Great customer service but got a bit duped. I was working with one of the salesman for my over a month. I had to wait for my taxes to come in so I could pay the down payment. I had picked a car but unfortunately it got sold before I had the money. So, I found another one, even a few grand cheaper. Since I’m rebuilding my credit, this seems like maybe a better choice because of price. So, I finally got paid and take several different forms of transportation to get there( I live in San Diego). Once the deal starts they inform me that because of the financing they have to use for me ( I have bad credit) there are all of these extra charges this particular finance company requires, it made my nice $6,000 vehicle go up to almost $9,000. On top of that the finance charge is 28%. I knew that the APR would be that high but I didn’t expect them to include almost $4,000. So now my vehicle is going to cost me almost $20 grand when it’s paid off in 4 years!!! I almost left and forgot about doing the deal but I needed a car so bad!! So, they were very nice and helpful but I definitely got taken to the cleaners!! Just be aware when buying from them....

I got my 2015 Honda Civic at this dealership. I met with a salesman named Angel Moreno. I must say, he was extremely helpful, thorough, and patient with my dad and I. I've been to a previous dealership (CA Motor Direct, Santa Ana) and not only was their customer service absolutely terrible, but so was the car I got from them. I got to test drive the car and it works BEAURIFULLY, not to mention that the price was unbeatable. I highly recommend that people shop here for their cars because the people here are nice and the car I got is excellent.

I never thought I could have had the car Eric and Caesar got for me. I had my eye set on a big truck for my mom's wheelchair, but I have absolutely no credit. 0. They called and said Earl, what do we have to do to get your business? Try me, he said. I walked out with not the truck originally wanted but a newer, nicer, less mileage and what I actually dreamt about having but never thought I could afford. And I got it cheaper. Maybe we are wrong about salesman... I know I would have been wrong about them. Come get yours' You know what the best part about this review is? Its all true.

Such a wonderful experience. Angel the sales representative, what can I say but very professional, polite and enthusiastic. My wife and I purchased our 17 year old a 2011 Toyota Corolla today (his first car) I would definitely refer people to purchase a vehicle here at KAR GENIE and see Angel.
