This is one of the BEST buying experiences I have had! The dealership was clean and tidy and the Customer Service was excellent! This is my first time buying from this dealership and I am definitely going back. I would highly recommend to family and friends as well. The sales team was great to work with and took the time to show me the (in's and out's) of my vehicle and made sure I was satisfied before I left the dealership. They advised that if I had any questions to give them a call or come back up to the dealership and they would go over anything I needed. You can't ask for better Customer Service. The vehicle I bought has a 500 mile break in period so I called the dealership to schedule a service appointment. I left a message and received a phone call back within 10 minutes. The service adviser was courteous and made sure that I was and will be taken care of! I look forward to a good future with this dealership!

My wife and I went to test drive a vehicle we saw in the used car section of the Jupiter Chevrolet web site. I called to see if the vehicle was still available and spoke with Kyle A, a young energetic new salesperson. We met Kyle and the three of us hopped in the vehicle and took it for a test drive. We went back to the dealership and talked to his manager John and drove off a little later in our 2015 Toyota 4Runner Limited. We are very satisfied with the way the process went. The whole crew was very pleasant to work with. I have been looking at 4runners for several weeks and never could seem to find the right group to work with us until we came to Jupiter. I bought a used 2012 Chevy truck with broken console never got fixed, Dickie Sales person put in contract to fix for free. I tried calling to schedule to fix a console, left messages with Dickie, Sales never called back . called the shop didn't know nothing, transfer after transfer, finally they called me and told me part is not here shop will have to order. till this day never received a call. I went up there and shop told me same nothing. shop said it never got ordered. seems as soon you drive off, all your promises are out the window.. I purchased 2 vehicle's at Jupiter Chevrolet this is the last time I ever go. I went to Rockwall Chevrolet Lakeside now. looking now to purchased a used truck here never will go back and waist your time. I been going for service and shop are on same page in Rockwall.

After wrecking my 2015 Silverado I tried to may a deal to trade it in. Oliver at Jupiter informed me my truck was would be worth about $11,000 less than I paid 4 months earlier. I have bought 4 vehicle in the last 5 years from them, after complaining to their GM Ron Ofner he said they would do everything they could to make up for all the problems I'd been thru. Three months later my truck is repaired and now no one calls me back, they wasted a week making promises and lying about trying to make a deal.Ron doesn't return calls and give me another salesman who makes the same promises to call me. Save yourself some head aces. Don't deal with Jupiter!

I spoke with Albert back in December. 2015, but i wasn't ready to buy. But the service that i was offered made me want to come back. The service was so great his manager thought he told me to tell him about the great service he provided, My wife and I travel up north , so we needed a better vehicle, so that she could get in and out of it, because of her recent back surgery. Albert pointed me to the right vehicle that was a great fit for us. This dealership cares about theire customers. Just bought an used Sonata from them which they claimed to be in perfect order. I was only there in the evening to look at it and the light on their parking lot wasnt good enough to look at every detail. Also since I didnt have car insurance yet I couldnt take it to vehicle inspection upfront. Sales process was very intransparent to me and salesman did a lot of promises that turned all out wrong or at extra cost which wasnt mentioned before signing.After signing the paperwork I received 7 follow ups within 36 hours to provide documentation - heck yeah I get it.The day after pick up I brought the car into checkup and it turned out there are 3 different tires on a 34k miles car, filters all bad, tail light cracked. Wrote email & follow up calls but no response AT ALL. Headed over to pick up my license plate and got manager to look at it - no help at all.I am glad my car is still under manufacturer warranty - I will not go back to them. Guess I will have to bite the bullet and have Huffines fix up my car at my own expense. Lets see how they are doing.

Wish I had seen this site before I purchased my certified preowned Cruze from this dealership. One word-shady. One week after purchase the car is shifting strangely, a/c not working properly, and the check engine light is on. Ok. No problem, right? After all, I have the warranty. They kept my car for 6 days, did not communicate with me regarding the status of my car (I had to initiate all communication), and returned it I repaired. They stated that since the check engine light had gone off, and the code was in the history, they couldn't fix it. Really?Huffines diagnosed and fixed it in less than 5 hours. Wish I had bought my car from them.

My experience here has been absolutely horrible. I've always wanted to purchase a Chevy truck, and I am disappointed to say it's not at all what I had hoped it to be. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Silverado in February 2015, and it's not something I'll do again or recommend anyone else doing, especially from this dealership. The truck has been in the shop five times (including right now) for the exact same issue. The truck has electronic problems relating to the A/C system and ultimately results in the truck shutting off on me (with family in the truck) while driving down the highway at 60 MPH. The brakes lock up and, needless to say, this is an extreme danger to myself, my passengers, and anyone driving around me. The dealership has yet to fix the problem and, as a matter of fact, has caused my experience to be even worse by charging me for repairs (which have not solved the problem) (side note: I paid for one of those after-market warranties they try to sell you at closing - which they're claiming I cannot use to pay for these issues). On my fourth visit, they claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem I was experiencing, so they kept the truck for a week and returned it. The truck had the same issue arise yesterday and is now in the shop for the fifth time. I feel I have been sold a lemon and need a new truck. At the end of the day, if they sold me such a great truck, they should take it back and provide me with a truck that I am happy with (just like the one I THOUGHT I paid for - if not a new one).

First it took 3 days to finally get all the paperwork done to get qualified. That included going home (which was 55 miles away) 3 different times because they needed more paperwork. Every time we asked them on the phone what we should bring it was something different. Finally on the 3rd day we went back in to sign the paperwork and had to wait 3 hours to even see the finance guy. We were rushed through all the signing of the papers and when we left I noticed he threw in the extra warranty and NOT once did he ask us if we wanted it! Then a week and a half later they call to say we are not financed and when I asked a few questions I was then YELLED AT AND HUNG UP ON!!!! Finally after getting the truck back to them THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR 2,000 dollar deposit!!!! They also REFUSED to give us copies of the finance paperwork we signed! I have contacted the general manager and have heard nothing!!!!

Unfortunately that could not be done, so I am currently searching for a company to extend the warranty on my 2009 Traverse for which I had a 5 year warranty that expired December 31, 2013. Took my Suburban in for a normal oil change and noticed the technician put a small can of something into the oil. I asked technician what this was and he replied it is an additive that is now put in with an oil change that helps engine performance. When got off of work noticed that my keychain would not unlock my door. So I manually unlocked the door and the alarm went off . I immediately called Jupiter Chevrolet Service dept, spoke with MIKE. He immediately empathized and did some troubleshooting and the car did not turn on. He then offered to send Chevy to pick me up as I had to pick up my 4 yr old daughter by 6pm from daycare. Mike provided Roadside assistance phone number. Mike would keep checking on me if okay and also advised when I get to dealership that I would have a loaner car ready for me. As always this is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

James Hughes in sales went above and beyond helping set up the onstar app on my iphone, provided use of company computer to accomplish this. Overall experience was ok however,when you call to get an information about a car they will tell they are willing to negotiate but when you get there none of the negotation takes place. The sales man even said,"well, we say that just to get you here.We are already losing money ..." Other than that, the experience was ok.

Bought truck from Jupiter in 2010. Since purchase got service work done at "another dealer". No problems until one day my air bag light comes on. 3 trips later to "other" dealer truck is still not fixed. Called Jupiter to talk to my original salesman to see if I had any options to get it fixed there.(truck is out of warranty and I already paid the other dealer 150$ to still have my truck broken!!!) long story short..salesman no longer worked there but Martin ( the guy I talked to on the phone) said I could bring it in and he would have his tech take a look at it. Literally 5 minutes after I showed up the tech Aaron pulled my truck up and said it was fixed!??!! I asked what was wrong with the truck ( thinking I would get the same bs I got from the other place!) he said a connector in seat had come unplugged. I figured no way but light has stayed off now for 2 weeks! Asked him how muched I owed and tech said " nothing all I did was plug it back in!!" would def recommend Jupiter Chevrolet.. Great customer service. I'll drive the extra 15 miles and go to Jupiter for my service work from now on!!

I brought my Chevrolet Silverado in for a simple oil change and state inspection. This is not the first time I have been to Jupiter Chevrolet. $554 later, my truck was ready. Did the work really need to be done? Probably. All was minor and should have been pointed out during previous visits, but wasn't. Now I sit here waiting on a windshield washer bottle to be replaced because they broke it doing other repairs yesterday. I pointed out to them when I picked my vehicle up yesterday that the bottle was leaking, and was told they just overfilled the bottle. It was nothing to worry about. All the fluid leaked out and onto my garage floor. I took it back today, and they have so generously offered to replace the bottle at their expense. Duh! It wasn't broken when I brought it in, they should replace it at ther expense, and not act as if they are doing me a favor. SERIOUSLY.... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND A RIP OFF! I have yet to have a good experience at Jupiter Chevrolet, and I'm tired of giving second chances. Dallas Doge takes care of my other vechicles, and treats me with respect. I guess they will be servicing my CHEVROLET too!

Lied to me from the very start DID NOT have the car In stock. and they NEVER even Sent MY Application to the bank. I went to a nother dealer who showed me who pulled my credit . Stay away frm jupiter chevrolet. all they do is LIE LIE they give car dealers a bad Name.

Worst dealership I ever used. Bought a used van, which I later learned had been wrecked. The service dept tried to fix it, it was hardly drivable, they sent it to another dealership to get fixed, its still bad.I have pre paid oil changes that I have to pay another service dept to do, because this dealer has a crappy service dept. Its really awful, probably the worst one in texas.I have a lifetime warrenty with this dealership, It doesnt seem to be worth the paper its written on, I wish I could get my money back.

After visiting several dealers, we went to Jupiter to look at an Equinox. I have never been treated so rudely. When asked what other vehicles we had looked at and mentioning a Nissan the "sales manager", became extremely defensive. I expect a sales man to convince me that his product is better than others, but not to make me feel like I am an idiot, un-American, etc. for even considering something else. When I pointed out that his tone was offensive he continued to berate me about my choices. I may buy an Equinox (I already own a Malibu), but it will not be from Jupiter.

I just purchased a 2011 Silverado from Jupiter Chevrolet through the Internet Department from a young man named Shane Ratliff. I inquired online and had all of the answers to my questions about the truck in less than an hour, as well as a price quote. When I got the the store, he did a great job at showing me the features on the truck and going over the numbers with me. the Finance Manager that I worked with was great, and I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes. This was the BEST car buying experience that I've ever had and I would recomend Jupiter Chevrolet to ALL of my family members and friends.
