Patrick Brown was amazing! He let me know step by step what was going on with my vehicle. We went from an oil change & 2 new tires to $3500 total worth of issues that were corrected. Great service from the technician as well. The technician found issues (oil leak) with my vehicle that wasn't brought to our attention when we were there last, just 3 months prior at your same location. I felt like the technician and Patrick both were very thorough and it made be feel so much safer knowing they found and corrected the issues with my vehicle. My vehicle was there 2.5 days and the 1 day Patrick wasn't there, (a scheduled day off), I received mixed information from other service members. Luckily Patrick was back the day I picked my vehicle up. He throughly went over what was done to my vehicle. He tried his best to ease the blow of my total charges by his wit and explaining that the issues that were corrected were necessary. And they most definitely were necessary. Patrick is a great asset to your business! I will be coming back for regular oil changes and maintenance only because of his professionalism and above and beyond service. Again, praises to the technician who serviced my vehicle as well. (I didn't get his name)

I was very satisfied with the quick service rendered and the professional expertise on my tired. .Thanks for the great service. I did not expected to purchased a tired but do to a boat entered my new tire was damage.
