Lisa was wonderful! We made an appointment and she had the car up front and ready for our test drive. She was able to get us what we needed for our growing family. She was also able to give us advise on what to do with our old car as it would have been impossible to do the deal with it as a trade. Zach was also very helpful and understanding of our needs. Jeremy was so nice and was able to finish everything up to get us on the road in our new car that night! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

After reading the other reviews about what great service other customers received vs what I received, I'm very disappointed. Derrick showed me 2 cars which both had been in accidents. Once I decided on a car, he disappeared. I had to ask someone else where was Derrick and how much longer financing would take after waiting for almost 2 hours. After I drove the car on the highway it sounded loud and I thought something was wrong with it. Eric called me in the evening and asked if I could bring it back in I get there and he's not there so I take a test drive with Derrick who then explains the car has a CVT transmission and that's why it accelerates slow and sounds loud. He spent time praising Nissan and said he owns one but didn't bother to say anything about the transmission. I even told him my car was stolen and I was waiting on my insurance payout and my Birthday was in 3 days. I feel violated twice. I'm left to wonder why so many other customers received such great service. Now I'm stuck with this car until I can trade it in with other dealership. Be sure to read their contracts thoroughly. They will do absolutely NOTHING if you're not satisfied. I'll never purchase another car with Larry H Miller and I will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone else.

I had an excellent experience with LHM Nissan. After visiting several other dealers with no success, I was met by Ed Daniels who was able to fit a vehicle intl my strained budget. He made what was a ra ther difficult situation, seem easily done. No hard sell, twisting my arm, etc. He was very matter of fact as to what would be doable and proceeded to get it taken care of. I hadn't had awful experience with other dealers, they just weren't able to seal the deal. I didn't get what I was originally looking for, but Ed was the only salesman able to look beyond the want and see what could be done. Kudos to him and the dealer for their soft sell approach!

It was easy buying the car. It took a longggg time but that is to be expected. (duh). The customer service was pretty excellent. The gentleman helping me was friendly, professional, and patient. Kudos to him. It kind of bugged me when my son and I left the finance office someone was spraying Lysol like crazy. Maybe a germaphobe or someone passed gas but either way the overall experience was excellent and I would totally recommended anyone to buy a vehicle from Larry H. Miller Nissan.

I took my van in to Larry Miller Nissan on plum valley road for a prepaid oil change, and as part of the.service agreement they were to do.a multipoint inspection. The inspection sheet that they filled out said they inspected my Chevy Van, a vehicle which I don't even own anymore. Beyond that, they wrote down the VIN for my old Chevy.. NOT the Toyota.that they were currently inspecting. I had previously had my brakes inspected at a trusted b ale specialty shop and they said the front brakes were at 6mm, Larry Miller said they inspected them at an 8. I really don't believ that they even LOOKED at the vehicle for a multipoint inspection, otherwis they would have seen that it was a Toyota.. NOT a Chevy, which is CLEARLY marked on the vehicle, much less having written down the VIN from anold Chevy Van that I owned. Tom Martino will be hearing about this.

I recently traded my Jeep Liberty for a brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue at Larry H. Miller and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I previously went to Kuni Honda and was hassled for hours with back and forth negotiating. They kept "low balling" me on my trade in and tried to over sell me on everything. The car that I was interested in at Kuni Honda was used and not certified, had a two year warranty, and they wanted to get me the car for $600 a month!! It was absolutely insane and they were not willing to budge on their price. I went to Larry H. Miller and was greeted by Brandon Gamel and the first words he spoke to me were that he was not going to hassle me with back and forth negotiating. He told me to name my price and car preference and that he would find an amazing deal for me that would come close to what I wanted. Not only did he find me a car at a reasonable rate, he completely exceeded every amenity that I asked for. I got my comfortable seats, back up camera, bluetooth, and low gas mileage. Further more, the car also has a smooth transmission, excellent coverage as far as warranty goes, xm radio, tented windows, paint and interior protection, and an eco button to help me save gas while traveling in the city. I absolutely LOVE my car and love to drive it, even in the mile high city traffic! I highly recommend going to Larry H. Miller and working with Brandon Gamel to find the perfect car for you. I was so stressed out about my last unreliable car, and being so young, I don't have perfect credit because I'm still building my credit. I'm just so thankful that Brandon was willing to work with me and find me such an incredible deal! YOU ROCK MAN!

I hadn't purchased a car from a dealership for about 10 years so I was apprehensive and a bit nervous pulling into Larry H. Miller Nissan in Highlands Ranch. Luckily, Brandon met us at the door and was our guide through the entire experience. I was in a 'less-than-optimal' credit situation but there was never a shred of judgement from Brandon or anyone else at the dealership. Brandon explained the purchasing process and walked us through every last detail, and he was extremely patient answering my many, many questions; I never one time felt pressured or rushed at all. Brandon is super friendly and really down-to-earth without any sign of standard 'car salesman' creepiness - Brandon is a great guy and a superior customer service representative for Larry H. Miller. I am extremely pleased with my entire experience at Larry H. Miller Nissan and with Brandon - our new friend in the car business! And, to top it all off - I absolutely love my new (used) car - it is exactly what I needed and completely fulfilled all of my 'wants' - Brandon helped me and my family so much. I can highly recommend Nissan, Larry H. Miller, and, of course, Brandon Gamel. I had nothing but the best experience here! I have owned and leased Nissan cars and SUV's for close to 15 years now. I normally deal with another Nissan dealership but came here (the commercials got me in lol) The salesman Brandon Gamel took such good care of me and worked with me for quite awhile while I went back and forth between cars. He was very patient as we slowly hashed out the details. When I did decide on a car I felt like the whole staff focused on what I wanted and made it work! I have turned in many cars when the lease expires, but this is the absolute easiest, most seamless transaction at a dealership I have ever had. They took care of everything for me. I really really hated to say goodbye to my Xterra, but after being in my new Murano a few days now I love it. These guys are great!

My experience with Larry H Miller was great from beginning to end. I started out online emailing with Nik in sales who was very helpful. When I went in to have a look around I worked with Brandon Gamel. Brandon made buying my first car a very exciting and stress free experience. He was very easy to talk to and get along with. We probably spent half our time talking cars and financing and the other half talking about our home lives and our love for the Broncos. Lastly I worked with Nick in financing. I had a great experience at LHM Nissan. I paid a very good price lower than I had expected, after they had given me two years of free maintenance. I purchased a 2014 Jetta and love the vehicle. After deciding too purchase it I was pleasantly surprised that one of the same salesman I spoke with also did all the finance on the vehicle. It was easy and the rate they found for me was 3.3%, amazing! Thank you too everyone there. The only complaint I would have is that they weren't aware of the advertised price on the vehicle and told me to begin with $1000 more then the price I saw online. After showing them they came down even below the intial amount. I really couldn't say no!

I give this dealership 5 stars for many reasons! From the moment we walked on the lot we were greeted but not hounded and they knew who we were there to meet with. I just moved to Denver in February of 2015. My lease on Altima was ending at the beginning of 2016 so I decided to contact Larry Miller Nissan. Everyone from the folks that answered the telephone to the sales and service were outstanding. They worked with me to find the right car and the right payment. Even the financing department was great. We stopped in to look at the Nissan Versa. We were quickly greeted by Carol. Carol was great, she got an idea of what we were looking for and started to walk us around the lot. Eventually we were handed off to Jose. When my wife asked why we couldn't continue to work with Carol we were told that Carol works the internet sales and Jose worked the sales floor. Jose continued to be helpful. He continued to show us the Versas and did not try to push us into something we were not interested in. The financing threw Nissan was great. The buying processes was pretty simple. There was some dancing around back and forth coming to a final price, but it's what you would expect at any dealership. Overall it was a good experience.

Initially Jovani was working with us and he was awful. Didn't listen to anything I had said, continued to pressure me into buying a used car even thought I had repeatedly told him that I didn't want one. He then brought a used car which was very dirty and had significant damage to the passengers side. I had stated multiple times that I wanted an AWD and then he had us test drive a FWD. He also made several inappropriate jokes about alcohol and partying. After we expressed our disliking, Jared stepped in to help and everything was smooth sailing from there - he was exceptional. Kurt was awesome as well. Everyone was very apologetic for the first person's poor performance.

I culminated this process when I made an appointment for a visit with Carol at Larry Miller Nissan, to determine whether I would get either a Platinum or SL Murano. When I arrived during the recent snowstorm it turned out that Ed Daniel was my salesman. He swept off different cars for me to examine or drive and then we negotiated on trade-in value and options and accessory costs and prices. I left very satisfied in my 'dream car'. The next morning I received a follow-up call from the Finance Manager, Kurt Miles, with whom I also had previously had a very enjoyable and informative conference on various ways to pay for this. His call led me to relook at the Retail Purchase Agreement where I noticed what I thought was a small but very irritating charge, whereupon I called Ed and Kurt and asked for a conference to discuss the matter. We met in Kurt's office and discussed everything and I discovered that it was I who had made the mistake. Nonetheless, they made additional courtesy adjustments to my service agreement and I left feeling even better about my experience at this Larry Miller franchise. I would recommend anyone considering purchasing a Nissan product to contact these two individuals for service in their areas

Honestly, the thought of going into a car dealership was NOT something I was looking forward to! I actually asked the receptionist for a "Chill" sales person. As soon as I met Wes I felt comfortable with him. I never felt rushed or pressured. My experience was pretty amazing. The only thing I have to complain about is that I came in a few weeks ago and got my paperwork and everything in. I was told to bring in a certain amount for my down payment,so I saved the money and came back excited to finally be able to buy my first car. Well I catch the bus all the way there early in the morning trying to make sure I can take care of everything before work. So when I get there I had to redo the credit check and fill out all the paperwork again, but then they came back saying the bank asked me for more money on the down payment. I was very disturbed by this because I worked hard to save for this. Overall, I worked with Lisa and she was great!!!!! All though I didn't get a brand new car and the car I wanted, I do love my car and I would like to thank Lisa for everything. She did all she could to get me out of there not only with a car, but without putting even more money down. Thanks a lot Lisa, you are the best!!!! And I love my car although it's not what I wanted. But it is definitely A BLESSING!!!!

Mike asked what my name was and used it frequently, so it felt like we were old friends. Everything was great. What I don't like about any car buying process is in financing they make it sound like they are personally giving you a deal by adding unnecessary additional warranties. You're already adjusting your income to make these high payments and you don't need extra anything. I've never used them on any of my the vehicles I've bought. I bought my nissan rogue new here 2 years ago and had a fantastic experience. This year when I went to trade it in, I couldn't have been more lost as to what was going on and felt completely disrespected. Two sales reps were outside chatting when I walked up and asked if they could help. I explained that I had bought my previous rogue from them and was interested in learning what the trade in value would be and get pricing on a new one. With that he sat me down and went through a financial profile - I gave him my current loan value, how much I would put down, where I wanted to be for payments, my income, etc. He then took my drivers license and keys and left. He came back with my drivers license and said let's go look at cars. When I asked where my keys were he said the used manager was taking a look at my car - and then when we walked by where I parked, my vehicle was gone. I would have liked to know and have been there when they were looking at my car and especially if they were going to drive it off the lot. We looked at cars and I found the one I wanted, however when for the 3rd time I answered the question of "what's it going to take to get you in a car today" with "I want to have all the decisions and financials worked out so I can come back with my husband" he then decided I wasn't worth his time and passed me off to another sales rep for the test drive.. who also proceeded to ask me the same question numerous times. When we got back to the building, I said - so can you write me a proposal showing your current dealer discounts, payment options, and buyback on my car and he agreed. He came back 10 mins later with my keys and told me they were busy and to come back with my husband when I was ready to buy. I asked him why I couldn't any get information on their current promotions or pricing he said that isn't their policy because I would take that information to their competitors but they really want to earn my business. At this point I was exhausted and angry, not to mention that I had bought with them before and so was ALREADY a customer! I can't understand how this location could go from a perfect experience a few years ago to now not even being able to get pricing information on a vehicle because I didn't want to be pressured into buying the same day? Not to mention that I told them that this was the purpose of my visit from the beginning and then multiple times throughout the same visit. As a VP of sales the boiler room concept does not work for me!

My husband and I were happy with the service we received and the car we purchased. The staff was pleasant and we love our salesman. If we had just one "complaint" it would be that we were not easily informed that we could have opted out of a few warranties and trying to get them canceled after the fact has been a bit tedious. We love the fact that Nissan offers these types of warranties, but we do not like the fact that we had to use a lot of effort to cancel them once we realized we could get them cheaper through our bank. But I'm sure that's just the name of the game with all dealerships.

We were not in the market for a new car but an accident changed that very quickly. When we found out our car was totaled we panicked. My husband and I hate car dealerships...the pressure sales, the scare tactics....it made us queazy just thinking about it. We were greeted kindly when we walked in Larry Millers dealership and it we did notice how nice the building was. The staff listened to our story and seemed genuinely concerned for our situation and our accident. We initially worked with Wes and we can confidently say he was the best sales person we have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable, took his time with us and even entertained our two toddlers! We left that day wanting to think it over and the next day we went to two other dealerships/companies to compare and let me say...NOTHING compared to the service we received at Larry Miller and the cars didn't come close to what we were looking for. We returned that afternoon to the Larry Miller dealership and Wes was with another customer so we dealt with Giovani whom was just as great. We ended up leasing a new Pathfinder and couldn't be happier. The car, the staff, the management and the whole experience was fantastic and we are very excited to be in the Larry Miller family and hopefully use them for all of our automobile needs for the rest of our lives.

This is our 3rd purchase from Larry H. Miller Nissan here is Colorado. We are originally from Utah and have also purchased cars from Larry H. Miller Dealerships there. Not only did the Sales team find us the Titan that we requested (they had to go to a different lot to get it), they made the buying process seamless for us. I came to Larry Miller after going to another dealer first. I had a bad experience at that dealership. They didn't listen to my wants or needs just wanted to hurry and try and get a car off their lot. I decided then to go to Larry Miller since I had received a bonus cash offer for customer appreciation since my last car was purchased through Larry Miller. I don't know why I decided to go anywhere else. When I got there, they listened to what I wanted wrote everything down on paper and got me into something I could afford and also got me a great interest rate! Very helpful sales staff. Let me take my time in choosing the color of my new Altima. I took a few test drives and enjoyed the shopping experience. I do not like to haggle over pricing and made everyone aware of what I was looking to spend. The deal didn't take too long to work out and the signing of the paperwork was relatively painless. Radovan was fantastic to work with and I would encourage anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to go see him. Purchased my very first new car after being involved in an accident that totaled my previous car. Needless to say, purchasing a car - new or otherwise - hadn't been in my foreseeable future. I knew I wanted another Nissan and it was just a matter of which dealership to go to. Larry H Miller was my first, and last, stop. The amount of cars they have is incredible. Kurt Miles in financing was also great to deal with, especially considering that I would be going from no car payment to a car payment. He helped to explain things and really kept things very simple and easy to understand.All in all, despite this being a very unexpected and difficult purchase as the accident that totaled my - yep, you guessed it, Nissan Murano - was not my fault, the team at Larry H Miller made it easier for me. I do not normally write reviews, probably like most, unless the experience is exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. In this case the experience with Larry H Miller was hands-down the best buying experience I have ever encountered, in my decades of car buying. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the people there, they are truly exceptional and they have restored my belief that there are still truly great car dealers in this world. I first contacted this dealership because they had a 370Z I was interested in. And to say I was interested in it is an understatement! I live in Albuquerque, so the initial contact was via phone, then email and text. Once we established that this was the car I was after, I sent a hold/deposit check and we then arranged for local on-site pickup a couple of weeks later. They also took my request for installing an after-market exhaust in stride and prepared the car per my wishes. The communications from all the LHM staff was consistently accurate, timely, courteous and professional, and then some. As an example, we flew out to Denver to pick up the car. On the morning we arrived in town the sales manager even sent me a text message to confirm that we've landed safely and were on our way to the dealership, and they were literally there ready to greet us when we arrived! All the paperwork was ready and the rest of the transaction was completed in short order. They also followed up post-sale to check and make sure we were happy with the purchase. I cannot recommend this dealership and the friendly and professional staff any higher, than to say I will happily fly to Denver again, anytime I buy another Nissan in the future. Well done ladies and gents on the fantastic service and for making the sales experience so painless and efficient.

I went in to buy a used car that had been sitting on their lot for over two months, plus I was armed with tons of research on the car's value, so I was prepared. I worked with Matt Sharkey, who, while a car salesman, wasn't as smarmy as most, thank goodness. The first price he presented was higher than I was expecting, but as soon as I showed him my paperwork, we got down to business. I don't care what the dealer thinks the car is worth, or how much they have invested in the car, I'm only interested in the final sales price. They had to play the good salesman/bad finance manager routine, but in the end, we agreed on a price, and they even got me a lower interest rate than my bank! And it only took about 30 minutes, which is way faster than many other dealerships. Nick, the finance paperwork guy, was friendly and pretty fast, which helped. So in the end, while they say they lost money on the deal (not my problem), I got the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. So if you're in the market for a new or used car, go see Matt Sharkey at Larry Miller!

I called for same day appointment on Thursday, April 8, 2015. I was able to get in at 1:30pm. I didn't know of a hood latch recall. The service dept fixed the recall without me informing them. The service took 1 hr for complete car prevention and tire rotation and oil change. I'm completely satisfied with my 2015 Altima. I'm completely satisfied with the service I received that day.

I was on a family road trip passing through Denver when my Nissan Quest started to act up. I couldn't rev the engine past 2000 rpm along with rough idling. I reached Larry Miller late afternoon expecting that I would have to wait till the following day for service. Ken Mack the service manager took the van in right away for diagnostics. Turned out that a bug got into the air intake and damaged one of the sensors. The part was in stock and they were able to get us back on the road within a couple of hours. Ken Mack is the best.

My husband and I, along with my 7 year old son, stopped by the dealership on somewhat of a whim. I was worried about trying to test drive and do a deal with my son there as he, like many 7 year old boys, can become impatient and he hadn't been fed lunch yet. Mark, our salesman, immediately formed a relationship with my son and made him feel important and part of this process. Because he was engaged, my husband and I were able to look at the car and make our decisions. Mark made sure my son had something to drink and a snack and kept chatting with him the entire time. I've never had a dealership be so welcoming to my child - usually if you walk into a car dealership with a kid, you are met with eye rolls. We were met with open arms. We had no intention of buying a car that day and thought we would have to come back later in the week when Dylan wasn't with us. Because Mark with the extra mile with my son, we were able to make the deal. Without his caring service, we would not have purchased the vehicle. The service continued when we moved into finance. Kurt made it a point to chat with my son and he was very prompt and efficient in getting the paperwork completed.Hands down, this was the most positive experience I have had a dealership in my 20 years of car buying. Everyone in that dealership were pros! They knew what we needed and delivered accordingly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From the start, our experience with Larry Miller Nissan was great. Our salesman Jared Silberberg was not pushy and listened to what we were saying and what we wanted. I also expressed to him that I was not interested in an all day car buying experience like I have had in the past. He showed us several different cars in the model we were looking for and when he found out we were not interested in any other models he did not try to push a more expensive alternative on us. We were honest about what we thought was fair and he and another employee (unfortunately we did not get his name) listened and worked to get the deal we wanted. We then met Kurt Miles who worked in finance. He was also friendly and straight forward and was not pushy about the available extras. From the time we walked onto the lot to the time we drove off in our new Rogue it was only 3 hours total. In comparison to our other experiences at other dealers this was a refreshing and appreciated change. This was a great experience and I have already recommended Larry Miller Nissan to our friends and family.

My experience here was horrible if felt like i was in high school all over again. I went in to buy a new car since I had always heard such great things about them. When I went in I was told to wait for the person that I had set up my appoinment was not going to be able to help me. So I waited even tho I had called before time to set up an appoinmetnt. After they saw my car they said that they could not offer me what it was worth since I did not have it in wring. I want in to buy a car however I ended up walking out with leasing one I was made feel like tat was my only option. After I left the dealership was when I realized that I could of walked away. I do have a great car however I feel like I am paying way to much for the car. Leasing a car is suppose to be cheaper not more expensive. When i was waiting to see if I was approved for the car it took them forever I was waiting for at lest 4 hours. When I told them that I had to go pick up my son from day care they where extremely rude to me and told me if I did not have enough time to stay then why did I even go to begin with. I will never come to this location again!

Larry Miller is a top notch dealership. You are treated as a guest with smiles and warm greetjngs from all the employees. Charlie Hamilton greeted me when I arrived on snowy day. He immediately opened the service doors and usheted me into the service area where he immediately shook my hand and we discussed my service call. I arrived for scheduled service on my 2013 Pro4X. I had received a letter indicating a decent trade-in price on a new Nissan and investigated. With the help of Matt Sharkey I was able to negotiate an acceptable deal on a new 2015 Pro4X that had 95% of what I wanted on it without the extra items I did not really need on my 2013 truck and it was the color I desired when I bought the 2013. I was pleased with Matt's attitude, knowledge and guidance, as well as the deal that resulted. From beginning to end, the service advisor & tech provided a quality customer experience for me. The service advisor was friendly & accommodating to schedule a same-day service appointment for an oil change and regular service. During the inspection, the tech discovered a nail in the side wall of my front driver-side tire. The other tires were beginning to show wear, so I decided to replace all four tires. As it was already the end of the day, a tech was accommodating to perform the work of mounting, installing and aligning my new tires. Thanks Larry Nissan for making what could have been a terrible experience a positive one for my service visit.

Car buying is never pleasant no matter where you go. This dealership was well run and the Customer Service was great. It's a bummer that buying a car takes 4 times longer than closing on a house but they did their best to make you feel important and welcome. From the first call, to the test drive, to the final purchase this dealership is only interested in the sale, NOT THE CUSTOMERS!!! WALK, NO RUN, FROM THIS DEALER!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to make the sale. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT THEIR PRIORITY, THEIR BOTTOM LINE IS! They are not the only Nissan dealer in Denver. Evidently they feel they have to resort to lying in order to make sales. The car we purchased is great, of course, because it is a Nissan. We are telling everyone we know to purchase their Nissans from ANY other Nissan dealer! The worst employees there are Nick and Matt in the finance department. On arrival Charlie went over everything needed then directed me to a new Murano that was all warmed up and ready for me while my car was being repaired . He called to tell me what was needed and prices. I chose to wait off on the tire pressure sensor due to price. But went with all the other repairs. He said my car would be ready around 5:30. Charlie called at 5:00 and said it was all ready told me the complete price, and I went to pick my car up. Charlie said that he had adjusted to tire pressure to the setting it should be at and that the sensor light had gone out and that it may go back on. Checked over car,paid and he apologized for not washing car due to wash frozen . I have to say. He was extremely professional & honest! I will defiantly ask for him in the future. I really trust Charlie and feel he represents Larry Miller Nissan with the utmost integrity. I can't tell you how nice it was that he was so concerned that my car was blowing cold air, to have a rental/ loaner all warmed up. Very pleased!

I brought my 2014 Frontier in for its fist oil change and service. Due to my schedule I came in on a Saturday without an appointment. I was greeted immediately by Pete who got my vehicle right in for the work. He said it would be ready in about 45 minutes which it was. Additionally while I was waiting I checked the dealerships prices for tires for my wife's vehicle as well. I was given a quote which surprised me as it was significantly lower than a quote I received for the same tires from a large tire warehouse. Excellent service. I appreciate it.Jack W.

I was so pleased with Larry Miller Nissan. I went to my my Xterra serviced. My service was great the people were very friendly. I actually ended up purchasing a brand new Xterra. My saleswoman Lisa Dinorcia was lovely and patient as I test drove a few different vehicles. Eventually I ended up with the Xterra! I love my new 2015 Xterra!

Can you imagine looking FORWARD to going in for an oil change or repairs? I do. This place is spotless & has every accommodation for their customers they can think of. The quality of customer service is almost beyond belief. I'm a professional author & writer & the last time I went in I was working on a storyboard (chapter headings & order of chapters) for my new Healthy Aging EBook. I went in for an oil change & heater repair & expected to be there for awhile. No problem; I'd been there before & was always happy to while away my time effectively. When I explained what I was doing, I was shown to the back wall where there is a long formica desk & many ergonomically perfect chairs. It didn't take me long to get very comfy; I spread out my work along half the desk length & with cotton in my ears to block the sounds of the TV others were watching some distance away, I was in writer's heaven; occasionally twirling in the chairs in dizzy-fun. Some time in this heaven passed and I was advised the dealership could not diagnose a Chevy with Nissan equipment. My INCREDIBLE mechanic Bill (ask for 'em!) explained everything in detail & in real language. Then he went so far above & beyond that he astounded me - me with 25+ years in customer service & service management - by setting up repairs at a dealership who could accomplish the repair work the next day. If you want an experience of unique customer service, THIS is the dealership for YOU. You might even see me with my work spread out along the back wall (laughing); I was invited back anytime I need a break from my home office.

I really don't enjoy buying a car. I also don't like negotiating the price of the car. I did walk away paying exactly what I wanted to pay but I would have liked to just start there instead of the back and forth and waiting game. The finance department is AMAZING! He did not pressure us to buy additional items that we did not need. He actually found us a better interest rate than our credit union was able to offer. I would recommend this dealership.

Michael Putnam is an exceptional Service Writer. I counted on him helping me with service work at the Englewood store where I bought my new Altima, which i really love driving. He was moved to Larry Miller Kia and i missed the working relationship. When the new Larry Miller dealership in Highlands Ranch opened near my home and I immediately had service issues that didn't go well, I desperately missed his professionalism and TRUST. Let's face it, we all need to rely on certain things to function particularly with our homes, cars and computers. I drove into the service bay last week for another time consuming yet necessary oil change, but Friday quickly became the best day of the week. When the service door went up and I shockingly saw Mike standing inside I literally jumped out of my car, ran over and hugged the guy with joy. The other Service Writers' eyes about popped out, probably wondering what lunatic acts so oddly? Just a pleased consumer who knows she will be listened to, treated fairly and straight forwardly, and not be taken advantage of financially. Car maintenance issues are not nearly as daunting when you're treated well. Thanks Michael.

I had a very good experience working with Larry Miller Nissan. My salesman, Chris, was very professional in his approach and did not give me the "hard sell". Everyone else I dealt with was very friendly and showed interest in getting to know me and what type of car I was looking for. I have had the car two days and am loving it. Although it is 4 years old, it appears and feels like a new car. My only concern is that I did not get much for my trade-in car, but as a whole I feel the deal we agreed upon was fair. I will definitely recommend others to check out this dealership when looking for a car.

This is the second vehicle that we have bought here, and we keep getting a better deal every time we visit. The initial vehicle pricing is in line with other dealerships, but they go the extra mile to provide the best all-round experience (financing rates, payments, trade allowances, service extras etc.) The total time at the dealership was about 4 hours and that included test driving two different models that we were considering. Great inventory!

To Whom It May Concern,I recently had an opportunity to have some service work done by Larry H. Miller Nissan in Highlands Ranch, CO. I purchased my Murano several years ago in Virginia and was up against the end of the warranty period when I was advised by a Nissan shop in Maryland that my transfer case had a small leak. I tried to arrange the work in MD, but felt like I was being blown-off. I transferred to the Denver area and took the Murano to Larry Miller Nissan.My first impression was how clean and organized Larry Miller Nissans shop looked. Then, I noticed all the mechanic certifications on their walls, attesting to their employees knowledge, skills, and abilities. I met the service manager, Mr. Pete Racich, who is a customer-focused professional and extremely knowledgeable in automobile repair and warranty work. After reviewing the VIN, Pete immediately assured me that his shop would perform the repair at no cost to me, the parts would be ordered that day, and the work would be done the next day.I arrived at the shop the next day, my Murano was ready and I noticed how clean my car was. As an added free service, they wash every vehicle that comes through their shop. Again, I was impressed; the last time a shop washed my car was in 1994 when I had purchased a Lexus.I had also asked Pete to provide an estimate for a new set of tires and an estimate for new brakes. Again, I was impressed. Without any sales-pitch pressure, I was provided two separate estimates; one for the tires and one for the brakes. But they didnt stop there; instead, Pete gave me two tire estimates that could meet my budget. The best news was that I could get a very good set and their estimate was more than 30% less than the one I received just a few weeks ago in Maryland, and with longer road service warranty. I also noticed their oil change prices are very competitive, but the difference is that all service work is done by certified professionals, unlike some of those quick lube-oil places.The bottom line is that Larry H. Miller Nissan is a customer-focused organization, supported by a fine group of dedicated, qualified, and professional employees. I will use them for every service and repair, regardless of the vehicle I bring in. They honor their work and they honor their profession. They walk the talk. Its not often that I get a chance to speak highly of an organization, but Pete Racich and his crew have earned my admiration and respect. Kevin House was my service advisor, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Kevin was very attentive and kept me informed of current status. I was also pleased to meet the mechanic that actually did the work. This is first time my 2004 Maxima has ever been serviced anywhere but Southwest Nissan, where I purchased it. But, the service advisor was very rude and they incorrectly diagnosed the problem with my car. Southwest wanted to charge me almost $500 for replacing the fan blower motor. I ended up getting the right part at LHM, and the job cost me $321. According to Kevin, even if the problem was a bad blower motor, the job would have cost me $360. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Southwest, and I will enthusiastically return to LHM.Thank you, and please convey my thanks, once again, to Kevin House.

I have a 2012 Kia Optima and I took it in for an oil change. I enjoyed a cup of coffee, watched tv, and before I knew it, the service was finished and all seems in order.Everyone was very friendly and the entire experience was great. We just moved to Denver, CO and I was a little nervous about finding a new Nissan dealership to take care of my quarterly oil changes. However, I was not to be disappointed. The service I received at Larry Miller Nissan was top notch. The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. There was a slight wait before they began my oil change because they had to verify my maintenance contract which had been purchased from a Nissan dealer in Austin. While waiting for my Service Advisor to verify my contract (which only took about 5 minutes), two other staff members asked if I'd been helped. Once my Service Advisor confirmed the contract, I handed over the keys and another staff member was already putting paper mats in the floorboard to make sure it didn't get dirty. My Service Advisor directed me to the waiting area, showing me where I could find water, coffee and snacks. Once they completed my oil change, they washed my car and handed me back the keys. The store and service area were very clean and the staff was very professional. It was a great experience overall.

From the moment I walked onto this lot I was pleased. I wasn't bum rushed as soon as I got out of my car and was very nicely greeted by a sales rep by the name of Tom. I knew the minute I was able to crack a joke with my sales rep, Tom, that this whole experience was going to be awesome. At NO point did I feel the "pressure" that I have felt at other dealerships to buy a car. Tom was just as relaxed I was and explored EVERY option we could before even testing driving a car. That means a lot to me as I hate falling in love with a car and then be told I can't buy it. After a test drive Tom and his amazing team went back to work finding every possible way to make a deal work for me. Needless to say we found an option and I walked away with a brand new Altima and I am in love!!! Larry Miller got me into the car I wanted AND at a payment I can afford. Amazing sales and finance team!! I will go back to Larry Miller Nissan again and again!

I took my car in to get a flat tire repair I suffered the day before. I also figured I might as well get the oil changed even though it was a little early for that.They got me right in, checked up on me three or four times to tell me the progress and they also fixed a recall that I had forgotten about.Pretty painless and the shop and dealership are clean and the employees all seem very nice.

A lovely lady named Bonnie came and picked me up after work and took me back to the dealership where my car was clean and ready! They installed two new tires and a new 12v battery for my Prius. I was really pleased with the care and truly exceptional service Kevin provided. I have to drive about 15 miles to get to your service center but the service is worth it. The car was washed and vacuumed after the service and the notes with candies on the front seat was a nice touch. Your facilities are spotless and the waiting area was very nice. Keep up the good work.The one thing I don't appreciate is having to create an account below to submit this review! If the service had not been so good and I wanted to give Kevin credit for the exceptional service I would have quit now and not continued.

We experienced a horrible time at AutoNation Southwest... my husband waited 3 hours for an oil change that he had an appointment for. I called Larry Miller to see if we could bring our other 2 Nissans in for their oil changes and Tyler is the one who helped me on the phone. He was so friendly and told us to come bring the other 2 cars in. I pull into the garage and there is Jay Kettering! He used to help us out when he was at Go/AutoNation. My husband had inquired numerous times as to where Jay went and they would never tell him! So glad we found him! He made sure our cars got taken care of, and it was in a timely manner since we had no appointments. The entire service staff was so nice and made it feel like a very welcoming environment! Very easy to make appointment. Appt was available quickly, drop off was easy and pick up was easy. Luis stayed in constant communication with vehicle updates and work. He even allowed for additional work not requested at drop off and finished at previous given time. Very friendly and enthusiastic service.The only negative comment was that vehicle was picked up dirty: no vacuum or wash. Not sure if available at this dealer, it should be.Also, just noticed that leaving feedback using this server/webpage is not easy. Should be much easier.

Lisa Dinorcia was great. At no point did my wife and I feel pressured to purchase a new vehicle. When I arrived Lisa had the vehicle waiting for me in front of the dealership. She allowed me to drive it to my wife's job to get the final okay which was awesome. She picked the right color which was also perfect. I wanted the Altima SV and Lisa made sure it was top of the line. I traded in my 2012 Jetta with no problems. She really made my family feel like her family which was awesome, my wife and I drove away in two new vehicles it was an incredible experience. My wife will probably keep her new pathfinder, but I look forward to leasing another newer Altima in three years. And yes I fell victim to an autobroker which was not the best move, I am glad I walked into Larry Miller nissan before I settled on a vehicle with my former autobroker.Best experience!!!!Thanks Todd and Lisa

This was my third time having my oil changed at your facility. Each time I've been greeted by friendly, knowledgeable service representatives. I appreciate your waiting area with wifi, which is spacious with comfortable seating, an area with tables for those who'd prefer to focus on work and stocked with water, coffee, fresh popcorn (love that!) and vending machines. My wait is rarely long and LOVE that the service is great and my car is WASHED!

Went in for an oil change; they found several problems during the inspection. All repairs were covered by the extended warranty, and also included aditional repairs that saved us $600 in future labor cost. Completion time estimate was off by an 1 1/2 hrs on a three day repair, and price estimate was off by $59 on additional work. Not to bad!! All within normal ranges of estimates. I'll be returning for future repairs, maybe trade in on new car if the price is right.

I am just about to take this to court based on what happens Tuesday. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I can personally say this dealership will make you regret EVER financing a car there. You can see on my last review that I was already not a happy camper when I bought my 2011 Nissan Xterra and despite my good word at the end of my visit to the sales person and finance guy that helped me I am now regretting I ever bought a car.Mat Frankenfield was the finance person that got me my loan. I specifically told him I do not want to cross 48 months for a auto loan. He presented a document that had the purchase price we agreed on and the terms which was 48 months. My wife and I specifically remember that. He went ahead and had me sign all the docs to buy the car. NOT ONCE DID HE MENTION THE LOAN WAS FOR 54 MONTHS! IN FACT HE SAID IT WAS 48 MULTIPLE TIMES! It was late so I just listened to his explanation on what the docs were that I was signing and signed. When I got home I noticed there was only one single document that stated I was in a contract for 54 months and that was the warranty information I had. I got worried and called back and he told me OVER THE PHONE EARLIER THIS WEEK that I for sure had a 48 month term and I had nothing to worry about. He then said that he would get to answering the email I sent him as well on other questions I had about the car. one whole week later after sending him the same email 5 times he has not responded. Then I decided to take matters into my own hands and call the bank that was listed on my warranty WHICH DOES NOT HAVE A SPOT FOR A SIGNATURE. The bank shows a 54 month term. I was heated. I went back to check on all the docs I got that day and the one doc they said I should have that shows my terms was the pink purchase agreement that I have and IT DOES NOT SHOW ANY FINANCE INFORMATION ANYWHERE ON THAT PAGE. Then they said they cannot help me until Tuesday because the finance manager is not in until then. They said they have NO return policy. I will work to keep people out of this dealership. I will contact KS107.5 who speaks so highly of them, Google, BBB, dealer rating, yelp, whatever it takes. This has been the worst car purchasing experience of my life and now I am stuck paying over 500 a month for an additional 6 months.

I had another wonderful experience at Larry H. Miller Nissan when I had a service appointment to get the oil changed. This was the first time that a service person actually walked through the details of the service with me along with the detailed courtesy inspection that Nissan provides. He walked through the entire inspection with me and explained everything and also...did NOT try to sell me something else (new tires, new brakes, new car) which tends to happen at car dealerships.

I brought in my 2005 Xterra for service because of a electrical recall issue. I asked Jay to check out a rumbling sensation from the rear axle that had been going on for about a month. Jay informed me that the issue was due to a crack that had formed along the common wall of my radiator and transmission crank case - causing coolant to leak into my transmission. Nissan was aware of this issue and extended the powertrain warranty to 80K miles - and offered a copay solution for anything over 80K, under 100K. Well the day I took my Xterra in, I was at 99995 miles. I had a tough decision to make because I didn't want to buy a new car, but I also didn't want to pay literally half the value of my car to get it fixed with a new transmission and radiator. Jay Kettering in the service department did me a HUGE favor by keeping my service paperwork open, and allowing me to drive my Xterra home (which rolled over 100K miles at that point), to discuss things with my wife. We decided a new vehicle would need to be purchased. I called Jay and told him and he hooked me up with one of their experienced salesmen, Mike Mitchell. Mike was very friendly, and focused on my needs - he conveyed empathy for my situation and let me make the decision that was most comfortable. I ended up buying a fully loaded 2014 Pathfinder at a great price, and got a strong trade-in value for my Xterra (even with the work that needed to be done). I am very pleased with my experience at Larry Miller Nissan in Highlands Ranch - Mike and Jay really made a difference for me and my family. Thank you!!

Charlie Hamilton handled my service. I had to go out of town for my brother's memorial. A very sad time and charlie took over what needed to be done not only for service but followed through for me having some paint repair done while i was away with a recommended body shop. The Service Department took the time to explain why my brakes were squealing, and why it was necessary to have them repaired immediately. They noticed another potential problem, and advised me what to look for as an indication of when that repair must be done. I felt confident in their knowledge and I will return for future repairs. Also the waiting room is looked really nice, I didn't use it this time because they offered their shuttle service to take me home.

Really appreciate how they have gone the extra mile for me--the first time I was in they gave me a loaner car for the entire day and found nothing wrong with my car. No charge for the loaner or for my car. I happily took my car there when it needed maintenance. Everyone was great. Happy to get a ride home and pickup when my car needed more work than anticipated. I really hate filling out these forms and surveys as everyone asks these days but I did so for this dealership as I was really pleased with their service.

Quoted prices are deceptively low to get you in / when you are ready to negotiate, the price its $7k higher. What a Joke since one of the itemized charges were for an additional $2k in options of which I never asked for (maybe doors, keys, etc)-don't waste your time. We were interested in purchasing a car from LHM Nissan Highlands Ranch, and right when we were to travel over there to buy it (after negotiating for 2 weeks), they jacked the price up another $4k! We decided to pass, and the cars.com listing dropped back down to a "sucker price", surely to be raised as soon as they hooked another live one. Chris Hunzeker was the salesman we were dealing with, FWIW. Buyer Beware!

My 10 year old Xterra needed maintenance so I took it into the Larry Miller Nissan dealership to have it checked out. After running the numbers I decided to trade it in on a 2012 Juke with low mileage. My sales associate Mike Mitchell was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the loan process with Nick Sola couldn't have been easier or quicker. While things were being processed I visited with the young man in the back of the store selling a variety of items. He runs the station selling snacks and accessories for vehicles. I really enjoyed chatting with him, and I got some great ideas for upgrades to my Juke. Rarely does anyone want to be in a car dealership as it can be uncomfortable and intimidating. But everyone I met at Larry Miller made it a painless transition for me to a newer vehicle. By the way, I LOVE driving the Juke, and the gas mileage is incredible. Thanks to everyone at Larry Miller Nissan.

We initially found the Murano we purchased online and contacted the dealer via email. Todd responded with specific information and pricing about the car very quickly. He recommended Greg to help us with the transaction. We live in Utah and planned to fly over to buy the car then drive it back. Greg was extremely helpful in answering questions. Once we decided on the car, he pulled it off the lot for us. We wanted to add a couple of dealer-installed items, and Greg took care of ordering the parts and getting them installed before we arrived to pick up the car. He even picked us up from the airport and brought us to the dealership!Once we arrived and began the purchasing process, everything ran very smoothly. Greg had given us several options available from Nissan, so we were able to choose the incentives and financing before we arrived. Nick took care of the financing application process. He was very prepared and walked us through the process quickly. We were done about 20 minutes earlier than the appointment was scheduled to end. It took less than two hours from the time we arrived until we drove off the lot in our new car--including the "walk through" on how everything worked. (Meagan did a great job with that as well.)We are pleased with the car and especially grateful for the help from the people at the LHM Nissan dealership. I just wish they were close enough to provide routine service for the Murano.

I visit the service center every other month or so to perform the routine service on my vehicle. (oil change, tire rotation etc.) Jay is always very helpful and provides sound advice about future maintenance for the vehicle and offers the specials that may be applicable. During this visit he informed me about the prices of the tires that I will need within the next 45-60 days.I will be returning to purchase tires by the end of the month.

I had previously leased a Nissan Rogue from another Nissan dealership that I had a bad experience with...i.e. at close, paper work had incorrect vin # and had to re-do everything. I discovered discrepancy 2 or 3 days after delivery of my 2011 Rogue. Also, Nissan corporate would not accept the "damage policy" the dealership sold me to cover nicks and dings up to $5,000 when I would return the vehicle...again, another re-do of paper work. Larry Miller Nissan is much closer to where I live and had a large inventory to pick from, so I went there to lease my new Rogue. Every aspect of the buying purchase was a great experience. At no time did I feel pressured, the three individuals I worked with were truly professionals. The service department at Larry Miller Nissan is one of the best I have ever been to. Your staff are professional, kind, friendly and you can tell that they truly care about the customer. I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry from the dealership last May and have brought my vehicle back for service only to Larry Miller Nissan, simply for the outstanding service I continuously receive. Although at times, I am waiting longer than would like for an oil change. Example on Saturday 2/15, I was at the service dept for 2.50 hours for an oil change and power steering fluid flush and I arrived at 8:10am. It was a longer than anticipated wait, but when I got my vehicle back, I know that it had the quality service and best maintenance put in. My service representative, Jay Ketterling is one of the best to work with and I always appreciate his input, suggestions and care when it comes to my vehicle and ensuring I have everything I need. Thank you Larry Miller Nissan for giving me exceptional service, time and time again.

We brought in our Nissan Pathfinder for repairs and service covered under our extended warrenty plan purchased at another used car dealership. Mr Mack was very helpful in identifying numerous other issues that required our attention as well as identifying coverage that we were authorized for a rental car and other issues. Due to delays in receiving one of the necessary components the repairs took longer than anticipated and Ken did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on the repair status. He also worked very hard to insure we paid a fair price for the repairs and did not pay any unnecessary costs for the rental. The service rep was clear and answered all my questions. We discuss the service intervals and other points that are part of the service. All questions and services met or exceeded my expectations. The detail on the invoice was very clear.On another point you should leave the user name as the email address. It is one less thing for me to remember and I will probably not remember my login when I want to schedule another service etc. etc.. I am not that interested in registering in another web site. Keep it simple. I have selected the brand services three times now what is wrong with your site?

I gave Larry H Miller GREAT ratings in all categories as a result of my recent experience. I did not buy the Altima at this dealership; bought it used from a private party. I had the car delivered to Larry H Miller for a inspection prior to my accepting the car although I had committed to buy it. Ken Mack worked with me to arrange for a Nissan certification inspection. I was impressed with Ken's professionalism and the fact that he remembered me from a service visit a number of months prior, the price of the inspection and the condition of the car when I picked it up....fresh wash job; looked like it had been detailed. I had the vehicle serviced at the same time; was able to use a discount coupon I had received from a Nissan dealer in Illinois where I had my previous vehicle in for emergency service.I experienced a starting problem with the Altima; needed to be jump started twice in two weeks. I suspected the battery as the problem but upon internet blog research I learned of another possible problem; failed steering wheel lock motor. I phoned the dealership late on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about the issue and was directed to Gene Meadows. Gene had several suggestions as to what I might check to try to pinpoint the problem. He provided his direct telephone number and asked me to call him Monday morning to discuss the issue again. It was not convenient for me to call Ken on Monday. He called my home to follow up on the issue. Meantime I had virtually identified the battery as the problem. We made an appointment to bring the vehicle in later in the week. Upon arrival Ken met me and started the procedure; Gene joined us and completed the paperwork. The battery was tested, electrical system tested and confirmed the battery had failed. At 21,700 miles and 29 months of service I left the dealership with a new battery at No Charge and another complimentary wash job. While I waited for the service I observed the service writers updating other customers as to the progress of their respective service issues. Gene kept me updated as to the progress on my car also.The appearance of the dealership, comfortable waiting lounge, friendly attentive sales people, excellent customer service and the delivery of more than I expected speaks very well for this dealership. I am a return customer

I drove by the Maxima on my way to Schomp BMW where I was test driving a 535 - the look of the car caught my eye enough to go online. I then through a low-ball offer out and it was professionally and tactfully rejected. After a test drive, some more homework, I engaged in a quick and painless round of negotiations with Greg and John. We were already at a fair price for the vehicle, so after minimal additional concessions I shook hands and picked up the car - it is a great vehicle. I think John crossed me up with some quick talking for a few hundred bucks at the end, so let him know I'll remember that on the next purchase and he can "owe" me one! I feel I got a great deal and that is a compliment, not a complaint - he's good and you guys have a great facility.JasonPS - Nick was extremely easy to work with in Finance - good experience there too

Gene greeted me right away when I entered the service area. Not finding me in the computer he set about getting me what I had come in for. He went over all of the areas the mechanics would be looking and what they would be looking for. Gave me suggestions for a foam rubber around the radiator that was falling apart. Showed me several items that would need to be addressed before winter arrives. I felt he was thorough without being pushy which means a lot to me.

What a bunch of liars!! Visited this dealer, met sales person and manager, got a good deal of new car price. They didn't want to tell me the interest rate for their financing option right away, so I went home. Got the APR info later that night, I came back to this dealer with my wife to make a purchase of this new car several days later because I had to be out of town for my job for several days.I communicated with this sales person several times to make sure that this deal is not a fake and I would actually come back to buy it.Well, I did come back with my wife, what we found was, " oh, that particular car with that price was just sold. Ones available is $2000 more." I was told a day prior was, several different vehicle with different colors available with that low price.We completely wasted our time and effort with this dealer. They never apologized nor follow ups either. Extremely disappointed.I will never, ever come back to this dealer and I will never recommend this dealer to anyone.

I bought two Rogues from Larry Miller in three months. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly and professional. I believe that Larry Miller is a dealership that should serve as a model for how a car dealership should be. I live within walking distance of the Nissan dealership on Arapahoe Road and I CHOSE to go to Highlands Ranch. If there was a do/don't training video for Nissan, these two dealerships could play the roles and Larry Miller is certainly the "do" dealership. I never felt manipulated or tricked during the purchase process so when I walked out the door, I didn't have any questions about my purchase. I knew I had the car I wanted, at a fair price, after a pleasant, fair transaction. That should be the goal of every business. I have already recommended the dealership and have told neighbors that it's totally worth the travel across town.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They do not finance the cars correctly. I recently bought a car from them. They did not process the paperwork and unfortunately a few days later i was involved in a terrible accident where the vehichle was totalled. They never turned in the paperwork so i did not have GAP insurance. One of their finance members named Roman told me to come in and purchase another vehicle so i could role the 7,000 i owed in to another car! I refused and they are now stating i never owned the car and i have two options. 1. Take made trade in back and they claim my totalled car on my insurance! How can they claim a car that i didnt own? Also they refused to give back my down payment. They told me they were also not going to pay off my trade in like they agreed and signed to do! Option 2. They would pay off my trade in and claim the other car on my insurance but since i didnt have gap i owe them the difference! Niether of these options are legal!!!!! I chose the first option and Matt another finance manager said he would return my car and my deposit and to return the next day. However the next day came and they never called me! When i called them they stated i could get my car but they are refusing to return my deposit! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR FINANCING TEAM!

Before i decided to go in to the larry miller dealership , I was backed up into a corner not knowing if i was gonna be able to get a car for my 5 month pregnant wife . We both have shared a car for the past two years, both of our work schedules worked out fine with me working the night shift and her working during the day . Now that she has gotten a new job offer her hours were gonna run into mine and one of us is gonna have to start taking the bus to work , of course i can't have my baby's mother taking the bus pregnant so that mean i would have to .So with that said i was backed into the corner with that situation and also my credit situation was horrible .But that all changed once i met tom and everyone else from the larry miller dealership , know i have a brand new car for my wife and i don't have to start taking the bus ! I really really appreciate everyone who helped me get into a vehicle and helped out my situation and also helped me out to start building my credit so i can live the best life i can ... I did not purchase my Juke from Larry Miller (when they were still in Englewood) because they could not get the color combination I wanted. When it came time to have it serviced, I checked with Nissan to see if I could still have it serviced at your new Highlands Ranch location, which is only 3 miles from me. No problem! I called and made an appt. for my annual service (I only have 2900 miles on it) and showed up promptly at 2 on Tues. 7/ 16. The first person who greeted me couldn't find my appt., but Jay took over, found it, corrected the spelling of my name and took care of everything in the most professional, friendly and helpful way possible. He answered several questions for me, since this is my first new car in 20 years. Great car, great service and a terrific first experience with Larry Miller's service dept....thanks to Jay Kettering.

The customer service has always been good. The staff is friendly and informed. However, I feel like they oversold me the extra insurance on my car. Also, the day I bought my car I realized after pulling out of the lot that they had given the car to me on an empty gas tank. I was tired after being there for hours and didn't feel like returning to track someone down for gas. I like my car, but I wouldn't necessarily encourage my friends to buy a car here.

I spend the better part of every month traveling for work. Ken Mack went above and beyond- ordering replacement parts and ensuring mechanic staffing in order to ensure that they could properly take care of the service on my Titan when I was home and available. We clearly stated what extras we DID NOT WANT, guess what they were on the retail purchase agreement but not on the vehicle. I will not recommend this dealer for purchasing a vehicle and recommend if you do read each line before signing any document. It probably will not be what was agreed to.

The reason I gave the 4 on overall experience is: I scheduled service (oil change) 4 days before I showed up for my appointment. After approximately 45 I was told that they did not have the oil filter for my car. I own a Lexus and I realize that this is a Nissan dealership, but I would think that you could prepare for my car in 4 days. I also know that it says allow 60 to 90 minutes for your service but I believe it could have been done in 45 minutes or so and not the 90 minutes that I was there.Thank You for the service on my car!Daren Debban

I did worry that perhaps this may not have been a good idea.....I'm so glad I was wrong!I have been treated great each time I have used Larry Miller Nissan, both at the former location and the new location! It's easy to make an appointment, I am greeted in a friendly, professional manner, and the work is done when they say it will be. They really went above and beyond this time, washing my car after the oil change! The lyingest dealership ever. The salespeople will tell you whatever they can to close the sale. Even outright lies. Unless you get it in writing, consider it bunk. Part of our decision to buy (2 cars, same day) was because he said they had plenty of free loaner cars when we come in for service. I came in for service and found out they have rental cars, not loaner cars. As you can imagine the manager already had a head start in not giving a care. Also the sales guy said the dealership would pay off our old cars. What he meant was they would sneakily hide it and roll it over into our new loan so now, by extension I'm paying on old cars that I don't even own anymore. Nice. I'm probably going to the BBB next about this outfit. And I will certainly notify Nissan about their practices too.

I enjoyed seeing your new facility. I did not wait while my car was serviced, but I see that the customer waiting area has all the amenities. I appreciate the use of a rental car. Ken Mack was friendly and helpful. I would have rated the "Quality of Work" Great, but my car still has a rough idle. This is not a problem with the 90,000 mile service I had done. My Altima is a 2001 model and it is not unexpected that there is some other issue we need to identify. I will definitely make another service appointment with Larry Miller Nissan to investigate this further. I probably would not rate "Price" higher than Good for a dealer because I know I will pay a premium for the work of a factory trained technician. However, I will gladly pay the dealer rates for quality work and if I am treated fairly.

Service was quick and easy. They were ready for me when I got there. The waiting room was clean and inviting. I do have an issue that needs to be addressed that they explained to me. I will bring the car in at a later date to handle this. They were not pushy and did not try to scare me into getting the work done. They explained the fees involved and let me make my own decision. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. I will continue to bring my car to Larry Miller for the remainder of the time I own my car. My experience with Larry Miller has been exceptional from the time I purchased my car throughout all my service appointments. I would not hesitate to recommend Larry Miller to anyone looking for a car or needing service.

I had service done on my Nissan Murano, and Ken was friendly, greeted me as I pulled in and had my service order in hand. We went over the visual inspection and he pointed out a few things to consider. He called later to add Brakes to my order and we did the brakes too. I did some of te stuff he recomended or pointed out but not all of it. I can't comment yet on the quality of work because I just had it done and don't know if it will last. It is working great currently. Overall my experience was great and I will be a returning customer.Jerry

I purchased a used 2004 Nissan titan from this dealership. The check engine light was on and the advised that the catalytic converters had gone bad and needed to be replaced. They said they were not going to replace them. I did not have to worry about emissions due to where I live so that was not a concern at this time. Two days later I noticed the transmission was acting funny and I was losing oil pressure when the engine was warm. I called them about it and they said to bring it in. I drove all the way back and they said that the bolts to the transmission box were loss so they fixed that and all was okay. They also said that the vehicle was running normal under factory settings. I asked how low of pressure does it get down to. They replied that they dont check the pressure they check the voltage and all was okay. Only Three hindered miles later there was a leak under the hood, also squalling noises, and the heater stopped working. At this time it was very cold out. I took it into a locale shop and they said that there was only water in the radiator and it froze. The radiator now has a hole in it and needed to be replaced. Also, the bolt to the alternator was loss which the fixed in time and it didnt cause any damage. Its like really why would you only put water in the radiator. This is a dealership. Please dont let this happen to you..

I bought a brand new car at this dealership which had multiple problems that I had not noticed when buying the car. I took the car into there service department to have the problems fixed. There were two window seals,the drive side window control panel, and the gas pedal that were supposed to be fixed. I was told that the parts would be replaced with new parts that they ordered. I actually waited 2 weeks for the new parts that they ordered. When they gave me back the car after all the parts were supposed to be replaced and fixed, none of the parts were replaced with new one. Before I took it in, I place little marks on all the parts that the told me that they ordering, to see if they really did replace the parts with new ones. I got the car back completelly dirty/greasy were they did the work. All the marks that I place on the parts that were supposed to be replaced were still there and there were now new marks that stick out on the door panel from them trying to fix it. This is a brand new car. The door panel around the controls is now loose a does not fit in right after they got done tearing it up. I talked to Pete Racich about the issues and he was rude about it and got a mechanic to go get the new window seal off a new car off the lot replace mine with them. While the mechanic was fixing the seals infront of me Pete Racich disappeared. So after a great deal a time went by and Pete would not come bad to talk to me. I found Mark Kline who claimed to be the top person to talk to about the issues. He took me into an office and treated me with no respect at all. He told me that they are getting a new facility worth millions from Nissan and that he did not care if I was satisified with their service department. He said to talk to Nissan about the problems- "REALLY". He then left to see what and why the service department did what they did to my car. 15 minutes later Mark Kline brings in Roman Gelfand into the office. Mark Klines first words are you need to find another dealership and then walks out of the office. Then Roman Gelfand tells me he is the one in charge and his decicsion was not to fix my car at that dealership and if i wanted it fixed then I have to go somewhere else. He reiterated that they do not need or care about my business. He was trying to intimidate me, almost like he wanted to fight me after Mark left and there was no one else around. I had to leave with them telling take my business to another dealership. I have never been treated with such disrespect, especially after spending $24,000 there. I will take there advice and go to a real service department. The brand new car that they sell seem to be the low quality and assembled poorly.

I had a scheduled oil change and Tire Rotation re Landcar maintenance along with a fog lamp and kick plate installation. Work performed was great re no oil spots, no issue re scratches etc etc. Time elapsed was 1.5 hours in and then out. Chris is an excellant sales person and I would buy another car only from him when I need to again. BUT the service department changed my oil and screwed the plug up some how so they put in an oversized plug which I knew nothing about until I went to Autozone. All I know is the oil was not leaking until the second time they changed my oil. Also when I called the service department just recently and asked them the price for just an O2 sensor for my Acura the service department said in a stern voice that he couldn't do that for me because they were a nisson dealership. The guy that sits to the right of the door as you walk in from driving into the service area. He said I had to see an acura dealership. He was so rude to me on the phone and didn't explain to me like Chris did when Chris called me to wish me a Happy Birthday. So now even though I was supposed to have a years worth of oil changes and I have only gotten 2 of them as i'm sure my oil will leak again if they change it for me. My husband had to fix it with JB weld to stop it from leaking.

I applied for the 2nd chance Colorado loan on Friday night and got a call first thing Saturday morning saying they could probably help me out. I am trying to repair my credit and was skeptical that they would be able to help me but I went down to check it out anyway. To my surprise Joe helped me get into a 2012 Nissan Sentra that I love so far! The only complaint I would have is that they could have been more clear about all of the details- I was a little star struck and when I left the dealership I realized that I wasn't even aware of the ammount they gave me for my trade - I feel like all of the financial details should have been clearly reviewed. All an all I would definately recommend going to Larry Miller Nissan - even if you don't have the best credit - give them a try - like me you might be pleasantly surprised!

I went there to trade in my 2009 Hyuandai for a Rogue and they put me in a 2012, plus gave me $10,000 for my trade when it had been in an accident. I'm currently still rebuilding my credit and that kept working with me until I was able to get to a payment I felt comfortable paying. I was only disappointed because there was no coffee made at 8:15am when I brought my PILOT in for an oil change. The service rep also mentioned that there were snacks, but I did not see any. Would have been nice to just have a little snack available for the kids. Again, overall fantastic experience. Just wanted to give honest feedback. Larry Miller Nissan has no idea what customer service is. There service department is unethical and can not be trusted to actually repair your car. Never mind the poor service and follow up you receive from the sales department. The service department informed me they had ordered a part that was supposed to be installed under warranty on the purchase of a new car. When I went to pick the car up the part was in worse condition then when I had left it. They informed they would order "another" replacement. After I pulled out of the lot I was able to determine the part had never been replaced. They have never called back (over 3 weeks) to let me know the new part is in, which according to their own parts department is at most a 5 day lead time if I wanted to purchase. The general manager I spoke with and was absolutely useless. This is my 3rd Nissan in 4 years and due to this dealership will be my last. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE THEY DON'T REPLACE PARTS WHEN THEY SAY THE DO!!!!

I've had problems with getting my car to start, normally I would take it to a different dealer to be fixed. Unfortunately the service had not been the best. I called different dealers about what the price might be to have my brake switch replaced, after calling numerous dealers and being disappointed with the price and lack of interest. I called Larry Miller Nissan and spoke with Michael J Fox, he was very helpful and more than happy to help me take care of the problem. Just great customer service!! It is so nice that when I go to start my car and it actually starts without any problems. Thanks again.

I took my car in for some service at a dealership down the street do to a fiasco involving a "so called" bumper to bumper warranty the repairs could not be done at the toyota dealership. I was at work and needed the car the next day, but thankfully, the people at Nissan were kind enough to go over to the other dealership and pick up my car for repairs. Thanks guys!(on an related note however, don't buy the extended warranty not because it isn't worth it, which is true, but because it is a huge headache to get it fixed) this is not a problem with this dealership, but really all the Larry H Miller brands.

I went to Larry Miller to purchase a Kia Soul. I was unable to due to my own credit problems, however, JP was able to get me into a 2011 Nissan Versa and I LOVE IT!! I told him I was looking for better gas mileage and to stay around my current car payment. I was able to trade in my 05 gas gussling Ford Escape and got into a gas loving Versa. I couldnt be happier. JP was AWESOME!! He was funny and made my experiance well worth the 4 hours I was there. I would recommend Larry Miller to anyone looking to get a new car!!

I bought a 2005 Impala from the Larry H Miller Chevy dealership over Memorial Day weekend. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the financing was excellent!! It turned out that after I got the car home it needed quite a few repairs. I called the dealership back and Ken Pfier, the manager, told me to bring it back and he would fix the things that were wrong. He and his staff did in fact fix all things that were in need of repair at no charge and even gave me a loaner car to use for six days while they repaired the car!!!! EXCELLENT staff and service!

I was not in the market for a new car, but a used preferably 2010 or later if possible. I was at the Toyota dealership next door, and Chris came out while we meandered over to the Larry Miller Nissan lot. He showed us a few cars, and then I test drove the '12 Versa. It was a solid car within my price range, with great gas mileage. Chris really worked with me regarding my trade-in and financing options. I wanted to walk away and use this offer as a baseline for shopping, however he was a great salesman. I drove away with this car and looking back I'd do it again. The whole experience was positive.

I am just very pleased with the Larry Miller Service department. They are the only ones who have worked on my 2009 Murano LE since I bought it. I am always confident that the work will be done right and that they will not try to sell me something I don't need. They are quick, timely and always return my car to me in the condition I left it. I take very good care of my crossover vehicle. It looks brand new. My father taught me to take good care of things and I take pride in how my vehicle looks. It is a delightful experience when I go there . . . rare in this more "me oriented" world. As long as they offer this 5-star service, I will continue to bring my Murano to them for any of my needs.

The quotes I received were more than double what other places charged for a tune up. Also had the dealer take a look at a broken hood release cable. The Rep claimed they had to remove some panels to take a good look at the cable so there was a $60 fee. I then spoke to the mechanic and he admitted no panels were removed as he could tell by eye balling it it was broken. The Rep admitted he was not truthful and quickly gave me the paperwork so I would leave the shop. Bottom line, the prices here are twice that of other shops and the Reps are dishonest.

At first I was wary of going to this dealership (because of negative reviews about Larry H Miller Auto Group in Colorado and Utah) But a friend convinced me to go because of the good level of service he received while purchasing his 2012 Nissan Juke.I ended up purchasing two new 2011 Nissan Murano SL's on 11/02/2011 and had a great experience at this dealership. While I can't comment on specific pricing given that my situation was unique (two vehicles, last two 2011 vehicles on the lot with GPS and SL package) I can say that the staff, service, and general price negotiations were well above expectations. I was able to negotiate what I wanted with little to no hassle. The sales manager "Florian Beta" and general manager "Kevin Deporter" where genuinely interested in earning my business relationship and not just on making a quick buck. I didn't even have to negotiate with a salesmen and then wait while they "talked to the manager" Florian introduced himself immediately and negotiated directly with me the entire time.I left the dealership, happy with my vehicles, happy with the pricing, and happy with the level of service. I will continue to go back to Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa for my service appointments for these vehicles. If you are interested in a Nissan vehicle and would prefer to deal with a sales staff (management especially) who look at the long term business relationship and not just the sale, then I suggest you visit this dealership. I am glad I did.

Again I was satisfied with customer service - friendlyness etc etc. Except that they did NOT tel me that my struts were bad and need to be replaced in the near future. The did call me about the power steering fluid and a brake light - whoopie. I was very disappointed that they did not go over the additional service that will be needed on the struts. This information was on the bill and I did not notice it but my husband did - I would have never been aware of the problem and it is my vehicle!!!!Tacy Harris

I have been getting my car serviced at Larry Miller Nissan since May of 2008. My vehicle has been well taken care of such that I have never had anything fail on the vehicle. All of my services have been maintenence services and I fully trust the service associates and the mechanics. Mike has always been super friendly and honest. I hope to continue to have my Nissan Altima for many years to come even though it is very close to the 100,000 mile mark. Thanks for all the great services provided!

While we appreciated that Kevin allowed us to test drive many cars, at some points we felt he was annoyed with us. However, if we're going to spend that much money on a car, we wanted to make sure it's everything we want. There were some points during the afternoon he came across a little arrogant and a bit brash. For example, when we referenced another salesman we met at a different dealership, he told us four times we were wrong and that that gentleman did not work for the dealership we said he did. However, Kevin was absolutely wrong and he shouldn't have told us we were and certainly not as adamantly and as pushy as he did.The kicker was during the financial process. We were lied to and told they couldn't give us a lease estimate without running our credit - that it was against the law. This is completely false. Every single other dealership we went to gave us the general lease option info without EVER asking us to give our credit info. It is most certainly not against the law. After obtaining our info to run a credit check, Kevin's attitude went a little south. Maybe it was just our imagination but it seems like this is when he started to pass a little judgment towards us. He told me my credit was in the mid 500s which was completely false. When I indicated there must be a mistake, he went to get the papers that showed my score and it was nearly 700. Quite the difference. Then when my husband was questioning the numbers he came up with on the trade, etc Kevin said "I can run the numbers any way I want." That may be but that statement is totally unnecessary. At one point, when we mentioned the numbers we were given by a local BMW dealer, he said "You'll never be able to afford a BMW." When we left, we headed straight back to BMW and bought exactly what he said we couldn't afford. Bottom line, Kevin Gaw was offensive and discourteous.

Larry Miller Nissan was the eighth and final dealership we stopped at while recently searching for a car to purchase. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff immediately caught our attention. There was absolutely no pressure tactics and we came back on a couple of trips to check out other models and make test drives. It was a real pleasure to work with the staff at Larry Miller, you can tell they really care about and believe in the Nissan product line. Brian Mandroian in particular spent quite a bit of his time with us making sure all our questions were answered satisfactorily, his biggest concern being that we would be happy with our choice. The guy who helped me was great! He went over and beyond what was required of him as far as my service appointment was conserned. He showed me features on my car, I didn't even know I had. Everyone I came in contact with that day and previous visits seemed happy to be at work and seemsed to enjoy their work. That means a lot to me because it appears that Larry Miller treats its employees and customers with respect which is important to me.

I was first contacted by Dave who was friendly, exceptionally responsive and genuinely seems to care about his customers. I met with Brian the following morning, due to Dave going on Vacation. Brian was efficient in showing me a model that he thought I'd be interested in. He was very thorough in explaining all of the features and answered all of my questions. Brian is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells.I was impressed that the dealership is friendly and it feels like they want you to know that they care. I've never been asked to go on a tour of the dealership and meet some of the staff and service members. The dealership is clean and almost everyone seems to enjoy what they do.

We had a couple of problems with our Nissan truck. We took it in for a diagnosis. When we took it in for the repairs that were needed they found a bigger problem. Because they didn't catch this problem the first time they gave me a great deal on the major repair. That is customer service! They have always been polite and quick. Both times for these repairs I had my car back before the promised time, with no unexpected charges.

Brian Mandroian is an amazing salesmen. I wasn't intending on buying a car until November when my brother in law could help me (as I am female and know nothing about cars I figured I would be taken advantage of). Brian knew this but still spent 2.5 hours with me test driving cars, going over prices and answering all my questions. Because he was so wonderful I felt comfortable purchasing the car on my own, which I did, and I love it! He made the whole experience very easy and I don't feel I got taken advantage of. He was very thorough and honest about everything. There happened to be only one car of the style I liked in the near by area and Brian and the staff spent three days pestering the dealership that had the car so that I could get it. I definetly recommend Larry Miller Nissan and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to buy a car from except Brian Mandroian!

Dave was very helpful from the very beginning. I was shopping for a car without my father for the first time and was not sure what to expect. Dave believes buying a car should be fun, not stressful negotiations. He acted on that belief, constantly answering my questions as well as my mothers. My 20 month old son was with me so when I decided on a car Dave and Paul worked quickly to get everything covered. They went over all my options with me and discussed pros/cons of different options. I would recommend the dealership on the sales, but I am a little iffy on the service. The part that I had installed was not to my expectations and I am very unhappy with it not to mention I was completely shocked when I found out what the final price was. I gave you a bad on the quality of service because they knocked out my air conditioning which caused me to miss a days of work to bring the car back and have them fix it. They were nice and offered me a rental car or a rid, but in the end kept me waiting and said it was a quick fix which makes me wonder how they missed it in the first place. Overall I am very unhappy with my experience since I had such a great time working with sales purchasing the car.

Again, I believe I receive a great value and great customer service at Larry Miller Nissan. I remember when I first came into the shop to get an additional key cut and the service advisor gave me a list of repairs that the car needed. I figured that this was a typical "dealer" up-sell and that I should be aware. When I took the car into a second shop, they mentioned the same problems and even though the shop was one of the discount repair joints, they were more expensive and they could not complete some of the repairs. From now on, I only use Larry Miller Nissan for my repairs. They offer great customer service, easy appointment scheduling, fantastic coupons that really save me money and competent repairs. I would highly recommend Larry Miller Nissan for Nissan repairs and service.

We went to Larry H Miller Nissan to take a look at the Frontier and Xterra. While we looked they offered to give us a no obligation appraisal of our Mercury Mountaineer we were considering trading.After driving both my wife and I agreed we like the Xterra better. At that point in time it was already 8:30pm, thirty minutes after closing. Even then we were not rushed to make up our minds. LHM made us a fair offer for the trade and gave us a nice discount on the Xterra along with a $500 gas card.The deal went just as it had been described when the paperwork was presented. They got us a competive rate (4.10%) and the payment was were we wanted. The Xterra was detailed and filled with gas by the time we were done signing!Probably the first time we have bought a vehicle and had a nice time doing it!Keep up the good work!

When I decided to buy a 2011 Nissan Maxima fully loaded with every bell and whistle possible a few months ago it became apparent rather quickly that the car did not exist in North America. Because I office out of Colorado Springs I began to visit Nissan dealerships everywhere from the southern part to the northern part of Colorado. Many salespeople and many dealerships had the opportunity to EARN my business, but only one stood out head and shoulders above the rest.From the first moment I contacted Larry Miller Nissan I have been nothing less than impressed. Dave Koprowski was prompt and courteous in his initial response and has been the consummate professional throughout the entire process. Kody May was also a pleasure to work with in every respect.A few weeks after special ordering the perfect 2011 Maxima from the factory things took a turn for the worse. The tsunami that hit Japan and the devastation that followed made it unlikely we would be seeing my special order vehicle stateside anytime soon. However, this was not about to stop Mr. Koprowski from delivering what he had promised. The very day that I was informed that it could be months before my new car hit the showroom floor Mr. Koprowski was able to locate an exact match all the way across the country. Within just a few short weeks, and ahead schedule I might add, I was driving away with even more than what was initially promised!Ill conclude by sharing that my profession requires me to travel the country training hundreds of business owners and sales professionals each week. This training embraces the philosophy of them conducting themselves with honesty, integrity, character and sales expertise based on high service, not high pressure. Dave was extremely attentive to my needs. From the moment I drove onto the dealership, he immediately greeted me and made me feel welcomed. He had me take a test drive, since I had never driven the vehicle before. He talked about features of the car while cracking jokes and making it feel fun. He found out my needs and made me feel valued as a customer. His priority was to meet my time frame and budget. He asked me if this was the vehicle for me and I knew it was. He immediately started on my paperwork. There was no hassel and haggering. I signed with-in 30 mins and was out with my new car. This has been my best car buying experience ever.

Highly recommend this dealership. I came in at about 7:15 pm and the staff stayed until the sale was complete and I was satisfied. My daughter and I left around 9:45 pm with a new Murano LE. Brian walked me through all the gadgets, as late as it was. One of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've ever had. Wish they could all be like this.

Again, my experience at Larry Miller Nissan went beyond my expectations. I wanted to buy my second car from Dave after my first experience and I am very glad I did. This did not feel like going into a car dealership to buy a car. Dave was not pushy in the least and was more than willing to help me find what I wanted. In the end what he found me was better than what I originally wanted and the price he gave me (with no haggling) was better than I expected. We need to get a used car for our daughter in the fall and there is no doubt where we will go to purchase it. I highly recommed Dave and Larry Miller Nissan (as well as Brian and Paul) to everyone who asks or indicates an interest in a car and I am not one to generally do much on reviews or recommending.

Every aspect of the experience was exceptional and I did not feel as though I had just bought a car as I have experienced before, which was normally unpleasant. Ive made two -on time- car payments and had my first servicing appointment! Words cannot convey how satisfied I am with the result of my purchase at Larry Miller Nissan Englewood. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. I recently filed bankruptcy thus I am trying my hardest to seek ways to re-establish my credit. I had received 11 letters for car offers, had 5 rejections, had 2 offers however the cars and prices that were offered were garbage. For whatever reason people treat you as though if your credit is poor, you dont deserve to have standards or as if you should just accept what is handed to you. Nevertheless, your dealership treated me like a customer and did in 6hrs what others didn't in my 6 week search.Me finding this dealership was purely by chance after an unsuccessful trail with the Larry M Nissan off of Colfax and Wadsworth and I feel like one of the luckiest people in Denver. I purchased my 2008 Nissan Rogue from a individual who originally purchased the vehicle from Larry Miller Nissan. There was one more free oil change left on the service agreement, so I took the vehicle in for the oil change. The staff was very friendly and accomodating of my schedule. I would continue to take my vehicle in for service to this dealership, but the location is not very close to my personal residence or my place of work, so I will probably not continue to take my vehicle in for service.

Every time I take any of our vehicles into this dealership, I am greeted quickly and friendly by the staff. They always make time to complete my service requests, even when I haven't called in advance for an appointment. The work is completed as quickly as possible, and I never feel I have to worry about getting ripped off like I have at other dealerships. The staff keep me informed of the progress of the repairs and are upfront about any costs that will be incurred.
