5 star experience all around! We had called/ visited at least 20 dealerships during our search and the team at Koons was far superior to any else. From the second we called Coop, he was on point! He had the Yukon we were interested in pulled around front waiting when we got there. He was the only salesman to take us through each and every feature of the vehicle prior to the test drive. He gave both my wife and I time to drive the vehicle on local streets, highway, and in a parking lot to view all camera features. He was patient and worked with us to make a deal everyone was happy with. Lane in the finance department was also excellent. Additionally, all of my correspondences since have been excellent. I would def drive from York, PA to Koons to purchase another vehicle because of the excellent experience we had.

Overall experience was 5 stars, from the internet search to the close of the deal! I was surprised at how fast Antonio Cardenas sent information and communicated with us. He was flexible with the us with the appointment time. I was blown away by the attention to detail and how well he listened to my wife and what she was looking for. He was the utmost professional and wasn't pushy like so many others we have encountered. He was well educated on all aspects of the vehicles we inquired about, and took the time to explain everything no matter how insignificant our inquiries might have been. I would recommend everyone to ask for Antonio by name! Don't let his age fool you, he'll treat you like family! He was amazing!!

Our experience was amazing from start to finish. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we arrived in the parking lot. We were led to Tim who took us on a test drive and upon return even fed us lunch! We were then introduced to Toby and the rest of his team as we completed our purchase. The experience was intimate and personable, we were made comfortable the entire way through.

My experience with Koons Clarksville Chev. was excellent thanks to Kevin Alder. From the moment I walked up to the building I was welcomed and the vehicles I was interested in had been pulled around front and ready to go as to no have to walk all over the lot looking for one after another. Kevin was very transparent with the vehicles history, what he could do for me financially and answered all my questions to the best of his abilities (Being that it was a used vehicle). Most importantly I appreciated Kevin's no hassle no pressure demeanor. Kevin listened to what I needed in a vehicle what I needed financially and delivered. I would highly recommend Kevin Alder for your next vehicle purchase.

Service department ran very smoothly. I received a recall in the mail in regard to replacing the passenger side air bag. I called on a Saturday and left a message which was returned on the following Monday. They told me the airbag replacement wasn’t in stock but they would order it and notify me when it was available. I was quoted a week but was happy when I received a text four days later notifying me that it had arrived prior to the scheduled date. I scheduled my service over the phone but when I needed to change the appointment they were able to accommodate me. I was quoted that service would take approximately two hours but the work was completed in less than an hour and a half! Easy in, easy out! Thanks
