Found my dream car ('15 Camaro SS LE1)....well second to the ZL1, but....at Koons through CarGurus. Made the trip from Harrisburg, Pa and dealt with Lamont. Lamont was very supportive of my (aggressive) driving habits through the test ride (even encouraging me to 'get into it'). After the test ride, Lamont worked with me and a sales manager to arrive at a mutually beneficial sale/trade. The sales team at Koons made the 2-hour trip from PA worth it. Plus the drive home was a lot of fun! I'll be looking at Koons first the next time I'm in the market for sure!

I dropped my jeep off last Monday to the Koon's in White Marsh and I had no idea how this was going to turn out because I didn't purchase my jeep there and it was extended warranty work. I was worried that my warranty wouldn't cover the rental car and the work being performed on my jeep. After Koon'so couldn't find out what was wrong with my jeep they had to take my jeep to a jeep dealer. Koon's realized that none of my work was covered by my extended warranty not even the rental I had been driving for over a week. They decided to absorb the cost for everything.. They could have forward that cost to me but they didnt. My service guy Eddie was by my side every step of the way. I was so impressed with the level of care they show customers. The service manager was excellent as well. I'm a jeep girl but with this experience I could be persuaded to buy a Chevy. Thanks for everything. One satisfied customer Ms S..Wilson!

We drove from Pennsylvania to Maryland for our 2016 Chevy Silverado LTZ. Our salesman, Eric King, had everything ready to go when we arrived. All we had to do is take it for a test drive and sign the papers. We cannot say enough fantastic things about this dealership. We highly recommend Koons to everyone.

This took me way too long to write but Dave Lawrence has sold two cars to us in the past few years (1 to me, 1 to my boyfriend) and I can't say enough good things. He didn't pressure us in order to make the sale and most importantly to me, I went to numerous dealerships before checking out Koons and he was by far more professional than anyone else I had spoken to at other dealerships in the area. In specific, if you are a younger female, chances are you might be belittled and asked if your father will be cosigning. Not with Dave, he was able to work with my budget and did not step over the line one bit. I am looking into trading my current vehicle and absolutely will try to go back to him. I also always recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to ask for him, so you should too! Thanks Dave!

Told sales Agent (Mr. Engleman) Upfront that I wanted to see numbers and rates as I was not sure of my credit rating and that I would need my husband as co-signer. He said that I was approved for a loan, but could not tell me how much. Told him I had a car that I would probably have to roll over into new loan, told me he only had two vehicles to sell me. Gave me a hatchback to test drive and said he would have numbers when I came back. Told him I was not a hatchback person. Told me I had a choice between two sonics, one white and one red (I really wanted a Cruze). Then he tells me that the bank won't approve the red one because it is a 2015. (even though new, he said bank considers it used.) still no numbers. When I finally (after 4 1/2 hours) tell him I need some numbers to look at, he shows me the top of my budget and states he only has 2 sedans on the whole lot that he can sell me. This is a new car dealership. I asked why couldn't I order a car if they didn't have any on lot, no response. He kept focusing on color of car, I wanted to know numbers. They gave me a very low value on my trade. I was just disappointed by the whole experience. I called another dealer, they told me to come on over, got a higher trade in for my car, got numbers and negotiated a deal after I left Koons, By the way I got my payments lower than I was paying currently for my car and only put $500 down. It is a 2016 Chevy CRUZE. So even though I had to travel a little further, I got the deal I wanted and the other car dealer went over and above to put me in this car, They said I drove a hard bargain but they weren't going to let me leave until they had done everything in their power to make me happy. Using the Koons White Marsh website, I located the used vehicle I was interested in, made contact with the dealership for a test drive and also did a financing application on-line. When I arrived at dealership, Graham greeted me and confirmed which vehicle I was interested in. After completing the test drive form, we went out to look the vehicle over and also checked out a similar vehicle that was on lot. Took a test drive, had my trade looked at, sat down with Graham to talk price and down payment and then went to the very nice waiting/lunch room while Graham talked with finance dept and manager. A short time later Graham came to tell me that I had been approved for financing (I do not have the best credit score) and he would come get me when finance guy was ready for me. In about 5 minutes Graham took me to see the finance 'wizard' Rodney. Rodney explained the features I was going to have with the financing deal,(ie: extended warranty and GAP insurance) and gave me the terms of the financing offer. I was amazed... literally amazed at how low my interest rate was. Rodney is definitely a 'financing wizard'! I signed all the forms to buy the vehicle and was told I was taking it home with me, something I didn't think would be possible. I met up with Graham again, to find he had moved my 2013 Buick Verano in Mocha Bronze Metallic paint, next to my 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser in Lt Almond Metallic, so I could empty my belongings into the Verano. After I finished doing that, Graham took a picture of me wiht my Verano, thanked me again for choosing Koons White Marsh for my vehicle purchase, then drove off with my PT Cruiser. As I sat in the Verano looking over the dash controls and adjusting the mirrors, it slowly sunk in... I had bought a new-to-me car in about 4 hours. Not only that, but I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a vehicle and was walked through every step of the process with full understanding of each step along the way to ownership. My experience with Koons White Marsh was a very friendly one, where the buying process was very smooth and the staff worked for me, to get me into the vehicle I wanted. It doesn't get much better than that. KUDOS to Graham, Rodney and the Koons team for making mine a very friendly, smooth buying experience! Have already recommended Koons White Marsh... and especially Graham and Rodney... to friends.

STAY AWAY!!!! JERRY THE MANAGER IS THE WORSE BUSINESS MAN THAT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!! THEY PUSHED FOR ME TO TAKE THE CAR THAT DAY WITHOUT GETTING ALL THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK. THEN HARRASSED MY FATHER AND I FOR TWO WEEKS. HE HUNG UP ON ME ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASSION. THEY GAVE ME THE ULTIMATE RUN AROUND. IN CONCLUSION AFTEE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU ARE NO LONGER VALUABLE TO THEM. I took my 2013 Malibu in for a fluid leak, Stabilitrak light on and the ABS light on. I received a call from the Parts and Service Director at Koons Chevrolet advising me that due to low customer satisfaction ratings I gave the dealer and the vehicle they would no longer be able to service my vehicle. I advised the director that my issues were more with the vehicle than the dealer and I made that point clear on the satisfaction surveys but he said that still reflects negatively on the dealership. He said it also negatively impacts the dealers ability to provide quality customer service to the rest of their customer base. Several of the problems with the vehicle could be warranty repairs and still the dealer is refusing to service the vehicle. Refusing to perform potential warranty repairs and turning a vehicle away with possible safety issues or major mechanical failure is in no way providing quality customer service. Now the problem is not only with the product but the dealer that services or refuses to service the vehicle. I have never been so unhappy with a product or service facility in my life. I have attempted to stay loyal to Chevrolet but I cant any longer if this is how they treat customers.

I was looking for a very specific used vehicle. Even though it was a different make than the dealership, Hani was still knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was securing outside financing and they had no issues creating the paperwork and holding the vehicle until I secured my check. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I was in and out within 15 mins. I noticed that the vehicle was missing floor mats and Hani brought me a set free of charge. I was not buying an expensive car yet they still took adequate time to meet my needs. I highly recommend Koons and Hani in particular.

I had the worse experience at Koons. First they put me into a car that I hate. after the second day of having telling my sales guy that I hate it, they say there is nothing he can do. So much for that "7 day guarantee". So I gave it a month, still hating the car I called my sales guy saying that I got a promotion at work and really want to get me into something I love! Well once again, their saying there is nothing they can do. Come to find out, they not only lied about my income to the bank and not tell me but also snuck in a warranty in my contract when I told them I did not want it there. I contacted the director of Koons,Sherry and she said they would do whatever to make me happy, and to come up and speak with the manger Nick since she wasn't going to be there. I go there and they basically push me out the door. Obviously they don't know what they're doing nor care about their customers, they just want that sale and nothing else. It's ridiculous and sad. My whole family has came there and bought over a handful of cars. I truly lost my faith with Koons and will make sure my family, friends & I never return. I had my 2015 Duramax in for a warranty repair and a couple of recalls. Everyone was friendly (even remembered my first name when I walked in to pick up my truck) , and the whole process was very smooth. I dealt with Charlie in Service and he called me when he promised and kept me up to date. They even brought my truck around front after I checked out. Very good service from everyone I met! I'm very impressed!

I live in another state, but was very particular about the used car I was searching for. After an online search, I found it at this Koons location, and salesman Eric King was quick to respond to all my questions and requests for photos. When it came time to close the deal, Nick T. made the right tweaks, and was very helpful afterwards. Lastly, Janene Webster kept me informed throughout the wait for my documentation to arrive. I was quite nervous buying a car sight-unseen, but this team did everything I needed to get it done right !

Referred here by "Auto Credit Express". Had a appointment with "Nick", but was handed off to a horrible salesman, "Rodney". Rodney took a photo copy of my license and we waited for the appraisal of my vehicle. A few moments later, Rodney comes back and puts my keys in my face, I was sitting and tells me, "I can't help you bro"...I thought he was kidding, due to his lack of professionalism and courtesy. So I said, "oooook...why not?". He told me I owed too much on my car and I was so disgusted...I walked out. Little did he know that I had $8300 to put down on it. So I went across the street to CarMax and drove away with a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra. Keep up the good work Rodney...BRO!!!

I took my parents to Koons in White Marsh last week. Their car was totalled in an accident, and they needed a car fast. We worked with Candice Frisby. What a great experience! My parents are in their 70's and were really unsure of what they wanted. They were also working with a budget. Candice showed such patience and empathy while working with my parents. She wasn't pushy and made them and me feel super comfortable. Jerry, the sales manager also did an excellent working with my parents. Everyone in the dealership was friendly. My parents left the dealership with a car that was the right fit for them. I can't say enough about Candice's professionalism and the wonderful way she interacted with my parents (and myself)----TOP NOTCH!!!!!! :)

Spoke to Brian Hastmann about an Issue with my 1997 K1500 that I thought might be Fuel Injector related. I wanted Koons to diagnose the problem and report back to me. The next day Brian Hastmann called to confirm the Injector was at fault. He presented me with 3 options to get the Issue corrected.One option was a cleaning that has an 80% success rate, but was the least expensive. The second Option was to replace the Failed Injector which would solve the problem. The third Option was to convert from CPFI (SFI) to MFI which was discussed in a Technical Service Bulletin Issued by General Motors. I chose the Third Option. While Koons was Diagnosing my Truck they performed a major Inspection and had some suggested repairs. Brian was very Professional. He discussed each repair with me in detail and together we weighed the need to take immediate action or if the repair could wait. I authorized some of the repairs as I knew the Truck had other Issues being 18 years old. I have been driving the Truck for 2 weeks now since the repairs were made and I couldn't be more satisfied. The Truck runs like new again. Everything is so expensive these days but I don't mind paying what's fair especially when the work is done right and done right the first time. I recommend Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh 100% and Brian Hastmann as the go to person for all your service needs. I don't know the Mechanics Name (Tech 193) that worked on my Truck, but he obviously is a Great Mechanic and treated my Truck as if it were his own. Thanks to everyone!

I drop my car off on Tuesday night for p/u for the next day. Within half hour Tuesday night I got a call telling me that I had a nail in the side wall of my tire. I was so happy they took the time to really look at my tires to make sure they would be in good shape. My car was ready by 9:30am Wednesday morning. That's what I call good service. Every time I take my car in for service I get good results. I have no complaints.

I am disgusted with the service. First of all a money order was stolen out of my car and my door was broken in the process of getting my recall fixed. I plan to sue this company. ASAP. Service Advisor was a Randy Harris and I am absolutely disgusted.

I will NEVER EVER be buying or EVER recommend anyone to buy from this dealership! I bought a 2005 Chevy Silverado that looked to be in mint condition but turned out to be horrible. I drove it home from the dealership the day i bought it and first the ABS light came on and my anti lock brakes began locking up. Then 6 days after i bought it i pulled it into the driveway and it was spewing antifreeze all over the place and i had to get it towed which coated me money and it turned out to be a water pump which the dealership only wanted to cover half the payment which was 500 dollars.Then a week after that one of my front ball joints completely sheered off and my whole left wheel was up into the fender and caused lots of damage, again had to be towed and this time all the way back to there dealership where after talking with them they fixed and paid for it. Now a month after i have had the truck its back in the shop and needs over 1,000 dollars worth of work including 2 inner tie rods a steering shaft and a component for the ABS system, which they told me they basically want no part in and will not help me with the costs. When i had bought the truck they claimed that it was Maryland inspected which means it should be safe to drive, however my mechanic who is a Maryland state inspector says that by the looks of this truck it should have NEVER passed Maryland inspection! STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership they're out to take your money. I am still paying my truck payments and multiple mechanic bills for this stupid truck i should have never bought. PLEASE take my experience and go somewhere else!

Found a used 2008 Yellow Pontiac Solstice for sale at Koons Chevrolet in White Marsh, MD and arranged to meet with Lamont that following Sat. Ended up getting the car and after leaving the dealership noticed a few issues with the car that I had not noticed when I test drove it.Spoke w/Lamont & Tim and after a few trips fixed all the issues and the car is running great. I would highly recommend everyone buying a car whether new or used from Koons. Their customer service and expediting repairs is 100%. I wasn't really a Chevy person, until I met my wife and she had already had a cobalt from Koons. I used to take it in for her to get service done for it and I was so impressed by the way the service dept always treated me, I decided that my next car will come from Koons. When I got the new car, is when I met Brian and he is just wonderful. He will keep me updated, if I need anything I know I can just call him. I think it pretty cool how a dealership as big as Koons as this one on one service. Keep it up guys!

I worked with Steve twice. The first time I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I was assigned to him when I walked in. The second time that I met with him, after making an appointment, I was in the dealership for less than 15 minutes. He promised me something fantastic when I came back the second time. He failed to provide the something fantastic and he failed to take note of what we discussed when we had initially met. I left with a 30 minute trip out of my way to see nothing. He tried to sell me the exact opposite of what we had discussed. Dan Hassleberger was fantastic. I visited the service department to get my remote keyless entry programmed and he did it promptly. He was polite and personable and was sure to make sure that I felt comfortable. I will definitely revisit the service department at Koons.

Picked up a slightly used Ford Mustang a couple of days ago, best car buying experience I've ever received. You can't find a better sales person than Gary Harris. All other members of the team at Koons White Marsh Chevrolet were the greatest. As a 25+ year military vet who has car buying experience throughout the US and overseas, I have to say that Gary is the best when it is that time to make your decision on purchasing a vehicle, makes you look forward to the day when you have to go back for another car.

Koons is the best dealership ever! Lamont, our salesman worked with us but did not pressure us in any way and that's why we bought a car from him. Todd also worked with us and got us excellent financing so we could get the car we wanted. Also Bruce & Erik in the parts department was great to deal with. I highly recommend Garry Harris. I went in there with five cars picked out that I was interested in and I came out with my first choice. The whole team there is friendly. They really work with you and whatever situation to get you in a car. This is my second car purchased through Mr. Gary Harris. He is very friendly and keeps you updated with everything thats going on. Also, Mr. Todd Comstock was very great at helping get this deal done. I know it was a little hard but thanks for all of your efforts at Koons. If in the future I need another vehicle I will be back. My deal was done within a weeks time. Thats great to me cause I have purchased vehicles from other places and they have you sitting around and come back with nothing!!!! My Husband and I just bought a brand new 2013 Chevy Cruze. It was surprisingly painless! The customer service at Koons was the best I've ever dealt with. We got the car we wanted at an excellent price! It was absolutely a very positive experience! They even entertained my 4 yr old and he had fun while we were there! I was impressed :)

I came here in 2005 and purchase a Suv, and I was ready to get out of it. I thought I was going to trade in for another used car. I'm so glad I came to Koons Chevy at White Marsh on The Memorial weekend Steve V. and Nick T., made it happen for me. I drove away in a 2012 Chevy Malibu. I was so happy. Wow Impressed with the Fast and professional Service. My husband 1999 Chevy Suburban came into the shop on Monday and was back in my driveway on Tuesday! We knew we needed several things done brakes, air conditioner and while we were there an oil changed too. Thanks to Brian Hastmann and the service team for the quick turn around and the great job on the repairs. Service that was easy!

My time at Koons was awesome! My experience from the time I walked in until the time that I left was great. Lamont was the best sales associate ever. I purchased a 2011 Tahoe Koons. Darryl Jacks made every effort to find the exact vehicle I wanted and he didn't complain at all when I kept changing the color I wanted. He found the truck in Delaware. He personally went and picked it up the next day. I absolutely love my truck. I have had the truck in for service a few times. Some normal maintenance, and some warranty repairs. No matter what the issue, the Koons service department has taking excellent care of me. Every time I am in the dealership, Darryl takes the time to come over and speak with me and make sure everything is good. Everyone seems to go out of their way to make sure you have as pleasant an experience as possible.When I am in the market for another vehicle, Koons is my dealership, and Darryl is my salesman.

We purchased our 2006 Trailblazer used from a different dealer but not happy with their service department. Having had several opportunities to work with Brian and the team at Koons we have been thoroughly impressed. Any problem we have faced with the vehicle has been repaired quickly and on several occasions, including for our most recent visit, the problem was related to a special notice or recall that we had not been aware of prior to the service department notifying us when it was time to pay. Costs have been reasonable, but more than that, the customer experience has been exceptional. When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, the first and last stop will be Koons White Marsh Chevrolet!

Getting another car had become a necessity at this point. I dreaded going because mostly everyone has the notion that buying a car is a long, painful process! The moment we stepped on the lot we was greeted by Lamont whom was very personable. There was a few minor glitches in the beginning but they were promptly handled so that made the feeling if apprehension resolve quickly. The transaction of purchasing a car was smooth sailing. So just when you think you're done....finance department! I was comfortable from the moment I walked into Chrissy's office. That to was a smooth sailing process. The staff greeted each person with a smile, the showroom/bathroom was very clean and accomodating, and i left with the car I came for in 4 hours!!!! What a good experience to share with those that are apprehensive about dealing with Koons. A big thanks to Koons for a great car buying experience!

I needed to buy a car. I didn't want to buy a car but I had to, so I went into Koon's Chevy because it was close by and I knew someone who worked there. I ended up having the absolute best car buying experience ever. I got a vehicle that I really wanted at a reasonable price. The finance department took what could have been a difficult situation and made it work out very favorably. In the past, I've gotten used to not being able to get what I want, not getting as good a deal as I could have and being saddled with a payment that was higher than I was looking for, all with the feeling that I had to really watch what everyone was doing in order to make sure that I didn't get taken advantage of. At Koon's, I got straight answers and a level of transparency that I've never gotten in a car deal. Actual customer service has become rare but I got a good does of it at this dealership.I'll be back when it's time to purchase again and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I have no credit and could not get approved anywhere! After several calls with kathy I went in to meet with alanzo but he was gone for the day. Nick stepped in and took some info from me and asked that I fax him pay stubs in the morning. He called me the next day when he had not received them by 9 and asked me to fax them. That after noon he called and told me my car was ready. I had not even looked at any cars....I met him after work and a car that was perfect for me and my needs was there. I fell in love with my Malibu on my test drive and cried when I signed. I then took my car in for an oil change and was greeted by an equally amazing service dept Ken is my contact there and takes my calls on the car is "making this noise" and always takes time to talk me thru it. Love these guys and look forward to future relationship with them.

This dealership is so bad at pre sale, I cant even imagine dealing with them closing a sale, and for service after the sale.After 4 differnet WOW sales prices that kept going higher I realized this dealership and sales team could not be trusted. They ducked my questions on how they were calculating prices. They gave me one quote that was so low that I figured they were just trying to lure me in to then change the deal in person. When I pressed them about those numbers and that I would be driving 3 hours they confessed that the low pricing was for a different suv. The final quote was their highest one I got of the 4 quotes. The worst part is I got better pricing than their final price from 2 other dealers with less work. Dont waste your time with Koons.Anytime a dealer advertises a suv for 53229 online, tells you you can have it for 51500 but in the end then tells you the best price is 55760, that a dealer that likes to play games.Take your money and run. I am taking my $60,000 suv purschase somewhere else.

I went to Koons on a whim; originally planning to visit CarMax next door. I'm glad I turned left! As soon as I pulled up, Joe greeted my husband and I warmly and was very helpful, but not pushy. The process to value our trade was quick and easy, and they offered us more than we expected for our trade. Everyone worked as a team (sales, finance) to get me the deal I needed and I walked away pleasantly surprised. Upon having my first service appointment, I was contacted daily with progress reports and treated with the best customer service from any dealership to date from which I've purchased a vehicle. The other dealers might offer "no hassle pricing", "free manicures", etc...but none of them exceed the customer service, friendliness, knowledge, and efficiency of Koons! I will definitely return for another purchase and recommend to others.

We purchased a used 2008 Suburban from Koons Chevy in White Marsh in August of 2011. We were met originally by an extremely friendly salesman named Dave Lawrence. He made a real impression on us because of his sincerity and non-pushy attitude. We told him what we were looking for and he said that he would look around for us and give us a call if he found anything. A few weeks later Dave called us with the car we were looking for. The price was very reasonable and the car was beautiful. We fell in love with it and with the help of Dave, bought it. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable but more inportantly, genuine. For anyone that has been looking for a vehicle, we all know that quality is hard to come by. I spoke with sales rep Armando who new i was driving from VA to MD. The car i was going to look at was sold the night before I got there however no one called to tell me. I was on the road two hours before they opened and had to call myself to have a different sales associate tell me it sold. Armando called 45min later to say it sold but we have another one exact same thing, I get up there 5 hours later to find out it wasnt the same thing and it reeked of smoke. I decide to look at a different color which had not arrived yet but according to Armando it was supposed to be there hours before hand. The car shows up 2 hours late after Atmando and Samuel give me the run around about where it was. So basically my day consisted of lies, lies, and inconvienence. I get on the rd to see 50 miles later my tire low pressure light comes on. If my car was inspected properly this wouldnt have happened. I call the next day concerning this to be told by another manager Tim that they do not do full inspections they just look over everything. So what does this tell you about the used cars that leave their lot? Because of this I had to come back to VA and get a full state inspection completed at my own expense because the state inspection tag on the car was dead as of 10/11 although i bought the car in 11/11. The car was to be cleaned by what they claimed was a professional although he must have convienently forgotten to clean the inside roof of the car I was so disgusted at that point and not to mention it was 6pm I was just ready to leave. Rediculous triflen people who work there. I must say Armando did try on certain issues such as trying to get the car their however I believe they all were up to no good just trying to make a dollar, although I missed work at my full an part time job because of the inconvinence they caused me. I have the car but cannot enjoy it because I am so livid at how the situation went down and nothing was offered to help make it better except a paid lunch that they never paid for. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. Unless you have all day and are willing to deal with that type of customer service.Since I bought my vehicle I had to return to Maryland to have my door panel replaced. Although it was a hassle, General Sales Manager Samuel understood the inconvenience and worked with me as far as having me return to the dealership at no cost to me. The panel was fixed correctly, my car was cleaned, and my gas tank was filled up. So in addition to my last review I would like to say that I am pleased with the effort put forward to make me as a ccustomer happy. As far as recommending this dealership I would recommend it to local residences.

I was in the market for a used truck, and decided to just check out what kind of inventory Koons had in stock. Upon arriving(at about dusk may I add), my wife and I were greeted by Dave Lawrence, whom which was upbeat, personable, and friendly. Dave went to great measures to figure out the some after-market additions (a remote start,and hard tonneu cover), and when I told him don't worry about it, he stopped me and said no, we are going to figure this out(even with our time constraint at this time). A statement like that let me know I was in good hands, and I bought the vehicle that night!Within a couple days the door handle broke,and I received a prompt appointment with Brian Quinn (a very courteous and PROFESSIONAL service rep.), in which it was fixed the next day. Unfortunatly on my way home, I had noticed another issue which was fixed in the same timely manner. Upon receiving my vehicle this time, I have to say I was very dissapointed/angered with the craftsmanship of the repair. I took the vehicle back immediatly.Upon arrival I had immediatly asked for a manager, and I was introduced to John Wyant. I expressed my displeasure with what had been done to my vehicle (and maybe I wasn't that nice);John did not break composure and maintained his professionalism.John assured me everything would be taken care of, and even with the needed staff unavailable, John attempted to correct some of it himself, while I was making an appointment to correct the problem (that's customer service).While my truck was being fixed, I had a misunderstanding with the service manager on how the issue was being handled, and it went back and forth. This is where Sam Somaribba (sales manager) comes into play. At first I was apprehnsive, thinking he was just some pretty boy car salesman, but I was actually taken back by his knowledge on my situation. Sam and I talked briefly, and he just bluntly told me, I take care of my customers don't worry, it will be taken care of(thanks for taking care of me). Much to my surprise when I picked my vehicle up I was totally satisfied with the work, and they teven used Factory parts, not some cheap OEM knockoff. Bottom line is that when the tough got going, the going got tough. Koons realized the misunderstanding, and were more than willing to correct the mistake.

First of all the General Manager was outstanding. He was very friendly, patient and applied no pressure. He and Darryl took care of the deal which also helped to minimize the wait....know body likes to wait although we all know its not a 5 minute process. The dealership/Sam was also very fair with my trade in....I needed help and they were there to help me. It was truly great customer service, they wanted to ensure I was happy with what I purchased and the service I received. I will make sure everyone I know is informed of the type of service I received.Thank You!

My overfall experience with Gary was awsome He is a friendly well educated salesman. He went out of his way to make my deal happen. The test drive was great interstate, back roads, parking lots close to a 30 mile drive. I knew the Cruze was my car of choice when I returned to the dealership. I've never been more welcomed at a dealership than I was at Koons and by Gary. A+++++ I recomend this dealership to all my friends.

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze (red) and my son purchased Chevy 2012 Cruze (white). Randy was friendly not pushy, he LISTENED to what I wanted, he was knowledgeable about the product, from paint colors have different cost, to the technology that was installed in the vehicle. Christine (financial associate) did not pressure me to add extra warranties and was extremely empathetic, courteous, and polite.The Grand Finale is: in less than 3 hours my son and I drove two new Cruzes home with a full tanks of gas, cars washed and our first oil change is on the house.

The customer service at Koons Chevy at White Marsh was exceptional, professional, beyond my expectation. I just came in to view a few trucks but because of the outstanding customer service by Kelly Paris I purchase a truck. Kelly was very versed in the business and left me with none of my questions unanswered. My name is John and I am from Africa. I have never bought a car before and so, this was my first experience with KOONS at White Marsh, MD. I can certainly assure you that it was a great experience at both professional and personal levels! The Customer Service was great. Be sure to be contacted in less than an hour as soon as you inform them that you need a car. My wife and I felt respected and cared for beyond our expectations. Trust me on this:I spent there over 5-6 hours, enough time to justify my observation. Did I say 5 6? Oh yeah, My credit score had a few issues. I had a short credit history and a low credit limit. There seemed to be little hope on our side but Joe Zumbo one of KOONS sales representative and a very enthusiastic gentleman told us not to worry. He promised us that he was going to do everything possible to get us the car we wanted with good terms. Him and his colleagues worked so hard and they kept me informed at every level of the process. KOONS at White Marsh, MD is trust worthy. I have heard stories about people being tricked into yoyo financing and stuff or ending up with a sub standard car. I bought a Saturn Vue 2007, everything is just as they said it was. They take care of everything to assure satisfaction. 100% Inspection, Registration,car title, financing, car wash and servicing all in one place. I thought this was awesome. Just drove off with my new car and they took (or had taken) care of everything. I was told and advised on what to sign on the contract. When I went home I reviewed the contract and it was perfect! First I want to apologize for the lengthy review you are about to read, but when you have a story as awesome as mine you just have to share it with the world.My wife and I purchased a used 2006 Durango from Koons in May of 2010. We found the vehicle online and called the dealership for more information. From the very first phone call, it was apparent that the sales staff were genuinely concerned with providing outstanding service. It's about a 100 mile drive for us from DE to Koons in MD so, needless to say, we had high expectations walking through the door. The Durango was well equipped with lots of options and the service department had made all necessary cosmetic repairs and even installed 4 brand new tires. It was also priced well below what we are used to seeing in our area. Even with our "not so perfect" credit, the financing department went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal. Just over a year later all 4 tires became defective from the manufacturer. I called the dealership, spoke with Tim Berg, and asked if he could offer any assistance. Tim pointed me in the right direction and even emailed the tire manufacturer on my behalf. After weeks of dealing with the tire manufacturer, I called Tim again to see if he could provide proof that the tires were new at the time of purchase. A day or two later Tim called to inform me that he had searched through old service records and found what I needed. Thanks to Tim and all the wonderful folks at Koons, I will be receiving a refund in the amount of $382 from the tire manufacturer. Never in all of my many car buying experiences have I dealt with such an extraordinary group of people. Especially since these most recent events, my wife and I have made it our mission to let everyone that even mentions buying a car know that for the absolute best in sales, service, and affordability no one holds a candle to Koons. Thank you Koons for all you do and a special thank you to Tim Berg who has definitely went well beyond the call of duty for me and my family. We will definitely be making all of our future purchases, new and used, at Koons. I can only hope that this message reaches the masses and sends many customers to Koons.

This is the 5th Vehicle that we have purchased from Koons Chevrolet and would definitely recommend them. But our experience this time on a scale of 1-10 was a 15. We met with Gary Harris, the sales consultant and immediately felt that we were with the right man for this job. We were up front about what we expected and he went over and above to deliver. Gary understood what we wanted, and was determined to get it for us. I truly felt that he cared about us and not the deal. As I said, we would definitely recommend Koons, but when you walk in ask for GARY HARRIS.

Thanks to the Dennis and Lindsey at Koons Collision center my car looks like new, the work was on time and amazing. My 8 year old car was the training car for two teens and had accumulated lots of scrapes and dents over time and was looking old. I expected Dennis to repair the car but I didnt know they could make it look like new. I was excited and proud to drive it again.

First, I want to thank Randy my salesman for his professional service in working with my wife & I getting us into the car we really wanted. Even with not so perfect credit, Randy worked hard to get us into the vehicle we truly wanted. After a few days, we noticed a slight problem with the vehicle and was directed to Tim Berg the sales manager. Tim really listened to our concerns and immediately made arrangements to have the car fixed at Koons' expense with no questions asked. I've purchased several vehicles over the years from many dealerships and I have never felt as good with any dealership as I do with Koons Whitemarsh. Not only did Tim Berg help us, he followed up with my wife and I with our vehicle. I'd refer friends & family to Koons & they will be my lifetime dealership. These gentlemen couldn't have been nicer, and they were nice in a sincere way not just to make a sale. They bent over backwards to get me the specific car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I say they got me a "specific" car because the model year is drawing to a close so they had the car I wanted delivered to White Marsh, MD from Lumberton, NC!If the Service Dept. does as well as the Sales Dept., they will have a customer for life. The staff actually made spending thousands of dollars a happy experience.

The car buying experience can be major drudgery...something to despise. Not at Koons Checy in Whitemarsh MD. The salesman Ryan was friendly, outgoing, knowledgable, and honest in his discussions with me about the 2011 Malibu I bought. My credit isn't the best but the secured a 6.9% rate for me and this enabled me to buy a new car versus a used one. Ryan and Tim worked this out and Mr. Stack wrapped it up. I will recommend Koons Chevy to my friends, family and colleagues at work as the place to go fo an honest deal!Jim Vivian

The steering on my vehicle went out and I had it towed to Koons Chevrolet for an appointment early the next day. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and the work they did was top of the line. My only complaint is that I needed to call repeatedly to find out the status of the vehicle and when it would be done. A call from them during the three days my vehicle was in the shop would have really been appreciated. Overall I was satisfied with my experience with them and I would recommend other customers.

I was approached immediately as I enter the showroom. The salesman listen to my questions and did not try to influence my decsion. I originally was looking for used but opted for a new vehicle, after David pointed out the pros and cons of each.Chuck came over to close the deal offering different ways to purchase the vehicle. Again he did not try to influence my choice, he just presented my options. I did not feel any pressure to purchase and would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family. Also by the time I had finished siging the paperwork. My car was cleaned and filled with gas ready to go! Now that is service.

Debbie was my fist point of contact. She was very professional, quick to respond to my requests and got us set up with a test drive all in the same day. Randy Law was great and an above outstanding salesman. He was beyond knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He made us feel very comfortable and offered suggestions without pressure. Sheri was more than accommodating and assisting with processing our finance documents. She worked efficiently and expeditiously. Having a Camaro of her own, she shared her great experiences with the vehicle - wish we greatly appreciated.I will definitely recommend Koon's White Marsh Chevrolet - but mostly will tell others the great experience we had thanks to the above persons.

They are friendly, fast, and helpful. Tim Berg is very knowledgeable and makes the experience, a pleasurable one. I had no issues with the buying and process and when I brought my car back in for maitenence it was covered under the warranty. All experiences have been good to date.

This is a great dealership to work with! In this economy, you need a dealer that will keep your interests in mind and give you the best bang for your buck. This is what they did for me. I have had some bad experiences buying cars, this was by far the worse. We were looking an inexpensive used car, found one in Koons inventory and called. Wayne told us better hurry, someone else coming to look. The car wasn't there, wasn't the same make, and he knew nothing about the car he was trying to sell us. I hope Wayne is the son of the owner, may be the only way he keeps working there.

I dont have perfect credit and when I contacted other dealers, felt they were not willing to at least try. My salesperson, Darryl Jacks was excellent, he said he would do whatever he could to help me. I thought I would have to get a used car but ended up getting a 2011 Chevy Malibu. Everyone at Koons was so nice and helpful. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used car, go to Koons.

The high level of customer service was evident from our very first contact with Koons Chevrolet White Marsh. There was no high-pressure sales pitch nor slimy attempt to get you to purchase add-ons. Everyone we dealt with was highly professional, friendly and genuine. We didn't have to wait around for someone to greet us. Their attention to detail, dedication to customer satisfaction, follow-up and transparency is excellent. I have found, over the last decade or so that customer service anywhere had degraded quite a bit. This is obviously NOT the case at Koons Chevrolet White Marsh. Norman Hale, our sales advisor, Sherri and Chuck in Financing and Debbie, internet guru, are sparkling examples of what customer service should be. We would have given them a 10 had the scale gone higher! We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. We were so pleased, we purchased 2 cars within 2 weeks!

Went to a GMC dealer to look at the Terrain first. At that dealership, i was treated very poorly. They were not willing to work with me on what i wanted or the price that i needed to be able to pay. A few days later, i traveled up to Koons to look at the Equinox. The Equinox and the Terrain are virtually the same car. I bought the Equinox from Koons...and it was the service and family like atmosphere that made the difference for me; not the vehicle. On the day that i went to Koons, it was raining. The salesman came out with a smile on his face and acted like he wasnt even being soaked by the weather. He asked what i was looking for in a car, showed me some perfect matches, and then took me to test drive. The vehicle fit like a glove to my likings. We then went in the showroom and discussed where I wanted pricing to be in terms of monthly payments. In what seemed like only minutes, the financing department came back and showed me pricing that once again, fit like a glove to my likings. With knowing the price, the salesman then asked me if i wanted to take another test drive to be sure that i was making the right decision for me and that i truly did like it. I went again in the vehicle that i was most interested in, and just fell in love with it. Came back to the showroom where i asked for some time alone to make some calls to make sure that it was the right decision financially. They allowed me ample time and made me feel comfortable. I then told them that we had a deal. BUT IT WAS NOT OVER! The salesman went over all of the paperwork with me giving explanations of everything. (This was the first car that i purchased without my parents there to help)He made everything very understandable. I signed all of the paperwork, and then i was directed back to the financial department to determine my warranty information and finalize my monthly payment. I once again, told her where i wanted to be payment-wise and now also warranty wise. She looked into how i would be able to save money based on discounts and deals that i was eligible for to make the payment the right fit with the warranty that i wanted. I couldnt have asked for better service from a group of people. Before I drove off, the salesperson went over the features in my new car and made sure that i knew how to use everything. They answered all of my questions and seemed happy to do so. From the time i walked in until the time i drove away in my 2011 Equinox, i was greeted and treated with the upmost respect and friendliness. Even since, i have been back for title exchanges and to pick up my tags, the staff was been WONDERFUL to meet and have help me through everything. It was a HUGE difference from the GMC dealership that i had originally went to. The choice was easy with Koons. Simple as that.

I like that over the years I have been able to deal with the same people and have built a repore. I can trust when I take my vehicle in for repair I am going to get great service. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership over the past 18 years and also have had a pleasant experience.

Shopped for new small to mid-size SUV for several weeks at many dealerships. When we were ready to buy, could not get straight answers from the chevy dealer we visited. So we called Koons and spoke with Marian. She answered our questions, was straightforward about pricing, and found us the car we were looking for. Norm went and got the car and completed the deal since we could not get there before Marian left. Both sales people know their products and focus on service. We will go back to Koons and recommend them to friends and famiy

The folks at Koons Chevy Service were very friendly, fast, and attentive to my vehicle. They treated me like I was family. I have had regular maintenance and more major work done there and every time I am completely satisfied. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee, reading material, tv, and even an area for the kids to play.

what a great experience!!! My salesperson was very knowledge about his product and busted the myth of the "pushy" car salesman. My wife and I will be looking for 2 more cars in the next 3-4 years ( teeneagers) and we will definately go straight back to Koons Chevrolet!

Very fair uncomplicated, straight forward deal. Told them what I wanted and they provided it at my price. Went back two weeks later and bought another car. Same deal. Stepped up to my trade at more than $ 3000.00 above Carmax quote! First car just received first service. In and out efficiently. This is a very businesslike and no-nonsense operation. No games and no BS.

I bought a new van from this dealership. I had to return it for service with only 4k miles on it because the front end was so severly out of alignment it was already wearing the front tires badly! Upon further inspection there was a nut on the steering linkage that was loose! They insisted the front end wear was from hitting multiple potholes. I have never hit any potholes! It was a new truck that was misaligned from the factory.I asked to speak to the manager (Alex Hafer) and he informed me that they were not going to do anything and I was free to take my van to another dealer. I told him I would have had to of hit two identical potholes on each side to cause the exact same uneven wear pattern on each side. I asked to show him the van in the service bay and he told me he didn't have time to deal with trivial problems!I told him he was being unfair and I told him that if I could not get 2 minutes of his time in the service area I was going to picket his store. He then became extremely irate and started yelling at me! He told the service man to lower the vehicle and get it out of his shop! I couldn't believe what was happening. This guy was acting like some Adolf Hitler protoge'.He then told me to get out of his dealership. Everyone was looking at him like he was on drugs. It was like seeing something from a movie.I tried to call Krystal Koons since she is always talking about "wowing" people on tv. We're gonna WOW ya! Well, all I know is that I got the shaft! I had to buy two new tires and pay for a new alignment on my 3 month old van!!!I would be happy to show anyone my receipts, invoices, etc. from the added expense I incurred.

Original salesperson blew us off. Second salesperson attempted to start a bidding war between us and another couple. Answered many of my questions with opinion and conjecture without providing factual imformation. My wife and I really felt like Koons was not really concerned with selling a car. It seems crazy that with the state of the auto industry that a dealership could have such a cavalier attitude.

Where do I start! Basically they were given 24K and it took them three weeks to pay off my old car! Which apparently they had already sold when we were calling about my husband's Gerber (I brought back from Iraq for him) that we left in the car. Which is impossible because they didn't even have the car paid off so there would be no way to sell without the title. I live an apartment & walk to work so I barely drive my car; went down to the garage and it had a flat tire with only 300 miles! I drive to the grocery store only!!! They pretty much said it wasn't their problem. Then since the car is a 2009 the tires aren't even on the market to buy!! KASEY IS THE RUDEST person EVER in their finance department. Pushy and NEVER calls you back. Finally the manager took care of things after I had already called Kasey about 15 times!

I think that $303.00 is a little too much to pay for (6) spark plugs installed. I even provided the plugs. I feel like I played russian roulet when i simply needed an automotive repair. The reason I thought my car wasn't running right was never even addressed.I left t hat dealership today feeling like i had been accosted and robbed.

Excellent truck at a great price. Have bought all my vehicles here but one, and I learned from that. Great customer service and the first dealership that actually remembers that they are in the sales business and we as consumers can go elsewhere if we dont like what they offer.

Extremely slow write-up of repair order (45 mins) when you're the first car inside, even with service writers sitting around.Rude and unprofessional towards customers who request warranty service.Repeat visits since they do not know how to troubleshoot or repair Corvettes.Not careful with customers cars, especially expensive cars they could care less about. Oil stained carpet and leather from dirty shop and careless inept employees that scratch your paint.Just an awful experience here. Avoid!

The F&I manager we dealt with was extremely rude and condescending when we would not purchase an extended warranty and gap insurance from him. The rate he offered us at that point was 200 basis points higher than we were able to get from our own financing source. Although we have "A" credit, he tried to convince us otherwise to justify his high rate. We financed elsewhere and were met with more harsh attitude when delivering the check. I would not purchase a car from this dealership again.
