I found LeSueur when shopping for used MB online. We called in to arrange a few test drives and were greeting with a low key, professional, and courteous voice. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were shocked by the lack of pressure. Riley, our sales associate was great. He worked with us, knew the vehicles we were interested in, and applied zero pressure. He checked in with us when appropriate to make sure we were happy with our test driving experience and to get our opinion on each vehicle we drove. This sales technique worked for us and we purchased that day. In the future LeSueur will be our first stop. I have already recommended them to my folks who are moving to the Valley soon. After the sale Riley sat with my other half and set up the bluetooth and ran through the features of the vehicle. To say we were pleased with the experience is a huge understatement.

In my experience this dealership is open, fair, and applies no undue pressure on customers. The experience was smooth and they allowed us space to figure out what we wanted to do, even across multiple visits. I appreciate being treated as an equal, rather than like they are doing me a favor as in many other dealerships. I did my own research and confirmed their price was as good or better than anywhere else, which they seem to welcome (another refreshing perspective). Also, definitely the fastest trip through the sales paperwork of any car I've ever bought anywhere, by a long shot! When buying my next car I will be back here. Even though there are other dealers closer to my home, it'll be worth the trip.

I had a great experience buying a Lexus GS 350 from Steven LeSueur. Price was fair, service was great and there was none of the usual dealer BS - no "what would it take to put you in this car today." Just honest cars fairly presented at fair prices. Honestly, the biggest problem buying a car from LeSueur Car Company is finding a place to park whatever you drove to the dealership! They have a ton of cars crammed into a fairly small lot!

I have been dealing with LeSueur Car Company for about 40 years. Many years ago I had a dune buggy and no one in town would work on it except Warren LeSueur. I don't have the dune buggy anymore, but I have bought several cars from LeSueur Cars and have always had a very good experience. I've sent family and friends and they have all also been treated well. My brother even came over from California and bought an SUV. I have watched the dealership grow from a gravel lot with a few VW's to a new paved lot with several hundred cars, a new show room, and state of the art service bays. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!

Drove in from out of state and were pleasantly surprised that the car we were interested in was exactly as advertised. Steven was very professional and knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. This dealership is excellent to work with and they don't use the "Hard" sell approach that we have experienced elsewhere when we have looked to purchase a used vehicle. Overall, this was a very positive experience for us and we would consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

This is the first time I have purchased a car on my own, so I was a bit weary of this whole process. I have been to dealerships to test drive cars and have always been treated like a sheep among wolves. Even asking for a test drive, I have been pressured for a credit check and details about my income and intent to buy. You can imagine my surprise when I went to LeSueur and was handed the key and told to take my time (no credit check, no questions asked). I worked with JT on this deal, and he made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. He asked me for information only after I told him I was interested in the car I had just driven. I verbally provided him with my FICO score and he ran the cost of the car based on that. Only when I decided that I wanted the car did he run a credit check. He was not pushy in the least and answered all of my questions honestly. I have never felt more comfortable on a large purchase. I can honestly say that this whole process was a non-event. I think that's the best complement I can give a dealership. I have had a harder time purchasing a TV than buying my car from LeSueur. I got a killer deal and would recommend anyone interested in purchasing (or servicing) a car to take a trip to this family owned and operated dealership. I want to personally thank JT for being such a good guy and taking the pain out of buying a car!

I had been researching vehicles for awhile, I kept going to there website to compare vehicles I was interested. I Went to their dealership to compare vehicles with no intentions of making a purchase that day. The staff was helpful and let me check out several vehicles. When I was ready to make my purchase they understood my situation and worked with me. It was time to trade in our tired old car for a newer model, but like most people, we dreaded the ridiculous posturing, gamesmanship and a whole day (or more) wasted at a car dealership. It's like scheduling root canal, you know you have to but dread it.Then our daughter told us about the great experience she had with Riley Price at LeSueur Car Company when she bought her last car, so off we went.Never has a car buying trip been more pleasant or hassle free. I started my car search like many people, online. I had a friend mention LeSueur is great, check out the cars on their website. Wow, so many cars, I could search by price, by make, by milage. Over the next few weeks I continued to look at what cars they had posted on their website. It was great because I could see it was being updated daily!I sent an email asking a question and got a personal response back from Kris LeSueur, he answered my question, and invited me in. I wasn't ready yet, and told him so. He was very kind and said whenever you are ready come down talk to me. The day I finally decided I'm going to go in and find a car, I drove up to a very unassuming lot with so many nice looking cars. I recognized a few from the website. I walked into a very relaxed friendly office. I was greeted by Trista, who informed me that Kris was just finishing up and would be out to talk to me in a moment. In the meantime she asked if there were any cars I wanted to test drive. Well YES as a matter of fact, I ran through my list of cars with her, we pulled them up on the website and she started getting me keys and having the cars brought up front for me to test drive. A test drive without a smug over-cologned salesman riding shot gun, telling me all the reasons the car was so great. What a pleasant surprise!! I took 5-6 different models of cars for test drives, then Larry came by and we chatted. He asked what I liked about the cars I drove, what I didn't like. He listened very intently and said, have you thought about a Cadenza? I wasn't sure, but was willing to give it a try. I fell in love with the car. At this point, I had my car picked out and now I knew the next part was the price, and money down and financing. The price listed on the car is basically the price. I double checked a few sites, to see if the price was good. The prices were very reasonable. I was thankful because I am not much of a haggler. Then I met with JT who helped me get all the paperwork done. I say helped me, he got it all printed up in about 15 minutes. We went over the various documents, I did my signing. Then I asked, what about an extended warranty? Yes, the extended warranty had not been shoved down my throat or even mentioned yet. JT went over the finances, the extended warranties, he was just such an easy going gentleman. Before I knew it, everything was done and I was driving away in my new Kia Cadenza!Would I recommend this company? Yes!! If you want a no pressure, easy going car buying experience this place is for you!! If you require fluff, and like the salesman attached at your hip this might not be the place for you. I have been to so many dealerships in Arizona and hands down my favorite place to shop for cars is Leseuer. Friendliest staff of all time! I've worked with dozens of car salesemen and JT at leseuer is my go to. The reasons I choose Leseuer is because they are honest, up front, and actually know their cars. It's so much easier to find the right vehicle when you are working with someone who shoots you straight and has the correct information. As far as price goes, I've found that once you get to the final out the door price, they are always the cheapest. If you haven't checked out there cars, it would be in you're best interest to drop by Leseuer!

I actually purchased my vehicle sight unseen and this was obviously a bit worrisome for me so i am so fortunate that I was able to work with such a great company. The car was delivered to me in perfect condition and exactly as I pictured. I receontly purchased a used 2012 Kia Optima SX from LaSueur Car Company. From my initial visit to the time I was handed the keys i was met with friendly, courteous and most of all, no pressure from the sales people. When we first went, we told them which car we were interested in, the sales person gave us the keys. I expected him to jump in the passenger seat but he told us to go take it for a ride on our own. We came back and met with Kyle and he was great. No pressure at all, we ran through a few numbers and we left. When we decided to buy the car, Kyle was great and he helped us out tremendously. After filling out an online application for a trade in, I was contacted literally within 2 minutes from submitting the form. Riley was very friendly and accommodating and set up an appointment for us to come and look around the lot the next day. As soon as we walked into the building, we felt immediately welcomed. Everyone in the front asked how we were doing and offered us water. When we got with Riley, we picked out some car to look at, and then we test drove a few. When we decided on a car for us, he was very honest and straight to the point, no pricing games or anything like that. He made it go very smooth and easily. Any questions we had, he answered. From the moment my husband and I walked into Lesueur, We felt comfortable. All the sales men were wearing their families t-shirt rather than a stuffy shirt and tie. As we were walking into the building someone opened the door for us and offered us a bottle of water, as it was really hot that day. We normally call dealerships ahead of time and haggle over the phone before we go look at the car. We were so disgusted with the previous dealership we had been talking to (they lied to us and changed the deal we had agreed on at the last minute, and they were just horribly rude), so this time we just walked on the lot without calling ahead. We told Lesueur the car we were interested in and someone went to go get the keys. As we were waiting, another salesman who was in the middle of helping someone else, stopped and asked us if we had been helped yet. He was extremely busy, but he wanted to make sure we were being taken care of. We went and looked at the car and we liked it a lot and decided we wanted to look into it further. We were then put in touch with J.T. He was GREAT! He was honest and knowledgeable. He withstood all of my husbands many questions and did not pressure us in any way. He just made sure we were fully informed and comfortable. In the end we were very pleased with the deal we got on our GTI.. This was by FAR the BEST car buying experience that we have ever had. I don't normally write reviews, but as it is so hard to find a good dealership, I felt it was important. The next time we are in need of a car we will definitely be going back to Lesueur.

Worked with Steven LeSueur, from the first contact thru delivery. Friendly service straight forward and zero pressure. When I left after the test drive with a quote in my hand, nobody tried to pressure me to make the deal. I bought the car the next day. The Navigation chip was not working properly and Steven ordered one for me right away, not even arguing about that. The second transmitter key was missing and as I agreed to pay for it, Steven made arrangements for me to get it within a few days for a reasonable price.All in all a very good buying experience.

Over several days the team was very responsive to my questions and concerns. That's it. Not sure what more you were looking for. This is a car dealership, not your mother.

I was in the market for a new car, as my previous car was more than 15 years old, and had transmission and suspension wear-and-tear starting to add up over 204,000 miles. I was driving a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, and I was looking to stick with Nissan, as my family has since the late 80's. I didn't like the new-look Pathfinder crossovers, so my heart was pretty much set on an Xterra, because it looked to me like an updated version of my beloved Pathfinder. I was a first-time buyer, and I was dreading the process, thinking it was going to be a high-pressure situation. At the first two dealerships I had gone to, it was. I had told them from the onset of my visits that I was just looking to crunch some numbers and see what I could work with. Still, they were determined to push a sale right then and there.Then I went to LeSueur. Christian was the first person I talked to. I told him I had seen the slightly-used 2015 Xterra S listed online and asked to check it out. We went and checked out the car and took it for a test drive. He asked if I wanted to take it on the freeway. I was surprised, because the first two dealerships I visited just had me stay on the streets, so this was a breath of fresh air for me. When we returned, I spoke with Steven and ran some numbers and he gave me all the information I needed so I could return when I was ready. Two days later, I returned to LeSueur. Riley helped get me a fantastic financing rate through a local credit union, and Steven went through all the final paperwork with me. The entire experience was laid-backno pressure at alland the team is honest, soft-spoken, and genuinely wants to help the customer without making them feel like just a walking commission. I love my Xterra, and I have the team at LeSueur to thank for putting me behind the wheel of it. I would most certainly recommend anyone in the metro Phoenix area looking for a used car to go to LeSueur before they go anywhere else.

There is nothing worse than feeling the high-pressure tactics of a car salesman. I had quite the opposite experience at LeSueur motors. Everyone was very helpful and solicitous but I always felt like I could walk away without being made to feel guilty. I probably went there four or five times before I actually purchased the car. Their inventory is amazing. Every car I test drove was clean and had been well-maintained. I can highly recommend LeSueur to anyone wanting an easy and pleasant car shopping experience.

All of the cars we looked at still had a manufacture warranty. The cars here are practically new and for a better price than you could find at any name brand dealer. Doc fees are reasonable and the staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. If you are shopping for a vehicle you should definitely stop by and take a few for a test drive, get all your questions answered upfront, and find a better way to buy a vehicle.

This place is really laid back.. I didn't experience the parking log ambush or any high pressure sales pitch. They let us look around the lot and take our time. When we were ready to test drive one.. they got us a key and let us go. When returning the key.. they asked how things were, we talked about the buy back option on the particular Kia we had driven. We talked about the issue the car had originally reported for the buy back. Riley was easy to deal with, up front, handled any concerns and cleared up a misconception we had about the extended drivetrain warranty. All of that was handled before I signed anything. This wasn't the typical 'how much can your afford', and 'let me run this by my manager'... this was such an easy transaction. Loved it.

This is a family run business. T-shirts, shorts and tennis's. JT was great, no pressure, no back-up salesperson stepping in to work you. Salespeople don't need to run to upper management for approval. (There is none) No additional salespeople selling extended warranties. You will start and finish with the same salesperson. If you know what you want, you can be in and out in 30 minutes or less. If you need financing add another 15 minutes. What you'll get at LeSeuer:-A quality vehicle-A good deal / fair price-Competitive financing-A relaxed environment-Excellent service-Minimal hassle-90% less dealer 'tactics' and BS compared to most other dealersWhat you won't get at LeSeuer:-A totally killer deal-An education on the pros and cons of 'buyback' vehiclesPrice-wise, I could have done just as well at a lot of other dealers, or better from a private seller. But if you want to avoid the hassle and the unknowns that come with a private seller, and cut out the wasted time and annoying tactics you have to endure at most dealerships - LeSueur is a great choice to find a reasonable middle-price on a quality vehicle, and come away with a positive buying experience.Note that some of LeSeuer's vehicles are "Manufacturer Buybacks", so if you want one of those you should educate yourself on the pros and cons of that choice before you go to buy. I'm going to keep the car I bought for a looong time, so I didn't care about the downsides of a 'buyback/lemon' black mark on the title. The 'pro' side of a buyback car is that you can get a vehicle that's basically still new, at an used price. On the 'con' side, if you expect to trade-in or sell the vehicle, note that because the title isn't a 'clean title' and CarFax reports the buyback status, private buyers will be wary, some lenders won't finance it, and it will lower the potential trade-in value. The bottom line is that I will recommend LeSeuer to friends and family. And the next time I need a car, LeSueur will be the first place I look, and will probably also end up being the last place I look.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Le Seuer and they have been awesome and very easy to work with. Their pricing is very upfront and sometimes they run some promotional coupons. My experience working with Le Seuer is much more comfortable and personable than the bigger "corporate" dealerships that use pressure tactics. Steven Le Seuer was awesome. No pressure and answered all questions from vehicle history to financing options. Oh by the way they are AWSOME!!

It's nice to be able to go into a dealership and know that you're not going to get pushed around or bullied into buying something that isn't the price you were expecting or the car you really wanted. LeSueur Car Company is a totally different experience. Going to a dealership as a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, I always feel like you're a sheep stepping into a pen of wolves and it's made me hesitant to look for a new car for a long time. From the very moment you walk in the LeSueur you're greeted politely, but not pounced upon by aggressive sales people. You get plenty of time to look at and try out whatever models you might be interested in and no one it is trying to sell you on anything you don't want. The staff is knowledgeable and go out of their way to treat you the way everyone deserves to be treated when making a big and potentially stressful purchase. I did my research and know I got a great deal on a perfect car with no run around or games. There was not pressure or aggressive negotiation required and everything was clearly explained without any surprises. I trust them so much that I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing car buying experience and when it comes time for me to buy another car years from now I know I'll be coming back.

Very low pressure sales. They let me come in and test drive a few cars and were there to answer questions.I only wish I had a bit more info on the Minis. I found out some things about them after I purchased, but no dealbreakers. I did end up purchasing a very nice Mini Cooper with very low miles. They were also kind enough to pick me up at the airport the day I picked up my car!

It was the worst ever experience of buying a vehicle. They didn't show me the title, which is "manufacturer buyback by lemon law! The truck has transmission fluid leak which was found by inspection of my mechanic. Moreover, it has 5 years old dry tires which must be immediately replaced. Never go there! Stephen CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

Great service at this 2nd generation family run business. Steven was very easy to deal with and took time to explain things as necessary. They are on a county "island" so no city tax (a couple of percentage points saved)! Very reasonable fees too. Bought a slightly used Hyundai Genesis sedan that looked brand new. I'd recommend you check them out if you're in the market for a used vehicle.

The LeSueur Car Company is absolutely wonderful. They are both professional and laid back enough for a sales/ client relationship to evolve naturally - not forced or feel fake like the experiences I was having with the larger dealerships who were selling new and used cars. My buying experience was with JT and he went above and beyond to help me even though he was very busy. I literally purchased my car online. I was looking for a VW Beetle that had pizazz and LaSueur is the only dealership that had one. Actually, they had a few which was an added bonus. My wife and I were able to test drive all makes and models of automobiles we were considering to purchase. They were very knowledgeable and considerate of our expressed needs. We settled upon a Nissan truck and decided to return later to finish the purchase. Due to busy and demanding schedules, we requested Steven to have all the paper work prepared for us ahead of time. We completed the sale with all paper work signed and we're driving out of the lot in 20 minutes!!Highly recommend considering LeSueur for a car purchase.

After and auto accident in April of 2016, I was forced to look for a new car. As much as I like cars, I'm not much of fan when it comes to the shopping part. We had originally looked at an Audi A3 at a dealership in North Scottsdale and after checking it out in person, we decided we wouldn't be returning there. After coming across LeSueur online (great website as well--by the way) and seeing their vast inventory, we gave it a shot. My dad and I dropped in and Gideon greeted us right away and helped us check out a few cars. After making what we thought was our selection, Steven LeSueur went over our choices and reccommended a VW GLI instead of the other vehicle we chose. Even after driving 5+ cars, he insisted that we drive the GLI. Thank God he did! Upon driving, we were sold. When it came time to make the buy and go over financing (usually the most grueling part), Steven really helped us out with recommendations and made sure the entire process was smooth and everything felt so laid back. We love the GLI and we will definitely be returning for future vehicle purchases. Thanks again Gideon and Steven!

I saw a car online from their dealership I was interested in purchasing. I received a call from JT and was discussed my financing options and he helped me get preapproved through a local credit union at a very low interest rate in a matter of a few hours. I came by that evening and test drove the vehicle with my husband. The whole staff were very nice and I did not feel pressured at all. They were also very upfront about the car's history with printed information from the Toyota dealership from whom they bought the vehicle and Carfax. I then spoke with Kyle and I was out with a new vehicle in about 30 minutes after the test drive. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I think it ruined me from going to a major dealership ever again.

Each employee I dealt with was very genuine and straight forward with their answers. Steven sold me my car and I have never experienced such a laid-back and easy going car dealer. He made everything stress free and did not try to pressure or force anything upon us when looking to purchase. I think this is fair and honest and stress-free place to do business. And even more than fair. I've been through the buying car experience more than once here and have been through the trade-in process here as well and have had my vehicle serviced here too. I'm a terrible haggler and negotiator, not super mechanically knowledgeable, and yet a super cautious buyer, researching everything and taking many test drives. But even though I get tired of myself being so cautious and testing everything, especially Stephen and the rest of the personnel on the lot have always been positive and even fun to talk to. At LeSueur I don't feel pressured and I even feel like my satisfaction was a priority. I've looked at many cars at various places but the testing, shopping, and payment parts about buying a car here at LeSueur were simple and stress-free for me. Also, since the prices are great, I don't feel the need to consider negotiating. When I go to other dealerships, I may like some cars there, but usually feel wiped out and tired even after a simple test drive. I recommended LeSueur to my sister and she ended up having a positive experience and we are glad she found a quality car there. (Mom is next in line). Thank you

Had purchased a new car from another dealership, and after 700 miles decided that I absolutely hated it. The selling dealer dealer offered me less than LeSueur, for my new car. I found LeSueur by doing a truecar.com search on a vehicle that I had a standing deal with with another dealer. The search displayed the exact same car (year, make, model & trim) but with less miles and less expensive. My immediate thought was, something is wrong here. I contacted the company immediately and eventually just made the drive the next day to the dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Steven and it was an awesome experience. He helped me to understand the numbers and also the issues with my trade, interest rate, etc. He took time to understand my concerns as well as offer options to make it affordable within my budget. After visiting a few other dealerships, I paid a visit to LeSueur Car Company. I was pleasantly surprised by how different this dealership felt. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and not once did I feel like I was just a sale waiting to be forced into a car and shoved off the lot. After months of searching I finally found my perfect hardtop MINI at LeSueur Car Company. I knew from the moment I spoke with Steven, the Sales Manager, that this dealership was different than most. Steven took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions without giving me the usual "hard sell" attitude. After looking online at my MINI for several weeks, I finally made the trip down to Tempe (I live in Northern Arizona) to check out the vehicle. Steven had put the car on hold for me despite another customer's interest and upon seeing the car and driving it in person I knew that it was the perfect MINI for me. The purchasing process was fast, easy, and most importantly honest. Steven went through all the facets of the purchase agreement and gave me time to figure out if the deal was "good" or not. Kyle was great to deal with, super low pressure. Met me in the lobby, tossed me the keys and let me take it for a spin. It really gave me the opportunity to see if I really liked the car without a "salesman" yelling in my ear. Went back and forth a bit on the price, but was able to agree to a price that day and came in with the check the following Monday. I was in and out of the Dealership in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic experience and I would go back to them again.

I've personally bought three cars and helped friends buy two others from these guys over the past eight years.This is not a high pressure dealership. They let me wander around, look at stuff and periodically check on me to see if I need anything, like free bottles of water. There is nobody here in a suit chasing / harassing anyone into making a sale as fast as possible.Their pricing is consistently lower than blue book for the vehicles that I've checked out. I can't guarantee everything on their lot is lower, but as of today, their pricing has been lower 9 out of 9 times.Steven has helped me close on three car deals now. I really appreciate his casual, relaxed and laid back manner, all while being very professional. As I was going through the purchasing paperwork, he laid out options for warranties and such, explained the fine details and then let me make my own decisions. He never tried any 'hard sell' tactics for anything, like GAP insurance, extended warranty, etc...

I hate buying cars, because I hate visiting car dealerships. LeSueur Car Company is different, they aren't pushy, rude, or judgmental. I have never felt so at ease when buying a car, as I was here at LeSueur. Kyle was amazing and attentive and did everything in his power to make sure we left with exactly what we wanted. From the initial test drive, to negotiating the price, to financing, and signing the papers, everything went exactly as it should. The test drive was hassle and pressure free. They addressed our questions and concerns about the car in a clear and honest manner. They were completely fair and transparent in negotiating the price and the value of our trade. They were able to get us a better deal on financing than I was able to get through my credit union or bank. When we showed up to finalize the deal everything was exactly as we had agreed and there were no surprises or unexpected charges. I purchased a vehicle in 2014. Salesman never mentioned that the car was a "buy back from manufacturer" until the final stages of the sale and during the contract signing. He mentioned the car came from California and laws are different than Arizona and car company must buy back the car if buyer found a mechanical problem. After I paid off the loan and got the title it shows "buy back from manufacturer". In December 2015 I went back to trade this vehicle for a newer one. They appraised this car $2,000 less than it was valued. The reason: "buy back". I said that's how I got it from them to begin with. They said they wouldn't be able to get their money because of it. I though that was very sneaky and dirty trick. It took me 2 months to sell it on my own, and for more money. Be careful with this people, they will cheat you to get the car off the lot. Run a carfax first, I didn't because I needed a car fast.

Riley called and described the vehicle and invited us to come look at it. We went over to Tempe the next day and he showed us the vehicle and test drove it for us. I found a truck online that I had been searching a long time for. Steven answered the phone and took all the steps to answer all my detailed questions, even the ones he didn't know the answers to. I called late in the afternoon and instantly knew I had to see it. Steven knew I had a half hour worth of travel and waited up for me. After a test drive I knew I had to have it. Steven stayed late, and crunch the numbers on both sides to make a seemingly impossible deal work out. I was upside down on my previous vehicle, so with the combination of a great deal, and some cash down it all worked out. The only downside was the truck was in as traded in condition. David took the time to schedule all the maintenance , and minor repairs at a time that worked with my crazy work schedule. These guys even took me to work. At the end of the day a few more unexpected repairs needed to be completed so rather than leaving me stranded David took me home in his personal car. You cant get better service than that! And that is a service a big dealerships would never offer! I would know I have bought 5 cars from other dealerships in the last few years and never been treated so well. When I picked up my truck, I was greeted by Steven, David, and Levi who went over everything completed one by one to ensure my satisfaction. When I expressed a few minor things they offered to go above and beyond to make sure it was all perfect! Never have I had such confidence in the vehicle I was buying. I truly felt like I was getting the better deal, and never felt pushed or rushed into anything! I suppose a level above the rest is what you get when you deal with great people, at a family owned dealership! This will be my first stop the next time I buy a vehicle!

The first thing that made this experience pleasant was that these people actually answer their email and they were willing to discuss pricing, including a final quote, via email.I recently dealt with five dealers and four were not very fruitfull.Two did not answer any email (though, giving them the benefit of the doubt, the address provided by truecar "might" have been wrong), one did not have the vehicle I wanted (ok, not their fault) and one seem to be still stuck in the old "wheeler dealer" mode you see satired in comedy shows and, after three to four days between each email, would not even mention prices unless I came down there (to test drive the car I was interested in).But with LeSueur Car Co., they had the vehicle shown on web pages, the price and final quote (including taxs and such) was reasonable, I made an appointment, drove down to see and test drive the car, gave them a check for the amount agreed upon earlier and had a new car. Which they even followed me home with as a delivery.I do not know if my experience is atypical, but I am very happy.

Locating a particular car is what took us to LeSueur Car Company. We drove a longer distance than normal due to the price and the car. I had researched the dealership online and liked what I saw about the family-owned history. The experience exceeded my expectations. All employees were kind and courteous. I loved the decor and family feel of the dealership and just felt like honesty and good service were priorities, unlike plenty of other places I have purchased cars from. We happily purchased the Mini and walked away with only excited thoughts rather than uncomfortable regrets. I honestly can't wait to go back.

LeSueur Car Company is a family owned business in Tempe, AZ. Their website is current and accurate. I was able to narrow my search on their website by model of car, by price range, or by the year the car was manufactured. I contacted the dealership via email, which is listed on their website. I was contacted within a few hours. All of the sales reps are willing to help each other out. I let them know which cars I was interested in looking at, and the cars were ready to be test driven when I arrived at the lot. JT was my sales guy. He is awesome! He is friendly and honest in the car comparisons. There was no pressure. He printed up price comparisons. We looked at car facts. I test drove the vehicles I was interested in. I applied online for financing. All of the paperwork was ready when I came back in to purchase the vehicle. JT was great about answering my questions, calling me back, and making the experience positive. It was THE BEST car buying experience. Thanks JT and LeSueur Car Company for the great variety of cars and the friendly sales staff. I will definitely be back again! I highly recommend it!

No high pressure after arriving at the dealership.. Down to the test drive there was not a salesperson in the back seat joining us. We were able to drive the car and make a serious decision with out a salesman adding his take on the car. There was a bolt in the tire,, so we could take the car back to Tucson that night they remedied the problem quickly.

We found the dealership to be very well run, with such fine automobile selections to choose from. Our sales associate was so informed on any make and model we asked about that it became clear he was the man to buy from, no matter the make and model. I had been driving a ten year old vehicle with high mileage and was to the point where I needed a newer car. I had been to several dealerships looking at new and used cars and what I got was a lot of frustration. I had been prepared to purchase a car and was down to signing papers and the numbers changed as do the options that were promised. I gave up for several more months and during this time, I had rented a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid to drive to California for a week and loved it. I started looking on line and found several at LeSueur Car Company. The reviews promised no hassle....I was skeptical. We talked to Steven first on the phone, went and drove one car on Saturday and went to think about it. On Sunday we noticed on line the car we had driven was no longer available (we weren't surprised) although there was one that we liked as well or better. We called Steven first thing Monday morning and he held the car for us until we could get in on Tuesday. I have been driving my new car for the last two weeks and love it. I'm still amazed at how easy the process was and how friendly and upfront about everything Steven was. I won't be waiting ten years to buy another car. Thank You

This is the second car I purchased from LeSueur and I enjoy their friendly, pressure-free style. I would have rated 5-stars if I felt that I received a better deal on my trade. Despite values indices reported by NADA and Edmond's, LeSueur refused to give me "fair market value" for my 2012 VWCC that I purchased from them less than two years ago. The trade-in value was significantly less than what I expected. And. if I had known that, I would have considered other dealer alternatives before meeting with LeSueur. Although it was my decision, and I felt the vehicle I traded for was a fair value, I do feel that I was screwed on the trade-in. (Because of that, I probably won't go back. Sorry, Kyle.)

Just made my first purchase from LeSueur Car Company, but it won't be the last. I live in Tucson, and after scouring the web for weeks trying to find the best deal and test driving cars at at least 7 dealerships, I ended up on their website. I put in an inquiry on minivan, and was immediately contacted by Riley who walked me through the car, and answered all my questions. I decided that if the test drive went well, I would purchase the vehicle. We made the two hour drive, and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. Riley was friendly, answered my questions quickly and within the hour I was driving away in my new Volkswagen! It was a low pressure, high customer service environment, much different from any car buying experience I have had. Thanks Riley!

The team at LeSueur was so easy to work with. They were helpful, friendly, accommodating, and informative. They treat you like you're family, because they are family. They didn't try to up-sell us, add extra fees in anywhere, or haggle us. They were nice enough to hold the car I was interested in over the weekend so I could get my financing in place, even when someone else showed interest in the same car. They had the car detailed inside and out before we went to pick it up and even put gas in the tank.Of all the dealerships we went to, and there were many, they were the only one's that were completely stress free. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, like I did at the other dealers. If you are looking for an easy, stress free experience, I highly recommend seeing the team at LeSueue! I just wish I would have gone to them first.

I had a great car buying experience with Lesueur Car Company. I worked with Steven on purchasing a Nissan NV 200 for my business. They let me test drive the vehicle and did not have to tag along for the ride. I was surprised, I have never test drove a car without the salesman tagging along. There was not any pressure put on me to buy the car at any time. Steven followed up with me a week later. I told him about some concerns and he immediately found the answers for me. I went in the next day and asked to test drive the van one more time. They let me put some cargo in the van to see what the performance was like and I was satisfied it would work for me. We sat down and an hour later I was out the door with my new vehicle.Simple, easy and no pressure is all I have to say. It was busy that day but while we were waiting for someone in sales to be free we were not left to cool our heels. Instead we were assisted along the way by various people that did any part they could to help by setting up the test drive, answering questions about trade in, offers to look at numbers for us....anything that each person could do that might assist us while we were waiting... We had a truly nice family run company experience. We were asked if there was anything else we would like to see, questions we might have and I truly felt we got honest answers and no pressure in sight. Our toddler age child was there and every one was very flexible with her needs to color, be a bit noisy, and be her usual high energy self. This is not the first purchase we have made at LeSueur Car Company. We purchased a Nissan Quest in 2005 which lasted us until this past year. Steven sold us the van then and sold us our new Jetta this time. Not many people enjoy the car-buying experience. For out family, it is one of the most difficult tasks we have to do. I have been researching cars for about 6 months and kept revisiting the Lesuer website because of the quality used cars and the fair pricing. I remembered how easy it was the first time we made a purchase from their lot and decided to make LeSueur our first stop before going to another dealer. We ended up leaving with a new car! Instead just the opposit..J T Lsueur,one of the many family members on the staff, is as easy going and knowledgeable as it gets. J T listens to you and answers your questions about the vehicle you like and explains the whole buying process without excerting any kind of pressure. I always feel like I'm not getting the best deal or best price because I don't know that much about cars. I absolutely love the experience you get at Lesueur! My fiance introduced me to the dealership a couple months ago as we were shopping for his car. I could not believe how relaxed I was after our visit just to test drive a few cars and negotiate a deal. I have never before left a dealership happy or relaxed. I love the fact that you are able to do the test drive on your own without any pressure from a salesman. Then when you find your car, the same employee walks you through the financing and contract signing. There is no passing you back and forth between employees to negotiate the final deal. I love the teamwork mentality of Lesueur and the lack of competition between employees to "steal the deal". I will never buy another car from anywhere else! Even still I was given an additional discount on the price and a low cost on extended warranty. In and out in 90 minutes and that included the test drive. Initial contact was with Kris LeSueur (via Internet) but he was unavailable on the day my wife and I visited the dealership to look at a vehicle we were interested in. Instead, we interfaced with Steven LeSueur. Steven is not your typical salesman. He is very calm, patient and very easy to talk to. At no point did we ever feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. He showed us the car's history and maintenance reports (Carfax and BMW). We didn't make a decision right then and there and Steven showed no signs of frustration. We contacted the dealership several hours later that evening and informed them we wanted to purchase the vehicle. After starting the paperwork online, we went to the dealership several days later and met with Kris LeSueur to complete the purchase. Kris was very easy to talk to as well. He went over each item in the paperwork and there were no hidden charges. During the paperwork process, Kris informed us there was only one keyfob but he would order a second one. Less than a week later we had the second keyfob for the vehicle. My wife and I have always bought brand new vehicles. This was our first "used" vehicle purchase and the experience was very pleasant. We may never buy new again and just visit LeSueur Motor Company when we are ready for a different vehicle.

We are a local dealer in Tempe. Our long time mechanic of over ten years quoted us a price on a transmission repair that we where not happy with so we decided to shop his quote. We contacted David at Lesuer's service department and we received a quote from him for half of what our mechanic gave us.We dropped the car off the next day....and about 24 hours later David called and told us we could pickup the vehicle. (our mechanic said it would be about a week) Which we did and we have been driving it for about a week with no issues.The garage area was sparkling clean and all employees we came in contact with where helpful & polite.This establishment is first class!

I had the unique opportunity to work with Kris LeSueur, General Manager. A gentleman and very professional. Kris appears to love what he does and seems to have a passion for the "car business!" He listened, created a dialogue about what I was looking for and together we went through the process of my wanting a 2007 GMC, Yukon, SLE that LeSueur Car Company had advertised. Kris gave me the opportunity to not only test drive the vehicle, but also allowed me to take the vehicle a second time so I could have a friend, a 20 year "body man" and vehicle repair expert, examine the Yukon to see if I might have missed anything on my inspection and test drive.The vehicle checked out fine. It was time to negotiate and see if we could come to a fair price. I had done extensive "homework" in looking at used car values on Edmunds, KBB and Manhiem Auto Auction. Kris took time to show me where LeSueur obtains their "numbers" and answered any questions I had.Bottom-Line: I was treated with respect, included in the entire process, and we reaced a fair price. I purched the GMC Yukon.The question is, would I use LeSueur again? Yes. Would I recommend LeSueur to others? Yes, unequivocally.

Long story short, we bought from this dealership about 3 years ago and we were anxious to return to them after buying from another local dealer recently. I was looking for a more fuel efficient crossover and Steven gave me every option, even waited for us to arrive AFTER closing time. We saw a few vehicles we liked and returned the next day for more test driving. We ended up with a great BMW SAV at thousands less, nearly new, new car smell still intact. I had been shopping for a plug-in hybrid for a few weeks checking dealer inventories online. I found a couple that looked promising at LeSueur. I emailed back and forth with JT, who was very nice. There was one I was interested in, but I could not make up my mind, and by the time I did it was sold, so the next time I saw one I liked I knew I needed to pounce on it. JT let me know it was there, but he could not be there when I was going to be stopping by. As a result, I worked with Steven. Steven was wonderful! There was no pressure, he was friendly, and he gave me what was a fair price for my trade. It was also a fast process, much faster than most dealerships. Steven did everything! He showed me the car, he priced my trade, and he did the finance paperwork. No getting handed off to several people!In the end, I have a wonderful car still under the manufacturers warranty, I don't feel like I have been tricked or duped, and no buyers remorse. I enjoyed shopping at LeSueur, and I will do it again in the future.

I had visited a couple of other dealerships in search of the right vehicle. My experiences weren't bad but they weren't great until I visited Steven and the LeSueur team. Initially I was greeted and helped by Christian and then Riley stepped in to answer some more detailed questions about the vehicles. I drove 3 vehicles and they made me feel like they wouldn't have a problem if I drove every vehicle in the lot. I told Steven that I had it narrowed down to one but wish I would have drove it on the freeway but it was low on gas. He wanted to make sure that I was completely confident that it was the right vehicle for me so he added some gas and told me to take it out on the freeway. In the end, I love the car and actually "enjoyed" my experience at LeSueur thanks to Steven and the LeSueur team. I will recommend them to anyone that listens.

Purchased a Nissan Frontier in about early June 2015. Wanted to wait a bit before evaluating. Now late October 2015. We worked with Riley Price. He was timely, responsive and professional from initial contact through our entire process. The bottom line is the vehicle has been quality thus far. We've had no issues, the vehicle has run perfect (knock on wood), and there's been no misrepresentation with what was presented to us, nor our expectations for investing in what they represented was a quality vehicle.The office environment was casual and quite easy going compared to the typical new car dealership environment and process which I strongly dislike.Riley actually worked with us from start to finish for the most part. A few additional people helped if Riley happened to be busy at the time. We did not have to meet with the sales person, his/her manager, the manager's manager, and then the dreaded finance person and his/her "challenging" processDue to prior experiences with new car dealerships, I probably was ready for signs to not trust Riley, LeSueur, or the process, but that just never happened.I believe the process at new car dealerships I've dealt with are set up to wear you down and mentally exhaust you. We are tired of pesky salesmen, dickering back and forth, hidden fees and sometimes pure frustration. We drove to Tempe, Arizona from Albuquerque, New Mexico to test drive an electric vehicle (EV). Arriving that hot Saturday morning we were met with cold water bottles from an energetic team of employees. The EV we wished to drive was driven to the front door and the test drive began. Each interaction with the team was pleasant and helpful. Kris, the general manager, was available to answer all of our EV questions even educating us about there charging station. Kris didnt pressure for a decision instead suggested a great place to eat lunch so we could talk giving us the time we needed. I called and talked to Riley in the morning, told him I wanted to drive the car 25 miles one way to my trusted mechanic before making any decisions, he told me that would be fine. We wanted a very specific Lexus and found it hard to find used with few miles. LeSueur happened to have 4 of them to chose from. I had to drive 2 and a half hours but Kyle made the experience easy from the git go-gave us the room to decide which car was the one we really wanted, found excellent financing and traded our car in. I had to go in twice in one week for car issues (I purchased from another company). Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave me rides and picked me up both days. I had 3 different drivers that were also very personable and friendly. They gave me good advice on my car and took care of the immediate issues very quickly. This was the first time I had used them but it won't be the last.

I had my eye on a Toyota Tacoma X-Runner this dealer had for a while and figured it would be long gone. I came for a test drive and fell in love. I did not think we could do a deal due to my then current vehicle being a lease. At a dealership in Prescott where I live the dealership would not even consider a lease trade-in. Steven made as good a deal as I could expect to get on a lease trade-in. I have test driven cars at this dealer for years and always wanted to purchase one. My friend is looking at cars at other dealerships in Phoenix and dealing with the normal headaches of the car buying process; pushy sales people who lie and make fake promises and claims. Steven was up front about the dealer buy back issues on the vehicle. There was no hidden agenda or sales games. My only less than positive (and it may not have been an option or just not thought about) was that I did not get a full tank of gas after the purchase. A small complaint compared to outstanding service.

Having just relocated from Wisconsin; and, in need of a car, LeSueur Dealership surprised me! I'll be honest: I was expecting pushy salesmen, which makes me dig my heels in and walk away. LeSueur is different - there is absolutely no pressure! Look and test drive as many cars as you wish - YOU (the buyer) set the tone! I dealt with Steven mainly and a little with Riley, and they both impressed me as being professional, knowledgeable, and very easy and pleasant to do business with. When I actually went to the dealership to check on a car, I found the place to be very low-key and pleasant. The fact that this is a longtime family business located in a quiet part of Tempe was important to me because I wanted an easy, no-pressure, straightforward purchasing experience at a place not far from the house, and that is exactly what I got. There was no pressure whatsoever, which surprised me a little but mainly came as a relief. I have bought only one car in my life, privately, so I was dreading somewhat shopping for a car from a dealer. Steven was very patient with all my questions and flexible and easygoing about my taking the car to my mechanic for a check before buying it. He approached how to take care of what the mechanic found in a fair and reasonable way. The entire transaction went smoothly and quickly, and the car was delivered to the house the day after purchase. The few after-purchase questions and concerns have been taken up by Steven promptly and in the same friendly, laid-back way. I should add that Steven answers his phone even on his days off and returns immediately any missed calls. This place and its staff strike me as being very decent and reliable. I wouldn't even consider buying a car anywhere else. I noticed, too, that the prices on cars of interest to me were a little lower than the best deals around, so, all in all, this is an exceptional place to go to buy a car.

I live in Sierra Vista and called to ask about a Mini Cooper Countryman. Riley responded and gave me an upfront appraisal of the vehicle in which I was interested. He called, emailed me, and provided a few texts to ensure I knew the vehicle history and LeSueur's approach to vehicle delivery. I drove up the next day to meet with Riley, but he was tied up with another costumer. Steven LeSueur stepped in to assist. I at first was expecting the rapid fire pitches, reassurances, and immediate pressure of making a deal. Absolutely not the case. Steven asked if I would like to test drive the car and handed me the keys. He didn't ride with me, he sent me out to judge the car on my own. No dealer in my 25 years of buying cars have done that. I always had a salesman in the car trying to put me on the hook. When I got back, he had already appraised my trade in and offered me the numbers. He didn't pressure me about what I owed on my trade in, he gave me the numbers the first and then asked what I wanted to get from my trade. After a quick negotiation for the trade in, he started the paperwork. There was none of that, "I am going to hand you off to my sales manager" stuff. He worked with me through the whole process and was the only person I signed papers with to close the deal. Two days after the deal, Riley called me to ensure I was happy with the car. I am enjoying this car very much. These folks are great. I have told both my college age daughters that we will be visiting LeSueur when they are ready for their first financed vehicle. People are generally apprehensive about buying a car from a used car dealer. Reports of unscrupulous business practices are so widespread that it has been come a cliche. The LeSueur dealership is changing all of that in a very positive way. First of all, all of the employees I interacted with were incredibly friendly and straight-forward. There is no pressure, no hype, no emotional manipulation, and no deception - just a genuine sense of helping the customer find the right car at a fair price. I worked primarily with Kyle, whom I wholeheartedly recommend. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and when he wasn't certain about something, he was honest about that as well - and offered to research it (rather than just make up an answer that he thought I wanted to hear). So refreshing! The whole process was smooth and easy. I found an excellent car at a very competitive price. I am very happy with the experience and would whole-heatedly recommend Kyle and the whole LeSueur dealership to anyone in the market for a used car. I actually remember when LeSueur first started business here in Arizona. I am a volkswagen fanatic and you could find convertibles here when nobody else had them in town (other than new). I have been waiting a long time for a hybrid that wasn't diesel from VW and was ecstatic when the Jetta Hybrid came out. LeSueur had a veritable plethora of EXTREMELY low mileage ones that had been purchased back by VW for a variety of reasons. VW addressed the reasons and with warranties intact, put them back out to be resold. I purchased a 2013 Jetta Hybrid with less than 4k miles and it is a GEM. Steven was excellent in his ability to help a nutty old lady who wanted to take the car for her husband and then to her mechanic at the dealer to inspect. He was courteous and patient through out the whole process and in the end, I left, a VERY SATISFIED customer and proud owner of a "new" Jetta Hybrid. I would recommend this locally/family owned dealership to anyone who is looking for good value and quality. They are lovely to deal with.

I was in a horrific car accident on Mothers Day 2015. The last thing I wanted to do a month later was to go car shopping. Doing research on the web I came across a great deal and the Dealer was Lesueur Car Co. When I called to inquire Riley answered the phone, he answered every question & concern I had , but never once pressured me to come down to make a deal. He made me feel at ease and secure which is very rare in the car industry. Needless to say my husband & I met Riley the next day. I not only test drove at least 10 cars on the lot but I also drove Riley a little crazy too. The hardest part was picking the right car but Riley was there ever step of the way, with every question and concern till we made our choice. After choosing our car Riley then, exceeded my expectations! The car we chose had a little rubbing during breaking & I mentioned it to Riley. He not only checked the car but brought it down to their shop and let us know that there was no safety concern but the drums needed to be cut down and they did the repair. Above and beyond is an understatement! Not just Riley , but the whole Lesueur family makes you feel & treats you, just like family. I will not only be a repeat customer but I will recommend them to everyone I know in need of a car.

My wife and I are very pleased with our experience dealing with LeSueur Car Co. We live in Fort Collins, CO and found LeSueur Car Co. online, we had not heard of them before. Our search was for a particular model of car in a manual transmission which LSCC happened to have in their inventory. I called to talk to a sales rep (Riley Price) on a Saturday morning. At first we thought we might drive down and pick up the car, but we inquired about a shipping rate which was very reasonable. Riley was not only attentive and prompt in his dealings with both my wife and me, but he helped expedite the process by making himself available outside of normal business hours and taking care of paperwork from our bank, etc. Once the sale was confirmed, we received the car in less than a week in excellent condition. It was spotless inside and out, was even recently waxed at the dealership. Great communication throughout the process and attention to detail made this transaction a very enjoyable one compared to some we have had in the past. It would appear that LSCC has a great team down there in AZ --- good job, guys! (And Riley Price in particular!)

This was my first time buying a car long distance, and Steven made the process easy and painless. He was very friendly, courteous, and informative. My wife and I were looking for an affordable Smart Fortwo Electric Drive as a second car and the closest, best looking example we could find was a 2013 model 2400 miles away at LeSueur. Over the phone, Steven provided answers to questions I didn't even know I had. Within a couple of days, all the paperwork was completed, and a week later, the car was delivered to our home. Steven checked in with me often to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns throughout the process. Shortly after delivery the car needed some unforeseen warrantee work, which I let Steven know about during one of his followup calls. He provided valuable information and continued to check in with me until the car was at 100% at no cost. You can honestly tell that LaSueur genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their cars. I would not hesitate to buy from them again or refer them to anyone needing a vehicle locally or across the country.

I first liked the fact that they don't carry out the vulture approach as soon as you get out of your vehicle. Their document fee was much less than other dealers in the Valley, I was very impressed. The process was very well explained and didn't take very long at all! I dread the entire experience of buying a vehicle, but I didn't have that un-trusting, churning in my stomach feeling at all! Their sales tax rates I believe are one of, or if not the lowest in the valley. It's family owned and the guys are not your usual back stabbing, want to screw you for as much money as they can, salesmen. I was extremely impressed! I was replacing a truck that an idiot running a red light totaled. For about the same price (accounting for the loan), I ended up with a truck in much better condition and with lower mileage than the totaled one. It even had, and still does, have that great new car smell! I'm a very happy customer indeed!

None of the annoying sales tactics lots of other dealers use here. No sales people having to run to the manager to get permission for a lower price. No hidden fees at signing, no useless add ons to the car to pad the dealer profit, aka vin etching, nitro inflation, etc.Steven was very calm and straight forward. I flew down from Wisconsin in hopes of buying a VW Beetle TDI convertible which I found online on their site. This was a specific make and color we had been searching for locally to no avail. I decided to travel down based on pictures, description, and most of all a couple of detailed phone/vehicle walk around inspections with Steven. I felt he was an honest sales rep from our numerous phone calls before we agreed to holding the car for my visit. On arrival I was pleased to discover vehicle was in fact just as he had claimed. I had recently fallen in love with the Jetta Sportwagen TDI, and I was looking for a new car concurrently, so I did my research. I happened upon LeSueur Car Company. Ironically, I had some business to attend to in PHX so I swung by for a visit. My visit was preceded by a stop at my bank for loan approval, and a pleasant phone call with Steven LeSueur, to make sure the Jetta that I was drooling on my computer over, was still up for grabs. Gorgeous car indeed!I brokered the deal, basically, over the phone. Steven was patient with my 20,000 questions and persistent price-drop angles, and we decided on a good appointment time.The only complaint I have is that the detailers smudged greasy finger prints on the cloth overhead interior. I am confident about this because I had test drove and meticulously investigated the car before hand, and there were no smudges previously. The detailers also did a lack luster job "detailing" it. That was a let down.I have to say, customer service there is top notch. The waiting game is at a minimum. Pricing is competitive. I am thinking I may just see them again in the future.

After working for a car company and knowing all the traditional games played at most dealerships I was very skeptical about buying my car locally. Thankfully from the moment I stepped onto the Leseur dealership grounds I was pleasantly surprised. I got there and was able to take a test drive without anyone bothering me, not once did they talk about price or anything of that nature until I came back and said I was ready to purchase. Even then they were very fair with my trade and the price of the Tiguan. I knew before I got there that the vehicle price didn't have much wiggle room since they were fairly priced at 95% of the current market. Kris was so great to work with and made everything go quickly and smooth. I got a great rate, and was done with the whole process in under 3 hours. All in all I couldn't be happier with my experience at Leseur and have already told people about how great everything was. I plan to have any service work etc done here. No reason not too! If you're looking for a place where you can beat up a dealer and storm off the lot repeatedly until you get what you want, this isn't the dealership for you. The sales environment is extremely laid back and honest. The car prices are set well below retail. I didn't get quite what I wanted in trade, but having bought from here before, I know that the lower asking price of the vehicle offset that. I couldn't even find a comparable model CLOSE in price within 100 miles to even try to use as negotiating power. The paperwork took no time. The car was quickly detailed. I received a lower APR than I was quoted initially. Everyone walked away happy, including me- who is someone who generally likes to negotiate and beat dealers up, but had no reason to. I like supporting a family business versus the big guys and it's great to see the improvements made to the facilities since I last purchased. When I'm in the market for a used vehicle, I always shop LeSueur first.

Well, this is not one. This is more like a place that newly abandoned VW's come to hang out and wait to be adopted. There are not 5 or 6 salesmen in 2 bit suits at the door nor are there any table cloths. No sales teams with their slick handoffs., and not even open on Sunday.. What you do get is the friendliest, knowledgable caretakers of VW's helping you adopt a car. I've always bought my cars from "Big" dealerships and LeSueur surprised me with their family run car dealership. I have always thought bigger was better when choosing a place to purchase a car, but LeSueur had a rows and rows of beautiful cars and a beautiful contemporary sales office and shop. I loved seeing all the offices with the family names on the doors and the family photos through out the sales office and that the staff was energetic and caring. More importantly, Steven LeSueur went above and beyond to get me into the car I was looking for. I found the car online and Steven negotiated over the phone and we settled on a price. A couple days, later I drove up there and picked up my vehicle. I really have to thank Steve for helping me. He went out of his way to help me actually. Their location in Tempe also offers lower sales tax, which I thought was great too. Definitely worth a look there first, if your car shopping.

This place was extremely inflexible in their asking price, with the sales rep constantly stating "we're giving you a fair price already, why should we reduce it at all?" "We believe in making our sticker price a fair price already, so we don't have to haggle and negotiate." I ended up getting the car at only 2% lower than the sticker price and the total didn't make it a very good deal. I would've walked away but I was simply tired of the car search so I bought it. The funny thing is, after we made the deal, the sales rep tried to push the warranty on me. When I declined, he immediately reduced the price of the warranty by somewhere around 20%, and I probably could've gotten him down more if I really wanted to. Guess they don't ask a "fair" price for the warranty do they? And then the real kicker was when they gave me the extreme low-ball for my trade in. I declined and subsequently sold my old car on Craigslist immediately for almost TRIPLE what this dealership offered me. Guess they don't offer a "fair" price on trade-ins also. If you want to go to this dealership, then fine, but don't get fooled into thinking they're any different from any other dealership. And I wouldn't recommend trading in your old vehicle.

I had experience with LeSueur for car repair and had always had outstanding service. It was time to replace my 14 year old car so I decided to go to LeSueur to see what they had. The experience could not have been easier. I went in and met with Kris. We discussed what my needs were and what my budget was for the purchase. We looked at a few cars and I had the opportunity to test drive each one. I saw a particular vehicle that I was interested in, which happened to be behind 2 other vehicles, and Kris was kind enough to get it out for me. It was exactly what I wanted, a 2013 Tiguan in the price range I wanted to be in. The process of purchasing the car was quick and painless. James helped with paperwork while Kris had the car detailed for me. I have already handed out cards to friends who are looking for cars as well because I know they will be treated fairly and get a great car.

I used to dread looking for used car or truck. I am not really a car person . You are always hesitant that you are going to be taken advantage of. I was referred to the LeSueur's by a friend. I mentioned to my wife that I was going to this dealership and she mentioned that her assistant's husband just purchased a Mini Cooper for her 50 th birthday.When I met Steven I just asked him to be fair with me.I looked at the trucks online and was assisted with my decision.He was able to assist with a loan that was better than the bank I had been with for over 30 years. I could not be happier.I am sure my wife will give the LeSueur's an attempt to gain their trust.

After looking around one day I liked the feel and atmosphere of LeSueur so I ended up coming back and taking a look at some cars. LeSueur's invariably has at least a few cars that interest me so I have looked at vehicles there off-and-on for years. It would have been easy to dismiss me as a looker that never buys. Despite that, everyone at this family run business has invariably been friendly, courteous and generous in terms of letting me test drive cars without the slightest bit of pressure before or after...no "what's it going to take to have you drive that home today." That's perhaps the most notable thing about Kyle, my primary sales contact, and the entire staff is the absence of typical sales pressure. The other positive elements of the sale for me were reasonable pricing for both the car and the processing and overall efficiency (unlike other dealers whose tactics seem to include deliberately wasting your time). Overall, this was a very positive experience for me, not something I'm used to with most car dealers. When it's time to look at cars again, I plan to come back.

We were looking to by my son a car and Brooke was fantastic! She wasn't even the Sales Rep, but noticed us looking so she jumped in and helped us out. LeSueurs was recommended to me and now I know why, they are amazing people to work with. We test drive three cars, no pressure from anyone on which we should buy. Brooke was mainly interested in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Riley in Sales was also great, very friendly, essay to deal with and made for a great overall experience. We were looking for a late model, used BMW, fully loaded, with very low mileage. Since we live in California, it was difficult to comfortably purchase the car sight unseen. We test drove the same model year locally and then Kris was nice enough to use FaceTime and show me every detail about their car, inside and out. It was actually a more thorough review of the car than if I was in person. I flew to Phoenix and was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. The entire group was great, friendly and efficient. We strongly recommend using LeSueur if you are interested in getting a good deal from a great group of people.

This was a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, Did not feel the typical salesman pressure. Steven was very pleasant and easy to work with. Also, the entire process of buying a car seemed to take a lot less time than is typical. It was also nice that they let us take the car out for a test drive without someone from the dealership in the back seat. Appreciated the fact that it was a family run business. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

If youre like me, you dread the thought of buying a car. Between the hassle of jumping from dealer to dealer to find the brand I want, the aggressive sales tactics many car dealers use, where I feel like I move from a larger box to a smaller box till finally theres no oxygen in the room to even mutter the word NO, or if I was lucky enough to escape their grasp, more often than not, I find a complete lack of follow up by an inexperienced sales professional to help me find the car Im looking for. I never wanted to do it again.But, finally, I found a place Ill buy cars from forever! Just pulling in the parking lot felt different than any other car dealership; there were a ton of choices of brands I was interested in. Walking in the front door I knew I was at a different place than I had experienced before. There was no pressure, they were happy to help and they sold me a car at a fair price. The tax break I received because their located on a slice of county territory was a nice bonus too! The LeSueurs have won my business, Ill bet theyll win yours too.

Our introduction to Lesueur Car Company was when I called at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning. We had been researching cars all week, but were ready to get moving on a Friday morning (most dealerships open at 10:00 am). Steve was there and answered all our questions about the Nissan Rogue we were interested in. We went down to the dealership a half hour later and Riley was there to help us. He pulled up the first car we wanted to look at, but his first words were "there's an odor in the car, I think we can get it out." Well, it was a smoker's car and we didn't even want to take a test drive. Instead he pulled up our second choice, slightly higher mileage, but extras like a back-up camera. We took a test drive and that was it - sold. Riley got us a much better loan rate than we had pre-qualified on our own, then make the paperwork nightmare as brief as possible. Just before we were set to take off, Steve popped in and said, we need to change the oil and get you a new oil filter. This meant we had to wait for the auto parts dealer to bring the part, but while they waited they buffed out a few scratches and touched up two tiny scratches. When I drove off in my new-to-me car, it felt and looked like a brand new car. My husband's car has 170,000 miles on it, so we'll probably be back to visit the Lesueur gang again. They're the best!

This dealership was awesome! When I first drove into this dealership, I saw that it was well kept up and very clean and organized. I came in and was greated right away. I saw that everyone was dressed comfortably and not all dressed up, I really liked that. I asked to test drive the car I came into see, and there was no hassel. I really liked how I got to test drive on my own because I went to a dealer and he hopped in and talked the whole time, which didn't make me feel comfortable at all. I ended up falling in love with the car and knew it was meant to be mine. I wasn't able to get it that day, and had to work the next few days and he held the car for me until I was able to come in. I knew that this was the place I wanted to buy from simply because they made my first car buying experience hassel free. The best part is, that it is family owned. Steven answered all my questions without me having to ask them. He was awesome and friendly. I walked out of there having a new used car, and knowledge of how a car buying experince should be. It was so great that now my dad is planning on going back to buy a car from them. I love this place and this is the place to go to buy a car.

I have to say... Kyle made purchasing my mini cooper so easy! I called on Monday late afternoon.. told them exactly the car I wanted and that I wanted to walk in sign paperwork and leave.. as quick as possible! Kyle called me within 30 minutes confirmed financing with very pleasing terms and confirmed that we could come when it was convenient for us! The next day at noon, I walked in with my 4 year old (he was super nice to my daughter!) and I was driving away in 12 minutes! We actually timed it!Amazing experience!!!!

I know that the normal car-buying experience is a stress inducing, frustrating, headache. I had my last car for 14 years and one of the reasons that I waited so long was because I didn't want to have to go through the hassle at a dealership. Then last week I saw an advert for a car that I was interested in getting at a great price. I called and inquired and they said it was available to look at any time I wanted to come down- no asking for my phone number, no trying to start the sale over the phone- just "come down when you get a chance". Very refreshing.I went to the dealership later that day and met with Riley. Not only did we take a look at the car I was originally interested in, he also suggested a few others that I might like (some, even less expensive) and I was able to test drive quite a few of them without any fuss or pressure; even though he knew that I wouldn't be buying that day.I came back 2 days later and bought the car. The entire experience was not only tolerable, it was actually a pleasure. The staff there are all very nice, very upfront, and at no time do you feel like you are being "handled" or fed a line of bull. They put the price of their cars on the windshield and that is pretty much the price that you'll get it at- no negotiating or writing down an offer on a piece of paper for them to "go show their manager". The great part is- their prices are so low that you don't need to worry about trying to bargain them down; you will already be getting a much lower price than you will find anywhere else. In addition, I came back to the dealership a couple of days later with some questions about the car. This was already after the sale was made, so there wasn't any reason to expect gaining more revenue from me. Unfortunately Riley was out that day, but Steven took the time to help me with the question and also assist me in procuring some accessories for the car.I would without a doubt recommend LeSueur to any and all of my friends (I already have) and I'd tell anybody that if they are in the market for a car- you owe it to yourself to go take a look at their dealership. It will be a no pressure experience and one you will be glad you did. I certainly am.

This was, without a doubt, the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. I felt that the vehicle I purchased was already priced fairly, so there was no need for haggling. There was no pressure to buy "right now" (even though I wanted to). In fact, I was allowed to come in the next day during my lunch break to finish the paperwork. Talk about working around "YOUR" schedule. We got a great price on a great car with very, very low miles - we're 100% happy with the vehicle - but above all, we appreciated the sales experience: I've had a long, and honestly miserable, history of dealing with new/used car salesmen at dealerships around the country, but this was the first time we were treated with dignity, consideration, and no sales pressure. Finding the vehicle we were looking for 400 miles away at LeSueur was a bit of a gamble, but we decided to make the trip after several communications with Kyle that were encouraging. Kyle was helpful and easy to work with. The car was as advertised and we were pleased that LeSueur was able to offer financing at an even better rate than our credit union had offered. The only disappointment was in the trade in value that we were given on our vehicle. I see that this has been a complaint of other rating LeSueur. Kris and the other staff we worked with on the deal were all friendly and easy to deal with. I would make the trip to buy from LeSueur again, I just wouldn't plan on trading my car in as part of the deal. One expects to get less on a trade in as opposed to selling it yourself, just not as much less as we were given.

We bought our van from Lesueur last year and so, after doing a little advance screening on the web, I was happy to discover they had models I was considering, since we had a good experience the first time around. They gave us a great deal on our trade-in (although the paperwork for this took a long time and we had to go over some stuff a few times because we were handed off from Kris to James and ultimately to Steven - I think because they had a complicated deal going on in an adjacent office - and this is the one thing I marked down for) but all 3 were very friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely consider them seriously for any future car purchase.

I had a great experience working with Steven. Not only did he help me when I was at the dealership, he spent time answering my questions over the phone and via text. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and I felt no pressure to buy. I felt like I could take all the time I wanted to browse the lot and find the car I was looking for. In fact, they didn't have the car I was originally intending on purchasing, but because I didn't feel pressured and trusted Steven, I was able to find a great vehicle that met my needs at a great price. Steven was up front and honest with me. I asked him why the price was so good on the Nissan Altima I was looking at and he explained the situation in detail disclosing all the facts. His explanation and documentation provided me with confidence and ultimately led to my decision to purchase the vehicle. He made the process easy by starting some of the paperwork over the phone so I didn't have to spend as much time in the office. Once I made the decision to buy, the process was quick and painless. All in all it was a great experience and I would return to purchase from these folks again. Cars were very clean, low mileage and appeared to be in super condition. We arrived after watching TDI jettas online and by calling dealers. The prices here are very competitive but more importantly is the low doc fee, low sales tax, and the LACK of CAR BUYING BS!! We had been to a local VW dealer and the experience was not good. A sales pitch before the test drive, I knew way more about the car than the sales woman did, sitting in the office, "what do you want your payments to be?" and all the high pressure sales stuff.We arrived at 8:30 and left by 10:30 after completing the transaction (while juggling our 9 month old) with the freshly detailed and tinted window car being delivered by 4:30 that day. It was a 4400 mile car for the same price the dealer wanted for the same car with 38k miles. We will but our next car there and do recommend LeSueur to any and all!

I chose to purchase my VW Sportwagon from Lesueur after extensive research on the internet. Not only are the prices the best in the state, their customer service was absolutely incredible. As a woman car buyer we often get told "tall tales" by the "stereotypical used car sales person", and my attempt to buy a used car proved it to me. I adressed two dealerships in Tucson and both overcharged me and did not answer specific questions I asked. However, at Lesueur, esp. working with Ryan Biggs, I had all questions answered as quickly as possible, he was clear and precise, and the transaction was an absolute pleasure. I would buy a car here in a heartbeat. I have never been at a dealership where people are in line to buy a car, there literally where about 20 people waiting to be helped! And yes, my car drives perfectly well!

My husband and I swore we would never shop at a dealership again, but the 2013 Lexus CT200h sounded very tempting. So we decided to take a ride down to the LeSueur Car Company in Tempe and take a look at it. We fell in love, and our salesman Riley was most helpful with the car's history and how everything worked. Although we didn't get as much as we had hoped on our trade in, we were given a rebate towards a nice Blind Spot detection system that we wanted. In just a few painless hours, we drove away with a beautiful, new car. Riley couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. We bought a 10' Volkswagen GTI from LeSueur in June'13. The experience was great, it was the only dealership I have been to where they are laid back and not pushy for a sale in anyway. The fact we could take the car on a test-drive with no hassle of a salesmen preaching to us, we were able to take our time and really get a feel for the car we purschased. The best part was we only had to deal with one person through the full process of buying our car it was really a one stop shop, not like the other dealers who make your whole day waiting for finance , sales or service etc, we were in and out on a few hours with a guarantee loan approval and a smile on our faces. I feel LeSueur has one of the best and most easily used websites of any car company. I always have a very good idea of their inventory and of the specific vehicles I'm interested in. Although I didn't know a lot about Volkswagen My Parents did, and from what they told me they liked the car Manufacturer. So I went along with it when they brought me to the dealership and I was impressed and happy by the end of the day. The overall service from the staff was great as well as the atmosphere, well kept clean cars and an abundance of choices, not just VW but Honda, Toyota, Nissan etc. The Deal I got was great and had no trouble whatsoever purchasing the car. Best car dealership I have ever worked with. The staff is friendly, and non-aggressive. No cliche or high pressure sales tactics. I test drove several cars, and they even let me take them out on my own - Just tossed me the keys, and said, "Have fun." This is legitimately a family owned and operated business. The salesmen are the owners sons, and, from my understanding, their cousin and some of their friends. There is a huge selection of cars to choose from (over 350 I believe). Every car I looked at was reasonably priced. I hate haggling, and negotiating, but their low prices make most of that unnecessary, which was a huge plus for me. Oh, another good thing - They are technically on Maricopa County property, which translates to one thing for a perspective car buyer - NO CITY SALES TAX. Highly recommended. If you are in the market for a late-model used car, definitely go see LeSueur.

This was my first car buying experience. I am happy that I chose LeSueur car company. After researching the type of car I wanted, I decided to test drive a Nissan Juke while visiting Phoenix. I actually found the place by going to Google and searching for used Nissan Juke dealers near the restaurant I was at. The dealership was busy, but I was able to look and test drive any car without any problems. I actually worked with 3 of the LeSueur brothers at some point that day. After my test drives were over, I told Kris that I wanted to think about the car before actually buying. He explained to me about the online credit application available through their website. Later in the week, Steven called to follow up. It was easy car buying experience. I submitted my application online and bought the car the following Saturday.

I found it time to buy a new car and felt somewhat apprehensive and nervous. New to the Phoenix-area, I was unsure as to buy "new" or "used" and what dealership to patronize. A friend told me about LeSueur and I am so pleased with the referral. I visited with the thought of buying a VW Tiquan, but, after test driving a Mini Cooper Countryman, I fell in love. I experienced no sale's pressure and Kris was exceedingly helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Negotiations went well and the actual purchase was seamless. LeSueur even detailed my 14-year old VW to ready for private sale. After my Mini warranty expires, I plan to use LeSueur for maintenance. I highly recommend this dealership. We bought a 2011 Mini Clubman several months ago at LeSueur Car Company. We had found the car online and Kris was super responsive with emailing us accurate detailed information on the car. He held the 2 Minis (1 black and 1 blue) that we were interested in to allow us to fly down from Boulder CO and check them out.When we arrived at the Phoenix airport, he picked us up on time and took us back to the dealership. The cars we requested to see were parked out front, ready to test drive. He took us out to show us a good test drive loop and then turned us loose to try out the two cars.We opted to buy the blue one, although he was hoping to sell us the black one. He made it clear to us that he would be willing to give us a better deal on the black one while simultaneously telling us not to be swayed by his preference for us to the buy the black one and buy the blue one if we preferred it. It was great to have a salesman be very transparent about their motivations while at the same time striving to make us ultimately happy. Once we told him we were set on the blue one, we quickly wrapped up the transaction, they prepped the mini for our drive back to Colorado, suggested a good local restaurant for lunch (which was great) and got us on our way.I couldn't imagine an easier, friendlier, and efficient car buying process. The Mini, although it had been lemon lawed previously (Kris pointed this out) has been great with zero problems in several thousand miles of driving. The rest of the cars on the lot looked well taken care of as well. Chances are, when we buy another car, we will give LeSueur a try once again. It was worth the flight and drive back to Boulder. -Tim

My wife and I were in the market for another Mini for her last December and went to LeSueur because of the rave reviews online. Like most people, car shopping is one of our least favorite activities, primarily because of the annoying sales pressure and constant "dogging" your heels while you're looking. So, not withstanding the reviews, I didn't expect much improvement in that department. Happily, I was totally wrong. The reviews you see reflect our experience. After we'd looked at a couple of cars, Ryan Biggs came out and asked if he could answer any of our questions. At first, I wondered if he were a salesperson, he seemed too relaxed and normal. We said we were looking for a Mini Cooper; he introduced himself, unlocked the cars we were interested in, left the keys on the seat and left us alone to look at them, saying to let him know if we had any questions. We enjoyed an unmolested time looking at the cars to our heart's content, starting them, inspecting them, etc. He would show up unobtrusively every once in awhile to see if we had questions or wanted to see others. We asked questions and looked at others. Finding one we liked, we handed him one of our drivers licenses, he handed us the keys and we took a test drive by ourselves. We liked the car and said we wanted to talk about buying it. We went into his office; he showed us the CarFax and other information he had about the car and went online to show us the price of the few comparable cars available elsewhere in the Valley. We negotiated a fair price in an easy manner and Ryan expediently handled the entire transaction from beginning to end. No high pressure at any time and he was, in connection with every aspect, a very pleasant person to deal with. The car was driven home as soon as the paperwork was done a short time later and my wife is very happy. For perhaps the only time in our lives, we went home from a car dealership without the feeling we'd been whipsawed in an aggressive tag-team wrestling match. We've become big fans of LeSueur and if you're in the market for a car, they (including Ryan) should definitely be on your list.

After searching for a new car I found the one I wanted at LeSueur. This is a dealership that I had never heard of. After a bit of research and the overwhelming positive reviews on yelp; I decided to head on down. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted. I chuckled to myself when I saw every name on the the office doors ended in LeSueur. Truly a family owned company. No pressure sales, and Steven was very upfront about the history on the car. Most people shy away from lemon law cars but they are a great buy because of price and the fact that they are refurbished from the manufacturer. The buying experience was great. There was none of the usual "used car salesman" vibe in the showroom. Paperwork was speedy and I was in and out very fast. I was also very pleased to find out they are on a county island. Which saved me about 2% in taxes. They have made a customer for life.

We went into Le Sueur Car company after doing research online for a car for our daughter. Ryan helped us and was attentive to our needs in a vehicle. I recently went through LeSueur to purchase a Volkswagen GTI. I began the process by reaching out to Ryan via their internet site and was able to negotiate a price before ever even stepping foot onto the lot. I was satisfied with the experience and lack of junk fees. Upon arrival I was pre-approved and the buying process took less than 30 mins. The price I negotiated was honored and I was off the lot in no time. I had shopped the car pretty heavily and must say LeSueur's prices where very competitive even to Ebay motors. We have dealt with many car dealers in the past and have found LeSueur Car Company one of the best, if not the best. They were extremely friendly, and we did not feel pressured. They did not use gimmicks or try to hide fees as other car dealerships have done in our past experiences. We found the used cars that we were interested in online and drove from El Paso, Tx to test drive them. I simply hate buying a car primarily because of the pressure applied by salesmen and the lack of transparency around pricing. The is not the case at LaSueur. First, you have a large selection of low mileage cars in excellent condition to choose from. I chose a 2013 Prius V - II with 50 miles on it, but they had an impressive collection of VW's, BMW's, Mini Coopers, Toyota's, etc. Second, the sales staff couldn't be more helpful or cooperative in assisting you in finding the right selection. Third, you deal with just one person ... the individual selling you the car. In our case it was Steven LeSueur although Ryan and Kyle also helped me during this process. Steven was attentive and treated us with respect. Fourth, the initial price was fair ..... let's go beyond that point. My investigation of the similar automobile at other dealers revealed a wide disparity in terms of price. LeSueur simply offered the best value for the money in the greater Phoenix area. There was essentially no haggling, the price you see is the price you get although I did get a $300 discount because it was an "internet" special. You want a great car and not experience of watching it depreciate in value during the first two years - go to LaSueur.

Had been looking at trucks for 6 months. We have looked at 14 dealerships from Tucson to Phoenix and found that LeSueur had the best price along with a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. The uniqueness with this company was that we dealt with one person from start to finish. There was no haggling games back and forth with a business and/or finance manager. Riley did a GREAT job! He was very knowledgeable about the Tacoma, we were interested in, and handled the whole process from test drive, to signing the papers, to handing over the keys to our newly purchased vehicle in a timely and relaxing manner. Ryan Biggs is very honest and upbeat person. Ryan didn't play games with the money part of the deal and was completely thorough in his presentation of our auto purchase and all of it's features. LeSueur has become my go to service center for my VW for several years now. I drive down from Prescott to utilize their services.My first experience was having a timing belt changed in an older VW Jetta diesel. They did the work for significantly less that the original dealer proposed. My second experience was with a balky a/c unit on my VW passat wagon diesel. Again I went to the original dealer -- they charged me $125 for diagnostics, recommended either a complete replacement of the a/c (about $1,500) or trade the car in. Decided to check with LeSueur. They kept the car for nearly a day trying to figure out the problem and ultimately replaced a $5 part and charged me less than the diagnostic at the other dealer. Has worked fine since that date about 3 years ago.I had one other more serious issue one time. A part LeSueur installed on my old VW failed. It was a failure due to a manufacturing defect in the replacement part, it had nothing to do with LeSueur's work. The failure caused some additional damage to the car. LeSueur stood behind its work and the part and took care of the entire repair cost with no hassle. It was the single best experience I ever had with a dealer and showed their integrity and honesty, something that you can't put a price on.I highly recommend LeSueur for its honesty, fairness and integrity. The employees I have met have all been professional and helpful. I have great confidence in this dealer.

I can now say that working with Riley Price at Leseur Car Company in Tempe was by far the best experience that I have had. Documents were signed and I drove off the lot with my vehicle in a short amount of time (Two hours). Kris and Kyle were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt no pressure in any way to purchase our vehicle. They both gave us space to talk to each other and really look at vehicle without feeling like someone was constantly hovering you. You can truly feel the difference from LeSueur and other car dealerships the minute you walk in the door. It is very laid back and stress-free. This was our first car purchase from LaSueur, but it will not be our last! We highly recommend them!

We have been bringing our cars to LeSueur for years, so it was time for a new car, they were the first place we looked. I was on a tight budget, but they had a few cars in my price range, 2 of which were Jettas (which I wanted). Being the "diligent" car shoppers we are, my husband and I spent the better part of a day driving around to see the other Jettas all around town. What I found was that none of them compared to the 2 at LeSueur. Plus, I was able to have the peace of mind that our regular mechanics had already checked these cars out and were able to tell us what to expect in terms of maintenance for the next couple years. Everyone was patient with my questions and concerns, and there was ZERO pressure from Kris. I am so happy with my new (used) car!

I had previously purchased a Mercedes a few years ago at LeSueur and was very happy with the transaction and the car. Steven went out of his way during the first purchase to make sure I was happy with my car and was a very happy customer. So, I decided to reach out to them again and see if they had another car I could purchase. Steven once again helped me get into an E350 and worked with me on a fair price for my trade in and a good price for my new car. The customer service at LeSueur is 10 times better than any car dealership I have ever experienced and I plan on going back when I need another car in the future. I would definitely recommend this dealership and strongly recommend working with Steven.

I just had back surgery and could no longer sit in my sports car, a Porsche Boxster. My husband has dealt with the LeSueur Company for years, and he took me there to check out a good quality used car. I found the service to be excellent. There was full disclosure about the car we selected. Kris was very patient about bringing out cars for us to test drive, and he allowed us to really test them out. Once the decision was made, we were able to get a very fair price for our trade in, and the deal was signed and sealed painlessly. Anybody who has gotten disgusted with the dickering games in most dealerships would be ecstatic to seal a bargain which is win-win and done respectfully.I highly recommend this dealership. Deals are made with finesse and respect.

I fly in to Phoenix quite a bit for work and decided to look for a used car in the area while I was there, as there were none available where I live. I ended up contacting Kris and he worked with me from start to finish. It was a great experience as I have never purchased a car from out of state. Kris and staff looked at the car multiple times, emailed me pictures, and even picked me up from the airport when I flew in. The whole process was painless and I highly recommend Kris and staff to anyone looking for a quality car and a great customer service experience.

Yesterday, I purchased my second vehicle from the LeSueur car company, a 2013 Nissan Altima. I would like to say that this experience was just as great as my first purchase from them, completely painless and no stress at all. I wish I could say the same about going to the dentist!!! :) I have been to the dealership several times in the last few weeks trying to decide on a new vehicle. Everyone on the entire staff is super friendly, laid back, and always willing to help. They were very patient with me in my search for a new vehicle and and answered every question that I had. Special kudos go out to Ryan Biggs, and Steven, Kyle, Jim, and Kris LeSueur. Over the years the LeSueur family has developed an enviable business model consisting of honesty and integrity. We have been shopping for a new-to-us vehicle for a few YEARS and had stopped by to look at an SUV we saw on the LeSueur website. We also visited Berge VW on several occasions to try out the different models. When the day came, I went onto the LeSueur website to check out the inventory. Seriously, there was NO comparison. The vehicles at LeSueur are much newer, lower mileage and affordable compared to Berge. I had written down my options and went to bed. The next morning I squared away my financing and went back to check the website again. There was a brand new listing for the very TDI I had my heart set on but there were no pictures and it wasn't even priced. I didn't care! I called right away and Riley took my call. He came back with more specifics on the car i was interested in and worked on getting my financing settled. I called the other dealership to check it out. Berge told me "that is an amazing deal. Take it. There is no way I can get you that car at that price". Not only do I have my beautiful car but they secured me a super low rate on my loan! We did all of this over the phone. When I got there (and met Riley in person) and test drove the car, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. It really was that easy. Everybody was SO nice. These guys really do love their jobs and it shows. Taking care of the customer is a priority here. It is a small operation so its "small town" or everybody knows everybody's business. In this case, that is a good thing. LeSueur had only had my car on the lot for one day and made the arrangements to have the inspection and window tinting done at my convenience. I've called back a few times and Riley is always there for me. We have spent so much time on the phone that I really believe I have a new friend.

This dealership is a quality operation. Kris handled the purchase of my 2012 Nissan Leaf. Everything was done right. The car had a bad tire that was discovered a couple of days after the purchase. The company simply put a new tire on. Again Kris handled this. This car dealer has been in business at the same location for a long time. They are honest and professional in their dealings with customers.

My wife refuses to go car shopping with me. I talked her into going with me to LeSueurs. She couldn't believe how friendly and not pushy Kris was. We decided we would buy from them and picked an almost new Prius. We went back the next day and did the paperwork and were out the door in less than 2 hrs. It was a good experience to do business with them.

For the record I hate car shopping especially at dealerships. I feel like I spend months mentally preparing myself for the hassling experience. Thanks to Steven at LeSueur Car Company, I had a great experience! The entire staff was personable and approachable unlike your typical car salesmen who are usually dressed in suits getting ready to pounce on their prey. Steven was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was no high pressure sales and their vehicles are not over priced. I was also impressed with how inexpensive their service fee was compared to other competitors. On the last car I purchased, I spent around $700 on the service fee where I only paid $195 at LeSueur.I would highly recommend this family owed business to anyone in the market looking for a great buy! I love my new car! :)
