I had the best treatment and experience at Koch 33 Toyota dealership. Staff agent sales consultant Tony M. Bryant listened to my needs and my wants. He worked hard and didn't quit until I got the car I not only needed but wanted. I asked for a car that was suitable for bad weather and great durability and also a match for my income. He made sure all of that was taking into consideration and he met all of my expectations. I left there with no complaints. All my questions were answered. We went over the math and I am a happy customer. I recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I really needed a new and I got ??! Happy driver here. They get one star because when I bought my vehicle I had no issues with the sales staff. If you are considering buying a vehicle from them DONT. My husband and I bought our cars around the same time. We wanted to be loyal toyota owners so we wanted to find a loyal dealership. We decided to test the waters he went to Bennett I bought from Milham. DO NOT BUY FROM MILHAM, GO TO BENNETT! He has had zero issues and I have had nothing but problems! I had such a bad experience its hard to put in words without ranting. They jeopardized my life with complete negligence! I am actually speaking to a lawyer as to my options, had something happened or kids where in my care they could of killed us! I am so turned off by the experience I will not only never go near this place, but I actually do not think I want to ever purchase a toyota again since it only worked properly for the first 8 months! Id rather pay for my inspection then get anything they give me for "free" as part of my toyota care. They straight up lied and I have the documentation to prove it! That may sound extreme, but here is the whole story as simply as I can tell it. My car had issues 8 months in with the electronics. Driving down highway radio would freeze, can't shut it off, can't change volume. The whole display screen GPS everything was stuck on whatever the last settings were. Also my voice recognition built into the car stopped working all together. I went twice and asked them to address the issue they did nothing. Radio they couldnt do anything because it wasnt happening when I was there. Voice they asked me " Do you really need it" to which I said no, I mean I didn't I have siri, but still I paid for it. After calling the national hotline the 3rd time I went for my final toyota care appointment they finally fixed it. However, it took them over 3 hours and once I was done they told me " we fixed the voice thing, but had to reset your car so we cannot pass you for emissions. You have to drive for 100 miles and then come back." Frustrated and slightly annoyed, but I let it go and was like fine they made it sound like I would come in they would plug it in and then slap a sticker on. In and out. This is when it went very bad... the guy gave me my paperwork and said again " just see me, heres my card with the hours, come back all we have to do is check the emissions and we will slap both stickers on cause we will have you pay today" I paid and left with paperwork with all of the things they claim they did. I leave the place and decide to clean my windows, even though they checked a box that said they topped off my fluids as part of my package, I use my wiper fluid and before I got home I was completely out. They didnt top off any of my fluids but check a box that they did. Example one of lying, but no biggie. Example two of lying was when the guy said just come back we will check inspection and slap sticker on, that was also a lie. So here is where they were negligent. I had a little nick in my one tire from clipping a curb (stupid wind gap dunkin donuts lol) and the tire was on the back of my vehicle. They took the tire from the back and put it on the front. Now I do not know much about cars, but if the integrity of a tire is jeopardized you DO NOT put it on the front. If that tires blows on highway you will lose steering and possibly injure yourself and others. They put it on the front of my vehicle and TOLD ME TO GO DRIVE 100 miles and come back! When I came back they failed me for inspection because my tire was not road worth and safe! I pulled out the previous paperwork and they knew, but still told me to drive 100 miles. So after all of these issues how can I trust they even did my oil change. They clearly couldnt handle adding washer fluid. Looking at the old paperwork the tire was identified as a problem, yet they still told me to drive 100 miles with a bad tire on the front of my vehicle. Also the first visit took over 3 hours. There was another woman in the waiting room freaking out how she doesnt understand how it takes 3 hours to do an inspection and emission, so clearly I was not the only one. Moral of the story is, once they get your money they do not care about the performance/quality of the vehicle you bought, that they ensure your safety, and take care of you so you come back. They just want your money and to do as little as possible. DO NOT GO TO MILHAM!!!! In the end its not about the money its always about service for me. Id rather pay more elsewhere than deal with their poor customer service and the poor quality of their service department. I could of killed someone and as long as they are making money they do not care. They final remark was, well we are working on a tire quote for you now. I told them to get me my car and I would not give them a penny more. I would rather pay for my inspection and a tire somewhere else than ever give this negligent operations another dollar of mine.

Working with Jacob Santos was a pleasure. I knew I wanted a RAV4. He explained to me the different variations. And I was able to make a better informed decision. The only 'hiccup' in the deal was that I left my driver's license home. Left Jacob with enough information that when I returned it was mostly a matter of signing the paperwork and getting the keys.The remaining staff I dealt with were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Milham will certainly be in my future.

My fiance and I had a Chevy Equinox that we had wanted to trade for quite some time now. We shared this vehicle for about 3 1/2 years. We received an offer in the mail and decided to stop by this past holiday weekend to check it out. As we were looking around this gentlemen by the name of Steven Calderon introduce himself to us as one of their sales consultants. Feeling no pressure or rush by Steven, he asked us what brought us in. We explained to him we wanted to possibly leave with two vehicles with a budget that suits our lifestyle. He then gave us a couple of options that were within our budget. What I like most is he never tried to offer anything above our price range, which was great. We test drove 4 vehicles and fell in love with two. We then meet with The sales manager Nick Dolas. The vehicle my fiance had picked ended up being above our budget. He kindly expressed why this wouldn't work and patiently gave her a selection of vehicles that would fit. But my fiance was adamant about what she wanted. Unfortunately it was closing time for Milham and Nick was determined to try to make it work. We received a call early Saturday morning with exciting news. We purchased to vehicles and left extremely satisfied. The experience was great. We recommend Milham Toyota for all your future purchases.

My Toyota RAV4 is the third vehicle I bought from this dealership. My Corolla, I had for over 10 years. All routine & as needed service was done by the dealership & you would be hard pressed to find better, honest, funnier people than here. I just returned from my first routine service for my certified pre-owned RAV4 & it couldn't have went better. So courteous - in the rain- literally brought the car to the door so I didn't have to go out in the rain. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy or service my vehicles. Just a quick note to tell you about the great service I received from Brian. I had switched from an Android phone to am iPhone and could not get the Internet apps working in my 2014 Prius. He assisted me and solved my issue by simply plugging the phone into the USB port and reinstalling the phone. Everything works beautifully. He was very attentive and courteous. Nice job!

I really appreciate the honest efforts and very professional service I receive working with Korey Garrity as our service adviser. When I had a technical question about brakes on my Toyota Sequoia, he brought out the mechanic, who took as much time as needed to answer my question in detail. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Sequoia (32,000 miles) here on October 21, 2015, traded in my vehicle which was financed. On October 27th I began having issues with the transmission and took my vehicle to another Toyota dealer for service. I was advised that my vehicle could not be serviced because it was NEVER registered with Toyota U.S.A as a sold vehicle. When I contacted Milham to rectify the issue, they told me they were working on it and that not even they could service my vehicle as the result of this issue. I was told the issue would be resolved by November 10th. In addition to this issue, I learned, also on October 27th, that my trade had not been paid off.Today is November 12th and my vehicle still has not been updated in the Toyota U.S.A. system as a sold vehicle and my trade still has not been paid off.I've phoned and emailed the general manager, Tom Koch, who has not so much as acknowledged my calls or emails. I've spoken with Toyota U.S.A who said they can only advise Milham of my concerns, but they cannot force them to assist me.After reading several other reviews, it seems Tom Koch encourages unhappy customers to contact him because he's eager to assist; however, I've been reaching out to him, and he's yet to respond. Interesting!

So my Toyota lease end date was fast approaching. I really liked my Highlander, and was interested in a new one. But I thought I had to wait until lease maturity, even though I was well over mileage, which was a financial concern. Steve promised me a winning solution to my concerns the minute we met. Carl Signore, sales manager, and his TEAM (Mike Burock, business manager, and Kyle) then worked with me to find the perfect car, explained everything in detail, answered every concern, and I drove home THAT evening with my new Highlander! This was the first dealer I went to. The process was hassle and pressure free. Every detail explained to me by Tony was exactly what I received when the final paperwork was signed. No hidden surprises. I even came back a couple of days later after I shopped around and no one could compare to the deal I received. They really care about their customers at this dealership and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you are comfortable with every aspect of the process. They earned my business here. Tony is an awesome person to work with. Very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely buy from here again!

I was a repeat customer for Milham but I think they are a ripoff. I recently(less than a month) bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I was sold something called "protect all theft" At first, I was told it was standard, so why are you charging me $199 for it??? The salesman explained it is in case the car is stolen, the vin # is all over the car. Really, I don't care if it ends up in Alaska, I have insurance to cover theft. When I went back to see about getting a refund, I was refused, I was told it would come off the back end of my lease. I wasn't given any paperwork to prove that should happen. And when I spoke to the finance manager, he told me it was Gap coverage. I pointed out that I was charged an additional $540 for that. I ended up with 3 different versions of what this was.Today I found out that I did not need Gap coverage since it is a lease, I was charged $540 for that. I am so po'd at this dealer. I was a repeat customer and this is how I get treated. Yes, you ripped me off but I have a big mouth, ask your salesman. I will make it a point to tell everyone who asks about my car. So I have to pay $739 for crap. Well, don't look for me to come back except to return this car at the end of the lease. Total lack of integrity and plenty of greed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My whole experience was amazing. Never once did I get that feeling that I was being pushed into something that I wasn't ready for. I went in there really to see what my cars trade in value would be and to see how much of a down payment I would be looking at. Tony was able to do all that and gave me options and didn't harass me. These people were great! For years my mom and I had dreamed of owning a Prius but we just didn't see how we could afford one. Tony, Missy, Jim and James worked together to show us all of the options that would not only enable us to afford one, but to drive home just a couple hours later. It was like less of a sales visit compared to other times we've shopped for cars and more like a few friends getting together to work out a winning strategy. We even chilled with cups of cocoa. In a few years when we add a second car to the household we will be going back and looking for our three new friends from this time.
