Absolutely perfect. Several individuals go out of their way to assist. Even the owner stopped and talked. Then the cashier apologized for not remembering my name. I would never expect her to do that with all the individuals she deals with. All great employees.

I received a refund for the first trip to service when I had to bring it back for the same thing within days. I can (but won't) name a Sioux City dealership that told a friend of mine with a similar experience that he was on his own. This why I keep coming back to Knoepfler.

The dealership treated me above and beyond of what was expected. An employee greeted me with a smile and asked me if I was looking for someone in particular as I was walking into the building. The sales person I was looking for promptly came out of a meeting to meet with me about an issue. He set me up with a person in service who took care of the issue as soon as he could. They didn't even charge me for the small spill in my vented leather seat that needed to be steam cleaned.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. It was Christmas Eve day and they were closing around noon. However, you never got the feeling that they were rushing you because they were wanting to go home to their family.

they found that the oil leak was just that the filter was not tight and tightened it. It was quik and no charge!

I bought a used Chevy Suburban from a personable friend. I have owned a suburban since 1992, so an update to a newer one (2003) was in order. Both have been serviced by Knoepfler. On my first trip the service department I am greeted by Tom Murphy who had scheduled all of the work on this "new to me" 2003 Suburban when my fried owned it. He immediately made me feel like a long lost friend. He could not have made a better first impression. The work was completed on time and I will be back for service in the future.

Went in for an oil change and they were running behind and helped me into a courtesy vehicle and helped me load car seats so I could get my son from school, great staff , Tad in service department always great and helpful, Colton was awesome and fast in helping me get my son from school.

everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I went to three different departments one for an oil change one for battery in the parts dept and the other in the collision dpt for an estimate. My cousin works there and he stopped in to see me for a few minutes. Everyone is great.

I went in not knowing what was going on with my car. Tommy helped me out with getting my car in and providing me with a courtesy vehicle so I could get to work. They were busy with customers who had appointments but he squeezed me in and had my car fixed and ready for pickup in only a few days. I was amazed and very thankful for all that he did for me.

It was well worth the drive to buy from Knoepfler. I really liked the sales staff they were not pushy and great to deal with. After a lot of looking around they offered a good deal and I love the car. If you want a smooth fast buying process I would give them a chance, im sure they won't let you down.

Purchased a vehicle through the dealership and was very satisfied. They went out of their way to take care of a couple of small items that needed to be fixed on a vehicle, and they gave me a fair price on both the trade in and my purchase. The process took a little bit longer than I expected, but overall through a trade in, and purchasing a vehicle, it was a good experience.

Had an appointment for 8:30, Came back at 10:30 and they still hadn't looked at my car. At noon they said that they just started one of the tests that would take 2 hours.........I was from out of town, and was trying to work this appointment around my other appointments for the day. Finally at 2:30 I got my car back.
