My car threw a belt on my way home from work, the guys at Laird Miller Mazda of Lawrence were great at getting it in and checked out. They had to keep it over night but had it fixed quickly the next day. They didn't try to pressure me into any other things. But were polite and professional. I would recommend them and their service department.

Christan was excellent!! I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else!! I had already been to 2 other dealerships and was treated with indifference. But at Laird, as soon as I walked in, Christan greeted me and did nothing but try to help and make me feel comfortable the ENTIRE time!! I would buy a car from him over and over!! I've already told my family and coworkers about my experience and will be encouraging anyone looking for a car to visit him imediatately!! Thank Christan!! I cannot thank you enough!!

Great experience overall. Guided me through the application process remotely, as I was driving from out of state. Arrived, filled out paperwork, left with a beautiful car. Won’t hesitate to do business at Laird Noller Mazda again.

A true gem of a dealership and service center! I had a sudden failure of my brakes 145 miles from home on a Friday evening. The service department found the problem quickly, gave me an accurate estimate, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get home safely and comfortably! My car was ready to pick up at the time they stated.

They didn’t solve the issue with the car and damaged the bumpers in the process, but their management was quick to fix and handled the issue really well. Overall good company just expect a long turnaround.
