I like these guys. We had a strong negotiation on both sides and throughout the entire thing they were professional and respectful. I came in looking for a new Alltrack and I stopped by at a time where Cindy had to hand me off to Jeff mid-visit and then I finished up the discussion on a following day with Gary. Totally seamless to work the deal through all of them. We finalized our agreement over the phone and they had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived 45 minutes later. Pretty quick to get out the door once that was completed, thank you.

I truly do appreciate the time you spent helping me with a Golf R. Because the car is so limited, I decided from the start of this whole process that I was going to explore several options in obtaining the car I want to increase my odds of success. You were the first to call and let me know that a vehicle meeting my specifications was on it's way, but then your dealership decided to be greedy and ask for $5,000.00 over MSRP or sell some overpriced "protection package" ($5,260.00)!!! Larry H Miller VW is not doing anything to reduce their sleazy / greedy car dealer reputation. It turns out that McDonald VW was able to get the car I want, charged me straight up MSRP, waived dealer handling, and gave me $5,000.00 for my Dodge truck all with no hassle / negotioation! I picked it up on 10 13 16. I am sure you will sell your Golf R inventory to impulsive customers who didn't do their homework and are unwilling to wait. I am not one of those people

Jeff Brueske sold me a 2017 GTI. He new everything about the car. He was very patient with all my questions, even the ones I asked four or five times. Technology in new cars can be overwhelming but Jeff did a fantastic job of orienting me to my new car. He is absolutely low-key and no-pressure. Also a shout-out to Gary and Tony who have sold us cars before. I would be remiss if I didn't comment on the service department. Absolutely the best one I have ever been to.

I live 360 miles from this dealership (one way) but they had the car I wanted. A volkswagen GolfR is not just a car you walk on a VW lot and pick up. Normally there is a deposit and this and that just to secure an opportunity to buy. I caught that they had one in inventory and contacted them. It wasn't in. I offered a deposit to hold and they respectfully refused. Stating that is not how they operate. As it turns out, not a lie. Colin (my salesman) kept me posted with all pertinent updates until it arrived and assured me that they wouldn't sell it out from under me. The day it arrived we drove the 5hrs to get there showing up at a little after 8pm, they close at 9pm. Tony, Colin and Josh all stayed till after 11pm to finish up paperwork. I am more than impressed with customer service and couldn't recommend them more highly.

I was traveling out from out of town when when my front left tire blew when I hit a pot hole at exit 80 on I-76 south. Thankfully no damage to car due tire or pot hole. Different story with service from AAA. However, I drove onward into the Lakewood dealership on a spare. The service team was extremely helpful in putting two new tire on the vehicle as well as they went ahead and completed the routine service. They used a lift to change and rotate tires. I was in and out within an hour. They even had the car washed before returning it to me. Great teamwork and service guys. Thanks Travis.The Jelly LadyEileen G

Travis will handle any question or problem you may have. Every time we have taken our VWs in, he has had his team solve any problem or complete any service we have needed. A first class experience. After purchasing and returning a vehicle that was leased I have never been more appalled with horrendous customer service. At one point i was told by a salesman "oh I know who you guys are, " complete with an unapologetic eyeroll. We were told it was "our fault" and even "VW 's fault." its 2016, its the age of the consumer. This dealership lacked knowledge of protocol and was rude on top of it.

Update to my last update (3/1/16): Larry H. Miller sold me a LEMON! As stated in my previous reviews, I bought a used vehicle (2013 Ford Explore) along with an extended warranty from Larry H. Miller in January of 2016. Literally within a week of me buying it the check engine light came on. Warranty did not cover the repairs and reluctantly Larry H. Miller agreed to pay for the repairs at a sister Larry H Miller dealership. The vehicle was "repaired", Larry H Miller finally sent me a check to cover the repairs and I thought i was good to go. The very next day the engine light comes on again. I take it to a different dealership and pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. I figured since I've only had the vehicle about a month, Larry H Miller would be, at the very least, be willing to split the cost of repairs with me. NO SIR! Car is repaired, I drive it for a few months then it start acting up again. The A/C is blowing hot air, the engine is misfiring and the check engine light comes on, again. I've only had the vehicle for 6 months and already, I've had to pay over $1000 in repairs, even with the warranty. When I bought the vehicle, I was given a guarantee that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and that it was in great running condition...........not so much. My previous attempts to work with Larry H Miller to get these issues resolved were to no avail. Mr. Villa even responded to one of my reviews and requested me to contact him directly to see if we could find a solution but is was just cosmetic. Once I called him, he flat out said "I cant authorize for us to pay for your repairs". For the most part their reviews are good reviews, especially when i comes to buying but if you read the bad ones, its pretty consistent and they mostly deal with Larry H Miller fixing issues that they have control of. Larry H Miller Volkswagen of Lakewood does not except responsibility for their wrong doing, whether accidentally or on purpose! I WAS SOLD A LEMON!

i was in town for the weekend and lost my keys. After a locksmith made me a key and then couldn't program it, I had to take it to a dealer. At that point I expected to be staying in town longer then planned. Turns out their service team is so smooth that by 11:00am I had a new key and after market key programmed, and was out the door in a freshly washed car.

Shuttle was an hour late to pick me up. When I got to the dealership, it took another hour to get the car finished on top of the amount of time they'd say it'll take. When I addressed the problem with one of the managers, he was more concerned about finding a resolution more then the general manager himself. Jason villa, the general manager listened to the problems and said he'll get it addressed. No resolution was offered.

The dealership was very pleasant and easy to deal with - none of the games that dealers have been known for (waiting and waiting and waiting, for example!). Cindy was our saleswoman - she was no nonsense, very tech savvy and a real pleasure to work with. The Sales Manager was great - again, no games at all. And the Finance Manager was fast and also a pleasure to work with - no hard sales or pressure to buy things you weren't interested in. All in all a very pleasant experience. Oh yeah, and the car we bought - 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen limited edition is awesome!!! All the latest technology and for a killer price - exactly what we wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went in for an oil change & worked with Travis who's amazing. While waiting i was looking around the lot where I met Josh. Despite the fact he worked in financing & i dont think was working yet he took the time to chat with me. He then took the time to get a sales associate because the lot wasn't open & they were in a meeting. It was then I worked with Jeff who was very nice, honest, answered all my questions & was never once pushy. The sales mang Tony was very nice & helpful, answered all my questions & respected me as a costomer. Jeff(sales), Tony(Mang)& Josh(financing) all listened to what i wanted & got me exactly that. If you looking for a good friendly experience i recommend going here & working with these gentleman or any of the other friendly staff. From start to finishing it was a great/smooth process, never once felt like a "typical" car sales lot.

Update to my previous review (1/26/16): As stated in my initial review, the process of buying a vehicle from Larry H Miller Volkswagen, Lakewood, Co was a very pleasant experience. Dealing with them after the purchase is where they are lacking. As stated in my initial review, I purchase a used vehicle from Larry H Miller Volkswagen. Being that I was purchasing a used vehicle (Ford Explorer), my wife and I thought it would be a good idea to purchase an extended warranty. Literally two days after the purchase, the engine light came on. No problem, i bought a warranty with the vehicle. Being that I bought the vehicle in Colorado and I live in New Mexico, I took it to a Larry H Miller Dodge here in Albuquerque. They put it on the machine and the service tech tells me that my gas cap was loose and that he tightened it, reset the engine light and i should be good. Two days later the light comes on again, I take it back, they put it on the machine and this time they tell me that it needs a canister purge valve ($213). No problem, I bought the warranty, right? Wrong, the part is not covered by the warranty! After going back and forth with the Colorado dealership and them telling me that the warranty should cover the repair(but it didn't), they reluctantly agree to pay for the repair. Mind you, I've only had the vehicle for two weeks. I get the check in the mail about a week later and get the vehicle in to have it repaired. The day after the repair is complete the engine light comes on again! Wow!!! This time, I take it to a Ford dealership here in Albuquerque. They put it on the diagnostic machine and find out that a totally different valve needs to be replaced. OK, no problem, I have a warranty, right? Wrong, that part is not covered either! I give them the OK to go ahead and repair my vehicle($315) because I need to be able to get to and from work and it took a week for the Colorado dealership to agree to pay for the first repair. I figured since I was willing to pay up front, the dealership in Colorado would reimburse me, right? Wrong! I texted a copy of the invoice to my sales rep and he stated he would talk to his manager about reimbursing me. After a few days with no response, I faxed a copy to the finance rep that sold us he warranty, no response. I then faxed a copy of the invoice to general manager and sales manager. I finally get a call back and the sales manager tells me that he can't reimburse me and the repair should've been on the Larry H Miller dealership, here in Albuquerque (the same dealership that was reluctant to repair the vehicle in the first place, as well as, not getting it right on the previous two attempts). I am well aware of risks of buying a use vehicle, that's why we bought a warranty with it. I also understand that under normal circumstances, once the sale is made, the dealership is no longer responsible but these were not normal circumstances. I had had the vehicle for less than a month and had taken it in already, three times. I was even willing to accept partial reimbursement on the last repair but Larry H Miller Volkswagen, Co wasn't even willing to do that. I know not many people actually read these reviews and my review is not really going to make a difference with a company as large as Larry H Miller but buyers be aware of the warranty myth, it's not what it seems to be. Also when buying a used vehicle, as a consumer, you go to a dealership and purchase on good faith that you are buying a functional vehicle. If the vehicle is not functional, I think it should be the dealerships responsibility to help get it functional or find you one that is. That's just good business!

The service department is courteous and professional, the ladies that arrange for loaner are very helpful and just plain nice. The work performed on our Jetta was perfect and no trace of the slight damage on the front and rear bumper. The new car manager Tony promised to have this issue corrected and kept his word. I got my 2014 Jetta (base model) at another dealership and it was ok. They were nice, but not overly friendly. Here, at LHM, everyone I worked with was super friendly and helpful! I went in looking to see if I could get into an upgraded vehicle without paying a whole lot more a month. They got me into a new 2016 Jetta, with the all the features I wanted and more. I absolutely LOVE it! Alex was awesome and gave me so much more information than the last dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the technology in car and even helped me move all my belongings from the old car to the new one! Josh in Finance was diligent, quick and made the process painless. I felt comfortable the entire time and the whole process was relatively quick. I would recommend LHM VW to anyone! It's really a no brainer!

Wow...I have been buying cars for years and honestly despise working through car dealers. My strategies are usually to go private party (if not new) or go through a broker. However, this was very different. Found the right car on Autotrader with attractive pricing. Contacted Scott via email, and within we agreed on a price, but more importantly how time constrained I am. I explained that I would spend no more than one hour filling out paperwork, and did not want to be pitched add-on's/protection packages/etc. Gary (manager) introduced himself via email and indicated he also understood. We set an appointment time for the following day.I arrived at 11:45, all the paperwork was completed in advance, so I signed what was required. Josh in finance was very respectful of my time and moved along quickly. Scott did a 15 minute care orientation, and I was out of the dealership in 30 minutes! This is how buying a car should be at every dealership. If you are considering a VW....do not hesitate, head to Larry Miller!

I bought my new car from across State lines. Eric Vergith was a fantastic salesperson. Rather than pushing me to buy, he simply facilitated the purchase process which is exactly what I needed. He was very responsive and available, both by phone and email. The transaction was smooth and no-nonsense, and the whole process ended up taking only a fraction of the time I would otherwise have spent languishing in some other dealer's waiting room. Even the conversation with the finance guy - Josh - was phenomenal; normally they try to "scare" you into purchasing all these additional protections and add-ons. But like Eric, Josh simply made the process easy. I am very impressed and was unaware that such dealerships exist. Oh, and I should mention that I bought my car at an AMAZING price!

I purchased a car here three years ago - bad move. High pressure sales people with the usual tactics. I bought the extended warranty with all the maintenance covered to 70,000 miles. Just took my car in to get the 40,000 mile service, and the service folks assured me that the maintenance on my car was NOT covered. Guess I should have brought my lawyer with me when I bought the car to catch the lies the sales and warranty people were telling me. My experience with this dealership has put me off ALL Larry H. Miller dealerships and VW by association. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that is up front on the cost of the vehicle and doesn't lie to sell you the extended warranty.UPDATE: took my car in (still under warranty) to fix the non working fuel door. Apparently this is not covered u deep warranty. I asked why it wasn't covered.... "it's just not". So it will be $250.

Right now my beloved red bug is in the shop for serious repairs. It was a shock to my system and I thank Devan Romero for putting up with me. He handles everything so well and I truly look to him for guidance. I was saddened that a turbo part had to be replaced after 15 months plus quite a few other things are wrong. But; I realize the car has 151,000 miles on it. I had a big decision to make and feel at my age I would rather fix the car instead of buying new. I know the mechanics will have it running as good as new soon. A few weeks before, I had brought my vehicle in for a 20,000 mile check up. A few days after the service, I was contacted by the dealer because their review indicated that the fuel filter had not been replaced. I returned to the dealer for the fuel filter replacement.I appreciate that the group detected the error, was honest about the problem, and quickly communicated with me.I want to also post a negative review. After the service was performed, I have probably been contacted at least 4 times with different email messages asking for feedback. This is excessive and a waste of my time. I realize that you should request comments about the service you provide, but the amount is irritating.

Working with Eric Virgith was a pleasure. We were able to complete most of the legwork (locating the vehicle, price determination, terms of lease) via email and over the phone. When we learned that the exact car I wanted (I have very specific tastes, and wanted the right options and color for me) was no longer available as a 2015 model, Eric put in a claim for one that was being built at the factory - and expedited its arrival for me. Whereas other VW dealerships were quoting me 90 days, Eric made it all happen in roughly 37 days. The price also came in at much better than competitors - for the exact same car! Once the delivery was imminent,I filled out almost all paperwork online, and then just needed to show up at the dealership for about 30 minutes to sign off on paperwork. Richard was the most straightforward finance manager I have encountered at a car dealership. Prior to the decision to buy, since Eric was out that day, Colin was great at providing a "no bull" test drive in which he let the car (a GTI) speak for itself. When I took delivery, Eric walked me through the many interesting features on the car, paired my phone to its infotainment system, and encouraged me to remain in touch. He stated that this was just the beginning of my relationship with Larry H. Miller Volkswagen. I suspect he was right, as this was the easiest, most enjoyable car-buying experience I have ever had. I would refer friends and family, and I would return in a heartbeat - and certainly plan to do that for our future vehicle needs!Thanks for an outstanding experience - and a screaming deal on an awesome car, LHMVW team!

My Daughter purchased a used Chrysler 300 on Sept 19th and has only been able to drive it for two days. She is inexperienced and was taken advantage of.After spending literally all day at the dealership to buy the car, she was told it still needed an oil change, headlights and wiper blades. This was not explained until after the purchase was complete. Thinking that the dealership was providing a bit extra, she agreed to bring the car back two days later. This time, she waited at the dealership for over 5 hours while they tried to get her a loaner car. She was told her car would be not be ready for 3 days. This is an oil change, wiper blades and headlights. I can do this work myself in a couple of hours and I am not a mechanic.The loaner car is a piece of garbage and has literally had parts fall off of it. The transmission is barely running and it shakes bad on the highway.We are now being told that the car needs a rear engine seal. Also, twice now they had to delay the car because either the parts did not come in or they were the wrong parts. We spoke to a mechanic at the dealership that admitted they get parts for for this type of work from the auto store across the street.We are now on Sept 29th and are being told it "might" be ready by Friday. This is 12 days that she has been without her car. We will be asking the dealership to provide some type of warranty as we now cannot trust their inspection and for some type of compensation since she still has to make a car payment during this time. If we cannot get the dealership to take care of this, the next step is the BBB and then my good friend at 9 News. I hope that they will make this up to her as she was so excited about getting this car and now she is nothing but disappointed. We are also concerned that she will get the car back and because the inspection process is so bad that she will have more issues.I will post back to this review after we get the car back and give an honest recount of what the dealership id doing to make this right.Lee

My wife and I scheduled a test drive just before leaving for our wedding and honeymoon. We loved the car, and loved Dylin! Dylin was kind enough to give us her cell phone number so we could work out details while we were gone. She was patient with us and understanding when we didn't respond to message for many many hours. She worked out all of our details on the buy, and found the right car for us (they were disappearing in the state, end of model sale and all that). I needed to get my New Beetle repaired very quickly to drive it cross country for my daughter to use in college. The check engine light came on two days before the trip. Started bad with one sales person named Cindy who's first question was what was my credit like. Then she asked what did I want. She didn't listen to what I was looking for and after several hours there she still wasn't any help. We looked at cars I didn't want and the ones I did want she told me I couldn't get and seemed to keep misplacing my car buying quotes from my insurance company. I finally got fed up and left to get my oil changed, but after I was helped by Dennis Majewski and Stephen Branch everything went extremely well. They gave me above exceptional service. Dennis worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I was nervous about leasing but him and Stephen made sure I understood all my options and even dealt with my many questions I had the next day. They are awesome and I had one of the best experiences ever. I will go back and see Dennis and Stephen again. They should be employees of the year. They didn't treat me like a number they treated me like a good friend. I had even left the dealership and wouldn't ever return if they hadn't stepped in to help me. I took my 2012 Jetta Sportwagon TDI in for a service, accompanied by my hubby. I was so excited to show him the new Golf Sportwagon because I'd been admiring it for a while now. Needless to say, we landed up with a brand new 2015 Golf Sportwagon TDI at the end of our day ! We met Dennis, head of the leasing department, whose first words were "Why haven't you sold me your car yet ?" Well, that's all it took ! He explained thoroughly why it was a good idea to cycle out of our Jetta and invest in a new car. The process was SO incredibly smooth and painless, and outstanding testimony to the amazing knowledge and authentic work ethic that Dennis had ! I'm a VW girl, and will be forever, because Dennis made this transition so simple and without any heartburn...yay !! He even knew what color I would like...now that's an awesome salesperson. Dennis worked with me over email for a week and drove 80 miles to pick me up once I figured out what vehicle I wanted. I've never dealt with someone willing to go to such lengths to make their clients life easier. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the entire volkswagen line - most salesman I've ever dealt with know the basics and try to fake the rest, Dennis genuinely knows his cars. Took two weeks to receive a return call to schedule an oil change and primarily to have a check engine light diagnosed. After spending time on the phone specifically explaining what the issue was, we came to pick up the car and low and behold the check engine light is still on. They never even addressed the main issue for why we brought the car in. The quoted response was "If it doesn't go away bring it back". I had to tell them to plug in the computer to diagnose what the problem was before we left as it is dangerous to drive the car in that condition NOT KNOWING why the check engine light is on. Not sure why we had to explain to the service dept. how to do their job. They made us reschedule to have the work doe for a turbo issue and we set a 7:30 am appointment. Dropped the car off to be told they wont even touch it until the afternoon because they are busy. Why then did we need to have it dropped off at 7:30 am? Anybody's guess. The issue ended up being a turbo valve and was not covered by the warranty because it's not 'mechanical'. Fair enough, we paid out of pocket. Less than a day later, the check engine light is back on. From 8:30 am to 4:30 pm it has been a lost cause to get anyone in a manager position on the phone. WORST SERVICE AND MOST INCOMPETENT dealership i have ever dealt with. There aren't enough check marks to indicate how many people i have talked to on the list provided. For someone who works in finance, I would already have been fired if I approached my commitment to my customers the way this dealership deals with theirs.

I have had my VW CC for five years I had bought and get my service done here. I trust and like this car dealership over the dealership that is closer to my house. So I will drive a ways to get my car serviced here. They have always taken care of what is needed on my car never telling me that I need to get extra work done to this car or try to sell me on other services. My fiancee and I decided to lease a new vehicle as hers was getting up there in age. While we were leaning towards a Subaru at first, the first dealership we stopped at was Larry Miller VW. We should have ended the search then. We met Dylin, who was excellent in earning our business and getting what we wanted. Even though the sticker price on the Tiguan is high, not their fault, they were able to bring it to an extremely affordable level through incentives and dealer discounts. We still looked at other vehicles, and other VW dealerships. While we did find a better price, we did not find somebody we like as much as Dylin. Luckily Larry Miller VW will price match. Josh was also great in finance being honest and open about what packages they were giving us and why. We could not have had a better experience leasing our first new car.

This is a follow-up to a five-star review posted three weeks ago. We had some minor issues with the clear mask and window tint applied to our 2015 Touareg. The General Manager, Jarred Black, and our Sales Associate, Colin Able, stepped up and resolved the issue to our satisfaction -- no questions asked. Great Service. THEN, within days, our brand new vehicle with about 800 miles was rear-ended at relatively high speed on C-470. In a panic I called the service department and they recommended an A-List auto body shop that has deep experience working on VW-Audi-Porsche vehicles. We spoke with both Jarred and the service manager, James Zielonka, and they provided us helpful assurance about the quality of repairs our damaged Touareg will receive from their partnered auto body shop and their own service department. At a time when we were feeling so downcast by the serious damage to our brand new vehicle, the Miller team brought us great peace of mind.

When shopping for my new Volkswagen Touareg I went first to Larry H. Miller because the name, Larry H. Miller, has an excellent reputation. This dealership more than lived up to my expectations. My wife and I had a specific trim level and unusual color combination in mind. Our product specialist, Colin Abel, identified a vehicle that was an exact match and had just landed at port, destined for Texas. He took a risk on our behalf and grabbed it BEFORE we had committed to purchase the vehicle. They offered the vehicle to us at a fair price in line with objective 3rd party market assessments. They showed us the dealer invoice and gave us a fair price for our trade in. As with all dealerships, the second part of the sales process is the march through the finance department where they try to upsell you on various vehicle protection and extended warranty packages but it was a low pressure process and our finance manager explained everything so we could make clear, unprepared decisions. Without reservation we endorse this dealership for an overall excellent new vehicle buying experience.

The service was good, after we finally set an appointment. We tried to set up an appointment through the website online service. It so far has never worked for me! I see an open hour and select it then submit... what happens is an endless loop back to the select an appointment time page with a message saying "Cannot Confirm the Appointment." This was my second prepaid oil service and the website scheduling did not work either time. I had to call the dealership, leave a message and wait for the service department to call me back. Their work is good but the website for me needs to be fixed.

Check engine light came on in our Tiguan during our drive from IL. Luckily there weren't any problems with the handling of the car as we were not near any VW service center and it was the weekend. Arriving at our destination in Evergreen we found Larry Miller online and took our car to them Monday morning. We were immediately greeted by Rick and Jessica who quickly began the process of checking us in and making sure we were comfortable in the waiting area. After the problem was diagnosed we were given a loaner since it would take a couple days to fix. This saved our vacation as we had a list of things we wanted to do which included visiting family and sightseeing. We returned the loaner and picked up our car 10 minutes before closing and Rick and Jessica were very professional as they explained what was done and checked in the loaner at the end of their day. I purchased my 2015 GTI from Dennis. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have purchased a new car. He was absolutely amazing, worked with my numbers, informative, and patient. It was great to be able to work with Cindy Ousler when I was figuring out which car I wanted to purchase. She gave me a walk around the parking lot to point out some cars to me that I might be interested. She also showed me cars in my price range, and a little out of it, which I enjoyed. It is always good to see what you could get if you decided to spend the money. Which in the end I did end up going a little over my budget, because I found a car that really spoke to me. I couldn't be any happier with my GTI.Cindy was great when it came to taking the cars out for a test drive. She allowed us to take quite a long test drive, so we were able to see the car function in the mountains. All the questions we could come up with were easily and quickly answered.The process of buying the car was very simple, and everyone involved in the process was very kind, and they explained everything each step in detail. Which is great since I have never before bought a car.Cindy was also kind enough to give us a tour around the VW dealership, and showed us where and how to get to the service away.Overall I had a wonderful time working with Cindy, and VW, and I hope to be working with them in the future.

After reaching my goal of 10 yrs or 200,000 miles on my 2004 VW Jetta GLI, it was time for me to buy the Passat that I've been dreaming of for several years: a 2015 Passat SEL Premium, black on black with basically every creature-feature you can get. The tricky part was that the Colorado inventory of the SEL Premium with the 1.8T engine in black was nil...for months...and months. Then finally it happened...after keeping an eye on the state inventory every couple of days...there it was! With one very quick inquiry email to Larry H. I bought my first car (a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta with 100,000 miles on it) from LMVW in July of 2013. I brought it to the dealership with some concerns in November of 2014. I had only put 10,000 miles on it and the transmission already needed to be replaced, which would have been an expense far greater than the car was even worth. I was extremely frustrated with the situation. The sales team showed me the numbers of getting into a new Volkswagen and they were completely out of my price range. My mom and I spoke with Jarred Black and he worked with us to get me into a new Jetta. He was sympathetic of my situation. It quickly turned into a very positive experience for me with help from Travis and Jarred. My new Jetta is beautiful! Thank you guys for everything.

Came in to test drive some Jetta Sportwagens, and drove away with a beautiful new car. Actually, we bought 2 cars on Saturday, as my g/f just had to snag the Audi TT that LHM had on the lot, and she wasn't even in the market for a new vehicle! THAT is how good and fair the crew at LHM is! Dennis, Tony, Josh and all the crew did a wonderful job for us. Even though LHM is a long drive for me, and other dealers are much closer, I would look to buy another TDI from them in the future.. as soon as this one wears out. So, maybe by 2031 or so?

They were very helpful to diagnose and fix my check engine light, cylinder springs, but failed to tell me the vacuum pump was not working correctly. As a result, I had to bring the car in for a second time in 2 days. They were very helpful to fix the vacuum pump but, I feel that it was unreasonable for them to charge me $400 to fix it when they did not bring it up the first time I brought it in. If they told me the first time, I would have gladly paid for it to be fix. But since they failed to bring it to me attention the first time, I feel like there should have been a discount or not have to pay for it at all.

I feel I made a good choice of an automobile. I really was surprised how the guys at Larry H Miller VW, took their time with me to help me make the right decision. I had a Nissian Frontier Crew cab. I bought in 2000, it was a 2001, 2 wheel drive in back . I was soul owner, till the day I bought my Tiguan. It was 14.5 years old. I cried when I walked away, but I knew I made the right decision, since I was in a state with lots of snow. Thank you for spending time with me.

Great experience. I was just passing through Denver when problem occurred at a stop for breakfast. Towed to nearest VW dealer, which happened to be Larry Miller. Diagnosed problem quickly. Received quote for price and time to have new ignition switch programmed at VW. Issued me a new Passat as loaner car so I could continue on to my intended destination; a 3-hour drive away. Three business days later, received phone call that part was received and car would be ready next day around noon. It was ready a little early. Payment and return of loaner car complete. I was back on the road.

I shopped around multiple dealerships with my grandfather who has helped shop for cars with my family dozens of times and knows the process of how dealerships work. He's VERY critical and believes dealerships try to rip you off and have all of these hidden fees so I was worried coming into the store that day because I wanted the Jetta. He instantly liked Jeff and told me that he was one of the best employees he's worked with at a dealership, which is a big part of the reason we ended up leasing the Jetta. If my grandpa doesn't like the dealer or if something sounds "fishy" as he would say then he automatically will leave and go to another dealership. So that fact that the sale that day was so smooth shows how great this dealership was and how genuine Jeff came off as. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to work with, especially being with my grandfather. Everything was fantastic there!

Eric went out of his way to help us find the right car for our needs. We were torn between the Passat and Jetta. Eric gladly took us on multiple, somewhat lengthy test drives, answered comparison questions, and candidly shared pricing information (incentives for remaining 2014s over against new 2015s ended up making the difference). Every dealer nowadays wants to tack on a series of "extras." Eric presented these to us, but without the artificial pressure some sales folks apply. With a little haggling, we arrived at a fair price for our trade in, and got a great deal on our new TDI Jetta. Finally, when it came to signing papers, Josh was similarly friendly and helpful. Both he and Eric stayed late on a Saturday night to wrap up everything (we initiated the test drives, etc., just a couple hours before they closed). Really decent folks; really good car buying experience!

I live hundreds of miles from the dealership. I found them when I had vehicle troubles while in Denver on business. The service department was busy but found a way to fit me in and get me back in business. Since that time I have had other service done at the dealership with the same great service and can do attitude. Another problem brought me in to the dealership when I had a tight time frame to get my daughter to the airport. They found a way to get me done and give me time to get my daughter to the airport.I can honestly recommend this dealership's service department.

They are the Jedi masters of how this should be done, and how you should be made to feel when you buy a car. The Service department is why I keep coming back. Always great service, awesome shuttle drivers and convenient. I bring my Tiguan here and will continue to do so... but beware of the Sales department. I purchased my first Tiguan here but went somewhere else for my second.

I was looking to purchase a new VW Passat TDI. I knew the price I wanted to pay but after dealing with 5-6 dealerships around where I live, I had given up and was looking at used when I stumbled upon this gem of a dealership through an online car sales add for a new Passat. I called up the dealership and was directed to Jeff Brueske. He quickly negotiated the price I was looking for on a new Passat. No dealership I could find would even touch that price. With Jeff's word on the deal we flew into Denver a few days later and he picked us up at the airport. We arrived at the dealership and looked over the car, took it for a test drive. Jeff is the only salesman I talked to that actually knew the product he was selling. He was able to quickly answer every question I asked and honestly I asked some that I would only expect an enthusiast to know. He gave a very detailed tour of the car with easy to understand explanations of the features.After checking out the car Josh handled us in finance. He was quick and efficient. As impossible as it sounds we actually enjoyed the time he spent with us, unusual when dealing with finance people at a dealership. Jarred the manager stopped by when we were finished up to make sure we had been taken care of and see if we had everything we needed. Nice to feel appreciated as a customer instead of a piece of meat.This dealership is one of the few I have been in that wasn't a high pressure sales environment where the motto is close the deal at all costs. I never saw a four square, they never tried to upsell me a bunch of garbage that I don't want or need. They are real professionals that value things like the customer and ethics.I highly recommend this dealership and Jeff Brueske in particular. He was a pleasure to deal with and thanks to him this was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had.

Since we purchased a 2012 TDI from Willie 2 years ago & we were extremely impressed with Willie, we went back to Wille to find a replacement car for my wife. Willie did not disappoint us; He was very patient and showed us a selection of used & new vehicles & asked all the pertinent questions, ie intended use, miles per year, highway vs city, auto vs manual shift, desired features, color preferences etc. In the end, my wife got the car car she wanted at a very fair price. Jeff Brueske quickly answered our immediate concerns which were that we were very unhappy with another Volkswagen dealer, and didn't want to be "taken through the salesmanship ringer." We found Larry H. Miller (LHM), in Lakewood, Colorado, and indicated to Jeff that LHM would have "one try to give us the Very Best Deal possible", but he was also helping another customer and forwarded the test drive and beginning paperwork to Cindy Oursler. I was a little concerned that a 'girl' was helping us in a 'Man's World of Car Purchasing." Cindy quickly proved herself with answering our questions in a professional manner. The whole experience from top to bottom went very well! I was surprised how they were so intent on giving me the best price and discount! They supplied answers to all of my questions, went over all of the controls, and called back to check on us. They also called to make an appointment 30 days after to do another check up for us. My brother is mentally ill. Severely. He is 100% disabled and is regularly in out of hospitals. He is currently homeless due to his inability to manage basic paperwork. He has a car - which he probably should not have. Last week, while my parents were in Texas for my uncles memorial service my brother who has been off his medication wrecked his car. He took it to the dealership where my parents had bought this car for him: Larry Miller Volkswagen.Anyone who spent 5 minutes with him would have seen that he was not of sound mind. Despite this he left Larry Miller Volkswagen with a brand new $27,000 VW convertible. Jason, the assistant general manager tells me that my brother qualified for a bank loan. He gets about $600 a month in social security income. Apparently, being unemployed, homeless, mentally ill and having a restricted drivers license does not prevent you from driving away from Larry Miller with a brand new car and monthly payments similar to your gross income.So, he drove across Colorado and in Dinosaur was arrested for having cancelled plates, a restricted drivers license, no proof of insurance and speeding. He then spent several days in jail. My parents sent him a bus ticket and the sheriff was helpful enough to take him to the bus station. Because it was clear he should not be, nor was he legal to be driving. But it seems it was not clear to Larry Miller Volkswagen. He went from the bus straight to the hospital where he remains.I am so thankful that when Larry Miller Volkswagen put him behind the wheel of a car he couldnt afford or legally operate he did not hurt himself or anyone else. When I called and asked them to make this right just by getting the car and unwinding the deal I was put off and given excuses and finally was allowed to talk to Jason. Who told me none of this was his problem or responsibility. Jarred Black, GM won't even take or return calls.

This is the fourth survey regarding the service/repair I have now filled out. Information costs money and ALL car dealers now want their customers to work for FREE. All I want is to take my car in, get it repaired at a fair price and not spend the next week answering phone calls and filling out surveys all in the name of improving their service. Why don't you issue a credit toward the next service for giving you information. I am far more likely to come back if I have a credit to help cover the repair charge.Regarding your quality of repair question. It seems to work but how would I know I'm not a mechanic.

Very happy with our experience at Larry Miller VW. My wife and I have 2 young children who wanted to play a key role in our new car decision. Have my 2012 Jetta in for the 40,000 check up. I was told on the phone to be there at 8am and that it would be a few hours. When I arrived they didn't have my information, so they put me in and stated that it would be an all day event. I was visiting out of state, so I had to postpone other events to get it done without a vehicle. They did offer a shuttle to drop me off at my Dad's, which I used. I will make sure next time that I want to get informed correctly and be able to make other arrangements.

Volkswagen was not initially one of the brands I was considering when I started reading reviews and looking for cars on the Internet about three months ago. The original plan was to buy a car in or near NY City and drive to New Mexico, so I also visited a number of dealerships on Manhattan's West Side. With Audi and Volkswagen being in the same proximity, I eventually also looked at some of the models there and began focusing more on some of the VW models, Tiguan, Jetta and Passat.My plan to drive a car cross-country changed and I then started to look more at cars online in the Albuquerque and Denver areas. In mid-February Cindy Oursler noticed my interest and sent me an email offering her assistance. I told Cindy that I was very undecided about location, brand and model, that I was very preoccupied with selling my apartment and moving and that therefore I was not yet ready to buy a car.Throughout the entire process Cindy was unfailingly polite, friendly and attentive so when the time came and I could make my travel plans, LHM VW was my first appointment upon my arrival in Denver. My first test drive with the Tiguan and each successive test drive just confirmed that it was the car I wanted. Cindy was helpful and supportive every step of the way, I can't think of anything more she could have done to help me come to a decision. If your rating scale went higher she would still get the highest mark.I should also add that everyone in the Larry H Miller Volkswagen organization was unfailingly courteous and helpful in every way and demonstrated very smooth teamwork.Now nearly 1,000 miles later I am delighted with my VW Tiguan and have only two minor regrets; that the car was not available with a manual gearbox and that the special pedals were not available as an optional accessory on my model.

I had gone in to have my Jetta's 30,000 mile service. I always get treated like royalty there! Ryan is as nice and accommodating as anyone could be. While I was waiting I met with Cindy Oursler (who handled my lease with the Jetta) just to talk about options with my Jetta. I told her I would love to look at the Beatles just for fun. We walked around the lot looking at the new colors and features of various models. Then she told me about one that had just been traded in. It sounded really great and was not easy to find because it was not on the lot. When I saw it I just knew it was the car of my dreams! I had no idea I was going to walk away with this "soul mate" Beatle. The staff made the whole deal easy, and I felt that I did get a truly good deal. I would like to first start off by saying that there has been a VW in my family's driveway since my mother's 1977 VW Rabbit. I am a second generation driver, and am now on my fourth VW - Golf, Beetle Turbo, Tiguan, and a Passat. For me, it will always be VW. My younger brother is also on his second VW.Last year my wife and I visited the folks at Larry Miller in Lakewood, CO. We leased two brand new vehicles with one of their sales representatives, Tony Prevo. He helped put us into a Beetle Turbo and a Tiguan. Great first impression of Tony and felt comfortable dealing with him.The reason for this review: Recently my wife and I found out we were expecting our first child, and knew that the Beetle (although fun) wouldn't be suitable for a child. We were only a year into our Lease at this point. We connected with Tony again, and despite the arduous task of having to find a vehicle suitable for us that we could get into with such negative equity AND our aggressive budget, Tony treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and honesty (that's a big one), and was sincerely happy to do it. I am now driving my Passat and couldn't be happier. To give a true example of his honesty, I sent him a vehicle stock number I got from LHM VW website and he ran the numbers. Although he could get me to the number that we wanted, he advised me it wouldn't be a good choice in car and that I should hold out for another one, which he would tell me about if he found it. Then the Passat came along, and knowing it was the right vehicle for our growing family, he went to work on the numbers (virtually un-prompted) and made it work for us.Tony truly is a professional, and during my interactions with him I have seen him interact with current customers and past customers in the Service Department or on the lot. His professionalism is consistent across the board, he probably remembers all of his customers on a first name basis even if having not seen them for years. It is for these examples and reasons that I rate my experience a perfect 5 and highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a VW. Ask for Tony and you'll see what I am talking about. Great work!

I had misplaced a fuse while checking voltage on a headlamp bulb. I gave a check engine code of heated O2 sensor problem. The staff could have easily replaced expensive O2 sensors and the charged for the replacement. They merely found the misplaced fuse, moved it and reset the codes. The car runs perfectly and they saved me time and money by knowing the vehicles they work on. Even though mildly expensive, the result bolstered my belief in repair facilities. I wish I could have thanked the technician who found my mistake. Thanks!

Our experience with Jason Villa and the rest of the Larry H. Miller Volkswagen team was nothing short of terrible. We dropped off a running vehicle to have new keys cut, and picked up a vehicle with a destroyed oil pan and engine damage that has left it totaled. Jason lied to us several times over the course of our dealings with him. I would urge other customers to steer clear of Larry H. Miller Volkswagen. Also, as a consumer tip, I would recommend recording any conversations you have with service representatives. Colorado is a one-party state which means that it is completely legal to record conversations without informing the other party up-front. The recordings we have are proving to be very helpful in legal proceedings with this dealership. The other reviews Ive read on Larry H. Miller seem to reiterate the fact that these people are completely dishonest and immoral. The dealer claims in his response that we knew there was damage to the engine before we dropped it off. We have a great mechanic in Missouri who takes care of us and I can assure that there was no damage - if there was I would not have driven the car thousands of miles to Colorado and back on two separate occassions this month. Our car was running great when we dropped it off.

My wife and myself were on our way to Arizona when just before Denver we experienced engine problems. We stopped at Larry Miller Volkswagen for help. Thanks to Ryan Reynolds in a few short hours the engine problem was fixed, thhe car was washed and we were on the road.

Went for a look, came home with a new car, leasing was hassle free, no issues. Willie was great, as a VW enthusiast myself it was good to talk car info with him. The car they had in stock was exactly optioned the way I wanted it. Good price and a great experience seldom go together, this time it worked as it should. Other dealers i went to were also good so no reason to bash them. Larry H. Miller VW had the exact car, a bit of a distance from my home but closer dealers can do warranty work so it really does not matter.

They were ready for me when I arrived and were very helpful in working with me so I could get the car. They were very honest and forthright. After test driving a Tiguan that didn't meet my standards, she quickly found one for me that still worked within my price range. VW's quality speaks for itself, but adding a non-pressure sales member guarantees a purchase that you take home with little to no buyer's remorse, or that lingering question of, "What if I could have found a better deal".Thanks! Josh was extremely helpful in my car buying experience. He went over everything with me and made sure I understood what I was signing. He was also very helpful in choosing the right car. He took the time to show me cars on the lot as well as look up cars on the internet. Josh was very positive thoughout the entire time I was there and extremely nice. He had also taken the time to make sure that I knew how everything in the car worked and let me know that if I ran into any issues I could contact him. He even followed up the next week with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the car. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely go back and recommend this dealership.

Josh K. had contacted me regarding the approaching end of my lease. My first reply to him was to say I was not quite ready and would be in touch. His reply was respectful of my timing concern but asked if I would allow him to show me VW's "Sign Then Drive" event. We set up an appointment and he was positive from the moment I entered the dealership. We found the right car for me and he worked with me to ensure I received a deal that I was comfortable with. Even though this is my fourth VW, Josh still took the time to walk me through the bells and whistles of my new Jetta. Even though I was not planning on leasing a new car that afternoon, I am very happy with my decision and am equally happy that Josh was the salesman who contacted me. I hope Josh is still with Larry Miller when my lease is up so we can work together again.

This was an incredibly buying process. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership made me feel like they truly appreciated my business. Cindy, the sales associate I worked with, never put pressure on me to make a decision quickly. She did a good job of explaining the choices that were available while respecting my price range. Josh, in Finance, did a great job of explaining the detailed line items and walking me through the paperwork. This dealership was not the closest to where I live but it was definitely worth the extra drive.

From the time Jarred saw me pushing my VW in his lot and walked out to my he was more interested in making my life better. He offered to review my car and review my options. He never pushed the sale, he gave me ALL the information asked for and never refused a request. What a great feeling! Then Cindy stepped in to assist in making sure I was given every piece of information and made me feel like I was being taken care of like a family member. What a great quality in a charming woman. Derek and Terrance both made sure I had updates on my broken VW, both where so nice and made sure I know my options if repairing became a option. Richard was the last person I worked with. Cindy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were considering; she was able to answer of all our questions and it was obvious she genineuely wanted us to make the right decision about our car. She did not try to up-sell us or talk us into something we didn't really need. We were considering a bigger, more expensive model and she told us honestly based on our needs, we would be happier with the model that smaller, which was less expensive. The whole time Cindy was professional and customer-service focused. I really enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her and LH Volkswagen to anyone looking for a VW, new or used. My teenage son and I found a used Subaru online while hunting for a car for him and did a generic 'contact dealer' to find out more about it. Within minutes of hitting "submit" Josh called us and we set up an appointment to see the car. We brought a very high mileage car, that did not run very well, with us to trade in. Josh was friendly and up-front with us from the moment we walked onto the lot. We took the new car for a drive and loved it, but it was a little out of our price range. Josh and the management worked with us to make the deal and we left with a new car for my son. I was impressed with Josh's knowledge of cars and his ability to walk me through what I should be looking for (without making me feel like a simpleton). I was further impressed with Josh's forth-rightness and I really loved that he treated my son as if he was important and he was not a child. The car was for my son, after all. Josh went out of his way to make sure the car was right for us and to make us feel like we were the only ones he had to worry about, even though this was not a big sale for him. I'd go back in a heart beat!

After not so pleasant experiences with other VW dealerships, we decided to visit Larry H. Miller VW when we received an early trady in option for our leased 2010 VW Tiguan. We went to Larry H. Miller VW as I had our 2010 VW Tiguan serviced there before due to the proximity of the dealership to my work, and was impressed with the service. We initially went in just to discuss options for the early trade in, but ended up leaving with a brand new Tiguan that same afternoon. When several months later my wife's car was in need of replacement, we wanted it from the same dealership due to our previous positive experience. We negotiated the entire lease of the new Beetle via web chat, email and phone, and more or less only needed to sign the papers by the time we got to the dealership that afternoon. Both times the experience was very pleasant, all throughout the process. When the cars need service the staff is always helpful and friendly - even getting a loaner when needed is not a problem, though usually the shuttle is all I really need - and the facility is always clean and comfortable. My inlaws are slowly looking to replace one of their cars, probably within the next couple of months, and they already asked us to take them to Larry H. Miller VW some Saturday to go look, based on our recommendations. I have also recommended the dealership to one of my co-workers, who is looking to buy or lease a new car in the next couple of months. In short, we are very pleased with Larry H. Miller VW (especially, as mentioned, compared to our experience with other VW dealers), and highly recommend this VW dealership.

Well, we're VERY disappointed... your rating scale only reaches 5, when our experience was OFF-THE-CHARTS A W E S O M E ! ! ! ! My husband & I were looking to trade in our 5 yo considerably up-side-down 'luxury' sedan for something more compact & 'cute'. Josh met us there the next morning, walked us around, sharing information about each car as if we had been long time friends. He spent almost 2 hours letting us test drive the models!! I had an exceptional experience visiting LHMVW. I was greeted with a friendly smile and experience sales person. Josh K took the time to listen to my desires and made it a point to direct my focus on the options he had available to me that met my needs. Josh completed a walk through of the inside and outside of the vehicle covering all cosmetic and important safety features prior to test driving the vehicle. Josh made certain that I was able to test city and highway driving to get the full experience of the ride. While prepping for finance, LHM provided me lunch as the employees were grilling for their customers. It was nice to not rush the experience, and I do get cranky when I don't eat :)Upon completing my purchase, Josh made certain that the detailing of the vehicle was to his satisfaction prior to presenting me with my new purchase. He once again walked through the safety features, walked through the drivers manual, programmed the radio stations and linked my blue tooth. All of the features that are important to have in place prior to driving the vehicle in comfort were in place. The best part of the experience is I got to drive the car off the show room floor, which is something I can say was truly a nice touch to the car purchasing experience. I looked online to find a car. Josh helped me look at cars when i went in. He let me test drive cars, he wasn't trying to be fake about it. He was very upfront about everything i needed to know. He helped with everything and made it very easy. When i needed services they were quick to help me over the phone and through emails. I asked if they could put prices on the website, and the next day they put all the prices on there. I thought it was really amazing.

I had to take my granddaughter to this dealership to get lock repaired on her vehicle. Her car is a '99 so they did have to order the part, and that took a couple of weeks. When the part came in though, they fixed it and everything else has worked just fine!

I had a great experience with the all three gentleman that assisted me with my purchase. However, Gary went above and beyond my expectations and did a great job with making sure my purchase ran smoothly. He even went as far as taking my Jeep which I had drove across the street to Wendys (after I noticed I had a nail in it) and came and took it back to the service department for me and had it fixed right there. Most dealerships I went to were not so pushy, but this one had the car I really wanted and came highly recommended and appeared highly reputable. They are not. I purchased a 2008 Subaru Forester in January and I was sold a lemon. I was promised that it had been inspected and to my core I do not believe that it was inspected at all. They also "gave for free" a windshield protectant that cracked on my very first drive home from the dealership. Now I have 3-4 small dents and cracks in my windshield already, but that's the least of my problems. My first week owning the car my spark plugs failed and my check engine light came on which failed my cruise control. I brought the car in to the dealership. The spark plugs were, and I quote from the repair, "all of the plugs out of gap spec, one worn so badly there was no electrode left." "Found oil leaking badly into spark plugs from valve cover gasket." This car was not inspected. Also I was promised a certain mile/gallon rating I didn't take seriously but expected at least 18mpg which I still did not get. The replaced the spark plugs and wires, but first they expected me to pay out-of-pocket. At this point, I owned the car for 8 days. I did not pay.So then I went for my emissions test (BTW, the emissions test is not 'included' you pay Larry H. Miller the $25 and they give you a gift certificate to take to the emissions center, but make you think they are covering the cost.) and FAILED. I FAILED EMISSIONS on a 2008 Subaru Forester from a 'reputable dealership' for which I was talked into paying WAY too much money. (Funnily enough, the guy in front of me, who passed emissions, was driving an early 90's Bronco) So BACK I go to Larry Miller where they start running more tests. First they replaced a faulty fuel valve (possibly the reason for such poor gas mileage - not caught in 'inspection') doesn't help. Then they clean out all the carbon and replace the carbon filter (also not caught in inspection) still didn't help. So they replaced the faulty catalytic converter and a few more gaskets and it STILL didn't pass... In the first 70 days I owned this car from February, March and half of April it spent 25 days in repair including all of the snowstorms (the reason I upgraded to AWD). It's passed emissions and on the road now, but I've removed all evidence of Larry H Miller from the vehicle, and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away! My new car (for which I paid good money for peace of mind and now every time I open the door I can only wonder "what now?!") is an ongoing joke at my office, "do you think she'll make it in today?' '-I don't know she's driving the Subaru this week and not the rental!!".The individual workers there were nice enough and the atmosphere definitely makes you feel like you won't get ripped off. And they did make of these repairs. But the point is the car they sold me was over-priced, under-inspected and rushed out the door at me. And now, even though THESE problems are fixed, I am left with a car I don't trust! I should have kept my 2000 Dodge Neon, at least I trusted it to get from A-B. And they never even offered me an extended warranties or repair promises or anything after all these problems. Just, "have a nice day" but probably thinking "we'll see you in two more months when your warranties won't cover the rest of the problems with this piece!" All in all, I have a large loan on a very pretty car that probably won't last me a year. Has barely lasted three months.

I told Tommy I was looking to trade my Civic in for a used 2dr GTI and he knew right away which car to show me and before I knew it, I was staring at a beeautiful white 2dr 2010 GTI that I fell in love with as soon as I laid my eyes on it. He and Noah both explained all the features that the car came equipped with and they sounded so stoked about every one of them. It's like they were just as excited about the car as I was! My only problem was that I needed mom to co-sign for me so I could start to establish my own credit. Now, with my mom being a sales manager herself, I knew it was going to be hard to sell her on the car but with the help of Jay, she was sold within minutes! They were able to get my payments at a reasonable price, right where I needed them to be, and I left that night with my dream car! I definitely recommend this dealership and Tommy as the killer, energetic, "can-do" salesperson! Thanks a million, guys!

I have only owned a Volkswagen for a little under a year and this is the third dealership that I visited for service. I travel a lot for sales and I must say that I have found a home! The staff was very accomodating, helpful and respectful of my time. I was very surprised with the ammenties available for customers. The wait lounge was wonderful! I really liked the picture of the owner and the comfort of their lounge. I was in and out in less than an hour and felt great about my service. Thank you!

Before I begin, I have to admit that I can't stand car dealerships in general. It all stems from a horrible experience that I had years ago in a Ford store that left scars that still ache. I could go on for hours in regards to that sour experience but I don't want to take away from the refreshing change I experienced today. I currently own an Audi and was recommended Larry H Miller Volkswagen by a neighbor who knows the General Manager, Jay Frank. Despite my better judgement I brought the vehicle in for service to have a tune and oil change. They offered a free car to drive and offered a maintenance package for $150. The typical synthetic oil change at my usual Audi store usually runs approximately $90-$120. I immediately declined and prepared to leave when Ben explained that this wasn't one oil change but THREE! $150 for not only an oil change but also top off the fluids, rotate the tires and an inspection. It was definitely to good to true so I accepted and then waited with total distrust that I was going to get shafted somehow. This deal completely changed my opinion of car dealers! I was out of the store within 45 minutes. They washed my car, were extremely nice and made me feel like a million bucks. The wait wasn't bad because they have a very comfortable waiting area, direct TV, computers to surf and coffee. Allison, the receptionist was very nice and everyone was very professional. Ben recommended that I do a few minor repairs but didn't push me and then offered to set a time when I was able to reschedule. Seriously, this was the best experience I have experienced in a dealership. Hands down! I will return to have my future repairs completed and plan on using these guys for everything. I was totally thrown off guard when Jay Frank, the GM called on my way home. He was told by Ben that his friend recommended me and he called personally to make sure everything went smooth. I'm still in disbelief but will take both mine and my wife's car in for service. Very cool indeed.

Update: Since my review I was immediately contacted by GM, Jay Frank. Jay has gone well out of his way to try to earn my trust back in their dealership. They have replaced my damaged alloys, and are working on another issue and have re-assured me it will all be taken care of, at the dealerships cost, as well as give me a loaner while this is being attended to. I am willing to give them a second chance after the efforts Jay and service manager Ryan have gone through. I believe these guys are bringing this dealership in the right direction! Since my last review, Jay and Ryan have taken care of all my issues and I would recommend these guys. They have definitely earned a second chance with me! I would rarely give anyone 5 stars, but these guys are on the way to earning them!

I have always been extremely skepitcal of Dealers in general. I called into this shop because I was interested in genuine OEM parts, etc. Why not give them a try? I was astonished with the amazing service these guys offer. Ben, the Service representative was amazing. He explained the benefits of using the Dealership including the fact that they have complimentary loaners and free coffee. Big deal right? Well it was! They have Starbucks coffee for free, WiFi, Direct TV, and after a five minute wait he had me driving down the road in a brand new Passat as a loaner. He also provided me with a discounted oil change package that was only $135 for three synthetic oil changes. My last oil change at an undisclosed non-VW store was $89 for only one! I felt great with the whole experience. I will confess without a doubt that this Dealership has it together.

I called Noah with some questions about a new Passat. The information that he gave me, and his outstanding customer service, allowed me to effectively negotiate with my local dealer. Had my dealer not been willing to work with price I would have been willing to drive a several hundred miles to buy from Noah and Larry Miller Auto. That is how impressed I was with the customer service experience.

I spent a few months trying to figure out what was the best for my money and what I would be happy with for the long-term. I dealt with multiple dealerships and multiple car salesmen. Kyle was by far my favorite, for many reasons. One, he was very patient with me through the process, and was very helpful to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. Two, he didn't harass me. I hate it when you go test drive a car, and have a million phone calls over the next 5 days asking when you're going to buy. Kyle didn't do that. He periodically checked in on my progress, but let me come to him with questions as well, making it a more enjoyable experience. And three, the actual purchase of the car was as seamless as possible. He was very thorough with explaining all of the features of the car and how to use them. I am so happy with my purchase, and with my choice of dealership. I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a volkswagen!

I had bought a used VW from a different dealer and the key that they gave me broke and they did not have an extra one. I was told that I had to go to a VW dealer to get a new key. I did get a new key, and when I went to use it, it did not work. I called the dealer later and they told me that I had to have it programmed to the car.... no one told me that when I paid for the key. Then I set appointment for the next day and they programmed the key and everyone was super nice. It was one of the most painless experiences that I have ever had a dealership. Thank you!! When I am able to buy a brand new car I will be buying from you guys!

I came in to the dealership in less than great spirits. I just found out that my car would need a complete engine replacement to run again; a replacement which would cost me much more than I was willing to spend. But my mood quickly changed when I met Gary at Larry Miller VW. He understood my situation and worked with me to get a great deal on a 2013 Jetta. Gary helped me get a very nice car with maintenance included (a huge deal for me now) at about the same monthly payment I had with my old car.His professionalism, friendliness, and ability to deliver a great deal made my buying experience great. I'd recommend him to anybody in the market.

After 12 years it was time for me to go car shopping and (since I'm very detail oriented) did my homework. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and the price I had in mind. I contacted about 5 dealerships and the first one to respond to my requests was Gary Garneau of the Larry Miller VW dealership.Gary made a very good first impression on me with initial phone message he left for me. I called him back the same day and his very polite and professional manners made me feel comfortable from them get go. I drove to the dealership where he welcomed me and we started talking about my needs. The whole car buying experience with Gary (and the other staff I met) was a very good one. I felt no sales pressure at all, Gary answered all my questions and when it came to to most important issue from a customers perspective, the final price for the car, I was very positive surprised (to say it mildly) that I got the price I was looking for without a lot of haggling and negotiation. Santa Steve (Steve Patterson) started working with the fine folks at Larry Miller Volkswagen in Lakewood back in August. I never heard a discouraging word, and the associates all inquired as to my needs. They are a friendly bunch, and there was never any pressure to sell me a car, (but after a few months, I bought a new VW SportsWagon TDi). Jay Frank (GM) has become a good friend, and his employees are part of the LHMVW family that has won Santa's Heart.If a VW is in your future, Then you'd be foolish to buy your car anywhere else.I highly recommend this dealership without reservation to everyone I meet.

Your team was lovely to work with. I had to bring my car back a couple of times in one day because they had forgotten to give me temporary plates, they had left a transmitter on my key, tape residue was left along the back bumper, and there was oil on the visor... This sounds terrible, but you guys were wonderful about fixing everything very quickly and making the above right! Please pass on my thanks to the team! Please do not take the above as an admonishment, but as a heartfelt thanks for providing great service when something did go a little wrong.

Excellent customer service. I've leased 4 cars now from this dealership. Working with josh sahr is always great. This time around was different. Jay Frank is a hands on, customer service based, GM. His presence is positive to this dealership. It was overall the best experience so far. He keeps it real, and when leasing a car, it's nice to be treated equal.

I am not normally one to write reviews. However, after my experience here I feel that everyone should hear about it. I always dread going to dealerships because of how pressured I feel by the salesmen. This was not the case at all with Larry H Miller Volkswagen. I worked with Jay Frank the GM and had the most wonderful experience. He did not pressure me at all and was more than accommodating. I have to give him 5 stars on his customer service and patience! Gary was a great salesman. I told him from the beginning that it was all about numbers for me and he got me a no-BS price quickly. He noticed that I was looking at the Sportwagen and, even though I had only asked for a quote on the Golf, brought me quotes for both. I'm glad he did, because I thought the Wagen would be much more expensive. No other dealership--either here or in Indianaoffered all the pricing. Everyone in sales was very professional and helpful.

I was very pleased with the service that I received at this dealership. They are right around the corner from my house so it was very convenient when I first moved into town. The first visit to the store in 2011 was a little disappointing. The service lounge was dark and uninviting. My wait wasn't bad but I wasn't thrilled with the surroundings. They offered a great deal on an oil change package that I couldn't refuse which brought me back in last month (May). Wow! The place a total face-lift! The service drive was incredible and the customer lounge was completely different. Leather bound sofas, huge LED TV, and free coffee. I was very impressed with the changes and then equally impressed with the service. I needed to replace my tires and they showed a price comparison to local wholesale shops like Costco. It was great! I didn't have to wait long before they offered me a loaner car and off I went. There are obviously some good things happening at this dealership. This is the first time I have ever used an online service to give a review and I thought they deserved a good one. I was truly impressed and didn't see any indication of what was already posted here.

I dread the car buying experience and this dealership made it easy. Cindy Oursler was our sales lady. She has to be fairly new in the business because her product knowledge wasn't top notch but she definitely put in the effort to answer any questions she couldn't answer. We bought one of the new Passats and absolutely LOVE the car! The management staff at the dealership was very accomodating and the General Manager even introduced himself and thanked us for visiting the store before we bought. That impressed me! The negotiation went smooth and we left the dealership feeling great about everything.If that wasn't enough, several days later we got a tin of cookies in the mail that were delicious!It's a great feeling to have a car dealership and it's employees display that they care about their clients. I had a clear mask and tint installed about 3 days after the sale and they supplied me loaner car at no expense and then filled my car with gas again. Cindy asked for us to refer our friends and family, which is the least we can do for the service we received. My wife suggested writing a review and here I am. If you're looking for more than just a great price, then this dealership will surprise you. I am actually looking forward to first service. When I was introduced to the Service Manager, he actually offered my daughter a free dance lesson at his wife's dance studio. Everyone we met was genuinely concerned for our well-being and experience. Can't say enough good things about this store. Thanks!

Even though it's an older facility, the staff, management and customer service is outstanding. I left the store with the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Larry Miller VW is superior! I'm having a hard time believing how honest this dealership is, gave me everything I asked for and then more. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and my experience here was something special. Friendly, easy to make a deal with at a very low price. NO high pressure here.
