door which had become warped when I backed out of a garage with the door still open (not a good idea). Dan told me I was lucky that there was no body damage and he thought it could be fixed by "tweaking", and I could wait for someone to look at it. An hour later Dan told me my door was fixed and he also filled my two front tires with air because they were low. When I asked how much it was, he said, "no charge." I was so happy. I have been going to Midway (now Lev Kia) for years, beginning with my first Jeep and have been consistently pleased with the service. I have certainly paid for the good service over the years but this was just the nicest thing any dealer/service dept. has ever done for me. I highly recommend the service dept. here.

After researching several brands and models, I was interested in looking a the Kia Sportage. I simply dropped in to LevKia in Fraimingham and was warmly greeted by Phil. He set a test drive immediately and took me on a fun route through Framingham and Wayland which allowed me to get a great feel for the car. My initial contact was via an email inquiry through the Lev website regarding a 2012 Optima and Phil responded promptly and answered all my questions(including pricing). I had previous experience driving an Optima so I knew that I wanted an Optima and was just looking for right features package at a fair price. My experience at Lev Kia was extremely pleasant. I have had a very tough time finding a car with not having perfect credit and Lev Kia did everything they could to help me! I came to Lev last year looking for a new car and met salesman Ken Russian who was incredibly helpful. My situation actually changed and I was going to be driving a family car for a few months instead of purchasing one and Ken was very understanding. When it came time for me to give the family car back and buy my own I remembered how great Ken was and came back to Lev Kia.Ken Russian has to be the best car salesman I have come to meet. He truly listens to what your looking for and what you can afford. He didn't try to play the typical games that most dealerships do, he was very direct and to the point. I have been to multiple dealerships around the Metrowest area and none of them were as helpful and enjoyable as Lev Kia. Also, The sales manager Gerry Cimino was extremely helpful in finding the right bank to finance my new car. He followed up with me after each time he spoke to them and truly helped me find the best rate.There was no pressure or run around with the numbers he was extremely forthright with what my payment would be and the best option for my financial standing. Overall I love my new car, a 2012 Kia Forte and couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease or buy a car!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Lev Kia in Framingham. There are two other Kia dealerships that are closer to where I live, but I went to Lev because Phil responded right away to my email inquiry, and in a way that made me feel that he genuinely wanted to help me, not just sell me a car. We went there on a Thursday evening and by the time we got there; they were only an hour or so from closing. I test drove at least 4 Sorrentos and then changed my mind and asked to test drive a Sportage (which I ultimately bought). I also had my four-year old twin boys with me, who were less than patient about the whole experience! (so, I probably wasnt the favorite customer that day!). The guys in the showroom never made us feel that we were taking too much time, or that our kids were irritating. (In fact Burt gave us the ultimate parent compliment; that our kids were very well behaved!). Phil was extremely courteous and helpful, answered all of our questions and offered no pressure at all. In general, I hate buying cars! (I have bought at least 6 cars over the years, from all different dealers and most were not good experiences). But Phil made it very easy and comfortable, that I actually enjoyed the whole experience. Burt was also very helpful and straightforward, and very comfortable to talk to. They all made it very easy and fun! I will be going back to them for my next Kia, although I love my Sportage so much, I cant imagine parting with it, so it might be a while! I have been recommending them to everyone I know, and sharing my story and my experience. Go to Lev Kia, they are the best.

If I was at all walking about for more than 15 seconds, someone came up to me to introduce themselves and congratulate me on my new vehicle. Nobody was pushy, just genuinely nice. Twice before finalizing the car, I needed to be taken to or picked up from the T station as I live closer to the city. WIthout having to ask, I was offered a ride whenever needed. Ken Russian was very knowledgeable. A nice surprise--he was helpful, attentive to my needs, patient, and willing to explore options. Not at all the "pushy" salesman! Gerry Cimino, who I saw briefly with my financial closing, had a nice demeanor. He quickly went over the same financials on the computer, everything was "in order", and he personally brought me to the service department for introductions. Then he went ASAP to expedite my registration. A few days later, Warren was ready with my registration and inspection service. He was prompt, friendly, and willing to answer other questions on my 2012 Kia Soul. Helpful, friendly, and informative--my initial experience at this dealership. I hate buying a car. Generally, it takes about two to three weeks to purchase a car, going through the process of sorting through the dealerships, checking online. This time I visited two dealer ships and then went to Kev Kia. I met Phil Ohanian. He wanted my email address, at first I said NO. Then he explained why he needed it. So I relented and indicated that I did not want to be contacted about asking me to come in again to talk about a purchase. The only email I received from him was a thank you for the visit, nothing else. That was his first good step. I did return to look at a car and then walked away again; there was no pressure, no calls, and no emails. That was his second good step. Upon my next visit, I went for a ride, took the car to my mechanic, returned and purchased the car. This was my decision, not the dealers relentless pushing me. Thats how to sell a car. Phil let me do just that. I would highly recommend Phil and Lev Kia to anyone. This was the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Thank you Phil.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and vehicle knowledge by Tony, the pleasant salesman to greet us. Living in Worcester I visited several Kia dealers, with disappointment regarding the salesmen and their lack of knowledge of the vehicles (I felt like I knew more about the Kia Soul from looking online than the salesman did) until I went as far as Lev Kia in Framingham. Tony at Lev Kia was such an amazing help. He knew so much about the vechilce and was able to answer the many questions I had. Tony was also very patient with us as we contiued to narrow our search, never putting pressure on us. I will surely visit Lev Kia again for our next family vehicle. I wanted to wait a couple weeks before I wrote this review. I went to Lev Kia after alot of research into the car I wanted. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul. The salesperson-Phil Ohanian-was knowledgeable, friendly, and wasn't using a high pressure sales tactic. He didn't need to-Kia makes exceptional vehicles that seem to sell themselves. He took me for a test drive on real world roads (not perfectly paved ones) so I could see what the car could really handle. After two weeks I am still in love with my new car. They worked with me, getting me good financing and into my new car in short order. When I went in for my inspection sticker the service people led me into the garage to get back into my car because it was raining out and they didn't want me to get wet. How awesome is that!! Absolutely excellent dealer, perfect car. I am very happy all the way around and look forward to having my car serviced there-though it won't need much-perfect!

This is the second new car we have purchased from Phil at Lev Kia. One of the primary reasons we went back was because of the great experience we had the first time, and the second time was just as good. Friendly customer service, pretty quick getting you in and out of test drives, and picking up the car. Fair and honest dealings about the price, very upfront about what they could do, how they were doing it and why they could or couldn't do something. This is the only car dealership I have ever dealt with where I didn't feel like I got screwed somehow when I left. Definitely not your typical "slimy car salesmen." Truly a pleasure to work with, and the cars are great too. Would definitely go back again and recommend others to do so too.

Came to this dealer to look at a used Camry. Ended up buying a new Optima. I am a value buyer who prefers buying high quality cars with 20 to 30K miles. My last 4 purchases were TYoyota. I looked at the Optima as it was priced with incentives about 15% more than the Camry with 20K miles and fewer extras. No hard sell involved. Other than factory incentives I got no price break. They did not have the model in color with extras I wanted. This is probably typical so if they don't have it on the lot, you will be hit with a $300 transfer fee. Sales people, especially Phil were knowledgeable, curteous, patient and friendly. I rate that part of the interaction as exceptional. Don't know if I paid too much yet. If the car is problem free for 100000 miles I will have gotten what I paid for. Check back in about 5 yrars for the end of the story.

Phil was the first car dealer to understand my needs: to deal over email and phone, because I did not have the time and a Car to go to every car dealer in MA. I emailed many(21) car dealers and Phil was one of the first to answer me. He directly gave me an honest price($1000-3000 cheaper compared to other car dealers in MA). Most importantly, he understood what I was looking for, and he was the first one willing to deal over email. I changed my mind many times on the car model, used one to new one. He never showed me any sign of frustration. He kept it cool and carried on with me, and even gave me extra service like picking me up at the train station,and gave me advice about car insurance. I met Tony and Gery, who are very helpful and so sweet to talk to, especially Tony.They are not pushy at all, super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We worked primarily with Tony Doheny, but had some interaction with Burt Lueth as well, and both staff members gave us their undivided attention and truly worked to suit our needs. My husband and I have had negative experiences at other dealerships in the past, in which the staff seemed dishonest, untrustworthy, and seedy. We were dreading the buying of a new car because we didn't want to deal with haggling and attempts to overcharge us. Never did we feel anything but honesty and professionalism from the staff at Kia. Phil was very knowledgeable and highlighted the features of the car without it being a "hard sell". He also highlighted the value of a Kia and its warranty, which really helped us make the choice we did. They installed a remote starter before we picked it up. It was a relatively easy process (though time consuming). Phil also wanted to make sure we understood how to work everything before we drove off the lot with the car and spent a lot of time with us, even after he had made the sale.

I was in search of a new car and Lev Kia was my first stop. I was not looking forward to the experience of buying a car given the general stereotype of car salesmen. My experience at Lev Kia and with Tony in particular was exceptional. I felt no pressure whatsoever. Tony answered all my questions and I never felt compelled to do anything that was not in my interest. I went in looking for an equivalent to my RAV4 and left with an interest in the much more affordable Soul. Since this was my first stop I wanted to go to a number of other dealers. My experience at the other dealers was what I had expected at every dealer; pressure, upselling, hardball negotiations. Lev Kia had the car I wanted and more importantly the price and the attitute I wanted. I leased my Soul from Tony because, although it was the car I wanted, it was also important to me to reward him and the dealer for treating me with respect and listening to my questions and concerns. During the leasing process, Tony was out of the office due to some personal issues and the Sales Manager Burt treated me with the same respect as Tony did. If anyone is in the market for a new car, I would seek out Tony as you will have an unexpectedly pleasant experience buying or leasing a car. I cannot recommend Tony and Lev Kia highly enough.

I received a postcard in the mail an offer for 2 free movie passes, if you test drive a kia car. 2 weeks later we bought 2 kia's.I had been looking for a new car for the past 4 months or so. I became very discouraged, due to the fact that I felt that i was given the run around by 4 or 5 other dealerships. I went into Lev Kia expecting more of the same. I was 100% wrong. Shopped around for a long time for the specific car I wanted. I was willing to go out of state to get the best price, but didn't need to. I have owned old used cars my whole life ("beaters", as we like to call them), never got into the "new car" experience. But when my '97 started to become a safety hazard, I went to Lev Kia of Framingham for a couple of test drives.Tony Doheny was awesome! He walked me through the whole process, being very descriptive of the model I was interested in (I chose the Kia Soul 2012) and he worked closely with the financing wizard they have there, Gerry Cimino, to get me a great deal. (I call Gerry a "wizard" because I have less than stellar credit and my old car wasn't worth much for trade in.....BUT he pulled it off and started me on the road to rebuilding my credit with a 39 month lease with the option to buy at the end. Way to go, Gerry!)Now, when it was time for my girlfriend and I to go down to Lev and pick up our brand spankin' new Kia, we were very anxious to grab it and take off and start enjoying our newest addition to the family. But before we got to do that, Tony sat us down and started to go through all the features and gizmos of the model as well as walking us though the service process and what we should do to maintain the vehicle over the next 39 months. At first we felt like, "c'mon!! we want to start driving!!"...BUT WE WERE SOOO GLAD HE DID THAT! From the future oil changes to the flat repair device in the trunk to walking us through the service department to meet the guys to sitting with us in the car working out the Bluetooth device, Tony demonstrated EXCELLENCE in customer service from top to bottom! Just the Bluetooth system alone would have made our heads swim if we tried to do it alone!Last but not least.....Tony had originally cleaned the car before we got there (even with a new car with 11 miles on it, it STILL would be subject to the outside elements) and did a fine job. But right before we were going to drive off the lot, he noticed a small drop of bird poop on the back bumper that I guess one of our Framingham feathered friends strategically left after Tony was finished....it's good luck, right?! Well, before we left, Tony marched right into the dealership and came out with a tissue and wiped it up for us! Now THAT'S what I call service after the sale! Just another example of the "above and beyond" service of Tony, Gerry and Lev Kia in general. Thanks guys!

Phil and the team at Lev Kia made this experience one of the smoothest and easiest I have had. I have bought a lot of cars, and had some good deals, but these guys blew it away. They were accomodating on price, worked late to fit our schedule, worked to find *the* best financing deal and never tried to upsell or push dealer-addons or warranties. The whole deal was totally transparent, no wool pulling or fast talking done in any way. I will be dealing with these folks again in the future.

Recently I made the first new car purchase of my life. After a 3 month process of deciding what I wanted I chose a 2012 KIA Optima. From what I could come up with it seemed to be the best value for the price. It had the best options, styling and warranty compared to others in the same class (accord, camry, mazda6, etc...) I got a bottomline price from another dealership and went into Lev asking them to get me into what i wanted for $1000 less and they did. Knowing what I wanted and the price I wanted they were able to easily accomodate and make the process as simple as possible. I personally dealt w/ Tony Doheny who was knowledgeable and really made the process easy. I would to recommend anyone to check out Lev Kia.Thanks.

We went to the dealership to look at Kias and ended up being impressed with a trade-in Volkswagon Routan. Despite it not being in the "family" of cars that the dealership normally sells, the staff was extremely knowledgable about the car..so much, in fact, we ended up test driving it, loving it and buying it. We noticed a few minor repairs and they had everything taken care of to make our pre-owned car like "new." It was our first time at the dealership and I'm sure we'll be back.

Positive point 1 = They sell vehicles. Positive point 2 = They offered a good price for my trade-in. Negative Points = A lot. The agent we dealt with knew his cars, so much so that the information was used against us. When they came back with a price, we were asked to explain why we wouldnt buy the car and how on earth wed find a better car for the price offered by the dealership! That was uncomfortable, and strange, as though I was the customer I was the one sweating, I was the one who felt under pressure about the deal. The agent also showed a spreadsheet illustrating all of his sales over the past year which couldnt have made me feel any smaller. Were always told were just a number but this guy actually showed me which number of sale I was for the dealership! Everything was an effort and extremely impersonal though to the agents credit he was a very good salesman. So if you want to be sold a car, go to this dealership, if you want to buy a car on your own terms try another dealership. Best of luck to all of the car buyers out there, enjoy the excitement

I was introduced to LEV KIA and Phil Ohanion by my daughter and son-in-law, who are experienced in buying/leasing cars. After having visited numerous dealerships in the Boston area, they leased a Sorento from LEV KIA; this told me everything I had to know about L-K. When it came time for me to lease a car, I went straight there to Phil Ohanion. When I drove up to the dealership, I was impressed by the pristine condition of the grounds, parking areas, display areas, and buildings themselves. This pride in appearance reflects the dealership's pride in service and competence. Six steps out of the car, I was politely greeted and directed straight to Mr. Ohanion. After an informative chat without any pressure, Phil selected two cars to test drive;his selection of the vehicles and packages helped me make up my mind halfway through the second drive. Thirty five minutes after parking at the dealership, I was testing the car that I would decide to lease and actually drive off the lot four days later.(I could have driven it off two days later had my schedule permitted.)LEV KIA attended to the logistics of insurance, registration, and plates--a relief. After installing the license plates on a rainy night, Phil introduced me to the service department, and made sure I was familiar with all the operations and controls of the car before driving off the lot. From the first arrival at the dealership to the departure in the new Sorento, LEV KIA was polite, open-minded, direct, competent, and organized throughout. Phil Ohanion, Burt Lueth, and Gerry Cimino were helpful, competent, and professional.I will suggest LEV KIA to anyone I know looking for a new car, and also to anyone who isn't looking for a new car; I want them to have an enjoyable experience getting a set of high-quality wheels.

I was just driving through this dealership to look at what they may have, and a sales person (Tony) came out to help me, even though it was after hours. He was very friendly, and didn't waste my time. He took down all the information about what I was looking for and got back to me in a timely manner. I had been in contact with other dealers and they had just tried to push what was already on their lot. Tony took the time to look at what was available at other dealerships for me. In the end, the exact car I wanted wasn't available, so the dealership actually agreed to ask for an allocation for it. In the second week they were given it. I was sent updates at least weekly (if not more frequently) as to where my vehicle was and what its arrival date would be. When we made a financial deal, everything was written out and explained to me. They were very upfront about anything discussed, and didn't try to push anything on me. When it was finally time to get my car, they took great care to make sure I left feeling like I knew how to use everything in it. I had a wonderful experience there!

Although I showed up late on a rainy Friday evening just before closing Tony gave me as much time as necessary to see the car I was interested in and didn't try to push me along. I also appreciate that Tony had some aspects of my car checked out at the Lexus dealership - that gave me confidence I was purchasing my vehicle from a reputable person and dealership. Gerry Cimino helped me to finance my deal and I was very comfortable with his help and approach as well. I found everyone I spoke with at the dealership to be friendly and helpful. I worked with Tony over the phone for several days, along with dealers from at least a dozen other dealerships. He, unlike several of the other dealers I spoke with and e-mailed, was a completely straight shooter. Only 2 of the other dealerships that I spoke with had the car in the color, style, etc., that we wanted. One sold the car after we made an appointment to come back and make a deal. The other sold the car after I made a down payment, due to a huge in-house miscommunication. All the others, except Tony, said they needed to locate the car I wanted, and weren't sure how long it would take. I now find myself grateful that no one else had the car, because I can't imagine any of them would have been as professional, curteous, and accomodating as Tony. He spent a lot of time communicating back and forth with me, even though he knew I had a lot of feelers out in the Kia system. He also was straight forward with me, so I never once felt the twinge of a bait-and-hook approach. Bottom line: I found myself trusting Tony the most, and that's a HUGE advantage in any retail sector. He did not let up after the deal either. We worked with our tight schedule to get the paperwork done, and even picked me up at the train station to take posession of my car. He made sure I understood all the safety and convenience features of the car. He introduced me to the staff of the on-site repair and maintenance facility, who were no less professional. I am a Southwest Airlines pilot, and I think it's fair to say that Kia is the Southwest of the auto industry, and Tony is a very effective and valuable asset to your brand.

My experience at this dealership was the best of the five dealerships (Kia, VW, Honda x2, and Toyota) I visited in my quest for our first minivan. I am writing this review despite not purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Phil Ohanian was friendly, accommodating, and straightforward. As he knew I was short on time (twin babies at home), he did everything in his power to make my experience at the dealership efficient, yet thorough. I was given their bottom line price for the new car as well as the top value for my trade. The only reason we did not purchase the Kia Sedona is that it only seats seven passengers. In the future I would absolutely return to this dealership to purchase a car as well as recommending Phil to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant.

Before I start let me first say that I have had a really bad experience with another dealership where I purchased my Chevy Malibu. I was so discouraged with my purchase and the service department there that after putting at least 5K into the car for repairs, I decided to shop for another car. I then went to Lev Kia in Framingham, MA just to look around at new cars in February 2011. This is where I met Ken Russain a sales representative that works there. Ken spoke with me to see if I was interested in a new Kia and I told him about my past experience there with the prior dealership that I was at. Ken really listened to me and to sum things up, gave me a new deal on a Kia Sportage that I could not walk away from. Most of all Ken got my trust back in dealerships again. This was an important plus in my attitude towards dealerships. I really needed a dealership that I could trust to buy a car from and to receive service on my new Kia also. Ken gave me no pressure to purchase, just let me take my time and most of all he understood me and what I was looking for. The trust and understanding was there and I knew with a shadow of a doubt, that I bought a New Kia Sportage without even looking at it. I received an excellent finance rate, a remarkable payment on my old Malibu and with that was able to purchase my new Kia Sportage. This was such a pleasant experience working with Ken, Burt, and Bill over the next few months. When I had a little problem, after I talked to Burt and Bill and they reassured me that they would take care of me. Which I must state that they did to a level of excellence that I have never seen before!!I know that it took me a long time after I purchased my new Sportage to write what I am now stating. I needed to find out if Lev Kia would be a dealership that would be there for me before the sale and most of all after the sale. Let me also say that I do love my new Kia Sportage so much that I informed a neighbor about it that she too, went to Lev Kia had such a wonderful experience with Ken Russian that she too, bought a New Kia Sportage also!! The service department was so excellent and I was treated like royalty, when I brought my Kia in for her first service. Honest communication, not trying to push more service items on me than was needed for my Kia, and most of all a free complementary inspection at no cost to me on my Kia I really felt that my business was wanted there and every one that I came in contact showed me so!! Warren Rios the manager of the service department handled me personally and his staff was also so involved insuring that all my needs were met that it has clearly shown to me that I can trust Lev Kia Before and after the sale!! I would highly recommend Lev Kia to anyone that wishes in a dealership that you can trust before and after the sale!!For me this is a dream come true. I went to this dealership with a specific price point in mind and thinking that I would be looking at the Sportage. Knowing my price point, my salesman asked how I would be using the vehicle and suggested that I think about the Sorento, as it would probably fit my needs better and meet my budget at the same time. He went over the vehicle and thoroughly explained all of the options that could be included in that price before offering me a test drive. The amazing thing to me as I think about this trip to Lev Kia was that I went there thinking that I would soon be off to check out a few dealers of other makes that I was interested in. I never made it to another dealer. All of the people I worked with were extremely helpful, happy to do what they do and did not apply any pressure to buy something I didn't want or need.

Phil takes you on an all terraine test drive so you really get to see how the vehicle will preform on different surfaces. Unlike the salesmen at Herb Chambers Kia, Jeffery at Lev Kia of Framingham was HONEST about what cars were in stock. When I went to pick up my new Kia Soul Bert handled the paperwork and made it a painless, streamlined experience, no surprises and he was very pleasant to work with. From the beginning Jeffery listed to me, ansereed my numerious queations and helped me find just the right car, at a reasonable price. This I know because I had done my research. When we picked up the new Soul Jeffery was knowledgeable and generous with his time, not to mention patient while explaining how all the bells and whistles worked.I LOVE the bluetooth and mp3 player working thought the radio! I purchased a Kia Soul from Lev Kia and couldn't be happier with how everything went. I made the decision to buy a new car when my current car broke down for the third time in a month... it had nearly 200k miles on it and it was time to move on. I did a lot of research online and sent messages to several Kia dealers telling them exactly what I was looking for and asking what inventory they had that met my needs and asked for pricing and financing information. Phil was incredibly responsive, which is something most of the other dealers weren't. A couple of them responded by saying I could see their inventory on their web site... they clearly weren't trying to earn my business, but Phil was. Communication was great, the actual face to face communication was great and I got a great price. Phil really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me on another model, accessories/options I didn't want, etc. I would absolutely recommend Phil and Lev Kia to anyone in the market for a Kia.

My recent purchase of a 2011 KIA Sorento from LEV KIA of Framingham, MA, proved to be a beneficial experience. I researched the KIA Sorento and formed the opinion that for the money this vehicle along with its warranty was a worthwhile investment. I shopped around to all area dealers and was able to negotiate a fair price from the friendly, knowledgeable staff at LEV. The vehicle was delivered at the date and time promised. It was immaculate when I picked it up. The gas tank was full to the brim. The sales associate spent plenty of time familiarizing me with the vehicle and its options. Negotiating with the sales staff was a no nonsense encounter. They were all professional, curious and respectful to my budget and vehicle requirements. This vehicle amazes me having purchased (4) new Mercedes prior to the KIA. The 4 cylinder gets 32 mpg. It cruises effortlessly at high speeds. True, its not the 400 HP Vette that is our second automobile, but then again I drive it for two weeks without gassing up compared to every two days! I laugh when I drive by similar looking Lexus and BMW SUVs, knowing that I paid more than 20K less for a vehicle that has twice the warranty. Thank you LEV - KIA

I had been looking for an inexpensive, fuel-efficient new car for a couple of months and had visited about 12 dealerships of various manufacturers, some good, some awful. Everything I could afford was very boring and I had never heard of a Soul. I saw it at another Kia dealership when I was there to test drive another model. The salesman there told me I couldn't have a brochure and that he would answer all my questions. When he couldn't answer even some basic questions (like color options), he literally told me I asked too many and pawned me off on some woman for a test drive who was actually very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked the interior roominess of the Soul and wanted my husband to drive it.We happened to be in Natick and heading towards the Pike after work one Friday so we decided to stop at Lev Kia so my husband could see the car and we could get a brochure. We were so tired that we didn't really even want to do a test drive and we definitely weren't looking to buy that night. We even went so far as to agree to no more than 20 minutes before we went in. But, the process was so pleasant and easy and we liked the car so when Phil Ohanian, our salesman, asked if we wanted to know the pricing, we figured why not. Having been shopping for awhile we knew it was a good price and that there weren't a lot of the model and color we wanted left so we made a refundable deposit. Again, no pressure, no hassle, but at least we knew the car would be there come Monday. Over the weekend, I contacted the woman at the first dealership (to be fair) and asked for her price on the same car. It was much higher so we decided to go with Lev Kia. Over the next few days as we pondered accessories and financing options, I sent Phil many emails. He responded promptly, accurately and succinctly. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so attentive to details. He easily arranged for some after-market work we needed done and had everything ready when we came to pick up the car. He went over everything - even helped me set up the Bluetooth so that I wouldn't have to deal with the one-time learning curve - and took me over and introduced me to the service department. He had a gift for me and so did the service department. Honestly, my husband and I laughed that Phil seemed more excited than we were. So, having been in a lot of car dealerships over the years, I'd have to say the first Kia dealership I saw the Soul at was one of the worst experiences (but based largely on one person - but I couldn't believe the management would let that go on) and Lev Kia was defintely one of the best. We had some interactions with the finance guy who called to ask me if I wanted a lower rate than I had agreed to - when does that happen - and a service guy who originally gave me sort of a hard time, but ended up being fine. My only gripe would be that when we asked if my husband could get a ride to work when he had to drop off the car we were told yes - and he did - but they never mentioned that they wouldn't come pick him up again so he'd have to find a ride from a co-worker. I am picky and I do ask a lot of questions, but that's why I feel comfortable giving Phil Ohanian and Lev Kia the highest rating. I gave Lev Kia of Framingham the highest score because everyone at this dealer was helpful, cheerful, and very calm. At Most dealers they just try to pressure you into buying a car, while Tony (the salesman who helped me and my mom at Kia) was interested in our needs and demands. He stayed with us and answering all our questions regaurding the type of vehicle that would best suite my mother, He was very friendly and helpful and was not pushy at all. After making a decision and purchasing a Kia Soul the dealer handled all the paperwork, registration, and also putting new plates on the car we did not have to deal with any of it. they explained all the charges with complete detail and broke everything down for us. When the car was ready to drive off (the following day) Phil was there to greet us and explain all functions of the new car. But before he showed us the functions of the car he took us around the dealer to show us the service Center. I was so appreciative he did that because he wanted us to know that they are there to help us with any issue that may arise. The service man who was behind the desk was very helpful, I even asked a question about my own 2004 Kia Sorento and gave me helpful information regaurding pricing of Auto Body work. When we reached the new Kia Soul Phil showed us every function inside and out, he made sure that when we drove off the lot that we wouldn't have any questions and would feel comfortable driving the new vehicle. He took his time and answered any questions we had for him.When we drove off with the Brand New car all we kept saying to one another is how nice and helpful everyone is. We visited many dealers before and none had the same presence and warm welcome as Lev Kia did. I am sure that i will see them again because i plan on returning for auto body work for my 2004 kia, and in the future when i decide to purchase a new vehicle i will know exactly which dealer head straight for, Lev Kia of Framingham.I want to thank you all of you for helping me and my mother purchase her car in which she feels comfortable and in which she Loves. I contacted the dealership about a couple of used Honda Elements they had and Phil responded promptly and we set up a time for me to see the cars. When I came in the next day, Phil was very friendly and informative about the cars but in no way put any negative pressure on me to make a commitment before I was ready. He provided me with helpful information on both vehicles and answered all my questions as I test drove both of them. I ended up buying an Element from a friend who also happened to be selling his, but I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Phil to anyone looking for a honest and friendly dealer without all the hype and "salesmanship".

Came in to purchase a used vehicle to replace my vehicle which had died. This was the first time I had purchased a car from a dealer and Tony and Gerry made the process painless. As a first time buyer there was a bit of a delay caused by the auto insurance company and bank approval for financing, but Tony and Gerry did everything they could to make sure everything was approved and I was able to drive away with the vehicle the same day.

My salesperson was very knowledgable and took the time to fully explain all the different vehicles that fit my need as well as the options, alternatives, and pricing for each. I never felt under any time pressure and we took as much time as I needed for the test drive. Once I selected the vehicle & options, the sale process was free of pressure and we got to a fair price very quickly. Upon pick-up, I was taken step-by-step through all the features and set-up. Greg made sure I understood everything about everything so that I could do it on my own. Yet, when I forgot how to sync my wife's phone, Greg seemed glad to see me when I returned to the dealer and helped me re-sync. I have bought 7 or 8 cars in my life - I wish they all would have been as painless as this one.

I have bought many cars in my long life of 64 years. The people who work for Kev Kiaare the best. All choices were shown to me when I told them I wanted a SUV. I drove the cars, talked about them and what was important to me such as mileage. Jerry was wonderful, respectful and he listens. He presented me with all my options for buying. What impressed me with him was his knowledge of the product and the credit end ofthings. Also I liked the idea of knowing when you lease you are told what the car will cost you at the end of three years and they write it down for you. We had visited 2 other Kia dealerships which we contacted looking for a specific model/color Kia Soul. Both dealers told us they had the vehicle we were looking for. One of them made an appointment for us to test drive the car and the other said the have many of them in stock, but in each case when we arrived they did not have the car. We then contacted LEV KIA and spoke with Phil Ohanian, he said they have the car and would hold it for us and he would have it out front ready for us to test drive that evening. When we arrived, as Phil stated the car was out front ready for our test drive. Phil was out greeting us within moments of our arrival and within 24 hours the entire transaction was completed including all paperwork, financing, registration, inspection, and detailing.We are very pleased with the level of service we received from Phil and LEV KIA. I visited many dealership because I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. I wanted something with good gas mileage and that could tow a trailer/boat and definately wanted leather heated seats. I went to KiA several times and just fell in love with the Serento but more importantly the salseman I dealt with was honest and did not pressure me or my huband at all. We looked at many different cars and took our time. My mind was actually made up after I drove the Serento but I waited for my husband to drive it. We drove other vehicles and nothing even came close to this car. With the help from Jeff and the Sales Manager, Gerry, the ease of trading in our vehicle and dealing with the financing was painless. We just absolulty love the car and the warranty and we even purchased the extended warranty because the price was acceptable and not outrageous which in my estamation means that you quarantee your vehicles.I will recommend anyone of my freinds to your dealership in the event they want to purchase a vehicle from reputable salesmen then LEV KIA of Framingham is the place to go. We are even thinking when we are finished paying off this car loan we are coming back and considering buying the "Soul." Everyone we had any interaction with was professional and helpful. I've had tons of bad experiences so I am fully appreciating and kinda even really liking this one! The price was better than comparable cars at other dealerships. They did not use high pressure tactics. They allowed us to use their computer to do an internet search on blue book information. They gave us plenty of time and space to discuss and decide about the vehicle and fully answered all of our questions and we had a lot of them. I like these guys a lot and would recommend them without hesitation.

I went into Lev Kia after calling ahead to see if they had the model of car and trim I was interested in, as I wanted to take it for a test drive to be sure I was truly interested in the vehicle. All the other dealerships either didn't have the car or didn't return my call after doing the research they needed to do to see if they had it in stock. When we called we spoke with Tony and he said he thought they did have the car and that if we didn't hear back from him it mean they did. So we decided to drive over to check it out. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by another salesman (much friendlier welcome than we received from any other dealer we walked into). We told the salesman we were there to see Tony as it was he that we spoke with on the phone. Tony was working with another customer at the time but he took the time to say hello and prepare the car for us to take for a test and even helped us to map out where to drive in the area. Upon our return we discussed the exact model I wanted since the car I test drove was the right engine but didn't have the Navigation system (technology package) which was what I wanted in the car I was going to purchase. We sat with Tony and he went on the system to see what dealerships in the neighboring states had the exact vehicle I wanted and I was even specific on the color I wanted. There were only a couple of them out there since it was a year end model and they found one in NH to bring over. I discussed the price I wanted to pay and how much I was willing to put down. I also had a trade-in to work as well. We came to a good price and it was hassle-free. I called a couple of times after leaving the dealership that day and spoke with Bert Lueth, the sales mgr and he really worked to get me to a price I was very happy with. I can not say enough good things about how comfortable I felt throughout the buying process. I felt no pressure and they were very eager to ensure my happiness. The day my car arrived I headed back in, and after signing all of my paper work, Tony sat with me to go over all of the vehicle's features and manuals and then we sat in the car to go over many of the options (and this car has manyThere's a definite learning curve with my new Kia Forte). With all that said. I highly recommend Lev Kia if you're in the Boston area and looking to buy a Kia. You will be happy you did. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience and I couldn't have been more happy with my experience. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Lev Kia. The location is very convenient, right off Mass Pike, which is why I went to this Kia dealership over others. Once there, I was glad I went. Tony is extremely courteous and very patient. He was not at all pushy, and really listened to what I was looking for. The manager (I don't remember his name) was also very helpful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by him - a big difference from other dealerships I'd gone to, where they had me waiting a while before even coming over and saying hello. Tony really took the time to show me different features of the car in question, and he walked me through all the details of the financing options. This was far and away the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. Phil was so comforting to deal with that my wife intends to go back to Lev Kia to buy herself a Sportage soon. Lev didnt have the car I wanted (Forte with Manual Trans) in stock, but was able to not only find one nearby they could get for me, but even told me where it was in case I wanted to drive it at that dealership first before having them bring it in. They were not worried about the competition which made me even more comfortable in working with them. On mar 31 I saw a web ad for a low-priced Soul lease from Lev. I emailed through Lev web site - Greg, a salesman, replied promptly by email. I dropped in that evening (time was running out, program allegedly ended 3/31). I had never ridden in nor considered a Kia prior to that day, nor visited the Lev dealership. Upon arrival I asked for Greg; he was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He immediately offered a test drive in a Soul, as well as answers to any possible question I could think of. The deal was for a base model (which I understood) - at no point was any pressure applied to upgrade or spend more.The vehicle exceeded my expectations, negotiations with the salesman and sales manager were entirely straightforward, amicable and transparent. Of the ten or so new vehicle transactions I've participated in, this was the easiest, most pleasant and most thorough.In addition to moving quickly to close the deal (without any pressure), they prepped the car in one day, including registration. The car was absolutely immaculate and detailed at delivery, the salesman walked through virtually every feature. The new-vehicle and dealership orientation process were *by far* the most thorough and helpful that I have ever experienced. We've only had the vehicle a few days now, thus far we are delighted. As far as I am concerned, it would be hard for this dealership to have done any better. The salesman and sales manager clearly demonstrate customer service and customer respect.

I bought my kia through Ken Russian and he couldn't have been more professional and responsive. I was able to communicate with him by phone and by email; the latter made the process much easier for me as I am often on the road. Ken made the entire process exceedingly easy and the price offered beat all others I found. Recently, I experienced a service problem with a diffferent dealership. Phil has sold me four vehicles over a ten year period. He is a consistent face and style, steady and relaxing. Business develops at its own pace and I never feel rushed to make a deal. Honestly, I always walk away knowing I've done it my way, yet the team here always seems to genuinely appreciate and engage me. The team at Lev KIA was friendly without being pushy / trying too hard. They answered our questions honestly. The car (silver 2008 Toyota Prius) was clean and as described in ad. The tires were very worn, but they put almost new used tires on for us before we closed the deal. They were professional and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with our purchase. The car was competitively priced. They called after the deal was done to make sure we were happy with everything and offered to send us a manual in the mail.

The customer experience with the Sales, Management, and Service team was excellent. This is coming from a person that dreaded dealing with "car sales persons" in the past! Our sales person (Jeff Tang) took the time to understand our needs and helped us understand all of the many different options through Lev Kia. We test drove several different makes and models (SUV's and Sedans) and ultimately chose the Optima EX. The Kia team created a great financing package that fit our budget and then located the specific car and options that we chose and we closed the deal. We're very happy Optima EX owners, and in fact, the experience went so well that we bought a second new Kia Forte, with the same overall total experience, for our daughter.

From the initial conversations with showroom staff to the paperwork signing and pickup, we could not be happier with the treatment and the overall customer-centric attitude we enjoyed. And believe it or not, we did enjoy the process!Phil Ohanian was our sales person, and was superb. He encouraged us to drive as many of the models we were considering as we had time for, and he answered our questions honestly. If he didn't know something, he was able to say so, then chase down the answer for us. When we came back for a second visit, he had taken the time to assemble the cars that we were considering together in the parking lot to make it easier for us to compare and to test drive them.Both Phil and Bill (who handled the finance approvals and loan arrangements) were incredibly helpful in explaining the options for financing and the available incentives Kia was offering. We never felt pressured to make a decision, there was absolutely no "what can we do to get you to buy today" routine, and no lengthy explanations about the dealership and how great they are. In fact, the attitude was very humble and service minded. We felt as though we could walk anytime with no pressure or games.I whole-heartedly recommend doing business with them, and we love the new car they helped us to buy and to be comfortable with the decision. When it was time for me to get into a quality used car my dad suggested I visit the Lev Kia website. He has purchased several late model used cars from them over the years and has always been happy with both the quality and service. I found a beautiful low mileage Acura TL on the website so I went to see it. I was greeted by a courtious salesperson who showed me to the car and proceeded to tell me about. I was impressed by his knowledge of the car as there's alot to learn about a car like this. He brought me the keys and told me to take it for a ride. Needless to say I fell in love and agreed to purchase. I had done some homework on prices for the same year, make and model and my final price was an excellent deal. The close went smoothly and I've been happy since. It was an overall enjoyable experience. I will recommend them to my friends.

I was looking for a Soul in Alien green and manual transmission and was having trouble sourcing one until I ran across Lev KIA. I called Tony and in a few days he found what I needed. He then made me such a good deal I'd have been embarrassed to haggle further. Because of the deal he put together I added all kinds of options I might have otherwise taken a pass on. He made sure the car was delivered on time with all the options installed, introduced me to all the other department heads and spent over an hour familiarizing me with the car. I've been there last week, and the experience has been the worst ! The salesman probably from Asia did not know what salesmanship is about. I almost bought KIA Forte from another dealer, but thinking that I should buy Kia Optima, I had come to this place.Well, it turns out that he really pissed us off. I always intentionally pretend that I am not interested in buying a car, and I observe the reaction from a salesperson. Well, he doesn't speak clearly, listens clearly, and I assume that he thought that I was not interested in buying a car, so he did not seem to care about trying to sell the car with courtesy. To make the situation worse, he didn't dress up properly and he even seemed rude.To keep the communication going, when I mentioned communicating by email, he said in a rude manner like 'i don't know ur email', and then a long pause. So I had no reason to communicate with this dealer anymore, and I'm checking out other branches. Please know that customers buy from a salesperson who doesn't give up and keep the politeness and courtesy.I know not all salesman over there are not like that, but it only takes one, single bad experience to get the overall impression.

Very positive experience with LEV Kia, and with my salesperson, Tony Doheny. From the first visit on, Tony was very knowledgeable about the car (Kia Sorrento), and diligent in following up with any additional information that needed to be investigated, such as specific questions on the vehicle or inquiries about vehicles with particular option combinations. Tony and his colleagues worked to get me the deal on the vehicle that I was looking for, and were much more specific on prices than another Kia dealership that I contacted. Tony was responsive without being pushy. I've now had the new car for about a month, and have had a couple things to call about, and Tony has been every bit as courteous and thorough after the sale as he was before the sale. My contacts with others at the dealership, including the Sales Manager, Business Manager, and Parts Manager were also very positive.

So I went there to find out for myself. 3 SUVs and 2 cars later, I guess you could say I agree. I've bought many cars and trucks from many different dealers over the past 25 years but I only trust one. The feeling of being prey to the "art of the deal" is non-existent at this dealership. I have written a review regarding the Kia Soul on Yahoo Auto, and place one here to recognize the unusual experience of feeling welcomed not only walking into the dealership with a purchase in mind, but to also acknowledge the quality of service that followed through the purchase and beyond. Sure, there are some glitches; going on round three of repairs to find out what is causing the irritating ticking sound of metal on metal somewhere behind the dash panel when the Soul gets to 65 miles/hour, but they do keep trying. Over-all there is a sense of being listened to, and not being taken for a ride while trying to purchase one. Tony greeted me at the door when I first appeared, and stayed with me through the process and beyond. Helpful with defining what I was looking for, and discussing the positives and negatives of each style, Tony and the others at the dealership were not afraid to talk about the weaknesses of the vehicle as well as it's strengths. This was a novel experience, after the experiences at Honda and Toyota dealerships who seemed to feel they were offering the best there was and there was no need to see a customer as more than a wallet. Tony let the vehicle sell itself, and it did. The closer did not pressure to purchase after market add ons, or un-needed and useless charges like cloth protection, rust proofing, or etching the vin #. Projections of cost were accurate, and coming in with my own finances had no effect on the ultimate cost. After purchase, Tony and the dealership has remained in contact, and with a problem, has promised to stand behind their product and promising my satisfaction with results. Their actions so far have followed that promise. I recommend this dealership highly, and that does not come easy. I am one serious pain in the posterior when it comes to being a customer, and have high expectations of both the people I deal with, and the products I purchase.

I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord from Lev Kia and Ken Russian and I could not be happier. I have owned more than a dozen cars and each buying experience has been unique, and often times, a labor intensive process. Ken is by far the best sales professional I have worked with. Ken is extremely knowledgable, easy going and accommodating. I liked the way he just let me be, was never pushy, and was completely appropriate in his gentle, yet consistent follow-up calls. The vehicle was priced right, the car was delivered in perfect condition (clean, up-to-date oil change, etc...), and the paperwork took 10 minutes. That alone was worth the entire experience. I hate being trapped at a dealer for hours, negotiating, completing paperwork, bouncing from place to place. Lev Kia has it right and seems genuinely respectful of your time. Prices were extremely competitive, quality was high and service excellent. Perhaps the best recommendation I can offer Ken and the dealership is that I will not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends, and in the future, as additional car needs arise, I will look there first for a match to the vehicle I am looking for.

My first new car in about 13 years and it was a nice experience. Found the car I wanted (a Rio) online and emailed the dealership. Tony called me that morning and we scheduled a test drive. When I got there we found out the one I wanted was already sold but there was one other available so we took it out in the snow and I bought it that night.The only real downside is that while the tires are generally fine I think I'll be adding snow tires next Winter - the car is just too light for snow driving on all-season tires. Also, I felt a bit stupid when I couldn't find the trip-ometer reset button without having to reference the owners manual! (It was hiding just out of my field of view behind the steering wheel.)I used to drive a '97 Toyota Corolla and the 2010 Rio is a little smaller and gets similar mileage. The value of the Rio is superb though - I got a lot of car for not much money.

I recently purchased a 5 year old Acura and couldn't believe the level of treatment I received from Sales, Service and Auto Body. They treated me like I was purchasing a brand new luxury car. On first inspection they pointed out things like a couple of door dings, a glass chip and even the driver door catch that would all be remedied before I could pick up the car. These things were so imperceptable I would never have noticed. Clearly they were ensuring I'd be 100% satisfied after I left with the car instead of me noticing later and having to bring the car back. Everyone was courtious, respectful and knowledgeable. I will purchase from them again.

We are very pleased with the Sorento SX we bought from Lev Kia. Thought I should share some of my comments that I had passed on to the management at Lev Kia. We had been looking at small SUVs but they were just that.small. my wife had become accustomed to the space that her Mazda MPV had provided and loved the ability to occasionally carry 7 passengers, so the Sorento really filled that need. PLUS, it is such a sporty looking vehicle, even my 17 year old daughter wants to be able to drive it to school to show off to her friends, which she did this morning!We took it up to Vermont this weekend, looking at colleges for my daughter. The ride in the front and back seats was terrific and the handling quite solid and secure. Excellent navigation system, sound system and love having the satellite hookup. Was able to listen to the Patriots game on the drive back! I am discovering more and more marvelous details about the Sorento that make it one of the best vehicles available. The value that is in this car should put it in a price range above $40,000, but it is just over $30,000.... a great deal. Im loving it!.

I visited this dealer because of an ad on their website for a used Kia Optima. Ken was my sales person and we were able to reach an agreement on the price of the car. I signed a purchase agreement and left a deposit on the vehicle. The agreement was pending an inspection and approval of the vehicle by my mechanic. My mechanic reviewed the vehicle and gave me a list of several issues that needed to be fixed. One of these issues was that the vehicle required two new rear tires to pass inspection. I gave the dealer my mechanics recommendations and required repairs, Ken said they would take care of it and I could pick up the vehicle in 1 week. 3 days later I received a call from Bill - he informed me that there was not enough "margin in the price of the vehicle" to put on two new tires that matched the current tires on the car. He offered to buy one tire if I agreed to pay for the second. I told him that was not acceptable and told him that they could either take $500 of the price of the car and I would buy the tires on my own, or put on 4 new tires that were less expensive, but still of comparable quality, so that the car would have 4 matching tires. Bill told me that was not an option as that would still cost too much, and that I could either wait for them to "find" two used tires that had enough tread left on them to pass inspection or they would give me back my deposit. Needless to say I walked away from this deal. I would be wary of buying from this dealer, in my experience, they are dishonest do not live up to their promises.

I purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento in late September. Ken Russian was an excellent salesman very courteous, patient, and very informative about the company and the vehicle. I test drove both a 4 cyl and 6 cyl Sorento, ane went with the 6 for more power. Ken made the purchasing experience very easy, without any pressure. Ken explained, in detail, all of the functions of the Sorento when I picked it up. I signed the papers at 8:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, and picked the Sorento up at 6 p.m. on Wednesday. The trade-in amount that I got for my Honda CRV was also reasonable - and they didn't try to low ball the price, as a lot of dealerships do. Bill Kelly, who handled the financing, was also very warm and personable and explained all the paperwork to me so I understood what I was signing. The price was right and the financing was very appealing.The location of this new dealership in Framingham, MA is also perfect for me, as it is only a couple of miles from my house and only a mile from my work which will make it very convenient if I ever have to drop the Sorento off for service. My only suggestion for the dealership would be to paint the area around the parts counter!I would highly recommend buying from Lev Kia.Patti

I've had *really* bad experiences with dealerships, so I was on-edge and worried about replacing my old Audi. I can remember lots of dealership experiences where I asked a question, and the salesperson would launch into this long speech, totally deflecting the question and making me feel like I had entered some parallel universe where words had different meanings (like the words "price" and "additional fees", for example).In fact, the first few dealerships I went to this month were of that "parallel universe" style. I'd ask about price ranges, and I'd get nowhere when I told them that "No, I was not going to buy today."I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Lev Kia. From the time I sent email to them asking about the Sportage, I got quick and polite answers. No one was pushy. Ken answered my questions directly and explained everything. And for the first time ever, the numbers we discussed at the beginning were the numbers that came out at the end. The people I met there were all helpful and responsive, and were flexible (I didn't have the Title of my car with me, and there was no problem bringing it the next day). I love my new Kia. I haven't been over to their Service Department yet, so I don't know how good they are on that end.

Our experience with Lev Kia has been wonderful. Phil Ohanian was a pleasure to work with when shopping for our new car. He was friendly, answered all our questions honestly, and didn't pressure us at all. The car pricing was extremely fair (we checked Edmunds before we went in). There was a minor problem with the light gray upholstery on the cara couple of spots on the back seatthat they twice attempted to remove before we drove the car off the lot. They finally just replaced the entire back seat for us to solve the problem. We feel we got a lovely car at a great price and appreciate the level of service we've received from Phil and the Service Department so far.
