We've had a car service here many times I cannot explain the owners here they are so unbelievable and family oriented. We bought a car here just recently in fact we're driving it today and we are totally blown away and we always know that these people will stand behind every single thing they sell and every single thing they do thank you so much. If you're looking for a car don't look anywhere else on this to God my wife keep telling me to go here since they service our cars I try to find a better deal I tried I looked let me tell you don't waste your time come here first this is a family and it's definitely a family I would love to be in thank you guys so much for everything you've done for us.!

This is my second time purchasing a car from Landes Family Auto. There are so many places to choose from when looking for a car, but what mattered to me was the no pressure sales, quality cars, availability and professionalism. If you haven’t been to this dealership I would strongly recommend stopping in. Brent and Stacey are the owners and are friendly, knowledgeable and familiar with the cars they sell. They provide real advice, patiently answer questions and help tailor a good fit for you car needs as well as walking you through financing. I also can’t say enough good things about their mechanic staff. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable and upfront about any needs I have had for my car. My first car purchase with this dealership was as consistent as with my second. I would definitely recommend Landes Family Auto especially if you still appreciate a small family owned business with exceptional care and attention to detail.

Where do I even begin, I wish I could give 10 stars. Brent and his wife are an amazing duo and the honesty is 100%. The whole time I was going through the process of test driving and the sale itself , I felt like I was heard and did not feel like I was being pressured at all. Both went out of there way to make the whole process a breeze. I just asked out of curiosity if the car had a second remote start key and Brent said that it does not, but went out of his way to get the second key for the car. Usually when you drive a used car, you can feel that it's used in some way, but the 2011 Lincoln MKX drove amazing and mechanically sound. The backup camera was flipped upside down when I went to go test drive and I brought it up to him and he is getting it fixed right away. Not to mention, we had a trade in and he gave me a very good trade in value and even had his wife come physically down to my apartment to deliver the car and take my old one. The tank was also completely filled when I received it and the car was completely detailed from head to toe. He also had the oil changed and the alignment done. Down the road when it's time for another car I would definitely buy from Landes Auto Sales again. Absolutely amazing.

21 reviews (none of which I had seen prior to my first visit)! Two out of 21 were negative,,,,You do the math! I have NEVER had a better car buying experience. I had looked at a couple of used dealerships and the cars I looked at were "okay" for the price. I felt extremely pressured and was of course told I needed to leave a hefty deposit. That was NOT the case at Landes. As soon as I walked onto the lot, Kyle introduced himself immediately. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me a few in my price range, answered general questions, told me if I wanted to take any for a ride to let him know. He then left me alone, not alone in a bad sense....alone in an "I'm here if you need anything," no pressure sense. I test drove the car I had seen online and fell in love. I wanted to be certain and asked to take another for a drive. I knew however the first car was THE car. I told Kyle I was interested, but my financial situation was a little unusual. He explained he would do what he could to get me the financing I needed and that he would be in touch. I waited for the "You will need to leave a deposit in order for me to hold the car." Those words never came. He did exactly that. He contacted me the next day and said I was "all set." I returned to deal with the ever foreboding task of meeting with the "F & I" person. That too was an extremely pleasurable experience thanks to Dave. Bottom line is this.....From start to finish, best car buying experience EVER. Should I encounter any service issues, I will update my review. For now, I am beyond thrilled. Thank You Kyle and Landes!!!!

We were treated with respect and kyle did everything possible to make our buying experience go smoothly. We had also had a valve stem with air pressure sensor need to be changed and they took care of the cost for parts and repair. I highly recommend landes auto sales for your next vehicle purchase.

After a few frustrating months of searching for a used Subaru Outback I was ready to give up. I live nearby Landes and while driving by one day saw they had a few Subaru Outbacks on their lot. My fiance and I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and were greeted by Brent who I believe is one of the owners. I explained that I was on the market for an Outback and gave him my price range. There were 2 cars on their lot that we were interested in. Brent offered to let us go through the vehicles and let him know if we wanted a test drive and then went inside. I really appreciated the "no pressure" experience we got. We made a reasonable offer with the condition of a few minor cosmetic repairs and a thorough vehicle inspection from our personal mechanic. We had done our research on comparable vehicles from other dealers and knew our offer was very reasonable. Believe it or not they didn't attempt to counter offer and we agreed on the price we offered. That never happens! Brent and his guys agreed to bring the car over to our mechanic within 24 hours and to take care of the repairs we asked for. Over the phone I dealt with Kyle while he helped make preparations for registering and insuring the car - wicked nice guy. All in all it was by far the best car buying experience either me or my fiance have ever had. A few months later the car was producing an oil burning smell so we decided to bring it back to Landes for a diagnosis. Turns out the car needed both head gaskets, a very common problem with a vehicle of that year and mileage. I freaked because it wasn't going to be a cheap fix. Fortunately we purchased an extended warranty from Landes when we purchased the car and the repairs were MOSTLY covered, however there was about $500 worth of repairs the warranty didn't cover. I got a call from the service director after he spoke with Brent and Landes was offering to cover the cost of the repairs the warranty fell short on. I was astonished. I didn't owe a single cent! I'm forever grateful for the guys at Landes and will surely be returning for all my vehicle service needs as well as future car purchases.

Excellent customer service from day one. Set me up with financing through a local credit union, gave me a fair price on a nice low mileage car, even picked me up from the commuter rail station! Working with Brent, Adam, and Stacey has been a pleasure. All of the cars on their lot look very nice and appear to be later model, lower mileage cars. You can tell Brent does his research and takes his time finding nice cars. They agreed to fix up some minor repairs that my mechanic pointed out in a pre-sale inspection. I highly recommend these guys. Oh and they have a really cute kitty in the office. Thanks again! Brendan

I had a problem with the windshield washer on my 2003 Tiburon. Brent and Adam had the pump replaced at a time that was convenient for me. Read those last three words over again. "Convenient for me". I honestly doubt you could get better service at any other dealer.

I am always wary going into the car-buying process, but my husband and I truly enjoyed our experience with the Landes family. This is a true family-owned business who pride themselves on being honest. They have a really great inventory and the environment is friendly and laid back. We felt no pressure at any time, which is a first for me! Negotiating a price on the Volvo I purchased was not stressful at all, and Brent was very up front with us about every detail of the transaction. He made sure we made as informed a decision as possible. The purchase happened quickly and efficiently with no issues. Any time we had a question via email or over the phone, they always got back to us with answers right away. The car itself is great, very reliable, My husband manages an auto parts store, and when he went over the vehicle after we got it home, he was highly impressed with all the work that had been done. I highly recommend this dealer!

Dealerships that are far larger could learn a thing or two from Landes Family Auto! Very good work on the financing (the only delay was that the bank didn't know we were waiting). The best warranty ever on a used car (90 days, bumper to bumper). I wondered if the timing belt had ever been changed. They're going to do it Tuesday. Love the car (03 Hyundai Tiburon GT). Love the dealers (real people helping you). I'll recommend them to any car shoppers!

Good people. Straight forward. Very easy process from start to finish. No place is perfect and no used car is perfect but Brent Landes kept his word on all the things he said he would do and when an issue arose on our volvo s60 he took care of it and then some. I have no complaints and recommend anyone to buy a car or get service from them, especially a volvo.

Landes Family Auto is a quality businiess with quality cars. I purchased a 2005 Hyuandai and couldn't be happier. Stacey met me in Rhode Island so I wouldn't have to travel back to MA for paperwork. Not having ready access to a car at thetime, it was greatly appreciated. This is the type of customer service customers can expect. And a really great car.

I purchased a used car from Lades Family Auto Sales. I worked directly with the owners. They were very honest about what type of car was in my price range and didn't try to push cars on me that weren't in my budget. This was a welcome experience - especially being a woman. The car that I bought from them has been excellent. They put new brakes and tires on it before I took it home. My car runs great and I haven't had any issues with it in the year an a half that I have owned it. They are honest, considerate and only sell quality cars. I can easily say this was the best experience that I have had buying a car and I would recommend them to anyone!

Stepping into Landes Family Auto I was immediately served. Brent listened to all of my needs and requirements, asked me all the right questions, and from there, began showing me cars on their lot. He also made sure to give me the ups and downs of specific cars, both the ones they had on the lot and those that he did not have but that he would be able to procure. Once I settled on a vehicle the paperwork was a piece of cake and I had my car, detailed and inspected, within a few days.Thanks so much Landes Family Auto! Definite recommendation!

I was recommended by a friend who bought a car from Brent Landes. I am very glad he recommended me because I got a great Sonata at a great price and haven't had any issues with it. Brent and his family are not like your typical dealer or dealership. They are honest, hard working, business owners doing everything they can to do things the right way and make their customers happy. It makes for a terrific experience. My wife and I just picked up a Subaru outback that was in near new condition for a great price. The buying experience was easy and stress free, not like the dreaded used car buying experience we all dread. We highly recommend Family Auto to anyone looking for a great deal. Went in to look at a car which ended up having rust and a rust hole in the body (not in their many pictures) , no heat, no radio - definitely not as advertised. Asked if they would fix these problems and his response was asking for a deposit on the car. He explained it wasn't a priority and they weren't legally obligated. He was callus in asking what I expected for the money. Left without a car. Went elsewhere and bought a wonderful car without the hassle and attitude. Wonder how this company is after the sale?

Going to a dealership as a female is often a daunting and anxious experience in most places but not here. We went in, were treated more than fairly and did not get guilted into buying something or charged more than what it was listed for or treated like objects. We were treated like decent humans, allowed to test drive many of the cars (more than once), and the buying process was seamless and friendly. Even after we had the car for a couple weeks and there was a small issue, it was taken in immediately and looked at for no charge. The family cares about the cars they sell and they care about the people they service. If you need a car, go here!

I bought my two daughters their first cars from here. The owner and his family couldn't have been easier to work with both when we bought the car and after. It was an easy laid back experience and when my daughter forgot to put the gas cap on and the check engine light appeared two months after the lemon law expired, they fixed it for no charge and balanced my tires. I recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

They get you in the car real quick and pray it holds together. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR SELF! The owner thinks it is acceptable and normal to burn 2 quarts of oil in 200 miles..... WOW
