Joe and Aaron were incredibly patient and helpful through my 18 months of reserving and purchasing my Bronco. While other dealerships were engaged in shady practices, the entire team at Kerry Ford kept their word, dealt with me fairly and made the experience so much easier. I drove from NJ just on my relationship with the team. I had an opportunity to move my Bronco reservation to a closer dealership but I trusted Joe and the team and I'm glad that I did. Definitely recommend.

I brought my Ford Explorer in to replace the fuel injector and spark plugs. The Service Advisor kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Most importantly he was HONEST. He had given me a price quote before I authorized the work. He called me later to tell me he had made a calculation mistake. The quote should have been $700 LESS. If he had not told me of the error I would not have ever known. I will never forget this gentleman's integrity. Because of this experience Kerry Ford has gained me as a new customer!

Worked with Joe and Chris on a new Ecosport and was completely stoked on the great service we received as a customer. Previous dealership we worked with said they were 50/50 that they would be able to get the car we wanted from another dealership. When I called Chris over at Kerry he said he would have one that same day. Got a call within the hour it had arrived and had the car in our driveway by the end of the evening. Financing was straight up and every single person we dealt with there was a joy to deal with. Very convenient location and super nice facilities. I went into Kerry Ford knowing what kind of car I wanted, knowing what kind of financing was working with, but not knowing if the right car and financing would be available for me. Todd Burger and Joel worked their hearts out to get as close as possible to achieving that goal. I never felt like there was secret talk behind closed doors, or that they were out to make a sucker out of me. My 5 star review isn't what I want it to be.. as I would give Todd and Joel 10 stars if I could.I went in with a 2012 chevy cruze, and walked out with a 2017 ford fusion hybrid, and the quality has just opened my eyes. I've been a chevy guy my whole life, and will never go anywhere besides Kerry Ford again for a new or certified used vehicle.Thank you, Todd and Joel, for working so hard to make this deal. You've gained a customer for life.

Apparently, Kerry Ford is the most vile and lying dealership in Ohio, perhaps the nation! I needed an inexpensive used PU truck to replace my current work truck. Their website person, Caitlin Brasil, assured me over the phone that the advertised truck was indeed available. I then immediately drove from Anderson Township to their fetid dealership, only to be told the truck was being sold. I left, thinking such things occasionally happen, yet later that same evening I received another email stating that deal had fallen through and the truck was still available. So, I immediately emailed Caitlin that I was incapable of driving all the way over to them to view the vehicle in the dark the same night, and promised her I would come back next day, and asked her to hold the vehiclewhich she promised to do. Later again that same evening I received yet another email from said functionary, Caitlin, stating the truck was no longer available. This level of utter xxxxxxxxx explains why used car dealers are held in the same vile contempt as lawyers and politicians. Foul, dishonest and vulgar LIARS! Bait and switchbait and switch! These scurrilous and faux business people are lower than dog droppings! My only message to you, Caitlin, is that I sincerely hope you find less vile employmentso far your existence is an utter and lying failure trying to fluff up this low-rent operation!As far as the thief who runs your operation, I suggest you forward this missive to him or her, though I believe its far too late to salvage their operation or lifeboth are utter failures! I would not attempt to deal with your crappy operation again, even if there was absolutely no other alternative!!!You are utter LYING failures!!!

We were told the valugard protection had a lifetime warranty for our truck. But after we paid they told us our truck was over 5 years old so it wasn't covered.We got the run around and no help or refund. We were not happy with the customer service we received.

Kerry Ford was a dealership that was well up to par on the courtesy department. Me and wife came in and were looking for specific options on and explorer. They not only had the options we wanted but had the ruby red color also. They offered a drive and afterwards we came back and made the buying experience very pleasant and painless. I think my wife was a little overwhelmed with all the features but we where taught how to use them pretty good. The car buying experience is always looked at in a negative light but its how you make it, I have a good time buying cars the price is on the window so people shouldn't get so uptight and mad, anyway they made it fun. thank youkenny

The Springdale location is the worst experience I've ever had with a business, in general.From the price agreement to trying to force us to take a hardtop that didn't fit our jeep, everything they promised us, they tried to back out of after we signed papers. They also wouldn't answer our phone calls or get back to us and we ended up having to drive all the way up to the dealership (over an hour drive) to get any results.After over a week of dealing with them and many hours waiting on them at the dealership, they still only gave minimal effort. I run my own business and if someone was ever wronged in the way we were, I would go above and beyond to earn their trust back and give them more than what they'd originally asked for, to do otherwise is bad for business.On top of all this, they were also verbally disrespectful to my dad and myself, which to me is the worst part.My main regret in dealing with them is that I didn't just leave the jeep and walk out, based on principle. No one should be treated that way when they're paying that much money for something.We would never go back...not even for an amazing deal.My advice: don't support bad business.

2014 Focus has been in multiple times to the service department. Each time they fail to meet basic expectations of customer service. They don't contact you back on the status of the vehicle, they have lost our keys when we came to pick it up one time. Waited for 30 min while they looked everywhere and finally found the tech still had them. They bad mouthed the same year and make as our car (know transmission issues) right while we were standing there. This time we dropped the car off before they opened(had appointment for that day), called later to check and they never looked at - keys were still in the drop box. Now without a vehicle for another day. When they looked at it the next day they half xxx looked into the a/c issue we had, said it was normal. Explained the a/c was not cooling at all. Now they say they need to replace the compressor and will be down another day. If they would have actually looked at the car the first day, done basic tests and figured out the issue, and called us right away I would have been fine waiting on the replacement part. Communication goes a long way. Even when we bought the vehicle they couldn't find one of the key fobs (push start) and the salesman was supposed to get us a new one. Went back and he still didn't do anything on the key, finally grabbed a box full of random fobs and pressed them till he found the one that was originally for our vehicle. We are seriously thinking of trading this car in for a newer one (without known Ford transmission issues) and from our experience we will not do it here!

Found a great price online for a car at Kerry Ford and emailed the dealer to make sure it was in stock. It was confirmed, via an email that arrived a little too quickly if you know what I mean, that the car was available. When I arrived, I spoke with a sales person who then spent 15 minutes "looking" for the vehicle but couldn't find it, suggested that it must have been sold earlier that day even though I had just received an email from their internet sales person stating that it was available, and given that pictures in the online advertisement were obviously taken in the winter (leave-less trees, the reflection of a bundled up cameraman), this wasn't a remotely convincing story. The were able to find a more expensive version which I test drove and genuinely liked, but they wanted 9k more than the advertised car and 7k more than their own advertisement for that exact car. When negotiating, the sales person, whose name escapes me, tried literally every dirty trick known to man. Google "car dealer dirty tricks" and you'll have their entire playbook, which I just happened to have done the day before my visit, and so it was like watching a washed up magician try to perform tricks in front of an audience that already knows how they're done. The only difference is that this "magician" is trying to steal your money.

This was the worst new car buying experience ever. The internet sales team quoted x-plan pricing and approximate trade in value based on several pictures that we sent. We traveled 4 hours and were very surprised that the sales consultant knew nothing about the price quoted/rebates offered by the internet team and the trade in value was a mere $1500-2500 instead of a substantial amount more. After I showed them my emails the price changed very quickly. All of this took 4 hours. I felt overwhelmed. They were very pushy and did not want us to leave. We ended up traveling 10 miles down the road to another dealership that was no-hassle pricing and purchased the truck of our dreams within an hour at an awesome price.

I was interested in buying a car here right up until the point that it came time to buy. After being told that there was a sales event going on, I spent a full hour filling out forms (pen and paper) until they told me they could only give me $250 off the MSRP.At that point, the high pressure sales tactics began and the guy had to go back and forth with his manager, trying to get me to sign a form to buy immediately. Meanwhile, there were several other sales guys watching YouTube on someone's phone and laughing. The whole experience was very unprofessional and an unproductive use of my time.

Last week I contacted Kerry Ford regarding a vehicle I saw on their website. I spoke with Nik Keating on Wednesday and he assured me the vehicle was available. I then spoke to him again on Friday and made an appointment at 9:30 am Saturday morning to test drive the vehicle. At 9:25 am we arrived at the dealership and asked for Adam (per Mr. Keating's instructions). To our surprise, Adam was not work on Saturday. We spoke with another salesman and he attempted to locate the vehicle. After 40 minutes of looking he said the vehicle was at the detail shop and would not be back for several days. I asked to speak with Mr. Keating. The salesman went to the back and returned 15 minutes later stating that Mr. Keating was "more of a behind the scenes" guy. I once again requested to speak to the individual who confirmed my 9:30 appointment. As I was waiting for Mr. Keating (who never came out) I was approached by the sales manager. He apologized for the car not being available and then tried to get me to consider other vehicles which were higher priced. It was very apparent at this point that I was caught in a bait and switch. I quickly left the dealership and made a purchase at Kings Automall around noon!I would caution anyone from visiting this dealership. If you do, you will be dealing with men who lack integrity and professionalism. You have a choice when shopping and Kerry is not a destination I would recommend.

This is by far the worst dealership you could ever go to! I have never felt more screwed over in my life! They whole place is crooked! I purchased an extended warranty on a used vehicle I bought from them. I recently traded this vehicle into a different dealership to purchase a new one. They will not reimburse me for the extended warranty now. Claiming it was a 2 year warranty and its 1 month past that date.. They tried to jack the price of the vehicle up on me as well. Then I told the salesman it was online for about $5K cheaper than what he was trying to stick me with! They also told me that they got the tags switched over from the truck I traded in and I was good to go. They said its all taken care of and you don't need to do anything else. Well 6 months later I got pulled over and my tags came back to my old vehicle. Took awhile explaining this to the cop... So they lied about taking care of that also. I felt terrible after I purchased the vehicle and learned a lesson for sure! NEVER purchase a vehicle from Kerry!!!

It was not a typical dealership that will take care of you. I didn't feel very welcomed, and I had to ask for a lot of information that I never got. Titus (or Tytus) was my sales rep and he was wonderful and took care of me. The sales manager, Emanuel, was awful. He played the "sales" games and tried to trick me a lot. He would try to sell me the car based on my loan principal and term (which is between my bank and me, aka not his business). He also tried to sneak in a bunch of hidden fees at the end and he tried to tell me that it was just the usual taxes and title. I told him he was wrong and that I wanted to see a break-down of all the fees, and he came back and said he wiped the fees off (and it was over $300 cheaper). I asked him what fees he wiped off and he named a couple random things and changed the subject. He also tried to lie to me at the beginning as a sales tactic. I went to see the car, and I asked for all issues and paperwork from when they bought and inspected it and I was told they didn't have anything on it. I took it to another dealership the next day for an inspection and there were several things wrong with it. When I brought this up at the beginning of negotiations asking that they discount the car the cost to fix only the biggest issue, Emanuel told me that they car was already discounted lower because of the issues it has. I just looked at him and was like, "okay so you knew there were issues with it and that is why it has a lower price?" and he of course backtracked and changed the subject, because I had him in a corner and it is illegal to withhold information of the known issues with the car.Basically, it was like because I am female I have dummy written on my forehead. I bought the car, because I had done my research and knew what I was getting into, but I do not appreciate being treated like a moron and being lied to. I have been to plenty of dealerships that are honest and upfront with you and I would choose any one of those dealerships over this one for my business in the future. I gave it two stars because if you are a knowledgeable consumer, and you know what you are getting into, you will be able to deal with all of this. Like I said, I did buy the car. However, if you are unsure, or you havn't had the vehicle checked out yourself, don't bother with Kerry Ford .

The service and after sale experience was and is a nightmare!!!!!!! My Ford Focus has had major issues with the clutch/transmission system. Five weeks to get the part and another five plus weeks to get it installed. The car issues aside, the service department all the way up to Art the GM have talked out of both side of their mouth. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I BOUGHT MY LEMON AT KERRY FORD....AND KERRY FORD SERVICE MAKES ME PUCKER!!!!!!!!!!

Nice salesmen and responsive sales managers. Unfortunately, the helpful attitudes come to a quick end once their policy and business practices come into play. Let me also state that I do not believe "the customer is always right." This review is simply my perception of how Kerry Ford handled my specific situation.I stopped by Kerry Ford to checkout a $9,000 used vehicle which had been on their lot for almost 15 months (per the CarFax report). I loved the car and was interested, but after the test drive I found a massive oil leak at the top of the motor. I told the sales rep and his manager that I couldn't make any buying decisions that day, because I needed to do some research and talk to a mechanic about the oil leak. I did exactly this, and two days later had educated myself about a failed vacuum pump which carried a $400 parts cost and was billed at 4 hours of labor (including dropping the transmission). I called my sales rep and told him that at $900 to repair the oil leak I wasn't going to be able to make a very good offer. He acknowledged the concern and asked me to come into the dealership. This is when the real aggravation began. I was asked to come back to the dealership (an hour drive) at least a dozen times in the course of a day, and told by my sales rep and his sales manager that the dealership does not negotiate over the phone or email. It took me a half dozen phone calls and eventually an email escalated to the senior sales manager (James Ashurst) to finally have my offer denied. Up until that point, the only answer I received was to "come back to the dealership so we can talk about it." I don't know about you, but I have a job, 3 kids, an exhausted pregnant wife, dance class, soccer practice, and little-to-no spare time. I already knew what my best offer could be to make the car worth buying, and I laid out all my cards for their team to review. Unfortunately, the practice at Kerry Ford is to reject all communication until you show up in person. I worked in the retail auto industry 10 years ago, and I understand the "four square" sales tactics, "what do you want your payment to be?" etc. The problem here, is that I was making a cash offer and had no reason to return to the dealership without a cashiers check in hand to buy the car. Kerry Ford needs to figure out the modern world, give their team members email addresses (only managers get an email), and learn to work remotely with customers in a position to make a direct offer. At this point, I doubt these guys will sell me the car, but if anyone had bothered to ask me if I could sweeten my offer, I would have told them that I liked the car enough to consider it. I can't make another offer today, because I don't have the extra money, but give me two or three weeks. If the car is still sitting around the lot, then maybe I'll revise my position and attempt to strike a deal. But... I won't be setting foot in the dealership without a signed cashiers check in-hand, so don't even try to ask me to "come back in."Then, the funniest thing happened. I posted this same review on Google Reviews, and DAYS after posting it, James Ashurst attempted to "make things right" by commenting on my review and asking me to contact him at my earliest convenience, which I had already done. Good try, James, but you already sent me an email IN ALL CAPS, letting me know that you weren't interested. But that was a good effort to CYA. Also, I gave you my phone number so that you could reach out to me. If you actually want to make things better, call me, and apologize for real.

It was a wonderful experience, our sales gentleman Flint Herold has got to be the best salesman we have ever seen! Me and my husband came in and were treated with the utmost respect. Actually we were completely surprised by how we were treated!; we came in looking at used trucks and ended up with a new 2015 F150. We have bought many cars and know that dealers typically make more money on used cars and our salesman Flint showed us options on several used trucks and finally a brand new truck. I had never considered a new truck because I thought we couldn't afford it! Flint took the time to show us the details and the new truck was almost the same overall cost as a used truck that had 68,000 miles on it. Even though Flint made less money on the new truck vs the used one, he helped us figure out which way made the most sense for us/ the best way to help us, and not just the truck that made him the most money. Besides Flint, his manager Ed made us feel at home with no pressure to do anything we didn't want to do, as well as our finance guy Dave, the technology guy Keith and two higher up managers I believe are Jason & James all made us feel like we could ask anything and get an honest answer. My experience was absolutely amazing! I bought a new Explorer for my wife and was very impressed with the level of service I got. My salesman Flint Herold was able to answer every single question I had quickly and accurately. I must have asked him like a million questions for about an hour straight!! So I take mar car in to repair a window. I have an older Explorer - the rear glass hinges failed, so the window was 'off' and laying down in the back. The window was in tact - just not attached. I leave. When they tell me the price, I decline to have the work done. In the mean time (between dropping the car off and communicating that I will not have them do the work), it snowed about 5 inches. There was no effort at all to seal off the car. I had a nice load of snow and water in the passenger compartment. They didnt even bother to close the open moon roof. I dont expect them to wash or take great care of a car on the lot that is not theirs - but I do expect them to make some apparent effort to make anyone come there again. I'm excited about the new Explorer due to be announced any day now - but wont be going to Kerry for it.

Jeff and I go back a bit, having worked together in the mortgage industry. I wasn't really in the market for a new car, but saw an online ad indicating some really great prices. Even though I didn't meet the eligibility requirements for that pricing, Jeff was able to put together an affordable deal on a new Taurus that has most of the toys I've ever wanted. The vehicle is gorgeous, the buying experience was relatively smooth, and I got a better finance rate than expected. Through my own fault, I forgot that I needed memory seats (I'm 6'1' and my wife is 5'2'); but, no big deal -- just have to make the necessary adjustments when we periodically trade cars.Jeff is a very personable sales person, and has the support of a great team. The manager, Jason helped make the numbers work, and convinced me to add a protection package that will have a long-term positive impact on my vehicle investment. Ron in the finance office was cool to work with, and Dave made using the advanced vehicle electronics a snap. I don't mind others making money, as long as I win, too; and, in this case, I got the car I wanted on very affordable terms. All in all, Jeff and his team at Kerry, put together a great deal and a great buying experience. I plan to recommend Jeff to all of my friends and coworkers!

When they get you in the sales chair to make a deal on the car. You must sign the chicken scratch they write. If you do not the attitudes come out. They want you to say you will drive off in their car if they get you the great deal the sales manager gets you. Of course the first round of payments are so far off they are not funny. If you get up to walk away he blames you for not dealing with him.This was the worst dealer I have ever been to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER any other dealer is better than these guys.After I left no one from the dealer even tried to call and get me back. They do not care about you, only making a killing on the high priced cars they sell.

I filled out the trade info when I contacted Kerry Ford on the internet. This is supposed to be so the the used car guy can get the most for your car. But they low balled and insulted me with an offer of $300 to $700 for $3,000-$4,000 car, they must think people are just stupid. I told the salesperson the last time I got low balled like that I just walked out - should have done it this time. They did get to $2500 after about an hour and a half and several of those if I can get you $500 more will you buy a car today and the old I just need you to initial here so my boss knows you are serious (after I drove 80 miles to get there). They get your keys and hold you hostage, another old car sales tactic. I must have asked for them back ten times cause we were ready to get the heck out of there. The thought went through my mind that I should call the local police but my cell phone was locked in my car and they had the keys. After two hours of this crap, the so called salesmanger comes out with my keys and has the nerve to say "what can I do to earn your business today". He could have come up with something original, that's the same line of BS they been using for 30 years. At that point my wife and I decided there was no way we were dealing with these guys no matter what the numbers and finally got our keys and left. It is really ashame. We liked the car we were looking at and if they hadn't of insulted me with the lst offer and gone through all the BS, maybe we could have gotten to a good number. I may have taken $3000 for it and we were close but at some point my line in the sand was at $3500. May have gotten there after two more hours of this crap but enough was enough. THESE GUYS ARE STUCK IN THE 70'S WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. If you like the hassle - GO FOR IT, I have better things to do and you do feel they are a little dishonest about the entire process.And I thought the car business had changed over the last 25 years but not this one. My brother who spend 30+ years in the business would say these are the guys that give all car salespersons a bad reputation.

I had visited one previous car dealership before going to Kerry ford. It seemed like I was going to get a decent price but I still wanted to check out other places. So, I went to Kerry ford next. As soon as I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by Jason. I let him know I had found a car on their website that i was interested in and he led me straight to it. He was so friendly / personable the whole time he assisted me. He rode with me when I test drove the ford fusion and during our ride, he pointed out some of the cool features on the car. He wasn't 'strictly business' which I really liked. We kinda got to know a little bit about each other and I felt comfortable with him almost as if we had been long-time friends.After our test drive, I was also assisted by Ed and Dave who were also very nice. This was my first car purchase that I've made on my own so i was nervous about signing all the paperwork. But everyone answered my questions and gave me reassurance about my purchase so I ended up buying the Ford fusion from Kerry ford.A few days after making my purchase, I needed to leave my car with the dealership so that it can get Valugard paint sealant. When I dropped off my car, I didn't see Jason but I was assisted by Dave and Ed. They took care of me, set me up with a rental car, and I was good to go. I could have picked up my car at the end of the day but i was unable to. Jason contacted me the same day to let me know he was about to leave for the night but noticed my Fusion was still outside. I was surprised that he noticed considering he wasn't around when I dropped it off. It was nice to know that he was looking out for me. Building a relationship with the people I'm doing business with is important to me. Everyone I've dealt with at Kerry Ford has shown that's important to them, too.

Our experience with Kerry Ford was outstanding! After our 2001 Jeep was stolen, we decided that a new vehicle was in order. We met with Tom Frede who guided through the entire process. While my fiancee was more interested in they style of vehicle, the power train and fuel economy were what I was concerned with. With all of our considerations in mind, Tom went above and beyond what I expected. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and above all patient. We finally settled on a 2013 Escape at 9 pm, which also happened to be closing time. We told Tom that we would be happy to stop by the next business day to finish the deal, but were assured that staying late wouldn't be a problem for the Kerry Crew. Tom then turned us over to Chris who crunched the numbers and got the absolute best deal available. Chris then recommended the Value Guard package (Tom had told us about it earlier, but to be honest, it had slipped my mind) to protect our investment. What a great package! After the numbers were worked out, we were turned over to Dave to complete the paperwork. This is always the part of the deal I dread! Dave made the process painless and simple. He explained everything to our complete and total satisfaction. Not once did I get my usual "OMG I'm buying a new car I feel sick" feeling. After all was said and done and we were ready to take our new "baby" home, Tom walked us to our freshly cleaned Escape and explained all the inner workings of the vehicle. He synced my fiancee's phone with the car, explained the stereo, door locks, phone interface...really everything possible. Now keep in mind that by this time it was over an hour past closing. A few days later, I called Kerry Ford and spoke with Dave about the vehicle's window sticker. It just happened that when it was removed from the window, the sticker tore through the options section and that particular part was missing. Dave asked for my number and said he was on it. It wasn't 15 minutes later that the manager called me saying he had a copy of the window sticker on his desk awaiting my pick up. This may seem trivial to some, but I really wanted that window sticker for my records. Wow! Talk about service!In closing, I have to say that Kerry Ford exceeded our expectations by a landslide. From the time we set foot on the dealership lot until well after the sale, everyone we dealt with treated us as a VALUABLE customer. This is so rare nowadays. Hats off to Tom, Chris, Dave, the lot techs, and everyone else on the Kerry Ford team. I have already recommended Kerry Ford to others and will continue to do so. The Kerry Ford team is a breath of fresh air in a world that has forgotten what customer service is all about.

I found Kerry Ford to be extremely dishonest. I spoke with a salesman on the phone and was quoted a price for a pre owned car that I saw on the Internet. The person I spoke to said that his manager agreed that the deal was solid as I did not want to make the 45 minute drive to Kerry Ford for no reason. When I showed up at the dealership, the phone salesman agreed that we had made the deal yet his manager told me that "he just answers the phone, he had no right to make you that deal.". They seem to tell you anything to lure you in and then are not good for their word. I would not suggest dealing with the dishonest people at Kerry Ford.

The sales rep was fine. He didn't pressure. We had to attempt to drive 3 separate Ford Focus because the first 2 had dead batteries. They attempted to get a "jump box" to get the cars started, but that didn't work. So we ended up driving a 3rd vehicle just to try one out. I felt really bad for Cody. At the same time, how do you expect him to sell cars that won't start? We will buy somewhere else.

I purchased a vehicle a 1996 Chevrolet Express 1500 Van. I used my credit card and wrote a check. I was expecting a deposit from both the VA and Social Security. They did not come through. When I realized this I called immediately, trying to work out a solution. Meanwhile, the day after I purchased the vehicle, it broke down. I had it running again and took it to Kerry Ford to speak to Justin, the finance manager. He told me they would be taking the vehicle and keeping it there. We were told to wait until the 'general manager' arrived. A woman came to the table where we were told to wait. She stated that we needed to take the vehicle or 'kerry ford would tow it off at our expense' We took the vehicle home. Within two days the transmission began to slip to the point of only running in second gear. The next day the vehicles engine threw a rod, making it completely inoperable. We spoke to the real General Manager Art Henderickson, he told us that they would not take the vehicle back and they would be 'calling the police.' When I asked if I could work something else or return the vehicle and get back our $1000 Mr. Henderickson said, 'You can go F*** yourself and I'll see you in prison.' I then contacted the owner of Kerry Ford, Doy Baker, we had a discussion and he said that I could return the vehicle and get back our money. I again spoke to Art Henderickson and told him the vehicle had to be towed, due to it being inoperable. A tow truck arrived, hooked the vehicle and began to pull it onto the truck. after about a foot, the transaxle snapped throwing rust everywhere. We were told by the mechanic that if that had happened on the road it could have thrown the wheel off, possibly killing us and our four children. Kerry Ford took receipt of the vehicle and told us if we couldn't be there by 5pm we would have to wait. We called the next day and spoke to Art, Justin and Doy Baker all of whom said that they would be keeping our money due to 'damaged and taxes.' and they said 'they would see me in prison'

This dealer is one of the WORST I have ever visited. I took my 2003 Cobra in for service, a simple oil change and rotate. While it was there one of the mechanics who I was told was new scratched my car because the rack was not set right. Rather than tell me this they tried to cover it up with touch up paint! The service manager Adam refused to do anything and said there was no proof they did it. He tried to offer a free service on my next visit, but I will never get the car serviced there again!. I went back shortly after to pick up a part I had ordered (new shift knob) and found out from the parts guy that they had indeed tried to cover up the damage with touch up paint, he knew because he was the one who gave them the paint!!! I had a horrible experience with Kerry Ford and was outraged at the poor customer service I got. After contacting managers, leading to an employee being fired, I was put in touch with Bev Mills and Tom Frede. They both did a good job of turning my experience around and putting me in a car. Tom even came in on his off day to be there for the signing to get me into the car. He also spent a half hour or so sitting in my new car with me, thoroughly explaining all I needed to know (about 4 wheel drive, etc). Bev is friendly and knowledgeable and they were both able to diffuse the bad situation by offering apologies and good customer service.I'm sorry to say but I still would NOT recommend Kerry Ford, BUT Bev Mills and Tom Frede are great and seem to be the only honest people working there. IF you shop Kerry Ford, ASK FOR THEM!

We visited the dealership looking for a new truck. We told them what they were looking for and they didn't have it so Ed told us he would see if he could locate one and let us know. He called the next day, said he located the truck and would need us to put down a deposit. He also gave us a price. We used a credit card to put down $500 to hold the truck. He said he would get it there asap. We called 8 days later since we hadn't heard anything and Ed said he hadn't actually found a truck with the options we wanted but that if we gave him a couple more days he could probably find one but he couldn't honor the price he gave us. Outrageous. He out and out lied to us to get our money and get us out of the marketplace. I would never do business with Kerry Ford.

Adam tried to pull a fast one at the closing by trying to sell us on a last minute high priced rust and paint protection package. His approach was very high pressure which immediately turned me off. I've since learned via my brother who works for Ford and also multiple postings on the internet that ValuGard and similiar "Vehicle Protection Products" are pure dealer profit. Don't fall for it. If the product is so good, it should have been offered and recommeneded at the time of the sale, rather than right before we picked up the car. I would like to think that Adam's approach was not reflective of Kerry Ford in general. Needless to say, I'm a little wary of doing business with Kerry in the future.

Saw an ad on TV for 10K off 2011 F150. Looked around on internet and called and the guy offered 12K off. When it sound too good to be true it usually is. Got there and the person I spoke to wasn't there. They assigned my Salesperson and we set down to talk. Told him upfront I wasn't buying tonight and I had 1:45 min to discuss before I had to leave and pickup my kids. He wrote down my information and then told me he couldn't help me tonight and I would have to come bad tomorrow. I asked told him I wanted to get the financial details tonight and if we agreed I would be back in the morning. They refused to give me pricing and told me to come back tomorrow. I ended up going back and they tried to low ball me on my trade-in, told me they could only honor the 10k ad, but to do that I had to finance with them at 10% interest. For a person with an 800 credit score that is crazy. After going round and round they upped my score, got less than the advertisement (around 8 off) and 2.9% interest through other financing. During the discussions they told me the rebate didn't affect the interest rate but also told me I couldn't take the rebate without the interest rate. He also told me if I didn't take it he could get me lower interest through the same ford lender. They are crooked. I was OK with the financing I got, but you need to know what you are walking into and be persistent. After wards is where the fun starts. I had issues with the door weather stripping the next day and called them 2 days after purchase notifying them. I sent pictures and they said they ordered the parts and would call me when they arrived (2 days approx.). They then called the next week asking me to take the card down so they could look at the issue. We recalling the prior discussion the salesperson told me he was new and they couldn't do that and I would need to bring the truck down. So I took the truck down. The parts were not in stock. The service guy tried to blame me for breaking the trim and after arguing he told me he would order the parts and when they arrive (approx. 2 days) they would call me to bring the truck in. A week later after no call I called them and was told there was no record of me in the system. They transferred me back to my sales person (who wasn't in) and then I was transferred to the sales Manager. He told me he would make sure it was taken care of and would call me first thing in the morning to make sure the correct part is ordered. No call the next day. Called him the day after and was told that the dealership is the busiest in the area and he didn't get a chance to call be (BS). He then said he had something personal to take care of real quick and would call me back in 30 min. It's now midnight and there was no call. Ohh. and did I mention that during every call I was asked if I had received my survey. I was also told at one point to bring it in and they would fill it out for me.At this point I cancelled my extended warranty, called Kings Ford and met with a nice fellow in service who made sure I was taken care of.I will never deal with Kerry Ford again.

Would not give me an appraisal on my trade in without sitting down and making a deal.Had no idea what my trade in value was and if I would have any negative equity in my car and if I could afford new or used.I went to another Ford dealership (see my post earlier) and they had a trade in value and 5 or 6 different finance options in about 20 minutes.Not only did Kerry lose my business (bought 2012 Flex) they also lost another new car sales to a family member.If you are looking for low pressure sales tactics and friendly customer service do not visit Kerry Ford.

My truck was towed to Kerry Ford and left outside since the Service Dept. was not open (a Saturday night). First thing Monday morning I received a call from Svc. Dept. letting me know they truck was already inside and diagnosis had begun. Truck remained there for 4 days due to difficulty finding the problem but I was kept aware of the progress by Brandon. When ready to go, Kerry sent their Valet car to get me. That was very much appreciated.

Received a recall letter in the mail on my ford F-150.I had made an appointment with Fairfield Ford to do the repairs,but they called back to cancel because they were closing their doors.Called Kerry Ford to reschedule recall repairs. received an appointment reasonably quick and around my schedule. service was good and took less time than they expected. Overall service was excellent and speedy.

I had a great experience with Kerry Ford. I have dealt with Fairfield Ford in the past and never have I had the courtesy that I did with Kerry Ford. Rob has followed with me on additional service that could not be completed during my last visit. I also recieved coupons. That never happened with Fairfield Ford. Thanks for a satisfactory visit.

Went in to look at a used car I saw online, which looked like a good deal. Gary was the first to show up. First, rather than promoting his own, he was condescending of other dealerships. After the test drive, things were orchestrated to ensure I was cornered and could not easily leave (asking me to park the car near the sales desks, rather than by my car or where it was originally parked).Immediately, he went into the hard sell, high-pressure sales mode. I made it abundantly clear that I would not be buying today, as I need to do more research and check other listings (I had a printout with other local cars I wanted to see). Earlier I had inquired about a CarFax report, and Gary said it would be no problem, he would have it printed when I was ready to sign the papers, which is strange- every other dealer has printed them as soon as we get to a printer. I told him I wanted to see it before I would even consider another step, which is when he got his manager. At this point, he revealed they do not use CarFax, but rather AutoCheck. He still refused to print it, instead only showing it on screen, and CONCEALING elements they clearly did not want me to read, including that the car had just been purchased from an auction.They also went through the list of sleazy used car sales lines, like someone else was coming in to look at it tomorrow; it's an unbeatable, amazing deal (at sticker price); etc.That said, the car itself seemed nice and was a good price, but I will not buy from a place that operates like this.

The Service department is a bunch of screw ups. I take my car in because it threw a serpentine belt. They tell me the tensioner is messed up, there's leaks in the valve cover gasket as well as in the collant system and the brakes are not adjusted right. I had them fix everything but the coolant leak. Then I get a call saying the power sterring is leaking and left a huge puddle on the ground (Hmm...What did you guys break!). I bit the bullet and got that fixed. Went to pick it up and the car wouldn't idle for nothing. I left it. Now they say the plug wirees need fixed. WHAT! The leak from the valve cover gasket did it. WAIT I never had a single issue with that before. They didn't admit fault. IT WAS THERE FAULT and I have to pay for it. They've had the car now for two weeks and $750. Rediculous. A bunch of criminals if you ask me. So if you live in Cincinnati and want FORD service. DO NOT GO TO KERRY!
