My Experience with Kendall Fords service department is as good as it gets. I had a 2012 Ford F250 powerstroke that had an engine failure. I was completely panicked as this is probably a $10k-$12k repair. Tammy was my service advisor and did a fantastic job of calming me down and walking me through what I was going to need for the warranty process. They had my truck for 5 weeks and I heard from her at least once a week with updates and how things were going. She sent me photos of the work that was being done and was totally awesome to work with through the entire process. I got the truck back with a bill for $0.00 and they even returned a snap on screwdriver that had gotten wedged down in a void a year prior. I don't know what they pay her but she deserves more. Non-Profit Company purchased slightly used van/trailer hitch 2 years ago. Electrical component blew DUE to improper installation of wiring harness. Kendall refuses to repair/compensate. Treated me like dirt. We are still paying for van. We are out $100's, lost work time, lost pay. Think twice before you buy there. We won't ever buy there again. They don't seem to care about responsibility. Thankfully no one was hurt when all the vehicle lights were blown, even brake/turn lights! Not wear and tear, wired incorrectly. Having our repair shop do work, don't trust Kendall at this point. Too bad we have to get the part from them. Sales/Customer Service guy said he would be fired if he authorized every repair after 2 years. MONEY talks at Kendall, Customer satisfaction and what is right does NOT.

I was treated with the best respect, given a ride home and picked up 6 hours later as according to the plan. The auto was delivered to me to drive home. If you don't already know that dealers are the most unethical and expensive place for automotive transactions, you should really read on and open your eyes. I had excessive tire wear on my driver side rear tire. At 9:00 am Wednesday I took my F-150 to Kendall because unfortunately I purchased a warranty. I didn't hear anything from Kendall all day, so I called near the end of business hours on Wednesday and was told they would be keeping my truck over night. I called back on Thursday at 2:00 pm to find out what was going on and was told that they did a front end alignment and my truck would be ready in a couple of hours. I picked my truck up and was shown the specs on my alignment and told that it was initially perfectly aligned. So without my consent they charged me for a front end alignment which I did not need, and did not address my rear tire wear issue whatsoever. Also, when I picked up my truck they informed me that my rear breaks where worn out and I should have them worked on. This is information that should have been conveyed to me during the 2 days they had my truck I am moving my daughter to Spokane Washington with a 14' trailer fully loaded today for her first post-college job and thought I would have to do it with worn out breaks because Kendall couldn't pick up the phone to communicate anything on time. I called and stated that I want my money back for the work they did without consent and having nothing to do with the issue I was concerned about, and I still got the run around. I was told that one manager has to talk to a higher up manager to issue my money back for being ripped off for the front end alignment. I am supposedly going to hear back Monday whether or not they are going refund my $69.00 that they screwed me out of. It took them two days to rip me off and now at least two days to make things right. While I am forced to wait for my $69.00 refund I am betting that the con-artists at Kendall Ford have made hundreds of thousands off of unsuspecting customers. I read some reviews online and ended up taking my truck to Glen at GNC, Mohawk Service Center in Springfield because I am tired of the exploitation taking place at Kendall. He had me bring my truck in immediately and quoted me $200 dollars to do the rear break job with machining my rotors because I only have 50,000 miles on the truck. Kendall quoted me $480 if I brought it back to them. Glen called me an hour and a half after I brought it in and said it was done! When I got there he informed me that he measured the thickness of my rotors and that they were a bit thin. As I mentioned before he quoted me $200 dollars and stuck to his quote while throwing in $200 dollars worth of new premium rotors because he is a man of his word and honored his original quote. Glen is an honest craftsmen in his trade with little overhead and the ability and integrity to go above and beyond what is fair. I haven't ever had this quality of experience as a customer in the crooked trade of auto mechanics. Please do yourself, your family, and friends a favor and quit getting ripped off by the giants, Kendall dealership, all other dealerships, and Les Schwab. Take your vehicle to someone that cares and can beat the large rip off companies by at least half!

OK, I sent in my initial survey in which was not so good. I was soon contacted by Ardell from customer service. In dealing with Ardell many things started to fall into place and I must say he did a great job. I would say my experience at Kendall has changed in a good way. Now instead of steering people away from Kendall Ford, I will tell them of my experience with a particular salesperson and that Kendall does care as was shown by the customer service department , Ardell in particular.

Steve Hilliard is a great service writer. He is friendly and prompt and explains what needs to be done and what it will cost. Considering that using a dealership is always more expensive than a neighborhood garage, it is important that you have good customer service as well as competent mechanics. The pickup works fine, the front end is nice and tight and the brakes feel good. Well done. Oh, also the courtesy driver was entertaining.

Steve the service advisor was very helpful and explained the situation clearly and accurately. With the amount of time it took for both repair visits, I worked using your wifi. It was problematic as it would reset every 20 to 30 minutes causing my link to my company's main frame to drop.which deleted twenty minutes of work. My batteries in my laptop are good for ninety minutes. A couple of "AC" outlets near your table and chairs would be nice.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to specifically look at the Focus. After my boys helped me do some online comparisons and crash test ratings, etc I was ready to shop. I had narrowed my choices down to the Ford Focus and the Honda Civic based on comparisons. I'm 65 years old and still work full time and plan to do so for several more years. I knew this would be my last new car purchase ever, and I knew I needed a super safe car with room for my grandkids. I also knew it had to be an automatic with leather seats, and be cool looking so I can pretend I'm not old! We met Kassidy shortly after we got to the lot. He showed me the Focus as well as the new SUV looking vehicle that uses gas and electric and he explained about the Ford lease program which was pretty intriguing. Had I been younger I would have considered that but my goal is to have my new car paid off before I retire. Kassidy was friendly, and fun but more than anything he answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful the entire experience. It was honesty the least pressured car purchase I've ever had. I came pre-approved from my lender and when Kassidy thought Ford might get me a better deal he asked permission to run the numbers through Ford. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing - and Kassidy found me the brightest red Ford Focus SE with the Titanium package (I think that's what it's called). The car had some great markdowns and was everything I was hoping I could afford plus more!! I drove that bright red Focus home the same afternoon and I'm a happy old lady!! Honda Civic - hmm never made it there!!

I knew that this service would be more extensive than those in the past as my Escape now has about 92,000 miles on it. I was given an initial cost estimate and was very pleased to find out that the final cost was lower than estimated. I was also given an approximate time to pick up my car which turned out to be exactly right. All in all, very satisfied with the service and the cost.

I had a rattle in what sounded like the dash. I had to bring it back 5 times to finally get it fixed. I talked to Jeff on the 5th visit and he talked to his supervisor who rode with me so he could figure out what I was hearing. It was an obvious rattle. He determined that it was in the roof not the dash and worked with the service techs to get it taken care of. I don't think anyone drove it to hear the rattle or it wouldn't have taken 5 times to figure it out. I shouldn't have had to bring it back 5 times to get this fixed.

Kendall Ford has been my service department of choice since I moved to Oregon 3 years ago. They have always been excellent. I took my 2009 Escape in for its routine 90,000 mile service and of course it came out perfect. You do all my maintenance. I let you keep it all day but it was done early. My wife took me back and I went to the service counter to check it out. She went up front to look at cars. Unfortunately, there were two ladies in front of me in line and they were asking my service rep. Jeff a ton of very dumb questions. It sounded like there was a problem with a broken lock and they were trying to find the cheapest way to fix it and poor Jeff had to grin and bear it. It drug on and on. By the time I got to Jeff, reviewed the good results, paid, my wife was sitting in a 2016 Explorer with the motor running and Lisa was showing her how to use all the fancy electronics. The deal was too good to refuse and I now drive a new Explorer. I would never come back except I bought the full 6 year warranty and maintenance agreement so I have to come back. Please, in the future, install a small boutique so my wife can shop there while she waits to see if I am ready to leave.

Sales people were very helpful with no pressure to buy something I did not want. Only when I went to sigh did I feel pressure to buy extended warranty. Maybe if it was explained in a different way besides "this is a no brainier". If I wound have known this would have been an option before the signing I would have time to see if I really could use the extra warranty. I did buy it but the way it is presented I started to feel Ford cars are not a quality car. This is my first Ford car. I was happy about the price of the new car, the price I got for my trade in and the payment I will be paying monthly. But at signing time because of all the extra warranty I am paying $50.00 a month more. So it would have be nice to know the information before the time of signing. Thank you!

From the moment we walked in the door we felt like a valuable customer. We were treated with respect and kindness, something that doesn't always happen at a car dealership any more. We started out dreading going and leaving with a smile and glad that we stopped there. The manager, Bob, went over and above and always followed through with what he said he was going to do. We won't be buying another vehicle any time soon, but when we do we'll go back to the Kendall Budget lot and I hope Bob is still there.

We were headed to Redmond from the coast and on 11th st approaching a stop light when the clutch slave cylinder failed. It was about 11:30 am and the schedular told me that service could see me at 12:45 and recommended a tow company. We arrived at the dealership at approximately 12:50pm and was checked in by a service advisor who told me that it would be about 2 hrs before we would know what was wrong. While interviewing me about the issue the srvice advisor found out that we were stranded at the fred meyer on 11th st where I had to leave our 36' fifthwheel trailer (which we live in-retired). At that point he made arrangements for someone to diagnose our problem far sooner than scheduled. By doing this my time at the service center was over in no time and i left the center by 5:00 pm with a fully repaired truck and back on the road by 6:00pm. I was $500 lighter but a whole lot happier and relieved. Great job and kudos the everyone involved. Kendall service ROCKS!

On 08/14/2015 we purchased a 2015 Ford F350 truck. Our salesman was Dustin. We had originally brought in our 2002 Ford truck for a brake check. While my husband was looking at new trucks, Dustin came out and answered all my husbands questions and offered a test drive in the new truck. Of course, we fell in love with the truck!! Dustin assisted in the purchase and was wonderful!! A couple hours later, we were driving our new truck home after Dustin and another gentleman helped us unload the old truck and even moved the tool box into the new truck!! Dustin and the other service people went up and above to help us with the truck, asking all questions and showing us all the features on the new truck. The guys were wonderful!! WE LOVE KENDALL FORD AND HONDA DEALERSHIPS IN EUGENE OREGON!!! We had also purchased my new 2006 Honda Accord years ago from them, that is why we drive 2 1/2 hours to have service work performed or to purchase new vehicles!!! We attended the Lane county fair where there was a ford display and really liked the ford mustang fastback. I e-mailed the Kendall Ford on Friday evening and got an immediate response from Jesse Snarr. We set up an appointment for Saturday and bought our ford Mustang that day. Jesse was not available so Skylar Hurd helped us. Both of them were not pushy salesman. Our car buying experience with this ford dealership was wonderful and we are very happy with our new car. Even signing papers with Jeff Lowe the financial person was super easy. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends. We will also return if we need another vehicle. Well, I had a 9:30 appointment, I should not have had to wait all morning for my car to be serviced. I is like it is first come first serve, even if you have an appointment. Secondly, when my car was serviced several days earlier for a recall, one of your technicians broke the passenger door handle..... now I have to pay to get it fixed. Ford should take responsibility for the cost, as it was not broken when I took my car in. Needless to say, I will probably be taking my car else where in the future.Regards

We had experienced some hard times in the past and were not sure if we could get approved for a used car. We filled out the application on the Internet and soon recipe ex a call. The lady was very nice and understanding of our situation. She turned use over to a sales associate which again was very happy. He asked if we were against a brand new car. Pete did an excellent job helping me. I have other concerns with Ford and Kendall that lower me recommending you to other people. I have bought two Ford vehicles from Kendall that I have had trouble getting fixed by when they knew they had a problem and would do nothing about them. At this point I doubt I would buy another Ford myself, so I don't think I would recommend Ford or any of the Kendall dealerships.

This was a major service at 120,000 miles. All was done as expected except for the air filter replacement. I specifically requested the filter be changed if necessary. Instead, the old filter was left in place with a note in the service paperwork that the filter was clogged with dust and failed the inspection. Now I need to return the car to the dealership to take care of this item. Still, the overall level of service I've received from this dealership continues to be excellent.

I have a 2013 C-Max Energi that I've owned for more than a year that had recurrent problems with the Sync system. The system crashed several times since I owned it. There were some software updates, but the same failure would happen again - mostly on hot days, and of course not when I took it in. When it happened again I called, and was very frustrated, and they transferred my call to Ardel. He was amazingly helpful, and told me to bring it in. They replaced the APIM. The day after I picked up the car, the system failed again. I called Ardel and he told me to immediately bring the car in(luckily I was on my lunch break) - for once the tech got to see what the system was doing (or not doing). They kept my car to try to figure out what the issues were. They ended up replacing the ACM and that seems to have fixed the problem. During the nearly two weeks they had the car, I was given a loaner. I really respect and appreciate all the staff I dealt with during the whole time my car was being repaired(Steve, Ardel - and many others whose names I wish I had written down!).This was the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, and I have to say - all my interactions with Kendall Ford have been positive and fortunately for me, they listened to my concerns and worked hard to fix them - I can't say enough about this dealership!!!!!

THE ONLY COMPLAINT GOING WAS THE FACT, YOU DIDN'T HAVE BUT ONE OR TWO MAGAZINES IN THE WAITING ROOM, AND THE MOST CURRENT ONE WAS ONE THAT CAME OUT IN "2013". I am in town from Phoenix, AZ. I met Pat, the Service Manager and he helped set up my oil change and order a part for me. I came back the next morning for an oil change. I have to say I was very uncomfortable about taking my Ford Raptor to a new dealership and the layout of the place was way different than I am used to. I have dealt with my service man in Phoenix for nine years. Pat had greeted me and introduced me to Tammy Reynolds and she got the info and had my truck serviced. I had an issue at the end because I was told in Phoenix that my truck took 8 quarts of oil and it got me scared that something was wrong. She confirmed 7. Then had the service guy check the oil in front of me and he showed me on the sheet that it took 7. I really appreciate the way Tammy handled it and confirmed it right in front of me that everything was the way it was supposed to be. She deserves a BONUS or something...lol. She's very nice and professional. She was GREAT! And Pat is a super nice guy too! Thanks to both of you!

I had been out of town and was not able to make an appointment ahead of time. But I called at 7:00 a.m., they had a slot open at 8:00 a.m. and the job was done before they estimated. A pleasant experience all the way around. I know I can't COUNT on getting in that way without an appointment, but it worked out this time. Their finishing the job sooner than expected was a bonus too. Kendall technicians are usually pretty close with their estimates of time involved.

I banged my passenger mirror on a truck. the truck was fine. My mirror glass fell off and was ran over. Drove to Kendal Ford not knowing if I just needed the mirror to fit in the mount or the whole thing. The parts guy did not know so I walked over to service. Tammy took a look at it and she didn't know so walked and got mechanic Wes to help. He wasn't 100% sure, but walked with me to parts. Found the part, had one in stock and pulled it, only to find a middle piece was needed that only came with buying the whole mirror mount assembly. The parts guy found it and could have it to the store by the next morning and it was only $9 more! They ordered and Tammy set me up to come in the next day. What a great experience! Bought a 2013 Subaru Outback at the Memorial day sale at the Fairgrounds. The salesman was very young and not very professional however, had a great heart and was fun to hang out with for several hours. I was surprised that the cars weren't grouped together at the fairgrounds by make or model. The cars seemed to be in random order which made it difficult to find the car I wanted. The salesman didn't know where the cars were either and wasn't familiar with the inventory. We walked a lot that day looking for particular cars. I would suggested grouping them in similar categories, like all the wagons together, all the SUV's together. It seemed like the trucks were together, but the other cars were random. My car is missing a floor mat and I wish I'd noticed it at the time of purchase. I hope the dealership has a spare one that I can have.

Tammy was my service representive and she did a great job of keeping me up to date on the work they were doing and the costs of the things that they were fixing.I was also E-mailed itemized forms of the work they had done and work that was suggested to be fixed.the next time i take it in i already have a complete list of the final work that needs to be done. This was the first time I had to take the Ford Fusion in for a service. I was not sure where to go and what to do until I saw someone to ask. I had a questions about the wheels on my Ford Fusion and that should be resolved next time I take it in for a service. That was good to know. I asked about the Syncmyride and felt someone could have checked it to see if it would work for me as I am an older person that would have been an excellent and going above and beyond service for me personally. Other wise I got the car back in about 45 minutes as promised and was called on my cell phone to say it was ready.

I had a great experience with my last visit for service. I was able to make a last minute appointment mid-morning, drop my car off, get a shuttle ride home shortly thereafter, and have my car back by late afternoon. I must admit, I am usually reluctant to go to a dealership out of concern for higher prices. However, the pricing was fair and competitive and the convenience associated with my whole experience (especially having my car back so quickly) made everything seem that much more reasonable and good reason to have my car serviced at the dealership. Ardel responded to my comments from my last service. He followed up on the mud flap issue I had been experiencing. He contacted me to have new front flaps installed with fasteners that appear to be stronger and capable of keeping the flaps on even in the snow I drive in between Bend and Eugene. My 2012 Fusion started to have an uneven purring sound which seemed to be coming from behind the radio area. A few hours later a rattle underneath started which sounded like a loose bracket. I was not able to book an appointment on line at 9:30 p.m. so I drove to Kendall Ford the next afternoon, explained the problem, and left my beloved Fusion in the mechanics care. Within 48 hours I had my Fusion back at no charge because the issue was under warranty even after 28 months. I LOVE my Fusion and Kendall Ford delivers service, always!

I was just in to get my oil changed and upon leaving I looked over my paperwork and saw several suggestions of services that needed to be performed on my car. I was not even notified of these issues or asked if/when I would like them fixed. Although the issues seemed fairly minor, it would have been nice to have them explained or even just told to me rather than reading them on a piece of paper. Overall though, everyone was very kind and I was notified when my car was close to being finished.

We were disappointed that work on the vehicle would not be completed in the same day as promised however that was not the result of the dealer or the auto body department. The kit they ordered did not contain all of the parts necessary to mount the luggage rack so they had to reorder a new kit. They did provide us with a rental which we needed for two days free of charge. All of the employees I dealt with from submitting the original paperwork to paying the invoice were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

This was my first time at Kendall Ford having my vehicle serviced. I purchased the vehicle from a family member who purchased the vehicle originally in California. They recommended I take it to the Ford because of great service. The service at Kendall Ford was great. The only negative thing I can say is that I was a little disappointed because I was told that when you take your vehicle to be serviced at Ford, they even go the extra mile and vacuum the car. I did receive a voucher to take my car to another place (not on sight) to have a car wash but they didn't vacuum the car after the service.

I would love it if when I decide to replace my diesel pickup that I could be driving off your lot in less then two hours. The length of time that I waste, sitting waiting if you will accept a counter offer is unacceptable. It is pushing me to purchase everything on line.

Excellent service all the way around! We were not only thrilled with the purchase of our Certified Pre-Owned Ford Edge, we have received excellent service with it! During a routine oil change, the technician noted that one of the rear brake pads was unusually low. The service department scheduled a time and date for me to come back to have it inspected, they even dropped me off at work and picked me up after my vehicle had been serviced. The brake pad was determined to be defective, so they replace all of the brake pads at no cost. You can't put a price on peace of mind, especially when you have your precious children as cargo! I recently had a windshield wiper motor go out and initially I was VERY upset by the price. I was expressing my frustration with Erik my tech. I have to say Eriks service that day was not very helpful. I asked a few times to speak with a manager. Pat was walking by and heard my frustration and stopped and VERY NICELY talked with me about the situation. Pat helped work out a deal we could all be happy about. After that Erik took over and his device did improve and I would definantely work with both Erik and Pat. If I had an idea of improvement would be turn around time. I have two little kids so to be without a car is a huge hardship. I previously owned an Acura (also a Kendall) purchase and they provided loaners that I loved having access to. Pat did an excellent job saving and keeping my business!!!

We purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback on 2/21/2015. Our salesman was Jayson Bates. We called ahead to let them know we were driving in from Florence that morning. Jayson called us back & said he would put a hold on the vehicle until we got there to check it out. When we arrived, we were welcomed & he had it out front ready for us to test drive. Jayson was very accommodating, courteous & not pushy. We each took it for a test drive. He paid attention to our interests & needs & gave us time to discuss our decision. Being it was priced fairly, we did not feel like we could negotiate much. Jayson collected the paperwork & we filled it out in a timely manner before we went in to sign the papers with Jeff Lowe, who was also very professional. Jeff worked to give us the best loan agreement, incorporating an extended warranty & GAP into an affordable payment plan. On Friday we got an "Engine light" alert so we called for an appointment to have it looked at the next day. We left the car on Saturday at 8:30 as the service rep suggested. It didn't get looked at until too late in the day to do anything. As a result, the work wasn't completed until about 7:30 Monday morning. I can't help thinking, if they had looked at it anywhere close to the time we brought it in Saturday, we could have gotten it back that day. Instead, we had to go the rest of the weekend without the use of the car.

In my case, I did not buy a new Ford. I brought in my 95 Ford Explorer. I have found out that due to the fact that my Ford is an older model, it is very difficult to get the parts. Since the part needed was not stocked by this Ford dealership, it needed to be sent for. Consequently, on the first try, the business where Ford requested this new part, they sent the "wrong" part. This cost a great deal of money to have it shipped to Ford. But the fact that they sent the wrong part, caused me a great deal of anguish. I had to wait a week longer in order for this company to send the "correct" part. So I am wondering if, that by now, since my Explorer is a 95, will this always happen when parts are needed? Am I to expect this to happen again? But Kednall Ford did all they could do to remedy the problem. But they and myself were handicapped as we could do nothing until the "correct" part was shipped to Kendall. But the service was good and the personnel were very competent and courteous. They had to handle my ranting and raving as I was so disappointed that I had to wait so long. But now I know, that due to the fact that my Explorer is an older model, I will probably have a difficult time and have to wait as the new parts will have to be shipped from somewhere. My whole purpose for taking my Explorer to Kendall was as I know they have the "best" mechanics and people who work on their vehicles. I trust Ford. I know that if I went somewhere else, there would be a possibility that the mechanic was NOT as well trained as those who work for Ford. That's why I went to Kendall. The only thing I can say is, maybe Kendall needs to find a new source of "supplier" for the parts that are needed on older models. I love my Explorer. I will not get rid of it. It has served me well. But I know that now I will be expecting to have some major repairs on it due to it's age. I only suggest that "maybe" Ford should use another source to buy parts when needed. I'm sure there are more than one "service" that will sell these parts to Ford. Maybe this one just was not "sharp" enough. I think I will do the research and find out on my own as to who and where these places are. I know we are talking about "new" parts and not "used" parts. I know how this works. OK I have said enough here.

I am very happy with my service experience. Thankfully the repair itself (oil leak) was covered by my service contract/warranty, except for the air filter that needed to be replaced at the same time. Alex kept me informed of how the repair was going and arranged for a rental car for me when they needed to keep the car over the weekend in order to have enough time to be sure they did a good job on the repair. Then, when I let him know that I had had to pay $10 to park at work on the Monday (because my parking permit was in the car that I had expected to get back on Friday afternoon), he said that I would have $10 off my next oil change to compensate me for that expense. Let's just say that I came back to work the following day letting others know that the Kendall Ford Service Department had proven themselves. I will continue to use their services. Thanks!

I bought a used 2013 C-Max SEL. Working with Sal was a pleasure, no pressure. I do have one complaint, I would like to get a new set of floor mats so my carpet doesn't get ruined. When I did my test drive there was paper on the floor and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed I didn't have a mate on the driver's side.

Service work conducted on my 1993 Ford Escort GT at approximately 287,000 miles on the odometer to replace an alternator. Due to the inherent front drive design of that era, this entailed the requirement to remove front suspension components to effect replacement. Although costly in terms of labor, the service manager explained in detail why this was the case. I certainly didn't like the hit on my wallet, but I understood why.

When I reviewed my invoice, I could not tell if my tires were rotated. It stated something like tires roted if needed. I had to call to confirm that the tires were rotated. I had appointment at 7:30 a.m. for full works lube, oil, tire rotation, safety inspection check, et. That took about 1 1/2 hours. How long should a the "full works" take? It seemed a bit long. Other than that, everyone was friendly and helpful.

On my last routine service I was told of upcoming maintainence I'd need. When I decided to have it done, I called Jen Fisher in the service dept. She scheduled me exactly when it was best for me (I'm in the painting business and I need my van.) She called me when it was finished, within the promised timeline, went over everything they had done, and the cost was as quoted. I was extremely pleased with the whole process. I've had Econolines since 1999 and have always received excellent service from Kendall.

When I showed up at Kendall, I pretty much knew what car I wanted. I had researched and figured out the Ford Escape Titanium was the one for me. Jayson was out front as I pulled in. Right off he was very responsive and was able to tell me things about the car I didn't know. He went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable. Jeff in the finance department had a wonderful sense of humor and made the time spent signing paperwork just fly bye. Jayson followed up a few days later with a phone call to make sure everyone was to my satisfaction. Believe me, it has been.

The oil change went quickly and I was satisfied. I later received a mail notice that my service was due and maybe the adviser could have mentioned getting it done at the same time. BUT I am not dissatisfied with that. I also asked about getting new mud flaps for the front wheels. Parts did not have a set but could order a after market set. The expandable screws to hold the flaps did not hold and were returned. So now I am driving without one front flap.

This service appointment was scheduled to take two days. It was a recall notice about leaking transmission problems. But I work in Pleasant Hill, outside your Courtesy Van range, so I needed to rent a car. But you guys covered the cost, since it was within "warranty." It ended up only taking one day and I only had to pay for 0.9 gallon of gas at my local Shell station on the way to your dealership. The only problem was that the timing could have been better back when this recall notice first came out. I asked for it to be done but was told it "wasn't important." I mentioned it again at my 40,000 mile service on January 2nd and this time the parts were ordered. So, a month later, the service finally got done, and done more rapidly than expected. On January 2nd, however, I could have avoided the car rental. The same would have been true at the appointment when I first mentioned it. BUT, since you covered the major cost of the rental, it was acceptable. I'm satisfied, and this is the third Ford I've bought from Kendall Ford. Since my two previous Escorts each lasted about 250,000 miles, I go with a winner. My son, daughter, ex-wife, and current wife all have purchased Fords, based on my experience.

Service at Kendall Ford of Eugene is always outstanding. I reside about 70 miles south of Eugene (Roseburg area) but the extra distance has always been worth the distance (I even had one of my vehicles towed to Eugene from Roseburg because I was more confident in the service I would receive compared having it serviced locally).My only complaint on this service is that I wasn't notified before repairs following diagnosis of the problem. Because of past exceptional service, and that the cost of the repairs were minor, I would give the benefit of the doubt to the service department that the cost of diagnosis was probably just under the cost to do the repairs.The service department of Kendall Ford of Eugene is outstanding and I will continue to use their services.

I have owned my Edge for about six months. There was an odor coming out of the vents, just when you turned it on. Was it from a filter or dead critter? It took a bit of trouble shooting. The service person phoned me several times to keep me updated. It was a critter, they had to replace a fan motor, deodorize the vents. It worked. To my surprised they could do it at the time of the apointment. The car wash was also appreciated.

Dan and Gary went above and beyond to give us an excellent deal on an excellent car. Ronnie in financing was extremely helpful in locating us financing at the price point that we wanted and 2 points lower interest than we were quoted at another dealership! You would do well to purchase a vehicle from Kendall Ford. These guys really took care of us. I hadn't purchased a car in almost ten years and my husband in over six years. My car has made several trips to the service department at Kendall ford and I have yet to be happy with the outcome. The first time was because my check engine light was on and I took it in to have it checked out. Apparently my engine had lost oil pressure and had ruined itself at 75000 miles. Luckily I had bought the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle used so the warranty covered the 7000 dollar replacement cost to the motor. However while my car was in there they found a brake caliper that needed to be replaced that I had to pay for out of pocket. Get the car home and the engine doesn't run quite right and it has a bad vibration when accelerating and doesn't have the power that it used to have. Now I notice that my transmission is becoming rather noisy while driving down the road in a couple of gears and later progresses to all of the gears. I take it back in and they look at it and discover that there are some worn syncros in the gearbox which they replace under my warranty and also discover that my clutch needs replaced aka 700 out of pocket for me. I get the car back and the transmission is now just as noisy as it was before so I take it back in and complain and they look at it and tell me that mustang transmissions are notoriously noisy which it wasn't when I bought the car. I think whatever and just keep driving the car until I notice a really bad smell while driving down the road. Apparently I now have a transmission leak that is leaking onto my exhaust and burning off creating this terrible smell. They try fixing it three times before the finally consult ford and are told to tear the transmission down where they find a worn bearing on the output shaft that is leaking. The finally get the transmission leak stopped and I go to pick up the car and my clutch is dropped to the floor. They look at it again and apparently the hose going from the slave cylinder to the master cylinder is leaking air into the system. They then try to charge me for the part which I argue with them about it and they agree to cover the cost themselves. I finally got my car back. Noisy transmission and vibration in the motor but no leaks. They also told me that my motor vibration was normal as well. I drove the car for a month and now as I am writing this my car is stuck in the grocery store parking lot and I am going to have to tow it home as the transmission is stuck in fifth gear and will not release. Needless to say I am very unhappy with all of my experiences there and I will not be returning to this dealership again for anything.

This was the worst car buying experience. Firstly we had found the prefect certified pre-owner car and after being told the terms and that we were approved, all that was left was for us to accept it but in that time another salesmen had shown the car we were looking at and they accepted his offer before starting his paper work and they sold it to someone else right in-front of us, not even giving us the chance to accept the car. Then from their they pass us through a few salesmen and managers and in the end we purchased a brand new car because they could not find a similar vehicle for us. We spent 7,000 more than planned (on a car with not as many features) and didn't get a very great price on our trade in. So after waiting a week to get the car because they didn't have nay in stock, I go to pick it up and they had locked the keys in the car and had not told us before we arrive. So they tried breaking in to the car for 30minutes (right in-front of me) and were unsuccessful so then a locksmith was finally called (should have started with that).Overall I was left unsatisfied with the service and lack of issues being resolved.

OK so lets find me a car found a car purchased it signed contracts and everything and yes I probably should of looked over the contract when I was signing it but I didn't, why? because as I was signing each paper i was told what it said so yea I didn't read it. 2 weeks later I'm looking over my contract and find that in fact they did not pay of my car loan only 3,000 and tacted the rest on my new loan. I feel I was completely lied to, and want to warn everyone don't be stupid like I was and take them for there word cause its alllll xxxxxxxx!!!

CAUTION - Do Not Trust Sales or Service dept !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After finding the vehicle I wanted I contacted Salesman at Kendall Ford and agreed to a price for the vehicle I wanted, before traveling to Eugene from Northern Ca. Before I left the trip was delayed a week the service dept was to replace the rear end on the vehicle as well as the tires. Upon arrival the price had suddenly increased by almost 2000.00 after arguing for some time they did agree to sell me the vehicle for the previously agreed upon price. Before leaving Kendall ford I noticed the passenger front tire pressure was a little low, not really enough to be worried about. After arriving home and the vehicle sitting for 2 days the same tire was almost completely flat. I contact the sales rep and I am told to take the vehicle in to have the tire checked. Come to find out there was a rather large gash on the inside side wall of my supposedly new tires. Tire deemed un repairable. While the vehicle was at the tire shop it was also found that there was fluid leaking from the rear end that the Kendall service dept had just rebuilt. I had the tire replaced and come to find out Kendall installed all wrong parts in the rear end, the parts they installed were for the right vehicle but a different year. I paid 1285.00 to be able to use the vehicle just purchased and Kendall refuses to reimburse me for the repairs. I would never use their dealership again for anything, especially their service dept.

As the company I work for has a long relationship with Kendall I approached them for a new or late-model pickup in the 1/2 Ton class. Howard Smith was extremely helpful in selecting models from Kendall's many dealerships and helped me to decide on a 2013 Ford STX 4x4 at a very reasonable price. For medical reasons, I'm told, Howard was unable to conclude the sale. But Martin Neustel stepped in to walk me through the paperwork and clearly and concisely explain the features of the vehicle and of the follow up programs available from Kendall. Overall, and excellent purchase experience.

My experience with Kendall Ford was excellent! I recently purchased a car from Cory Newport and I love it! I got a 2014 Ford Focus ST. It is everything I wanted in a new car. Cory was great. He helped me set up my bluetooth and showed me how to use all of the high tech buttons in my new car that my previous car didn't have. We had a great experience buying a car from Kendall Ford. The car we originally wanted to purchase had sold the night before, and Jaysen told he us would call us if anything like that car came in on a trade. Well lo and behold, only a few hours later, a Mazda 6 just happened to come in on a trade, and he called us immediately. He even came in on his day off to work with us, and we got a killer deal on the car. The whole process went smoothly, and we didn't feel pressured to buy (granted, we were practically drooling over the car and were planning on buying it before we even came in).

I was lost trying to find the Honda Dealership because my old car had some mechanical problems and I stop to ask for direction. The minute I walked into the door Jayson greeted me and asked me what i need help with. Even though I wasn't looking to buy a car that day I wanted to see what I might want t buy in the future. He was nice and patient enough to show me around.He asked a few question so he would know what to show me and what would fit in my prize range. I like how he didn't try to sell me the more expensive car on the lot he took his time to look around with me even though it was freezing outside and I was not sure what kind of car I wanted all I knew was that I want a bigger car than what I had. We look threw a few cars he asked me if I wanted to take one for a spin to get the feel for it, but I was undecided and he didn't pressured me to do so. I really liked that because at other dealerships I have been to the insist and insist that you get bored and just leave. We where looking around when I saw the Lincoln MKz it was nice it caught my attention and when I asked if I could drive it he said he without any hesitation. He told me a little bit about the car before that and during the drive he explained more about it which was perfect because that way I know what I'm driving and not just cause it a nice looking car. He asked me if I wanted to look and see if my credit was good to purchase the car and I said defiantly. Lets keep in mind that I was not looking to buy a car that morning. Everything was good he gave me a GREAT prize for it, but I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to do the monthly payment. He asked how much I would be able to pay so he can try to arrange something for me and he manage some how to do so. I loved the way I was treated, the prize and of course most importantly I'm loving my car. Yes I ended up buying it. I'm glad I got lost that morning and that Jayson was there even though it was his day off!!!

This dealership is amazing, I didn't even have to walk thru their doors!! I spoke with Jeff on the phone, filled out the credit app online, and he had the truck detailed, filled with fuel, and drove it to my house. We filled out the paperwork at my kitchen table and he drove our trade in truck back to the dealership. No sitting in a little office waiting, no grumpy kids while waiting on paperwork, no deceitfulness, just an honest straightforward deal. On October 5th I went looking for a good used small pick up and was greeted by Kassidy Lane. He introduced himself, asked me if i was working with a sales person already and what was my name. I told him what i was looking for, what price range and that i had did not have a trade in. He immediately took me to the trucks that were in my price range and style, we talked about each of them and then went inside to see what we could work out. He handled the the transaction with ease, took me out for a test drive and made the entire experience a great one. When he was done with his part of the sale he turned me over to Ronnie in Finance and he completed the financing in a short timely manner and I left Kendall Ford with the truck i wanted, at the price & payment i wanted. Great Job Guys!!

My experience in buying a new used Ford Escape was very good. I have also looked for a used Ford Escape at other dealers in Portland but I thought Jeff was less "high pressure" than most of the salesmen I have encountered and I am more comfortable with easy going people. Also, the business manager, darn, forgot his name, was very nice and went beyond the call of duty answering my detailed and exhaustive questions about interest rates, and car dealer business practices. And, I like my new used Ford Escape! Not sure what I'll do with a moon roof......Think I'll escape in my new Escape on a road trip again, yahoo!...Janet Levinson

We brought our 2011 ford ranger in for service and went looking at new trucks. Roy Wright assisted us in looking at what was on the lot. Roy mentioned a 2013 that was marked down to move off the lot. We liked the truck a lot. We weren't able to make a deal, that day. We came back a few days later, again to pick up 2011 truck, again looked at the truck that had been marked down. This time we worked with Kevin Peer and we were able to make a deal,basically took the trade in , off the table. We worked with Kevin and then worked with Chad in finance. Everyone that we worked with was courteous, non pressure approach. We would highly recommend Kendall Ford to anyone for a very pleasant car or truck buying experience. We had previously bought Ford trucks and if we get ready to buy a new car, will come to Ford.

I was deciding between buying a Ford Focus ST at Kendall Ford and a dealer local to me in Washington. Kendall Ford offered extremely competitive pricing, great customer service and Jeff was a really friendly guy. I ended up not buying the car from Kendall Ford because my local dealer matched their price at the last minute, but Jeff was an easier person to deal with. I ordered a Ford Focus St. Kendall ford strived to keep me informed as the car took much longer than expected to build. Ronnie Arnold keep me informed while I waited. Even after I went oversea for an extended period of time. They purchased my present car out right so as to help me, an giving me a fair price. On my return Ronnie went out of his way and picked me up from the rental car place and drove me to the dealership to complete the purchase in his personal vehicle and on his day off. Was treated fairly and respect a great dealership as usual.

We test-drove and priced C-Max cars at Kendall. The salespeople were very helpful, but when it came down to negotiating price, they were $3000 higher than another dealer, only 80 miles away. It was well worth the drive to take our business elsewhere. I would not buy a car from Kendall until you've gotten bids from dealers in Salem and the Portland area. You may save thousands.

My husband and I had just had a bad experience with Lithia Nissan in town when trying to close a deal on a truck sale. We had to just walk away as the treatment was so bad that I did not want to be pressured into their deal. My husband then went to Kendall Ford in Eugene and had just the opposite experience. Pablo Fonseca was very friendly, non pressure and helped my husband find just what he was looking for in a used truck. He knew his product very well and had all the answers (or went in to get any answers we needed). My husband came and got me later than afternoon to come and see the truck. Pablo greeted me very friendly and left us alone to look over the truck and to test drive it just the two of us. My husband had already negotiated the price, which was accepted and actually reduced a bit more for a few items we also wanted. There was absolutely no pressure and the process to close the deal was very nice (and short in duration). Chad Durfee handled the financing end which we used the CUDL program to set it up with our local credit union. He also made the process very easy and we worked through the numbers together. Chad was very friendly and worked with us and any questions we had he answered promptly and accurately.So, in the end, we purchased an even better truck with lower mileage and more items in it that we wanted and at a better price than the one we tried to close with Lithia. Kendall Ford even has a charity program that a donation goes to the Volunteers In Medicine Clinic organization - now that is community service at its finest!

I recently purchased a car after mine was totaled in a serious car accident last summer. My salesman, Wayne Brown, was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and very patient while I tried to find a car I felt safe driving. Once I decided, he was able to get me the car I had my heart set on at a price I could afford, and even had a dent fixed that I discovered after I got home. I feel like I have a friend who happens to be a car salesman. I was well taken care of and will definitely buy from Wayne again. From the other reviews I have read, I can see that my experience with Wayne and Kendall Ford was not unique and I recommend them without reservation.

Thomas and Shawn went to great lengths to work with my 'less than ideal' credit situation. My Identity was stolen a year ago and it caused havoc on my Credit beacon score. They LISTENED to what happened to me and made me feel like they really cared. I appreciated being treated like a person not a number, especially being a woman and by myself. I drove home a brand new Ford Focus in RED!! They were great and I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about Jeff Lowe and Wayne Brown. You can tell when a salesmen is trying to work you. Jeff was honest and straight up with me. I honestly felt like he was working for me. He did not try to pressure me or talk me into something I didn't want. As for the vehicle, I am still amazed at the price I got. When I came back the next week to pay for the car, Wayne Brown was there to wrap things up. He was very helpful and personable. He even put 5 gallons in the tank so I would have enough to get home. If my mom needed a car, I wouldn't hestitate to send her to these guys. My friend at work told me he was going to Kendall to look for a vehicle. I told him to specifically ask for Jeff or Wayne.

I am giving a "great" rating across the board. I worked with Michael Higgins for the purchase of my 2013 Escape, and though I was considering other models from other lots, Michael was patient in allowing me to make the best decision that worked for our family, without an aggressive sales pitch. Because Kendall has several lots, Michael provided me with the opportunity to test drive all of the vehicles that I was considering. He was informative and great to work with. This is the second Ford our family has purchased in the last month. Great friendly service and a great experience!

I went to look for a used Escape, saw one, told the salesman what I had to trade, that I had looked on KBB, NADA and Edmunds, and made it clear I did not want to go through a big long negotiation. He told me no problem they didn't do that;.So I made an appointment to come back and when I came back 1 1/2 days later the price had gone up by $1000. They at first denied they did that, Then when given the printout from the internet they "e;didn't know how that happened"e;, but would honor it even though it wasn't the price. They tried to lowball me on my trade and wouldn't budge on the selling price that was Still above Kelly, NADA, and Edmunds dealer retail. They even insisted that they were giving me a discount (which was from the 2nd and higher price, not the one they showed me before and was posted on the internet.)I asked the salesman to show the Sales Manager the internet printout I brought, and somehow that couldn't be found. I wanted better tires and they said they would give them to me at cost. When I asked what that was, they quoted me $700. which is way above retail for that particular tire at any tire store in town. A wasted day, but I see how one can cave in to get away from the grind. The next day I saw an ad for the same car in the R.G. It was a third and different price yet.similar to the original price they showed me. Well I went to Portland area, bought a similar Escape for close to $1,000 under retail, with great tires, got more for my trade than Kendalls highest figure, and the whole process including drive time was less time than the total time I spent at KendallI would NEVER recommend buying there.

I was very pleased with my sales experience at Kendall Ford. We looked at a Ford C-MAX, and made several visits over the course of two weeks. Salesman Ronnie Arnold was at all times courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. We felt we were being helped toward a decision, rather than being pushed into one. A very positive experience!

He took the time to listen to what was important to me in a vehicle and helped me find the perfect match to what i was looking for. He took the time to test drive vehicles and was not pushy at all through the whole process. I felt that he was honest and made me feel like a valued customer than a quota to meet. Wayne even came in on his day off to finalize the sell and then called me later that night to check to see if everything was good. I appreciated all his hard work and excellent customer service. We were in the market for a new Explorer. We were warmly greeted by Wayne Brown who worked with us through the entire process. Wayne was friendly, knowledgeable and focused on making our experience as "pain free" as buying a new car can be. We never felt any pressure from anyone in the dealership who played a role in our purchase. We never felt pressured. It was the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have ever had - and we've been buying cars for more years than I care to remember. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job of representing Kendall Ford than Wayne Brown did. We got the car we wanted at a fair price. We'd return to Wayne and Kendall Motors in a heartbeat!

I really appreciate the great service at the Kendall Collision Center. I wanted to figure out why the right turn signals were blinking really fast. Tony Appellof and the mechanic who checked out my car said it was the connector. So they replaced it for no charge! They were really nice and my car has not had that problem since. I would highly recommend that you visit Kendall for all of your questions!

Looked around all of Salem, Eugene, Medford and Klamath Falls. First I went into Kendall Cadillac and they tried to give me only $6,500 for my Jeep Commander trade in even after i told them that i had already been quoted at $9,500 at other dealerships. I obvioulsy walked out, Later i went into Kendall Ford and with the help of Wayne i was given $10,800 for the jeep and paid cash for the car i wanted. Of course i had to work a little on getting the price i wanted, but the the service was awesome, everyone was very friendly, and Wayne even came in on his day off to make sure i was taken care of and the deal went through without any issues. Its a car dealership, same tactics to try to get you to buy, but if you do your part and know what you want and at what price, these guys will work with you. Will be coming to this dealership first for my next purchase. Highly Recommended.

I came in to start looking for a used car to replace my car with high mileage. Brenna Cahill helped me. She was wonderful. If I could have rated her higher on friendliness, I would have. She spent a lot of time with me letting me drive many different cars. She was extremely patient and not at all pushy. This was the best part about my experience. I brought my husband in a couple of days later and did some more test driving. She still was not pushy. We came back the next day and finally sealed the deal. I would highly recommend using Brenna to help you find a car.Chad helped us with our financing and was also very helpful.This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Kendall Ford and will not hesitate to purchase another from them when necessary.

Ended up at Kendall to have a service performed on my 2008 SportsTrak (radiator failure). Dave in service was helpful, including directing me to sales to consider the possiblity of trading my vehicle in on something else.Dave referred me to Ronnie Arnold. Ronnie showed me some vehicles and I was interested in a used 2008 F-150. Had to rent a car, drive to Portland and came back the next day after rapid repair service. Ronnie came in on his day off to meet with me and help me get a trade worked for the F150. Excellent customer service by Ronnie and all the Kendall team while I was there.I live 100 miles away from this dealership, but would drive back there to shop for my next car/truck and will refer friends and family to Ronny and Kendall!

After months of comparing cars on the internet(mainly for MPG), I started looking at the physical attributes of the vehicles. The Ford Focus was the third car I looked at. What started off as "just a test drive" on a Saturday afternoon turned into me leaving with the car. Jess was wonderful with all of the questions that I had, helped with the negotiation of a price we could both be happy with and even set up the hands free system so I was ready to go. I have bought many different cars and pickups throughout my life and I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I have had with a dealership.

We had a GREAT experience at Kendall Ford with Jess. Jess was very down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and quick to listen to our needs and preferences for car buying. He wasn't pushy in the least, and was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Additionally, if there was something he could not answer, he consistently went out of his way to find answers for us. He was incredibly patient with our indecisiveness, and encouraging toward the whole process. Customer service, listening to the customer and working outside the box, this is what I look for, but what I have learned is missing.My experience with this purchase started with a phone call, wanted a price on a car, knew what I wanted and so knowing the price, was the sole factor of the call, going to buy, just needed to know exact cost. Was told vehicle was in transit, this was Monday and on Thursday a phone call and the car was on the lot. My wife test drove it that afternoon and then we both went back that evening and purchase the vehicle.Here is the point the Keith work really was finding the rebates, and he went outside the box and found a reward rebate since we had a Ford Ranger, he explained all the paperwork and answer all the questions. Doing the paperwork was quick and easy and Sal explained the functions of the vehicle and so the experience was what I wanted.I did not want to waste anyone time, knew what I wanted, plain and simple and Keith and Sal provided there experience to give us the best deal possible and made sure all bases were covered.This is Kendall Ford and this is how a dealership should be run, listen to the customer, meet his needs, and step outside box, would be amazed how much business is gained by word of mouth.We have purchase here many times, this is the reason, don't like fast talking sales people, don't want to be pushed into buying something I do not want or need, just be simple folks, make the experience to the customer that will bring him back, bring family and friends in.So I thank Keith and Sal, they made it enjoyable, they made it easy, I find this rare today, customer service, the true meaning of it, something that is lost today, but was a part of the business many years ago and at Kendall it still is.

I purchased a vehicle from Kendall Ford on 05/20/12, and it was the easiest vehicle purchase of my life. I have been looking at cars for a few months, and I have had some very negative experiences with car dealers lately. In this case, I located a vehicle online which was priced very well. I contacted their internet sales person, Amy, who sent me info on the vehicle. My Wife and I decided to take a look at the car and made the 4 hour round trip drive to their dealership where I met the Cory Newport. Mr. Newport was AWESOME. He did not try to up sell us and was very pleasant. Mr. Newport sold us the car we wanted at a fair price and never made us feel like we were intruding on his life as so many other car dealers do. The whole transaction went through without a hitch and we are very happy with our purchase. My wife and I have already decided the next vehicle we purchase will be from Kendall.

I initially went to Kendall Ford in Eugene, OR to buy an Acura they had on their lot. After speaking with Craig (manager) over the phone about certain issues on the finance end with that car, I was assured that there was a vehicle they had that would suit my needs, and would fit into the finance part of the deal as well. Sure enough as soon as I arrived on the lot he had some ideas laid out for me. We wound up settling on a 2006 Mustang, almost the exact opposite of what I thought I would get. Kind of funny, but it felt great that just because one car didn't work out, they didn't give up on me. In comes Jess (salesman) which just influenced my experience with Kendall just that much more positively. Without going into complete detail, long story short I have never been treated with so much respect as I was with Kendall. They weren't pushy like many dealers I have had the DISpleasure of dealing with, they had GREAT customer service and they worked with me extensively to help meet my needs. My new car hadn't been through the detail shop yet, so they loaned me a rental car, free of charge, just so the deal would work out. Signing the papers on my Mustang was a kick, Tammy is a great person to work with and is very knowledgable in what she does, and she has a great personality to top it all off! All in all, I 100% recommend going to Kendall! They're great people and will do whatever necessary to help you out!

I was looking specifically for a Ford Escape, and admittedly walked onto the lot a bit defensive and apprehensive as a single woman used car shopping. I had called first and was introduced to Jess Boysen. He met me in the car I was interested in on the lot, and the rest of my day there went smooth and wonderful! Jess is a very kind and polite salesman, and made me feel at ease with my entire experience. No one there pressured me or tried to "wheel and deal" me, intimidate me or make me feel uncomfortable. I definitely had those negative experiences on other lots. My mom and my kids were with, and we were all treated like friends! My kids played in their set up "kids area" and they served my mom and I coffee. Michael, a manager there was absolutely wonderful as well- They recognized my mom as a Kendall customer also, and really made sure their care of us, as repeat customers, felt like a friendship, not a cold "them- against us" money dealing experience. I was met with honesty on their part w numbers, so I felt I could be honest back with the whole deal. They had mechanical records for the Escape, they made sure it was shiny and clean before I drove it off, and Jess has called and emailed since to make sure all is well ( a month later) and that I still feel good in the car and happy with my experience. I was SO impressed with my service, ( as good service is so hard to find these days) that I just referred a friend this last weekend, who also said he had a great experience! Definitely check this lot out ( Kendall Ford/ used cars or new). And a tip I learned: approach these guys with honesty and respect- and they give it back 150%. I bought a certified ford from Kendall and Drew. They were both professional and efficient. After a salesperson not treating me very well when i was looking as Mazda's, i went into ford and found it much more refreshing. Drew even helped me get insurance! We had the best car buying experience with this dealership. We had been looking for a pretty specific vehicle for a while with no luck. On a whim, I expanded my search further away from home, and up popped exactly what we were looking for. We were more than 4 hours drive away, and this dealership made it SO easy on us! We did all the terms via email and phone. We got there, drove the vehicle and then got busy. We just had to fill out a couple forms, wait for the finance guy to get the paperwork together, and then we signed the papers and drove home! Everyone was super nice and helpful, and although we are super far away, our salesman told us that he wants to help us with any questions as long as we own the car. There was even one crack on a section of the interior which we wouldn't have noticed, and they are ordering the replacement part for us, mailing it to us, and then paying for us to take it to a local dealership to get it fixed. We have decided that this dealership is so stellar that we will make the drive again next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle.

We have tried using the Service Center several times over the years and are always left with a bad taste. The service personal can be extremely rude and will take longer than any other dealership that I have to deal with. EVERY time we bring in a van for service, we are left waiting for parts or they just cant get to it and to top it off they are more expensive than any of the others that we use throughout the northwest. Our last visit was definately our last, we have given up on this place and I will definately pass this on to others in my field. We are a Service company with a Fleet of 25 Fords.

I bought my new Ford Fusion from a really nice salesperson named Drew. He was not pushy and understood my needs. He helped my Wife and I decide what features we wanted and needed. We looked at several different makes and models but in the end the one he picked out for us was the best choice. I would recommend both Drew and Kendall Ford. I cannot wait to purchase again.

I went to the dealer ship looking to see what cars where available in my price range. Mr.Gonyea had approched my friend and I and offered to help us in choosing the right cars for me. He showed several styles . and colcrs that where available. We found the car make and color that I liked . Mr Goyea figured out the finance arrangments that would let me leave there with the car that I wanted. Thank you for having a staff that goes out of their way to make this possible for me. After finding a pickup we liked on the internet we drove up to Eugene from Grants Pass to look at it. We had spoken to salesman Tim Gonyea on the phone prior to our trip. Tim was very friendly upon our arrival. He showed us the truck, and we all went out for a test drive. The truck, being a 2005 F250 Super Duty 4X4, was in excellent condition. We were offered a good trade-in amount for our 2002 Ford Explorer, and the deal was made. We drove home feeling like we had made the "Deal of the Century". We are extremely happy with the truck, and the way we were treated by the Kendall family, especially Tim. Thank you all, Richard and Karen Headley.

I enjoyed the most wonderful car purchase experience at Kendall. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Customer service is clearly a top priority at each of the Kendall locations and I felt like every question or concern I had was answered thoughtfully and timely. Our sales rep (Cory) was vey helpful answering all our questions, explaining all the features on our new truck, as well as telling us about any additional accessories that we may want to add on the vehicle at a later date.Selling price was extremely fair and the overall experience was very pleasant.

I gave this rating because the customer service was great! Jess saw us getting out of our car and casually walked over to us and asked if we were interested in looking at something specific. He drove what we wanted to look at right to us. We then went on a test drive with him. I asked him multiple questions about the vehicle and he was upfront with everything he knew about it. If he didn't know he didnt make some BS up he got the answers when we arrived back at the lot. He was laid back and easy going. If it wasn't for the cars you wouldn't know that you were at a lot. He wasn't pushy, didn't takes us all over the lot looking at cars we didn't want to see. He made us feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend them, especially Jess, to anyone looking to buy a car.

I gave this rating because the sales man was great and didn't try to push us in to anything. He was ready to help us find what we wanted, without the song and dance that gets me angry every time I try to buy a car somewhere else. A couple days later, I noticed there was a little bit of sticky stuff left on the hood of the car, but when I went back, the woman who helped me took care of it right away and was extremely diligent in making me happy.

Im 93 years old and came into the dealership by bus to look at a new 2012 Ford Fusion. I didnt have the intensions to meet the most polite young man. I was really surprised by his product knowledge about the Fusion. My wife liked the car already and wanted me to sit in one because im six feet four inches and cannot fit into our Soul we currently have. We needed something comfortable, easy to get into, and enough truck space to put both of our golf bags in. Once Drew found my wife and I the perfect Fusion, he drove me around Eugene (as I do not have a license he had to drive) going along the same routes my wife and I do every day, almost as if it was our car already. We went back into the dealership and I talked with the young man for probably more then he wanted to hear but he seemed interested. Once my wife got off work she drove us down to Kendall Ford where Drew helped us get into my favorite car in my 93 years here.

Anyone interested in a new or used car or truck needs to go down to Kendall Ford and meet Sal Abatangelo. He is the best guy to talk to. He is curdiest and low pressure. He works with your budget and makes it work. The process is quick and painless. Youd be a fool to pass it up.

My wife and I were allowed to wander with pushy sales personnel following us around and harrassing us. the sales staff were knowledgible about their stock and the options/models that would best suit our needs and also had suggestions on models wewere not yet considering.

Visiting Kendall to purchase a vehicle from a dealership was the first stop in my car buying experience. After visiting with Ronnie Arnold, it will probably be the only stop I need to make. Ronnie was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was also low pressure. He took the time to listen to my needs and was able to meet those needs. I highly recommend Kendall, especially Ronnie.

I was not in there because I wanted to buy a car, I was in there because I had to buy a car, so it was very nice to meet with such sweet genuine sales people. I had decided that my next vehicle would be a Ford when Ford did not participate in the government bailout, and I have not regretted that decision. I wanted a specific SUV and wanted to pay a certain amount and nothing more. After sometime to negotiated, my salesman Drew Geiger and I agreed to terms. Drew Geiger was the most professional salesman I have ever ran across in the car buying arena. He was low pressure and let my daughter I have time to think about out big purchase. We both loved the clinic for new car owners/sync that was held by Kendall. It gave us all a chance to ask questions regarding anything to do with our car or the sync features... also gave us a chance to meet service,collision and the parts managers that we will be dealing with. During the new car owner clinic we also recieved one on one time for any additional questions or help with the sync programing. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had... and this is my 5th new car and 3rd new Ford. My next car/truck will come from Kendall Ford.

My husband and I bought a 09 Matrix from Kendall. Everyone we worked with was very friendly. What I liked most about Ronnie was the fact that he wasn't like every other salesman that I've dealt with at previous dealerships. He listened to what we were wanting and didn't play games with us. There was some miscommunication at one point with the price but I ended up being more impressed with Ronnie than I was with the head manager who had told us one thing the night before than he did when we came back the next day. Ronnie went above and beyond to take care of us and push for us to get the deal we had been promised the night before. Go to Ronnie if you don't like all the other crap that most salesman pull with you =)

I wanted a Ford Focus and found the car I bought online before going to the dealership. It was more expensive than I could afford, but I received a good price after working with Chuck. He understood my need and why I wanted the car I chose. He was respectful of the price I could afford and worked hard to get a good price. My husband has purchased our other Ford vehicle from Chuck in the past, so I requested him because I knew he would be fair, respectful, and do his best to find the car I need.

I worked with Drew Geiger in sales who was incredibly helpful in the process of finding a new vehicle for my needs. He was extremely well informed and at no point did I ever feel like he pressured me into a sale that wasn't what I was necessarily looking for. He didn't follow me aound like a shadow which is always uncomfortable. I was able to test drive a few vehicles and pick out the one(s) that fit my needs. Made car buying very easy.

I met Sal Abatangelo a few years back when he assisted me in purchasing my new ford truck. He was super low pressure, which is what I enjoyed most, and he was very knowledgeable of the products. When I heard about the new ecoboost I was worried about it but excited and needed a few questions answered before taking the plunge. Sal answered any question I threw at him; he made the process quick and easy.

My husband works very hard for his family-he has always wanted a Toyota Tacoma. We came to Kendall Ford because we saw a red one in the car row, when we got out and started looking at it Brian came right out to meet us. He was very nice and really seemed interested in us, "where you from", "how you doing" "what kind of car are you interested in"? Good questions that got us talking and we even found we knew some of his own family at the coast where we are from. My husband told him what he was looking for and Brain really knows his vehicles, they started talking all about Tacoma's and the red Tacoma on the lot just wasn't the right one-so we decided to go, but Brian said I will be in touch. Not an hour later he called saying "I think I got the one"! From that point on we all worked together to help my husband get the truck he has always wanted. But I guess the point of this whole review is to say, that Brain really worked hard to get the price right and help us through the good stress of really "not expecting to buy a truck today". I feel he was really working to help Ray to have the truck he has always wanted, sure the sales are great, but Brian is so very kind and genuine,he seemed to really care, and the truck really is the one for Ray-and I think Brian found that out by talking to Ray to find out really who he is. The truck is beautiful and Ray is very happy. The whole day was a pleasure there at Kendall Ford, everyone was very nice.

I just graduated from college and needed a car really bad. Ive been driving my 1991 honda accord since I was 16. I already got a job lined up after college and wanted something to make a good impression. I was thinking about getting a ford fusion because I liked how it looks, perform, and sync most of all. I really just wanted a good deal, that is what I kept saying to myself when I went to look. I had never looked a cars before and wasnt really sure of the process. When I made it to kendall ford I was happily greeted by Sal Abatangelo. He seemed to know all about it and answered all my questions. When we finally went inside to go over the numbers, he explained what was going to happen before it happened. I guess I never thought buying my first car could be so simple. I also really appreciated the fact Sal was low pressure and didnt mind me calling my parents multiple time. He even talked to them and answered any questions they had. Even if my job moved me around the state, id come back and see Sal again.

I moved to Eugene 20 years ago from Georgia in a brand new 1990 Chevy pickup, but my experience buying it was horrible and i've been dreading getting some newer model ever since. My engine blowing up was the last straw i needed to convince me to get a new truck. I was paying a car payment in repair costs every month plus, new vehicles are safer and i was worried about getting my family into an accident in my beat up pickup. I decided i wanted a ford this time and had been seeing a lot of them around town with kendall license plate frames. It seemed like a good choice. Kendall is where i ran into the salesperson Sal Abatangelo. We drove multiple models and engines until i found the right one. He was low pressure and even let me sleep on it. No joke. This was a refreshing change and is what i hoped for. I think im might see Sal again to get my wife a car now.

I had a good experience at Kendall from the beginning. When I got there, I wasn't sure if I wanted/needed a new car vs. a used one. Jose was able to explain to me the pros and cons as well as to help me with all my questions. The price was an excellent deal and after testing the car around, I was sure I was making the right decision. Paperwork was not a hassle and I was able to go home happy and with a car! I totally recommend this dealer and Jose.

Second time to Kendall Ford. I do not like going to car dealers. This dealership has been outstanding! Both times I have had a truly enjoyable experience. This is our first time dealing with Jose Bellina. He is a great example of what a sales rep should be and do! I left another dealer and came back to Jose. I will never again look elsewhere for a car. I have been in many dealerships looking for a Ford F150 few weeks and i have talk to many salesperson through my trips .But a Kendall Ford i was welcomed by a great salesman Jose Bellina who was so straight forward and very knowlewge of ford cars and helpme from the time i pulled in until the time i left. He was there to answer all my questions and i feel comfortable dealing with Jose . Even though i didnt got a truck yet im planning on going back to Kendall Ford to see Jose and hopefully make my purchase soon. We had a great experience dealing with this person. Jose was very clear in explaining the options we had for a used car vs new car, was very thorough and very honest.Not only does he put up with all of our questions and lack of Ford cars knowledge but he was always ready to answer any questions when we needed him.Also, he took no more than 5 minutes to find keys to the car which was great! We went car shopping with our little ones and it made everything go smooth. When my husband asked me to go car shopping I was afraid I wasn't going to understand the whole car shopping experience and be a frustrating experience for me but again Jose was very clear and easy to deal with. We will definetely recommend him to our friends.

Brian Cox has great knowledge about the truck we bought and took the time to go over everything so we understood exactly what we were buying. He made sure we knew positives and negatives of all the trucks we considered. In several situations he helped us by clarifying what he heard from us concerning our needs in accessories and performance features. At no time did he give us the feeling of being pressured or that we were wasting his time. Brian was friendly, truthful,and professional at all times and really went to work to make the financial negotiations we needed possible. We decided to replace our Mustang with a 4 door vehicle and Brian was very imformative and patient with us as we test drove different types of vehicles and looked at the various options available for the Ford Fusion that we decided to get. It was enjoyable to work with a sales person who was willing to take the time and work with us until we ordered the 2010 Fusion we decided on. I don't know of another car dealer employee who would put over a month into helping a customer make an informed decision. I reccomend Kendall Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them and I also took my Daughter into the when she needed a newe vehicle and again they were very helpful.

I drove my 2000 model F150 just about into the ground. I loved that truck so I went and checked out the new models. I had not heard of the F150 Ecoboost so I am really glad that the salesman Jess pointed me right to it. I am on the highway a lot so I might be getting close to 25mpg compared to probably 15-17 in my old truck. And it has more power and is easier to drive than my old one. The salesman was a pretty funny guy and I think we worked out a pretty good deal which made it affordable for me. I could not be happier with my new truck.

Purchased a used F350 powerstroke - the power is amazing and the mileage is far better than I expected (much much better than my buddies Cheby). Plus this truck can carry a a heavy pay load! Jess is the most knowledgeable car salesman I've ever met. We talked about what I needed and why, then he explained the advantages of the different trucks on the market, the he gave me his recommendation. And I'm glad he did. I love this truck.Thanks Jess.

I came into Eugene to do some car shopping (live in oakridge). I went to most of the dealerships in town looking at used vehicles. I ended up finding a few good options at Kendall Ford, and I liked the salesman I was working with. It was time for me to trade in my 2008 vehicle and our family circumstances had changed as we have been doing a lot of traveling and camping with our new camp trailer. So off I went to get actually an F150. But after being shown some different options, and talking it over with Jake, there was a great price on a 2011 F250 diesel, and let me tell you this is definately a big boy truck. I have now purchased four vehicles from Kendall, three new and one used and have been very pleased every time. I have also had three different sales people help me in these transactions, however this time Jake went well above the call of duty. His professionalism, knowledge of prduct, and knowledge of inventory, made my experience a good one. He is a closer, so he did not run to the managers desk and the big heavy come out to make the sale. Jake stuck it out with my sarcastic humor and made this experience a pleasurable one. So much so, that I told my co-worker who was also looking for a truck to go see Jake. I rarely if ever do that unless I am impressed, and I do sales for a living, so it really is not that easy to impress. I will be telling others to go see Jake, as everyone here in our office is in love with the new Ford products. Great job Jake, well done Kendall, and thank you Ford!

My experience at Kendall Ford in Eugene was perfect! My salesman Jake Fisher was very knowledgeable about the current and previous diesel trucks on the market. He helped me make the purchasing on my new truck very easy and low pressure. Not only did he let me know about the pros and cons of the new powerstroke, he also got into details about the other 3/4 ton diesel trucks on the market. I was at Lithia Ford in Roseburg and was treated very poorly. Its pretty sad that I will happily drive over 1 hour north to make any other vehicle purchases. Low pressure, Low prices and everyone is fun to deal with at Kendall.THANKS GUYS!

Historically I abhor dealing with dealers and especially their salesmen. Three years ago I met Brian Cox at Kendall Ford looking for a Sportrack. Even though I was somewhat rude to Brian(I expected a bad experience), he kept his cool, listened well and showed me that he and the group at Kendall were completely different from previous experiences. This November I came back to trade into a F150 and I got the same oustanding treatment from Brian, his mgr, service and parts dept, and finance just like the last time. This is unique for me to have a great experience purchasing a vehicle. This has to come from top management on down and I appreciate that. BTW, I live in Hillsboro, but chose to drive down to Eugene because this matters to me greatly. I'll be seeing Brian and Kendall Ford again soon. -Tim Akers

We received an online estimate for a Fusion Hybrid that included an erroneous $2000 rebate. When the error was discovered, Kendall Ford immediately honored the estimate even though it meant they were selling the car to us for less than they paid for it. Tim Gonyea spent about 6 hours with us over 3 days. He was well informed, never put any pressure on us, and was delighted when we got such a good deal. Cory Newport arranged for us to compare a Fusion Hybrid with a Camry Hybrid, and had both cars waiting for us. He was also very low key and never put any pressure on us to buy. Gary Newport was helpful in finding the color we wanted. The entire staff, including the boss, Steve Ruiz, at Kendall Ford was pleasant, attentive in the best of ways, professional, and gave us excellent service even though they all knew they were losing money on the deal. You can't ask for better than that.

He is an excellant salesman and does everything he can to help his customers satisfied with the purchase and deal that he has given us. We came to the Ford dealership again after seeing a Honda Pilot (which is what we wanted) on line. We did not like that Pilot in person but the very next morning they called us with a newly traded in Pilot and we jumped on it. I told Brian that out of the few Pilot's we were considering, the one they had would be ideal but we couldnt do payments. They found a way for us to do it and at 2.9%! We are extatic : ) Brian is still alwyas willing to help us out and will be our daleman in the future

Keith Herchberger and the Kendall dealership has been the best experience I ever had with purchasing new vehicles. We purchased 20 cars in 2011 and we plan to buy more in 2012 from Keith. Not only have we experienced excellent service on the sales side of things but we have been very impressed with the service department as well. I feel you could offer seminars to other dealers on how to improve their service departments. I will only bring my vehicle to you - I just don't trust other dealers.

We were kept informed as to the status of our order and when we needed to locate a vehicle at another dealership we got just what we wanted and at a price that was lower than the competition. The Kendall Ford Fleet Department does great job for us and the citizens of Lane County. We are required by law to bid all vehicle purchases, the Fleet Department bids are extremely competitive, keeping our money in Lane County. Even when another dealership wins a bid, the Kendall dealerships handle our warranty repairs in a professional manner. Lane County is lucky to have the Kendall Auto Group located in Eugene.

Dave Donaldson was great when we bought our new Ford Transit Connect. While I'm drawing a blank on their F&I person, we found that part of the process to be excellent as well. We were funded and on our way in no time! Though we've only had a limited experience so far with the service team, the couple of times we've had the rig in, all work was done as specified and in a timely manner. Bravo!

I have dealt with Kendall Auto Group both in my line of work as a governmental fleet buyer and through a personal auto purchase. Kendall has very knowledgeable and capable employees with the kind of customer service skills necessary to make the buying experience a pleasure. Dave Donaldson is a great example of what a Fleet sales representative should be and is an absolute pleasure to work with. From a personal perspective, my auto buying experience was the best one I have ever had.

We ONLY deal with Kendall Ford, specifically Dave Donaldson for all of our new vehicle purchases. We have a fleet of 70+ vehicles with the majority (90+%) coming from Kendall Ford. We don't wheel and deal, Dave knows our needs and can handle the majority of a purchase via email. Care free, easy and honest is what you get from Dave Donaldson. I would recommend him to anyone making a new car purchase, and certainly to handle any fleet needs.

I contacted Kendall Ford and told the salesman what I was looking for in a vehicle and after looking at a couple of vehicles I settled on the Ford Escape. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my second new vehicle from Kendall Ford and from Keith Herchberger. I was actually looking to purchase this second vehicle from another dealership but after the two salesmen I dealt with refused to negotiate the price of the car and blatantly lied about FOMOCO selling an aftermarket cold-air intake system I decided to talk with Keith Herchberger at Kendall. After talking with Keith I was able to negotiate an unbelievable price and Keith walked me over to the parts department and we were able to order the aftermarket cold-air intake system from Roush racing. Keith is by far the best salesman in the business and Kendall is lucky to have him on their sales team. I've dealt with many sales people before in the past and have never felt I was treated with the kind of respect, honesty, truthfulness, and real customer service that I've always received from Keith at Kendall. I recommend Keith Herchberger to anyone I come across who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. I really can't say enough good things about Keith. Keith stayed in contact with me through the entire process and I look forward to doing business with Keith and Kendall Ford for all my future purchases.

I was very impressed with my experience at Kendall Ford of Eugene and with Keith. I have some limitations with my ability to look over my shoulder and had a really bad blind spot in the car I was driving. Keith took my husband and myself all over the lot - we looked at cars and escapes new and used. Both men stood in the back of the car to be sure that I could see out of the mirrors and did not have a blind spot and would be safer in my new car - a 2012 Escape. The dealership did not have the car that I wanted but they called around and found it. That was on a Sunday and I picked up my new car on Wednesday. It was washed, full of gas and Keith took the time to show me how things worked.I will be attending a class for some of the features of my new car. I bought a 2006 truck from Kendall. The dealership took two weeks to mail purchase invoice so I could have money wired to their bank. The money was wired directly into their account. They still haven't taken care of paper work (title, registration)one month later. I was promised two sets of keys w/ truck. Only recieved one. To this date they are still stalling about paperwork. While towing our 5th wheel north on I-5, on Sunday April 11, 2010, we decided to stop at a rest area. As I was about to stop my engine died. We tried everything possible to restart the 6.0L diesel to no avail. I called my sales, Tim, rep at Kendall Ford in Eugene and explained the problem. Tim offered to bring his truck to the rest area and tow our 5th wheel home and have our truck towed to the dealer for repair. This was unexpected and an appreciated offer. Fortunately, we have Camping World's Road Care insurance. They sent 2 trucks to our aid. One took the pick up to Kendall and the other towed the 5th wheel to an RV park near Eugene, Oregon. Kendall repaird our truck on Monday, the next business day, and sent the shuttle to take me to the dealership to get the truck. The next day we started for Roseburg, Oregon where we live. About 40 minutes south of Eugene the front hose blew off the turbo and we were again stranded. I, again, called Kendall Ford and spoke with our service rep Chad who immediately dispatched a mechanic to repair our truck. I couldn't believe it when he showed up some 40 minutes later with new parts and repaired our truck and got us back on the road, at no additional charge to me. In my opinion, this is customer service above and beyond the call. Thank you Kendall Ford of Eugene. The next time we need service or another vehicle we will definately come to your dealership. I have all good to say about my total Kendall experience. My husband wanted to buy me a new car for my 60th birthday July 2009 and I gave specific details for what I wanted for my very first NEW car. (I've always had eight or ten year old cars), the closest I came to a new car was last year when I was shopping for a NEW car and Kendall was recommended by a friend. I wasn't able to get the car with the details I put in for because I shopped too late in the year and they stopped making the color I wanted. The dealer suggested that I could pick the best one out of the ones that I tried and then start early next year 2010 and put in my specifications of what I wanted in my new car and use it (I picked a 2006 Fusion) for a trade in. In Feb 2010 I did just that but I was still not early enough and again they stopped making what I wanted. Kendall came to the rescue. They received my request online Feb13th that's when Kendall got the ball rolling cause they sent an e-mail right away and called me the next day and kept in touch with me from then on, getting information, up to the time when I finally made an appointment Feb 26th. Kendall was able to round up my NEW car with the main requests I had asked for. I arrived at Kendall in Eugene Feb 26 2010 and to my surprise it wasn't the SE I had asked for. Tim Gonyea said that if I didn't like it they would keep working on it till I did. Instead my dealer did me one better and rounded up an SEL with all that I had asked for and more. It was my DREAM car but I never dreamed I'd ever get it cause it was an upgrade from the SE I thought I was getting. I was thoroughly surprised and satisfied, teary eyed, and grateful in my whole Kendall experience. I wasn't rushed, pressured, or intimidated in anyway. My husband and I were taken care of with the friendly, caring, and knowledgeable dealers the whole time we were there.They checked all their sources and got it financed with the lowest interest rates ever and in a payment range that works great for us. To make a long story short, the 2006 Fusion SE I settled for last year was a great car also and got the same great treatment then as now.
