Bill made my car shopping easy and seamless. I shopped around and could have gone anywhere but Bill’s knowledge of the vehicles made me feel comfortable. Then when it came time for paperwork, I wasn’t there for 8 hours! There was no haggle and no running back and forth with new numbers. The real deal is REAL. By far the best dealership around, hassle free, was uncertain on which car I wanted, due to an accident my car was totaled (Nissan. ) I own 2003 Mach 1 and 2014 Focus. So I wanted to stay with Ford, I purchased the focus at another dealership, not happy at all with them, thats why I came here. I walked around the lot just looking, (No one bothering me ) interested in the Fushion, still not sure. Thats when Susan Harvilla introduced herself to myself and my husband asked a couple of questions .. next thing I was test driving a 2017 Fushion , (loved it), went into dealership she gave the information to Tim Pellicano, long story short... I had trouble with the Sync system in my 2014 Focus. I was upset that the problem seemed to not being addressed. I called Larson Ford and talked to Louis the Service and Parts Manager, he told me that they would solve the problem for me. When I picked up the car, Louis told me that the problem was with the Sync system and not my iPhone as they had thought. It seems that Ford needs to update the Sync system so it will work with the latest update that Apple did for the iPhone. I was annoyed with the service department, however Louis did restore my faith in their ability to provide excellent service. I want to thank Louis and the shop foreman for excellent customer service.

Robert Barranger is one of the friendliest easy going, great to work with salespersons I have had to work with. No pressure and actually listens to what questions and concerns you have and really tries to work with you. His manager Tim Pellicano was just as helpful and at no time did they try to pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable as dealerships so often do. Tracy Black was super pleasant, fast and efficient in going through the paperwork. A pleasure to speak with.

I often question the metrics that are used for ratings. However DealerRater certainly knows what they are doing. Everything about my experience was top notch. Until this weekend.The service Manager called me on Monday to make an effort to correct the deficiencies . Recently just went there with my mom to do a routine check up on her car and an oil change. At first everything was very quite and normal until my mom went to go pay and asked about a rebate. My mom called weeks ago about setting up an appointment for her car and the person she spoke said that there was a rebate of 10.00 off of the oil change and everything else. As my mother was trying to understand why she wasn't getting the rebate a very nasty employee who was handling the payment gave my mom and I attitude. Claiming she would have to go online for the rebate and that it would be taking off the next oil change, it may not seem like she was being rude but the way she said it was very ignorant.My mom was told specifically that she would get the rebate at the dealer ship, but anyway the nasty women kept belittling us in front of another customer and so I snapped right back at her. It's one thing to say I'm so sorry for the miscommunication let me find a way or take a look at how I can help you receive the rebate. They have computers in their office they should of sat down with my mom and showed her how to get the rebate, instead the ignorant women coped an attitude. For anyone looking to go to Larson Ford these people 1. Do not dress professional at all, when we got there they were all in jeans and sweat shirts and leggings. 2. Learn customer service, 3. Attitude adjustments, 4. Just Be Professional!!!!!! It's sad that after almost two years of my mom going here and getting good customer care it ended today. I'm not expecting people to understand how we felt, but unless you were there send heard this you eluding understand. I should of video taped this. Rethink Larson Ford unless you want to be treated like a doormat!!!!

This was my second purchase from this dealership. They made the car buying experience actually enjoyable. Robert Barranger and Tracy Black answered all of my questions and made sure that I had their contact information in case I had questions in the future. I also had great service from Michele and Jennifer from the Internet team. I like the new Nice program, especially the loaner cars and free oil changes. I trust what the service department tells me. I dont feel like they are adding things to the repair bill just to make money. The shuttle service is great. I want to make a special mention of the women who answer the service department phones. When I was in a car accident recently, I called to see which auto body shop was recommended. Even though it was July 4th weekend and near closing time, the woman in the service department took the time to speak with me. It helped me feel better at a bad time. That is service above the norm. I would 100% recommend this dealership and all of its personnel.

On Thursday afternoon I arrived at Larson Ford to get information on a 2016 ford F-150 as well as getting prices for Roush performance upgrades. I was referred to Robert Barranger as I would later find out is very familiar with Roush performance options. Robert searched the dealer network to find a 2016 Ford F-150 with the specifications that I required. He found one and told me he would call me saturaday morning(next day) if he was able to secure the vehicle and have it at Larson Ford for my inspection. At 10 am on Saturday morning Robert called me and advised he had the truck on the lot waiting for me. Two hours later I purchased the vehicle. The good work of Robert Barranger didn't stop there. While at the dealership we went to the parts and service personnel were he assisted me in purchasing the Roush performance options. Robert Barranger made the purchase of my new F-150 a completely stress free enjoyable experience. We were currently in a contract with another dealership and the vehicle wasn't running and they were refusing to fix the lease vehicle.We were sinking fast and we knew ford was a great place to get a vehicle so thats wjere we went. We went in looking for a reliable vehicle and walked out with that and more! Larson offers great deals, service and the customer service was outstanding and willing to do anything to help get us in a new vehicle. Woody, our sales guy was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped us make the right decision. We had some credit issues and Donna was absolutely fantastic! She was determined to get us into a vehicle that fit our budget and got us the financing we needed which was no easy task! Donna went above and beyond and got us any discounts available to fit the car into the payment price range that the bank wanted us in. We walked out with a brand new car. We will go recommend all our family and friends to Larson and will be loyal customersin in the future!

Let me say that from the first call from the online sales representative Jennifer I knew I found a great dealership! They are very professional and answered all my questions. The entire team made the experience exceptional! I arrived at 4:45 and was ready to drive away by 6:15! A true record. Robert Barringer my salesman was patient and professional. He took the time to show me the in's and out's of the vehicle, making sure I knew the vehicle before I drove off lot! Tim Pellicano was not your typical manager. Absolutely no pressure at all! He had a very professional attitude when it came to numbers and never pressured me at all! Great manager and customer service! Tracy in finance was phenomenal! He helped us with the lease of our 2015 Ford Explorer, and we could not have asked for a better person to work with. I purchased my Ford Focus ST from Robert Barranger. I have been searching for a new car for months and have dealt with many salespeople but none of them as nice as Robert. We drove a Ford Edge Titanium as an insurance loaner while our Subaru was being repaired after an accident. While we loved our Subaru, we found the Edge to be a very substantial vehicle with many technology options. We stopped at Larson and met Robert Barranger. From the test drive, to the negotiation of a price, to the sitting down to complete the financial paperwork, everything about buying this car was simple, easy, uncomplicated, and FAST. Robert Barranger was polite, courteous, and extremely helpful every step of the way, answering all my questions. When I told him that I never jump into buying ANYTHING quickly and would probably need to sleep on making my decision he completely understood and did not pressure me to make a rash decision. Buying a car is a huge investment and I appreciate that I was not pressured or forced to act quickly.

I bought a certified used Ford F150 Platinum the end of December. The transaction went very well and my salesmen Robert Barringer was top notch. No pressure, no tricks. Even if I was familiar with the process, he took the time to concisely explain every aspect of the transaction. There was no double talk, no sales pitch, just a good old deal getting done. Big John brought the deal home and I drove home in a new-to-me F150. I will definitely be back when I want another vehicle and would not hesitate to deal with Robert and Big John again. I highly recommend Larson Ford.My one complaint (if you could call it that) is that I have yet to receive any email, mailer etc for oil changes, tire specials, follow up maintenance or new car specials. Maybe they have my wrong email address?

After a very bad visit to a local Ford dealer, I went online and found the exact car I wanted at Larson. Sent on online inquiry and received an email and call from Michele within hours. Larson was glad to take the offer that I had made to the first dealer who had turned it down. Michele set me up with a salesman, Robert, based on when it was convenient for me to come pick the car up. When I arrived, my car was waiting out front for me, beautifully detailed. Robert took me outside and went over everything in the car and synced my cell phone. Robert then took me to Tracy to wrap up the finance work and we were on our way in about an hour. I can't remember the last time I was anywhere that made me feel like a valued customer. It was a little bit of a drive but the easy and stress free sale was well worth it. Thank you Larson!

My mother leased an Escape with Mr. Barranger last March and was also very satisfied with her experience. Last week I came in on a referal from my parents and also leased a Fusion with Robert. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was my first experience with aquiring a new vehicle and Robert made the process smooth, which put me at ease. I brought my Explorer in to Larson Ford for a check engine light. I was told it was a cam positioning sensor. I had Larson Ford replace it. The problem had not been fixed. Larson Ford then told me it was the PCM I had them replace it. I was then told it was plugs and wires. Larson Ford had the truck for 15 days at this point.And I had enough. I asked for the truck to be returned. I do not feel the proper method of diagnosing is to replace every part in sight. Although that approach is eventually effective it is costly and does not speak well of the knowledge of the dealership. I took my wife to pick up the truck. When leaving the dealership my wife told me the truck was running worse than when it was brought in. She went inside to inform them of this and was told it was because it needed plugs and wires. I told her to drive it home. I was unaware how bad the truck was running. When I looked at the truck at home I found that Larson Ford had left the truck in a state of disassembly. The coil packs where unbolted plug wires where left hanging and the interior of the truck was left covered in grease. Larson Ford knowingly released a vehicle in a extremely unsafe condition. In trying to resolve this my wife was told by Robert Larson all about their 5 star rating. And he tried to explain to her that a vehicle with that kind of mileage is bound to have things go wrong. I spoke with Louis Pagano who also told me things go wrong when vehicles have a lot of miles. Just for the record the truck has less than 80,000 miles. I feel many people would not consider this to be high mileage. I diagnosed the problem myself with the help of the internet. It was the alternator. I found Ford had issued a TSB regarding the alternator causing this type of problem. I had informed Louis of this as I feel I had been being taken advantage of. I told him I had all the parts that had been removed and I was going to have them checked. He asked if he could check them. I said I would prefer them to be checked by a independent party. I feel that Larson Ford should have checked the parts before they started replacing them. After all is that what diagnostics is supposed to be. At this point I do not know if Larson Ford is dishonest or incompetent but I feel better knowing I am doing my part in informing the public on how Larson Ford treats its customers. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership.

My wife and I went to Larson Ford on Black Friday. I must say it was easier to buy a car with them then to get a TV at Walmart. Chris Bristow our salesman was excellent in understanding what we were looking for and pointing us in the right direction. Then once we picked out a 2016 Ford Fusion it was only a short time later everything was done. Then we were just waiting for them to finish detailing our new car. My wife and I had set our max payment we wanted and how long we were willing to be there. Chris and the rest of the Larson Ford staff exceeded our expectations and goals. 2013 EXPLORER-I was just in for my first oil change. When I pulled up, w/ my infant in the car, there was no one around to direct me as to what to do (once I got in the service line). There was a line if you were getting quick lube and another if you had an appointment, which is not clear. I got out and walked up to the door but could only stand in the doorway until I could get a service attendant's attention since I couldn't leave my baby. They looked at me a little confused but then assisted in getting me taken care of. The rest of my experience was good. I just think it would be good to have somebody directing customers.

The service done was expensive. I had to bring my SUV back in because the service tech didn't repair the problem the first time. I'm guessing because the first bill was over $1600.00 and they didn't want to add any more. So when I get the SUV home the next day the ABS light came back on. I had to bring it back which cost me more in labor. My second bill was over $900.00. I had over $2500.00 dollars of service done.Didn't have use of my SUV for 3 days because the part didn't come in on time.

I didn't expect to do more than look a truck I had seen on the website the night before!! So, I meet Kyle who I explained a little of my thinking too and Then watched a Pro kick into gear!, I was offered a chance to drive the truck while Kyle went to work on my trade in and credit, I was totally pleased with the truck! Heck! I wanted to stay out longer! one thing into another. and I soon found myself sitting at Kyle's desk basically handing over controll of my old truck, answering few questions. and waiting on responses from potential Bankers because of my Not so good credit but excellent payment record so far on my trade in. It helped Im sure but nevertheless there was still work to be done and Kyle was on it! I was Impressed on the diligence and determination to get a job done! Soon i was introduced to Donna who went to work from another aspect of all this and and once again I watched as Pro's worked to Succeed in making curious idea of mine become a reality! However, after my recent experience at Larson Ford, I felt it was warranted and wanted to let anyone and everyone looking for a car to know that this is the place to go. I've been to many dealerships in my lifetime and have never felt more comfortable than I was here. From the moment you walk in the door, you are met with welcoming faces and they greet you in an extremely friendly manner. They have a "no pressure" atmosphere and are completely understanding of budgets and affordabilty. I was so happy with my experience I got two cars within days of one another. Buying a vechicle can be a very overwhelming experience, but it definitely was not the case at Larson Ford. I want to thank Tim, Bob, and Dylan for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back and I am now a very loyal customer to Larson Ford.

They where unable to find the problem. They just continued to change parts at my expense. They had the vehicle for 15 days.Cost me over 1200$. I took the vehicle home and figured out it was the alternator that caused all the problems. And their certified mechanic was not able to determine this.Do not use this dealership. Not only was the car not fixed it was returned greasy and not completely reassembled. They allowed it to leave their dealership in a unsafe condition.

Found a truck I might like online, and when I submitted for more information, Jennifer called me back immediately to let me know that not only would they probably have a truck for me, but that my trade was also probably no problem as for the payoff, and the amount of money I was looking to spend.I walked into the dealership knowing that the price I could afford was pretty low. Dylan was not only very fast in determining whether I was able to afford what they had on property, but was able to find the exact truck I wanted, for almost the exact price I wanted to pay. This was surely no easy task. (It should be noted though, that it was a manager who I never met who found the truck I would wind up buying. On that note though, it was a fairly low pressure situation. Seeing as usually that manager always comes out to talk after you deal with the sales person. Never saw him, never even learned his name.. But I certainly appreciate his searching skills.)When I went to pick the truck up, I dealt with Tracy and Big John who were very personable and helped me through the finance portion in quite the timely manor. Dylan was not around that day, so Chris tagged up my new truck, handed me the keys, and sent on my way. Between the two trips (first to make the deal, then to sign the papers and get the truck) I was only in the dealership for less than two hours. Which by any car dealer standard, must have been a world record!

This was my first time buying a car. After looking at a few dealerships I knew exactly what type of car I wanted. Most dealers told me that it would be impossible for my price range. But then I looked online at Larson Ford and found exactly the car I wanted with all the amenities I wanted in my price range! Their website was very useful and very accurate. When i came to the dealership my father and Bobby were already looking at the car I wanted. Bobby was very nice and very helpful. I walked off the lot that day, with my new (used) car. Bobby was very insightful, accommodating, and very willing to help me out with everything pertaining to my new(used) car. I brought my car home and unfortunately the check service engine light came on and my tail light was out. But I called Bobby and he helped get me an appointment with the service center that worked for me and my family and they fixed my car free of charge. Also Donna was very helpful in coming up with a warranty plan for me. She truly had my best interest in mind. Very pleasant experience with Larson Ford. This is the first time I've ventured to the internet to assist me in buying a new car. I've been considering my truck purchase for over a year (with the F-150 at the top of my list since the get-go). I've researched all brands including Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, RAM 1500 and Toyota Tundra. My research brought me right back to Ford. Once I made my decision to go with Ford, my next choice was to choose the dealership. At the top of my list was Larson Ford whom I've dealt with since 2000. I've purchased 5 vehicles from them. I still own two of those vehicles, a 2002 Thunderbird & a 2003 Expedition (both of which I bought new). I went to the Ford website and "built" the model and options that I wanted and selected 5 local Ford dealers to get a quote. On all counts, Larson Ford blew the competition out of the water, including responsiveness, professionalism, pricing and honesty. My representative, Robert Barranger, helped me to make all of the right decisions that led to the purchase of my 2015 Lariat F-150 (with all the options that I wanted and/or needed). Michelle and Barry were excellent. They really helped us out, no pressure, no hassle had a great experience with them. We had our three kids with us (baby sitter called out last minute) so it was tough, they were very supportive and made my kids feel comfortable and made it a very pleasant experience. Our only issue was the detailing work when we bought the car.. It seemed it was washed and vacuumed, but the interior consoles, dashboard, driver dash was still very dirty. No garbage just dirty. The glue from the window sticker was still on the window. You open up the doors you saw all the dirt in the door frame. So we had to do some cleaning after we got the truck.

I had a remote start installed on my 2014 Focus on March 20th. Tracy Black in finance was a very helpfull with that. I also purchased a set of door sill plates, a bug deflector, side window vents. I also wanted to get new Focus coffe mug to replace the one i got with my 2001 Focus, the parts representive took the time to look for the mug, which he did not find. It was snowing that dayA nd one of the sales staff took the time to clean the snow off my car. It is not always a happy moment when you found out that repairs need to be made but as usual Mitch and the Ford crew made it as easier as possible. From the diagnostic to the car service to my house during the repairs, to doing whatever was possible to minimize the final repairs cost. Our business is leasing a 2014 Explorer, which has proven to be an excellent choice. The vehicle has been reliable and great on gas--particularly considering its size and the amount of computer equipment, documents, file boxes, and attache cases we sometimes need for presentations/trade shows. Last week, we also learned just how beautifully it handles in an ice storm. And, the model we chose is only front-wheel drive! No bells and whistles (only the Sirius radio), but this vehicle is comfortable and as much a pleasure to drive as our Land Rover.

I had a 2014 Malibu that I wanted to get out off, I went to several Ford dealerships and was told that I was upside down in the Malibu and would need a $10,000 down payment. I was contacted by Chris Bristow and after telling him the story he made an appointment for January 5th. When I got to Larson Ford and met Chris he looked at the paper work that I had with me on the Malibu and told me he that was confident he could get me out of the Malibu. We looked at some Focus's and found the one I wanted. I have had three of them in the past and love the Focus it is fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. All I had for a down payment was $3300 along with the $3500 Ford rebate. Tracey Black in financing did an outstanding job getting me financed and also getting me more money for the Malibu. Even with that "small" down payment Tracey was able to get me financed through Ford Credit, with payments that I can aford with no strain on the monthly budget. Larson Ford is fortune to have two GREAT employees like Chris and Tracey, with them the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. I look forward to a long relationship with Larson Ford. It is great to be back in the Ford family of cars, with the exception of the Malibu I have been driving Fords since 1982 Bob Virtue

I was dreading trying to buy a new car but left very happy and extremely satisfied. He spent time explaining the features on the car and made sure I was comfortable with everything during my test drive and before I left. I also had a great experience with the woman who helped us with financing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Your dealership has two exceptional employees. My father purchased a truck two years ago and dealt with the same people. He thought highly of them as well. That is one of the reasons we went to Larson Ford. 2007 Jeep Liberty. It was great. Mark was very helpful and the dealership let me drive the car to my mechanic 1 1/2 hour away and have it checked out. The negotiations were smooth, and we didn't feel like we were at your typical car dealership. Larson had a nice feel to it, all around, and I would definitely go to the dealership again. Also, the cigarette lighter was broken, which I didn't realize. The car came with a 30 day warranty, but it didn't cover such things as cigarette lighters. When I called Mark, he said I could come down and get it fixed. I drove down and it was fixed in 10 minutes. That meant a lot to me, and makes me really think highly of Larson.

This is the first time buying or Leasing a Vehicle that I didn't feel like I was getting raked over hot coals. Our Sale man Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He was patient with us and explained everything we needed to know. My wife went back the next night to drop off the title to our trade in and Kyle sat with her and explained how to use the touch screen and all the extra gadgets. I purchased a 2014 Focus, Chris Bristow was fantastic; he worked very hard to get me into the Focus, I traded a 2014 Malibu, I was upside down in the Malibu, but; after driving Ford cars since 1982 I really missed having a Ford. Your Finance Manager Tracy Black used her expertise; she did not give up easily on finding the finance. Ford Motor Credit financed the Focus. Chris and Tracy did not give up but kept going until avenues had been explored. Larson Ford is the Best Ford Dealership in Ocean county, in fact they are the best in the entire state. My service representative came out in a reasonable time and said my issue was resolved and no charge because my vehicle is on the new side and had a minor problem which Ford knew existed. I recently leased a new F150 from Bob Woodworth at Larson Ford. I selected Larson Ford as my first stop because they seemed to have the largest inventory out of all the local dealers and glad I did. I was interested in a pick up but didn't know anything about the different types and options of the F150. Bob was very informative, he showed me all of the different trucks and explained all of the options making it simple to narrow down the one I wanted. He gave me a fair price without any haggling and never made the experience feel like a sales process. Since my current lease was not up for another 10 days I couldn't lease the truck that day but Bob held it for me. The manager also introduced himself offering his contact info in case Bob was off and I had a question. Great experience, great place, Thanks Bob!

Over the years "Captain" Ron Hrank the sales staff person who handled all our transactions has become a true friend. As retired grandparents we decided to go from a 2 car family to one car. The "Captain," a grandparent himself, was well aware of our goal from both a practical and financial standpoint. We wanted a 2014 Ford Explorer which, at this time of the year was in short supply. Ron and his Sales Mgr. Chris Mercer teamed up and went out of their way to secure the vehicle model and color of our choice! They located one at a Massachusetts dealership and worked out a trade with them to secure the car for us. Long story short, Ron and Chris' teamwork resulted in making us very happy!! I went to Larson Ford to purchase my first car on my own. This would normally be something stressful but with the help of Bobby Barranger, it was anything but that. He asked all the right questions, he wanted to know exactly what I was looking for and the price range I felt comfortable with. He was friendly, and cared about what I wanted. He made sure that he got everything exactly how I wanted it and he made the whole process very smooth and fun. Tracy Black went through all of my paperwork with me and made sure she told me exactly what she was doing, what everything meant, and made sure I understood everything before I signed and left her office. They both made my first car shopping a success and an exciting day. I also recently got my first oil change done at Larson Ford and had great service. They were quick and friendly and also, always made sure I was happy and made me want to come back. I would recommend anyone to Larson Ford. The entire staff is very friendly, you are always greeted with a smile and you know they genuinely want you to have a good experience. Customer Service is the most important part of a business, and they do an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with my car and the way I was treated by the staff. My son and I were out looking at vehicles and we stopped in at Larson Ford in Lakewood. I had no intention of buying a car or truck that day. Our salesman was Richard Pietruszka. Richard was so down to earth and friendly. Ford F150's are expensive and I wasn't sure if we could afford one. Richard showed us all of our options from buying to leasing, went over all the numbers in a manner that was easy to understand and he made it possible for us to drive off the lot with a truck that day. My son is the happiest kid in the world thanks to the sales team at Larson Ford and most of all Richard Pietruszka. Tried to buy a new far from this Ford dealer and at first it went as expected but after the negotiations my salesman thought he had made his money and from then on ignored my phone calls and messages. They weren't interested in taking care of me as a customer at all, I had to go there three seperate occasions to have them answer simple questions because they never returned my mrssages. Exceptional service! My father bought his last car here and he told me folks here were really nice. No pressure sales tactics, no gimmicks. I went with him to the dealership last Saturday, looking for a manual transmission 2014 Ford Focus hatchback. They only had the automatic in stock, and I was eager to get the car that weekend, so I bought the automatic. It was a beautiful car, but after driving it for a few days, I realized I should have gone with manual transmission over the automatic, being that that was what I really wanted and I'm planning on keeping this car for the long haul. Needless to say I was a little upset. I thought there was nothing I could do about it but I called the dealership to discuss my options. To my surprise they were willing and able to order me an identical manual transmission Focus and have it delivered within days. No hassle, no extra fees. I was in and out the following Saturday with the car I really wanted. Thanks to Lauren, Massimo, and Tracey for going the extra mile to make me 100% satisfied with my first new car. Not many dealerships would do the same.

I never thought I would purchase an American car, much less a Ford! I can honestly say that I love the Edge Limited, my wife and I purschased. First of all, no preasure. Christopher Bristow, our sales rep, was warm, funny, friendly and quite understanding of my skeptical attitude. He was polished and professional from beginning to end. I also like the fact, that he spoke with my wife, not around her. He actually spent more time speaking with her than me!About 3 months after the purchase, we where side swiped on Rt 70. I contacted the collission department at Larson Ford and spoke with Gary. Bottom line, he took care of everything. My insurance company, gave us $20.00 a day for a rental, up to $600.00. Without question, Gary excepted that amount and put us into a car immediately. Steve in the collission shop, is another person I want to commend. He took me in the shop and appraised the vehicle with me. He showed me all the damage and assured me that the vehicle suffered "zero" frame damage, and that it was all pretty much cosmetic damage. Withing 24 hours, I had a written estimate and work had begun.I hope noone ever needs the use of the collission shop, but if you do, Larson Ford, is the place to go.Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with Robert Larson, VP, and expressed personally, my overall satisfaction with his dealership, and more importantly, his people.Bottom line, Larson Ford has earned my repeat business and I will refer to them, anyone interested in purchasing a new. or pre owned vehicle.

The service department at Larson Ford is AWESOME!! I have a highly specialized lifted Ford F-250. It is a very difficult truck to not only work on but also to diagnose various problems. I know the guys must dread it whenever I roll in for something other than routine service and maintenance, but they are ALWAYS EXTREMELY helpful and polite and they are ALWAYS fair when it comes to the labor charges for working on such a tedious vehicle. It's exciting to shop around for a car, but for me it was stressful - Until my wife showed me a vehicle at Larson Ford in Lakewood, NJ. Not to get into detail, but my family has had a series of hardships for the past year and a half, so the last thing on my mind was purchasing a vehicle. My Toyota car lease was up, and I needed to get into another vehicle. However, being on a tight budget, I wanted to get something pre-owned. The car I was interested in was a 2010 Ford Fusion. When called to get information, Candice was very courteous and helpful to have me come in a little late. That evening, I walked into Larson Ford, I was immediately warmly welcomed by Candice. I didn't feel like I had a bunch of seagulls wanting a piece of bread from my hand like when you go to the boardwalk, rather this greeting felt more genuine. Candice introduced me Bob, one of the sales reps. I told him the vehicle I was interested in, and he was able to show me it regardless of the fact that the dealership was closing in ten minutes. We took it for a test drive, and my wife and I really liked the car. I agreed to work out a deal with them the next day. When I came to work out a deal the next day, the staff was very genuine and friendly. Ms. Black from finance was very understanding to our needs were in regards to budget. She took her time to go over everything, every detail, and every aspect of the financing process. In addition, Ms. Black was very knowledgeable to answer all of our questions. When it was finally time to get the car, Bob the sales rep made sure everything went smoothly. He took care of all the paperwork and phone calls to the insurance. He even went out of his way to take my lease vehicle, and return it to another Toyota dealership at another location. Bob Woodworth took the initiative to go out of his way. Most people wouldn't have went out of their way to return a vehicle that is not the dealerships, or put a little extra gas in the car for the customer, or do non job related tasks. It's those qualities and traits that make him special and true asset to Ford, along with the staff at Larson. They make you feel like family, even if the car you purchase is $1,000 or $80,000. I would highly recommend this dealership for a smooth, friendly experience and competitive price.

Went to this dealer looking at Edge and Escape. Bob, our salesman, was very nice and spent his time showing me the cars I was looking for. He took his time going over all of the options. I gave him a what i was looking at and price I was comfortable with. At no time did i felt pressured into anything. I felt very comfortable with Bob and the dealership itself. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone buying a Ford to go to Larson Ford.

Larson Ford has been in business since 1956. They are professional, friendly, and no high pressure sales. I visited a few different dealerships to buy a Ford Escape and I was happy Larson Ford had what I wanted since I knew they are honest and just plain nice. Once I purchased the vehicle, the transaction was easy with the paperwork. My sales person, Bob Woodworth, took his time showing everything about the vehicle (the sync system, radio, etc.). They called me the next day to ask me if everything was going well with my Escape. They really care about their customers.

Picked up my new car yesterday which i had ordered about 6 weeks ago. Everything went as expected with no unpleasant surprises that i have experienced elsewhere. They are honest and straight up to deal with - absolutely no pressure or questionable sales tactics. Was fortunate to be able to use Ford's X-plan and they were very helpful with applying all the rebates as well. They were also the only dealer that had a similarly outfitted car available for a test drive and were very accomodating to allow me to do it the same day i contacted them by email. Massimo was great to deal with and very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I was pleased by the way the Larson staff, particuliarly Sean Downey and Tammy, handled my transaction and presented themselves. They definitely stood out from the rest of the dealers. Their price was among the best and very competitive. They handled themselves with honesty and integrity and never tried any of the sleazy tactics that you encounter at many car dealershis today. I would recommend a purchase here anytime.

I recently inquired about leasing a new Ford Explorer, it was late on a Friday night. Sean Downey provided a prompt response via e mail and followed up with a call in the morning. It was refreshing to see that there are car dealers out there that care about thier customers. I would recommend shopping at Larson Ford.

I desparately needed a new car after my car died and I was left driving a car with no brakes and failed inspection (our other family car). The cost to repair it would have been way out of my price range (brakes, tires, major engine work on a 10 year old car) so I walked into Larson Ford with a hope and a prayer that I'd be approved for a car loan. The last time I tried to get a car loan was over a year ago at a different dealership so I really had my fingers crossed and didn't get my hopes up. Might I add I commute 75 miles a day for work and have to drop off my toddler so I really needed a safe and reliable car. This is exactly what I told Massimo when I walked into Larson Ford-I said, just put me in a safe car, don't care what size or color, just safe. He was very nice to work with and I have to say, it was the quickest and best car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought a few new cars before. Total time was 3 hrs from walking in, to driving off in my brand new Ford Focus and leaving the clunker behind. He even got me a good price for the trade in and a great rebate on the new car sale. He was very nice to my toddler and made sure she was entertained in their play area. He helped me transfer all our belongings from old car to the new car. I highly recommend working with Massimo at Larson Ford. Massimo knew exactly what I was talking about and found the pefect car for me. There was no need to walk around the lot or test drive, he knew exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be more happy with my new car. I have told everyone it was like Extreme Car Makeover. I was crying when they said yes, I could get a new car. That is how bad the car I was driving in was. What a relief!!

Overall a great experience. No pressure, very friendly and informative! Started my purchase with Sean the internet guy and then worked with Alex. Both of them were really nice. Test drove the Edge loved it and with all of the incentives it was the best car purchase I have ever experienced.

HORRIBLE!!!! Went in for a noise coming from parking break, they told me it was rust and cleaned it off. A week later there is over $600 in damages to the rear brakes because of a broken spring! They will not take responsibility for it! Not the first time they are incompetent...Took me arguing with them to get them to find the source of a noise under the hood too, needed an new belt tensioner and also a pulley. Terrible service, terrible people.

They are a very professional group,I cannot say enough about the service they give each and everytime I am in there. This dealership by far provides the best customer service in the industry. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. My vehicle is always fixed perfectly and is ready when promised.The service manager, Louis Pagano is always available and willing to assist to make the customer have a wonderful, satisfactory service experience.I wouldn't service my vehicle anywhere else!

All customer service Reps are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Mitch and Tom who are my service Reps. I have been completely satisfied every time i have brought my vehicles in for service. I am sure that most people at one time or another in their life have felt ripped off when having car repairs done, high prices or work done that wasn't necessary. Since i started going to Larson Ford I NEVER have that ripped off feeling. Credit must go to Service Manager Louis Pagano who runs the service Dept.
