Never again will I go to this dealership. This was the worst customer service experience I have had in my life. After being there for 7 hours, I asked Jim for some help so that I could get out of there. He pushed me off and said I will just have to wait. Regardless, it was a saturday, but no one should be there on a saturday for 7 hours. Jim wasnt even helping anyone out, he was just smoking cigarettes outside. I ended up buying a Jeep at Jeff Dambrosio in Downingtown. Real glad I went there, the customer service was amazing, got to meet Jeff Dambrosio who is an amazing guy. Everyone is so friendly at that place.

My husband and I went to Kia of Coatesville on a whim just to see what, if anything, could be done to help us get another car. Sharif greeted us with a smile and was ready for us. Sharif took the time to explain things to us as far as how to improve our credit. He was always insisting that we could reach out to him if we had more questions later on. The process of buying a car is long and I was feeling defeated. I was feeling like things aren't going to work out for us, but Sharif kept making sure that we were okay by asking are we okay and saying things will work out for us. And they did!! We ended up in a 2016 Kia Optima in a sangria color!! Sharif went above and beyond his duty to help us and everything he did was greatly appreciated. We will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle and Sharif will be the man to see!

I had a great experience with Sharif and the rest at Kia of Coatesville! They went out of their way to find me exactly the vehicle I wanted and made sure I was happy with it. They made sure the vehicle was clean and sharp when I drove it off the lot. Even after I had problems with my insurance company and a few other things, Sharif and the rest helped me resolve everything and worked with me to make sure I got my vehicle that day. It went much longer than I expected, but not by their fault, and they stayed as amicable and accomodating as when I first walked in throughout the whole process. Jim, the owner, came by and talked to me and made sure I was informed about everything, and I saw him at every desk, talking with every customer in there and shaking hands. It was a great experience and I will recommend both Kia of Coatesville and Sharif to a friend.

This was my second experience at Kia of coatsville. And yet again it was well worth it!! I have credit issues and SHARIF IS THE MAN to help you get approved. Always helpful!! I came here my first time and for my second car didn't want to deal with anyone else. When you have bad credit the options are very limited with buy here pay here dealerships. There are other KIA dealerships closer. But I doubt any could have provided the level of excellent service we received from Sharif and the staff at Kia of Coatesville. A car is just a car. We should not live for cars...but cars do impact how we live. With that said, this is our first time owning a KIA. I contacted them about a car and we set up an appointment. I live about 70 miles from the dealership so I really appreciated that the info they gave me was accurate and the car was available for a test drive as soon as I arrived. We were able to make a deal and although they were extremely busy and the process took some time they kept me updated and kept checking with me to see if I needed anything. It was a pleasant buying experience, my salesman was Marvin and he was great and I also dealt with the sales manager Tony and he was great as well. I came in yesterday with a really toxic loan on my hands with the Altima i had and was just looking to see if i could get out of it and into an Optima. I ended up walking away with a brand new Kia Optima and 100x more knowledge about banking, the way these loans work and how i can give myself an advantage financially by just doing a few simple things. Not only did i gain a lot more knowledge, i also by no means was in a great situation to get a new car, but somehow Sharif was able to make it work in a way that fit me directly. Im not sure how he did it but i couldn't be happier with my new Optima and furthermore, i couldn't be more excited about taking the right steps forward financially with what i have learned. I will be back mostly due in part because of him and the services he provided. Youda man Sharif!

On November 27, 2015 I purchased a new 2016 Kia Forte for my daughter who is in her first year of college 5 hours from home. The Salesman Dave Koch and the General Manager Andrew Krueck worked very hard to get us the car she wanted at a price she could afford. We all know putting a child through college is stressful enough for you and them but you also want to make sure they are safe traveling from college to home. Without Dave and Andrew I dont know if we could of accomplished that. They are also very honest and that is not something that you usually get when dealing with a salesman. Dave took his time showing my daughter all the features while Andrew took a personal side and told us about a great Orthopedic for my daughters leg. They do really care about their customers because the next day Dave called to make sure we had no questions and to check how she was making out with the car. Dave and Andrew THANK YOU!!

On November 27, 2015 I purchased a new 2016 Kia Forte for my daughter who is in her first year of college 5 hours from home. The Salesman Dave Koch and the General Manager Andrew Krueck worked very hard to get us the car she wanted at a price she could afford. We all know putting a child through college is stressful enough for you and them but you also want to make sure they are safe traveling from college to home. Without Dave and Andrew I dont know if we could of accomplished that. They are also very honest and that is not something that you usually get when dealing with a salesman. Dave took his time showing my daughter all the features while Andrew took a personal side and told us about a great Orthopedic for my daughters leg. They do really care about their customers because the next day Dave called to make sure we had no questions and to check how she was making out with the car. Dave and Andrew THANK YOU!!

I have been a customer of Kia of Coatesville for about 4 years now. My wife and I both own Kia's and get our maintenance done here as well. On this particular day I brought my wife's car in for state inspection. While admiring the newest 2016 Kia Soul Plus on the showroom floor I was approached and asked if I was interested in a test drive. I had currently owned a 2012 Kia Soul base model with a couple years left to pay off but said what the heck while killing time. As soon as I sat down and got on the road I fell in love with the car but still had no intention of buying a new one. My wife's car was not yet ready so we decided to crunch some numbers and see what it would come out to a month. Well Dave worked his magic and between he and the sales manager they came up with an offer I honestly could not refuse. Hours later I was dropping off my 2012 Soul and leaving with the 2016 Soul Plus Signature Special Edition. I went from a base model that was 4 years old to a new fully loaded model for not much more a month and couldn't be happier! As far as Dave Koch, I never had a more pleasant, enjoyable experience with a car salesman before. I'd like to thank him for superb service at Kia of Coatesville and for his service to our country.

I brought my two grandsons with me (ages 4 & 6) during the entire buying/ leasing process, Dave was great to work with and a trooper moving the car seats in and out of the cars as we test drove, and took time to interact with my grandsons making them feel at ease. I can't even call him a salesman because he is not any of those stereotypes that come to mind when you think of a salesman. This was my first time buying a newer car my anxiety was through the roof after 5 minutes with Dave my anxiety was gone. He didn't try to push me into any vehicle even when I showed interest in one that was more money, he even took the time to help me find a better insurance rate. I also had my 4 year old daughter with me who did her best to be patient but if you're a parent you know how that goes he was friendly and patient with her also which eased my nerves once again. I left in a car I love with no stress. I'll be recommending Dave Koch to everyone I know!

We had a great experience buying a car from Dave Koch! His attention to our needs and willingness to go above and beyond was refreshing while buying a car. My wife and I were looking to purchase a new car for our daughter, but she had one unique requirement... The car needed to fit her upright string bass! Not easy when you are looking to buy a small, sporty car and not and SUV. During our initial visit, we let Dave know our requirements and he had a few ideas about cars we could get. Dave was awesome during the whole visit, and took the time to explain all the features and functions of the vehicle and said that we should definitely bring the string bass back, to see if it would fit. My wife brought the bass back in the following Wednesday and it fit perfectly in the Forte5!! I think that sealed the deal for my daughter and the following Saturday we were back to purchase the vehicle.The entire experience was better than any other car buying experience I have had recently. Dave was very attentive to our needs, followed through will ALL of his promises, kept in constant communication, and followed up after the sale to ensure everything was going well. Any questions I had he had an answer. I went there with no hope, due to my credit, but after speaking with him I felt that there was going to be a positive outcome out of this visit. Again due to my credit I wasn't able to get the car I wanted but I got a later model with still great miles and warranty. I was blessed to have met him, and for sure as long as he's there I will be coming back, and referring friends to him. I can't say enough about how great my experience was today at Kia of Coatesville! When I pulled in the lot I was greeted by Dave, who was warm and friendly- not the least bit pushy at all! I got there around 915. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and what I didn't want. Dave listened to my needs and wants, and he delivered!! When all was said and done, we determined that I needed to try an alternative route in order to get the best deal for my budget. I left at 1245 with my Honda Pilot, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. To top it off, Dave is bringing my original car TO MY HOME (I live an hour from the dealership mind you) after his shift is over!! THAT is customer service, and something that I will always remember!! I had previously purchased a car from this dealership, and today's experience reminded me just why I went back to them. It would typically never occur to me to bother writing a review of a car dealership.My recent experience at Kia of Coatesville was positive in every respect.We ended up buying a Kia Forte for our son. The salesman, Jason, was friendly, thorough, and really worked with us on price to make the deal happen.Financing was super easy, and all features were reviewed with our son before we left the lot, even though we didn't finish up until 45 minutes after their normal closing time.I'd buy there again, or refer friends there, in a heartbeat.

We leased a vehicle from this facility trading in our 3yr old Kia. about a week and a half ago. We have purchased or leased about 3 or 4 cars from this dealership which seems to have constant management turnover. In the transaction my wife was to received a Refund or Trade refund in the amount of $4000.00 which she was told by the sales rep Jason Brandt that she would receive on the afternoon of Monday April 27th. It is now May 5, 2015 and no check. Day in and day out he along with his management have given one reason after the other as to why we have not received the check. We are in the process of filing complaints with the state. The only reason we have done business is because of the relationship we have with Larry the service manager. His service has always been superb. The last purchase we will ever make at this dealership. They are very unethical.

This is my 3rd Sorento first time at this dealership my sales guy was VERY GOOD, the manager at the time (Andrew) was awesome and very professional, the financial piece was a disaster, they added Gap insurance to my sales invoice without asking me if I wanted it, when I contacted the financial guy he said I would be refunded then he left company without processing the refund and the new manager attitude was I can't answer questions to what someone else did wrong no apologies from them instead I was made to feel I was like I was a bother. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

Having bought many new cars I have never had the wonderful customer service and buying experience like I had with my saleperson Sharif Aly. Having already owned a Kia I was trading seemed like a easy deal, but Sharif took the time to explain all of the improvements that Kia had done to the model, test drive to show the difference and then work his magic in my credit challenged financing due to a discharged bankruptcy. At no time did I ever feel embarrassed or looked down upon. He got me the payments I could afford and the even newer model than I originally was looking to buy. If all dealers were of this caliber we would all not stress having to walk into that showroom. Call and ask for Sharif and tell him I recommended you. We went to this dealer recommended by a neighbor. I felt very pressured to buy the van, and I think we could've gotten a better deal elsewhere. They are about money and number games there which takes a long time playing those games, not to mention we had a toddler with us while trying to haggle. My salesperson was Dave Koch. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone I new it was going to be a pleasure working with him. I arrived early for my appointment and we jumped right in with discussing my needs and my limits as far as my finances. We discussed what cars fit in with those parameters and I test drove them. Before each test drive he took great care explaining and expounding on the features of each model and answered all of my questions politely and thoroughly. Afterwards he and Jim Sappala worked very hard at obtaining financing for me even with my problem credit that helped make the experience even more positive. I honestly walked in believing that I would be turned down as I had been before at several other dealerships but they came through and now I have my very first brand new car. Dave Koch met us at the door and took great care to get me the deal I needed, with no pressure or hassle. it was dark and 5 degrees outside, but he pulled the vehicles inside the service bay and made it comfortable for us to examine the Sorentos. I had been in contact with Andrew by phone and email. Since my husband and I work so many hours and they were the same as the dealership we had a hard time getting there. Andrew offered me a late appointment on Saturday and we were finally able to get there. We were greeted at the door by Sharif and Andrew. Sharif Aly did such a great job helping me get the best deal, staying in contact with me during the process, and making the experience comfortable and stress-free. His manager, Clay Mabie, was also very helpful. I was expecting much more of a high pressure sales approach that leaves your head spinning, but these guys were straight forward about everything. They also have a new finance guy named Chris, who really did an excellent job wrapping things up. This is usually where you get a lot of pressure to buy added features and warranties. This can be a very aggravating process, but Chris made it really easy, with no pressure to buy anything. All around, this dealership did a great job, I couldn't be happier.

You will leave there with a feeling like they are part of your family. We did drive a bit of distance as there are other Kia dealers that are much closer to us. However, those other dealers do not have the integrity as Kia of Coatesville. We know this because we went to the local dealership first. Andrew answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) without any pressure whatsoever. Both Andrew and Clay gave us hope when others didn't. I was looking into the Optima's for quite some time and wanted to take my time and research before I bought. After due diligence I knew the Optima was a no-brainer compared to the competition. I inquired about an Optima online and was instantly contacted by Sharif Aly within a minute! Right from the bat he was energetic and very professional. He pretty much narrowed down what I was looking for and told me he had my Optima in stock and quite a few other options as far as pre-owned. I asked Sharif what was the best possible deal on an Optima was and his response was," I wouldn't be able to tell you that until we narrow down the EXACT OPTIMA EX and figure out what it is you qualify for, anything I quote you over the phone would pretty much be a lie, when can you come in?" It wasn't the answer I was looking for. So I took a different route and went to two different Kia stores in the local area after receiving some out-of-this-world quotes via email. Too good to be true quotes. Sharif was right. I wasted 2 days being lied to about price and jerked around on Optima's I wasn't interested in. I decided to call Sharif and give him my last chance. He called me to follow up before I could even call him! So we set up a time meet the following day. I was greeted by Sharif at the door and right outside he had the Black Optima EX I wanted out front all clean and shiny! He took about 20 minutes to show me every feature and explain how everything works in the Optima! (Very Impressive, the other dealerships didn't go over the car at all with me!) His passion and energy alone while demonstrating the Optima made me want to buy it right there and then. We drove the Optima and came back to the dealership where he introduced me to his service department and his service manager. Everybody was so friendly, there was a great vibe in that showroom :) We sat down at Sharif's desk where he proudly presents pictures of his family and a neat little book containing information about the Dealership and Kia's in general. Sharif already had a folder with all my information ready to go, he confirmed everything we talked about finance wise and said he needed a couple of minutes to talk to his manager. Sharif came back with a couple different options...finance AND lease. Never thought about leasing, didn't know much about leasing. After explaining it to me thoroughly and answering my thousands of questions...I was shaking his hand over a FANTASTIC lease agreement!! The Sales Manager Clay, came out to congratulate me and make sure I was satisfied and that I had no questions about my new lease! With all that being said, Sharif will always be my go-to car guy. It's nice knowing that he has been there for a couple of years and hopefully will be there when I return to buy my wife a car! Awesome experience with an honest guy...I couldn't be any happier! Thanks Sharif!

Of course another Accord was the most likely choice but we drove VW and Toyota as well.. on a whim we stopped by Kia of Coatesville just to see what the Optima drove like.. frankly it was on a whim as I would never find myself driving a Kia....Kia? Are you kidding me? Well.. we test drove a 2014 Optima... and went no where else. The care is fantastically loaded with more than I could dream of.. (heated steering wheel??? seriously?), drives like a dream (I didn't know that driving could be pleasurable) and it looks sharp and the warranty is unmatched. I couldn't be any prouder of a car and my family laughs at me for getting it washed every week. Sharif Aly, Jim Sipala himself, Tommy and the whole gang were so easy to deal with...in fact I felt like I was bothering THEM with questions! I'm now a walking, talking advertisment for Kia and my friends and co-workers are sick of me talking about the car! Go down there now! Buy a Kia... Buy 2!

Upon learning that my 1994 Nissan would not pass inspection without alot of repairs and a large sum of money, I decided to go see Sharif Aly of Kia Coatesville, hoping he could find me a car within my budget as I have heard great reviews of his "above and beyond" customer service skills. I was a little apprehensive, as I have just recently began rebuilding my credit but Sharif assured me that if i came to see him he would "do the rest". Still a little weary, I went in to see Sharif in person, expecting at best that he might be able to put me into a used car without too high of a payment or interest rate. After checking my credit, which is minimal at best, Sharif told me my best chance was to try to finance a new Kia Forte. He was completely honest and up front with me through out the entire process. I drove home that night in a 2015 Kia Forte, before I had approval, because Sharif felt confident he could make it happen for me. The following day could have been torture, waiting to hear good news, but expecting the worst. Sharif, however stayed in touch with me throughout the entire day, keeping me updated on every different option he was trying to make this happen for me. Sharif spent that whole day trying different banks, different approaches, pretty much harassing his finance manager, until he got the answer we were waiting for. I had more or less given up when Sharif called me, only a little over 24 hours from the time I went in to see him to attempt to buy a used car, to tell me to come in to sign the papers for my brand new car!!! I really am still is shock! At 31, only 6 months ago I started rebuilding my credit with a secured credit card and here I am with a brand new Kia!!! I cannot thank Sharif Aly enough for the time and effort he took to make this happen for me!!! I never expected with my less than desirable credit situation that anyone would take the time or treat me with the level of respect that Sharif showed me. And now that I am on the road to better credit, I will never buy a car from anyone from him, he has earned my loyalty, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a salesman who really cares. Even after my purchase he helped me with my insurance company and has been following up regularly. If you are in the market for a car, no matter your situation, go see Sharif Aly at Kia of Coatesville!!! As he told me when I had very little hope... "you come in and i will do the rest". And he will deliver!!!

Inside is the good stuff: an onboard computer that syncs to the Bluetooth on my phone; plays Sirius radio, has a touch screen, and has a back-up camera! It was time for me to update one of my vehicles. I currently have two Kia's and I absolutely love the Kia brand. In my opinion they are engineered produced well and a very good value. They have one of the best warranties in the industry. What I don't like is car shopping bit I needed a car I bit the bullet and started my research. I knew I wanted a Kia, I didn't what model and what dealership. I started my research online and found a car in stock that looked appealing. I emailed the dealer on a Sunday night. I was promptly contacted by a salesperson from Kia of Coatesville. We exchanged an email and agreed on a time to talk on the phone. The salesperson I worked with is Josue "Sway" Concepcion. Sway and I had a discussion about what I was looking for both in a vesicle and in a dealership. I was impressed with my phone conversation with Sway. It was straightforward with being overbearing or pushy. We set up a time to meet. Upon meeting Sway I found him to be very personable, a good listener, and very knowledgeable on the Kia products. The car I was interested in was a 2014 Forte Coup. Sway should me a particular car that all the features that I wanted. He reviewed all the car's features thoroughly and in a well laid fashion that was very understandable. After reviewing the vehicle I pretty much knew it was the one I wanted. Next came the financial part. I explained what I was looking for financially and Sway reviewed all my options in a clear direct fashion. Sway took my information and worked with Tommy Lannicelli. The bottom line is we arrived at figure that more than meet my expectations. Once the financial paperwork was completed I reviewed with Tommy. I had decided on a lease. Tommy's review of the lease brought out some benefits of leasing that I was not aware of. He explained everything very clearly. Overall my car buying experience was excellent. I would feel 100% comfortable recommending both the dealership, Sway, and Tommy to both my friends and family.

I originally looked at a Toyota prius was looking for fuel economy since I do a lot of travel for work. I was hung up on the price and overall what I was getting for my $. I am a single working mom and was looking for a safe dependable car but also something within my budget, needless to say my friend suggested we stop and look at the KIA dealer. I was in disbelief at the features that came standard with these cars for the same price of the other car which I had already forgotten about. The reason I choose Kia was this car manufacturer has a amazing warranty and a really nice selection of vehicles to choose from. Being as that I do not have a ton of money to spend on a car payment this car was really the best bang for my buck. I have never been so impressed with the quality of service I had received from everyone at this location. The staff was so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. I know that all dealerships say that they will do this for their customer but this truly was off the charts. I had gone through a divorce and thought buying a new car was not going to happen with credit and that been through the ringer. But they worked their magic to do whatever they could to get me into the car I really wanted. I literally drove home that day in my new car. I have had some questions about the car since I bought it and every time I call to speak to anyone and I mean anyone I receive a level of understanding and willingness to answer any question I may have. When they say "no question is a stupid question" they stand by that. I do not normally write reviews because I think that it is a waste of time but if anyone reads this please know I was so impressed I felt compelled to take the time to do this.Also I LOVE MY CAR!!!!!! It is fanatic to drive, has a nice ride, is roomy and my kids love it too.

Sharif was amazing to work with! Right when you sit at his desk, you can tell he cares about family a lot. He has pictures of his wife and daughter nicely sitting in plain sight and he proudly keeps a picture book of his newly born daughter. These details are all important because he treats you like family. He goes out of his way to make sure your experience is a good one. Our buying experience here, although in hindsight we do not feel we got the best deal, was very nice. Our sales person was very polite and helpful. Regarding service, the staff is very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, our service experience has been spoiled by some of the typical dealership type responses that cause people to bring their cars elsewhere for service. We purchased the Jim Sipala care package for lifetime oil changes, tire replacement, inspections, etc. When it has come to our tires (the largest expense for Kia of Coatesville that comes with the JIm Sipala package) we have gotten every excuse in the book as to why they can't replace the tires. Our treads have been miraculously reading the same 4/32" for months and months, and now we are being told that unless we pay for the 60k service, they can't replace the tires. Understanding the need for regular service which we have kept up with to this point, when buying the lifetime package, there is no preset schedule as to when tires would be needed and to hold their replacement hostage due to a timely service interval is completely unfair. This is the precise reason people regret bringing their cars to dealerships for service and the precise reason I am embarrassed that I fell for the Jim Sipala lifetime package.

I bought a 2010 kia forte sx brand new...Worked great for the first couple of months and then started having horn issues.. Took it in to the dealership and they wouldn't do anything since the horn worked for them...The moment I drove away it started acting up again...Took it back again and it quit working for them, so they kept it for four days and still didn't fix it.... Spoke to the manager about the issue and he told me to trade it in and buy a new kia...Are they crazy!!!!!!!! Why would I go through this again....They told me it must have been a defected horn.....So fix this issue then.....I will NEVER EVER buy another kia forte from Coatesville Kia....

We love this dealership! It's not like being "sold" something but rather explained about a car. They are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly as well as patient. While waiting for their showroom to be completed, they are working out of a large trailer and still there is no lack of customers, including families, filing in the door. New showroom will be ready in about a week. They have a large stock of cars to choose from.Safety is important in a car and this is one of the best.We would go back there in the future and hope the same group of cheerful people are still working there.

My husband got his Kia optima a few months ago from Darrell. When my car needed to be traded. I told my husband to call his guy Darrell. We went back and got a new Kia Forte. I looked at a Rio first because I saw a 5 door, but I likes the focus better. Darrell asked us many questions about what we wanted in a car. I told him I liked the forte but wanted a hatch. He said no problem we will find one. He did find one and let us take a drive. He also took the time to explain all the cool stuff the car had. I was very impressed. He talked to us about price and where we wanted to keep our payments. He said he would do what he could to get us there. As soon as I pulled into the lot and got out of my vehicle, Sway Concepcion saw me and greeted me, asking if I need any help, even though I was slightly disheveled. As opposed to the Ford dealership next door, where I mulled around the showroom, and read specs of autos I was potentially interest in, and looked at window stickers for a full 20 minutes before walking out. Apparently I had been 'sized up' based on my appearance, and not taken seriously. No one sitting around chatting ever asked me if I needed any help. I am very glad I looked at Kia, and ended up buying a 2014 Optima LX. The crew at Kia of Coatesville were very freindly, not at all pushy or pressuring, and actually listened to my needs, rather than trying to steer me to this or that vehicle. Moreover they put together a deal with my trade (an '08 Honda Ridgeline with 80K miles), which had been bought used 2 years ago, coincidentally at a Ford dealer in Feasterville, Pa, and which I knew I was "buried in" so to speak. (Ie: money owed significantly exceeded actual trade-in value.) I am a self employed HVAC contractor, and they got me a great interest rate too.The structure of the deal was 100% transparent, and I found the Kia to be a great value, with a great warranty to boot.These people not only earned my business, they earned my trust, and therefore deserve my business.

I spoke with James on the phone after receiving an email offer. The email offer came after I had my 2010 Kia forte serviced a few days earlier. The email thanked me for my decision to have my vehicle serviced by this dealership and it told me that they were in need of pre-owned vehicles. It asked would I be interested in a free inspection/evaluation to see what my old vehicle was worth in reference to purchasing a new one. To be perfectly honest, my credit is not the best at this time and I told James that I was pretty sure that I would not be able to buy a new vehicle even if I traded in my old one. James was very diplomatic but also very confident that he would be able to get me into a new vehicle today. I was very skeptical and we talked for a little bit. He asked me if I could come see him this afternoon. I said, why not! I figured the ultimate end would be a no answer but I was sure that I would be at the dealership for no more than 30 minutes then I would go home with my old car. Well instead of going home with my old vehicle, in less than one hour, James was congratulating me on my new vehicle and shock upon shock, at a lower payment than my old one! James was professional, emphathetic, efficient and personable. He had an easy smile and he worked quickly. I can't remember purchasing a vehicle in so short a time. It was a surprising and wonderful experience! Thank you James and to everyone at Kia of Coatesville, including those very hardworking guys in the service department.

Started looking for a Sorento, Jason was the internet contact. Very nice tried to come up with a vehicle to soot our payment we wanted. Really could not come up with a car we wanted to our liking at the payment we wanted. So we decided not to proceed because our 04 Sorento is paid for and in very good condition. Then we received a sales flyer online for a three day sale they were having. So out of curiosity we went down to look. Jason turned us over to another salesman James. Everything we looked at he said would not fit the payment we wanted. When ask about the sales he said "that was only on the high dollar models they can't sell. So we found an Optima demo we liked Loaded high end. Now we were turned over to Tommy really nice guy. after talking we decided to test drive SXL model. Tommy moved on and told James to get the car. After about five minuets James comes back and says to us "I have a nice SX model that would be great for your budget because it was $5000.00 less and did we know that the chrome wheels if chipped are about $800.00 a piece." Just because we wanted a certain payment and a good deal he ASSUMED we did not have the money to afford the SXL and treated us like we were second class citizens. Then when we decided to leave because the way we were treated Jason decided to proceed to tell us they were doing all they could to work with us and that we drove all the way there and we wasting our time if we left. Well number 1, we always go out to eat on Friday nights so we did not waste our time we had a good meal and went home. Second of all we make a very good living and could afford any car on that lot, we just choose to keep payments lower.

I have nothing good to say about Kia of Coatesville. After chatting with the sales person about a specific promotion and confirming it was available for the Sorento we decided to drive to Coatesville to look at 3 of their vehicles. After meeting with the salesman again, having to explain what I was looking for and my must haves, on our walk over to look at a Sorento he tells us the promotion is only for the SX model. When questioned why he did not state that when we spoke with him earlier after knowing it would take a good hour to get there, his only response was, We are just to do whatever it means to get you to the lot. He proceeded to ask questions again what I was looking for, if I really needed a 3rd row because they are not useful, and I should consider one without it. He said, he would show me a few that should work for me, but also suggested that I look at a Hyundai model. I said, when we spoke I specifically said I only want to look at Sorentos. His response was Just Humor me and look at the one I have to show you. I had a 14 month old with me, so I did not have time to waste just so he could show us things we were not interested in. After that we decided to speak with the manager, of which all of the sales people continued to stand around his desk and just smiled when we were complaining about our sales person and the lack to explain or come forth about a promotion. Tony the sales manager, said that is how it works, we refer to the ad and get you to the lot. That is all that matters. As we were walking out the entire group of sales people and manager were laughing. My husband confronted them, Asked do you think this is funny? and Reggie, replied, Yes I do. I hope the upper management team of Kia of Coatesville finds this funny too when they learn they lost a sale and that we will be making sure to share our experience with others!

The car they listed for sale was stated to have been inspected without any body damage. Prior to purchase I asked the salesperson to walk around the vehicle and inform me prior to driving out if there were ANY issues with the car visually. He confirmed he had walked the vehicle and that there were no issues.The front hood was dented with numerous scratches around the vehicle. Additionally they stated they performed a thorough inspection and that the car was good to go. Upon taking it for inspection there was a leaky shoch that they never disclosed and certainly knew about. They were not friendly... smiling when you lie is not friendly.I would NEVER trust them for anything again!

Called this dealer to get a price of a used sedona, filled out papers for pre approval. Explained my credit situation to the salesman over the phone, also told him the max payment I wanted. They told me to come down and I could keep the van over night to see how we liked it. When I got there they showed me a dodge mini van, it was 2 yrs newer than the one I came to look at. I started looking at this van and was pretty sure I would not be able to afford it, the salesman and his manager both said "the numbers should be really close". So I took the van home and drove it for the day. I really liked it. I called James in the morning and asked him about buyin the van. I again told him I didn't think we could afford this. I also told him I didn't want to waste anyone's time if I can't get it. He told me that it was almost sure I could get it for the payment I needed. I go all the way back to bring the van and sign the papers to make it mine, I have my 3 children and husband with me and wait in the office for 45 min and then James come back with news from the bank. $200 more a month then I told him I could afford, and I couldn't have the van I drove home. This was the price of a Chrysler that was 2 yrs older than the dodge I really liked. When I expressed my disappointment about the price jump he never came back with another number just said that's the best we can do. I repeatedly asked him about the payments working and also expressed that I didn't want to bring my husband and kids down if we couldn't get the van, James showed no reguard to my families time and really wasn't helpful. When I told him I could not afford to make those payments he then started to point out things wrong with my current van. And that it would cost how much to fix those things. He's the thing if I can only afford $250 a month and your trying to get me to pay $450 a month, that's $200 a month that I don't have. Where am I supposed to get it from?!?!?!? I don't hunk pointing out the problems with my current van helped the situation. They just made me upset that someone would stoop so low to hit you while your down.

I negotiated a price over the phone with Al Demskey on a specific vehicle matching a price quote from another dealer. When I went to purchase the vehicle, Tommy Iannicelli refused to sell me the vehicle at the negotiated price and tried to sell me an identical vehicle at a much higher price. I went and purchase the vehicle from the other dealer at his original price quote. Avoid this dealership. They are extremely high pressure and dishonest. Go somewhere else. You'll pay less and be treated much better.

Customer service rep on the phone was rude and dismissive as i tried to lodge a complaint. Had to call back approximately 4 times to leave a message as I was continously put on hold with out letting me know i was being put on hold. All of a sudden I had to call back to finish talking to the secretary. When I asked if I'll be able to finish my message this time, I was told that other people are calling as well. I understand that, but I should have been asked can you please hold ? Also, i purchased the extra maintenance plan for Approximately $ 2,500.00 at the West Chester dealership, given one price for my service call, and when my wife brings it into the Coatesville dealership, they tried to charge a bigger price than what was on the brochure. had to get that straight. I also was told that the extra maintenace contract I entered into at the West Chester was not shown on the records at the Coatesville dealership. I have no idea why my records aren't on the records in Coatesville, especially when its owned by the same person. It's a great inconvenience to me and my wife to have to wait around to constantly have our records verified by numerous people and or branches in order ot get the exact service I'm paying for. their are more little things that I believe should be improved on, but thats enough for now. i would like to add I've purchased 5 vehicles from dealership, but this is the first Kia. Everything else has been a BMW, Chrysler 300, Infinitis. So I've done my part. until I receive an apology to my wife for her inconvenience from one of your managerial staff, I will not purchase or recommend your dealership to any of my friends or associates. I submitted a request online for a new Kia Forte and Tommy contacted me almost immediately. His attitude and professionalism on the phone was what got me interested in coming in to visit Kia of Coatesville. He assured me there would be no pressure, just to come in and test drive the vehicle to make sure I even liked it. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a sales manager(Bob) and Tommy already had a Forte pulled up front for me. He took the time to explain everything(and I mean everything!) about the vehicle to me. I wasn't planning on buying that day, but because of courtesy, professionalism, and of course a great deal that was presented at that moment, I couldn't say no! Now I'm a happy Kia owner. Likes to pull the old "bait and switch" beware. We came in to look at one car and was told that they 'found something wrong with it so they would not be selling it" despite the fact that it was up on their website for sale with a specific price. Showed us another car. When we asked about their website special regarding guaranteed $5K for your trade regardless of condition they informed us that despite the fact that the website has no "small print" or conditions for the deal noted.... We needed to spend at least $17,000 in order for us to get the trade-in special. They said that the special has been running for 2 years, but the website says that the special for the trade in is "this week only".... BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Slimy business practice.

I had originally gone to Kia West Chester and did not like the deal I was offered on a 2012 Soul Exclaim. I contacted Kia Coatesville and they told me that they would be glad to give me an even better deal than the one I turned down, so, on July 13, 2012, I met with Shariff, Tony, Frank and a few others whose names I do not remember. I saw the Soul Exclaim; I recognized the sticker price and I saw the Kia West Chester logo on the back of the vehicle. I told them "Yes, that is the one I want." I negotiated a trade in allowance on our 2008 Madza 3, and the final cost to me, for the Titanium Soul Exclaim that I had just looked at in their parking lot was $10,500.00 including tax and tags. Forty five minutes later, after all the paper work was filled out, one of the older salesmen came over and told Shariff that the car that I was to get was NOT the one I had just negotiated a deal on. He said that the car that I was to get did not have a Spoiler on it. He then turned around and started to walk away. I stopped him and asked him what he was doing and he said "The car you were going to buy from West Chester did not have a spoiler on it and the sticker price was $370 lower than the car we just 'showed' you so we're taking this car back to West Chester and bringing the cheaper one here for you". Excuse me????? At that point, I knew I was being conned. I told the older salesman "the Soul I had looked at in West Chester most certainly did have a spoiler on it." He said "No, you're wrong. We just looked up the records at West Chester and the one you were going to purchase did not have a Spoiler, so we're going to take this Soul back to West Chester and bring you one back that doesn't have one." I asked to speak to Jim Sipala, who owns the dealership. The older salesman said "This was Jim's decision". Okay fine.In other words, they tried the old "bait and switch". Show someone a loaded vehicle; negotiate a price and then switch cars before they leave the lot. This is not uncommon in shady car dealerships. Needless to say, I got the keys to my Mazda and gladly walked out. When I left Kia Coatesville, I drove directly to another Kia dealer. I asked them to pull up the Soul Exclaim inventory at Kia West Chester. There were 2 logged in their inventory and BOTH had Spoilers. Interesting isn't it? Then, last evening, I found the paperwork that I received from Kia West Chester on June 30, 2012, with the description of the Soul Exclaim I wanted to purchase. Lo and behold, it DID have a spoiler on it.My advice - If you want 'honesty', well as much honesty as you can get from a car salesman, do NOT go to any of Jim Sipala's dealerships.

I recently went to Kia of coatesville to purchase a 2012 Kia rio. The car itself what's very nice, ran well, and and seemed to have no problems. Also it was priced at 18,000 which was the price listed on Kelly blue book for a brand NEW model. Kevin is the sales man that I delt with he seemed knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer my questions. My mother and I took a test drive and decided to buy the car. We also purchased the lifetime maintenance package and a 100,000 mile warranty. They cut about $1500 off the car and maintenance package which was priced at $1750. Whent it was all said and done the totall price came to a little over $20,000. That evening I left with the car and returned the next afternoon to have the car detailed, gas tank filled, and also Kevin had to show me how to operate the vehicles radio and wireless connection. The trouble began a few days after I purchased the rio. Not one time through the whole purchase process was I made aware of the total mileage on the car or shown the odometer reading. I had never thought to ask because I was under the assumption I was purchasing a new vehicle. When I finally caught sight of the odometer reading I was very agrivated because it read 5857 miles give or take 15 miles. Immediately I checked all of my paper work and became even more frustrated at what I discovered. The invoice odometer reading said 5 miles and the car was checked off as being new. This is without a doubt a case of dealer fraud. A vehicle that has close to 6000 miles on it is hardly new. Also the post dealer inspection paper work had made up mialage as well. In the blank for miles they hand wrote that there were 2 miles on the car before it was inspected and that it had 8 miles after it was inspected. After discovering all of this on my paper work I contacted Kevin and he told me it was a computer error, which doesn't add up considering the post dealer isnspection report was hand written (2 at start 8 at finish) and the vehicle supposedly hit 5 miles mid test which makes it impossible for the sales manager to have read the odometer reading at 5 miles when he typed that number down on my paper work. At this point my mother and I both wanted to return the car and be done with Kia of Coatesville. That evening we went down to the dealer to return the used Kia rio that was sold as new. We talked with the head sales manager. He asked my mother what we wanted to do and she told him we wanted to return the car and end the contract he then asked why so I replied by stating that " the bottom line is valuable pieces of information regarding the mialage of the car was left out of the sales process and I no longer had faith on the company". I spoke in a tone that any agrivated person who wasted a lot of time buying a car and was a victim of the actions of a fraudulent company, the sales manager must have been offended buy my blunt honesty because he cut me off to raise his hand and say that he was not being rude to me and that I should stop being rude to him. Really..... That's the best response he could give when I simply answered his question on why I wanted to return a vehicle. Very poor customer service. This dealer is a place I will never go back to. They did end up taking the car back with no problems and I believe it was because we possibly had a big court case against them for fraud.

My sister and I had a terrible experience here! We went shopping for a new car and they pressured her into buying one that say and would not give her any of the deals if she went another day. She was trading in her old car which still had payments on it. They agreed to cover the amount that was left on the loans if she were to purchase a new car. When buying the new car, they reassured us that they would cover the car again to help seal the deal. They also asked us multiple times if we wanted gap insurance, we declined. When reviewing the bill after we got home, the company moved a significant amount left on her old car to her new payments and charged her for gap insurance. When trying to contact them again to have it corrected they refused to help us.

On Saturday, my girlfriend and I went to look for a new car. She said that she didn't want to rush into anything and said she would not be coming home with a car today unless they offered to pay the entire amount she owed on her current automobile. She wanted to give it a few days of thought first. We went to a few different dealerships and she got the amount they would give her for her trade-in and an estimate of what her payments for a new car. Our last dealership that day was Kia of Coatesville. My girlfriend was looking for a new car that would be better on gas and was hoping to lower her monthly payment. She immediately told them this and they recommended a KIA Forte. He told her that she would have to get a brand new car because she owed so much on her current car, but said they were willing to payoff the current car. It seemed crazy that their first offer was to pay it off. My girlfriend asked the guy we were working with numerous times to verify that they were really going to pay the 17,000 that was owed. He said yes. Still not wanting to rush into anything, we told him we were going to go home and think about it. He told us that the offer would be off the table then and the only reason they were willing to pay off the car was because it was such a good sales day. After talking, we said they had a deal because they were willing to pay for the old car. When we switched rooms to sign papers, we felt rushed. The guy was late for dinner with his wife and he had two other customers behind us. My girlfriend didnt like this but asked the new guy the same questions about the car being paid off, payments, etc. and he said everything we agreed too. He asked if we wanted gap insurance and we declined multiple times. When we got home and looked at the paperwork we realized we got played. They not only added 4,000 from the previous car to the new car, but also added the gap insurance for a few hundred extra dollars. They were completely lying to our faces. Being deceitful should not be the way to conduct a business.

Sharif wasn't too bad. He was polite and professional. Car was a 2010 Forte SX and EX. After picking the car I saw it had a bad CarFax report. Bob Rae had the guts to tell me the price on both was not going to change, even with the bad Carfax on the EX, and the fact the SX has been on the lot for six months. He claimed they couldn't keep them on the lot.....they sailed off the lot. Must be a slow boat to China. They also tried the "you have a low credit score and we're doing you a favor" bit. I produced a copy of my credit score over 730 for each bureau. Now its the "your credit score is different depending on who looks it up" game. Called Equifax and they told the Lie-nance Manager that was false, who then said the credit bureau was full of crap.The next game was the price based on Kelly Blue Book. When it came to my trade it was the bible......when the price of both Forte's were WAYYYY lower in the book it became a waste of time....."KBB is ALWAYS wrong" they said.The last game, and at thet point I walked, was the "HERE IS THE PAPERWORK....SIGN SIGN SIGN SIGN DON'T READ SIGN SIGN SIGN I SAID DON'T READ SIGN SIGN SIGN" game. If I didn't the deal was no good tomorrow card was played and you wasted my time and don't come back blah blah blah. Bob even went as far as to follow me INTO the parking lot and call me all sorts of names and say I was lucky they got me a deal. If I don't take it I'll stay the loser I am now, and have fun trying to get other dealerships to approve your sorry ass.The kicker of it all.......I bought a car from the West Chester dealer Jim Sapala owns.... from Anthony Glover and it was NIGHT AND DAY different. Coatesville KNEW I was a prior customer !!!!!!Now THATS Crazzzzyyyy !!!!!Bottom line...Kia Forte EX with damage and airbag deployment.Listed at $16995KBB Excellant condition:$14405With damage around $12200Edmunds says do average appraisal rate price is $12500 minus damage even though car was fixed.Forte SX was listed at $19995KBB price was $15300Edmunds.com $15350

Did not charge price agreed apon then acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Wrote letters to the president and never had any response. On top of that I was charged a cap insurance which was never discussed $600. I also never received the phone call to rate my purchase, I guess that was a coincidence. I would never never recommend this dealership.

They where very friendly when we were buying the car, but when we took it back to get it inspected and found out that a seal they had fixed when we bought it, was in fact still leaking, they could care less. I have made hundreds of phone calls to this dealership and I have yet to have someone help more or even call me back. This has been going on for over a year now and I keep getting the run-around from everyone. I have asked to speak with upper management to complain and they won't even speak with me!! Horrible customer service!!!!!

I called into the dealership with a problem. I needed a new car, but I owed too much on my trade in and my credit was not the greatest. I spoke with Tony the sales manager on the phone and explained my situation. He assured me that he could help me. I was hesitant to come in because it was over an hour away. But I did anyway. When I got there Tony introduced me to Al Demsky. After we did a little paperwork, Al took me outside and showed me all the vehicles that would work for my situation. Unlike other dealers who pulled one car around for me and told me it is this car or a lot of money down. Al let me drive a few cars until I decided on a 2011 Kia Forte. We went back inside and Tony made a few phone calls. A few minutes later Al came over with some numbers. I was very nervous, but they got exactly where I was hoping to be. After that I met Tom who went over all the paperwork with me and expained it in a way that I could understand. After that process was done Al took me outside and spent 1 hour going over every option in the car, so I was comfortable before driving off the lot. And he downloaded the Kia of Coateville App for my phone so I can get in touch with roadside assistance, review my owners manual right on my phone, make service appointments, among so many other cool features that I have not even begun to try yet. It was worth the long drive to deal with these folks and are going to recommend them to everyone. Top notch crew and experience. Thank to Tony, Al, Tom, and the rest of the Kia of Coatesville crew!!!!!! A++++ experience and I cannot wait until my wife needs a new car. We'll be back!!!

We were very pleased with our experience at this dealership. I highly recommend Bobby, our salesman. He was knowledgable, honest, friendly and worked very hard for us. He was so very patient, showing us all options available to us even with a poor credit rating. The sales managers were also very pleasant. We will return to kia of coatesville and recommend to friends and family time and again.

I've owned two kia sorentos and wanted a new one. My father also buys his cars here. The incentives for customer loyalty are great and over all good prices for the sorento, we also bought the sipala package what includes lifetime oil changes, tires, tire rotations and inspections for life of the vehicle. The salesman Bobby o was very attentive to my needs and wants, listened to me and was not forceful or pushy like some other sales people we have dealt with in the past at other dealerships. He is a very friendly salesman with a good personality. Made my decision easy for me because of the comfort I felt there. Tom the finance manager is a very friendly and funny person as well. We would def come back for our next purchase and tell friends and family about the knowledge and comfort level we received. Bobby and kia of coatesville will be my salesman and place to purchase for long time for my family and whomever we can tell to buy a kia from. 10 rating from us. Come here first, and only if you know you want a KIA. I wanted a KIA forte and I got mine here, but only because I was so over the whole process. The price we paid was well well over what was stated to me twice. Didn't even get the extended warranty that was quoted in the lower price, lol. Totally our fault though for buying anyway. They did bump up the warranty at the end though,after we agreed to buy so go figure?? (To sleep at night? Jk.) Big saving grace there but not sure how many repeat customers they get. Implied that we were in a corner due to not having credit established. Please! I knew we'd get higher interest, but yeah..we can get that loan anywhere. Don't act like you're doing me a favor. Car salesmen I guess. Everyone was friendly enough though, and I like my new car. Other than that if I wasn't in need of a car right away and I could stand going to another dealership I would have moved on. Check em out first, but look around! I absolutely loved the dealers and everyone where I bought my Ford and had it serviced, I'll be looking for that KIA dealership for my maintenance!
