We'd come in knowing exactly what we want to get and hoping to get a better price. It ended up to be the same as what other dealers offered but they did throw a few free accessories. I liked Jerome's answer to our question on why we should buy from Kerry Mazda - he said they have very good customer service which will not stop with the sale. I'm sure hoping that would be the case with my future service visits with them. I definitely recommend Kerry Mazda!

Will Ruby is an exceptional sales person! (and so is James) I really wasn't in the market for a new car. I still had about about a year and a half left on my 2011 Mazda CX-5 lease, (and was quite attached to it I must add), however in February during an oil change, I saw Mazda was coming out with a new vehicle, a mini CX-5, the CX-3. I had been watching for them to "hit the floor" each time I was in the dealership. In September, there they were! Will was so patient with me thru several test drives, not only in the CX-3, but in a new CX-5 as well. I had been in 2 serious roll over accidents and the size of my vehicle was a concern. I did much research after which and SAFETY rating was the reason I came to Kerry Mazda in 2011 for the CX-5!! He explained all of the safety and "bells and whistles" of the CX-3. Will is very knowledgeable. Everyone there worked as a team, James, Wayne (who assisted the salesman during my first lease), Bryan Higgins- Manager, any questions I had regarding my old lease and turning it in, to the financing (Moe) and tire/wheel warranty. This is my second vehicle leased from Kerry Mazda. My service with Todd, Jeff and Cory in the service Dept. has also been exceptional. A special thank you to Bryan Higgins - Manager, for taking the time to meet and talk with me, and Dave, the Director of Finance for also giving me a call. I wish I could afford both the CX-5 and CX-3, however it is the CX-3 this time, love it! Thank you!

Oil Change and recall notice on our Mazda CX5. Had our small grandson with us. Was supposed to be a 45 min wait, turned into a 2 hr. wait. Comfortable waiting area and our almost 2 grandson loved all the cars in the showroom. There was an issue with our drain plug, caused the delay. The service department completely covered the cost because of the long wait. Thank You!!!

Our new car purchase took place over the course of two weeks. Jerome Barkley didn't mind my wife and I slow playing the process and at no time did he push to complete the sale. He took the time to answer all questions and was very friendly.The only aspect that wasn't enjoyable is being encouraged to buy services and warranties that simply aren't needed. Jerome was not part of pushing these services but rather managers and finance agents. My wife and I have credit scores both over 800. The "best" APR offered to us was 3%. Being told that we could get a lower rate if we pay for additional services was insincere. The bank doesn't care if I get Scotch Guarding. In the end, we reached an APR that we could all agree upon without adding the additional services.This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Kerry Mazda. The other two experiences were positive and the cars have been reliable. This is why I came back for a 3rd time. Even with the initial APR issue, I would still recommend Jerome Barkley and Kerry Mazda to friends and family.

I took my Mazda CX7 for a tire repair. With very little waiting time, the service manager was able to give me an evaluation of my tire problem! Apparently I had hit something in the road and the tire was not able to be repaired. But since I had bought the tire there and had very little mileage on it, the service manager was able to replace my tire with a new one at no expense due to road hazard. The new tire was quickly put on and, as a courtesy, they also checked all the fluids on my car and the brakes! What great service!

The only concern I have is when I checked out, I was informed the tread on my tires were getting low. I think that would be Kerry Mazda's fault since I just purchased this vehicle brand new last February and it only has 30,000 miles. Weren't these tires supposed to last up to 60,000 miles?

I walked into Kerry Mazda absolutely unsure that I could even get financed for a used car, let alone a new car. The salesman Jerome Barkley worked a miracle and I drove away that night in a brand new 2016 Mazda 3. I was dumbfounded when he found me a car with all my wants and needs that I could actually afford! His outstanding customer service skills and far from pushy service made the whole process smooth and stress free. To top it all off, the whole process took less than 2 hours which is almost unheard of! It only took that long becaue I spent half the time debating if I really wanted to go through with it or not. In the end, I'm so glad I chose Kerry Mazda of Florence! The have gained a customer for life and I will highly recommend them to anyone!

I love our new 2016 Mazada 3! Jerome and staff were so very easy to work with and we never felt any pressure. Jerome listened to us and helped us lease a great car for our daughter. We all fight over who gets to drive the car. When the lease is up on our Buick Enclave, we will be visiting Jerome and Kerry Mazda to purchase or lease a new Mazda. Love my car. They didn't pressure me into purchasing. My only issue is that I purchased the vehicle on a Sunday and had to bring it back to have them touch up in minor scratch and give me additional items that were added in as part of the purchase because they parts department wasn't open and the Manage told me that the service department opened at 7:00am. I arrived at 7:00 am and nobody was there.

I leased a 2016 CX5 and traded in my 2013 CX5. I returned the next day to cancel some warranties and request a prorated refund on those warranties for my 2013 CX5 and turned in the title. I also had navigation installed. I loved my experience with Mazda in Florence, Ky and received the best customer service from every person I worked with. My salesperson, Jerome, was great. He took a lot of time with me and helped me walk out with the nicest car I could afford, which took some time because I started with the nicest CX5 on the lot. I would recommend Mazda in Florence, Ky and plan to return in four years and walk out with a 2020 car! I am very happy and wish to thank everyone I worked with!!!

I had an over all good experience with Kerry Mazda of Florence. Jerome was very easy to work with and expressed a willingness to work with me to complete the deal; that was a refreshing aspect of the experience. I had stopped at other dealerships before and got the, if you don't like it too bad experience; it was just the opposite at Kerry. The only aspect of the experience I didn't like was when I initially sat down with the fiance manager. The initial percentage rate that he offered me was 3.2%, I have an excellent credit score. So, I told him I wanted to go through my credit union Navy Federal and then he expeditiously found a much lower rate of 2.24%;I was kind of offended by his initial offer. Overall, I had an pleasing experience with my purchase at Kerry Mazda of Florence Kentucky and would recommend them to my friends and family.

The service center at Kerry Mazda is wonderful. Both the service writers and the mechanics are always helpful and friendly. In my business I always try to treat my customers the way I would want to be treated, if I were in their shoes. At Kerry Mazda's service center, I have always felt that they value my time, care about my vehicle and truly appreciate my business. The waiting area is very comfortable and there is always free coffee, water and WiFi. If you're looking for a excellent service department, this is definitely the place to go. However, I would never recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership. The members of the sales staff, that I've had the displeasure of interacting with over the years, have always been very dismissive, condescending and have turned being unhelpful into an art form.

The dealership suffers from the maladies of the traditional dealership environment but compensated for with a friendly and knowledgable staff. Notably, James Fox, who was very proactive throughout the process and spent valuable time explaining the different features in my new Mazda. I came in with a slow tire leak, without an appointment. Jeff of the service staff treated me like an old friend, got me in right away. The mechanics fixed the leak quickly. They also checked how much brake capacity I had left, because I knew I was about to need service on it. They said I was good for a few thousand miles more, and then even washed off my car! Now that's what I call "SERVICE."

Enjoyed my visit to the dealership. The staff was polite and said Hey. Dane was a great salesman and took my concerns into consideration when working with me to get the new car today. He took the time to go over the exit interview with the car and told me call him if I have any issues. They were willing to work with me on my trade in to help me get the car I wanted. The dealership inside was spacious and they didn't swarm on me when I was looking. The only dissatisfied part in the process was I wasn't offered a beverage and the coffee that looked complimentary had no idea if I could use it or if there were any K-Cups to use. The Chairs at the negotiating areas where uncomfortable another small change would make it relaxing. Its the small things that make the customer comfortable. I spent a lot of time walking around while they were discussing my offer.. There was a seated area in the service area that you could not change the channel. Good people Good dealership I would recommend to get a new Car.

After two weeks of test driving several vehicles that includes detailed analysis of several car reviews we decided we needed to visit the Mazda showroom. and was introduced to our sales person. (Dane Griffith) Dane provided us with general and detailed information related to various models. He asked all the right questions quickly narrowed down into the type of vehicles we were interested in purchasing. We took a short test drive where he answered each of our questions in a professional manner while impressing us as to his knowledge of the features on the vehicle Mazda CX- 5 Grand Touring. We felt that the driving experience was superior to the other 4 SUV vehicles we drove and the feature set, such as the technology features made this the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Since it was late, we made arrangements to return the next day to workout the pricing, trade-in-value, etc. After working out the specifics of the sale with Dane and his manager. It was a straight forward discussion that made us feel we received a fair trade-in and bottom line price. They located the exact vehicle at an out-of-state dealer and quickly made arrangements to get it to the Florence dealership. We picked up the vehicle late on the day it was delivered. The entire process has handled in a professional manner. We have driven the CX-5 for several days now and it is everything that we expected.

I was car shopping when my friend told me he just purchased a Mazda 6 Touring from Kerry Mazda and that I should consider buying one. Researching on-line, I found the car I wanted at Kerry Mazda and decided to stop by the dealership where I was met by James Fox. Initially I was hoping for a deep discount price on a 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring left over however they only had one available and even though the price was discounted it was not deeply discounted. So I left. Using the internet to research and determine the vehicle and options I wanted on my next new car I found myself once again at Kerry Mazda looking at the Snowflake White 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. I was once again greeted by James Fox who had remembered my name. James was able to locate the Snowflake White 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring keys and sent me away for a test ride. By the time I returned I knew I had to have this car however I still needed my wife to test ride it. Several days later I arrived back at the Kerry dealership again with my wife only to learn the car was sold to another customer in the interim, but James Fox quickly placed us into a similar car for a test ride. When we returned to the dealership James asked my wife what she thought and I quote I wanted to hate it but Ive got to tell you, I love itJames told me that he would see about locating the vehicle I wanted from another dealership. We negotiated purchase price and James and team set about locating the vehicle I wanted. James called me the next morning and told me they had located the Snowflake White 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring (with the options I wanted) at a dealership east of Cleveland. I said great but I really didnt want all of those miles on my brand new car and to my surprise James told me he was leaving Florence at 5:00am the next morning driving his personal truck pulling a flat bed and would have my car in Florence by 4:00pm. At 3:30pm I received a call from James telling me he was crossing the bridge back into Kentucky with my car and I could meet him at the dealership in 30min. When I arrived at 4:00pm my Snowflake White 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring was on site and was receiving the once over by the Kerry team. The finance guy was waiting for me to complete the purchasing paperwork, everything went smoothly there as well and when we were finished the car was ready to go.There are other dealerships around town willing to sell you a car with varying degrees of satisfaction but the reason I purchased this car at Kerry Mazda was due to the positive experience starting with James Fox. His actions alone convinced me that I had made a good decision to purchase a car from the Kerry Mazda team! Thanks, James Fox!!

I have taken my 2008 Mazda 3 to the dealership for service since I purchased the vehicle. I love that the service manager, Tod knows me by name. I always get great service and will continue to take my vehicle to Kerry Mazda. I am looking forward to reaching 200,000 miles!

I came in for an oil change and to have my vehicle check out before I drove it on a trip. The couple of things I had requested were taken care of. At no time did I feel like my request were not taken seriously.

I have never purchased a Mazda before. I grew up driving Fords, got married drove Chevrolets. I knew I wanted a minivan but I like small cars. The Mazda 5 was perfect for me. I met Amy the day I went looking. She was so helpful and patient and honest. Needless to say that was back in May 2015. I am in love with my van and so are the kids. I am now a Mazda girl. I would recommend anyone interested to come in and talk to Amy.

My sales person, Amy Monroe, was such a pleasant presence throughout the whole process. Buying/selling cars is usually a really long process and I really appreciated all the employees staying past closing to finish everything up without feeling the least bit rushed. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I have had great experiences at Kerry Mazda in Florence, Ky., my salesperson was Amy Fletcher Monroe, who really sold me on Mazda's. I recently had a remote start added to my car and Amy Fletcher Monroe helped set this up with the service department. They did a great job on this and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Steven, the manager, and James Fox, the salesman, were both extremely focused on providing outstanding customer service. Steven is the manager of not only the Mazda dealership, but also the VW dealership. I don't know how he does it, but he is high energy and is the best manager I have ever met in the automobile industry. He is very personable and "down to earth" with his customers. Customers know they can trust this gentleman.Steven and James make a great team. James Fox also bends over backwards for his customers. Customers also can trust James. He is a breath of fresh air in a century where customer service has fallen between the cracks. Many salesmen are only interested in themselves... how much are they going to make and how quickly can they make the sale and move on to the next customer? James takes care of his clients. That's why he gets the referrals and new customers.I hope Kerry is able to recognize these two employees for what they bring to the business. Sometimes companies overlook top-notch workers or take them for granted. This would be a huge mistake. Please reward both of these individuals for their work ethic and strong focus on customer service.

I had a very good experience at Kerry Mazda. I'm big into cars, and after researching multiple brands, I decided on test driving the Mazda 6 with the intent to purchase. My Consultant was James Fox and we looked closely at a Touring and Grand Touring determining the details and option packages for each. Our discussions were no pressure and actually fun because the Mazda 6 is an impressive car with a lot of standard features and James is a solid down to earth guy. The deal making process was quick. We reviewed pricing and bounced a few numbers back and forth until we go to a place where we both were happy. Within an hour we had walked the lot twice, test driven a car, and settled on the price. After that, the pricing summary was provided to me and the math was clear. Fuzzy math at car lots is very irritating. I requested that the financing process go as quickly as possible and they accommodated me well on that too. This was my third new car purchase, and my first time at Kerry. At no time were there any of the car buying irritations that most people, including me, dislike about car shopping. I chose Kerry due to multiple dislikes voiced from friends and family regarding several of the large Cincinnati area dealers and am happy I gave my business to Kerry and James. The Kerry Mazda Manager Cody was a big help too along with James to find the car from a neighboring dealership in the color and option package I wanted.

Located a pre-owned VW CC Luxury in the Mazda / VW inventory. Not only did they give me a great price just on top of KBB wholesale, it had an extended warranty that was equal to the original factory warranty . I mean bumper to bumper! Anyway, nice down to earth people - I know they'll take care of me

We were planning to buy two new mazdas, and tried to be efficient about it by emailing Kerry and a few other dealers for info. We couldn't get direct answers to questions via email (shame on us for not recognizing that warning sign!) so we went to the dealership in person to see the cars and negotiate. After wasting a lot of our time, they low-balled us on the value of our trade-ins...about 35% less than Kelly Blue Book values. Given the pace things were moving, we weren't going to close that gap so we left. We bought at another dealership the next day with much less hassle and got full KBB value for our trade-ins. Love the new Mazdas, but did not have a good experience here. A shame too b/c their service folks are great.

Where to begin? These people lied and schemed their way through every step of the process: from the price of the vehicle, to what they were willing to give me for my trade-in, to trying to pressure (borderline bully) me into making a commitment during the one time my husband wasn't with me. After several trips to the dealership, and dealing with 4 different contact people (including one creepy encounter where I was chased down in the parking lot as I was leaving), and a lot of wasted time, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I ended up buying from another Mazda dealer, after making a deal over the phone. After that, the salesman from Kerry Mazda still had the nerve to call me and leave messages every day for weeks. When I finally answered and tried to give them feedback, he hung up on me. I can't imagine anyone actually going into that dealership and NOT being taken advantage of. Their business practices are horrible and downright shady.

My name is Amy Cosgrove and I have encountered the inadequate customer service anyone could imagine with Kerry Mazda and Joe Jeremiah. First, Saturday the day of the sale. I was in a hurry and was rushing through things but at no time, during the test drive, during the approval, during the negotiations not once was it explained to me that this car operates differently than most manuals when attempting to put the car in reverse, not being equipped with this information I drove the car forward into a sign, shortly after obtaining my new car. Joe proceeded to argue with me and call me a liar saying that he told me this information. I was not told to push down to get the car in reverse. Allen resolved that situation, by saying that I was at fault but put me in a different car. Next, I dropped off my car on Tuesday to get my remote start installed. Joe told me would try for Wednesday but was not sure, I said lets do Thursday, it works better in my schedule. Thinking it might be done Wednesday it never occurred to me to call about when it would be done Thursday. I show up about 3:30. Joe again argues with me saying that I said I would be there at 4:30 and he made sure it would be done by then. I typically work 6:30 to 3:00, a time for me to pick up my car was not discussed. I should have called and checked but more importantly good customer service, especially in light of what happened would have said for him to call me and let me know when it would be ready. Once again I was called a liar and he proceed to argue and disrespect me.Finally, upon my prompting I said bring it to me so I don't have to come back out here. I was assured the car would be washed and delivered. Joe just dropped it off, the stickers where not taken out of the car as promised. Now I have sticker residue on my window shield. I was told this was not done because he wasn't sure how long had this morning, he got to work this morning and had to get it out to me because he said I said I needed it. I never told Joe I needed my car at any certain time today. I am at work it could be here at 10:00 or 2:00 and would have made no difference to me. I will not be doing business with Kerry Mazda again and I will let whoever will listen know about the poor customer service and the inadequacy of the sales team, especially Joe Jeremiah. I am not usually the type to give feedback or make comments but this is outrageous and someone should be aware of who they have representing their company.Amy Cosgrove
