This was my first purchase from Keller Bros, but not my first new car purchase. I would absolutely, without hesitation, buy another vehicle from them. The facility is very comfortable and everyone went out of their way to make this a great experience. My salesman, JJ Suk, was fantastic. He took the time to find out about me and my needs so that he could best match me to the right truck and I left feeling like I had a new friend. Thanks so much!

Just purchased my third vehicle from JJ in the past 7 years. All vehicles financed through KB's too. I drive over an hour to get there but it's extremely worth it. No pressure, honesty and fair dealings. You are not a fool if you do not buy from them, but you are if you do not at least check them out when making a purchase.

I went to Keller Bros looking for a particular type of 2015 Ford Truck. They didn't have what I was looking for, but, they got on the internet and found what I was looking for at another Ford Dealer. They traded a vehicle of theirs for the one that I wanted and 4 days later, including a Saturday and a Sunday, I got the truck I was looking for. The trade-in amount given me for my truck was very, very good. It's been three days now since I picked up my new truck and they are still bending over backwards to help me.

Keller Bros made buying a car easy, fast, and efficient. I worked with JJ Suk (highly recommend), and he found me exactly the car I was looking for. The dealership is one of the nicest Ford showrooms I have ever seen. All of the staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about Ford products. We were very pleased to work with our salesperson JJ Suk. He was very informative and helpful. He took extra time to go over the touch screen functions with us. We did not feel pressured to make a deal. All of our questions were answered so we could make an informative decision. We are happy with our new vehicle.

Not your stereotypical dealership or salesman. JJ was very low key, not pushy, always willing to answer questions and help however he could. Highly recommend him and Keller Bros. if you are looking for a vehicle.

I researched this vehicle for two years and when the time was right we went to Dealership to order new from factory. We were steered in JJ direction. He was great to work with as was Tom the sales manager. They went out of their way to help me purchase the truck that I wanted and so far I am not sorry.

I was looking for my first pickup truck. After locating a potential used truck we were interested in, we stopped into the Lebanon location. JJ Suk took care of us from the moment we stepped into the showroom. After determining that the truck we were interested in was located at one of their other facilities, he offered to take us there and test drive the truck back to the Lebanon facility.The fact that JJ took the time to shuttle us to their other location and thoroughly reviewed all of the features and options sold me on the vehicle. We made the sale a few days later.Excellent customer service and a great sales experience!

This was my first time dealing with an automotive dealership, and I could not be more pleased! JJ went above and beyond with showing us the car and providing all the details about it. He even stayed way later than anticipated, which speaks highly of him. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, which made this a wonderful car buying experience! However, the best part was getting a new car!

I was looking for a Nissan Pathfinder and had been to a few places before coming across Keller Bros Only to find the vehicles were not as advertised or salesman that made me feel uncomfortable or "aggressive" . Our salesman JJ was very approachable and I felt very comfortable with the decision I was making.Ihe also worked with me to get the best price deal within my budget. The dealership is very beautiful and I never saw anything like it. If your looking for a vehicle , I recommend checking out Keller Bros.

I've given the Keller Brothers a 5 star rating for a few simple reasons. The most important of them is JJ Suk. He was the salesman that made a real dream come true. I went into Keller Bros. Looking for a relatively cheap used car that I knew wouldn't give up on me on my drives from A and B and back to A. I told JJ what I was looking for and what I could afford. He walked me around the lot of the dealership and showed me 3 vehicles that for my criteria but sadly they weren't to my liking. I felt a bit defeated but JJ assured me that the fight was not over yet. He then took me to a car that was a bit out of my price range. We took it for a spin and from there I felt a bit of an attachment to that Ford. Sadly though I have a stronger attachment to my wallet. JJ assured me that if this was a car that I could see myself owning for years to come that he could put me in it. I was skeptical about that but as we began hashing out details I found that he was not only willing to help me fit the car into my financial means but he was willing to do it without the usual salesman vs consumer back and forth. We was just downright honest and was truly there to help me. I was floored by his respectable way of doing business. I was very impressed with the facility of Keller Brothers and the fact that they have salesmen like JJ make it even more so! I will definitely go back to Keller Bros. And JJ I'm the future.

I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from this dealership. Giant mistake. The process started out great then went downhill. The sales rep kept us waiting 45 minutes after we got bad directions. She was constantly checking pricing to the point we left. We stupidly came back after a slight increase to our trade in. We later found our deal was missing another $1K off the price. The car is garbage. We had to get a new fuel tank due it eating gas. The service department was rude and arrogant. The new fuel tank did nit fix the problem.We went to another that gave us a loaner that wasn't beat up or smelled like a casino. When we informed them we were going elsewhere there was no attempt to retain our business. Yet, the problem continues to the point we have contacted a lemon law lawyer. The Regional office of Ford was no better.

A great place to buy a truck / car. I searched up to a 200 miles out for the best deal on a f150 and Keller bros hAd not only the truck I wanted but priced right. I would definitely reccomend this dealership.

Our 3rd Vehicle from JJ Suk and Keller Bros. I love the Service and friendly staff. They worked with me on my last purchase to get me the best rate and the best Explorer. I get many compliments on my New 2015 Explorer, they just keep getting better. I need a dependable car to get me to work in any kind of weather and that's why this is my 3rd Explorer. The Service is excellent! In this day and age when you have so many choices, there has to be a reason Keller Bros gets returning customers and ones that travel to get there. A Family owned Dealership that's takes pride in keeping their customers happy!

Keller Bros. is the most unique auto dealer I have ever seen or dealt with. The facility is very customer friendly rather than the usual sterile atmosphere found in most. The entire staff is very helpful, both in sales and service. I have purchased or leased 4 vehicles there and my son just purchased a new pick-up. He, too, likes Keller Bros. Service I have received there is also without any negative experience. They are prompt and efficient in handling service. J J Suk is not only a great sales rep but has also become a friend. I recommend Keller Bros, and JJ, to anyone who indicates an interest in buy a vehicle. I know they will be satisfied.

We moved back to the area after 20 years away and were looking for a dealer that we could develop a long term business relationship. One of our main concerns was that the dealer be up front with pricing with no sales manager salesman back and forth consultations. We also wanted a dealer who didn't ay games with our trade. Granted I just found this web site but I bought my first brand new car from Keller Brothers. I purchased a Mustang GT and it was an unbelieveable experence. Everyone was very professional and everything went as smooth as possible.Four months after getting the car someone broke into the car and Keller Brothers bent over backwards to help me durning that time. I highly recommend this dealership. My parents have now purchased two vehicles from them and soon a third purchase. Again the way our economy is today you want someone who is going to help you and stand behind you. Keller Brothers is that dealership.
