The ONLY....& I mean the ONLY reason that I am giving this dealership a 5 star review is because of Anthony & the parts manager & theres also another guy that works in the parts department that.....they're just AWESOME. I purchased an 08 Malibu LT that needed a lot of things done to it which included taking it to the service department at this same dealership....jeez...that service department...lemme tell ya they're pretty bad...but the parts guys made up for all of the horrible things in the service department...the service department is only concerned with new vehicles that have a survey to go along with the service..if its an older vehicle where the customer is paying out their own pockets to have it fixed...then ..lol...they're going to run over you...overall...a great dealership & I recommend it

I had a fantastic experience buying with Knapp Chevrolet. This was my first time buying a car alone, but Joey helped me through every step of the way. He was incredibly patient and caring, and he and the team made sure I was getting the best in every aspect! If you’re looking for a Chevy, I highly recommend this dealership!

I bought a 2014 Volt at Knapp back in 2014. I loved the car. It was destroyed in an accident on August 22, 2020. I was trying to find a 2019 Volt since that was the last year it was produced. I did not want any other car. I contacted Knapp and asked if they could help me find a 2019 Volt. Michael Snow could not find a 2019 Volt but suggested I might like the 2020 Bolt. I told him i really wanted a Volt. I had found a 2019 Volt from a used car lot for $25,000 and the same day Mr. Snow sent me a picture of the Bolt and a cost break down of appx. $27,000. I am so happy he did. I realized this was a better value for my dollar. Mr. Snow was so professional and understanding and he made the process seamless. Now I still have an electric car and it is brand new. Thank you once again Knapp Chevrolet for hiring such awesome staff. Thank you GM for making cars I not only like but also enjoy driving.

I took my car to the service department for a check engine light, and Michael told me that the reason of the check engine light was the shutter grill assembly which was lightly damaged was the reason of the light being on, he wanted to charge me over $ 600 including part for a grill assembly that took my personal mechanic 30 minutes to install, I declined their service went to the parts dept. And bought the grill for $200 and took my car to my mechanic and only charged me $100 to install it, once he installed the part, the check engine light was still on even resetting the computer, what I got from the service department on this location was just a mis- diagnosis, I took the car back two days later first thing in the morning, ( first customer) they've had my car sitting almost 5 hrs and still waiting for a call from Michael in the service department for an update and no update, a diagnosis that normally takes only a few minutes to read from the machine, michael seemed rude and I would definitely avoid this location in the future to service my car, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO SERVICE YOUR CAR.
